"Veteran Mounties Geoffrey Greenwood and Todd Gray, of Alberta, the representative plaintiffs, allege a culture of systemic bullying, intimidation and harassment permeated the organization from its highest levels and affected everyone who worked for the national force."
CBC is also reporting that "Sgt. Greenwood's troubles began in 2007 when he was based in Yellowknife, N.W.T. He was leading a major drug and money-laundering investigation across the North.
According to the lawsuit, Greenwood was assigned to look into allegations from a woman arrested for money-laundering who alleged some RCMP officers were on the take."

Police ID Suspect in Toronto Fatal shooting
CTV is reporting that "A man wanted on a second-degree murder charge in connection with a deadly Toronto shooting last month has been identified by police." This is regarding the fatal shooting of Peter Alexandros Madimenos October 22 2022.
"No suspect information was released at the time. However, in a news release issued Thursday, police identified Sarkis Sogutlu, 28, of Toronto as a suspect. Sogutlu is wanted on a second-degree murder charge in connection with the shooting."

Lunar Eclipse - Blood Moon
There's a bright full moon tonight peaking in and out of the clouds. It looks awesome. CTV is reporting that "Metro Vancouver's stargazers, early risers and night owls have a good chance of viewing a total lunar eclipse – dubbed the blood beaver moon – in the wee hours of Tuesday morning. CTV News Science and Technology Specialist Dan Riskin says the partial eclipse will be visible starting around 1 a.m. with the total eclipse occurring between 2:16 a.m. and 3:41 a.m."
CP 24 is reporting that "Ontarians might want to get up an hour earlier before work Tuesday morning if they want to catch a glimpse of the last total lunar eclipse for the next three years. Those who choose to take in the astronomical event will have the chance to see the 'blood moon', as Rogerson explained the Earth’s shadow against the moon will turn into a deep red, almost purpley colour. From like 5 to 7 a.m. tomorrow morning, if you look at the full moon, you’ll see it in partially or completely red.” According to NASA, the total lunar eclipse will start at 5:17 a.m. and end a few minutes before 6:45 a.m.”

Man in hospital after Dartmouth shooting
CTV is reporting that "A man is in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after a shooting in Dartmouth on Sunday evening.
Around 8:40 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to reports of gunfire near Brookside Avenue. According to police, a residence and a parked vehicle was struck by gunfire. Upon arrival, officers located a 22-year-old man who had been shot. He was taken to hospital to be treated for his injuries."
