CSIS rolls on two of their extortion kids

CTV is reporting that "Two foreign nationals have been charged in connection with a shooting at a Surrey, B.C., home that investigators say was likely part of an attempt to extort the resident." This new narrative is becoming a broken record.

First it was political assassinations tied to the government of India and India's Intelligence agency. Now they've flipped the script and it's all foreign nationals operating on Hells Angels turf. GMAFB. Repeating this ridiculous narrative so often makes it unbelievable. CSIS is tied to the Surrey extortion. It's a sting.

That's my position on the matter. Former private prison executive David Venturella named ICE’s acting leader.

Hells Angels father sentenced for meth in a storage locker

New Zealand Stuff is reporting that "A father turned a blind eye when he rented a unit not knowing his son - a patched Hells Angels member - was going to use it to store and then sell nearly half a tonne of methamphetamine."

"That gang member, Brandon Cole, is already serving a sentence of 22 years’ imprisonment for his role."

Evidently, Brandon Cole, the New Zealand Hells Angel was convicted even though the meth had already been sold

News Talk reported that "The 32-year-old Whenupai resident pleaded guilty to drug trafficking and to laundering over $950,000, including the cash purchase of a Harley-Davidson Softail Low Rider motorbike."

"Court documents indicate Cole had not exactly been discreet about the financial windfall that followed the importation. In addition to the 2020 model Harley, purchased in September 2021 for at least $31,700 cash, he purchased a Ford Ranger SUV in Cambridge, Waikato in July 2021 for $50,000."

"The previous owner was handed a brown paper bag with five bundles of $10,000 comprised of rolled-up $50 notes, according to the agreed summary of facts for the case. He later changed the vehicle’s plates to read OGBOSS." Loose lips sink ships.

More than $2.4m was found at the storage unit.

Australia’s use of methamphetamine has doubled in a decade

I hate to say it but all this meth is tied to the Five Eyes.

Former radio host sentenced for 108 kilos of meth

Kelowna Now is reporting that "A Prince George-born woman has been sentenced to five-and-a-half years in jail for speeding away from the Canada-U.S. border with 108 kilograms of methamphetamine hidden in a vehicle trunk."

"Sukhvinder Kaur Sangha, 47, drove a rental car with Florida licence plates across the United States to the Pacific Border crossing in Surrey, BC, on Oct. 18, 2021. Rather than submit to a secondary search, Sangha fled from Canada Border Services Agency officers before she was arrested more than four kilometres from the border."

"Sangha had worked for the past 10 years as a producer and broadcaster in Punjabi-language media. She said she was told indirectly to pay $150,000 or her teenage son would be injured or killed, and chose to import drugs instead of paying."

If that really was an extortion case then that was really low.

It should be taken into consideration in her sentence and it should be investigated. The Surrey extortion is tied to CSIS.

Fatal shooting in Calgary, bystander hit

Global is reporting that "Calgary police say the man who survived a brazen daytime shooting in the North Hill Co-Op grocery store parking lot in the city’s northeast on Tuesday was an innocent bystander. He was one of two men rushed to Foothills Hospital in critical condition around 8 p.m. Monday."

"One of the men who was shot died later in hospital while the condition of the surviving victim has since been upgraded to stable. Homicide investigators have identified the man who was killed as 35-year-old Leslie Babajid Cole, who was known to police." Calgary Police sharing images of suspect vehicle.

How to be a moderate in an age of extremism

When we look at CSIS' obsession with China we need to look past the propaganda which is somewhat difficult to do in this era where we are constantly bombarded with lies. How then do we be a moderate in an age of extremism? Wait 'till I tell ye.

As I said in my new free eBook, the first step is to take the blinders off and open our eyes. Look past partisan politics. Once we can see clearly, everything else will fall into place.

Right now CSIS is obsessing over China and there isn't anything CSIS says or does that I trust. They have an agenda tied to the International Intelligence community and promoting civil liberty is not part of that agenda.

They support the UN's New World Order. In many ways so does China and Russia. So the Five Eyes beef with China and Russia isn't opposing Communism. It's about who controls the Communism once it's in place. I submit that it doesn't matter who controls it because Communism itself is flawed.

Yet I oppose the Helms Burton law and the current cruel blockade of Cuba. I oppose the punitive sanctions and fertilizer bans in North Korea and I oppose the horrific destruction of Libya and betray of Gaddafi.

I don't trust Xi Jinping. I admit he is far more shrewd that Trump. Trump 2.0 is a brash a*s. When Trump posted a picture of him dressed like Jesus, people asked if Trump was the Antichrist. My response was no, Trump 2.0 is not the Antichrist, he's an Antichrist. Trump 2.0 isn't smart enough to be the Antichrist.

The real Antichrist will portray himself as a peacemaker. Despite his delusional claims, Trump 2.0 is anything but a peacemaker. The real Antichrist will be far more shrewd and deceptive. Trump 2.0 is a rage baiter. The real Antichrist won't be.

I made a podcast about why I feel Xi Jinping and Putin have betrayed the Palestinian people. Take a look at the before and after pictures of Gaza. If you want to be an advocate for Gaza, it's a little bit late.

Putin and Xi Jingping have an agenda just like Stalin had an Agenda when he helped liberate Poland from Hitler. Recently Mick Wallace made an Orwellian post claiming that Stalin liberated Europe form the Nazis.

Stalin did not liberate eastern Europe. Stalin used Hitler's extremism to justify his own extremism and these are the two extremes we are constantly bombarded with.

They keep raging about a battle between Communism and Fascism. It's not a struggle between the two. It's a rejection of both. It's not one or the other it's something else. A balance between the two.

Yet when you're constantly bombarded with one extreme or the other its hard to be a moderate. Well not really. It's just that the voices of the moderates are being drowned out by the constant screams of the extremists. That's because they don't want moderates or common sense. They want to push the extremes.

They want to push the boundaries by promoting extremism one way or the other. Ya see! Fascism is so bad we have to embrace Communism. Nope. Fascism is bad. It's horrible. That doesn't men we have to embrace Communism. It just means we have to renounce Fascism. It's that simple.

Now before I take the spec out of Xi Jinping's eye, let me remove the board from Putin's eye and from Netanyahu's delusion. Netanyahu is straight up evil. Netanyahu is committing atrocities based on lies and the mainstream media is enabling him by grooming those lies.

Don't worry, the mainstream media will eventually flip on Netanyahu but not until the depopulation quotas are met and the real Antichrist has gained enough power and public acceptance to use those atrocities to justify his agenda.

Putin is  bad man. He also craves power and he also has an agenda. The CIA provoked the conflict in the Ukraine and Putin exploited that conflict to fulfill his own agenda. That war could have been solved in 48 hours but it wasn't simply because Putin refused to leave. Then he came out of the closet and raised a white marble statue of Stalin in the Moscow subway station. That was delusional.

Xi Jinping is a million times better than Trump 2.0 yet he too seeks power and has an agenda. I don't share CSIS' hate for China. China has made significant progress on human rights. Some could rightly argue not near enough but they have made progress and I believe China's human rights record will improve though diplomacy not defamation or military intervention.

Bill Majcher loves Hong Kong. So do many others. My son's been all over Asia. He's been to Hong Kong twice. He says it's very nice but a bit expensive so he normally stays in a smaller town in China just north of Hong Kong when he visits.

He did stay at a hostel in Hong Kong that was right next door to a Wing Chun school and one of the instructors there was the son of Yip Man. That was very cool. I would like to go on one of those traditional Hong Kong sailboats one day.

My son came back from Shenzhen in China with a really cool pen that scans text in a book then reads it out loud and translates it into any language you want. It's amazing. He loves Vietnam. Vietnam had more freedom than we did during COVID. I would like to try one of those round basket boats at Tam Coc.

When we travel we're more open to the culture and traditions of others and are less desirous to wipe them out of existence. That's kind of a really unhealthy response to cultural diversity.

I do have friends who are Falun Gong and their persecution breaks my heart. After a while I thought, just kiss the guy's ring. Acknowledge Xi Jingping, don't try to overthrow him and just do your own thing. Live your own life. If you stop trashing him, he might leave you alone and let you live in peace.

Maybe not. It was just a thought. The fact is, organ harvesting of political prisoners is evil. It's not as in your face as the genocide in Gaza or Lebanon but it is evil. I think the CIA are using the Falun Gong and the Epoch Times for their own agenda and they don't care how many Falun Gong get hurt in the process.

I'd like to visit China and I have no desire to overthrow their government. Right now we're not in a place to judge anyone else for bad governments because our bad governments are creating havoc around the world.

I'd like to visit Vietnam and I have no desire to overthrow their government. I think their government is doing a better job than our government is. I'd like to visit North Korea and I have no desire to overthrow their government. I'd like to see the sanctions and blockade come to an end to ease their sufferring so they can have fertilizer and feed their people. Starving people we don't like or agree with is not a very nice thing to do. We should be ashamed of ourselves.

So when you think about it, being a moderate in this defiant era of extremism isn't really that difficult after all. You just have to see through the lies and do you. Like Abe Lincoln said "Stand with any man as long as he stands right and part with them when they go wrong." It's that simple. All this blind extremism is toxic and it's not a choice between one or the other. It's rejecting both extremes and finding a balance between the two. Peace.

Bill Majcher malicious prosecution Inquiry

The Asian Pacific Post is reporting that "In Part Three of our RCMP Project Severo series, a foreign interference case once framed as a major national security prosecution for Canada has collapsed, leaving behind an acquittal, unlawful police findings and urgent questions about how the case was built."

"Retired RCMP officer Kenneth 'Kim' Marsh is calling for an inquiry into the spectacular collapse of a foreign interference case that wrongly cast him as a co-conspirator and exposed serious flaws in one of Canada’s most sensitive national security prosecutions."

"The botched prosecution, which cost Marsh his privacy, damaged his reputation and dragged his name into a national security case dubbed Project Severo, ended today in B.C. Supreme Court with the acquittal of former RCMP inspector William Majcher."

“This cannot end with an acquittal and everyone walking away,” Marsh said. “My home was searched, my name was publicly tied to a national security case, I was described as an unindicted co-conspirator, and the courts have now found that key steps in this investigation were unlawful. Canadians deserve to know how this happened.” They sure do.

"The National Security and Intelligence Review Agency and the Public Prosecution Service of Canada have opened files on Marsh’s complaints, while the Quebec Bar is reviewing the conduct of federal Crown prosecutor Marc Cigana, who also led a similar China-linked prosecution that collapsed in court."

ROFL. The police are going to investigate themselves again. The Quebec INSET team led the false charges against Majcher before it was transferred to Vancouver.

They're absolutely right. There should be a public inquiry about this set up but that's not going to happen because it never does. The Nova Scotia Mass shooting inquiry was a joke as were both Missing Women's Inquires in BC. As was the Air India Inquiry. These were all tax funded smoke screens orchestrated to hide police and government misconduct.

CSIS needs to become publicly accountable but it's not. That needs to change. Every level of government and every government agency needs to be publicly accountable.

When a government agency is not publicly accountable, it becomes corrupt. That is a natural consequence of not being publicly accountable. Criminal forces are constantly trying to infiltrate and hijack government officials and agencies. Removing public accountability streamlines that process.

I totally agree that a public Inquiry into the Bill Majcher set up should happen. I just don't believe it ever will. It never has. The crown will fight disclosure like is consistently did in the Majcher case. It would continue to do so in a public Inquiry.

The crown will appoints a biased commissioner like they have always done. What we need to do is make CSIS public ally accountable. Many will rightly argue that will never happen either. But it should. The liberty of our nation depends on it.

The Transformation of Gaza from 2023 to 2026

CSIS Sam's Defamation lawsuits

When we see CTV's absurd hit piece on Bill Majcher for CSIS the day of his verdict which CSIS Sam also ran, we need to pause and list the defamation lawsuits Sam Cooper is involved with that resulted in his departure from Global News only to become an exclusive propaganda agent for CSIS.
The Han Dong Lawsuit
  • The Allegation: In March 2023, while reporting for Global News, Cooper cited anonymous national security sources alleging that Liberal MP Han Dong advised a Chinese diplomat in 2021 to delay the release of imprisoned Canadians Michael Kovrig and Michael Spavor (the "Two Michaels").
  • The Lawsuit: Dong vehemently denied the claims, resigned from the Liberal caucus to sit as an Independent MP, and filed a $15-million libel lawsuit against Cooper and Global News.
  • The Outcome: In a 2024 Ontario Superior Court ruling, a judge found there was no documented evidence to support the key allegations against Dong, allowing the lawsuit to proceed. Global News ultimately settled the lawsuit, recognizing the findings of the Public Inquiry into Foreign Interference, which found that classified intelligence corroborated Dong's denial of the claims
 The Wenbin Ke Lawsuit
  • The Allegation: Cooper and Global News reported on leaked CSIS intelligence that named Markham municipal politician Wenbin "Vincent" Ke as allegedly receiving transferred funds from the Toronto Chinese Consulate.
  • The Lawsuit: Ke sued Cooper for defamation, stating the reporting severely damaged his reputation, incited hateful and racist threats against him, and ruined his political career.
Both of these defamation lawsuits involve Sam Cooper leaking CSIS documents defaming individuals accusing them of foreign interference with China. That once again clearly demonstrates Sam Coopers sources are CSIS and that the narrative CSIS is pushing involves foreign interference with China.

In addition to these two individuals, CSIS Sam came out hard against the patriot Bill Majcher. Sam Cooper ran an exclusive photo of what he said was a picture of Bill Majcher at a casino in China shaking hands with a high ranking Triad member tied to the Communist Party of China. That was a lie.

It was a screen shot from a movie and he knew it. So did his CSIS sources. Cooper was forced to post an unrepentant retraction and claimed someone gave him that picture trying to set him up. That was another lie.

CSIS was his source. Even if CSIS wasn't his source and some random secret unverified source gave it to him, he would have ran it past his CSIS sources that he constantly bragged about having before he posted it. He would have sent it to them and said someone claims this is Majcher shaking hands with a triad member in China is it legit? Oh yeah, that's legit.

There is no way, Cooper would not have ran that picture past his CSIS sources before he posted it. So his unrepentant retraction was another lie. In fact, CSIS Sam was deathly silent about the Judge's verdict in Bill Majcher's case.

Unlike CTV who reported on the not guilty verdict right after they ran the CSIS Strikes Back defamatory article about Majcher the morning of his decision. CSIS Sam said nothing about the not guilty verdict of the patriot he defamed.

Instead he ran his own version of the CSIS Strikes Back press release. Which once again confirmed how absurd the case against Majcher really was.

It admits that there was a Memorandum of Understanding in place between Canada and China with regards to investigating criminals for proceeds of crime. Not dissidents but criminals. It is not unlawful to investigate a criminal.

That's all Sam writes about now. Foreign interference from China over and over again. What about Israel? What about foreign interference from Israel?

Netanyahu is the one committing atrocities in Lebanon and Gaza. Why isn't CSIS saying anything about that? Why isn't CSIS saying anything about the Israeli Neo Con's influence over Canadian politicians and media? That influence is resulting in daily atrocities as we speak. So what is up with that?

I don't support China going after dissidents but that had absolutely nothing to do with the Majcher case yet CSIS Sam said it did. He lied, again and hasn't stopped lying about it. He defiantly rages forward in his smoke and mirror distraction for the current atrocities we are all witnessing.

Gangsters out Releases Free eBook on How the Vancouver Gang war has changed in 2026

Here's that project I was working on. Someone asked me if I could explain how the Vancouver gang war has changed from when I first started my blog after the Surrey Six.

I said sure and answered it in the comments but I think that question deserves a more thorough explanation because it has so many important implications. So today I'm launching another free eBook that explains it in more detail and I'm launching it on the day of the decision on the highly relevant Bill Majcher case.

So here it is. This is the free eBook.

Bill Majcher Not Guilty!

CSIS Strikes Back:  CTV Defames Bill Majcher for CSIS

CSIS Sam is silent about the verdict. He's still running the CTV hit piece. Sam Cooper is the one that posted the movie screen clip and falsely claimed it was a picture of Bill Majcher shaking hand with a Triad member tied to the CCP.

CBC video interview - Canadian Press video

Wild Bill and Kim Marsh - Exonerated. Devlin said evidence did not prove beyond reasonable doubt Majcher was going to do anything which violated SOIA. The fake thought crime failed.

She dismissed all 4 steps presented by the crown as preparatory in the FBI's intercepted email. Now we need to ask why didn't the RCMP investigate Kevin Sun when Kim Marsh gave them the evidence and why didn't the FBI investigate Uranium One when Ross Gaffney gave them that evidence.

This case certainly opens Pandora's box. One of Cameron Ortis' friends wrote an article in the National Post asking What if he's innocent? That's an important question because if he is innocent, like Bill Majcher is, that reflects government corruption tied to CSIS and the Five Eyes which triggers a Public Inquiry.

Excerpt from the Devlin Decision

[121]     In particular, the thrust of the evidence relating to Mr. Majcher’s general background and business dealings indicates a focus on economic crime and on “asset recovery” services which, on their face, appear to be aimed at entirely lawful objectives (e.g., identifying the proceeds of crime to assist their pursuit by lawful means). At a minimum, the fact that Mr. Majcher openly described his relationship to the PRC with a former Deputy Commissioner of the RCMP supports a reasonable inference alternative to guilt. As a matter of logic, common sense, and human experience, I find it at least reasonable to infer that Mr. Majcher would not direct the attention of a former high-ranking law enforcement official towards his activities with the PRC, if Mr. Majcher intended and understood those activities to be aimed at unlawful, extortive conduct.

Verdict and Conclusion

[124]     Viewing the entirety of the evidence, and remaining alive to the context in which Mr. Majcher wrote his communications to Mr. Gaffney on June 12, 2017, I have a reasonable doubt about the nature and extent of Mr. Majcher’s actions and his subjective intention in relation to Mr. Sun as of May and June 2017. It follows that I find the Crown has failed to meet its burden in this case.

[125]     Mr. Majcher, please stand.

[126]     On the single count in the indictment, I find you not guilty.

[127]     You may be seated.

[128]     Before we adjourn, I wish to express my sincere appreciation to counsel for all of their efforts and professionalism in these proceedings.

[129]     Thank you, we may adjourn.

Heads are going to roll

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "Majcher’s wife hugged others in the public gallery after the verdict. And Majcher’s lawyer, Ian Donaldson, returned Majcher’s passport to a smiling Majcher outside court.  'I’m just relieved and tired and I just want to go home,' he said outside court."
