Truth and Reconciliation Day

Yesterday was Truth and Reconciliation Day. Both terms are very important and very misrepresented. Before I dive in, I will point out the obvious. Justin Trudeau is an idiot. Not only is he a fake feminist and a fake environmentalist, he is a fake advocate for Aboriginal rights. Jody Wilson-Raybould is First Nations and Justin Trudeau threw her under the bus.
Justin Trudeau is all talk, no action. He pretends to be an advocate for Aboriginal rights and even sets aside a national day for it, then goes surfing during the official ceremonies. Having said that, there is a lot of misrepresentation about the residential schools and it's important to see where it is coming from to understand it's true motive.

The Communist Party of China is once again trying to rewrite history and teach us to hate Canada and to hate America. They want us to hate freedom so we give it up and become their slaves. While they do that they want to distract us from their crimes against humanity.

There are no Aboriginal rights within Communism because within Communism, no one has any rights. Take a look at the Uyghurs. The Uyghurs are Aboriginals in China and the Communist Party is throwing them into prison camps and killing them as we speak. This isn't something they did a hundred years ago. This is something they are doing right now.

The Tibetan monks are Aboriginals in China who are bitterly persecuted and tortured. This is how Communism treats Aboriginals. They use them and abuse them just like they do to everyone else. The reason we need to recognize that is so we understand the twist the media is putting on our history and the motive behind it.

Let's start with the discovery of unmarked graves in Kamloops. First, this was not a new discovery. They were mentioned in the 2015 Final Report of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada. Second, it wasn't a mass grave it was an unmarked grave. Children who mostly died of tuberculosis and were given proper burials only to have their graves forgotten about years later. It wasn't a place where children were executed and buried en mass.

People ask why were they buried on school grounds? For the same reason they used to bury people on Church property. It was cheap and people back then were poor. I'm not saying that residential schools were nice places to be. England had a long history of sending kids off to boarding school and they all hated it. Education is a good thing. They meant well. Yet how they went about it was wrong. Forcing kids from their families wasn't a good thing.

The intent was to provide free education and it wasn't financially feasible to build schools in every rural setting across the country. They bult the schools and brought the kids to the school. Culture is another thing. Teaching kids their culture is bad is toxic and completely unacceptable. We don't do that anymore. Now we cherish First Nation traditions.

When I was young my father used to take me to White Cliff part and take pictures of the sunset. He would read to me the legends of Vancouver as recorded by Pauline Johnson. He would even take me to the Pauline Johnson memorial at Third Beach in Stanley Park to remember her.

My father had ties to the Squamish First Nations and taught me to respect the ancestral heritage of this land. Yet no one is any better than anyone else. All people are equal. We need to remember that. As soon as we start to introduce special rights, we are deviating from the equality and brotherhood of mankind. The Coast Salish practiced slavery. That was not a good thing.

The Natives in Fortl Langley got along well with the British settlers because the British traded with them and protected them from rival tribes that would raid them and kidnap slaves.

The media's attention of the old graves gave rise to religious hate. Who do you think hates religion and wants to abolish it? Communism. Who do you think is behind the Covid fraud removing our civil liberty at every opportunity? Communism. Buyer Beware.

These are the same people trying to rewrite our history and trick us into hating Canada and the freedom loving mosaic it represents. by tearing down statues of John A MacDonald.

John A MacDonald was a Protestant. Blaming him for something the Catholic Church did is displaced aggression. It wasn't his fault. Yet the Communists lie and try to tear down all the good we have done and strive to accomplish because they resent it.

The Catholic Church was given the charge because they had so many volunteers willing to serve. Mother Teresa was a Catholic nun just like the sisters who served at the residential schools. They sacrificed everything to serve others. Just like the many volunteers at the Olympics.

Reconciliation means coming together

Reconciliation means coming together not tearing appart. It means respecting our differences and building upon our strengths. It means embracing the sacred hoop and empowering people to succeed. It doesn't mean teaching people to be victims and hate each other. To reconcile means to restore friendly relations between. This is the purpose of the Truth and Reconciliation Day.

Truth and Reconciliation Day should not be a day of mourning. It should be a day of potlatches where we celebrate Aboriginal culture and our diversity welcoming everyone at the table.

The Winds of Change

The seasons continue to change. It's noticeably cooler. The leaves are starting to change color like the spawning salmon and it's getting darker in the morning. When I ride in to work it's no longer sunrise. It's noticeably darker and Venus is high and bright all on it's own. When I got to work this morning I could see Venus in the east then turned behind me and saw the full moon to the west. Beside it was a single star which I believe is Jupiter. I can feel the winds of change.

I am once again reminded of the poem Desiderata. "Go placidly amid the noise and the haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence." There is a whirlwind of insanity in the world right now and sometimes it's nice to take a break from the chaotic confusion of misery and ponder the peaceful solemnities of silence. People are free to do whatever they want. As are we.

"Avoid loud and aggressive persons; they are vexatious to the spirit." Arguing with trolls is pointless. They don't listen they thrive for attention so they can mislead others in the deception. The one guy in a recent video nailed it. Parents need to be more aware and involved in school board elections. That is how the circus freaks are working their way in to into the school system so they can lead our children astray. We need to be involved in that process now more than ever.

Bonnie Henry is a circus freak and David Eby has lost his mind. The seasons are changing but so is the tide. The tide is finally starting to turn in BC and the BC Conservatives are a way out just like Texas and Florida led the way out of the pandemic. These clowns will exploit every opportunity they can to grab more power and remove more freedoms. We need to vote in elections. The Jehovah's Witnesses are wrong on that issue. Very wrong. We can all see that. Our vote matters. That is why they are so obsessed with disinformation to sway our vote.

Truth and reconciliation involves exactly that: truth and reconciliation. It involves telling the truth without denying history or misrepresenting it. The truth is Hong Kong had far more freedom under British rule than under Communism. That is the truth. We can all see that. I am not a fan of imperialism but we are here and we need to move forward. Candace Owens spoke about victimization. How the left tries to rewrite history and turn us all into victims to they can enslave us. We need to rise above that. We all need to be proud of our heritage. All people are equal.

Aboriginals are no better than the Asians who come here or the Muslims or the Sikhs. We are all equal. As Chief Seattle declared we all share this planet. Residential schools sucked but the intent didn't. Education is good. Feed a man a fish, feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. As one First Nation coworkers said, not every Aboriginal kid wants to spend his entire life hunting and fishing. Don't get me wrong, those are important life skills but as the world evolves we need to adapt and learn new life skills.

England came to Canada with the spirit of negotiation. The Spanish came to Central America with the conquistadors. They conquered with the gun and sword. They didn't make treaties. England was far from perfect but they were a lot better than the conquistadors. Reconciliation means bringing things together not tearing them apart. We have every right to be proud of this nation.
This no pride in genocide slogan is very offensive. This was not Cambodia. This was not the Gulag. This was not East Berlin. The same freaks trying to rewrite history and make us ashamed of our heritage where civil liberty is protected by law are the ones trying to turn all of us into slaves. The Red Braid Alliance for Decolonial Socialism are Communists trying to destroy the Charter of Rights because they support the WEF's brand of slavery.

Look at how they treated the Wet’suwet’en and viciously fought against their democratic decision to support a natural gas pipeline. Natural gas is clean burning. Industrial coal is not. The fake environmentalists are determined to use what ever excuse they can to implement communism. If a hereditary chief opposes them, they will remove the hereditary chief.

Before the white man came to the west coast slavery was practiced within the First Nations Communities. The First Nation community in Fort Langley got along well with the English fur traders because they had guns and protected them from other tribes who would raid them and kidnap slaves. Likewise the First Nation commjunity in Tofino were able to repel a much larger American tribe from invading them because the British gave them guns to defend themselves.

A cultural genocide is very different then a real genocide. When English students take French immersion they're not allowed to speak English. That helps you learn the language faster. That was the intent behind residential schools. The political agenda behind falsifying our history has nothing to do with reconciliation. It is about bringing back slavery in the name of social justice.

We don't need more Stat holidays

I just want to restate the obvious. We can't keep adding more and more stat holidays indefinitely. At some point we are going to have to draw the line and now is as good a time as any. My employer pays me for 11 stat holidays in the year. That's almost one a month. That's enough. We can negotiate weeks of holidays for years of service but companies have to make a profit.

Politicians love to spend other people's money. Christy Clark made that family day in February. So what happened? I lost my floater and got a fixed day in February. Thanks for nothing Christy.

The Queen just died and they want to make another holiday for her. We can't keep adding stat holidays for every monarch that dies. Charles is in his 70's. We can't make another one for him. It's getting ridiculous. We already have Queen Victoria Day. We could simply make that honour your monarch day. One day to remember all of them. That's good enough.

Today is Truth and Reconciliation Day. Aside from having absolutely nothing to do with Truth or Reconciliation, we can't make another stat holiday for that as well. We already have Labour Day in September and Thanksgiving in October. Adding one for Queen Elizabeth and another for Truth and Reconciliation Day would be three Stat holidays in one month. That is ridiculous. Businesses need to be able to operate. Liberal whack jobs have absolutely no concept of fiscal responsibility. They're determined to keep spending us right into slavery. That is their end game.

Reconciliation mean to reconcile. To restore friendly relations between two estranged parties. I am totally supportive of celebrating aboriginal culture. Chief Dan George, Chief Seattle, there are many noble Aboriginal leaders in history. The Sacred hoop is about bringing all the races of the earth together in harmony. It's not about breaking people up into systematic hatred by rewriting and misrepresenting history. Yet that is what the left is doing to manipulate their agenda.

We have seen that there are no Aboriginal rights is Communist China. Their mistreatment of the Tibetans and the Uyghurs is evidence of that. So listening to Communist China accuse Canada of genocide is somewhat hypocritical as well as false.

Rebel News has a new documentary about the Residential school discovery called Kamloops: The Buried Truth. They claim no bodies have been found. I'm not aware of that but I know they wouldn't make that statement without having some evidence to back that up. I have a different view of the residential school system. I recognize that it was far from perfect but I also recognize that the intent was not malicious. Education is good. Free education is great.

Feed a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. Helping Aboriginal leaders become doctors, lawyers and dentists is in everyone's best interest. If England wanted to oppress Aboriginals, they certainly wouldn't be educating them. They would do what the left does and prevent them from getting an education.

Contracting the residential schools out to the Catholic Church might not have been the best thing to do. Many Catholic run private schools in Boston, Ireland and around the world have resulted in a horrific amount of sexual abuse. The Catholic Church does not condone sexual abuse. Pedophiles were drawn to that profession so they could prey on children. Just because a hockey coach sexually abused kids doesn't mean hockey is bad.

I do want to address the genocide accusation because it is simply false and perpetuating that lie breaks the scared hoop it does not mend it. There is a big difference between cultural genocide and actual genocide. We need to vist that. When you sign up for French immersion you just speak French. You don't speak English. That's how that works.

My mother was born in Amherst, Nova Scotia. When she was a little girl her father died of scarlet fever and had to move out west to live with her aunt and uncle because back then everyone was poor. Back in the time of the residential schools infant mortality was very high.

One of the residential school journals recalled how the nuns dressed one of the children who died of tuberculous in a pretty dress and gave them a proper burial. Nuns were volunteers like Mother Teresa. They dedicated their lives to service. We need to remember that.

I don't believe in white privilege, red privileged, black privilege or hereditary privilege. All people are equal regardless of race, colour or creed. That is what I believe and that is what the US Constitution and the Canadian Charter of Rights guarantees. That is worth defending.

I was born in North Vancouver. That doesn't make me any better than someone who has moved here from somewhere else. We are all equal and we all share this planted. None of us own the planet. We have to learn how to live together without lies, misrepresentation or privilege.

We need to mend the sacred hoop not break it.

Slavery and the Freedom of Religion - Independence Day

Evidently the criminals burning down churches in Canada don't know the difference between Catholic and Protestant. Evidently, they don't care because burning down churches has nothing to do with residential schools. It's about the first step towards universal slavery and that is the abolishment of religion. The freedom of religion includes the right to be atheist. It means the State does not have the authority to tell us what we can or cannot believe. We are free to choose. Once they abolish religion, they abolish civil liberty next and we become slaves of the State.

Recently they burnt down an Anglican church. The Anglican church has absolutely nothing to do with the Catholic church. They broke off of the Catholic church and there was a fair bit of animosity at the time. The Anglican church is known as the Church of England.

We still don't know the cause of death of the people buried in the unmarked graves. We are jumping the gun. Truth and Reconciliation involves just that - truth and reconciliation. Burning down churches has nothing to do with either. It is the Communist quest found within the Red Braid Alliance for Decolonial Socialism. Another word for ANTIFA. ANTIFA built the Berlin Wall. They don't care about Aboriginal rights or human rights. They only care about themselves.

If people were burning down synagogues or mosques, it would be considered a hate crime. It still is. It is an attack on civil liberty based on hate. Historically, people came to North America fleeing religious persecution to find the freedom of religion. They still do - all religions.

The freedom of religion is a fundamental right in a free society that is protected by law in the US Constitution and the Canadian Charter of Rights. Religious persecution is always fueled by lies and hate. The Chinese Communist Party, who now control our media, is trying to teach us to hate Canada and America because of its freedom. It is time to reject that hate and fly our banners high. We have every reason to be proud of our freedom. That is something Communist China does not have and wants to destroy through lies, deceit and fake news.

Today, Donald Trump has launched a new Social Media platform that is not controlled by Communist China called GETTR. If God is the author of liberty, then Satan, the father of all lies, is the author of slavery. As Martin Luther King declared, let freedom ring.

Residential School Genocide

I was going to hold off on this but since it is completely our of control I have to say something about it. The mainstream media has been covering the Pope's recent visit to Canada to offer an apology for the abuse suffered in the residential schools run by the Catholic church. First I will reiterate that tearing down statues of John A MacDonald is displaced aggression. John A was a Protestant. He wasn't responsible for something the Catholic church did.

Second I will emphasize that the abuse suffered in Catholic private schools was not limited to Canada or the residential school system. Children suffered sexual abuse in Catholic private schools for hundreds of years in Boston and even longer in Ireland. Sexually abusing children is completely unacceptable. The Catholic church does not teach that it is. Neither does Hockey Canada. Just because some deviant hockey coaches sexually abused some children does not mean hockey is bad. It means bad people gravitated to those services and exploited children.

Third I will emphasize that the Communist party of China is eager to misrepresent what happened in the Canadian residential school system so it can conquer and subdue Canadians and turn them into slaves through lies. That's what Communism is and that's what Communism does.

Finally I will emphasize that the residential school genocide, never happened. Not the way they claim it did. The Truth and Reconciliation Report stated that the school system amounted to cultural genocide. To address that we need to define cultural genocide and explain what really did and did not happen in the residential schools.

A cultural genocide is very different than an actual genocide. They weren't lining up children and shooting them before burying them in mass graves like in Cambodia. They were not doing that. The intent of the residential schools was free education. Education is good. If you want to lift a society and help them succeed, you provide them education. We want Aboriginals to become doctors, lawyers and dentists. We want them to succeed. We always have.

Some people are outraged with the discovery of human graves on school property. Back then it was no different than having human graves on church property. People thought churches were holy and burying their dead there was sacred. It was also affordable. Just like burying children on school property was. Infant mortality in those days was off the hook. A lot of those kids died from tuberculosis. None of the kids in England liked private school back in the day. It was something they did to get an education.

As to the term cultural genocide, I think that is inflammatory and inaccurate. When you're in French immersion you're not allowed to speak English. That's to help you learn the language faster. I'm not very good at languages. My kids are great at it and I totally respect that and encourage that. That's simply not my gift. Every culture has good and bad.

Slavery was one of the traditions within the aboriginal culture on the West Coast. They would raid other tribes and carry away slaves. Slavery is not a good tradition. That is what Communism wants to bring back and I completely reject it. I always have.

I find it insanely hypocritical and offensive that the Communist party of China would dare mention aboriginal rights in Canada when we see what they are doing to the Uyghurs and the Tibetans. In Communism Aboriginals don't have any rights because in Communism no one has any rights.

Years ago I shared a picture of the scared hoop with a friend and explained it's meaning. Black, white, red and yellow - it represents all the races of the earth working together in harmony. He takes one look at it and says well I'm brown and I'm not represented by your little club. My mouth dropped open and I starred at the pictured stunned. All I could say is I think you're missing the point. Of course you're included. Everyone is. Red isn't really red. It's kind of brown actually.

My point is, all people are equal. There's no such thing as White privilege, Black privilege or Red privilege. All people are equal. There's no such thing as hereditary privileged either. We need to be honest about the past and not misrepresent it so that we are conned into accepting this crazy ideal of WEF slavery remixed as globalism.

I am no fan of Imperialism but this new obsession with the term colonialism is a red flag. The Red Braid Alliance for Decolonial Socialism are Communists. They have an agenda. Promoting aboriginal rights is not one of them. Decolonial Socialism wants to turn everyone into slaves, native and nonnative. That is not progressive or positive and I reject it.

I believe that the current Communist conglomerate that is the driving force behind the World Economic Forum will one day embrace a state religion. I oppose that. Embracing a state religion is the same as abolishing religion altogether. In fact it is a means to that end. First you embrace one religion and ban all others. Then you ban that one religion and as George Bush would say, Mission Accomplished. I support freedom and oppose slavery. I support a free republic where civil liberty is protected by law. That is what I support and I am proud of my heritage.

Canada Day is a holiday we need to keep

The fact that the circus freaks want to cancel Canada Day shows their mentally deranged dishonest agenda. Communists like to rewrite history and that is exactly what the circus freaks are now doing. We have every right to be proud of Canada and the ideals we aspire to just as the Americans do. One of my beefs with Putin is that he was sh*tting on the American Dream. America is bad, the West is bad bla bla bla. No it's not.

The American Dream is the same as the Russian Dream. It's the same as the Chinese Dream. It's the same as the Canadian Dream. We all share the same dream. We all want to see justice flow like a river and freedom like a mighty stream. We all want that. We just have different beliefs in how to get there. Justin Trudeau and Joe Biden are whack jobs. They are sowing seeds of disention by rewriting history with lies. Lest we forget.

Truth and reconciliation involves truth and reconciliation. It's not hateful division based on lies. The truth is, this whack job wrapped in saran wrap is a freak. He exposes himself to children. That makes him a pervert. Remember when the police would issue a public warning in the form of a Stranger Danger. They would let parents know if a sick pervert was exposing himself in front of children at the part. Well this scum bag is one of them. He exposed himself in front of children.
Not only that but he equated his brand of pedophilia with a sick and deranged rewrite of history. Now we can all clearly see where these hateful lies lead. These are the circus freaks that want to cancel Canada Day. Not on my watch. I don't care if they celebrate Canada Day or not but they have no right to prevent me or anyone else from celebrating Canada Day. J'imagine - I believe.

Tuberculosis at Residential Schools

In 2015 the Final Report of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada recorded that "Death cast a long shadow over Canada’s residential schools. In her memoir of her years as a student at the Qu’Appelle, Saskatchewan, school in the early twentieth century, Louise Moine wrote of one year when tuberculosis was rampaging through the school.

There was a death every month on the girls’ side and some of the boys went also. We were always taken to see the girls who had died. The Sisters invariably had them dressed in light blue and they always looked so peaceful and angelic. We were led to believe that their souls had gone to heaven, and this would somehow lessen the grief and sadness we felt in the loss of one of our little schoolmates." These graves are not new discoveries.

"Poorly built and maintained buildings were fire traps. Nineteen boys died in the fire that destroyed the Beauval, Saskatchewan, school in 1927. Twelve children died when the Cross Lake, Manitoba, school burned down in 1930. The high death toll was partially attributable to inadequate fire escapes."

There is no question the conditions at the residential schools were bad. Some kids committed suicide and some died after they ran away. Medical treatment back then was not the same as it is today. Nevertheless, the poor conditions at the residential schools is no reason to take away everyone's civil liberty today. The Red Braid Alliance for Decolonial Socialism has an agenda. Promoting aboriginal rights is not one of them. Decolonial Socialism wants to turn everyone into slaves, native and nonnative. That is not progressive or positive.

Ezra Levant on Tucker Carlson

As I previously said, burning down churches has nothing to do with residential schools. It is the Communist quest found within the Red Braid Alliance for Decolonial Socialism. Another word for ANTIFA. They don't care about Aboriginal rights or human rights. They only care destroying religion. That is their agenda. Once they destroy religion, then they destroy civil liberty completely and turn everyone into slaves - native and non-native. They are using the First Nations.

These unmarked graves are not new discoveries. They were cited in the 2015 Truth and Reconciliation report. Louise Moine, a resident of a residential school in Saskatchewan wrote in her journal that there was a death every month from tuberculosis. The nuns dressed them for proper burial. One of the reasons the Catholic church was involved with residential schools is because they teach people to serve. Mother Teresa was the prime example. .

Religious persecution is always fueld by lies and hate.

Residential school misrepresentation

Once again the media is maliciously misrepresenting the residential schools to fit their shareholders agenda. The Communist News Network is reporting that "On his first day as Manitoba's new Indigenous reconciliation and northern affairs minister, Alan Lagimodiere was publicly taken to task by Opposition leader Wab Kinew for saying that those who once ran residential schools thought they were doing the right thing." AYFKM? .

He's under fire for telling the truth There is no question that the residential schools were trying to do the right thing. The political opportunist boldly declared that the expressed intent of the residential schools was to kill the Indian in the child. That is not true.

There is no question that England has a long history of boarding schools. Rich families would send their kids off to boarding school. Although Harry Potter's Hogwarts was fictional, the longstanding tradition was not. Boarding schools in England were common.

Did the kids complain about the conditions at the boarding schools? Of course they did. Did the kids complain about being separated from their families? Of course they did. In hindsight were the boarding schools a bad idea? Of course they were. Yet that does not change the fact that the intent of the boarding schools was good.

The Catholic sisters were nuns like Mother Teresa who devoted their whole lives to service. They were there to help the children not harm them. Education is a good thing. Whenever we took the at risk youth to serve at Harbour light food line in the DTES, the homeless would always say to the kids stay in school. Don't end up like me.

There is no question the intent of the residential schools was to help the kids lead productive and successful lives. Misrepresenting that truth has a dark political agenda tied to the current mistreatment of Aboriginals in Communist China.

This is the Canadian Critical Race Theory where the CCP is teaching Aboriginals to be victims just like the Blacks in the US. The Canadian Charter of Rights states that all people are equal regardless of race, colour or creed. That is what Canada teaches. Misrepresenting that with fake history is dishonest. The left wants you to see yourself as a victim because they want you to be a victim and stay a victim. The Canadian Charter of Rights protects civil liberty by law. The Communist Manifesto does not. The Communist Manifesto destroys civil liberty and makes everyone, native and non-native slaves. Through education we teach people that racism is wrong. Through education we teach people that slavery is wrong.

I work with a couple of First Nation members and they say that not every Native wants to spend the rest of their life living in a tent hunting and fishing. They want to learn a trade and get a good job, buy a house and live a normal life like everyone else. Education is a big part of that.
