BC Law Society rebuked for violating Charter of Rights
The Vancouver 24 hours is reporting that the Law society of BC was recently rebuked by the BC Court of Appeal for knowingly violating the Charter of Rights. The court upheld the B.C. Supreme Court ruling that the law society was wrong for denying certification to Lawyers from Trinity Western University because they did not approve of their religious beliefs or moral standards. In July, the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal also upheld the charter of Rights.
The key point here is we all knew what the Law Society tried to do was illegal but they did it anyways. In the United States they have Catholic Universities. You can't deny people certification from a religious University just because you don't like their religion. The Charter of Rights protects minorities from another Holocaust. If this was a Muslim or Jewish University, the decision would be the same. You can't discriminate against them. Likewise if it was a Gay or lesbian University, you can't deny them certification. In a Free Republic you can't force your beliefs on someone else but you can't punish someone from practicing their religious beliefs.
Even I knew what they were doing was illegal and I'm not a lawyer. As I previously reported, Tony Wilson, a Vancouver Lawyer who states that he is an atheist who voted in favor of accrediting TWU Law school grads pointed out that the current case law upholds the Charter of Rights. The Trinity Western University v. B.C. College of Teachers case is still the law of Canada. That 2001 case, from the Supreme Court of Canada, determined that the B.C. College of Teachers could not deny accreditation of TWU’s teaching degree. So clearly the law society knew what they were doing was illegal. The Law Society is suposed to uphold the law not defy it.
Another bizarre tragedy is that the Ontario Court killed the Charter. Vancouver 24 hours reported that Legal regulators in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador have gone along with the TWU proposal. The Supreme Court in BC and Nova Scotia upheld the Charter but Ontario did not. The Charter of Rights is a sacred document that protects civl liberty. When the courts rule against it, we are all diminished.

Calgary Shooting, Abbotsford stabbing, Maple Ridge Homicide - Update
The Calgary Herald is reporting that Kyle Shae Rowe is the 26-year-old who died Monday morning, gunned down in a vehicle in the driveway of a suburban home in the city’s southeast. He was shot just before 11:00 AM on Halloween.
The Canadian Press is reporting that Police say a female student is dead and another is in hospital following a stabbing at a high school in Abbotsford, B.C. Abbotsford police Chief Bob Rich said a young man is in custody and it appears he is not a student at the school. Officers were called at 2:05 p.m. Tuesday and arrived at Abbotsford Senior Secondary School to find two female students with stab wounds. School staff had subdued the suspect while teachers and other students were administering first aid to the victims, Rich said. The two girls, whose names and ages have not been released, were taken to hospital. "I am so sorry to tell you now that one of the students has succumbed to her injuries," Rich told media on Tuesday night.
CBC is also reporting that "the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) has taken over the investigation into the discovery Tuesday of a man's body in Maple Ridge, B.C."
Update: CBC is reporting that Gabriel Brandon Klein is the homeless man from Alberta that walked into a school in Abbotsford and randomly stabed two teenage girls killing one of them and wounding the other. A bizarre tragedy indeed.
The Vancouver Sun is reporting that a homeless man found dead in a Maple Ridge scrap yard on Tuesday has been identified as Bradley Allan Nielsen, 53, of Maple Ridge
The Vancouver Sun is reporting that Dean Sahanovitch was arrested last week in the murder of Jonathen Patko September in Maple Ridge.

The Morning Breaks
What a beautiful morning. October has broken records for rainfall and I've sure been feeling it. I got rid of my car so my motorcycle is my only source of transportation right now. I used to joke and say I'm from Vancouver. If we didn't do anything in the rain we wouldn't get anything done. It is nice to get a break from the rain once in awhile and see the sun. This morning is magnificent. All those clouds of heavy rain has lifted to reveal fresh snow on the mountain peaks at higher elevations. Cypress even got a dusting of fresh snow. This is a screenshot from their web cam.
As reported in Bob Green's obituary, yesterday was his funeral. As I previously said I would not be covering the funeral or reporting on it. I'm not going to play paparazzi and report on who showed up and why. I'm letting his family, friends and associates pay their respects in peace.
What I have said about Bob Green and about Shaun Clary stands. History has recorded that. I'm not going to argue or debate about troll trash. That's not my thing. I simply state my opinion then move on and let history be the judge.
One blog reader just tipped me off to another like minded blogger named Daniel Hopsicker. Last year he made an interesting blog post about a new movie about Barry Seal and the CIA drug trafficking out of Mena Arkansas tied to Hillary Clinton. Barry Seal is being played by Tom Cruise. I just saw Tom Cruise in the new Jack Reacher movie. I liked it.
Variety dot com is reporting that "Tom Cruise’s cartel film Mena is now called American Made, and is moving from Jan. 6, 2017, to Sept. 29, 2017, Universal Pictures announced on Monday." After the election. Big surprise. The Agency got the family of Barry Seal to tie the film up in the courts first. Hillary Clinton is as dirty as they get. That's all I have to say on the matter.
So it does appear that Daniel Hopsicker is a like mind. I'm not the only one that shares some of those concerns. As for me, I'm just a rider on a western highway - from the mountains to the sea. I'm just a rider on a western highway, thank God I'm free. Peace.

Coquitlam RCMP dragging a senior down stairs
CTV is reporting that "Shocking video has surfaced showing an RCMP officer dragging an elderly man down a flight of stairs following a heated strata meeting in Coquitlam Thursday night. The footage, which was uploaded to YouTube, begins with a group of officers surrounding an older couple in the stairwell of a Best Western hotel, where the strata was holding its annual general meeting. As a young girl cries and screams, one Mountie can be seen grabbing the elderly man, who is lying on the ground, and pulling him toward the stairs."Stop resisting," the officer yells before apparently yanking the man down a staircase."
The Coquitlam RCMP have a horrible reputation. They are the ones that kicked in the whistleblowers' door and seized all his hard drives after he went public about Jim Brown. They knowingly destroyed evidence by deleting his hard drives before returning them to him.
In this case the video is indeed very disturbing. The cop is seen dragging the senior down the stairs. Totally inappropriate. What's even more inappropriate is Superintendent Sean Maloney's response to the video. He says they're going to investigate the matter by looking into why they were called to the meeting trying to find some way to blame the senior.
During a protest people are often arrested for refusing to leave. They sit down and don't resist they simply refuse to comply. That is what this senior is doing. In those cases the police pick them up and carry they away. They don't drag them down a flight of stairs. It's very unprofessional as is the Coquitlam Police Chief's response. No wonder they destroyed evidence in the Jim Brown case. They have a lot to hide.

Double Shooting in Surrey
Scan BC is reporting that there was a double drive by shooting at 159 St & 110 Ave in Surrey. One victim DOA en route to the hospital. One of the reporters on scene pointed out that there was a fatal shooting of a gang member a few houses down the street in 2012. Fraser Heights is a nice area. This shooting took place right across from Erma Stephenson elementary school.
Burnaby Shooting
CTV is reporting that there was another shooting in Burnaby last night. Although multiple shots were fired, no one was injured. Global is reporting that "Residents say they heard what sounded like gunfire exchanged around 11 p.m. A vehicle was also seen racing away shortly after. When police arrived they found a bullet hole in an apartment building and a vehicle in the underground parking lot riddled with bullets. Its owner was found nearby uninjured. RCMP say he is known to them and is associated with a criminal organization."
Kelowna Hells Angels in possession of stolen property
The Kelowna Hells Angels clubhouse is in the news again. Kelowna Capital News is reporting that "Mounties arrested one suspect and seized property after a Tuesday afternoon raid of the Hells Angels clubhouse on Ellis Street. The Kelowna RCMP, partnered with officers of the Alberta Law Enforcement Response Teams (ALERT), executed a search warrant just after 1 p.m. on the property in the 800 block of Ellis Street. 'Investigators have seized a travel trailer, allegedly reported stolen in Alberta, from the property and arrested a 50-year-old Alberta woman found inside that trailer,' said Const. Jesse O'Donaghey, in a press release. 'Investigators have also seized evidence from inside the residence as part of the ongoing investigation.'"
I am thrilled to hear that the Kelowna RCMP teamed up with ALERT, the Alberta Gang Task Force. After the huge success of the Kelowna Summer Jam in 2012, the Christy Clark government dismantled the BC Gang Task Force and cut funding making it compromised just like the Edmonton Police Service. Every time a police task force found organized crime, a government body dismantled that police task force. That is exactly what has happened to the OMGU and the BC Gang Task Force. ALERT has been doing a great job busting the Edmonton Hells Angels despite the fact that the EPS has been compromised for many years.
No doubt being in possession of stolen property will not help their case to keep their clubhouse in the court application to seize the clubhouse under proceeds of crime. Like I said they should just hand over that clubhouse as a consent order before they establish bad jurisprudence in the court system because that one is a lost cause. The Kelowna Hells Angels were involved in so much criminal activity only and idiot or a corrupt judge like Peter Leask would deny that application.

Langley homicide - Update
Update: Turns out Shaun was murdered simply because he was friends with Jason Wallace.
The Langley Times is reporting that "The Integrated Homicide Team said the human remains found on the side of a rural road in Langley on Wednesday morning are connected to gang activity. 'Currently, investigators do not believe the location of the remains is where the homicide occurred,' said Foster. 'I can't speak to how the body was discovered or the condition of the body,'she said. 'No doubt, this was a gruesome event that took place.'"
Global News reported that the body was dismembered. Rumors are swirling about the identity of the body but I'll wait until we receive official confirmation before commenting on that.
Update: CKNW and Kim Bolan are both reporting that IHIT have released the identity of the murder victim. It is indeed Shaun Alan Clary of Surrey. Blaze was lying again. When they say gang associate I'd have to say VERY loosely affiliated. He posted a picture of him with two Bikers and one of his friends was shocked and said who are the two guys with the cuts? (Turns out they are Teamsters Horsement not HAs)
I do not believe this had anything to do with the murder of Bob Green. Dumping the body in the general area was a opportunity to cover their tracks. Just like the Burnby Drive by where the victim's car drove into a house. Kim Bolan reported that he was a prospect of the Whiterock Hells Angels. There is no way either of these two guys had anything to do with the murder of Bob Green. I'm still not convinced the Burnaby shooting of the prospect wasn't internal seeing how there are so many racists within the club.
When the leader of Redd Alert for BC was shot in East Van, that was a high level associate shot by a rival. That is not the case here. Shaun might have smoked a little weed but he was by absolutely no means a high level drug dealer.
As for the police officer who said he had never heard of this kind of thing before, has he never heard of Bob Roth? Bob Roth was decapitated for a drug debt by the Whiteboy Posse who sell drugs for the Edmonton Hells Angels. His head was dumped in an alley in Edmonton while his body was dumped just outside of Edmonton in a rival drug dealers area.
William Edgar Taylor was convicted of murdering Timothy Salsman in a basement in the town of Hayter, near Provost. for a $1,500 drug debt. He refused to reveal where he dumped the victim's head and hands which were never recovered by the family. William Taylor was with the Whiteboy Posse who sell drugs for the Edmonton Hells Angels. So when he was collecting money for the debt, who do you think the debt was ultimately to?
In Prince George a member of the crew cutt off a guy's finger for a $170 drug debt. The Crew in Prince George sold crack for the Vancouver Hells Angels. Addicts were tortured for drug debts in the basement of crack shacks in Prince George all under the supervision of you know who.
Burnaby shooting sends car crashing into house
CTV News is reporting that a targeted shooting in Burnaby caused the victim's car to crash into a house landing a few feet away from a 21 year old woman sleeping in her bed early this morning.
