Kelowna shooting

Kelowna Capital News is reporting that a man sustained non-life threatening injuries to his leg following a shooting at the Esso-7/Eleven gas bar at the corner of Rutland Road and Highway 33 in Kelowna this afternoon.

Shuswap Shooting - Update

Global is reporting that a 59-year-old Celista man named Richard Allen Williams has been charged with attempted murder in connection with the triple shooting in the Shuswap town Sunday. The victim has died so it is now a murder investigation

Locals claimm Hells Angels associates are terrorizing these small communities whre there is little police presence. However, another source claims that both the primary shooter and one of the people shot were members of the Wanderers and that both were out in bad standing with the Rebels.

Rick was the former president of the Northshoresmen which was disbanded by the Hells Angels in 2012 after they patched over to Kingpin Crew. They were disbanded after the Britney Irving murder. Rick has been labeled N.G. Tragically one of the people shot was Darin Krawat.

Update. It appears that Rick didn't shoot Darin, he drove him to the hospital. Two commenters claim that Rick and Darin tried to rob one of Rick's neighbours but panicked and left when they saw a woman was home with her kids. The husband later brought some friends and confronted them. A struggle broke out where the husband was shot in the neck and Darin was shot and later died of his injuries. Very sad all way round.

Blaze back in court February 18 - Update

The CSO database is reporting that convicted woman beater Donnie McWhirter and his rock throwing co accused are back in court on their trafficking crystal meth charges 9:30 AM February 18th in Kelowna. Watch for it. Blaze is still with the Independent Soldiers who are a puppet club for the Hells Angels just like his pal Joey Verma was.

Joey was convicted of murdering Brittney Irving. She was shot in the back several times with a shotgun slug. During the trial the court was told Joey tried to make an older man he used to hunt with take the fall for him. Joey said I can't go to jail right now. I'm making too much money in the drug trade. You have to take the fall for me. When Joey said he was going to tell him how it was done to make it believable the man said he didn't want to know.

The judge cleared the jury from the court and said while he was in jail waiting for trial Joey was still trafficking drugs from prison. She was surprised at the quantity of drugs that changed hands and claimed Joey was a high level drug dealer. Since he was with the Independent Soldiers from the get go, we all know who he was selling drugs for. Joey was a Hells Angels associate.

During the trial the court was told Joey said he had to kill her and that he didn't have a choice. He killed her to have his own manufactured drug debt forgiven. Britney was not a rat. That was a lie. When her clone show was busted she was desperate to make some money so they could live. She was not a junkie as Joey and Blaze claims. She sold pot to pay for her oxy habit.

Joey was promised the position of Vice President in the Kingin Crew for her murder. While in prison he was recruiting for the KPC and got a tattoo that said VP. When that information went public, the KPC were disbanded. Joey's promise was never fulfilled. I saw a copy of a letter Joey wrote to Blaze in prison about the Omerta claiming he was serving time for someone else and all the promises made to him had been unfulfilled. Which brings us back to Blaze.

Blaze has a big mouth and the mentality of a child. He bragged about the fact that he lied about his whereabouts the night Britney was killed. He wasn't out of town like his sister claimed. He was in town. Gas receipts proved it. Someone pretending to be Blaze claimed he was with Joey when "they" killed Britney to make sure he got the job done. Joey didn't really want to do it. The court was told he was in a relationship with her and was paying for her and her brother's hotel when their clone show got busted. Although unsubstantiated, that claim passes the test of believability.

Update: There is now a publication ban on the trial. For trafficking crystal meth? More proof the BC courts are completely corrupt.

Edmonton Hells Angel arrested on drug charges

The Edmonton Sun is reporting that a Hells Angels member swept up in a 2014 police raid is facing new charges after a six-month police probe that also netted two-kilograms of cocaine. Global is reporting that Dominic DiPalma Jr. was arrested Feb. 10 at a southeast home, where police say they also found nearly two kilograms of cocaine. DiPalma was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, two counts of drug possession, and breach of recognizance.

Dominic is the small guy on the left in the top photo. He left Edmonton to help with the Kelowna chapter in 2012 but returned to Edmonton after the Kelowna Summer Jam bust when the chapter was charged in a huge stolen car and drug ring. Sean Jackson (fat mike ) who started the Whiteboy Posse in 2003 was an associate of Dominic DiPalma Jr.The Whteboy Poose sold drugs for the Edmonton Hells Angels and decapitated Bob Roth for a drug debt. Full patch Edmonton Hells Angel Blake Christie was arrested along with Dominic DiPalma for numerous drug and weapon offenses April 2014. Last summer Blake Christie was found dead.

Ottawa restricts Auxiliary RCMP Program

The Surrey Now is reporting that "Surrey's time-honored Auxiliary Constable program is experiencing turmoil following a national RCMP directive on January 27 prohibiting the volunteer cops from participating in ride-alongs with regular, armed Mounties."

This new restriction is a concern. "Some volunteers join the program hoping to become a regular paid cop and saw the ride-alongs as good practical training to that end, Bayda noted." Indeed. On the job experience is good. A volunteer program is good. It helps balance the budget. "Bonnie Mellor, honored in 2011 as Surrey RCMP's Auxiliary Constable of the Year, recently wrote a scathing letter to the editor charging the program has been reduced to shreds. 'Why would Surrey prefer to pay thousands of dollars in overtime,' she wrote, 'as opposed to having volunteers at events and doing patrols to keep our neighborhood safe?'" Bonnie is absolutely right.

"In 2015 Surrey's auxiliaries volunteered more than 20,000 hours of their time. Surrey RCMP - Canada's largest detachment - has 80 auxiliary constables, making it the largest contingent of roughly 1,500 auxiliaries across the nation. More than 700 are in B.C. The volunteer officers are equipped with a baton, pepper spray and a flashlight, but no gun."

"The new changes are a federal, not a local, directive resulting from the conclusions of a year-long policy review following the fatal Jan. 17, 2015 shooting of RCMP Constable David Wynn at Apex Casino outside Edmonton, Alberta." That single event had nothing to do with Auxiliary police. In a traffic stop, having an auxiliary officer in the car to radio for help if something goes wrong increases the officer's safety. Likewise, if an auxiliary officer was in the car to radio for backup in the Alberta tragedy, that situation might have been handled more effectively. More on the job training mght have saved Hudson Brook's life in Whiterock who was shot dead by a rookie cop while running to the police for help from people trying to kill him.

The news article quotes some nonsense from the idiot of the year, Bill Fordy. Obviously this directive isn't his fault as it comes from Ottawa but he is fulfilling his mandate of being a puppet without a brain. I'm not saying Fordy should publically speak out against it and discredit his superiors. I'm saying he should be doing what he can behind the scenes to reverse the decision. But he's not. He's not paid to think. He's paid to be a puppet. That's why they have someone more interested in sending sex texts and shagging coworkers then in doing his job. He does what he's told and nothing gets done. That's the master plan.

Before Bill Fordy there was someone really competent in charge of E Division. I met him at Surrey central. They had a huge display of police and auxiliary on quads along with a mobile command centre. It was impressive. The quads were for park patrols in the downtown core when crack heads flee police on foot.

While speaking with the officer he noticed some kids, excused himself and spoke with the kids before returning to our conversation. He said, sorry, those kids were from the UN and they know they aren't suposed to be here. I was surprised because they just looked like a couple of Surrey kids selling pot. It was also very proactive he knew who they are and was on top of things. That's called crime prevention. Something Bill Fordy has no clue about. Thus the Newton problem.

Bob Paulson came highly recommended. I was told he was one of the good guys. Then I find out he was with Bill Fordy and Craig Callen on a "fishing trip" at Pitt Lake. My response was, if Bob Paulson was a good guy then what the hell is he doing hanging out with Bill Fordy and Craig Callen? Was he really just another FOCCer? (Friends of Craig Callen) That's what it looked like.

The Surrey Now also reported on another great volunteer program in Surrey involving the Crime Prevention society. This is a good program. They help reduce car theft in Guildford and Surrey Place Mall. The effectiveness of that program is put into question when the police adapt the policy of letting crack delaers sell crack in Newton and refuse to arrest them. The volunteers could help identify the crack dealers for the police to arrest but they don't because they police won't arrest the crack dealers even if the businesses complaining about them refusing to leave outside their business. That policy is bad business and is the root of the problem.

Rememeber the Vancovuer 2010 Winter Olympics? That huge success was made possible due to the hard work and dedication of an army of volunteers knowns as smurfs. It wasn't a derogatory nickname. It was just because they wore light blue jackets. They were friendly, positive, polite and persistent. Their positive zeal permeated the event. Likewise, volunteers in community policing is more than just saving money. It helps the police see there are a lot of good people out there that care about their community. It is important for the police to see that when they interact with bad guys all day.

Surrey shootngs - Update

Scan BC is reporting that #Surrey #RCMP are responding to 144 & 84 for reports of two vehicles shooting at each other. Road littered in casings.

Update: The Peace Arch News is reporting that Surrey RCMP are investigating after two men showed up at the hospital Saturday night suffering from gunshot wounds.

Zen and the art of Christianity

When I was young I studied the martial art and became interested in some of the eastern philosophies that went along with it. The purpose of the martial arts was to preserve and protect not to control and dominate. I was intrigued by Confucius, Taoism and with Zen.

Zen can be applied to anything - Buddhism, Christianity, Physics, Archery, even the game of Tennis. When I started riding motorcycles I enjoyed a book called Zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance. All religions have the golden rule: treat others the way you want to be treated. It's pretty basic. If everyone lived by that principle this world would be a better place. The Dali Lama once said all the teachings of Buddha can be distilled into two sentences: "If you can, help others. If you can't do that, at least do no harm to them."

Zen talks about enlightenment or nirvana. An enlightened sage does not covet or hoard material possessions and they most certainly don't oppress the homeless to obtain them. In my studies I came across a story about a chinese painting of heaven and hell.

In Hell everyone was sitting at a large banquet table full of food.Yet everyone was in torment. The only way to eat the food was with chopsticks longer than your arm. They had all this wonderful food in front of them but they were unable to eat it because they couldn't feed themselves. Heaven was the same table of food and the same eating utensils. The only difference is that everyone was happy. They were feeding each other.

Over Kill

The Langley Times is reporting that "Heavily-armed police officers raided a Langley City residence on Fraser Highway near 201 Street Tuesday afternoon. Members of the Emergency Response Team arrived around 4 p.m. in an armored truck. They blocked off the street and used a loudspeaker to tell occupants of a first-floor suite that the ERT was there to serve a search warrant, that the people inside were under arrest and for them to exit the premises. After about 20 minutes, the ERT stood down, apparently because no one was home. Members of the Langley RCMP remained at the scene. One source told The Times that the address appears to be the same location that was raided previously by police as part of a mail theft investigation."

Mail theft? When people see this kind of thing the first concern that comes to mind is police state.

Update: "Police said the ERT became involved because there was a tip that there could be weapons inside the suite. However, none were found."

Kamloops drug raid in question

A blog reader posted a link to this story in an old blog post so I decided to repost it here for everyone to see. The original story was about a Kamloops drug bust tied to the Hells Angels. Police found and seized 15 pounds of marijuana, 10 ounces of cocaine and 40 firearms. Now it appears that the drug charges have been thrown out because they were seized from a van that left the home and they can't prove they were in the posseion of the owners of the home.

Seemingly there was sophisticated surveillance cameras on site and the defense is trying to poke holes in the police's search of the home in hopes to have the firearm evidence thrown out. The main discrepancy appears to be over how long the police waited after knocking on the door before entering. They obtained a search warrant. That doesn't appear to be in question. The question is how long did the police wait. Pretty minor given the seriousness of what was found during the search. Did they obtain a warrant? Yes they did. One of the obvious concerns in waiting too long after knocking is that you give the residents of the home time to get their guns which would be somewhat of a safety concern for the police executing the search warrant.

Seemingly one the audio of the tape one cop joking said we should throw some of the ammunition in the fireplace. He was joking. Did he do it? No he did not. That comment is simply not relevant to the legality of the search. The interesting part is the fact that the primary suspect, Mr Hillbilly Bling, was eledge to be associated with a Prince George gang called the Crew and was dealing meth, cocaine and heroine at the kiko level. As we know, the Crew in Prince George is a puppet club for the Hells Angels. Police displayed Hells Angels stickers seized from the home when they displayed the evidence at the press conference.

OK so this guy does indeed look like a flaming idiot. That's why the Hells Angles chose him .A guy like that simply could not make it on his own. The only way he could import multi kilos of cocaine, meth and heroin is if the was doing it with the help and protection of the Hells Angels. Please note that in addition to 40 serious firearms and drugs being seized, police also seized thousands of dollars worth of stolen electronics. This once again fits the pattern we see being repeated across the country. Hells Angels drug dealers involved with stolen property. Who's the rat now? People who steal are rats not the people that report them to the police.

Hells Angels Nova Scotia murder trial

The Nova News is reporting that there has been another delay in Leslie Douglas Greenwood's new murder trial since one of his lawyers has withdrawn from the case. "Greenwood is charged with the first-degree murders of Barry Kirk Mersereau and Nancy Paula Christensen. The couple was shot to death in their Centre Burlington, Hants County home in September 2000. It’s alleged that the double murder was connected to the Hells Angels. Greenwood was convicted of the Centre Burlington murders following a three-week Supreme Court jury trial concluding in May 2012. The convictions were later overturned in September 2014 by the Court of Appeals. That decision stemmed from the use of hearsay evidence in the first trial.

The Chronicle Herald reported that Last month, Greenwood's trial for his role in two killings in a McDonald’s parking lot in 2010 ended in a mistrial. In this case, "Michael Lawrence and Curtis Blair Lynds — entered guilty pleas to killing Mersereau and Christensen, who were shot to death inside their Centre Burlington, Hants County, home. Lawrence also pleaded guilty to killing Charles Maddison, 75, and is serving life. Greenwood, who said in an interview that he started selling LSD at age 13, was a known associate of former Hells Angel Jeffrey Albert Lynds and was picked up — along with several others — after Lynds gave several statements to investigators in the spring of 2010. Those statements ended up leading to arrests in another two killings, including that of Randy Mersereau, Barry’s brother, who was gunned down earlier in 2000.

The Truro Daily reported that the Hells Angels ordered the killings as a payment for Greenwood and Michael Lawrence's drug debt. Jeff Lynds admitted to Randy's murder for the Hells Angels but was not charged for that offense. He is said to have committed suicide in prison. CBC reports that Lynds says he lured Mersereau to the home and claims he shot Mersereau five times with a hand gun provided by the Hells Angels who ordered the hit.

Randy Mersereau was a Hells Angel who sold drugs. He continued to sell drugs after he left the club so he was murdered along with his brother and his brother's wife. The three common elements of all these recent news stories are 1) the Hells Angels 2) Drug dealing and 3) Murder. The murder of rival drug dealers on occasion to forgive a drug debt. I.E. if you commit a murder for the Hells Angels you can have your drug debt forgiven as in the Britney Irving case.
