Casino fraud out of Toronto tied to organized crime

CBC is reporting on a huge casino scam out of Toronto that is tied to organized crime. Casino fraud is nothing new. The proposed Gsteway casino mega money laundering metropolis in south Surrey mysteriously lost $1.5 billion and had to go through a debt restructuring. Everybody seems to think businesses that launder drug money are a good investment. They seem to forget that people who sell drugs are dishonest and will rip you off as soon as they get the chance.

In this new case the root of the fraud is Antonio and Francesco Carbone. The CBC has an audio recording of Francesco Carbone discussing the murder of their business partner Andrew Pajak.

"CBC and the Globe and Mail found corporate filings from Panama, Costa Rica and Britain, as well as court and website records, which indicate the brothers were behind an online gambling website called Don Carbone Sportsbook and Casino, or DCSC.com. Banking records show they wired at least $245,000 from their tobacco company's bank account to DCSC in 2008."

"Until it closed shop in 2010, DCSC was affiliated with a wider bookmaking network called Platinum Sportsbook, which police took down in February 2013 in a series of raids in southern Ontario. Investigators have publicly described Platinum as a joint undertaking of the Hells Angels and Italian Mafia." That one was tied to the former president of the London Ontario Hells Angels Rob Barletta. The Calgary Hells Angels had one of their fraudster associates shot dead in Vancouver last summer

As the infamous Friendly Chemist has pointed out CBC reported that "Michael Chachula, a constable with the RCMP in Swift Current, Sask., has been charged with trafficking cocaine and ecstasy and suspended from his job." Another blog reader sent in a link to the Global report which states last April, RCMP received a criminal complaint regarding Chachula which has resulted in these current charges.

Bacchus president in Halifax arrested again

The Halifax Herald is reporting that Derreck Dean Huggan, the president of the Halifax chapter of Buttkiss has been arrested again. This time he has been charged with assault, uttering threats, theft, possession of stolen property, drug possession and possession of ammunition contrary to a parole-related prohibition order. Theft and possession of stolen property. Figures. Who's the rat now? Only rats steal.

Back in 2000 Derek was caught with $85 thousand worth of crack cocaine, marijuana, and hashish as well as a loaded handgun. In 2007 Derreck was described as a drug kingpin and was sentenced to 6 1/2 years for conspiracy to traffic in cocaine. In 2005 a member of Bacchus named Derreck Dean Huggan was arrested in a cocaine trafficking ring connecting Halifax to PEI. Huggan ran a Hells Angels support shop called Route 81 in Charlottetown that sold Hells Angels support gear.

Police had to dispatch the psychiatric ward recon team to send him back to his rubber room. Pat James from Haliax is the clown with the eyes tattooed on the back of his head. That whole chapter are a bunch of clowns. This 81 support clown is dressed up as a Roman soldier not a Greek god just like their patch. That means their Bacchus was the Roman soldier who was openly gay and secretly Christan not the Greek god. Big surprise. Flaming idiots the lot of them.

The Hells Angels Original Mandate

Here's one I had posted in the archives worth reviewing. It's a quote from A Wayward Angel by George Wethern Former Vice-President of the Oakland Chapter of the Hells Angels.

"The Oakland Angels began issuing new charters and assisting chapters set up their own drug operations. The additions were designed to contribute to our image and business concerns, by providing a drug route link, manufacturing a drug, supplying chemicals, or distributing drugs in an untapped area."

"One morning at 6 o'clock, I was speeding on 'crystals' when I saw a window light in Sonny's place which was patrolled by a pair of Dobermans behind a chain link fence. Inside, I found Sonny and Mexican Ed, a reputed member of the Galloping Gooses motorcycle club in San Diego and main supplier of the Berdoo Angels, cutting and packaging a salad bowl full of smack."

"As we chatted and snorted coke (Sonny's favorite drug), I helped them fill balloons. Sonny's dealers in the club arrived at evenly spaced intervals to pick up their loads - usually an once or two - then they made their dumps. Sonny was smart; he wasted no time in getting those drugs out of his house." Former El Segundo Air Force Clerk Admits Drug Conspiracy

2 Mounties shot in St. Albert, Alberta

The Metro News is reporting that "two uniformed RCMP officers were shot in St. Albert and injured early Saturday morning during an interaction with a civilian. The officers suffered significant injuries and are being treated in hospital." CBC is reporting that the suspect has been shot dead and the two mounties have been identified. MSN News reported that the officers were shot at the Apex casino while investigating a stolen car complain. CBC is reporting that Shawn Rehn has been identified as the suspect who sot the police officers.

Update: Blog readers are correct. The picture of the suspect in the Edmonton Journal and in the Calgary Sun clearly show him weaning a bandana that says support the Edmonton Hells Angels. Which makes you wonder where he got the stolen vehicle from since the Calgary Hells Angels ended up in possession of some stolen cars from the Kelowna Hells Angles stolen car ring that Johnny Newcome was revining.

Update: Sadly, it appears that one of the officers will not survive.

Canada's arms deal with Saudi Arabia under fire

The Globe and Mail is reportingt "the Canadian government has gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure the success of a controversial $15-billion arms deal with Saudi Arabia, a transaction drawing more scrutiny as concern grows over the kingdom’s flogging of a man with ties to Canada."

Raif Badawi is a blogger who was sentenced to ten years in prison and 1,000 lashes for blogging about free speech in Saudi Arabia. Gee didn't 15 of the 19 9/11 hijackers come to America from Saudi Arabia? Big surprise. Whistle blower Mike Springmann confirmed that the 15 Saudis were denied passports but the CIA forced him to approve their passports. Imagine that.

Police raid Hells Angels clubhouse in Saskatoon

The Star Phoenix is reporting that police executed search warrants on various properties in Saskatoon including the Hells Angels clubhouse. There was also a couple of shootings at a crack house in Prince George recently. Billy Moore's son was caught with firearms and crack again.

Update: Police are reporting that during the searches they seized 5.4 kilos of crystal meth, 2.6 kilos of cocaine and over 3,000 fentanyl pills which is fake oxycontin as well as over 200 firearms and tens of thousands of rounds of ammunition. The Star Phoenix is reporting that the fentanyl pills found are linked to several recent deaths in Saskatoon .

The name of the puppet club this time is Fallen Saints. As we recall it was the Zig Zag crew that were busted in Winnipeg for selling crack for the Hells Angels. CJME is reporting that "Two full members of the Saskatoon Hells Angels and the president of the Fallen Saints (FS) motorcycle club are among the 14 men arrested by police Wednesday morning in one of the province's largest drug raids. Hells Angels members Terry Eide and Rob Allen and FS president Mark Nowakowski were taken into custody after RCMP, in conjunction with local police forces, raided 19 locations in Saskatchewan and Alberta."

This is a picture of Rob Allen:

Rob has been charged with two counts of trafficking cocaine.

This is a picture of Larry Booth, the former sergeant at arms of the Saskatoon Hells Angels.

He looks a lot like Austin Powers. He also looks very g-a-y. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Discrimination based on sexual orientation is indeed prohibited by law. However, I don't think that's why he's suing Xtreme Mining for wrongful dismissal. I think he's suing for unlawful dismissal because of his membership in a criminal organization. I don't think this additional drug bust is going to help his case much. Bad luck. It's no wonder the HA rivals are so strong out there. He sure doesn't look very intimidating.

This is a picture of Terry Eide:

The Star Phoenix is reporting that Terry Eide of Calgary, charged with trafficking cocaine, trafficking fentanyl and possession of property over $5,000 obtained by crime. Police say Eide is a full-patch member of the Hells Angels.

This is a picture of the Fallen Saints CJME found on Facebook:

It appears that most of the firearms came from a store called Badger Arms Supply.
