George Bush coming to Surrey???

George Bush is coming to Surrey? You have got to be kidding. George Bush vetoed the bill to stop torture at Guantanamo Bay. That does make him a war criminal. Having George Bush speak on the economy is insane. He added trillions to the debt.

He kept going back and asking congress for more and more money for the unlawful invasion of Iraq based on a lie. A large portion of the tax dollars went to Dick Cheney who was involved with Haliburton that directly profited from the invasion of Iraq.

Former Navy intelligence officer Al Martin talked about the Bush family's extensive involvement with investment fraud in his book The Conspirators. George Bush was tied to Bre X the largest investment fraud in Canadian History. Keep Surrey Safe. Keep George Bush out!

---------------------------------------------------------------

Looks like it's on despite local concerns. The Surrey Regional Economic Summit will host Bill Clinton and George Bush.

7:30am – 2:00pm, Thursday, October 20, 2011
Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel
15269 104th Avenue, Surrey, BC, Canada

Maybe Mr. Bill can tell us how he covered up for his pal George W in Mena Arkansas when he was governor of Arkansas by protecting the crooked corner Fahmy Malak who tampered with evidence and ruled murders suicides.

Maybe George W. Fraud can tell us all about how he scammed so many people with oil fraud and bank fraud. Maybe he'd even be kind enough to tell us how much money he made off Bre-X in Calgary.

The Assassination of Osama bin Laden and the Fall of Barack Obama

The news is full of talk about the assassination of Osama bin Laden. The kool aid drunk frenzy is strange. I should say that I have a lot of respect for Obama. Pulling out of Iraq and closing Guantanamo Bay were good things. Pouring troops into Afghanistan to cultivate and harvest opium and to protect the oil pipeline that was taken from Bridas and given to an American firm after the invasion was not.

Now we hear a bizarre tale about how the assassination of bin Laden has somehow brought him to justice. How can murdering someone without a trial have anything to do with justice? That's like hanging Saddam Husein for using chemical weapons the American sold him.

The Pentagon bin Laden confession video didn't look anything like bin Laden. Anything the CIA or MI 6 says justifying any invasion is suspect ever since MI 6 was caught red handed intentionally giving the media false information about Iraq's weapons of mass destruction in what they called Operation Mass Appeal.

Osama bin Laden was not responsible for Operation Northwoods. If Kennedy hadn't vetoed Operation Northwoods the CIA and the Joint chiefs of Staff would have proceeded with that treasonous mission. History has recorded that fact.

The third tower fell when no plane hit it. Explosions were seen and heard going off. Larry Silverstein admitted they said they decided to pull the building. The building fell at free fall speed just like a controlled demolition. It didn't gradually cave in under the pressure of upper floors collapsing on lower floors. That would not have happened at free fall speed.

The real interesting thing is the fact that Professor Stephen Jones found thermite in the 9/11 rubble. Thermite is a super hot compound they use in controlled demolition to melt load bearing beams so the tower will collapse into it's own blueprint. Thermite would explain the melted cars and the molten metal found in the ruble weeks after the collapse. Stephen Jones is not the only scholar that thinks 9/11 was a controlled demotion. He founded the group Scholars for 9/11 Truth and Justice. I do not believe Osama bin Laden was responsible for 9/11. Watch Loose Change 9/11.

NATO Missile strike kills Gadhafi's youngest son and three grandchildren

Gadhafi's youngest son and three grandchildren under the age of 12 were killed in a NATO missile strike in Tripoli on Saturday.

The strike came hours after Gadhafi called for a ceasefire and negotiations in what rebels called a publicity stunt. The commander of the NATO operation, Canadian Lt. Gen. Charles Bouchard, said he was aware of unconfirmed reports that some Gadhafi family members may have been killed and he regretted "all loss of life, specially the innocent civilians being harmed as a result of the ongoing conflict."

This is a shameful disgrace. We put a Canadian poster puppet on stage to appease the media and say we're really sorry we killed innocent children while enforcing our mandated ceasefire. Bombing one side is not a ceasefire. The rebels rejected the African Union's Peace plan because we are enabling them. We have no idea who the rebels are. Some have documented connections to the Taliban. Gadhafi contributed to Sarkozy's election campaign. This war is about oil, nothing else.

Sarah Palin may be a wingnut but Donald Trump is a whack job. Trump wants to run for president. On Libya, he says: “I would go in and take the oil… I would take the oil and stop this baby stuff.” On Iraq, he says: “We stay there, and we take the oil… In the old days, when you have a war and you win, that nation’s yours.”

After the Canadian election we know Stephen Harper will spend a huge amount of money on many fighter jets made by a company one of his candidates lobbied for and will spend a huge amount of money for more prisons to be built for nonviolent crime. In contract Jack Layton will scrap the oil bombing jets for an improved navy and will hire more doctors and nurses. I know who I'm voting for.

Agent Orange

I was looking at a spread sheet in one of the papers outlining the different candidates positions on various issues in the paper and saw one that was interesting. Under Military for the NDP it said devoting some of the funds for all those jets to rebuilding the navy and awarding compensation for the victims of Agent Orange at Canadian Forces Base Gagetown in New Brunswick.

I'm like what Agent Orange victims? Agent Orange was of course the chemical weapon used during the Vietnam war. During WW I and II it was mustard gas. I had vaguely heard about them testing Agent Orange in Canada. Turns out they dumped more Agent Orange on Gagetown then the entire Vietnam War.

This brings us back to pretending to support the military then shafting soldiers who serve the country as well as the whole can of worms surrounding chemical weapons. Turns out Canada helped produce agent Orange. What a great business venture. Not.

We hear a lot of people condemn Saddam Husein for using Chemical weapons but it was the Americans that sold him the Chemical weapons to use on Iran in the first place. Profiting from the manufacture of chemical weapons is bad business. Kinda like exposing the troops to chemical weapons in the Gulf War then denying them compensation.

The Bush Crime Family

We've heard of the Bonno and the Gambino crime families in New York but do we really know the extent of what the Bush Crime family was involved in? I'm not talking about voter software fraud, the unlawful invasion of Iraq based on a premeditated lie or vetoing the bill that would stop torture at Guantanamo bay. That's not what I'm referring to. This time I'm referring to corporate fraud.

Former Navy Intelligence officer Al Martin described Operation Eagle which became Operation Black Eagle. Once again as with Operation Watchtower history is being erased and rewritten. When I say Operation Black Eagle I'm referring to the one that involved Oliver North and Richard Secord in the extended version of Iran Contra.

Al Martin also made reference to Neil Bush's Gulf Stream Reality, Jeb Bush's Gulf Oil Drilling Supply Company, and George Bush Jr's Harken Energy, Tidewater Development and Houston Energy Partners. He also described Wally Bush Jr's Walter Bush Securities ans Prescott Bush's Investment Company.

State securities regulators around the country warn that oil and gas investment scams are alive and well. High oil prices have created a heightened interest in investments in energy-related business ventures.

As more and more people invest in oil and gas securities, the likelihood of oil and gas fraud scams goes up dramatically. Fast talking brokers can trick investors into putting their money in non-existent companies or into buying overpriced stocks.

Al Martin claimed that corporate fraud was used as an alternate means to raise money for the Contras. He claims that he was directly involved with it and worked under Richard Secord. Martin states "We would purchase a field of old shallow wells, pumpers usually in old Kentucky limestone formation fields that still pumped a few barrels a day, package it up into a limited partnership, and through carefully crafted meter reads, logs and runs, we would overstate production by a thousand times. (The Conspirators page 372)

Then they would tap into a list of donors sympathetic to the cause. These donors would invest in the oil field. They would be paid half their investment in the limited partnerships before they became insolvent. They got to write off the other half of their investment on a 2:1 leverage basis, which was perfectly legal under the lax laws at the time. The net effect was that they came out whole on an after tax basis.

In appreciation for their donation to the cause they received an autographed photo of Ronald Reagan and George Bush Sr. and a toll free number to a cubical in the White house basement to impress their friends. As a result Martin would keep 15% while 35% was bled off to a number of North-Secord controlled off shore accounts like Stanford Technologies Overseas Limited, Intercontinental Industries S.A. and Trilateral Investment Group Ltd.

The investment fraud that Al Martin described followed a pattern of setting up a fake company that would be bailed out with public money. Which clearly leads up to the biggest scam off all time, the bank and stock market bail out.

The amount of investment fraud that was involved in the extended version of Iran Contra is vast and complicated but well worth investigating since history tends to repeat itself until we learn from it. Especially the mortgage and real estate fraud.

All this talk about Oil and Gas fraud has me wondering if the bin Ladens really gave the Bush family start up money for their defunct oil company or if it wasn't simply a matter of the Bush family defrauding the bin Ladens kinda like how Sarkozy got money from Gaddafi for his election campaign before he started bombing Gadaffi.

In June 1990 Bush sold more than half of his shares in Harken to a Los Angeles broker named Ralph D. Smith. One week after the sale Harken announced an overall loss of $23.2 million triggering an investigation by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission into the sale.

Supporting the Troops

Yo bro those aren't tulips that soldier is tip toeing through. Those are poppies and that is opium. I guess they're going to want us to use a new type of poppy for Rememberance Day.

As much as I admire and respect Michele Obama, I'd have to say I'm a bit disappointed in the new campaign about supporting the troops and supporting military families. Supporting the military is without question a good thing. Yet the terms and conditions of the new wars are questionable.

It's not like we're engaged in WW I or II. The invasion of Iraq was based on a lie. Torturing prisoners in Guantanamo bay and in Afghanistan is wrong. Indeed, supporting the troops now has certainly taken on a new meaning.

Supporting the troops now means smoking opium or using heroin supplied by the American military and boycotting opium and heroin supplied by the Taliban or other competitors. Supporting the troops now means buying gas from oil companies owned by the US and boycotting oil from companies like Bridas or other competitors. Times have sure changed.

Let’s get tough on crime

Stephen Harper’s right. Let’s get tough on crime. Never mind pot. Let’s introduce mandatory minimum sentences for corporate crime and fraud. You know like Bre-X. Let’s introduce mandatory minimum sentences for insider trading on government contracts and illegal lobbying. Like how Bruce Carson diverted government contract funds to his favorite escort. Or how Raymond Sturgeon lobbied for the company that wants to build Harper's conflicted jets for an undisclosed sum of money.

Or when the Harper government used it’s position to put pressure on the CIBC to settle with Barrick gold on behalf of Brian Mulroney. Let’s put mandatory minimum sentences for those kinds of crime.

In fact since verbal contracts are legally binding in BC, lets charge every politician who promises one thing and does another when elected with breech of contract and fraud. That way we can put Stephen Harper in one of his brand new prisons so he can play with as many toy jets his very little heart desires.

I couldn’t watch the debate on TV for more than five minutes. Listening to Stephen Harper speak is painful. I did like one comment Duceppe made. He said we know Stephen Harper is soft on crime. Just look at his own office. Indeed it’s full of criminals. C’est vrais. There is absolutely no way Stephen Harper did not know about his long time senior aide Bruce Carson’s criminal record for fraud. There’s just no way he didn’t know that.

That’s why he hired him. He wanted someone good at fraud. Just like how they hired someone from Enron to help them fix the books for the pentagon. This whole bit about lobbying for Brian Mulroney is absolutely criminal. The government paid Brian Mulroney a $2 million settlement when he sued the government for libel when they implied he received kickbacks on the Airbus scandal and later it turned out Brian Mulroney totally lied and later admitting to receiving kickbacks for Airbus. Brian Mulroney committed perjury and defrauded the Canadian people out of $2 million. Let’s introduce mandatory minimum sentences for that.

Richard Secord

Richard Secord is a name Al Martin frequently uses when discussing the extended version of the Iran contra. Along with Oliver North of course. Turns out North was Secord's scape goat.

Secord filed a libel case against the authors of a book published in 1987 entitled Out of Control: The Story of the Reagan Administration's Secret War in Nicaragua, the Illegal Pipeline, and the Contra Drug Connection. Secord lost that case.

He was charged in the Iran Contra affair in 1987 and on March 16, 1988, Secord was indicted on six felony charges. On November 8, 1989, Richard Secord plead guilty to one felony count of false statements to Congress, and on January 24, 1990, he was sentenced to two years probation. In 1992 the Federal District Court for the District of Columbia expunged the conviction on the grounds that the US Supreme Court had earlier found the underlying indictment to be illegal and without effect. The Justice Dept. did not oppose the matter. Thus the entire Iran-Contra imbroglio ended for Secord.

Well not exactly. Even if they make him a Fox News host, he was found guilty and got off. Let's take a look at some of the evidence in the trial and let's take a look at that book he sued for libel and lost.

May 5, 1987 during the Iran Contra public hearing, General Richard Secord testifies that CIA Director William Casey was one of the driving forces behind the illegal sales of arms to Iran, and the equally illegal diversion of profits from those arms to the Nicaraguan Contras. Secord, the leadoff witness, testifies that in addition to Casey, CIA and State Department officials aided in the efforts to provide the Contras with weapons and funds.

I think that's the whole point behind the extended version of Iran Contra. It didn't just involve Iran but was deeply involved with funding and supplying the Contras in Nicaragua which was directly tied to Operation Watchtower. Since Oliver North was in charge of everything that went in and out of Nicaragua at the time, it also implicates him.

Al Martin claims that Richard Secord was also tied to Trans World Armaments of Quebec City. He claims that Joe Clark made money off it and that the Brian Mulroney connection was a much bigger scandal in Canada than it ever was in the US. Interesting...

BTW in the picture above Secord's lawyer is talking to him during his testimony at the Iran Contra hearing. Gee I didn't think you were allowed to consult with counsel during your testimony in court...

Bre-X, George Bush and Brian Mulroney

I was just reading in Al Martin's book "The Conspirators" on page 31 where it claims that George Bush was on the Board of Directors for Bre-X and made $40 million off of that fraud.

They made a shoe cannon for Bush when he came to speak at Calagary. No wonder he loves the hard working people of Calgary. He scammed them out of $40 mill.

Al Martin also claims former Prime Minister Joe Clark made money from that fraud as well. Googling it shows Brian Mulroney was also involved. Bre-X was this huge Calgary based gold mining company fraud.

It was billed as the perfect crime because no one was held accountable. Michael de Guzman, the Bre-X geologist also died of a suspicious suicide. It was a $3 billion hoax.

The mining company collapsed after it was discovered that drilling sample bags had been sprinkled with outside bullion to inflate the results. Thousands of investors lost money, triggering a series of lawsuits against the company, Walsh and Felderhof.

Al Martin claims Joe Clark made money off Bre-X as well as Bush. Investing in Bre-X is different then making money off of it. Many innocent people invested in Bre-X and lost their shirt when it collapsed. People who sold at precisely the right time before it crashed and made a killing are suspect for insider trading.

Bre-X investor Jack Kindermann, who lost $500,000, had little sympathy Monday for Felderhof, who allegedly sold $84 million worth of stock prior to the company's collapse.

Al Martin claims that Bre-X is just another example of the continuation of the original fraud that links back to Iran-Contra. Martin claims that Iran-Contra was the genesis for a lot of the fraud that exists today. In some cases, not even the corporate names have changed. Seemingly, drug trafficking was only one aspect of Iran contra. There was a huge amount of spin off fraud that was used to raise funds as well.

One of these examples he gives in Trinity Oil and Gas (page 106) which he claims was founded in 1984 by the infamous Barry Seal. Barry Seal as we all know was the scape goat for all the CIA drug smuggling that went on out of Mena Arkansas.

Martin claims Trinity Oil and Gas was not only designed simply to be a fraud, but also as a vehicle to launder Barry Seal's money -- money that Barry Seal was earning from his narcotics activity. Martin sates there was much more to this man than simply drugs. His money laundering in corporate operations is an area which has never been touched.

It kind of reminds me how Raymond Sturgeon was tied to the company involved with Mulroney's helicopters as well as Harper's Jets. Not to mention the perpetual fraud of Harper's senior advisor Bruce Carson. Much. Then again those deals weren't directly tied to drugs.

It's reminiscent of Enron, the ultimate in corporate fraud where the US tried to privatize it's energy to it's insider friends. The Bush administration was tied to that fraud too. In fact, just like Bruce Carson, the Bush administration gave the Thomas E. White, the Enron book cooker a promotion to be the official book cooker form the Pentagon's missing three trillion dollars until public pressure from his involvement with Enron forced them to get rid of him.

Let's not forget Mulroney's involvement in the $1.8 billion sale of Airbus SAS aircraft to Air Canada wherein he was accused of getting kickbacks. Tears swelled up in his eyes in court when people thought he was a criminal. How sad.

All I can find so far is that Barrick gold was somehow tied to Bre-x and that George Bush served in an honorary capacity as an advisor to Barrick’s International Advisory Board for two years in the mid 1990’s. Another source claims Brian Mulroney was also an advisor to Barrick Gold. In fact Mulroney is curently still listed as a member of the Board of Directors for Barrick and is Chairman of Barrick’s International Advisory Board. It claims Mulroney has been a Director of Barrick since 1993. 1993 was the year Bre-X bought rights to the mine in Indonesia. Yet another source claims George Bush became a director of Barrick gold in 1995.

Interesting to note that the Green Party claims the Harper government has intervened to further the economic interests of Mr. Munk and Mr. Mulroney. Finance minister Jim Flaherty took what the Globe and Mail (May 7, page B1) called “the unusual step of intervening” by phoning CIBC executives to pressure them to settle up with Barrick Gold Corporation over a dispute over losses related to the current asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) meltdown. Maybe this is why they're not letting the Green Party participate in the televised debate this time.

Joe Clark was a special advisor on Africa for the mining company First Quantum Mineral, which did contraverial work in the Congo.

Opium in Afghanistan

In an interview about the Harper government trolling the Internet, Alex Jone made a comment about opium in Afghanistan. The commentator asked him to get back on topic but I think we should visit what he said because I think it is significant since it applies to politics and organized crime.

Alex Jones claimed Fox news admitted "Yeah our troops helped grow the opium in Afghanistan and they helped ship it out but if we don't grow it the Taliban will get it and then they'll make the money off it." Sure enough, Alex Jones was right and Fox news did admit it. Hey, isn't Oliver North a Fox news corespondent? Isn't that ironic.

Soldiers ignore and encourage the farmers. "If the US burned their crops, farmers would blame the US for their poverty and turn toward the Taliban."

"If we secure them getting a good harvest, now they're gonna get paid for all their hard work and then we can deal with trafficking afterwards." That is the new US policy. After farmers get paid try to capture drug traffickers. These troops have confiscated ten thousand pounds of opium before the profit reached the Taliban.

So that would clearly imply that they are only busting opium rings that profit the Taliban or the competition not opium rings that profit them. Can you believe that. Garry Webb was right all along.

This would support Julie Couillard's claim that Maxime Bernier told her that “the war in Afghanistan has nothing to do with building democracy in that country but has to do with the global control of the opium trade. It’s a drug war.”

Harper Government fires whistle blowers

Richard Colvin was an "absolutely rock solid" diplomatic staffer who stepped up and volunteered to go to Afghanistan as a civilian representative with Canada's Provincial Reconstruction Team in Kandahar after Glyn Berry, a close friend of Semple, was killed by a suicide car bomber outside Kandahar.

When Colvin expressed concern that Canada was handing over Afghan prisoners to be tortured the Harper Government attacked and fired him. Peter MacKay, the one who point blank lied about referring to Belinda Stronach as a dog after she crossed over when he was caught on take doing so. He simply lied and denied it so that somehow makes his accusations as a foreign minister credible.

Instead of dealing with the allegations, which it turns out they already knew about, the neo cons lie and attack a real patriot who went to Afghanistan to serve his county in the memory of his friend who was killed. Shame on the Harper Neo Con Government.

Likewise the Harper Government attacked and fired Linda Keen for blowing the whistle on an unsafe nuclear reactor built on a fault zone after the government neglected to do the necessary upgrades to keep it running. The neo con spin was the shortage of medical isotopes the closure of the reactor would cause.

Perhaps the government should have done the necessary maintenance to keep the reactor running then. Or better yet, perhaps they could make medical isotopes from one of the other operational nuclear reactors? But no, the neo cons rather create a manufactured emergency to perpetuate an unsafe reactor while they discredit and fire one of their own people. Again.

Can you see the pattern? Hide information from the public. Attack and fire whistle blowers for exposing the truth. Lie and deny any and all allegations and spin the allegations with absurd rationalizations. This is the perpetual Neo Con. BTW firing whistle blowers is illegal.

According to MacLeans, there have been at least a dozen cases:

Linda Keen, Arthur Carty, Bernard Shapiro, Kevin Page, Peter Tinsley, Richard Colvin, Marc Mayrand, Paul Kennedy, Robert Marleau, Munir Sheikh, Pat Stogran and Chief Supt. Marty Cheliak.

The Harper Government even fired Paul Kennedy the head of the Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP who investigated the RCMP actions in the taser death of Polish immigrant Robert Dziekanski at the airport.

Operation Watchtower

When Gary Webb's article Dark Alliance came out it created an uproar in LA. The possibility of the CIA being involved in part for their cocaine epidemic in the /80's was indeed shocking. In response to the public outcry, John Deutch, the Director of the CIA at the time held a town hall meeting in LA to address the public concerns.

At that town hall meeting, Mike Ruppert, a former LAPD officer took the mike and claimed the CIA had approached him to traffic drugs in LA and that the Agency has been dealing drugs in LA for years. Of course Mike Ruppert has subsequently under gone a character assignation like Gary Webb and anyone else other than Judge Bonner who has spoke out about any of this. Yet Mike Ruppert cited Operation Watchtower.

Although *someone* has been active on the Internet trying to bury the story and rewrite history by referencing a different Operation Watchtower, others have cited the real operation which clearly involved the CIA drugs for arms network out of Central America.

Al Martin, retired Navy Intelligence officer describes in detail what Operation Watchtower really was in his book The Conspirators.

Operation Watchtower was originally developed and built in 1976 by an elite Air Force group under the command of the Defence Intelligence Agency known as Task Force Hawk. Watchtower was a series of very powerful radio transmitters on towers with beacons on the ends of them from Andros Island off the coast of Columbia all the way up to US air space.

Aircraft could triangulate a position from the towers. The beacons created a "safe corridor." All aircraft flying through that corridor would not be intercepted. On the US end, aircraft emitting the proper frequency would not be inspected by customs.

The corridor was created originally for the same purpose it was used later on in the Iran-Contra - to provide a safe corridor for the shipping north of narcotics and the shipping south of weapons pursuant to authorized narcotics and weapons transaction.

Al Martin is of the opinion that the deal had to have had the approval of the then Panama dictator General Omar Trujillo who was paid in a Swiss bank account every month. Later Trujillo complained he wasn't getting paid enough and was assassinated and replaced by Noriega.

Colonel Edward P. Cutolo claimed there were a series of three electronic beacon towers beginning outside of Bogata, Columbia, and running northeast to the border of Panama." With the beacons in place and activated, aircraft could fix on their signal and fly undetected from Bogata to Panama, landing at Albrook Air Station.

Cutolo testified that the cargo flown from Colombia into Panama was cocaine. Cutolo claimed during the Feb., 1976, Watch Tower Mission, 30 high performance aircraft landed safely at Albrook Air Station where the planes were met by Col. Tony Noriega, a Panama Defence Force Officer assigned to the Customs and Intelligence Section. Also present at most of the arrivals was CIA Agent Edwin Wilson.

There is a lot more documented information about the time frame but my point is simple. Gary Webb wrote a powerful series of articles about the CIA trafficking cocaine in the United States of America. His article was met with rage and denial. He lost his job and documented everything in a well written book of the same name, Dark Alliance. Not to mention the testimony of former CIA Agent Chip Tatum. Chip referred to the Pegasus File which Mike Ruppert cited.

The fact is the CIA was directly involved in a huge cocaine for arms trade between Central America and Mena Arkansas. That has been documented. Oliver North was in charge of everything that went in and out of Nicaragua at the time. Only instead of rotting away in a US prison like Freeway Ricky and Manuel Noriega, they made him a FOX News host. Go figure.

Mena's Crooked Coroner

Long before it became common knowledge that the CIA were using military aircraft to smuggle cocaine in and out of Mena Arkansas, there was a strange case involving the suspicious suicides of two young boys. The case is hard to follow but one thing became clear. A crooked corner not only falsely concluded their murder was a suicide, but he knowingly tampered with evidence trying to cover up his misdeed and that he has been accused of misdiagnosing several murders in the area as suicides.

Two boys "fell asleep" on a railway track. The train engineer saw them so he blasted on the horn and the brakes. The boys did not wake up and were run over by the train. Don Henry, 16, and Kevin Ives, 17 died.

At the time, Fahmy Malak, Arkansas's state medical examiner, was the one responsible for ruling on cause of death. His plan was to rule the boys' deaths a double suicide. However, after conferring with Jim Steed, Saline County Sheriff, they decided no one would accept such a ruling and changed the cause of death to accidental.

Without any supporting evidence, Malak ruled that the boys had each smoked more than twenty marijuana cigarettes and, in a psychedelic stupor, had fallen asleep on the tracks. It was later learned that the state crime lab never even tested for the concentration of marijuana and, in fact, had used a test on the boys' blood which was designed to be used on urine. Outside experts were shocked at the absurd ruling. The families' nightmare battle against the state medical examiner was made more difficult by Governor Clinton's public support of Malak. However, after thirteen long months, the parents were finally able to prove what they had believed all along, that the boys had indeed been murdered.

Because of their persistence, Kevin and Don's bodies were exhumed, new autopsies were performed, and a grand jury was convened. Dr. Joseph Burton, a nationally recognized forensic pathologist from out-of-state, performed the new autopsies. His findings revealed that Don Henry had been stabbed in the back and Kevin Ives' face had been smashed by a blow from a rifle butt before their bodies were placed on the railroad tracks.

Burton's autopsy also revealed that Malak had mutilated Kevin's skull by sawing it in so many different directions that it was impossible to tell where the original skull fractures were. Malak also had completely dismantled Kevin's jaw bones. Burton stated he had performed thousands of autopsies and had never seen anything like it. Was Malak trying to hide something?

"A former employee at the crime lab has said he discovered what appeared to be evidence of a stab wound during the original autopsy, but was told, quote, 'not to worry about it.' Malak has refused all comment."

"During the midst of all of the turmoil, with trying to get the ruling changed in our case, it became very apparent that this was not an isolated instance of an error in the ruling on the manner of death. There were many other cases statewide that we became aware of."

In 1992, The Los Angeles Times tallied more than twenty additional cases where Dr. Malak had falsified evidence and ruled incorrectly. One case involved the murder of Raymond Albright who had been shot five times in the chest with a Colt 45. Incredibly, Malak had ruled suicide.

Another case involved James "Dewey" Milam whose body was found without the head. In this case, Malak ruled the cause of death to be an ulcer. Although Milam's head had been clearly severed with a knife, Malak claimed the family pooch had bitten off the head, eaten the entire thing, and then regurgitated it. Malak says he tested the dog's vomit and found traces of Milam's brain and skull. Unfortunately for Dr. Malak, Milam's head was later found. Malak, it turns out, had made up the entire story. Media coverage of Malak's dishonest rulings resulted in a massive public outcry calling for his removal from office.

Nevertheless, both Governor Clinton and the Arkansas State Medical Examiner Commission Chairman, Jocelyn Elders, who had the power to remove Malak from office, not only insisted he remain, they gave him a raise.

Jocelyn Elders, Arkansas State Medical Examiner Commission Chairman

"Based on the facts I have, I really feel that Arkansas owes Dr. Malak a great debt and a real apology."

"I was outraged that protecting a political crony of Clinton's was more important than the fact that two young boys had been murdered."

The Mena Connection

Chip Tatum claimed both Bush and Clinton were aware of the CIA's drug running out of Mena Arkansa.
