Freeway Ricky: Crack in the System
Shortly after the movie came out about the Gary Webb Story called Kill the Messenger, another similar movie was due to be released about the Freeway Ricky connection called Freeway: Crack in the System. Only I was unable to find and purchase a copy. One blog reader recently wrote in and asked me about the film and I just found it posted online. It is also worth watching.
So let's review the content of the film and go over what they got right and what they left out after they opened Pandora's box. The most important puzzle piece this film reveals is Freeway Ricky's direct connection to Blandon. That ties in directly with the Gary Webb story. Gary Webb revealed that the CIA were directly responsible for the US Crack epidemic in the 1980's. It was all part of Iran Contra. That's one thing this film got right. Iran Contra wasn't about selling Iran Arms to release hostages. It was about selling Iran Arms to raise money for the Contra Rebels in Nicaragua. That was the initial motive behind the CIA's prolific drug traficking.
It happened while Reagan was in office but Reagan wasn't the author of it. George Bush Sr. was and it later ties in with the Clintons in Mena Arkansas. Gary Webb clearly established that Oscar Danilo Blandón was the one bringing in the CIA's cocaine into the US to fund the Contra rebels in Nicaragua. That documents the fact that Freeway Ricky was unknowingly selling crack for the CIA and made a colossal amount of money doing so.
So Gary Webb was right. The CIA has been actively involved in drug trafficking since the Vietnam war. Operation Fast and Furious showed that Iran Contra never stopped. They're still doing it now.
The other interesting twist to this movie is the account of the DEA agent seen in the above picture with Freeway Ricky. He talked about how they targeted Ricky after the feds pulled the plug on their conviction of Oscar Danilo Blandón. When the DEA arrest a drug dealer they often offer a plea bargain to get him to turn on his supplier. Catching the bigger fish is more effective at stopping the drug trafficking network. It is somewhat puzzling that after the CIA protected Oscar Danilo Blandón from conviction, they used him to trap one of his dealers, Freeway Ricky.
Initially one would have to ask why would they do that? Why would they use a supplier to bust a dealer? Normally it's the other way around. Why would they let the supplier continue doing business and avoid jail time for doing so and pay him a salary while they are at it? Because it was the CIA behind the drug trafficking all along. Perhaps that's why the DEA agents went corrupt just like the New York cops in the 75th Precinct did.
In this movie, the DEA agent admits that after the feds pulled the plug on their investigation into Oscar Danilo Blandón they started keeping part of the money they were seizing from drug traffickers for themselves. He admits the new directive wasn't to get drugs off the streets, it was to seize as much drug money as they could to fund operations. Letting them keep finder fees for themselves shows how the CIA infiltrated the DEA which eventually lead to Operation Fast and Furious that Hillary Clinton authored and Obama used executive privilege to cover up.
I am not against the war on drugs. I am simply pointing out that the CIA is on the wrong side of that war. I am not anti American. I am simply pointing out that the CIA are. They are the ones killing the Constitution as we speak. Fighting Communism is a good thing. I'm just saying that the end does not justify the means. Selling crack is not the way to do it. Not only that, but that motive is yet another fraud. They aren't trying to stop the communists. They are the communists. Their investment fraud crashing world banks ties into Wall Street, the Greek Financial crisis and Communist China's takeover of the free world. Communist China is the biggest threat to world peace on the planet and we are all kissing their ass while they do it.

Vancouver City Hall publicly endorses Communist China's modern holocaust
CBC is reporting that "The symbolism and meaning of a ceremony at Vancouver City Hall to mark the 67th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China is raising concerns with some Chinese-Canadians. On Friday, about 300 Chinese government supporters turned out to watch acting Mayor Kerry Jang and Richmond East MP Joe Peschisolido don red scarves and raise the national flag of China in front of city hall. When news of the unpublicized event was posted online over the weekend, it sparked strong reaction from those in the Chinese-Canadian community who don't support the communist government."
The Vancouver Sun reported that Meena Wong, former mayoral candidate for COPE said “I was shocked, to have my city councillor in my city hall raising the flag wearing the symbol of loyalty to communism, I was dumbfounded.” Wong was a young child in Beijing during the Cultural Revolution and recalls the persecution of her parents and grandparents. For her and many others “it is a painful memory to see that red flag and scarves,” she said.
CKNW reported that Meena Wang delivered a petition to the Mayor’s office. Kerry Jang minimized the concerns claiming they were racist which is beyond absurd and totally offensive. The people complaining are Chinese Canadians who have endured atrocities under the Communist regime. Rebel Media is reporting that Thursday "Wong was joined by Louis Huang from the Alliance of the Guard of Canadian Values. His group is made up mostly of Chinese-Canadians who are fearful that Canadian values are being shoved aside in favour of closer and cozier relations with the government of China."
Vancouver City Hall is well aware of Communist China's secret holocaust with regards to organ harvesting from political prisoners. They went to court to force Falun Gong practitioners to take down protest signs outside the Chinese Consulate in Vancouver. Hoisting the Communist flag at Vancouver City hall knowing about China's illegal organ harvesting is endorsing that heinous practice and opposes everything that Canada has previously stood for.
Hells Angels leader shot dead in Germany
Sky News is reporting that "The president of a German chapter of the Hells Angels has been shot dead at his gang's clubhouse. Aygun Mucuk was reportedly found dead by the cleaner for the clubhouse in Wettenberg, in the GIessen district, at about 8.30am on Friday. The 45-year-old, who was president of the Giessen chapter of the biker group, had been shot several times."
"According to German news agency DPA, there had been a rivalry between the Giessen Hells Angels, whose membership is largely of Turkish origin, and the long-established Hells Angels chapter in Frankfurt. Mr Mucuk had been wounded by gunshots two years ago when the rivalry led to a clash outside a Frankfurt club, the agency said." Another internal conflict...

Surrey's New Police Chief is a breath of fresh air
The Surrey Now is reporting that Dwayne McDonald has become the new Police Chief for Surrey. This is a step forward. He transferred to the CFSEU in 2011 and became team commander. In 2012 he became an Inspector and Senior Investigator at CFSEU. That means he was in charge during the Kelowna Summer Jam that saw David Giles busted and now convicted. Then he took over IHITit in 2014. Before him, IHIT was a gong show of sexual harassment. They were getting drunk with witnesses and sleeping with them. This wasn't a one time thing it was an accepted practice. I understand that after he took over IHIT the level of professionalism greatly improved.
As for his new charge, he said, “I will strive to build on what has proven successful. “Together, in partnership with the community, with business and with all levels of government, we will provide a public safety model, in Surrey, that will be the envy of all. “As for what I’d change? I just got keys to my office this morning so I haven’t quite delved into all the issues,” he told those at the press conference. “If it’s not working, we need to change it.”
What needs to change? Wait 'till I tell ye. Let's go back to the Surrey Crime Prevention meeting that was hosted by Bruce Ralston and Mike Farnworth on 12 June 2008. Harm promotion outside the Front Room on the Whalley Strip is not working. That is what needs to change. I'm not talking about harassing the homeless. I'm talking about the Four Pillars program where we arrest the drug dealers selling crack and fentanyl. Failing to do that is insane. When the public report crime to the police and the police refuse to enforce the law, that makes them criminally culpable.
Let's build on previous success shall we? When Dianne Watts was first elected she launched a magnificent crime prevention coalition. I was there. She invited a speaker to talk about the New York Model. I was impressed. I know about the New York Model because I was there. I saw it. She talked about creating a web site to highlight crime statistics and spotlight high crime areas. It was a wonderful idea but it never happened. She talked about installing cameras in high crime areas to reduce crime. Another wonderful idea that never happened.
When she took office she did the exact opposite of what she promised. Residents kept complaining about a late night illegal booze can in Green Timbers and the City refused to do anything about it. Residents were astonished and said what are you going to do wait until someone gets killed? That's exactly what they did. This practice of repeatedly refusing to respond to community complaints kept repeating itself over and over again resulting in record fatalities.
City Hall kept refusing to enforce the law when businesses in Newton reported drug dealers outside their businesses. That failure to respond resulted in yet another high profile fatality. The residents rallied and voiced their concerns yet nothing happend. Nothing changed.
So what needs to change in Surrey? We need to implement the great ideas Dianne Watts said she was going to implement when she was first elected to office but failed to deliver on. We need to create a web site that reports crime statistics instead of suppressing them so we can spotlight high crime areas. Then we need to install video cameras in high crime areas to help prevent crime. Remember when we used to have crime prevention meetings in Surrey?
I can tell you right now that the high crime areas of Surrey relate directly to where we let drug dealers sell crack, crystal meth and now fentanyl in public. Enforcing the law by arresting the drug dealers not the drug addicts, prevents a huge mount of violent crime. Mark my word.

Second meth lab busted in Abbotsford
CTV is reporting that "For the second time in less than 48 hours Abbotsford authorities have raided what is believed to be a large-scale methamphetamine production lab in the Fraser Valley city. On Tuesday morning, the Abbotsford police and RCMP Clandestine Laboratory Enforcement (CLEAR) Team executed a warrant at a large property in the 1700-block of Mount Lehman Road. Aerial footage from the scene showed hundreds of barrels, white buckets and around a dozen empty chemical bottles placed on a tarp on the driveway."
God Bless Edward Snowden
I just saw the movie Snowden in the theater. It is well worth seeing. It is something we should support. I was somewhat disappointed in the low public turn out in the movie about the Gary Webb story Kill the Messenger. That was a landmark film based on a true story and the public barely noticed. Edward Snowden is a whistleblower. He reported illegal activity and they want to put him in jail for doing so. That shows you how far we have departed from the principles of the US Constitution and the Canadian Charter of Rights.
I have heard people rationalize warantless surveillance with the claim I have nothing to hide. That's not the point. The point is civil liberty. The movie clarifies that the CIA and the NSA aren't just tracking terrorists. That's just the excuse. They are tracking people for economic control and social control. Like the rest of us, Edward Snowden was hoping things would improve under the Obama Administration. They did not. Obama conned us. His education was paid for by the CIA.
Hilary Clinton was the author of Operation Fast and Furious. Her and Bill have been deeply involved in CIA drug trafficking since Mena, Arkansas. Sadly, I don't believe anything will change. At the time, they said George Washington and Benjamin Franklin were traitors. Now history knows better. Edward Snowden is a modern day Paul Revere. God bless him and God bless Lindsey Mills. Their sacrifice will be remembered. Lest we forget.

Powerful Opioid Carfentanil Confirmed In Winnipeg
Each new drug keeps getting worse. CJOB is reporting that the incredibly toxic drug carfentanil has indeed hit the streets of Winnipeg. Carfentanil is 100 times more potent than fentanyl and was originally designed as a tranquilizer for large animals such as moose or elephants.
This is why helping the Hells Angels obtain a monopoly on the drug trade is a bad idea. Greed. Enough is never enough. They are always coming up with new ways to kill people and make money off of ruthless addiction. Legalizing these drugs would be socially irresponsible. Peddling these drugs is low life scum. Carfentanil looks like acid.
Documentary on New York Cop Corruption in the /80's
I just watched an astound Netflix documentary on police corruption in New york City back in the /80's called the Seven Five. I had no idea it was that bad when I was there. I just saw the resulting crack on the street that they were all profiting from.
The documentary is about the Michael Dowd story and the plague of police corruption that infiltrated and consumed the 75th precinct in Brooklyn from 1987 to 1992. This documentary explains how it was Mayor David Dinkins that was the real author of the New York model that cleaned up corruption and got crack off the streets not Mayor Giuliani.
The documentary is astounding and you need to see it yourself to believe it. It starts off with clips from Dowd testifying before the Mollen Commission after he was caught and interviews him after he served 12 years in prison for racketeering and drug dealing. It also interviews cops and drug dealers he worked with. The candid nature of the documentary is astounding.
In 1987 the 75th precinct in Brooklyn was almost completely corrupt. Dowd and his crew were on the take tipping off his drug dealers when they were going to be raided and provided police escorts when they moved their cash so they wouldn't get robbed by rival drug dealers. His dealers set up a supermarket in Brooklyn. People would buy groceries, then go to a door in the back and buy kilos of cocaine hidden within their groceries. What I saw was the insane amount of violence on the street in Harlem and on East 42nd Street Times Square when that cocaine was turned into crack and sold on the street. I saw the enforcement on the front line that was a huge part of the famous New York model eveyone talks about.
Evidently there was another key element behind the New York Model that I was not aware of. After Dowd's arrest Mayor David Dinkins launched the Mollen Commission to investigate police corruption in New York City. In 1994 the Commission concluded that: "Today's corruption is not the corruption of Knapp Commission days. Corruption then was largely a corruption of accommodation, of criminals and police officers giving and taking bribes, buying and selling protection. Corruption was, in its essence, consensual. Today's corruption is characterized by brutality, theft, abuse of authority and active police criminality."
"The panel recommended the establishment of an independent monitor for the department that would have subpoena powers and help establish new departmental policies to deter corruption." That is what cleaned up New York. In 1995 the Commission to Combat Police Corruption (CCPC) was created. It was an independent monitor.
Fast forward to Surrey 2016. Surrey is to Vancouver what Brooklyn was to New York. Although I predominately stayed in Harlem and on the Deuce when I was in New York, I did visit Brooklyn a few times. Curtis Sliwa's parents lived there. Wonderful couple. Brooklyn was tense. The kids on the subways used to sing a song. "Brooklyn robbed my house. Then they took me couch. Brooklyn, Brooklyn." Surrey has a series of it's own jokes regarding crime and criminals. Yet over all Surrey is indeed improving. The one thing that is holding us back is the policing problem that refuses to arrest the drug dealers that sell crack or fentanyl in public.
I don't think we have the same kind of problem with police corruption in Surrey like they did in the 75th Precinct in Brooklyn but we do have a serious problem that needs to be addressed. It begins and ends with Bill Ford and Craig Callen. They aren't on the take. They're just incompetent idiots that are so consumed with sexual harassment that they refuse to do their job. That fact shows us the real corruption within the RCMP comes from the top down. When the RCMP management promote bumbling idiots knowing full well they won't do their job, the rest of us are forced to ask ourselves why don't they want them to do their job? Are they on the take? It sure looks like it.
Richard Barszczewski scuttled David Giles' arrest in the Western Wind bust from the top down. The officers on the case were very frustrated when he pulled the plug. That was a criminal act. Instead of getting fired and going to jail upper management gave him a promotion. Take a look at how the RCMP scuttled Operation Phoenix preventing Weird Hal from getting busted. That was another criminal act swiftly swept under the carpet. Are we beginning to see a pattern yet?
If we really want to reduce drug related crime and violence we need an independent body that monitors police corruption right at the top. Until we do that we are simply shooting ourselves in the foot with all this harm promotion. Gary Shinkaruk should be in charge of E Division not Bill Fordy. Getting rid of the OMGU right after their colossal success in Kelowna was very suspect. Our corruption works from the top down. That needs to be addressed just like it was in New York.

Surrey RCMP bust pot shop but roll out the red carper for crack and fentanyl dealers
This is the epitome of everything that's wrong with Surrey. The Vancouver Sun is reporting that the Surrey RCMP raided a pot shop in Guildford arresting two employees and one customer. Technically pot is not legal yet so they are well within the parameters of the law. However, we all know Justin Trudeau was elected on a promise to legalize marijuana. I didn't vote for him and I don't support the legalization of marijuana. I support decriminalization not legalization. Nevertheless, I recognize the democratic process.
Recently the police made a similar raid on a pot shop in the Lower Mainland and the judge said what are we doing here? The judge was well aware the law hadn't changed yet but realized the last election showed the democratic will of the people to change that law. The law is in the process of being amended so what is the purpose of flogging the old law before it in amended? The courts understand the intent of the law.
The next concern is unequal protection or enforcement of the law. Why are they obsessing over pot but turn a complete blind eye to the public sale of crack, crystal meth and now fentanyl? Those drugs are far worse than pot and the police refuse to do anything about it. Who's side are they really on? Arresting people for pot while they refuse to arrest drug dealers that sell fentanyl to customers unknowingly is absolutely insane.
That is what has created the ballooning crime problem in Surrey. Dianne Watts obsessed over grow ops but refused to respond to business and community members concerns over the public sale of crack in Whalley and Newton. When the public calls the police and the police refuse to respond, that creates criminal culpability.
How can they obsess over pot and traffic violations when they completely ignore crack and fentanyl? That is unequal protection of the law. Perhaps it's time to fire them and hire someone else willing to do the job and represent the people that pay their wages and elect the governments that create the laws they are paid to enforce. Promoting Bill Fordy was a public disgrace.
West Vancouver Cop seizes 2,000 cars
The Vancouver sun is reporting that Cpl. Grant Gottgetreu from the West Vancouver police department is bragging about seizing 2,000 cars for speeding. This guy is a piece of garbage and is the reason this stupid law should be repealed. This is why people hate cops.
We all thought it was funny when a member of the Hells Angels was caught on camera driving like an asshole speeding excessively weaving in and out of traffic in a very unsafe manner. Yet the bottom line is that seizing people's vehicles for speeding on a open stretch of the freeway is over the top. It gives the police and the government far too much power which in this case has clearly gone to their head. This guy is no hero. He is a villain. The police are letting drug dealers sell crack and fentanyl in public in the DTES and on the Surrey strip but they are seizing cars from hard working Canadians that speed on a freeway. That is unequal protection of the law. Who do these guys work for? Themselves or the taxpayers that pay their wages and elect the government that makes the laws to protect them not enslave them. Get a life. Get a real job.
Seizing someone's car after three drinks is also excessive. Cops are the worst DUI offenders. They have a tax paid bar on site to get drunk after work and drive home impaired all the time.
