The National Post is reporting that "Nova Scotia’s highest trial court has struck down the province’s sweeping summer 2025 ban on entering the woods." This is a copy of the decision. Remember this outrageous travel ban was from a Conservative Premier. Mobility rights are included in the Charter of Rights.🚨BREAKING NEWS

In a major win for civil liberties, the Nova Scotia Supreme Court quashed the province’s 2025 “travel ban” on entering the woods, ruling that the government acted unreasonably and failed to properly consider Charter rights.
More information to follow.
It's important to remember that this absurd travel ban came from a Conservative Premier. He was a Neo Con. Alberta separating from Canada isn't the magic solution because Jason Kenny and Steven Harper are Neo Cons. Neo Cons use false flag attacks to take away civil liberty. Putting Stephen Harper in charge of the Alberta pension plan is a very bad idea.

Doesn’t matter which party was present at the time, they were mass spraying with glyphosate either way. You should look into the insane cancer outbreak in Newbrunswick since the spraying, it’s going to blow your mind… the media’s response “this absolutely forsure has nothing to do with the spraying” and people are actually beleiving it. Absolutely disgusting
ReplyDeleteSadly enough glyphosate is sprayed in our forests in BC all the time. They use it to kill the foliage so that the commercial timber can grow faster. So any animal that relies on this foliage as their primary food source is screwed. Prime example is northern Vancouver Island Blacktail deer. Between the wolf super packs and cougar predation I am surprised they still exist when glysophate is factored into the equation as well.
ReplyDeleteAlso, when the rains carry this product to the lakes and streams it changes the ph level of the water making it very difficult to support aquatic life.
So as the courts are awarding billion dollar settlements for causing cancer in people we continue to spray our forests in blindfold corporate ignorance.
When the mass starvation event kicks into full effect in the next few years via farmers being unable to obtain their fertilizers it makes me wonder if this is also part of that agenda.
No food on the farms much less meat in the wild.
It's all food for thought.
Yes glyphosate is a reoccurring problem in BC, Quebec and Nova Scotia. We need to stop it now. You raise a valid point about wildlife needing the under growth. There's also the obvious concern that it fits in with the new forest fire mismanagement with the sole intent of burning all our forests to the ground and shrugging it off as climate change.

ReplyDeleteSo if the BC NDP promised to phase out glyphosate, let's hold them to their word. We need to keep talking about this because it is very important.
