Bill Majcher malicious prosecution Inquiry

The Asian Pacific Post is reporting that "In Part Three of our RCMP Project Severo series, a foreign interference case once framed as a major national security prosecution for Canada has collapsed, leaving behind an acquittal, unlawful police findings and urgent questions about how the case was built."

"Retired RCMP officer Kenneth 'Kim' Marsh is calling for an inquiry into the spectacular collapse of a foreign interference case that wrongly cast him as a co-conspirator and exposed serious flaws in one of Canada’s most sensitive national security prosecutions."

"The botched prosecution, which cost Marsh his privacy, damaged his reputation and dragged his name into a national security case dubbed Project Severo, ended today in B.C. Supreme Court with the acquittal of former RCMP inspector William Majcher."

“This cannot end with an acquittal and everyone walking away,” Marsh said. “My home was searched, my name was publicly tied to a national security case, I was described as an unindicted co-conspirator, and the courts have now found that key steps in this investigation were unlawful. Canadians deserve to know how this happened.” They sure do.

"The National Security and Intelligence Review Agency and the Public Prosecution Service of Canada have opened files on Marsh’s complaints, while the Quebec Bar is reviewing the conduct of federal Crown prosecutor Marc Cigana, who also led a similar China-linked prosecution that collapsed in court."

ROFL. The police are going to investigate themselves again. The Quebec INSET team led the false charges against Majcher before it was transferred to Vancouver.

They're absolutely right. There should be a public inquiry about this set up but that's not going to happen because it never does. The Nova Scotia Mass shooting inquiry was a joke as were both Missing Women's Inquires in BC. As was the Air India Inquiry. These were all tax funded smoke screens orchestrated to hide police and government misconduct.

CSIS needs to become publicly accountable but it's not. That needs to change. Every level of government and every government agency needs to be publicly accountable.

When a government agency is not publicly accountable, it becomes corrupt. That is a natural consequence of not being publicly accountable. Criminal forces are constantly trying to infiltrate and hijack government officials and agencies. Removing public accountability streamlines that process.

I totally agree that a public Inquiry into the Bill Majcher set up should happen. I just don't believe it ever will. It never has. The crown will fight disclosure like is consistently did in the Majcher case. It would continue to do so in a public Inquiry.

The crown will appoints a biased commissioner like they have always done. What we need to do is make CSIS public ally accountable. Many will rightly argue that will never happen either. But it should. The liberty of our nation depends on it.

CSIS Sam's Defamation lawsuits

When we see CTV's absurd hit piece on Bill Majcher for CSIS the day of his verdict which CSIS Sam also ran, we need to pause and list the defamation lawsuits Sam Cooper is involved with that resulted in his departure from Global News only to become an exclusive propaganda agent for CSIS.
The Han Dong Lawsuit
  • The Allegation: In March 2023, while reporting for Global News, Cooper cited anonymous national security sources alleging that Liberal MP Han Dong advised a Chinese diplomat in 2021 to delay the release of imprisoned Canadians Michael Kovrig and Michael Spavor (the "Two Michaels").
  • The Lawsuit: Dong vehemently denied the claims, resigned from the Liberal caucus to sit as an Independent MP, and filed a $15-million libel lawsuit against Cooper and Global News.
  • The Outcome: In a 2024 Ontario Superior Court ruling, a judge found there was no documented evidence to support the key allegations against Dong, allowing the lawsuit to proceed. Global News ultimately settled the lawsuit, recognizing the findings of the Public Inquiry into Foreign Interference, which found that classified intelligence corroborated Dong's denial of the claims
 The Wenbin Ke Lawsuit
  • The Allegation: Cooper and Global News reported on leaked CSIS intelligence that named Markham municipal politician Wenbin "Vincent" Ke as allegedly receiving transferred funds from the Toronto Chinese Consulate.
  • The Lawsuit: Ke sued Cooper for defamation, stating the reporting severely damaged his reputation, incited hateful and racist threats against him, and ruined his political career.
Both of these defamation lawsuits involve Sam Cooper leaking CSIS documents defaming individuals accusing them of foreign interference with China. That once again clearly demonstrates Sam Coopers sources are CSIS and that the narrative CSIS is pushing involves foreign interference with China.

In addition to these two individuals, CSIS Sam came out hard against the patriot Bill Majcher. Sam Cooper ran an exclusive photo of what he said was a picture of Bill Majcher at a casino in China shaking hands with a high ranking Triad member tied to the Communist Party of China. That was a lie.

It was a screen shot from a movie and he knew it. So did his CSIS sources. Cooper was forced to post an unrepentant retraction and claimed someone gave him that picture trying to set him up. That was another lie.

CSIS was his source. Even if CSIS wasn't his source and some random secret unverified source gave it to him, he would have ran it past his CSIS sources that he constantly bragged about having before he posted it. He would have sent it to them and said someone claims this is Majcher shaking hands with a triad member in China is it legit? Oh yeah, that's legit.

There is no way, Cooper would not have ran that picture past his CSIS sources before he posted it. So his unrepentant retraction was another lie. In fact, CSIS Sam was deathly silent about the Judge's verdict in Bill Majcher's case.

Unlike CTV who reported on the not guilty verdict right after they ran the CSIS Strikes Back defamatory article about Majcher the morning of his decision. CSIS Sam said nothing about the not guilty verdict of the patriot he defamed.

Instead he ran his own version of the CSIS Strikes Back press release. Which once again confirmed how absurd the case against Majcher really was.

It admits that there was a Memorandum of Understanding in place between Canada and China with regards to investigating criminals for proceeds of crime. Not dissidents but criminals. It is not unlawful to investigate a criminal.

That's all Sam writes about now. Foreign interference from China over and over again. What about Israel? What about foreign interference from Israel?

Netanyahu is the one committing atrocities in Lebanon and Gaza. Why isn't CSIS saying anything about that? Why isn't CSIS saying anything about the Israeli Neo Con's influence over Canadian politicians and media? That influence is resulting in daily atrocities as we speak. So what is up with that?

I don't support China going after dissidents but that had absolutely nothing to do with the Majcher case yet CSIS Sam said it did. He lied, again and hasn't stopped lying about it. He defiantly rages forward in his smoke and mirror distraction for the current atrocities we are all witnessing.

Gangsters out Releases Free eBook on How the Vancouver Gang war has changed in 2026

Here's that project I was working on. Someone asked me if I could explain how the Vancouver gang war has changed from when I first started my blog after the Surrey Six.

I said sure and answered it in the comments but I think that question deserves a more thorough explanation because it has so many important implications. So today I'm launching another free eBook that explains it in more detail and I'm launching it on the day of the decision on the highly relevant Bill Majcher case.

So here it is. This is the free eBook.

Bill Majcher Not Guilty!

CSIS Strikes Back:  CTV Defames Bill Majcher for CSIS

CSIS Sam is silent about the verdict. He's still running the CTV hit piece. Sam Cooper is the one that posted the movie screen clip and falsely claimed it was a picture of Bill Majcher shaking hand with a Triad member tied to the CCP.

CBC video interview - Canadian Press video

Wild Bill and Kim Marsh - Exonerated. Devlin said evidence did not prove beyond reasonable doubt Majcher was going to do anything which violated SOIA. The fake thought crime failed.

She dismissed all 4 steps presented by the crown as preparatory in the FBI's intercepted email. Now we need to ask why didn't the RCMP investigate Kevin Sun when Kim Marsh gave them the evidence and why didn't the FBI investigate Uranium One when Ross Gaffney gave them that evidence.

This case certainly opens Pandora's box. One of Cameron Ortis' friends wrote an article in the National Post asking What if he's innocent? That's an important question because if he is innocent, like Bill Majcher is, that reflects government corruption tied to CSIS and the Five Eyes which triggers a Public Inquiry.

Excerpt from the Devlin Decision

[121]     In particular, the thrust of the evidence relating to Mr. Majcher’s general background and business dealings indicates a focus on economic crime and on “asset recovery” services which, on their face, appear to be aimed at entirely lawful objectives (e.g., identifying the proceeds of crime to assist their pursuit by lawful means). At a minimum, the fact that Mr. Majcher openly described his relationship to the PRC with a former Deputy Commissioner of the RCMP supports a reasonable inference alternative to guilt. As a matter of logic, common sense, and human experience, I find it at least reasonable to infer that Mr. Majcher would not direct the attention of a former high-ranking law enforcement official towards his activities with the PRC, if Mr. Majcher intended and understood those activities to be aimed at unlawful, extortive conduct.

Verdict and Conclusion

[124]     Viewing the entirety of the evidence, and remaining alive to the context in which Mr. Majcher wrote his communications to Mr. Gaffney on June 12, 2017, I have a reasonable doubt about the nature and extent of Mr. Majcher’s actions and his subjective intention in relation to Mr. Sun as of May and June 2017. It follows that I find the Crown has failed to meet its burden in this case.

[125]     Mr. Majcher, please stand.

[126]     On the single count in the indictment, I find you not guilty.

[127]     You may be seated.

[128]     Before we adjourn, I wish to express my sincere appreciation to counsel for all of their efforts and professionalism in these proceedings.

[129]     Thank you, we may adjourn.

Heads are going to roll

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "Majcher’s wife hugged others in the public gallery after the verdict. And Majcher’s lawyer, Ian Donaldson, returned Majcher’s passport to a smiling Majcher outside court.  'I’m just relieved and tired and I just want to go home,' he said outside court."

CTV Defames Bill Majcher for CSIS

CTV previously referred to Bill Majcher as an accused China mercenary. They deliberately took a quote completely out of context and turned it into a shocking and false headline.

Talk about desperate. Today the judge releases her decision in Bill Majcher's fractured case that completely fell apart before the Crown abruptly shut it down early without calling their star witness. They know they're going to get their a*s kicked so CSIS launched a diversion through CTV. This is the diversion.

Instead of acting on Kim Marsh's evidence and launch a public inquiry as to why the RCMP failed to investigate Kevin Sun for banking fraud, they denounce not one but two separate Memorandum of Understandings Canada had with China committing to cooperating with the investigation of bona fide criminals. Not dissidents but criminals.

CTV runs with a deplorable hit piece citing examples of China going after dissidents but everyone knows that had absolutely nothing to do with Bill Majcher's case. Nothing at all.

The CSIS Strikes Back hit piece CTV ran for them admits that Mark Carney just renewed the existing Memorandum of Understanding that Justin Trudeau signed in 2016 which was in place when Kim Marsh gave the RCMP the evidence about Kevin Sun who was accused of defrauding millions from a bank in China. That's proceeds of crime. That's not a dissident or a political activist. That's a straight up criminal.

So the CSIS Strikes Back article admits that there was a memorandum of understanding between the government of China and the Canadian government in place when Kim Marsh gave the RCMP the information about Kevin Sun and the RCMP once again thought they were above the law and refused to fulfill that contractual obligation to investigate it.

That fact should automatically trigger a public inquiry into the RCMP as to why they refused to investigate criminal activity.

The fact that the FBI have been implicated in this case because they were the ones that submitted intercepted email between Majcher and a former FBI agent demonstrates collusion and motive on the part of the FBI in this case.

Was Kevin Sun a US Intelligence asset? That question now needs to be publicly answered truthfully. Not hidden under the guise of National Security.

The CSIS Strikes Back article went so far as to state "Critics say the federal government should disclose the text of the MOU, given the evidence presented at Majcher’s trial, which shows Chinese police acted outside of Canadian laws, as well as threatened and harassed permanent residents in Canada."

That is a bold faced lie. China was acting withing the parameters of the MOU. No laws were broken in the Majcher case. Except for the illegal op CSIS ran in Hong Kong under the guise of MI6. That illegal op did break the law so once again, where is the accountability for that?

The CSIS Strikes Back article also claimed "

One example of Chinese police violating human rights that was cited in the Majcher trial involved a former Chinese Supreme People’s Court Judge who moved to Canada in 2014."

"Xie Weidong criticized Beijing’s justice system and was accused of corruption. To pressure Xie to return home, the MPS imprisoned his sister and kidnapped his son from an underground garage in China. Beijing also sent agents to Toronto to threaten and harass Xie, according to an RCMP affidavit." According to a search warrant the judge deemed illegal because it was based on a false narrative.

Xie Weidong had absolutely nothing to do with Bill Majcher or his case. Bill Majcher's case was exclusively about Kevin Sun.

So CTV and CSIS' credibility has completely crashed and burned. We need to talk about that. As I said, Bill Majcher has a lot of friends in the industry that are very concerned about this case because they know that it was a complete set up and reflects government corruption tied directly to CSIS.

Do we disbanded CSIS? That would certainly be a step forward but we can't go on listening to unscrupulous news outlets that blindly print every lie CSIS tells them. We need to move past this and we need to move past all the gas lighting from CSIS and the fake news. Supply and demand. When a news outlet destroys their credibility, stop watching it.

Bringing Kids Play Foundation into Surrey schools

Kal Dosanjh, founder of the Kid's Play Foundation recently did an interview with CBC. Kal knew the 18 year old that was just shot dead in Surrey. I've talked about Kal's group before.

They host soccer tournaments in BC place and street hockey events for kids to play and be kids. They also speak to kids in school. Kal does good work. I mentioned when Stan Price and Shane Knox join Kids Play Foundation

This is the real deal. Former gang members telling kids the truth about gangs. For many years the RCMP in Surrey have been very over protective of that gig. They got paid overtime to speak in schools about gangs and didn't want to share that jurisdiction. They didn't do a very good job either.

Kal's group does a better job and they do it for free. Since the RCMP in Surrey is finally on their way out and since the Surrey Police Department are stretching to take over the last remaining jurisdictions in Surrey, now is the time to bring Kid's Play into Surrey schools. That would be in everyone's best interest.

Politicians used the recent Surrey shootings to get some dramatic headlines but those are slime balls with an agenda. Kal Dosanjh is a good man who does good work without the politics. Let's take the next step. Let's put Kids Play in Surrey schools. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Nick Fuentes and the Age of Extremism

As we wait for the Bill Majcher decision tomorrow, let's continue our conversation about how the mainstream media has changed with regards to who they promote and who they defamed. Let's make some sense out of all this madness.

As I said before, Nick Fuentes is a Fed. That is obvious. Now some of the more popular podcasters are starting to talk about it. The guy's a d*ck. He looks like a cross between Ben Shapiro and Pee Wee Herman. A tiny puppet saying really offensive things to try and make himself feel taller.

Let's rewind to Trump's first term when the media wouldn't stop calling him a Nazi. The Democrats and the fake news kept branding Trump as a right wing extremist who was a transphobic Fascist. They kept playing that broken record over and over again nonstop.

Yet in his second term when he has clearly crossed the line promoting a centralized government and Fascist ideals the media that used to rail against him accusing him of that in his first term fell silent in his second term. When he dropped the T from LGBT in his second term, no one said a word. That was because of the build up of hate that brought us here.

I referenced the build up of hate when I observed some of the comments Marc Emory was making. Marc Emory started making some really racists statements and no one said anything about it because he was saying the quite part out loud. He would scour the Internet for examples of extremism, then post it on social media to justify and rationalize his own extreme response to that extremism.

That's when the media bias started to change. During the ANTIFA riots, if you disagreed with any Communist ideal, you were a racist, homophobic, Fascist. ANTIFA built the Berlin Wall. ANTIFA are Communists who want to smash Fascism.

The only problem is they call everyone who disagrees with them Fascists so that really means they want to smash everyone who disagrees with them. During the ANTIFA riots the Anarchists teamed up with the Fascists to create chaos so the Communists could then create order amidst the chaos. Their order. Their New World Order.

The thing that made it obvious Nick Fuentes was a fed was his claim that if you believe the conspiracy theories about Charlie Kirk's murder you are a mental retard. No if you believe Charlie Kirk was shot by a 30-06 you are a mental retard.

In Canada we saw that CSIS created the Heritage Front. A white supremacist, neo Nazi hate group. CSIS created it because that's what Intelligence Agencies do. They create extremism to justify their extreme response to that extremism they created. Kind of like ICE Agents creating a police state. That was their original goal all along.

How Tucker Carlson became such a popular public enemy

Obviously Tucker Carlson's viral rise in popularity is tied to that of Candace Owens but today I want to zero in on how the mainstream media's portrayal of Tucker Carlson has changed and why.

As we know, Tucker Carlson started off as a Fox News host. I realize people coined the phrase Fox Fake News almost as much as the term CNN fake news. Fox News portrayed itself as a right wing media outlet for Conservatives but aligned itself with Neo Con fake Conservatives. We saw this during Trump's first term.

In Trump's first term, Fox News embraced Neo Cons like Mitt Romney who were in bed with Biden's dirty business deals in the Ukraine and trashed Trump. It's important to remember that.

It wasn't until Trump dominated and secured the Republican nomination in his second term that their coverage of him started to become slightly more favorable.

Let's also remember how the media portrayed Trump in his first term has completely changed from his second term. One could claim that it's partly due to the Conrad Black syndrome.

Conrad Black was a right wing media model that started buying up all the newspapers in Canada. As a result, the media's coverage of the news changed and reflected a different bias. That's the problem with media mergers.

Once you merge all the media outlets into one entity, they become much easier to control. Change the ownership and you change the news. Yet with Trump 2.0 it's more than that and it's not that.

For example, in Trump's first term the media trashed and attacked him every day. The Democrats obsessed over him and everything he said. Their obsession became unhealthy. They kept trying to impeach him for stupid things.

For example, the Ukraine. Trump says to Zelinsky see if you can find any dirt on Biden's business deals in the Ukraine. All of a sudden that was the grounds of an impeachment hearing. Say what? It was another case of the lady doth protest too much me thinks. They were guilty. They were guilty as f*ck. Their rage and the ridiculous impeachment trial was a circus side show distracting from that fact.

The Stormy Daniels case was another example. All that circus drama. Trump paid her an out of court settlement. Their lawsuit was settled out of court which included a gag order. There's nothing unlawful about that. The RCMP has done that 4 times that we know of to silence whistle blowers in four separate sexual harassment lawsuits.

The media railed against Trump calling it hush money and the Democrats tried to impeach him for it. They tried to impeach him for agreeing to an out of court settlement. It was absurd.

So the fact remains that when Trump was president in his first term, the media relentlessly trashed him. Yet now that Trump is doing legitimate crazy things worthy of impeachment, all of a sudden no one is talking about that. That's a huge change in how the media portrays Trump. We can't deny that. It's screaming in our face every day.

All these Neo Con never Trumpers like Lindsey Graham are loudly endorsing Trump and all his former grass roots supporters like MTG and Thomas Massey are being defamed by the same media outlets that defamed Trump in his first term.

So is Tucker. The lockdown loving, Covid misrepresenting, RNA vaccine promoting mainstream media have teamed up with the remnant of the Trump 2.0 Neo Con zombies to trash Tucker. Yet he and Candace  Owens are more popular now than ever before. So let's talk about that.

What was Tucker Carlson's mortal sin? Tucker opposed the Gaza genocide and the war with Iran. Just like Charlie Kirk. At least they didn't shoot Tucker. Remember what Tucker said at Charlie Kirk's funeral? The recent SNL skit about Tucker and the Rolling Stone coverage of that skit was absolutely insane. These are people mocking genocides and atrocities. Ask yourself why. Neo Cons love the New World Order.
