Crystal meth dealer shot dead in Calgary

September 24th 2013 the Calgary Sun reported that police found 10 kilos of crystal meth and 260 grams of crack cocaine in one vehicle and found even more crystal meth in a second vehicle along with powder cocaine and more crack.

Jason Quinn Antonio, 38, of Calgary was charged with two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking and one count of possession of proceeds of crime. Jose Rodolfo Cruz Rivera, 59, of Calgary was been charged with one count of trafficking a controlled substance.

Just over a year later the Calgary sun is reporting that Jason Quinn Antonio was shot dead behind his home 10:00 AM yesterday morning. Sadly, he likely wasn't shot because he was a crystal meth dealer. He was more likely shot so he wouldn't rat out the ones he worked for and because he was now liable for the debt the seizure incurred.

What the Canadian Charter of Rights really does say

Benjamin Franklin once said any nations that expects to be ignorant and free expects what never was and never will be. There's a blog in the States called Bikers of American know your rights. Indeed it's important for every Canadian and every American to know their rights. The right to smoke crack and belong to a criminal organization is not a charter right. It's not that I claim to be an expert on the charter. It's just that the charter is such a short, simple and clear document anyone can read it for themselves. In fact every Canadian should own a copy.

Anyone can view the document online or download the pdf. When I was young my father always used to have a copy on the wall. You can still order a free copy from Heritage Canada but the Harper government is making it increasingly difficult to order a copy because he is very open about the fact that he opposes it, which is somewhat ironic. He claims to be right wing. He claims to love freedom. Yet he does the exact opposite. One of the reasons he doesn't want Canadians to have a copy of it is because his creation of CSEC is illegal.

The other reason is because there has been occasions where the courts have misinterpreted it. Smoking crack is not a charter right. Judges are paid with tax dollars to uphold the law not break it. Mandatory minimum sentences are not a violation of the charter of rights. We currently have mandatory minimum sentences for murder. That does not violate the charter because committing murder is not a charter right either. In fact it is so simple it is infuriating and bizarre how the courts can screw it up so badly.

First I would recommend people read and bookmark the charter for themselves. Second, I recommend people order an attractive copy to post on their wall because every Canadian should indeed own one. Canadian Heritage will send you a free copy. You just have to figure out which link to click on to order one. I tried to order 500 copies to hand out at the mall. I was wiling to pay for them. At first they said no problem. Then someone upstairs pulled the plug and they said they couldn't do it even if I paid for the copies myself. Stephen Harper's government doesn't want that information getting out there because people would realize how frequently he breaks it. Nevertheless, individuals are still entitled to order a copy for themselves and for their family. I highly recommend doing so. This is a pdf file of a color copy of the charter.

The Canadian Civil Liberties Association talks about five fundamental freedoms: The Freedom of assembly, the Freedom of association, the Freedom of expression, the Freedom of religion and the Freedom of information. You don't have to be a brain surgeon to be able to interpret the charter. You don't need to memorize a bunch of watered down jurisprudence that has diluted the charter either. You simply need to look at the document and the historical context of when it was framed to determine the actual intent of the charter. Before the Charter of Rights was the Bill of Rights.

I once heard an American patriot speak about the US Constitution. He believed the day would come when the US Constitution would hang by a thread. Clearly that day has come. He believed that when that day came, inspired citizens who loved liberty would rise up to befriend the constitution and save it from the brink of ruin. Now is the time to rise up in defense of the Constitution. Oath Keepers arise.

The patriot said there are two ways to befriend the Constitution and to save it in our day. The first is to get a copy of it and read what it actually says for yourself. The second is to start reading the Federalist papers and the writings of the founding fathers to understand the historical context in which the Constitution was framed to preserve it's original intent against the legal attempts to dilute it and the brazen attempts by the NSA to throw it away completely.

Two Convictions in the Surrey Six Murder

The Surrey Now is reporting that B.C. Supreme Court Justice Catherine Wedge found Cody Haevischer and Matthew Johnston each guilty of six counts of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder. BF posted a link to the decision. We know that a third suspect was originally charged but made a surprise guilty plea during the trial.

The real trial will be the separate one for Jamie Bacon who has been accused of masterminding the entire murder plot. Sophon Sek is another suspect that I believe will be tried separately as well. He made bail. It was alleged that he knocked on the door of the suit to get the murderers in the apartment. Yet someone had a fob which got them into the building so I'm not sure exactly what Sophon Sek has been charged with.

We also know that person x, not to be confused with the original person x who later became person y was present during the murders and already plead guilty. I believe he confessed to killing Chris Mohan one of the two innocent bystanders. We also need to recognize person y who came clean and set the whole thing in motion. A big salute to the real soldier in the midst.

I think Global had it a little bit confused when they said that the suspects murdered a rival drug dealer. They weren't rivals they were affiliates. Jamie Bacon tried to tax them for selling drugs on "their" turf. That's pretty bizarre since the Bacon brothers are from Abbotsford not Surrey and the Hells Angels are the ones in control of the Surrey drug trade not the Bacon brothers. Jamie Bacon sure wouldn't be trying to tax Hells Angel crystal meth cook Ryan Remaud. I submit that Jamie Bacon was trying to collect on behalf of his brother Jonathon's long time friend Larry Amero and the Whiterock Hells Angels. Jamie Bacon couldn't even go to the gym without a body guard.

He wasn't in charge of anything. He was an ork who was supplied and empowered by the Hells Angels. Larry Amero finally came out of the closet with his support of the Bacon brothers in Kelowna when he was shot with Jonathon Bacon and Spike's niece.

Yet the real focus of this trial is on Eileen Mohan, Surrey's own Mother Teresa. She's the reason I started this blog and web site. Her heartfelt plea was what touch person y's heart and caused him to cooperate. The heinous nature of the crime is what caused just about everyone else to flip as well. Killing innocent civilians crosses the line completely. As a result the Bacon brothers are hated in Surrey to this day.

Although nothing will bring her son back, the two convictions must be a huge relief to a very stressful trial. It's so nice to see almost a smile on her face after years of real sorrow. The Surrey Now posted a video clip of Eileen Mohan speaking to the media after the convictions.

Male shot in Richmond and another beaten to death in Langley

CTV has confirmed a Scan BC report that #Richmond #RCMP are on scene with a male shot several times at Talmey Elementary School 9500 Kilby Dr. Male died at scene. IHIT responding. Scan BC also reported that #Langley #RCMP are on scene after a male was beat to death by several others outside of a house at 27500 32nd Ave. IHIT now taking over.

Plus a teenager was shot dead in Abbotsford Thursday night. Kim Bolan is reporting the victim in the Abbotdford shooting was 18 year old Harwindip Singh Baringh. Kim is also reporting that IHIT has arrested a suspect in the September 24th shooting of Aladdin Ramadan in Burnaby, a 16 year old kid. That means his name won't be released because he's a young offender. That's pretty retro. Nowadays all the local shootings tend to be older.

Clifford Montgomery Convicted

Kelowna Capital News is reporting that Clifford Montgomery, 37, of West Kelowna who attempted to smuggle 97 kilograms of cocaine into Canada through a fruit grinding machine was sentenced Wednesday to 14 years in prison.

One source claims Todd Tyreman and Dustin Zimmerman are associates of Clifford Montgomery. They claim Zimmerman lived in Montgomery's house. Zimmerman was charged in a Regina Kelowna cocaine ring. Another source claims Clifford Montgomery is an associate of Glen Hehn.

Another assault outside the Front Room

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that Mounties are looking for three men after a 55-year-old man was beaten with a stick near Surrey's Front Room drop-in centre for the homeless late Tuesday night. The victim was found "unresponsive" on the street, suffering from cuts to his face and head, and was rushed to Royal Columbian Hospital. A broken wooden stick was found nearby.

Surrey RCMP Cpl. Bert Paquet said it's not known if the victim was unresponsive because of his injuries, or level of intoxication. "It's probably a combination," he said. That is one of the most offensive comments possible. No doubt Bill Fordy put him up to it. Someone was drunk so the police don't care if someone caves his skull in with a club. Is that why they didn't care about Janice Shore's brutal murder? Because she was a drug user? If the police started arresting the drug dealers outside the Front Room there wouldn't be so many victims of the predatory violence that consumes the area. The police are culpable for this crime because they refuse to arrest the crack dealers outside the Front Room.

Pitt Meadows Shooting - Update

The Maple Ridge Pitt Meadows Times is reporting that one man was stabbed and another shot shortly after 8 a.m. this morning in Pitt Meadows. Both were sent to hospital. One of the men was a Maple Ridge resident and “well-known” to the police. One local resident said “There’s always all these people hanging out at the 7-Eleven and a lot of drug dealing going on. Now a guy has been stabbed and another shot. You always hear about these kind of things happening in Surrey, not Maple Ridge.” Hey, Surrey's not that bad. Wherever you let them sell crack, it's the same problem. Arrest the crack dealers and you will prevent a tsunami of violent crime.

Update: Global is reporting that one of the victims, Louie Sparvier, 29 has died. Police claim two males were involved ina fight. During the fight, one shot was fired and one person was stabbed. Both males involved in the fight were injured and the stabbing victim is currently in critical condition. So it would appear that Sparvier stabbed a guy and the guy he stabbed shot him dead.

Tragically he also had a picture of the T-shirt Surrey: The Future dies here on his facebook. He was from Maple Ridge but claimed to live in Surrey. He also posted a picture of the slogan Support Crime F*ck Gang Task Force. Well in this case crime obviously didn't pay.

Joseph Skreptak found guilty of weapon offences

Joseph Skreptak and Cory Montemurro have each been found guilty of 8 weapons offences from that arrest near Salmon Arm a few years back. Skreptak has an additional marihuana possession. Tentative sentencing is Nov 17 but that could be pushed back since they ordered a pre sentence report for Montemurro and that could take 6-8 weeks. Until then they are out on bail.

Global is reporting Guilty on all counts. That’s the judge’s ruling. thanks God. Finally a judge with a brain. Kamloops Infonews is reporting that during the trial, Skreptak said he had no idea there were guns in the vehicle, nor did he know the items he put into his sock that night were bullets to a snub-nosed .38 revolver found later on the side of the road where they pulled over. Justice Geoff Barrow said the denial was “beyond common sense.” Indeed. He claimed he didn't know someone put a clip of bullets in his sock? Like I said, Joseph Skreptak is a liar. A bad one at that.

How much does CSEC know about your private life?

A new Youtube video from Open Media about CSEC's warantless surveillance. Taxpayers are on the hook for over $4.2 billion to pay for these invasive spying activities. Stop illegal spying. The CSEC spy palace is the most expensive Canadian government building ever constructed. This is not fiscal responsibility. This is not balancing the budget to reduce taxes. This is not supporting freedom. This is tax and spend pork barrel politics which violates the Charter of Rights. CSEC is a criminal organization whose mandate is to break the law.

Surrey Residents Rally Against Crime

There was another rally against crime in Newton on Sunday. I missed it. It appears that existing frustration has understandably been escalated with the recent murder of a 17 year old girl in Newton by a high risk offender. I will completely agree that was a horrific crime. It's complicated because he wasn't a repeat offender. He committed one rape and served 22 years in prison. I attended another rally when the balcony rapist was released in Newton. That was a repeat offender. In this case, electronic monitoring should have been used. That is something we can implement.

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that “Stop the Revolving Door of Justice,” read a giant banner behind the stage at the Newton Seniors Centre. “If you don’t feel safe in your neighbourhood, nothing else matters.” We all know who's sign that was. Vern was previously referring to the prolific offenders that commit an absurd amount of property theft to pay for their drug addiction and do less prison time the more offenses they commit. Our system is indeed broken.

Again in this case, as tragic as it is, the suspect was not a repeat offender. I am very cynical of all these dirty politicians jumping on the bandwagon spewing nonsense. Case in point, even Chrsity Clark has jumped on. Let's talk about electronic monitoring for high risk offenders and lets talk about the 30 strikes you're out proposal by the VPD. Let's not spew nonsense.

Global is reporting that "Organizers say the rally is also in response to the murder of hockey mom Julie Paskall who was killed last December." CBC is reporting that "Residents say sub-standard housing, flophouses and drug dealing are responsible for crime in their neighbourhood." That is the root of the problem. Bogus treatment centres that don't help addicts get off drugs. They scam the methadone program and sell them real drugs instead of getting them off drugs.

The Welcome Home Addition Recovery Academy doesn't prescribe methadone it helps people get off drugs and give them employment and life skills. We should be bending over backwards supporting this program instead of the other pharmaceutical scams and flop houses.

The solution is simple. We need to arrest the crack dealers in Newton and Whalley. Not the addicts, the dealers who prey on the addicts and violently abuse them. When we refuse to do that we become culpable for the resulting violent crime that creates.

In contrast, the Vancouver Province has been running a series of articles about all the mentally ill on the streets and how Transit police say arresting them is pointless. If someone commits a prolific amount of property crime, they need to be arrested. 3 months in jail with no drugs is not excessive. If someone has a mental illness and they are living on the street, we need to find housing for them that isn't in a drug house. Closing down Riverview and putting all the mentally ill on the street to be oppressed by the drug dealers isn't helping any one.

I really want to emphasize that these predatory drug dealers are oppressing the mentally ill. They give them crack for free then beat the life out of them for payment. Anyone who lives off of those avails is a POS. We need to arrest the crack dealers. That is something we can and should do.

I will also point out that this deranged misinterpretation of harm reduction is in reality harm promotion. One thing the City of Surrey did right under Dianne Watts was deny a permit for the creation of a drug house in Whalley. Extremists are complaining that the City opposes Harm reduction. No, the city opposed a drug house and the oppression of the mentally ill. These extremists are just plain evil. They are feeding the gang war and the predators that push addicts out of windows for drug debts.
