Vancouver police push disabled woman
Well this is the video everyone's talking about. It was all over the news. I'm not going to try and rationalize what happened, just put it in perspective.
First, I don't think the woman swore at or was rude to the officers. Although there is no sound in the video, the body language says otherwise. Nor do I believe it looked like she was reaching for his gun. I think those claims are dishonest.
I will say that I think the police should definitely walk the beat in East Vancouver. Walking the beat in any high crime area is important and few forces do it. The RCMP tried it at Surrey Central but that was short lived.
I don't understand why they walk in threes. The RCMP did the same thing at Surrey Central. Two groups of two separated by some distance is far safer and covers a much larger area. Three tend to take up the whole sidewalk which is the case in the East Van video.
The street was busy, three large men take up the whole sidewalk. The woman with cerebral palsy limps when she walks. She was trying to walk past the police officers, was confused which direction to go and was pushed to the ground. Yes it's sad and disappointing. I think walking in pairs instead of threes would help.
Walking the beat for a police officer is not an easy thing. It is a daily challenge. The name calling and animosity are prevalent. Having a crack addict or someone with Aids bump into you with open sores and scabs is not a nice thing. Having anyone bump into you is unsafe as it could lead to be shanked in the back or simply poked with a dirty needle. The police need to establish a safe distance around them.
That does not include pushing disabled women to the ground. Although there are a lot of addicts in East Van, there are also a lot of disabled. If we spent more time getting rid of the crack dealers there would be a lot less social problems to clean up and sift through.
I will note that one media outlet claimed the police officer who pushed the disabled woman to the ground had only been with the force for one year. Clearly that is not the attitude needed to police anywhere not to mention East Van.
-----------------------------------------------------------
I've been thinking about this story and it's hard to get out of my mind. The fact that the other two officers did nothing speaks volumes. The fact that the VPD have this guy still walking the beat in East Van speaks volumes as does the other incident where two police officers beat the tar out of a guy in a domestic dispute call but got the wrong door and beat up the wrong guy.
Making a mistake and getting the wrong guy was bad enough but giving someone the boots and caving in his eye is really shameful. I remember arguing with an extremist about police brutality and he cited Pivot's submission on police brutality so I had a look. I thought to myself it was likely going to be filled with crackheads taking sh*t.
To my surprise, the first witness in the affidavit was that of an under cover RCMP officer. I thought to myself, well that has a bit more credibility than I originally thought. What happened in that instance was an under cover RCMP officer was in East Van. The police shouted at him as he was jay walking and being under cover, he gave them the finger. That's when the officers beat the tar out of him.
There clearly does seem to be a problem with arrogance and bullying within the VPD in East Van. Point granted they have to put up with a lot but do they really. I mean do they put up with it or do they take the bully approach and just don't take anything from anyone.
Pushing a disabled woman to the ground or beating up a crack addict really does nothing to earn respect in the neighborhood. It just perpetuates bitterness and abuse. Why don't they turn that anger onto the drug dealers? Yes it must be insanely frustrating to have to deal with insite and idiots who claim that free drugs is good science and heath care.
That is absolute nonsense and is a good part of the reason our city is going down the toilet fast. The free drugs experiment has failed miserably. The anti prohibitionists are just a vocal group of spoilt brats that throw temper tantrums demanding more and more. Those are the ones that should get their asses kicked. Not the addicts themselves. Those that profit from their exploitation.

Berlin Bandidos bend over for the Hells Angels
76 Bandidos bikers in Berlin are said to be joining the Hells Angels, Danish bikers have done the same. Well that certainly opens Pandora's box.
Someone had said to me that the Bandido massacre in Ontario was over the Bandidos joining the Hells Angels in Canada and I said no way. They'd have to kill all the Bandidos first. Apparently not.
It's not entirely surprising the Berlin Bandidos joined the burning ring of fire since they are likely predominately white. It's the Hispanic influence the white supremacists have a problem with. Thus their "No Tacos" comment on a skull placed outside the offices of a local newspaper office in Hamburg.
It's all about bowing down, bending over and paying dues to the Hells Angels. Some groups say no way, other when asked to bend over quickly reply how far. Take the Zig Zag crew and their burning ring of fire. They each pay $150.00 a month individual dues and a monthly gang fee of $1000.00 directly to the Hells Angels. That of course doesn't include a percentage of drug profits.
Lennoxville Massacre: In March 1985 the Hells Angels chapter in Lennoxville, about 90 miles east of Montreal, invited members of the Laval chapter for a party. When the Hells Angels from Laval arrived at the party, they were ambushed and shot in the head by Hells Angels from Lennoxville. One source claims they thought the Laval chapter was squandering drug profits by consuming too much of the product themselves.
Death Riders: After the president of the death riders was shot in a Laval bar the Death Riders became affiliated with the Hells Angels. Hours after Huneault's funeral, Death Riders Mario Martin and André Richard were seen meeting with Hells Angels Maurice "Mom" Boucher and Normand "Biff" Hamel. Boucher and Hamel received their colours after the incident and Huneault's murder allowed the Hells to completely take over drug trafficking in Laval and the lower Laurentians area.
The Hells Angels have a history of betrayal and murder to get what they want. Their possible involvement in the Bandido massacre comes as no real surprise. Either way, they sure benefited from the murders.
Interesting to note that Wayne Kellestine, the one who owns the farm where the Bandidos were massacred on and convicted of being the driving force behind the murders was a white supremacist.

Tiny Mac's Fetish
Well it seems as though Tiny Mac has a fetish for young boys too just like Sean Wolf and Dale Donovan.
I'm not saying he leans both ways. Much. I just think it's kidna weird cause he sure isn't the boy scout leader type being a founding member of the Winnipeg Hells Angels tied to the zig zag crew who were caught on video cutting crack cocaine.
That ugly fish covering his deadhead tattoos sure seems fake cause he still sports support your red and white Winnipeg wallpaper on his myspace.
Still showing off support for the Zig Zag crew too.
Which leaves one to speculate about the guns and bandannas. I just think recruiting young boys to use and sell drugs then getting them to cut of someone’s finger for a $170.00 drug debt is criminal.
Yet it's hard to conceive this guy is a hardened criminal. Especially in that G-Unit gear. In these two photos he just looks like an idiot.
Banning Loud Pipes
Someone posted a thread in the Kelowna Castanet discussion forum a while ago complaining about extra loud exhaust pipes on motorcycles. Seemingly it has become quite a problem there like everywhere else. Well the Vancouver Province recently ran a similar editorial entitled "It's time to silence a summer scourge."
Along with the editorial, the Province ran a cartoon of a biker blasting loud pipes with the caption of him yelling f off to everyone around him. That cartoon pretty much says it all. Loud pipes have nothing to with saving lives and everything to do with being obnoxious.
One person claiming to be female wrote in with the standard victim excuse: Loud pipes save lives. Unfortunately that argument is no longer believable. Yes there are bad drivers on the road but the bad drivers aren't limited to drivers of cars. There are bad drivers of motorcycles too. Motorcycles weaving in and out of traffic even between cars on the freeway. That is bad driving and sets a bad image for others who ride motorcycles.
Driving fast along the shoulder of the road passing cars is another example. What if a car decides to make a right hand turn when that motorcycle is speeding past them on the right? It wouldn't be the bad driver's fault for not seeing that motorcycle because that motorcycle isn't where they are supposed to be.
Another person wrote in arguing in support of loud pipes comparing it to playing loud music claiming you can't ban everything that's fun. That person revealed the truth. It's not about saving lives it's about being obnoxious and having fun in so doing. It is similar to playing loud music at night oblivious to neighbours. That is rude. People who do that are as*holes.
Another reader said the police should target loud cars as well as not instead of loud motorcycles. Indeed they should. Gunning down a side road late at night in a residential area with loud exhausts is just plain offensive whether it be in a car or a motorcycle.
In some residential areas you already see signs telling large trucks not to use their engine brakes in that residential area because doing that creates excessive noise. It's not a matter of singling out motorcycles, it's a matter of singling out excessive noise.
The fact that so many of these guys rush to excuse the noise is proof that it needs to be legislated. It's no different than the guy who argues it's his charter right to crank loud and offensive music anytime and anywhere they want.
We need province wide legislation like the legislation about paying for your gas before you fill it after that gas station attended was run over by someone stealing gas. Not everyone steals gas but enough people do to make the legislation necessary.

The French word for Dweeb
I am told that Tannant is the French word for Dweeb. I'm not very good with French myself but I do respect the French's passion for life. Tell me, since the Hells Angels are considered a criminal organization in Quebec and many of them not in prison are hiding on the lamb, would this picture not demonstrate a criminal association of sorts:
We all know that 81 is a reference to the Hells Angels. It is used in the Anarchy Bikers Charter. "support patches! we only support the 81. a supprt patch must be given to you by an 81 member or by one of your officers!" Since the Hells Angels are a criminal organization in Quebec, and since the Anarchy Bikers clearly demonstrate a support for and a charter affiliation with that criminal organization, Does that not mean their ASSets can also be seized under the criminal organization legislation? Please advise.
In fact, if there ever was a court application concerning copyright on any of these images could not a counter application then be filed entering the images and charter as evidence in a court of law proving their association with a criminal organization so their Assets could be seized? Indeed a counter claim has the same merit as an application. Don't ya just love a society that has laws to govern it?
"Code of ethics Anarchy?" Now that is an oxymoron! "All officers are responcible to make sure all members follow the rules." Rules? What rules? "Code of conduct for members?" What code of conduct? "Mandatory?" "ZERO TOLERENCE?" Who is gonna enforce the rules with zero tolerance if "The 'A' on fire represents a social state in which there is no governing person or group of people, but each individual has absolute liberty (without the implication of disorder)."
How can you not have the implication of disorder without a government, rules or laws? Oh you mean your laws not their laws. What then makes you different from them? Rules are rules and anarchy says no rules so in your society, where is your copyright protection?
At least your English is better than my French but it still needs help. So if Tannant is French for Dweeb, then Anarchy Bikers is clearly an oxymoron. Would that not then make it's few members morons? Please advise.
Hell Angels and Theft
The Robert Thomas case was another eye opener for me. He's a Hells Angel with a long history of theft and break and enter. I never really envisioned the Hells Angels to be petty thieves before. We know that Maurice Boucher was convicted of armed rape right before he joined the Hells Angels but low life thieves? Who would have thought.
One former member of the Spokane chapter, Rodney Lee Rollness, was convicted of murder, racketeering, conspiracy to commit racketeering and several other crimes, including trafficking in stolen motorcycles.
In fact the president of that chapter, Richard “Smilin’ Rick” Fabel, was convicted of of federal racketeering and conspiracy charges. U.S. District Court Judge said Fabel controlled a criminal enterprise based in Spokane “that preyed on vulnerable people.”
Assistant U.S. Attorney said Fabel was a master of “taking what he wanted from whoever he wanted and having his gang of thugs to get away with it,” Lang said.
Shane Kirton, a 39-year-old member of the Hells Angels allegedly ran a stolen-goods fence ring out of an Assiniboia home, dealing in everything from outdoor gas barbeques and fishing rods to decorative sidewalk lights, police said Thursday.

More Photos of Davie Giles
Here's a picture of David Giles and Willie Nelson.
What on earth did they slip into Davie's drink?
He's seems to be acting a little strange to say the least.
OK he's off the hook. Someone please help him.
It's kind of sad to see him like this. This must be a more recent one of him in the extended care facility.
This is one of him hitting on one of the nurses. At least he's going out happy. You can hear Skeletor and Willy on Jack FM.

Ottawa Convictions
8 alleged Hells Angels were arrested in eastern Ontario. Blaine Doner got seven years for selling cocaine for the Hells Angels in Ottawa while Craig Haines got 10 years. That's a lot more than a few months of house arrest. No wonder we have a problem in BC. The federal laws are not enforced the same here as they are in other provinces.
The key point in those cases is the fact that it was a violent bid to take over the drug trade in Brockville. In 2007, police discovered the Ottawa-based chapter of the biker gang was trying to take over the cocaine trade in Brockville, Gananoque and Prescott. As well as Leeds and Grenville. Let's not forget Niagara.
Police launched Project Beckenham, a 30-month investigation by the OPP Biker Enforcement Unit resulting in eight arrests and seizures of cash, drugs and weapons.
The ring was allegedly run by full-patch Nomad member Mario Sincennes and Haines, who was described during court proceedings as being a gang “hang around.”
Hells Angels involved in N.L. drug trade, police say
This is an old story but it comes to mind with the recent news of another drug bust in Newfoundland. Police in St. John's said Friday that as many as 10 of the 14 people arrested in drug raids on Thursday are associated with the Hells Angels biker gang, which is heavily involved in the illegal drug trade in Newfoundland and Labrador. Seemingly it's connected to Quebec and BC.

Did Brittney Irving deserve to die?
Well things have got quiet all of a sudden. What's the matter - didn't the public realize the similarities between Jody Elliott's murder in Kelowna and Percy Soluk's murder in Surrey? Does the graphic details of those murders surprise you? Does the involvement of the Hells Angels surprise you? It certainly does open Pandora's box. If the Hells Angels are responsible for one gory murder, or more, how many more unsolved murders are they responsible for?
Indeed, a pattern has been established. The pattern I see is that someone claims someone found dead or missing somehow deserved to die. That is absurd and offensive. Let's take Percy's murder for example. "They" claimed he was robbing grow ops and deserved to die. That statement leaves us with two more questions - was he really robbing grow ops and did he really deserve to die, in that manner.
Juel Stanton is an East Vancouver Hells Angel accused of robbing grow ops in Surrey and taking them over for the Hells Angels. Stanton and two others were also accused of beating a man who was accused of robbing a grow op. Stranton was found not guilty but his co accused was found guilty of assault and theft. Wait a minute... they accused the guy of ripping them off and they get charged with theft. Kind of like East Vancouver/ Kelowna Hells Angel Robert Thomas. He has a long rap sheet of theft and B&E. He's the two bit thief. Does he deserve to die?
Reports have come in that Brittney sold pot not crack or meth. I still say there is a profound difference between selling pot and selling crack or meth. And when someone says they caught someone ripping off a Hells Angels grow op, I cry Bullsh*t.
In this case they aren't claiming Brittney ripped off the pot they claim Joey ripped off a huge shipment of pot AND killed her. Yet him acting alone fails the test of believability.
Joey has been a Hells Angels associate for years. We was walking around town without a care in the world after Brittney was found murdered. If he stole a large shipment of pot from the Hells Angels, where would he sell it and would he not be concerned about his safety? Killing someone who sold pot for the Hells Angels is a dangerous thing to do. Killing someone who owed money to the Hells Angels is not.
Did a crack addict deserve to have his fingers cut off for a $170.00 drug debt to the Hells Angels?
Which brings us to Geoff Meisner. Did Geoff deserve to die? It has been claimed that Geoff's wife Tammy knew Brittney. Someone claimed he stole a large shipment of pot from the Hells Angels and that's why he is missing. That doesn't make sense. Why would he steal a large shipment of pot from the Hells Angels? How would he sell it? How would he get away with it? Wouldn't he be worried about his wife and kids? The pattern of deception is someone goes missing or ends up dead and someone else claims they somehow deserved it.
Did the women murdered on the Pickton farm deserve it because they were crack hos? Who turned them into addicts and profited from the sale of drugs they used? We can rationalize anything if we really want to. Gang raping and mutilating crack hos is not tough or hard core. It is deranged.
What did Eric Sandberg mean when he said "They" were ready to wipe out all the competition in Surrey? Like I said, I think the Hells Angels have been directly involved in the Vancouver gang war all along and I find it obscenely offensive to hear a police officer not to mention a member of the HIT claim that things were fine until we started to crack down on the Hells Angels. That's when all the smaller gangs got violent.
No, that's when the Hells Angels got violent taking over all the smaller gangs. The pattern has been revealed.
