In defence of Cameron Ortis by the National Post

The National Post put out a landmark article telling the other side of the Cameron Ortis story. Let's see what kind of Five Eyes Lies push back they face. "The Kafkaesque conviction of the former RCMP intelligence director was hailed as a success. It was anything but, says a journalist friend. By Gillian Burnett, Special to National Post."

The article states "Scratch the surface, and you see an entirely different story: a crime with no motive, the repeated violation of constitutional rights, highly selective disclosure of information, speculation repeatedly presented as fact, and a staggering conflict of interest at the case’s heart that has, until now, gone unreported."

"Ortis’s ordeal is far from over. After a four-year wait for trial, the appeal of his conviction faces similar delays because of the unusual hurdles to protect classified information. Crushed by legal expenses that have so far topped $850,000, Ortis learned in May that his request for legal aid had been overturned. Granted bail to pursue his appeal, he opted to stay behind bars rather than impose such severe living conditions on his family for a second time."

I guess I can report this now. He turned down bail because the bail conditions were so punitive. He didn't want to be a burden on his parents so he stayed in jail. Who does that? That speaks to Cameron's character. He is a good person and was completely set up. Not only that, after destroying his life and ruining him financially, they're still denying him legal aid.

That is a Charter Right. When the police arrested a real criminal they have to Charter them. They have to say you have the right to retain and instruct counsel without delay. Do you understand? If they say no you explain to them they have the right to speak with a lawyer.

Denying him legal aid after they financially destroyed him with an insanely unfair trial is punitive.

The article continues "Look closely, and the proceedings against Ortis are a cautionary tale about the RCMP and our justice system. News of his arrest was met with stunned disbelief. Cam’s family, longtime friends, and former academic community were, and most remain, staunch supporters. They simply can’t square the man they know with the prosecutors’ portrait of Ortis as Canada’s own Public Enemy No. 1."

"The story they tell is complex but compelling. I started out open to the possibility that Ortis had undergone a character transplant in the years since I’d known him. What I’ve observed is a Kafkaesque miscarriage of justice that should shake our collective faith in our institutions."

"From the moment Ortis was arrested on Sept. 12, 2019, he was at a devastating disadvantage. Sworn to permanent secrecy about his work, he couldn’t answer the questions RCMP investigators put to him during his eight-hour interrogation. And because the evidence in his own case was classified, he was denied access to it."

"So, while the Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees rights to both legal representation and evidence, for the first six months, Ortis was unable to access information about his case and barred, under Section 38 of the Canada Evidence Act, from speaking to a lawyer about it."

"Ortis spent the next 34 months in the maximum-security Ottawa-Carleton Detention Centre (OCDC), waiting out a global pandemic in a windowless cell for his day in court. Between 2021 and 2023, his wing was regularly locked down, and on some days he spent 23.5 hours out of 24 in isolation. For two years, each time he travelled to and from prison under RCMP escort, he was strip-searched — more than 1,200 times in all. He was subjected to 642 full-body X-ray scans."

"Character may count for little in law, but it’s key to understanding intent. From the start, the Crown’s inability to name a credible motive was problematic. In fact, the trial judge instructed the jury that 'Cameron Ortis’s motive is the most important question,' and that 'the absence of motive will be a critical reason why the Crown has failed to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.'"

"Reporters mostly settled on financial gain, casting Ortis as an aspiring big-shot drowning in debt. But if money had motivated Ortis, he would have pursued a private-sector career, not a government job. There was no evidence of outsized debt or compromising behaviour. RCMP investigators testified that an exhaustive probe of his finances found nothing untoward."

"At trial, the absence of motive was treated as a pesky detail. In her closing statement, Kliewer said the Crown wasn’t concerned with the 'why' of the case, only the 'what.' 'Was there a profit motive?' she mused. 'Maybe. It’s not something the Crown has to prove.'” B*stards!

The article explains about the case and Cameron's background as well as the opposition he faced from the Old Boys club within the RCMP that did not want a civilian for a boss.

When I first heard this case I said no way. A former CIA member sent out a press release claiming Cameron was selling secrets to China. That was so ridiculous they quickly changed their story and changed their allegations. The took the China interference allegations and put them on William Majcher and Kim Marsh, two other stalwart patriots.

One champion of justice betraying their country for a few pennies is not believable. Three is ridiculous. That consists of a pattern of deception by the Five Eyes, which is obviously their specialty. After the Five Lies changed their story and changed the allegations against Cameron they made up that ridiculous story about Ramos. That's when I lost it. I knew that case was a scam. It tied in with Larry Amero and the Phantom Security Trojan horse the Five Eyes orchestrated and repeated twice afterwards with ANOM and SkyECC.

I knew about the Ramos case years before it hit the press. I've explained about it in previous blog posts. My point is this, as soon as the Five Eyes claimed Cameron was selling secrets to Ramos I knew the case against Cameron was fake. Ramos was the RCMP's CI. They busted him and forced him to cooperate with the police. Jason Goodman thinks Phantom Secure was a sting from the beginning. He has a point. The fact that the Phantom Secure technical wizard started SkyECC right after Ramos' fake bust supports that theory.

I've written about this case and was on Jason Goodman's podcast discussing it. There is no question in my mind, Cameron Ortis, William Majcher and Kim Marsh are all innocent and that the Five Eyes is a criminal organization. It is however, refreshing to see a glimmer of truth break into the mainstream media. Let's watch the push back and see what happens. F*ck the Five Eyes.

Crack pipe vending machines and home delivery do not reduce harm - Fire Bonnie Henry

The National Post is reporting that "The B.C. government is backtracking on two controversial harm reduction programs that distribute free drug paraphernalia — such as syringes, crack pipes and snorting kits — through vending machines and online home delivery. This new scandal is yet another reminder of how the province, under the leadership of Premier David Eby, has mishandled the overdose crisis and prioritized enablement over recovery."

Online home delivery? AYFKM?! The BC NDP has lost their mind.

"Concerns about the reckless distribution of harm reduction supplies arose last month, when it was discovered that Fraser Health, one of the province’s five regional health authorities, had launched a website where drug users could order free harm reduction supplies delivered directly to their homes." Rapper’s BC home targeted with gunfire: WTF Update

The Times Colonist is reporitng that "Gunshots were fired into the home of Victoria-based rising Punjabi music star AP Dhillon early Monday morning. On Monday afternoon, the home on Ravenwood Road in Colwood was a crime scene, with several bullet holes marked off and remnants of two burned vehicles in the driveway. The garage door was slightly caved in. Inside, a glass staircase railing leading downstairs had shattered. A faint smell of burnt plastic lingered in the air outside. However, the home was not taped off and there was no police presence."

"A video posted by media outlets in India showed a person firing 14 shots into the front windows and garage of the home, while a black truck and a smaller vehicle burned."

India Today posted posted a first person video of the shooting taken by the shooter and claimed that the Lawrence Bishnoi-Rohit Godara gang has claimed responsibility for the shooting. Sorry but none of us have heard of them. "Notably, the attack came weeks after AP Dhillion released a music video "Old Money", featuring Salman Khan. The threat message circulating on social media claimed that on the night of September 1, the gang orchestrated shootings at two locations in Canada — one on (Vancouver) Island and the other in Woodbridge, Toronto."

"The gang has also threatened AP Dhillon, referencing his alleged connections with Bollywood actor Salman Khan, and warns him to stay within his limits, or he will meet a dog's death."

WTF? This has CSIS and Indian intelligence written all over it gain.

Salman Khan identifies as both Muslim and Hindu, commenting that, "I'm Hindu and Muslim both. I'm Bharatiya (an Indian)". He explained, "My father is Muslim and my mother is Hindu".

No offense but the video they're objecting to is pretty Dr Phil. It's really gory and violent. There's nothing noble about any of this. It's not reality based. It's promoting bad things.

WTF Update: OK and now we have a WTF. Baaz is reporting that "Canadian media is reporting that local police believes Indian gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, a self-described nationalist & devout Hindu who shared in an interview from an Indian jail that 'I am against Khalistan', may be behind extortion attempts impacting South Asians in Canada." This has CSIS written all over it.

First of all, it wasn't the Canadian media that reported the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility, India Today did. Local police where? Local Police in Canada or India? The local Police in Canada don't know about the Lawrence Bishnoi gang over in India. Unless you're referring to CSIS the ones responsible for the Air India bombing.

So Baaz, a Sikh and Puinjabi news outlet is reporting that a Canadian media outlet claims Lawrence Bishnoi is a devote Hindu. Wikipedia claims he is Punjabi so WTF?

Israel union calls for general strike

Le Monde is reporting that "Later Sunday, grieving and angry Israelis – tens of thousands in Tel Aviv and other cities –surged into the streets Sunday night chanting "Now! Now!" as they demanded that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reach a ceasefire with Hamas to bring the remaining captives home. The call for the strike comes after the Israeli military said that it had found the bodies of six hostages in a tunnel in the southern Gaza Strip."

"The head of Israel's powerful Histadrut trade union ordered a "complete strike" in support of Gaza hostages on Sunday, September 1, urging a deal to secure their release after the bodies of six captives were recovered." Netanyahu has been defying the protests this whole time.

CTV is spinning the situation by saying "(Netanyahu) added: “No one is more committed to freeing the hostages than me. But no one will preach to me." That is a lie.

Netanyahu facilitated the attack and made the hostage taking possible. He took the soldiers guarding the border off that watch and issued a stand down order letting the operatives in and out with hostages without resistance. When the IDF were caught firing on Israelis during the attack they said they were firing at Hamas. They lied. If they were firing at Hamas they would have called for back up and Hamas would not have been able to escape with hostages.

Mossad created Hamas to push Fatah out of Gaza after they agreed to the Oslo accord.

Busy long weekend in Metro Vancouver

Well, since I blew the engine in my motorcycle I put my car on the road and took the kayak out today. I tried getting in to Alouette lake at Golden ears but couldn't get in. You need a day pass just to visit the park in the summer. That's stupid. The BC NDP suck. I went to the website and it said you have to book the pass two days in advance. I went there and they had a big line of cars checking passes so I turned around and went to Pitt Lake instead.

It's the Labour Day long week end and it is sunny and warm for a change as we get a last breath of summer. My daughter sent me a couple pictures of when we went to Alouette lake 5 years ago today and we got in no problem. It wasn't as nice weather. A little cooler and cloudier.

Parking at Pitt lake today was past the gate so I tried to find a place I could put in downstream. I went to the end of Harris road and put in there. The trail to the water looked dry but after the log in the path it was really muddy. I put in anyways and was sinking up to my ankles in mud. That spot is better for walking or bicycling along the dike. Just down the road is a better place you can put kayaks and paddle boards in a quiet tributary of Pitt River.

It's funny. Every year people have been saying it's time for you to get a new bike and every year I've been like, no, I'm going to get another year out of it. The new exhaust system I put on it was awesome and it felt like a new bike. It sounded amazing and it was a little peppier so I said I'm going to drive this till it drops. Well I did.

I put over 125,000 km on it and those were hard miles rain or snow. I've ridden full seasons for so many years now it's going to take an adjustment to going back to a car for the winter. I guess the bright side is that I'll be able to go snowshoeing this year in the fresh snow. I went a few times on my bike but usually when the sun came out and the road up the mountain was clear.

The first thing I noticed is that my car has shocks. My bike feels like a rigid frame. It has a shock in the front but not much in the back so when I go over potholes you really feel it. Pot holes on gravel roads during my road trip was really irritating. Driving my car over potholes in gravel is very different. You barely notice it. As I said, I think a Triumph Tiger adventure bike would be better for off road but I rather keep my bike for commuting to work. I like the feel of a rigid frame on smooth pavement. I guess driving full seasons in Alberta will be unrealistic. I'm OK up to minus 10 - 15 on the bike but colder than that and I think I'd tap out. Maybe in Alberta I'll buy a snowmobile.

I also like the idea of a snow bike or a Timbersled. I saw a video playing at the motorcycle dealer of a dirt bike with a snowmobile tread on the back and a ski on the front. They were going alpine in the deep snow and it looked amazing. I'd prefer a 4 stroke over a 2 stroke but that looks cool.

Toronto police investigating fire at Hells Angels retail store

CTV is reporting that "Police are investigating a fire at a Hells Angel retail store in east Toronto on Sunday. The Toronto Police Service said it received reports of a fire at the building near Carlaw and Eastern avenues just after 12:30 p.m. When crews arrived, they encountered a fire in the foyer of the building and quickly extinguished it, Toronto Fire Services said. No injuries have been reported, they said. The cause of the fire is still under investigation."

Former Fraser Valley NDP MLA to run for B.C. Conservatives in Nanaimo

The Nanaimo Bulletin is reporting that "Conservative Party of B.C. Leader John Rustad hails the recruitment of former NDP MLA Gwen O’Mahony as evidence of building a big-tent party. O’Mahony, who was the MLA for Chilliwack-Hope for just over year between April 2012 to April 2013, will be running in the newly created riding of Nanaimo-Lantzville."

“Most of you know me as the first New Democrat elected in that riding (Chilliwack-Hope), but today, I’m here to tell you that things have changed in this province,” she said. “The world has changed, the B.C. NDP has changed. O’Mahony who resigned her NDP membership yesterday, cited her former party’s position on decriminalization as one of her motivating factors.”

"O’Mahoney, who moderated a meeting of trans-exclusionary radical feminism activists in Nanaimo in the fall of 2023, also cited B.C.’s SOGI-123 policy. 'I’m very concerned about parents and…keeping them informed,' she said. '(I) have looked at some of the literature coming through the SOGI program and I was shocked at what I saw.' Rustad said workers and former NDP voters like O’Mahony are abandoning the NDP because they can’t afford life in British Columbia."

Premier asks for review of harm-reduction supply vending machines at hospitals

The Times Colonist is reporting that "Premier David Eby is asking for a review of vending machines such as those outside Vancouver Island hospitals which dispense condoms, needles, crack pipes, drug-testing strips, wound-care supplies and naloxone kits. Island Health began installing Care and Connection kiosks outside the emergency rooms of Victoria General Hospital, North Island Hospital in Campbell River, and Nanaimo Regional General Hospital last fall as part of a pilot project to reduce overdose deaths and infections."

"The vending machines, funded by the Mental Health and Addictions Ministry, cost $2,000 a month to lease and are stocked by the B.C. Centre for Disease Control. The three machines have since dispensed 1,100 harm reduction and disease prevention supplies. Those supplies came under fire Tuesday as ­enabling drug use instead of offering ­treat­ment, after former NDP MLA Gwen O’Mahoney, a ­Conservative candidate in ­Nanaimo-Lantzville, posted a video of the kiosk outside Nanaimo’s hospital. She has family members who have battled addiction."

Again we see no protection for kids from these predators - drugs, SOGI & MAPs are bad.

Hells Angels associate shot dead in Toronto

CBC is reporting that "A man has died after a targeted shooting in Scarborough late Friday night, Toronto police say. Officers were called to Landry Avenue, in the area of Danforth and Warden avenues, at around 11:25 p.m. for reports of gunshots heard in the area. Police said a man with gunshot wounds was found in front of a home in the area. Despite life-saving measures, he was pronounced dead at the scene. He was later identified by police as 64-year-old Toronto man Ioannis Kyriakopoulos. Investigators say Kyriakopoulos was known to police."

Known to the police. April 5th 2024 the RCMP reported that Ioannis Kyriakopoulos was Paris Christoforou's co accused in an ilegal gambling ring. Paris Christoforou was a hitman tied to the Quebec Hells Angels and became a member of the Toronto Hells Angels.

April 21, 2004 Paris Christoforou and Peter Scarcella wwere involved in an Ontario mob hit that left a bystanders paralyzed. They were targeting Mike Modica. The Toronto Star claims Paris Christoforou lost his patch in 2017 and was targeted in Toronto and Montreal. It's hard to know if Paris Hilton is in trouble with the Quebec Hells Angels and the Ontario Hells Angels or just the Quebec Hells Angels. We remember when the Quebec Hells Angels were capping Ontario Nomads when they got out of prison. Ontario Hells Angels never really made the cut.

Sunset from Sky Chair on Cypress

We bought a seasons pass for the summer chairlift on Cypress this year. This was the first year they opened up the Lion's chair and Sky chair during summer. That is the hike I love to do in the summer and the winter. This year we just rode the chairlift.

Thursdays they started keeping it open late so you could watch the sunset. We were going to go but it kept raining on those nights. Well last night was the last Thursday of the season and it was sunny. They had live music and it was packed but it was well worth it. Very peaceful.

The music was a guy from Monaghan country singing and playing guitar. It was awesome.

Sadly I blew the motor on my motorcycle on the way to work today. I had just installed a new exhaust. It sounded awesome. I've decided to keep it and put a rebuilt motor in it in the summer. I love that bike. That means my car goes on the road and I'll be able to break out the kayaks.

Fatal shooting in East Vancouver

CTV is reporting that "Police in Vancouver are investigating a homicide in the city's Gastown neighbourhood. Investigators were called to the scene near the intersection of East Cordova and Carrall streets just before 3:30 a.m. Thursday where a man had been shot. First responders provided emergency medical treatment on scene but the man died before he could be taken to hospital, the Vancouver Police Department said in a statement."

CTV is reporitng that "A late night shooting in Surrey on Tuesday sent one person to hospital. According to the Surrey RCMP, officers responded to a report of gunshots on Richardson Drive near 85 Avenue and Greenway Drive at 10:44 p.m. The RCMP say on arrival they found a man with apparent gunshot injuries. He was taken to hospital for treatment."

"Mounties say when they arrived, the victim was inside the home, but they believe the shooting happened in the driveway. Cpl. Sarbjit Sangha told CTV News the victim, whose injuries are non-life-threatening, is well known to them and is not co-operating. Sangha says they believe this incident is related to the ongoing B.C. gang conflict."

Ex-politician convicted in murder of Las Vegas reporter

CTV is reporting that "A Democratic former Las Vegas-area politician is guilty of murder and has been sentenced to life in prison with parole eligibility at 20 years for the killing of an investigative journalist who wrote articles critical of his conduct in elected office, a jury in Nevada ruled Wednesday." Wow. Robert Telles was the former Clark County public administrator who ran a county office that handles the estates of those who die without apparent heirs.

Clark County District Attorney Steve "Wolfson, an elected Democrat, dismissed as ludicrous Telles' claims that a broad conspiracy of people -- including Wolfson -- framed him for blame for German's killing in retaliation for his effort to root out corruption he saw in his office." WTF?

Did Las Vegas D.A. Steve Wolfson and Sheriff Joe Lombardo cover up corruption?

In 2019 the Baltimore Post-examiner reported that "Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson and Sheriff Joe Lombardo stopped a further inquiry into allegations of police and prosecutorial corruption that could have been exposed through court testimony in 2018, according to records reviewed by the Baltimore Post-Examiner and interviews with confidential sources."

"The last major FBI investigation into political corruption in Las Vegas was the Bureau’s 2004 “Operation G-String.” Michael Galardi, a former owner of Las Vegas topless clubs pleaded guilty to federal corruption charges involving fraud and racketeering. He told the FBI that dozens of Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officers and prosecutors from the Clark County District Attorney’s Office had frequented his establishments and received free drinks, lap dances and sexual favors from strippers over the years. Eleven police officers and 20 prosecutors were named by Galardi. The FBI said at the time that none of the activities rose to the level of a crime. However, the investigation resulted in more than a dozen political corruption convictions."

Lombardo, Wolfson ignored law in attempt to disqualify judge

In 2021 Nevada Current reported that "Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo enlisted District Attorney Steve Wolfson in an April 2018 effort to remove then-Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Melanie Tobiasson from cases involving Metro’s vice detail after she publicly criticized Metro and the District Attorney, according to audio recordings obtained by the Current of Judicial Discipline Commission interviews with Lombardo and Wolfson."

This is his full testimony which includes his whistleblowing. His wife and his ex testified to his character. So did his siblings. Tellus clearly claims he is innocent and was framed.

Update: I'm going to look into this a bit more but I'm going to start off by saying I don't think he did it. I'm not going to proclaim his innocence like I did for Cameron Ortis and William Majcher but I will say I don't think the case against Robert Telles is plausible.

He claimed he didn't do it and was framed. That means we have no confession. Just because he claimed he didn't do it doesn't mean he is innocent. Before we investigate the claim we need to check the credibility of the witness. First of all the suspect is a lawyer. He stopped being a lawyer when he ran for office. When he was arrested he was disbarred but before his arrest he was a member in good standing of the bar. At first he wanted to represent himself.

Why is that? He's good and he's free. Lawyers for a trial like this would be very expensive and he has three kids to support. He also believes his innocence. That's kind of important. There's no sense paying another lawyer to represent your when they don't believe you're innocent.

So to start off, the fact that he is a lawyer gives himself a certain amount of credibility. We all know some lawyers are shady and launder drug money. It doesn't sound like he was that kind of a lawyer. He was a devote father who was very active in his kids lives. That also gives him more credibility. His wife and his ex wife both took to the stand and both testified of his devotion to his kids saying he was a very good provider and was very involved with their lives.

Not only did he attend all his kids functions, both his wife and his ex wife said he would help his children with their homework since he was educated and had the patients for it. Again this speaks to his character but it also speaks to something else. A guy like that is less likely to do something rash that would affect his relationship with his kids. Killing someone would be a crime of passion and it just doesn't seem to me he was the type.

We know a lot of guys out there do some pretty bizarre things when they are having an affair or when they catch their spouse having an affair. This doesn't appear to be a crime of passion. If he is accused of killing the journalist because of what he wrote, I'm going to have to find out what the journalist wrote about him, the DA and about the probate fraud he was blowing the whistle on. Who was benefiting from that? The DA does have a shady history.

CNN fake news quoted the prosecution who mocked the conspiracy theory claiming it didn't make sense because everyone would of had to have been in on it. That is not true. If the DA hired someone to kill the journalist, the Police for his coworkers didn't have to be involved. If the DA did it, the police wouldn't even investigate that possibility. Doing so would be a career killer.

If the DA did it it would be highly unlikely he would let anyone of Jeff's coworkers know. Why would he do that? Three can keep a secret if two of them are dead. If the DA hired someone to do it, letting anyone else in on that conspiracy would be unwise and unlikely.

CNN fake news claimed Robert killed the journalist because of what the journalist was writing about him. CNN claimed that Robert lost the Democrat primary in his reelection bid because of what the journalist wrote. I have two problems with that theory.

First of all, if Robert lost the primary it was more likely because of lobbying from the DA and his party behind his back. Newspaper articles would have little impact over that. Behind the scenes party politics would play the primary role. Robert was investigating things they didn't want him to investigate so they withdrew their support in the primary caucus.

The other problem I have with that theory is the fact that he was a member in good standing of the bar. If he lost his job in public office, he had a great paying job waiting for him. When someone does something desperate it's because they lose hope. The fact that he had another high paying job waiting for him meant that he had plenty of hope.

The reason why that matters is because he was a devote father who cared about his kids and cared about their welfare. Being a good provider was important to him. If he lost his job in public office, his devotion to his kids would prevent him from doing anything rash. Throwing his high paying job as a lawyer away and making his kids suffer financially over a crime of passion doesn't make sense. It's not believable.

Robert testified that he was shown pictures of the murder victim. He was surprised to see the journalist had his throat slit and was stabbed in the heart. Robert said, in his opinion, that was a professional hit. It was someone who knew what they were doing. Robert said he didn't have combat training. What Robert said makes sense.

Slitting someone's throat is nasty. I have martial arts training and that is not something I would choose to do. I don't like knives because of the damage they can do. I've been trained to disarm knives not commit murder with knives. The whole idea of slitting someone's throat give me the heepie jeebies. In the movie Braveheart the villain slit his wife's throat. That was nasty.

In battle warriors sometimes slit their enemy's throat. Yet real life is rarely like the movies. I'd be too afraid of having to watch the person bleed out or choke on their own blood. In wartime I'd want an ethical kill not a slow and painful one. I don't think Robert had that in him. I know I don't.

As for being framed, one of the pieces of evidence the police found in Robert's home was the victims hat cut into peices. Why one earth would he take the victim's hat home with him and keep it? Locally when gang members do a hit, they burn everything. They burn the car, they burn their clothes they destroy all the evidence. Keeping the hat as a souvenir makes no sense.

The only piece of evidence that is significant is the DNA under the journalists finger nails but even that is highly peculiar. This wasn't a woman being raped. This was a man being stabbed. When men fight they punch each other. They struggle for the knife. They don't scratch each other. That is highly unusually. Yet in my opinion the presence of that evidence is highly suspicious because it's all too convenient. Under normal circumstances that would be a slam dunk.

Yet as I've outlined, these aren't normal circumstances, there is enough credibility and inconsistencies to warrant a proper investigation. If he was set up, the only one that could have planted that kind of evidence would be the CIA. They are the ones meddling in US elections and using fraud to raise money for the New Democrat Agenda. The CIA is the Octopus.

Here's my beef. The Five Eyes won't hesitate to completely destroy a good man's life like Cameron Ortis or William Majcher, but in this case not only did they completely destroy a good man's life, they also destroyed three good kid's lives. All of a sudden those kids have no child support or income. That is shameful.

The Moon Is Right Next to Mars and Jupiter

Cnet is reporting that "If you missed seeing Jupiter cozying up to the moon this morning, you can check the night skies early Wednesday, Aug. 28, too: Mars and Jupiter will trade spots and it'll be the red planet that sits closer to the moon." That's called a conjunction.

So yesterday morning that star beside the moon was Jupiter. This morning you could see a star beside the moon and that was Jupiter again but between Jupiter and the moon was a fainter star and that was Mars. Yesterday I couldn't find Venus which is usually the easiest planet to find right above the horizon but the website confirmed that Venus isn't visible this time of year. Mercury is but that's always harder to see because it's fainter and closer to the horizon.

A coworker has a really cool AP on his phone called Planets. You hold your phone up and fan the sky and the ap tells you where the planets are in the sky.

Update: For the past 3 days each morning you could see Jupiter beside the moon with Mars in between. Each morning it gets a bit further away from the moon.

Justin Trudeau continues to sink in the polls

The Toronto Sun is reporting that "Facing months of devastating poll numbers, Canada’s embattled prime minister tossed cold water on those hoping for a Joe Biden-esque departure. During a Monday morning press conference ahead of the federal cabinet retreat in Halifax, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau ducked pointed questions on his future as he faces record-low polling and the Liberals’ conspicuous loss in June’s Toronto-St. Paul’s byelection."

“You say you plan to stay on, despite persistently bad polling, despite the byelection loss in Toronto that your party lost for the first time in three decades because you want to ‘continue to deliver,'” asked Globe and Mail reporter Marieke Walsh. “Isn’t that what Joe Biden insisted on?”

Your polling is worse than your party’s.” Cabinet shuffles, announcements and a summer of surprise and unscheduled photo-ops have done little to resurrect Trudeau’s image in the eyes of Canadians."

Pavel Durov, Telegram founder, arrested in Paris

Reuters is reporting that "Pavel Durov, the Russian-born billionaire founder and owner of the Telegram messaging app, was arrested at Le Bourget airport outside Paris shortly after landing on a private jet late on Saturday and placed in custody, three sources told Reuters. The arrest of the 39-year-old technology billionaire prompted on Sunday a warning from Moscow to Paris that he should be accorded his rights and criticism from X owner Elon Musk who said that free speech in Europe was under attack." The truth is stranger than fiction.

Turkiye Today is reporting that "Chris Pavlovski, CEO of Rumble—a platform known for its advocacy of free speech—has also come under European scrutiny. Pavlovski has announced his exit from Europe, citing threats to freedom of expression."

William Majcher's fake trial to proceed in Vancouver

Speaking of the Five Eyes lies, Vancovuer is Awesome is reporitng that "The court deadline clock is ticking in the case of a former RCMP officer charged with allegedly working with the People's Republic of China (PRC) to harm Canadian interests. William Robert Majcher is charged with retaining or gaining access to information and preparation for commission of an offence. The charges are laid under the Federal Security of Information Act. He was released on bail Aug. 13. On Aug. 23, defence lawyer Ian Donaldson told Judge Donna Senniw that the timeline on the case began ticking when the case was originally started in Quebec."

"However, the case has been moved to Vancouver with the charges having been sworn here in a new court information. The former Richmond school trustee was arrested in Vancouver in July 2023. RCMP in Quebec issued a statement at the time. 'The Integrated National Security Enforcement Team (INSET) launched an investigation in fall 2021 regarding William Majcher's suspicious activities,' the statement said. 'It is alleged that he contributed to the Chinese government's efforts to identify and intimidate an individual outside the scope of Canadian law.'”

That is a lie. This is a patriot being set up by the Five Eyes just like Cameron Ortis. Bill Majcher was hired by the government of China to find out who was stealing from them. That is not unlawful. The trial is to hide the fact that it was the Five Eyes who were stealing from China.
