I found this video on my phone from last year. It's a video of the sunset from Sky Chair last August. This is why I get anxiety over the thought of leaving Vancouver. I love it here. Je me souviens. The musician was from Ireland so he was. You can also watch the sunset or sunrise from the webcam any day of the year.
This is another video of the same place April 2025 right when ski season ended.
Killing the journalist will not kill the story. We stand in solidarity with journalists in Gaza risking their lives to tell the truth: https://t.co/FKtrJ5r3hj

CBC is reporting that "Israel struck one of the main hospitals in the Gaza Strip on Monday — and then hit the facility again as journalists and rescue workers rushed to the scene, killing at least 20 people and wounding dozens more, local health workers said." That's called a double tap. It is Satanic.
CBC is reporting that "A Surrey, B.C, car wash was shot at late Monday night, and the owner says he was first threatened with extortion and then burgled."
"The Surrey Police Service (SPS) said officers were on patrol and discovered bullet holes in the front of 1313 Car Wash, in the area of 128 Street and 84 Avenue, around 11 p.m. PT on Monday." Same night 4 blocks away there was another.
The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "Another Surrey business has been targeted in the recent string of extortion-related shootings. Article content According to Surrey Police, the owner of a business located in the 12800 block of 80 Avenue contacted police Monday morning to report what appeared to be damage from gunfire." This is getting ridiculous.
I can't see CSIS not being involved in this. In 2022 CBC reported that "an ISIS member who was also working as a CSIS operative smuggled three British teenagers into Syria in 2015." A CSIS operative was an ISIS member. Exactly.
When I said CSIS was the reason Dave Pickton got a free pass and was never charged despite knowing where the bodies were buried, I didn't make that up. CSIS contracted Grant Wakefield to investigate Kerry Ryan Renaud. They were concerned about the Hells Angels supplying arms to white supremacist groups. They considered Kerry a "skinhead."
When Grant reported back that there was no white supremacist group they said thanks we no longer need your services. That's all they were concerned about. They didn't care about the fact that Kerry was a crystal meth cook for the Hells Angels.
Nor did they care about anything else going on at the farm. They considered Dave Pickton a Confidential Informant in that investigation and gave him a free pass for EVERYTHING else. How convenient. It's as though that investigation was a cover for everything else going on there which they helped hide.
They likely tried to create a white supremacist organization here like how they paid Grant Bristow to create the Heritage Front back east but no one here took the bait.
The RCMP then hired Grant Wakefield to investigate Jim Brown. They wanted to find dirt on him. When Grant found it the RCMP said thank you we no longer need your services. They just wanted to be able to blackmail him if he ever blackmailed them. That's when Grant Wakefield became a whistle blower and the RCMP covered it up. Again.
The fact that CSIS had a operative who was a member of ISIS in Syria says it all. The CIA created ISIS and CSIS supported the CIA. Let me guess, that CSIS op in Syria was illegal just like their Hong Kong op was using MI6 as a cover.
We took advantage of the sun and put the kayaks in at Glen Valley Regional Park on the Fraser River today. When it's this hot in summer all the main waterways are packed. Glen Valley Regional park is tucked away off the beaten track.
Right when we were about to put in a couple with two kayaks pulled up in their vehicle. They said Stave lake was packed and the tow trucks were towing everyone parked on the gravel road. That's pretty shady. Glen Valley is kind of like the Bedford channel in Fort Langley. It's right across from Crescent Island. Very calm and quiet. A bit muddy when the tide is out.
I just realized if you paddle around the Island and across the river you can paddle up Hayward Lake. That looks cool. I was hoping to try that today but we went the wrong way around the Island and I ran out of gas.
Everything looks so small on the map but seems so much longer when you have to paddle it manually. We went clockwise around Crescent Island as the tide was going out.
Which meant we were paddling up the Fraser when the tide was going out. The current wasn't noticeable as we always stay on the side looking for eddies but paddling downstream once we circled the island was a lot easier and faster than paddling up stream on the outside of the island.
We should have went counter clockwise or east because the current in the channel was even less noticeable. If we went counter clockwise I might have had enough steam left to paddle up Hayward lake which is on the other side of Stave lake.
The east end of the island has lots of cool sand bars when the tide is out. On the outside of the island on the north east corner a boat had docked and they were sitting on a couple of lawn chairs on the sand bar enjoying the view. Crescent Island is quite narrow. This is from the east looking west.
If you're feeling energetic, this appears to be the way up to Hayward lake after you circle the island and cross the river.
Speaking of Robert Pickton, the Vancouver Sun is reporting that Catherine Galliford has recently died of liver cancer. I'm sorry to hear that. Catherine was the spokesperson for the RCMP during the Pickton investigation. She filed a sexual harassment lawsuit for the completely inappropriate behavior she witnessed while with the RCMP during that period.
Catherine Galliford's sexual harassment lawsuit was separate from the class action sexual harassment lawsuit against the RCMP that many others filed. Two names that come to mind during Catherine Galliford's tenure are Bill Fordy and Tim Shields. Two literal clowns who kept getting promoted despite being actively involved with inappropriate behavior.
They were part of the FOCCers. Friends of Craig Callen. Trailer trash swingers who kept getting promoted within that E Division management. Catherine Galliford took a gag order to get her settlement as did the many others in the class action.
The recent murder of Robert Pickton forces us to reopen that case. Robert Pickton wasn't murdered by someone who didn't want him to make parole. He was murdered by someone who wanted him to keep his mouth shut which confirms what we all knew. Robert Pickton wasn't a serial killer. He was a fall guy.
After Robert Pickton was murdered, Alan Mullen, a former corrections officer at the Kent Institution in Agassiz, B.C. when Pickton was incarcerated there said “If you talk to (Pickton) or listen to (Pickton), it’s pretty obvious that he did not act alone.” Willy wasn't the mastermind that evaded police. He was slow and awkward. He wasn't even a predator. His brother Dave was.
Dave knew where bodies were buried. You can thank CSIS for letting Dave off. Robert Pickton wrote a book from prison that was pulled off the shelf called Fall Guy. Other than the title, it didn't offer any worthwhile information. He didn't name the Hells Angels, he trashed a Hells Angels associate that ratted him out.
So I guess there are two things we can get from his book. One is the title. The other is the fact that a Hells Angels associate blamed him for all the murders. What happened to we don't dial 911? We don't cooperate with the police unless we are blaming someone else for something we did.
In a CTV article from 2010 Robert Pickton had an interview with CTV from prison and actually named the Hells Angels. As soon as I linked to it that article was taken down.
There's another CTV article about his book that vaguely mentioned the Hells Angels but their exclusive interview with him from prison and the original article has been taken down.
When Willy was first arrested, his brother Dave said if Willy goes down, everyone goes down. He quickly changed his tune. Willy took the fall for everyone. Recently someone asked me what do we know for certain about the Pickton case?
I said the only thing we know for certain is that Diane Rock was gang raped on the farm before she was murdered. Gang raped would implicate more than one suspect.
It also opens Pandora's box. As mentally deranged as gang rape is, the people that gang raped Diane Rock didn't gang rape her with Robert Pickton. Robert Pickton wasn't one of the boys so to speak. His brother Dave was.
After Janice Edwards testified about Diane Rock's gang rape, the instructions to the jury the judge gave them was that they could convict Robert even if he wasn't the only suspect. He even went so far as to say they could convict Robert even if he wasn't the main suspect, just an active participant. He disposed of the bodies. That's what he did.
One local who attended parties on the farm wrote a book called Jesus of Vancouver. He said that the word on the street at the time was that Robert was harvesting pituitary glands from the bodies to make HGH. HGH was a very popular steroid at the time that was made from human cadavers.
Stevie Cameron's book On the Farm, mentioned the Diane Rock gang rape and the Janice Edwards testimony. It also mention the fact that everyone knew the Hells Angels ran the area and that Andrea's father, Tony Terezakis worked the door at Piggy's Palace. Before she died I asked Stevie Cameron who her source was and she said it was Dave Pickton himself.
One local source who was involved with investigations on the farm told me Diane Rock said she was gang raped by bikers and cops. That's why she was afraid to go to the police.
During the first Missing Woman's Inquiry, Cameron Ward mentioned a picture of BDSM RCMP officer Jim Brown in a threesome with Dave Picktion who was a Hells Angels associate. As soon as that was mentioned the Coquitlam RCMP kicked in the whistle blower's door, seized all his hard drives and deleted the evidence. I spoke with two credible witnesses that said they saw the picure but did not have it. Cameron Ward would not have mentioned it unless it was a legitimate concern.
Dave Pickton was a Hells Angels associate but he wasn't a Hells Angel. The same with Tony Terezakis. Big Tony sold drugs for the Hells Angels but he wasn't a member.
Although the Hells Angels ran Piggy's Palace and attend parties there in colours, so did a lot of associates and hang arounds. Jim Brown was there but so were other cops. The first Missing women's inquiry was supposed to hear evidence of many off duty Police officers attending parties at Piggy's Palace.
So it was more than Jim Brown but it wasn't all of them. All cops weren't gang raping sex trade workers with drug debts but some were. Just like all Hells Angels weren't. The murder of Robert Pickton was meant to cover all that up.
So in addition to Robert Pickton we have his brother Dave, Jim Brown and Tony Terezakis. That's all we're going to get in this life and that is someone we can all see. A few more fall guys.
The Trail times is reporting that wing nuts are still pushing for safe supply knowing it will bankrupt our medical when the lethal injections sites have increased overdose deaths. That is Satanic. The program failed and needs to be terminated. This is why RICO laws or terrorist classifications are a joke. We need to enforce the laws we already have which we aren't doing.
Back to reality. There was a run on Barnston Island today so instead of taking the ferry we took the kayaks over. It's 9.8 Km around the Island. I hadn't been there since I was a kid. I didn't do the run. I just walked up to Robert Point and back.
When we first put in I saw a huge splash on the other side of the river and I was like woah what was that? I turned my head and the ferry was docked right beside me. I looked back and there were no boats any where near it. I thought maybe it was a seal because it was such a large splash.
Evidently the Salmon are running and today is the first day of recreational fishing. We saw a few salmon jump and did see a couple of seals. On the way back we paddled upstream half way to Mann Point then drifted back again.
We saw a guy on a boat hook a fish. After he hooked it, the fish jumped right out of the water and I was like holy f*ck. That's the biggest salmon I've ever seen. I was like what is that? It's too small to be a sturgeon but way too big to be a salmon.
Turns out it was a sturgeon. They had a stretcher on the side of the boat to haul it in without injuring it as sturgeon are protected and it's just catch and release. You reel it in, take a picture and let it go. Zoom in on the pictures. It was bigger than I thought.
80 inches - 6' 8". It was huge. That's the first time I've seen a sturgeon in real life. They said it was the forth one they caught that day. That guide knew what he was doing. Usually those charters are like whale watching. They're hit and miss.
Sometimes you don't see any or catch any. Four in one day is unusual. I asked if they come for the salmon and he said yes but he said they're always in the river. You just don't see them.
CTV is reporting that "Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) has cancelled the 45th annual Clam Harbour Beach Sandcastle Competition due to dry conditions. The event was scheduled to place Sunday and typically attracts around 10,000 people." The truth is stranger than fiction. It's usually dry at the beach. How's that going to start a forest fire? Thinking is now banned.
There's been an interesting conversation in the comments about bikers and rappers. Weird Hal was a white Hells Angel rapper that made a fool of himself. He's no longer a member.
Consequently some argue bikers have no business being rappers. While others argue rap culture promotes drug use which makes the bikers more money so let's talk about that.
Weird Hal's no longer a member so let's set him aside. I forgot about Little Whiterock Ryan. He wasn't a bad guy but I don't see him putting out any more music. The thing with Weird Hal is that he had drug dealers in his videos.
One rather amusing video had Hal on a boat with Rob Shannon and Jody York. It looked like Happy Planet's I'm on a boat parody only he wasn't joking he was trying to be cool. Cringe.
The point is he was being a heat bag. Jody York and Rob Shannon were later busted in a huge cross border drug ring. So once again, drawing too much attention to criminal activity is unwise. Pride cometh before the fall and great shall be the fall thereof. I'm not going to comment on Andreas' music or Harley Quinn's music. I'm not going to trash them like I did Hal.
I'm a bit worried about Andreas. In one of his videos he showed himself digging a grave while he was at gunpoint and then being shot and dumped in the grave. Metaphorical, allegorical, drama creation, call it what you will. I think he's really conflicted and has a death wish. The name he chose would support that.
It appears that he wants to go out in a blaze of fire to make a name for himself. Yet I can tell you this. His father doesn't want him to die a premature death. That's not honouring his father's memory. There's good and bad in every person. We honour someone by glorifying their good not their bad.
We honour someone by not making the same mistakes they made. Andreas was the one that had one of his guys film him while he sucker punched Rick Ross in Vancouver. That was a really cheap publicity stunt. Then his crew and Merkules' crew filmed themselves giving a couple of guys in Rick Ross' entourage the boots. That was straight up trailer trash.
I haven't listened to any of Merkules' music. I find him too uncomfortable to look at. This whole obsession with a fat rich white guy that has a hot young girlfriend makes my stomach turn. It's not something I'm interested in.
I haven't listened to Harley Quin's music either. He's rapping under the Devil's banner so I have no interest in what he has to say. So I'm not going to comment on any of their music other than stating that I think they're promoting addiction they're not encouraging people to leave the life and I think they're being heat bags like Rob Shannon and Jody York.
There is something that needs to be said about rap culture that promotes materialism and drug abuse. Their purpose is to make the white biker rich by throwing their life away.
Take Mad Child for example. He admitted to wasting his money on Viagra and oxies. Then when his money was gone, Voldemort kicked him to the curb after he sucked him dry.
So yes the club will exploit rappers just like they will exploit anyone else. I don't have a beef with Mad Child. He put out some stuff in the beginning that was pretty f*cked up but after breaking free he put out some stuff with Tom MacDonald and I'm not going to hate on him for that.
After Voldemort kicked him to the curb everyone started trashing him. That was pretty lame. Voldemort got what he deserved so now we can all move on. Tom MacDonald and Super Nova are doing really well and I'm not going to rain on that parade.
I just ask that people try to keep it positive. Someone said rapping is a way out for some of those kids and I disagree. Getting a job and living a normal life is a way out. Promoting addiction is not. Which brings us to the Caribbean rappers in Montreal. These guys aren't cringe like the white Eminem wannabe rappers but they are lost in space.
All these crazy beefs are insane. Those guys will shoot you for a pair of sneakers and throw their life away in the process.
The Bible has a story about a mess of pottage which is another name for a bowl of soup. The story is about a guy who sold his birthright for a bowl of soup. It's a cautionary tale so it is. Don't do what he did. Yet that's exactly what these kids are doing who shoot each other for a pair of sneakers.
When you commit murder you throw your life away. Throwing your life away for a watch or a pair of sneakers is pretty foolish. Wasting that much money on a Rolex or a pair of sneaking is foolish all on it's own. If you had that much money, why waste it on that? To impress people? That's pretty shallow.
Take a look at Lil Man. He was the connection between the Brother's Keepers and the Driftwood Crips. Where do you think he got all that money from? He got it from Damion Ryan.
He posted a picture on social media of him holding a fist full of cash beside some ridiculously expensive pair of runners. He got all that money from Damion Ryan for killing Mo then blew it instantly. A fool and his money are soon parted.
Damion Ryan rolled on Lil Man right after he hired him. That's the way the Wold Pack roll. They rat out the people they hired so the police get a bust and they get to keep selling drugs.
After Damion Ryan's last bust he rolled on Zone 43 who were Haitians from Montreal he brought to the DTES to keep Redd Alert in line after the Wolf Pack was given the DTES drug network. So basically rap culture promotes slavery through materialism, addiction and greed. For what doth it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his soul?
A salute to the Dalai Lama.
There is one white local rapper out there that has a huge potential. I called him the Dalai Lama because he displayed profound wisdom in his youth when he discovered the gang life wasn't all it was cracked up to be. Sometimes rapping isn't a way out, it's a way to process your trauma.
