Ottawa Convictions

8 alleged Hells Angels were arrested in eastern Ontario. Blaine Doner got seven years for selling cocaine for the Hells Angels in Ottawa while Craig Haines got 10 years. That's a lot more than a few months of house arrest. No wonder we have a problem in BC. The federal laws are not enforced the same here as they are in other provinces.

The key point in those cases is the fact that it was a violent bid to take over the drug trade in Brockville. In 2007, police discovered the Ottawa-based chapter of the biker gang was trying to take over the cocaine trade in Brockville, Gananoque and Prescott. As well as Leeds and Grenville. Let's not forget Niagara.

Police launched Project Beckenham, a 30-month investigation by the OPP Biker Enforcement Unit resulting in eight arrests and seizures of cash, drugs and weapons.

The ring was allegedly run by full-patch Nomad member Mario Sincennes and Haines, who was described during court proceedings as being a gang “hang around.”

Hells Angels involved in N.L. drug trade, police say

This is an old story but it comes to mind with the recent news of another drug bust in Newfoundland. Police in St. John's said Friday that as many as 10 of the 14 people arrested in drug raids on Thursday are associated with the Hells Angels biker gang, which is heavily involved in the illegal drug trade in Newfoundland and Labrador. Seemingly it's connected to Quebec and BC.

Did Brittney Irving deserve to die?

Well things have got quiet all of a sudden. What's the matter - didn't the public realize the similarities between Jody Elliott's murder in Kelowna and Percy Soluk's murder in Surrey? Does the graphic details of those murders surprise you? Does the involvement of the Hells Angels surprise you? It certainly does open Pandora's box. If the Hells Angels are responsible for one gory murder, or more, how many more unsolved murders are they responsible for?

Indeed, a pattern has been established. The pattern I see is that someone claims someone found dead or missing somehow deserved to die. That is absurd and offensive. Let's take Percy's murder for example. "They" claimed he was robbing grow ops and deserved to die. That statement leaves us with two more questions - was he really robbing grow ops and did he really deserve to die, in that manner.

Juel Stanton is an East Vancouver Hells Angel accused of robbing grow ops in Surrey and taking them over for the Hells Angels. Stanton and two others were also accused of beating a man who was accused of robbing a grow op. Stranton was found not guilty but his co accused was found guilty of assault and theft. Wait a minute... they accused the guy of ripping them off and they get charged with theft. Kind of like East Vancouver/ Kelowna Hells Angel Robert Thomas. He has a long rap sheet of theft and B&E. He's the two bit thief. Does he deserve to die?

Reports have come in that Brittney sold pot not crack or meth. I still say there is a profound difference between selling pot and selling crack or meth. And when someone says they caught someone ripping off a Hells Angels grow op, I cry Bullsh*t.

In this case they aren't claiming Brittney ripped off the pot they claim Joey ripped off a huge shipment of pot AND killed her. Yet him acting alone fails the test of believability.

Joey has been a Hells Angels associate for years. We was walking around town without a care in the world after Brittney was found murdered. If he stole a large shipment of pot from the Hells Angels, where would he sell it and would he not be concerned about his safety? Killing someone who sold pot for the Hells Angels is a dangerous thing to do. Killing someone who owed money to the Hells Angels is not.

Did a crack addict deserve to have his fingers cut off for a $170.00 drug debt to the Hells Angels?

Which brings us to Geoff Meisner. Did Geoff deserve to die? It has been claimed that Geoff's wife Tammy knew Brittney. Someone claimed he stole a large shipment of pot from the Hells Angels and that's why he is missing. That doesn't make sense. Why would he steal a large shipment of pot from the Hells Angels? How would he sell it? How would he get away with it? Wouldn't he be worried about his wife and kids? The pattern of deception is someone goes missing or ends up dead and someone else claims they somehow deserved it.

Did the women murdered on the Pickton farm deserve it because they were crack hos? Who turned them into addicts and profited from the sale of drugs they used? We can rationalize anything if we really want to. Gang raping and mutilating crack hos is not tough or hard core. It is deranged.

What did Eric Sandberg mean when he said "They" were ready to wipe out all the competition in Surrey? Like I said, I think the Hells Angels have been directly involved in the Vancouver gang war all along and I find it obscenely offensive to hear a police officer not to mention a member of the HIT claim that things were fine until we started to crack down on the Hells Angels. That's when all the smaller gangs got violent.

No, that's when the Hells Angels got violent taking over all the smaller gangs. The pattern has been revealed.

Jody Elliot's Contracted Murder

Jody Elliott's remains were found in a wooded area on Kelowna's Westside back in 2005. Witnesses said that word on the street was his murder was designed to send a message to Kelowna's drug culture.

"I think he was getting into other people's playground," says George suggesting Elliott was dealing drugs on someone else's turf. They said Elliott was a low level drug dealer who would often rip-off his clients.

Those are two very different accusations. Personally I think one is true and the other is false. I do believe he was selling drugs on someone else's turf. I don't believe he was ripping off clients.

Court heard that there was a contract out on Elliott’s life, in retaliation for ripping off rival drug dealers. The hit was apparently authorized by "the big boys," but Nadon gave no further details on who "the big boys" were. Their contact, referred to in court as "the guy," was never charged due to lack of evidence.

The court was told the contract on Elliott’s life was in retaliation for ripping off rival drug dealers not clients. What does ripping off rival drug dealers really mean? One doesn't do business with rival drug dealers. One does business in competition with rival drug dealers. Ripping off a rival drug dealers simply means doing business on someone else's turf.

So the big boys put a contract out on Jody Elliot's life. Does anyone not know who the big boys are that they are referring to? A shovel and an X-acto knife were employed to remove the victim’s head, hands and ear.

A police officer acting on a tip intercepted the trio as they headed back to Kelowna on Bear Creek Main Road in a car that contained Elliott’s body parts. Back at the Kelowna RCMP detachment, an officer discovered Elliott’s ear in Fralic’s pants pocket.

This case has a familiar ring to it. It sounds similar to a murder in Surrey where the body was dismembered by someone on contract for the Hells Angels.

At the trial of contract killer Mickie (Phil) Smith the court was told one of his murders was done for the East Vancouver chapter of the Hells Angels. Smith killed Paul Percy Soluk at a crack house in Surrey and said a man he called Yurik helped him chop up and dispose of the body. Smith said "Yurik's not an Angel but he works with the Angels. I know he's done a lot of hits."

Robert Thomas

Robert Thomas is a Hells Angel in Kelowna. According to a media document he owns two properties in Kelowna despite sporting the Vancouver Hells Angels T-shirt when he was staring down the media during the Kelowna clubhouse raid in the summer of 2005.

Unlike Davie he seems to be able to control his drool but he does need more time on the StairMaster than Davie does. Not bad for a geriatric stud muffin. Is there something appealing about saggy arms and saggy bellies because I'm not seeing it.

In 2006 Bobby Thomas plead guilty to possessing a firearm in breach of his probation and as a result he has a lifetime firearm ban. He has convictions for break and enter and theft. The guy is just a low life thief. Now he has been charged in another murder.

He has previous convictions; 1981, a break and enter and theft for which he received nine months; 1982, Sarnia, Ontario -- the other one was in Guelph, this one was in Sarnia, B and E, theft, nine months; 1984, Windsor, possession of stolen property, $75 and probation; 1985, possession of a narcotic for which he got an absolute discharge; 1985, B and E, six months, that was in Sarnia; and his last one in Ontario was in 1985, he got a possession of stolen property in Windsor for which he got five months and some concurrent time.

His next conviction was 1991, failing to or refusing to provide a breath sample, $500 fine; 1995, an assault, a suspended sentence and probation for one year; and 2004, assault causing bodily harm and assault under the common assault sections for which he received a total of $1,500 in fines and a mandatory weapons prohibition under Section 109.

Another interesting character is Robert Daniel Thompson from the states who is another Hells Angel. He was convicted in 1987 for kidnapping a woman and served seven years in prison. As a result, he is listed as a convicted sex offender on the state's Megan's Law Web site.

He was charged and tried twice in the murder of two young girls aged 12 and 15 long after the fact. The first trial resulted in a hung jury. In the second trial the jury found him not guilty. This whole concept of raping or murdering young girls makes me think of two other cases.

Otis Garret was finally convicted of ordering the hit on the mother who testified against him when he was convicted of running a San Francisco prostitution ring for the Hells Angels. They murdered the mothers twin seven year old daughters at the same time to send the world a clear message as to what the Hells Angels really are.

The other case that comes to mind is that really old one that made the front page of the local news when Hells Angels were acquitted of raping two teenage girls a sheriff saw came running out of their midst naked and crying. That certainly isn't a t-shirt I'd be proud to support. In fact Robert Thompson was shot outside a bar in California after the acquittal.

New Kelowna HA Support Gear

Hey I hear Davie Giles and a few friends were parading around Kelowna in their own little pride parade. Word is they're selling these new support shirts to raise money for their next key.

Soak up the Sun

Well summer is here and life is good. Time to soak up the sun. Notwithstanding the difficulties and the frustrations of the moment, I still have a dream.

From the mountains and streams to the oceans and lakes, BC is still a beautiful place. The gang war has affected us. Organized crime spreads it's grip on our province like an octopus spreads it's tentacles. As soon as one puppet club is cut off another one springs up to take it's place.

Yet times are changing. Some may live in fear but they are no longer living in ignorance. We are starting to see who the real puppet master is for what they really are. As a result society is getting fed up and starting to speak out. Anonymously perhaps but people realize that ratting out a rat isn't being a rat at all. Burring your head in the sand and looking the other way is.

Too many people are dying and going missing. If we fought wars in trenches on foreign soil to protect someone else's freedom, how much more so are we willing to fight to protect our own home.

Nevertheless, everything has it's time and place. Kelowna is a beautiful place. So is Vancouver. Let's get outside and soak up the sun.

Where is the love?

Woman no cry.

Redemption Song.

And for the wanna bees out there just live your life:

Seems as though you lost sight
Of what's important when depositin'
Them checks into your bank account
And you grow up in poverty

Your values is a disarray prioritizin' horribly
Unhappy with the riches 'cause you're piss poor morally
Ignorin' all prior advice and forewarnin'
And we mighty full of ourselves
All of a sudden, aren't we?

Gimli and the Kelowna Throttlelockers

Well here's a switch. The Huckleberry Hillbillies from 100 Mile House are expanding into Kelowna. That's Devolution for ya. Looks like they have Gimli, the dwarf from Lord of the Rings to lead the way for them.

Gimli, also known as Scotty from Primal Instinct Tattoo in Kelowna won 1st for Best Old Style and 2nd for Best Vintage at Slack Alice's Show'n Shine in 2006.

Davie Giles - Skeletor

Well here's a picture of Davie Giles at the Father's Day Show and Shine last year in Kelowna. He's got that real intelligent look on his face. The one that screams I'm a geriatric and need a bib for my drool.

You've got the cutest little baby face Skeletor. Sorry to hear you lost your keys.

Here's a picture of his lawyer Tricky Dicky.

Who says crime doesn't pay? This is the view from Davie's deck in Kelowna. Not to say he's ever benefited from the proceeds of crime. Much.

Here he is on a run out in New Brunswick. I wonder what he's doing out there? If he closed his mouth once in a while he might be able to control that drool.

Pucker up you geriatric stud muffin. I want your drool.

A toast: To global domination and the Rocky Horror Cease Pools we turn thriving communities into wherever we go. Here's to the Return of the Cyst!

Who is Tiny Mac?

The news claims Corey (Tiny) MacInnis was a founding member of the Hells Angels in Winnipeg. His fish tattoo covering up his deadhead on his forearm might just be a cover up in more ways than one. His Myspace says Calgary and another witness was introduced to him there. Someone else claims he does business in Regina.

This is a photo of him at a Calgary ski hill. Someone claimed he might have information about the Dustin Lafortune case. It would sure be interesting to find out if he really does know anything about that case since Sean Wolfe's other friend has been seen in Calgary when Dustin Lafortune incurred his injuries there.

PS: We love rats because ratting out as rat is noble. Selling crack and collecting drug debts is not.
