The AFT's Predisposition for Corruption
Operation Fast and Furious showed us that the ATF is corrupt. Before we examine the ATF's predisposition for corruption, we need to recap just what Operation Fast and Furious is and was. Tonight the passionate Eye on CBC ran a documentary called Secrets of Mexico’s Drug War. The documentary shows how Mexico’s Sinaloa Cartel has maintained its position - seemingly aided and abetted by the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF). The episode is still available online but I can just find the trailer.
The bottom line is that in Operation Fast and Furious, the ATF were selling the Mexican Cartel guns and bringing back tons of cocaine into the US as payment. Gary Webb was right. Iran Contra never stopped. Obviously it was a CIA led operation. The CIA has been deeply involved with drug trafficking since the Vietnam war. We talked about the Judge Bonner story. Judge Bonner was head of the DEA when the CIA were caught bringing a ton of cocaine into Florida.
The CIA kept denying it over and over until Judge Bonner went on 60 minutes and documented everything. Then they finally admitted it was true but claimed it was a mistake and that it was the only time. Both statements were lies. It wasn't a mistake. They said they were trying to track where the cocaine came from to make an arrest but they made no attempt whatsoever to track the cocaine when it hit the streets nor did they make any attempt to arrest anyone involved with bringing it into the country. As we saw from the Gary Webb story and from Mena Arkansas, this was clearly not the first nor the last time the CIA were caught drug trafficking.
The next time the CIA was caught bringing a ton of cocaine into Florida, they didn't say it was a mistake, they said they were bringing it in to destroy it. Why would they not destroy it at source? Why would they bring it into cocaine central to destroy it? That is ridiculous.
Now it turns out that one of the guns used in a Paris terrorist attack came from Operation Fast and Furious which was run out of Phoenix Arizona. In steps the ATF's predisposition for corruption. These were some of the same ATF agents that were involved in a Hells Angels undercover operation there. Alex Caine once told me that he met some of those ATF agents in Arizona. I'm not going to name names because that would be pointless. There would be too many names to name. Alex told me he went to a house where the ATF were having a wild party with strippers where everyone was getting drunk and talking about confidential things in front of the strippers. He didn't think it was very professional.
You can say what you want about Alex Caine - he's a fake, he's a rat, the list goes on. I do believe he was there and saw that. Why is it a big deal? Because it shows us two things. It shows us the vicious cycle of unprofessionalism in law enforcement just like when the Secret Service agents were caught stiffing a prostitute in Colombia. Married men, trying to pretend to be heros where they get drunk and cheat on their wives all in the name of the greater good.
What it really shows is the true character of many of the law enforcement officers that go undercover to arrest bikers. They do it because they actually covet that lifestyle. It shows their predisposition for corruption and explains why it was so easy for the CIA to infiltrate them to betray their oath to protect the Constitution. After all, that is what the CIA learned from the Judge Bonner story. The only way to shut up the DEA and the ATF is to infiltrate them.
Stephen Harper at the Bohemian Grove
Speaking of creepy, what on earth is homophobic Corporate Communist Stephen Harper doing at the Bohemian Grove? I thought that was one great big homosexual prostitution ring? Sounds like a bohemian rhapsody to me. BTW Const. Dario Devic, that Surrey RCMP officer caught by Creep Catchers has been charged with child luring. It just keeps getting weirder.

Investigation extended into Victoria Chief of Police
The Times Colonist is reporting that "Investigators looking into allegations of misconduct by Victoria's embattled police chief have once again been granted more time to complete their work. The Office of the Police Complaint Commissioner has extended the timeline for a series of investigations involving Chief Frank Elsner. He is alleged to have sent inappropriate Twitter messages to the wife of one of his officers, then is accused of making false statements and deleting data arising from the original investigation. The reviews were scheduled to be done by Friday, but investigators asked for more time and were granted an extension until Nov. 30."
Sudbury dot com is reporting that the Soap opera continues in case of former Sudbury police chief. CBC is reporting that Frankie calls parts of B.C. Police Act unconstitutional. Isn't that ironic? Now all of a sudden he cares about civl liberty. This guy is a piece of garbage and is the perfect example of everything that's wrong with the police department nowadays.
Hitting on the wife of an officer under his command. He should never return to that position. How can the officers under him respect him after that? The public deserves better. This isn't just a one time thing. This is a climate of unprofessionalism that permeates the RCMP as well as each of the regional police forces. All Hail Bill Fordy the dancing monkey himself. Friends of Craig Callen.
Sudbury Living Magazine reported that for many years while working under cover Frank Elsner "associated with criminals and partied with drug users, bikers, and hookers. He set up elaborate drug deals, disappeared for weeks on end, was involved in a hitman operation, and had multiple aliases." Looks like nothing has changed now has it. This case ties in with the ATF's predisposition for corruption. Stay tuned.

Ontario Nomads shut down after president and vice president shot in Quebec - Update
Big news. The Toronto Star is reporting that "The Hells Angels have shut down their elite Nomads chapter outside Ottawa, just a month after hosting a national gathering of more than 500 outlaw bikers." This is also after the Nomads President Martin Bernatchez and the vice president Philippe Boudreau were both shot in two different incidents both in Quebec. The Toronto Star is also reporting that Former Ontario Nomads’ president Paul Porter quit the club and moved back home to Montreal. Porter was the good guy, relatively speaking, who crossed over from the Rock Machine when the last original leaders crossed over after Mom Boucher went to prison.
TVA Nouvelle reported that it appeared to be an internal conflict and implied that it is likely because Quebec Hells Angels arrested during SharQ have now been released and want their territory back. Like I said, don't f*ck with Quebec. They will blow sh*t up. Je me souviens.
Philippe Boudreau was from Sudbury but wore a Hamilton jacket which is where the Calabrians who were warring with the Rizzutos are from. Quebec sources claimed the Ontario HAs supported the Calibrations when Vito was in prison. Martin and Philippe were pretty solid but other than the guys from Quebec who went there, Ontario never really grasped the MC concept. They were very divisive.
Angels Forever Forever Angels. Or at least until more money can be made from someone else.
Update: A blog reader just reminded me, the Ontario Nomads is the same chapter local cub pack member Damion Ryan was given a patch out of. Kim Bolan confirmed that back in February.
Snowden hits the theatre
Snowden, the movie about the life of whistleblower and patriot Edward Snowden hits the theatre September 16th. BBC is reporting that The American Civil Liberties Union and Amnesty International are ready to launch the "Pardon Snowden" campaign. They are urging President Barack Obama to act before he leaves office in January 2017. Wishful thinking. The CIA paid for Obama's education. They only pardon drug traffickers tied to Iran Contra.
Last month I made a blog post comparing Edward Snowden with Liu Xiaobo. The United States government is very passionate about supporting someone like Liu Xiaobo who is a political prisoner in China that won a nobel Peace Prize but they are someone less passionate about supporting someone like Edward Snowden who basically did the same thing. It's very different when the shoe is on the other foot.
Edward Snowden reported unlawful behavior and they want to send him to jail for treason. This is the perfect example of how the west has become just like the communists when it comes to censorship and warrantless surveillance. The fact that they want to put him in jail shows us how far we have fallen from the principles of the US Constitution.

George Christie: The Last American Outlaw
I finally watched the movie The Last American Outlaw with George Christie. It's too bad there was a falling out after the film was made. I think it's underlying message of reflecting on lost liberty is timely and important. I noticed an old blog post on the Aging Rebels blog where he talked about the film and said he wrote most of the narration. Obviously he didn't want to get involved in the George Christie Sonny Barger cat fight and has pulled his endorsement.
The movie is f*cking awesome. Nick Mead did a great job. So did the Aging Rebel. Ya'll gotta get your sh*t together. There is a bigger message here that really needs to get out. The initial intent of the film was to provide an alternate view to the series of films about undercover operations targeting bikers and focus on lost liberty as well as shed a light on FBI and ATF tactics.
The ATF lost all credibility after Operation Fast and Furious. Now everything they do is suspect. My free e-book was about two subjects dear to my heart: confronting organized crime and protecting civl liberty. I have a friend that has left Vancouver and now lives in Cali. He recently told me the HAs are different in the US. They aren't all into the drugs like they are in Vancouver.
The aggressive manner in which the FBI and the ATF are targeting the MC movement in the United States should be a concern for everyone. Stephen Sanders, the former president of the San Diego Chapter of Hells Angels was sentenced to 25 years in prison not for drug trafficking but for kicking a guy out of the club. The government's obsession to seize the Mongols patch after a judge already said they couldn't is concerning. It is clear that the government isn't trying to end drug trafficking it's trying to eliminate any organization they see as a threat or are afraid of.
The movie sets out to portray a set of ideals that are currently under seize and claims Outlaws are civil libertarians. The movie states that America has come closer to becoming a police state than it ever has. This is all very true and very concerning. That is the real issue we must confront. Where are the oath keepers who swore an oath to defend the civil liberty in the US Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic because they certainly aren't in office.
There are no club secrets revealed in this film. Michael Bowen wrote the theme song and read the narration. The film captures the real definition of an outlaw biker and claims "Criminals drive mercedes and ride in limousines. Outlaws ride the last American motorcycle." Here in Vancouver they don't ride motorcycles they drive SUVs because they aren't outlaws they are drug dealers.
In his new book Exile on Front street George Christie states:
"People confuse the outlaw and the criminal. Some outlaws commit crimes, but the real outlaw isn’t a criminal by trade. He’s someone who refuses to live by society’s established norms of behavior. He has an internal code and answers only to his own sense of honor and right and wrong. The outlaw doesn’t conform; he rebels. He doesn’t accept; he questions. In the end, the outlaw might change and adapt, but he bends for no man and won’t let his life be defined by someone else. Jesse James was an outlaw but so was Albert Einstein. I’ve been many things - father, son, husband, leader, brother, and friend - but through it all, I was always an outlaw."
Likewise in the movie the Last American Outlaw the narrator states: "It is a great dream to be an outlaw. To be an outlaw is to search for one's moment as Bay Wolf searched. To be an outlaw is to be all at once Robin Hood, Robinson Crusoe, Danial Boone, Wyatt Earp, Jesse James, Clyde Barrow. Outlaws live by their own code."
George Christie said the thing he liked the most about being a member of the Hells Angels was the freedom and the brotherhood. Where is that brotherhood now? George said he left because the club was heading in a direction different than myself. Maybe that's because the club is heading in the wrong direction. Maybe because some in the club want to sell drugs and be a criminal organization. Maybe they are set on pimping the dream instead of living the dream. Maybe they are the ones who sold out not the people who left it. Real Outlaws don't obey unjust orders.
George Christie's new book Exile on Front Street will be released September 20th 2016.

Remembering 911 and Air India - Update
When I first heard Rosie O'Donnell imply 911 was an inside job on the View shortly after that heinous event occurred, I thought that was a bit too much for me to swallow. At the time I could not entertain the thought. Michael Moore put out a movie called Fahrenheit 911 which implied the same thing and at the time it seemed too far fetched for me to get my brain around. Then years later I heard Jesse Ventura ask how did the third tower collapse into it's own blueprint at freefall speed when no planes hit it. My response to that was what third tower? I didn't even know a third tower collapsed on 911. Not only that but the BBC reported that it collapsed before it actually did.
Then I watched Loose Change 911 which talked about Operation Northwoods and was astounded. No conspiracy theorist made up Operation Northwoods. That declassified document is real and still needs to be addressed. During the Cuban Missile crisis Allen Dulles, the director of the CIA submitted a proposal to kill American civilians on American soil and blame it on Cuba to gain public support for an invasion. It was signed and approved by Lyman Lemnitzer the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. If Kennedy hadn't vetoed the treasonous plot, they would have implemented it. That is a historical fact.
After that I went to a local town hall meeting and watched 9/11: Explosive Evidence - Experts Speak Out which emphasizes how engeneers and experts in the field of controlled demolition all agree that 911 was a controlled demolition simply because steal framed buildings do not collapse at freefall speed into their own blueprint unless the load bearing beams are blown out.
In Canada CSIS had a handler that planned the Air India bombing and provided the explosives for that horrific murder. CSIS was also caught funding ISIS in Syria. History has recorded that.

Update: Remember the movie the Towering Inferno? Fire does not cause steel framed buildings to collapse. On April 3rd Chechnya’s tallest building, a luxury hotel, caught fire and burned for 29 hours before finally being put out. The building is completely destroyed, however it did not collapse. Here is a list of Other Fires in Steel-Structure Buildings. Rethink 911.

Creep Catchers catch a cop - 2nd Update
The Creep Catchers are sure getting famous. They are a group of citizens who pose as minors and arrange a meet up with predators looking for under age sex. They claim to have a caught a bus driver and now claim to have caught a cop. I have a lot to say about this one and the police are having a press conference on the subject today.
First let me say that I think it is a good idea. Predators are certainly going to be more hesitant organizing up a hook up with a minor knowing it could be a set up and they could be filmed and chased by a motley crew of creep catchers. However, I do have some concerns and will point out that sometimes good ideas go bad.
My first impression when I saw the video of the alleged bus driver was just what are they trying to expose? The fact that the bus driver was gay or the fact that he likes to have sex with minors. From the video it was hard to tell. If they are trying to rally a lynch mob to go after the guy because he's gay then that isn't just wrong it is also unlawful.
Nobody likes pedophiles. Not even in prison. Speaking of which take a look at the photo in the Vancouver Sun article that was posted on the front page of today's Vancouver Province. The headline on the cover of the Vancouver Province read: To catch a creep. I'm sure everyone in the photo is too young to understand the quote or the diss.
Many years ago there was a quasy detective series on TV called To catch a thief. It was based on a reformed thief who started working with the police to catch other thieves. The full quote was it takes a thief to catch a thief. So the headline in the Province would imply it takes a creep to catch a creep. Take a look at the photo. They dont look like a group of law biding citizens to me. When I see that picture the first thing that comes to mind is, OK let's run these names through the CSO database and do a criminal record search. Bingo.
The Vancouver Sun article states Ryan LaForge is the president of the Surrey chapter of Creep Catchers. When you search his name on the CSO database the most recent altercation he has had with the law was possession for the purpose of trafficking. He was found guilty. Ryan was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking in Surrey Sept 22 2009. Three years before the brutal drug related murder of Janice Shore.
Martin Luther King was right. The old law of an eye for an eye leaves everyone blind. Whalley crack dealers are no better than pedophiles. On that note I have a true story about Whalley crack dealers trying to pimp out a 14 year old girl. That was disgusting.
The other concern I have is entrapment. One of the articles said they had an under age girl go on an adult dating site and say she was 18. Then after a contact was made she would tell them she was younger than that. I'm an old man myself. Me hooking up with a girl in her 20's would be legal but creepy as f*ck. Nevertheless, how many of those creep catchers have been to a club and met a girl there who had fake ID and was pretending to be older than she really was. Luring someone in is not catching a predator. To catch predators they need to be on underage sites.
Then there's the question just what is under age. Up until recently the age of consent was 14. Old men from Idaho and Creston, BC were swapping young girls to become polygamist brides. 30 year old men were marrying 14 year old girls and it was entirely legal. The Conservatives finally brought the age of consent back up to 16. As far as I'm concerned that means if two 16 year olds fall in love and have sex, it's not a criminal offense it's no one else's business. If a 30 year old man has sex with a 16 year old girl, then yes that is creepy as f*ck, but I don't think it is illegal.
The Canadian Department of Justice web site states "The age of consent for sexual activity is 16 years. It was raised from 14 years on May 1, 2008 by the Tackling Violent Crime Act. However, the age of consent is 18 years where the sexual activity "exploits" the young person -- when it involves prostitution, pornography or occurs in a relationship of authority, trust or dependency (e.g., with a teacher, coach or babysitter). Sexual activity can also be considered exploitative based on the nature and circumstances of the relationship, e.g., the young person's age, the age difference between the young person and their partner, how the relationship developed (quickly, secretly, or over the Internet) and how the partner may have controlled or influenced the young person." If a predator seeks out someone on the Internet then it would appear the age of consent is raised to 18. However, if a group of creep catchers lures an adult on an adult dating site I'm not sure if that's the same thing. No doubt the court will if they haven't already, clarify the matter.
The bottom line is I think the creep catchers is a good idea but they need to do criminal record searches of their members just like every other volunteer organization and they need to stay away from adult dating sites and go after the guys who are looking for minors.
As for me, I don't go anywhere near that kind of stuff. I was totally creeped out when my daughter was in high school and her friends were getting fake ID to go to the Mirage. That creeped me out forever. The idea of going to a bar where there are patrons my kids age is nasty. A few years ago I went out for a beer with an old friend. The guy kept saying isn't the waitress hot over and over again. I finally looked up at her squinting and said she looks pretty young. She looks about my daughter's age. When you have a daughter it changes your perspective completely.
So are the Surrey Creep Catchers going to go after the crack dealers in Whalley pimping out 14 year old girls or are they just gonna keep slinging crack on the side? Are they the ones selling fentanyl pretending it's cocaine? Please advise.
Mind you if they caught Bill Fordy I'd sure give them the thumbs up.

San Fransisco News: Seven California cops charged with sexual misconduct:
Speaking of cops, The Canadian Press is reporting that "Seven current and former San Francisco Bay Area police officers will be charged in a sexual misconduct scandal involving a teenager who was later arrested in Florida in an unrelated assault case, a prosecutor said Friday. The wide-ranging scandal surfaced in June when the teenager, who described herself as a prostitute, said she had sex with about 30 law enforcement officials in Oakland and elsewhere in the region."
"The teen said she had sex with four officers before she turned 18 and sometimes traded sex for protection from arrest or tips about planned prostitution stings."
Update: The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "An RCMP officer is in custody following a Surrey Creep Catcher sting that was broadcast live online on Wednesday night. Assistant Commissioner Brenda Butterworth-Carr made the announcement at a news conference on Friday afternoon."
2nd Update: Global is reporting that "RCMP say the suspect has been released following a judicial bail hearing and they will continue to liaise with Crown Counsel regarding charges. Mounties say the suspect remains suspended from duty." CBC is reporting that Surrey Creep Catchers aslo apologized for publically naming the wrong person after the sting.
Charges are pending. Interesting. No doubt they will try to cover it up. In addition to that I'm not sure what they can charge him with since he just met a girl in public. I guess that would depend on the conversation they had and if sex was mentioned. The thought of a cop meeting a 15 year old girl is indeed creepy as hell. However, unless he was propositioning her in their correspondence I'm not sure what they can charge him with.
Teen girls removed from home of Mountie in Creep Catchers sting. CTV News is reporting that "Two teenagers had been living at the house of a Mountie who became the subject of a Creep Catchers sting, a source told CTV News. The 14-year-olds had been living in the Mountie's house as home-stay students, but a source said the girls were removed."
CNKW is reporting that It appears the Surrey RCMP officer embroiled in an online sting by the Creep Catchers group isn’t the first public officer to be caught. The so-called Creep Hunters caught a Kamloops sheriff last month. In August, Steph was the decoy, a 14-year-old girl new to town, taking to Craigslist looking for someone to talk to. It wasn’t long before she says a member of the justice system responded." OK now that is creepy.
Update - Charges laid: The Peace arch News is reporting that Const. Dario Devic, that Surrey RCMP officer caught by Creep Catchers has been charged with child luring.

Cross Border Policing is still a Bad Idea
Well this is rather shocking. Despite the fact that Stephen Harper lost the last election, his insane cross border policing plan is still on the table. The Canadian Press is reporting that "Canadian diplomats will be pushing for the adoption of border legislation as the current U.S. Congress convenes for its final few months of business." WTF? Why in God's name would they do that?!
Cross border policing is still a bad idea. CBC reported that "A Canada-U.S. initiative to create new, cross-border, law-enforcement teams has been postponed due to unresolved concerns about how to treat police officers accused of breaking the law." You got it folks. The concern is how to treat police officers who break the law.
When the Americans found out that cops in Canada can get charged with murder for shooting someone without just cause they said no way and wanted diplomatic immunity. Giving a foreign police force jurisdiction in a foreign country is insane. Giving them diplomatic immunity to shoot whoever they want is a criminal act. Laura Dawson is a raging lunatic. She does not speak for Canada. Looks like we're going to have to start handing out more flyers at the border.
Laura Dawson is all about NAFTA chapter 11 and claims giving up Canadian sovereignty to Communist state run Corporations in China will bring billions and billions of dollars to Canada. She doesn't seem too concerned about giving up civl liberty or about setting up private medical clinics in Canada where they can make billions of dollars from organ harvesting prisoners of conscience. That doesn't seem to matter to her. It matters to me.
Operation Fast and Furious is a threat to National Security.

Guilty Plea in the Guthrie McKay and Lisa Dudley Murder
The Vancouver Province is reporting that Thomas Robert Bruce Holden, 46 has pleaded guilty to one count of conspiring to commit murder in New Westminster on Tuesday, in front of his family and the families of his victims — 37-year-old Lisa Dudley and 33-year-old Guthrie McKay. Holden was initially charged with two counts of first-degree murder. He has been described as “the directing mind” behind the murders. This murder was described as a targeted hit.
"On the night of Sept. 18, 2008, Jack Douglas Woodruff, Bruce Ian Main and Justin Andrew MacKinnon went to the home Dudley and McKay shared in the 31000-block Greenwood Drive in Mission. Woodruff was designated as the shooter, Main drove to and from the home and MacKinnon was the lookout. Woodruff went to the back of the home, stood on the deck and fired six shots into the living room where Dudley and McKay were watching television. Dudley was shot in the head and neck and McKay in the head, neck and face. The men fled and a neighbour called 911 to report the gunshots."
The tragedy is that the police officer that responded to the 911 call spent 13 minutes at the home without getting out of his car or speaking to the person who called 911. A neighbour discovered the couple four days after the shootings. McKay was dead and Dudley was paralyzed. She died on the way to the hospital. Lisa ws lying wounded when the cop arrived and stayed there dying for four ds. She was alive when they found her and she died en route to the hospital. That was indeed a heart wrenching tragedy. Yes he cip screwed up big time and will have to live with that for the rest of his life. However, the cop wasn't the one that shot her. We need to remember that when we cast blame for the double murder. CTV posted a picture of Thomas Holden and reported that Lisa was found tied to a chair when she was shot.
Thomas Holden
The point of this story is that Thomas Holden wasn't even present during the shootng. He is what the courts describe as the person who ordered the hit. Dudley was the target of the contract killing. According to evidence from previous sentencing hearings, the hit was ordered because of a long-standing dispute between Dudley and a former partner in a marijuana business. That was the motive. So who runs the grows in that area? I'll give you three guesses.
The shooter, Jack Woodruff dated Karen Batke of Surrey before she disappeared February 2007. He confessed to murdering Karen but won't be charged due to a lack of "evidence". He claims she attacked him with a baseball bat in a drug fueled rage. So far the only evidence is his word.
Jack Woodruff
Personally I don't gve a rat's ass about the Hells Angels selling pot out of the black door in Vancouver. If the Hells Angels sell pot or run a grow op it does not concern me in the slightest. I never understood why Dianne Watts was so obsessed with shutting down grow ops in Surrey but didn't lift a finger to stop the public sale of crack cocaine. Crack is far worse than pot.
What does concern me is when members of the Hells Angels say we can sell pot or run a grow op but no one else can. That is ridiculous. In Kelowna Uncle Joe owned a house that he rented out to people who ran a grow op. He claimed he had nothing to do with it it was his tenants. Yet there were Hells Angels bumper stickers posted inside and outside the grow op. That meant it was a HA grow. Later Uncle Joe was caught speeding through Salmon Arm with a car load of weapons, a few associates and a cell phone jammer. It looked like they were on their way to do a grow rip. Shortly after that an abandoned grow op was discovered by police. The people running the grow just got up and left town after they found out the HAs were after them. This is why helpig members of the Hells Angles obtain a monopoly on the market is not in the public interest.
