Civil Liberty under attack

This blog supports civil liberty as defined in the US Constitution, the Canadian Charter of Rights and the Irish Proclamation. These documents define a free republic. As I repeatedly point out, these rights and freedoms are under constant attack not from terrorists or foreign threats but by domestic attacks from enemies within.

The Aging Rebel continues to cover the court case where the US Government persistently files appeal after appeal trying to tear up the Constitution and remove the freedom of association by seizing the Mongol patch and by banning the MC movement altogether.

As I repeatedly have said, committing crime and belonging to a criminal organization is not a Charter Right. However, the freedom of association is. Creating laws that ban civl liberty for suspected terrorists is problematic because as soon as the government does that, they then label anyone that opposes them as a suspected terrorist denying them legal representation and the right to a fair trial. Spying on citizens without a warrant not for criminal activity but for their political affiliations is another example of how civl liberty is under attack from domestic threats not foreign.

When this blog first started it had two founding premises. The first was that the Hells Angels are a criminal organization and the second was like unto it. That the CIA is also a criminal organization. In process of time I have amended my first premise.

Kerri Krysko stated that the Hells Angels are not a criminal organization, they are an organization of criminals. She said many members of the Hells Angels are in fact criminals but many more are not. This is true. George Christie stepped up to the plate and said the Hells Angels are not a criminal organization because the members who are involved in criminal activity are stingy and don't share the proceeds of crime with the other members. That is believable.

Consequently, I have amended my original position. In Canada the Hells Angels are without question directly involved in criminal activity as illustrated in Julian Sher's book the Road to Hell.

However, David Giles was caught on wire stating that not all members of the Hells Angels are involved in criminal activity but anyone who uses the name of the club for criminal activity must have that activity approved by the local executive. The Kelowna chapter was consumed in criminal activity. That clubhouse should be seized. The Nanaimo chapter was not. That clubhouse should be returned. The courts need to decide the fate of the East Vancouver clubhouse.

There are tons of members of the Hells Angles in Maple Ridge. Most of them are not involved in criminal activity. To claim that there are would be dishonest. Likewise, banning the MC movement in the United States and seizing the Mongol patch is an attack on the Constitution. Operation Fast and Furious showed us that the ATF and the CIA are the biggest drug traffickers on the planet. Gary Webb was right. Iran Contra never stopped. That is what needs to be addressed. Tearing up the Constitution and removing civl liberty does not solve the problem it compounds it.

Justin Trudeau made some powerful statements about the Omar Khadr settlement. “When governments violate Canadians’ fundamental rights, there have to be consequences and we hope that the message going forward to all future governments is: you can not ignore or be complicit in the violation of Canadians fundamental rights, regardless of what they did.”

This is true and it forces us to deal with our complacency in confronting Guantanamo Bay and the CIA black prison sites where prisoners are tortured and denied the right to legal representation and a fair trial. Initially the CIA created these black prison sites that knowingly violated the Constitution by claiming that they're not on American soil so the Constitution does not apply. The Canadian, Australian and British courts have disagreed. That makes us all culpable in the continuation of these black prison sites.

However, one has to ask why is Justin Trudeau supporting civil liberty now when he voted with the Harper government to remove it? Why did Justin Trudeau campaign against Bill C-51 only to create a new one expanding the powers of the Canadian secret service? It's all conflicted so it is.

Seizing Patches

Just to clarify, Seizing the proceeds of crime is very different than seizing an entire MC's patch. Even in Canada where the Hells Angels have a long documented history of drug trafficking, seizing their patch would be over the top because in any chapter that is involved in drug trafficking usually it is only one patch member involved with the approval of the executive. All the other members of the chapter are not involved.

In the US seizing the Mongols patch from every member is totally over the top since they have only established a nominal criminal activity among a few members. When the police and the government fear an organization, that is a good thing. The government is supposed to be afraid of the people. When they are not, that is when you run into problems with ruthless dictatorships kicking in your door without a warrant.

The documentary Freeway Ricky: Crack in the System showed us the problematic nature of seizing the proceeds of crime. Freeway Ricky was unknowingly selling crack for the CIA in LA back in the /80's. The CIA pulled the plug on the DEA's bust of Oscar Danilo Blandón because he was selling cocaine for the CIA. After the CIA pulled the plug on that bust the DEA became corrupt. Instead of stopping the drugs they just started seizing drug money and collecting finders fees. A former DEA agent confessed to that fact in the documentary.

Likewise in Surrey, the police are watching the drug trafficking that is going on out of Shakerz and refuse to do anything about it. The system is corrupt. Banning MCs will not stop the problem it will only make the corrupt officials feel more powerful.

Sky Pilot - Finian is Back

OK I'm back. Back in black yo. My holidays are officially over. Monday I'm back to work. That went way too fast. Today I took the Sea to Sky Gondola and hiked up Sky Pilot. I almost made it to the summit. The last few ridges you really need ropes and harnesses to rappelling down. Getting up is OK but it's a lot safer to repel down from the hooks embedded in the rocks.

So here's the deal: People often come to me for help. Some people I can help. Some people I can't help. If you have substance abuse issues, I can't help you. You need rehab. I recommend the John Volken Society because most of the other rehab houses in Surrey are flop houses for addicts to use drugs. If you have mental health issues, I can't help you. I don't do Dr. Phil. You need professional help. If you have suicidal thoughts you need to call the crisis line:

1 800 SUICIDE | 1 (800) 784-2433

People come to me and share things in confidence because they know I respect confidence even when others don't. I will not betray confidence even when others betray mine because that is the way I roll. I was trained in New York City. My word in my bond.

In the words of Rare Earth "I put my faith in the people and the people let me down so I turn the other way and I carry on any how. I had my hand on a dollar bill and the dollar bill blew away but the sun is shining down on me and it's here to stay."

Hacksaw Ridge - Take Heed of the Dream

Hacksaw Ridge directed by Mel Gibson is on Netflix. Now that is valour. Something these plastic Surrey girl drug dealers cannot comprehend. The closest they'll ever get to valour is on Xbox.

The ability to work is a blessing. The refusal to work is a curse. It is the root of all evil. Parasites pimp the dream by taxing people who work because they don't want to. It has been said that the guy who was shot recently outside the sushi restaurant on 148th street and 108 avenue just got out of prison and started taxing everyone until someone put a bullet in his head and said tax that.

"Take up or quarrel with the foe to you from failing hands we throw the torch. Be yours to hold on high. If ye break faith with us who die we shall not sleep though poppies grow in Flanders fields." From Flanders' fields in France to the opium fields in Afghanistan, take heed of the dream.

Canada shouldn’t donate to the Clinton Foundation

The Toronto Sun is reporting that Canada shouldn’t donate to the Clinton Foundation. No kidding. The Clinton Foundation is a front for the Clintons to pocket profits from arms dealing and drug trafficking. Giving that private slush fund 20 million Canadian tax dollars is a criminal act.

Surrey needs a new Mayor

Linda Hepner is an idiot. She needs to step down and let Eileen Mohan take the helm.

Bystander hit in Surrey Driveby

Scan BC is reporting that #Surrey #RCMP on scene a driveby shooting at 148 St & 78 Ave. Female bystander was hit by a bullet. Suspect truck was set on fire nearby.

It's actually 147 A street not 148. One resident stated they heard 6 to 7 shots and saw the vehicle speeding through the crowded residential neighborhood at 80 km/h. Tragic that a bystander was hit. That's a game changer. Firing a handgun from a speeding car in a residential neighborhood is just plain stupid. As long as we continue supporting lethal injection sites where people can smoke crack and snort cocaine this kind of senseless violence will only escalate. We are part of the problem not part of the solution. I believed in the New York model.

The Campbell River Mirror reported "Surrey RCMP are investigating after an innocent woman is believed to have been shot during a brazen daylight drive-by shooting on Sunday. The shooting, which occurred in the 7700 Block of 147A Street at around 3:30 p.m., is believed to have been targeted. When police arrived they found a woman suffering from a minor gunshot wound."

"According to Staff Sgt. Dale Carr, the RCMP believe that the intended victims fled the scene in a black Hyundai missing a front bumper while the suspects were seen leaving the area in a red pick-up truck. The red truck was later found on fire in the 9000 block of 150 Street. Witnesses reported that two males were seen fleeing the area."

CBC reported that there was a shooting outside a sushi restaurant in Surrey last Tuesday night at 148 th Street and 108 Avenue. The victim was taken to the hospital and is known to the police.

Widgeon Creek

As a matter of fact, yes I am enjoying my holidays thanks. I did a short interview with Kelly Hayes over skype regarding the death of David Giles. Giles was no doubt a good father and a good husband. He was also a cocaine trafficker but he was not the only one.

Shakerz in Surrey is still supplying the Front Room and the Lookout homeless shelters with drugs including fentanyl. Since police know that and will not do anything about it, I sure as hell can't which makes this blog a complete waste of time. The BC Gang task force is now compromised just like the EPS. We are going to have to contract out gang enforcement to the Alberta Law Enforcement Response Team. They are the only ones still willing to get sh*t done.

So yes, I am enjoying my holidays. I wasn't able to go on the two road trips I had planned so I dusted off my kayak and took it to Pitt Lake today. I paddled up Widgeon Creek then hiked up to the waterfalls. It was a peaceful getaway so it was. Mid week is not as busy as the weekend.

So there is it. The light penetrates the darkness and the darkness comprehended it not. Peace.

Update: Blaze POS police informant receives a Judicial Interim Release on his Abbotsford firearm charges July 17th. Big surprise. The police don't seem too concerned about protecting the women he stalks. They rather exchange false intel for bogus arrests than protect the innocent. He needs to be charged with accessory to murder in the Britney Irving case.

Supporting the influx of Refugees in Canada

Here it is. The new direction the Gangsters out Blog has taken is a loud and clear support for the huge influx of refugees from all over the world coming to Canada from the United States. This is a national emergency because public funding is limited. We need to open our hearts, open our wallets and open our homes to support them privately.

Recently we met a wonderful family from Colombia and Honduras with two amazing young children that came to Canada as refugees. Both parents were working in Houston for three years with valid green cards. All of a sudden the green cards were revoked and they were forced to leave with no place to go. The reasons why they can't go back to where they were living before that is private. The bottom line is that Donald Trump's revoke of the Statue of Liberty has taken hard working families and made them homeless. It is a national disgrace.

I will update a list of links where people can volunteer or donate. Since the United States has dropped the ball it is time for us to answer the call and meet that need just like we did during WWI and WWII. Perhaps it's time to move the Statue of Liberty north to higher ground. Peace.

The Inland Refugee Society gives free English classes for refugees. They need donations because they have refugees staying in homeless shelters that can't afford buss passes to attend their free english classes. Donating $10 or $20 would help them immensely.

In the words of Martin Luther King "He has sounded forth the trumpet that shall never call retreat. He is sifting out the hearts of men before his judgement seat. Oh be swift my soul to answer him be jubilant my feet while God is marching on." Like a waving flag yo.

The most logical and simple solution in Canada is to give the refugees temporary social insurance numbers so they can work. If they want to come here and work then let them. The influx of refugees will create a boom in construction.

All Good things must come to an end - Surrey has fallen

I know I've said this before but it is time to say it again. It's time to shut down my blog. It's been a good haul. We just about made 20 million hits. We're at 19,800,856 views. Whenever someone steps up to the plate and tries to do something good, there are always a dozen trolls trashing them trying to prevent them from doing it. That's just life in the real world. Martin Luther King was an activist they slandered. Some even slandered Mother Teresa for God's sake.

Although this blog has been a powerful influence for good, it has also had a devastating impact on my kids. For that I am truly sorry. I suppose my rationalization was my kids are all grown up so now I can do what I want. When I came back from Ireland my father took out an add in the Surrey Leader with a picture of me kissing the Blarney Stone alongside the caption that read Dennis Kissing the Blarney Stone in Ireland, Here comes trouble. My father knew me well. Yes trouble follows me wherever I go. I'm either in trouble or causing trouble. That's my nature.

Recently there was a bizarre storm of insanity online that I would like to address. Blaze took some comments someone else made in anger completely out of context and started spamming the underworld with falsehoods. Truth stands the test of time.

It's time for me to pause as I once again change directions. Peace.

Surrey has fallen: Opens 2 lethal injection sites for smoking crack

Global is reporting that "Two Surrey drug injection sites became the first of its kind to get approval from Health Canada to allow users to snort illicit substances or take them orally under medical supervision." Dr. Death says it will save lives. God damn Perry Kendall. Health Canada is a criminal organization. This represents how organized crime has finally completely taken over Canada. There is absolutely no point in continuing this blog until we deal with this pharmaceutical fraud. I believed in the New York model. This is not it.

Shakerz still drug trafficking for the Hells Angels

I thought after Tbarz name change to Shakerz Randy Jones didn't own it any more and it stopped being a hub in an international Hells Angels cross border drug ring. Glad to see nothing has changed. They still have their reserved bike parking out front. This is where they supply the Surrey Strip with drugs. As long as the Po Po let this continue I have nothing else to blog about.

Canada has Fallen: We have joined the unlawful invasion of Iraq based on perpetual lies

The news broke about a Canadian sniper breaking the world record for the longest kill in Iraq and everyone was celebrating. Evidently he was using a .50 cal sniper rifle like they have at the new indoor gun range in Langley. Those things are massive.

Then Thomas Mulcair raised a valid question: what are we doing killing people in Iraq? We are not on a combat mission there. As we know Jean Chretien rightfully declined to participate in the unlawful invasion of Iraq based on a premeditated lie.

George Bush said Iraq had Weapons of Mass Destruction but none were found. When Dr Kelly, the British Weapons inspector in Iraq broke the news that MI 6 lied to the press and knowingly sent the media false information under Operation Mass Appeal he was found dead of a suspicious suicide.

Susan Lindauer was the whistleblower in Iraq prior to the invasion. They locked her up in jail without a trial under the patriot act to keep her mouth shut but they couldn't silence her forever.

So when Thomas Mulcair states MPs should hold a debate if Canadian troops are to be involved in a combat role in Iraq, he is absolutely correct.

When the Canadian soldier broke a previous record for the longest kill in Afghanistan, he shot someone planting landmines that were blowing up Canadian Troops. That was a combat role. This sniper shot in Iraq was made from a building not a battlefield.

The final problem in this sniper shot fiasco is that there is no such thing as ISIS. The US and Canadian Intelligence agencies created and supplied ISIS. When Yves Chandelon, the Chief Auditor for NATO discovered the United States were funding ISIS he also was found dead of a suspcious suicide. It is documented that Hillary Clinton received huge donations to the Clinton Foundation after convincing Congress to sell ISIS weapons through Qatar AND Saudi Arabia. Basically, This sniper shot press release is a scam to draw us into an unlawful invasion and occupation based on not one lie but perpetual lies.

After 150 years of freedom Canada has finally fallen to the fraud. We are no longer free.

Bill C-51 remixed

Justin Trudeau campaigned against Harper's Bill C-51 terror fraud that throws away the Canadian Charter of Rights even though he voted in support of it at the time. Last month Public Safety Canada released a report showing that the majority of Canadians want Bill C-51 repealed. Instead of repealing it he created a new bill that does the exact same thing. Justin Trudeau does NOT support the Canadian Charter of Rights his father gave us. Thomas Mulcair does.

The Omar Khadr settlement

Although I think 10 million was a bit excessive I do support the Omar Khadr settlement. To understand the settlement we need to look at the case in context of what really happened. Omar Khadr is a Canadian citizen who was detained by the United States at Guantanamo Bay from the age of 16 and held for 10 years. He was born in Canada and taken to Afghanistan by his father who fought the soviet Invasion of Afghanistan.

July 27, 2002, at age 15, Khadr was severely wounded in a firefight between U.S. soldiers and the Taliban. Omar was accused of throwing a grenade at an American solder who had invaded his country and was firing at him. If he had thrown a grenade at a soviet soldier the Americans would have given him a medal. Since he threw a grenade at an American soldier in self defense he was locked up in Guantanamo bay and tortured for ten years.

We supported the invasion of Afghanistan because we were under the impression Afghanistan was responsible for 9/11 which was an outrageous attack on civilians. We were conned. The Bin Laden confession video didn't even look like Bin Laden.

Prior to 9/11 the American Oil companies were wining and dining the Taliban in Texas trying to win the contract for the Central Asia Gas Pipeline. As soon as the Taliban gave the contract for the oil pipeline to an Argentina firm instead of an American firm, Afghanistan was invaded and that contract was given back to an American firm.

Prior to 9/11 the Taliban had brought opium production in Afghanistan to a grinding halt. After the invasion, Afghanistan returned to become the largest producer of opium in the world.

In 2010, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled that the Canadian government's interrogation of Khadr at Guantanamo Bay "offend[ed] the most basic Canadian standards [of] the treatment of detained youth suspects. This settlement is similar to ones given to British and Australian citizens. The only difference is that Canada was the first to offer an apology for the breach of his Charter Rights. Defending civl liberty is in everyone's best interest.

David Giles has died in prison

Update: I am sorry to say CKNW is reporting that "Corrections Canada says David Francis Giles has died in Abbotsford Regional Hospital. He had been serving an 11 year, one month sentence." He was convicted of cocaine trafficking for the Hells Angels on a large scale. All I'm going to say is that he was not the only one. We know he had cancer so I assume he died of natural causes.

Surrey Shooting

CBC is reporting that there was a shooting outside a sushi restaurant in Surrey Tuesday night at 148 th Street and 108 Avenue. The victim was taken to the hospital and is known to the police.

Relapse

Chris Brown from the CBC put out an insightful report on one man's relapse into adiction.

"All it took was a single beer for Murray Shaw's life to unravel. The moment came on a bike holiday in January 2016 in San Diego while he was with some friends from the Vancouver area. After almost 20 years sober, the community college instructor from New Westminster, B.C., cracked open a cold one at the end of a long ride. Fourteen months later, he died alone in a hotel room in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. Fentanyl overdose was the coroner's conclusion."

He was an alcoholic 20 years sober who had turned his life around. One beer caused him to fall off the wagon which caused him to be swept under the fentanyl spiral leading to his death in a mere 14 months. Medical doctors do not prescribe alcohol to treat alcoholism. We need more treatment, more prevention and more enforcement of the current laws that are being ignored. We need the other four pillars. Yet ultimately we are all responsible for the choices we make.

I don't want to point the finger of blame here. I'm simply posting the link a reader sent in so that we can see how sad and traumatic addiction is. This was a good man who's only crime was having one beer after 20 years of being sober. His guilt and shame ended up costing him his life.

Norm Farrell nails it - Again

A blog reader just sent me a link to this article on Norm Farrell's blog about the BC Hydro fraud. Norm appropriately starts off with the French saying the more things change the more they stay the same. Indeed they do.

"I first published the following article in May of 2009. Corporate media cheerleaders don’t promote private power as they once did. But, they remain silent about BC Hydro paying independent power producers almost $5 billion above market value since 2004. That’s an untouchable subject but they’ll ask John Horgan how he can fund affordable childcare. They don’t ask where money comes from when it is transferred to IPPs, gas producers or other Liberal favourites."

Privatizing power is what caused the problem. It's certainly not part of the solution. Enron dejavu.

In a subsequent article Norm Farrell gives a specific example of how the Independent Power Producers are fraudulently robbing taxpayers and thereby creating this obscene tsunami of deferred debt. Woodfibre LNG secured a 40-year export licence from the federal government.

"BC Hydro pays Woodfibre $1.7 million a year for electricity generated at the site. It’s a small independent power producer (IPP); water from a lake up top powers a small turbine. I think it is a take or pay: whether Woodfibre gives electricity to BC Hydro or not, BC Hydro is on the hook for $1.7 million a year. It allows Woodfibre to pay their staff out of what is essentially an ongoing gift from BC Hydro. BC Hydro pays Woodfibre $158 per megawatt hour, about twice the rate to break even. But last November, it was announced that Woodfibre will be able to buy electricity from BC Hydro for $54 per megawatt hour." That is organized crime.

"If correct, and BC Hydro’s FIA report supports the amount, that payment of nearly 16¢ a KWh is almost 50% more than the average paid other IPPs and six (yes, 6) times the price at which BC sells the Canadian Entitlement from downstream benefits of Columbia river dams. The price BC Hydro pays Woodfibre for power is also three times what BC Hydro would charge Woodfibre to liquefy what would probably be royalty-free, subsidized natural gas."

George Christie prepares to release second book

Well this is exciting. We've talked about endorsements. We've talked about who I endorse and why. We've talked about how I endorse George Christie because he walks the walk and he shares a vision that I have. A different definition of outlaw that ties in with Tupac's ghetto gospel. He left the life without becoming a police informant and was falsely accused for disagreeing with Sony Barger's vision or lack thereof. George Christie aspires to something higher and so do I.

This summer George Christie is releasing a new book "Marked" which is a fictional account of a soldier returning from Vietnam trying to find himself back home only to discover how the outlaw movement has changed in is absence. Greed and corruption has entered both sides of the conflict creating a new battle field he has to confront. Now that's what I'm taking about:

"The outlaw bike movement was born on the heels of World War Two by the returning veterans in Southern California. What started out as a esoteric sub culture has grown into a world wide phenomena. Whether renegade free spirits or as law enforcement describes a well oiled crime syndicate, they can no longer be ignored. If history has taught us anything, its history repeats itself and with each wars end a new batch of returning veterans must find themselves. This is one of those stories. Follow Marine Scout Sniper Jack Crest as he returns from the jungles of Vietnam, only to find little left that he can call home. His parents having died in a tragic accident, Jack picks up the pieces with old friends in the outlaw biker brotherhood."

"Rejoining the Question Marks motorcycle club, he discovers that the outlaw world that has changed radically in his absence. The Marks have spread across the United States and battles for territory and zealous law enforcement persecution have become part of club life. Jack soon finds that he has left one war behind, only to place himself in the middle of another. Haunted by a league of lost souls he dispatched in that faraway land, he seeks peace for himself and the club. But local law enforcement, secretive federal officials, and even his own club brothers conspire against his efforts and endanger his leadership and his life. Ultimately he’ll have to decide between leading an unwilling club down the long, hard road to peace, or giving in to his demons and destroying everything in his path."
