Ensign Ranch Washington State

Thursday after work my clutch cable was delivered so I took it to the shop and they were able to fix my motorcycle that night. Perfect timing because I had Friday off work and signed up for a conference at Ensign Ranch in Washington Sate. Taking the bike down saved a lot of money on gas. I stopped at a rest area on the way down and they had an ad for wolfhaven.org That looks pretty cool. It's just south of Olympia. They also had an ad for State parks at www.parks.wa.gov It's good to find out where the State Parks are.

Ensign Ranch is nice. They have a climbing wall and canoes on a lake. The lake is really cute but very small. It's run by the LDS church but anyone can camp there when conferences aren't on. It's kind of hard to find as it's not well marked. I blew past the turn off several times as Google was giving me conflicting directions.

If you're coming from Canada you take the I5 to Seattle then take the I90 towards Spokane. Ya go through the Snoqualmie Pass, past Easton and take the Golf Course Road exit. Turn left, then left at the sign beside the fire station. I guess you can get there from the Nelson exit as well. I must of had it flipped around. I'm not sure. If you get to Cle Elum you're gone too far.

There was a ton of people there I didn't know and I found it a bit overwhelming so I bailed and came home early. I wanted to beat the rain and the rush at the border from the long weekend. I've met a lot of really nice Americans this summer. It's nice to see families camping with their kids. That's normal, healthy and wholesome. It was a clear night and the moon was so bright it cast a shadow like when I was at Bowron Lake. This is the sun rise this morning at Ensign Ranch.
Speaking of surfing standing waves in a kayak, I found a brochure about a wave pool beside Lake Chelan in Washington State that lets you surf a standing wave called Lakeside Surf. That looks really cool. That looks like a great way to practice surfing in a safe environment.

I also found a brochure for boat tours in Seattle that take you through the locks to Lake Union. They have doughnut boats there like the barbeque boats outside Granville Island in Vancouver.

I understand that there's an Ensign Ranch in Utah that has a long distance gun range and course. I'd like to see that. I'm told the one in Washington has a gun range and a black powder range. When I inquired about it they said it wasn't going to be open for this conference and to leave your guns at home so I forgot to check out where it was on site. I'm told they use to have a zip line and horses on site but got rid of them over liability concerns which was sadly unfortunate.

Covid Mutants

This is yet another example of how mentally deranged the Fake News really is. The CBC headline reads "1st Canadian case of highly mutated COVID-19 virus variant BA.2.86 detected in BC." We all know when a virus mutates it gets weaker not stronger. That is the science. Omnicron was less severe than the seasonal flu. Locking down over Omnicron was a criminal act.

"Health officials in British Columbia say they have detected the first known Canadian case of the BA.2.86 COVID-19 virus variant. The B.C. Centre for Disease Control confirmed it was found in a person in the Fraser Health region, east of Vancouver, who has not travelled outside of the province." Health Officials in BC are NOT Health Officials. They are Agents of the State. Bill 36 changed all that. The even changed the College of Physicians. They are not longer specialists in the field elected by their peers. They are now political extremists appointed by the State.

"In a joint statement, Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry and B.C. Health Minister Adrian Dix said they are monitoring the variant but added it was not unexpected for it to show up in B.C. or in Canada." Bonnie Henry and Adrian Dix are Freaks. These wack jobs are obsessed with their ridiculous propaganda because they have an agenda and promoting health is not it. Texas and Florida introduced mandates as well but were the first to end them when they saw the light just like Trump. If it wasn't for Texas and Florida we'd still be locking down each flu season. After Texas and Florida opened up the lies of the mainstream media were no longer believable.

Shuswap Fires Intentionally Lit By Canadian Authorities

Update: Prescribed burning partly to blame for huge fires

Dan Dicks is reporting that "The director of wildfire operations in BC Cliff Chapman admitted that they started the fires with a planned ignition and that they did this even though they knew strong winds were approaching. Since then the RCMP have ordered local police to stop anyone from entering the area in an effort to 'prevent looting'. In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth covers the Shuswap fires and most importantly what you need to do to plan for the next 'order out of chaos' scenario that keeps playing out before our eyes."

Arson Is NOT Climate Change. Forest fires are not new to BC. I knew a young man who got his pilots licence and moved to California. He wanted to become a commercial pilot but before doing so he needed to get his hours in. To do that, pilots would come to BC and fly water bombers for the forest fires. It was a common thing back then. Instead of paying helicopters and drones to start fires we need to go back to flying water bombers like we have for the past generation.

Widgeon Creek and Widgeon Falls

I snapped the clutch cable on my motorcycle and it's going to take a few days to get the part in so I insured my car and took the kayak over to Pitt Lake up Widgeon creek today. I paddled up to the campsite and hiked up to the water falls then I hiked a bit further up towards Widgeon Lake and found two new sets of water falls. This is a video of the trip.

Supervised injection sites fuel crime

The National Post is reporting that "The increase in violent crime and public disorder that follows supervised consumption sites must be tamed. People living close to many of these sites have complained about significant increases in public disorder and violent crime."

"In June, a group of Vancouverites filed a lawsuit against the city, Vancouver Coastal Health and a non-profit, alleging that they failed to responsibly oversee the Thomus Donaghy Overdose Prevention Site in downtown Vancouver. The plaintiffs claim that, after opening in 2021, locals witnessed violent assaults and other disturbing criminal activity at the site, which turned the neighbourhood into a centre point for crime and public disorder.”

Indeed, however, a massive police presence won't help unless the police are allowed to enforce the law. Enforcement is one of the Four Pillars Vancouver has abandoned. We don't even stop drug dealers from selling drugs at treatment centers. That is disgusting.

New Brunswick First Nation declares state of emergency over drugs

The National Post is reporting that "The council says it acted quickly in the wake of a public outcry that led to hundreds of people storming a residential property in the urban reserve, purported to be a drug den. Windows on the home on Bear Drive and three vehicles parked in the backyard were smashed out. On Friday, the First Nation announced it had hired a private security firm to help keep drug mules and their customers out of residential parts of the reserve overnight."

Ontario Hells Angel in possession of a stolen motorcycle

CTV is reporitng that "Thousands of rounds of ammunition has been seized and a member of Hells Angels has been arrested and charged, according to OPP. In April, the Biker Enforcement Unit (BEU) started an investigation related to a stolen motorcycle form Alberta. The investigation involved a current member of the Ontario Hells Angels who police said was also a former member of the Alberta Hells Angels." Let me guess, Edmonton.

"On Aug. 18, officers from multiple units, including Chatham-Kent police, used a search warrant at a home on Zone Road-7 in Bothwell. Two people were arrested at the scene and officers seized five rifles, approximately 3,000 rounds of ammunition and a stolen motorcycle." A stolen motorcycle, f*ck you. Alberta trash joining the Ontario Village Idiots. There is no honor in theft.
