China’s take over of Canadian oil rights still on the table

Wasn’t it Susan Powter who once said: Stop the Insanity. It’s about time we did. Stephen Harper is still actually considering letting Communist China buy our Canadian oil rights. He just extended the deadline a month. This is insane.

Ever heard of Vietnam? Ever heard of the Korean war? What if Communist China decides to invade another country like Tibet and bring them into bondage? Are we going to supply their tanks fuel to invade other countries? Once we give them our oil rights, we will have to. There was a reason we sent troops to Korea and Vietnam.

Giving Communist China control of our oil is unthinkable. What if Communist China gains control of Canada’s oil and then says, we’re angry at the US and we’re not going to sell them any of Canada’s oil. If we give them control of our oil rights, we will have no say in the matter.

As we speak, China is holding anti American demonstrations. They want to invade an island Japan had before their surrender to the US in the war because it has oil. If Iran did that we would be talking about bombs not giving them control of our oil. As we speak, China recently boycotted a meeting of the International Monetary Fund in Japan to defy Western economic rules. Giving a Communist dictatorship economic power to put sanctions on the free world is insanity at best.

Of the two options, letting the Texans have control of our oil would be a million times better than Communist China. Yet there is a third option. Canada can remain a free and sovereign nation and control it’s own oil. Imagine that.

We can sell oil to China but to give them control of our oil rights is a completely different matter. There are a lot of people in Vancouver of Chinese ancestry. Many of them are here because they disagree with Communism. The Epoch Times is a local and international paper that regularly speaks out against the murder and atrocities committed by Communist China.

As we speak, local officials in the Chinese Communist Party have violently and forcefully evicted people from their homes and property before seizing them in an attempt to make up for local budget shortfalls, according to a report from Amnesty International.

The Epoch Times is reporting that the Chinese state-owned oil company looking to close a record-setting takeover of Calgary-based Nexen is one of China’s most abusive employers, directing its security forces to arrest and imprison Falun Gong adherents. Did you catch that? The company has it’s own security forces that are arresting employees for their freedom of association.

It is highly ironic that the “left wing socialist” NDP cares more about human rights violations in Communist China that Stephen Harper does. If this deal goes through, Stephen Harper will be remembered as the worst Prime Minister in Canadian history. He will be a traitor to the free world.

Chairman Harper or Chairman Mao? Right now it’s hard to tell.

Ban, Ban, Everywhere a Ban

Years ago there was a popular song that was part of the sixties era which said Sign, sign, everywhere a sign. Don’t do this, don’t do that, can’t you read the sign? Now we’re seeing ban, ban, everywhere a ban. Don't say this, don't say that, can’t you read the ban? I’m referring to excessive publication bans in court. They are illegal.

I remember reading a story about an American reporter who was in Vancouver researching the Robert Pickton trial. They were speaking with one witness who answered a few questions then went on to explain, all of this is under a publication ban. If you print any of this you would be breaking the ban and go to jail. The American journalist found it strange. That’s not the way they do things in the United States. They have a First Amendment.

So why is that? Let’s break tradition and use some logic. How could publishing some of the evidence heard in court during the Pickton trial in any conceivable way, inhibit his right to a fair trial? One could conceive that if the media has published some information that the judge ruled was inadmissible, and the jury heard it, that could conceivably bias the jury and taint Pickton’s right to a fair trial. But that’s not what we’re talking about here.

We are talking about reporting to the public, evidence submitted in court that the jury heard. If the jury read a newspaper that reported that evidence, it would in no way taint Pickton’s right to a fair trial because the jury had already heard it. Those kinds of publication bans do not protect the accused’s right to a fair trail. They are a violation of Free Speech and are therefore illegal.

The whole concept of putting a reporter or blogger in jail for telling the truth is rather absurd. The judge who made the illegal publication ban should be the one going to jail. That is what I mean when I say it appears we are walking down a road that resembles Big Brother not a Free Republic. All the Pickton publication ban did was protect the Hells Angels which is exactly what Wally Opal did in the not so public inquiry.

I’m still trying to find a copy of the publication ban in Giles' case. Oh you can’t publish a publication ban. Of course we can. The purpose of a publication ban is to inform the public that such a ban exists. Without publishing the publication ban, the public has no idea it exists or what it covers.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Update: OK this is how it has been explained to me: Obviously there are different kinds of publication bans. Young Offenders: You’re not allowed to publish the name of a young offender. Makes sense. Sexual assault: You’re not allowed to publish the name of the victim of sexual assault. Makes total sense.

I’m told Giles’ publication ban falls under 648 of the criminal code which normally sates you can’t publish any evidence or submissions when the jury is absent. Which is totally what I was saying in my original example. If a jury is present, publishing that evidence in a newspaper would in no way inhibit a person’s right to a fair trial. Simply because if the juror read the paper, it would have already heard that evidence in court.

A 648 ban is for when the jury is not present. That makes total sense. It also has a time limit. It expires when the jury has rendered a verdict or sooner if the judge says so. That brings us to the BC Rail publication ban. It’s expired so all evidence in that trial is now publishable so let’s get at it.

My next question is the Pickton publication ban. I’ll have to find out what kind of ban that was and if it has expired like it’s supposed to so we can circumvent Wally then limp fish Opal’s public cover up of that case. It says the Pickton ban was under 537(1) and 539 of the Criminal code.

Oldhan's Bail ban says: Criminal Code of Canada, s. 517 The evidence, representation made and the reasons given at a show cause (bail) hearing shall not be published in any document or broadcast or transmitted in any way until a preliminary hearing is held and the accused is discharged, or if the accused is ordered to stand trial, the trial has ended.

Vancouver Rain

After Giles’ court appearance today I checked out Stanley Park and Granville Island. Finally the rain has returned. I was actually beginning to miss it. There’s nothing more Vancouver then getting out and about on a rainy fall day. Taking the passenger ferry to Granville Island in the rain is where it’s at. Soon enough and all that Vancouver rain will be fresh snow on the local mountains.

There’s nothing more magical then driving up the mountains on a rainy day in winter and crossing over the freezing point where all that rain turns to snow. Returning to the rainy city after leaving that paradise is like waking up from a pleasant dream.

Traditional Totem poles in Stanley Park.

Statue of Robbie Burns, Harry Winston Jerome, the Celtic Cross and the mermaid. Only it turns out the Stanley park mermaid isn’t a mermaid it’s a woman in a scuba suit symbolizing our dependence on the ocean. In more ways than one. For food and for oxygen.

Figurehead of the SS Empress of Japan.

Subtle hints of wildlife. Geese, loons, herons, swans, and raccoons.

Between Lost Lagoon and Second beach there’s a clearing with a group of huge bamboo plants. I love bamboo in a pot. It’s very Zen. These plants are huge. Over 20 feet tall and thick. This is Vancouver. This is our home. Even in the rain. Giles isn’t from here. He doesn’t belong here either.

David Giles in Vancouver court

Well Skeletor was sporting his orange jump suit for his video appearance in Vancouver court today. When he sat down on the video I shuddered. That guy is really butt ugly. He has those dark sunken eyes and hollow cheeks that totally look like Skeletor’s skull. Only now he has those puffy pouting droopy lips that almost frown just like a hobo clown. Giles is finally facing a consequence for his actions for the first time in his life.

Evidently he doesn’t enjoy celebrity status in jail any more. Almost everyone is making bail except for him and Kevin Van Kalkeren. The valiant Martha Devlin is representing Crown Counsel on this case again. It appears that Giles and Van Kalkeren haven’t made an application for bail yet. It’s quite possible there is evidence already submitted that is under a publication ban that would explain why they haven’t applied for bail yet. We won’t know until after the trial is over. That’s when publication bans are supposed to expire.

However, I have a huge concern with these continued over reaching publication bans. That is not the way they do things in the US and is not the way they interpret the First Amendment which is very similar to our Charter of Rights. Not reporting evidence is bad enough. Not reporting what was done or accomplished is insane. Some keep saying how our injustice system has improved. Frankly, I’m not seeing it.

Despite my sarcasm and cynicism, I’m not the kind of guy that wishes miss fortune on anyone. This case is different. Giles has hurt a lot of people and hasn’t given a rat’s ass. Trafficking all that cocaine that ends up as crack on the street destroys lives and communities. Then there’s all the murders of rival drug dealers. It’s a dirty business and David Giles has been deeply involved in it for many years.

Before the spies start attending all the court appearances, I’ll tell you now I’m not going to be able to attend much of the trial. I have a full time job and I’m really going to enjoy the outdoors this winter.

I would however, like to ask for some assistance piecing together the dates as to when Giles was where. We know he was from Halifax and was a member of the Thirteenth Tribe which patched over to become the Halifax Hells Angels. We know some of the early members of that chapter were charged with living off the avails. I’m wondering if Giles was a member of that chapter at that time.

We know Jeff Lynds confessed to murdering Randy Mersereau fall of 1999 for the Hells Angels. Where was Giles then? We know David Carol was actively involved with the Halifax chapter at that time and was also very involved with the Hells Angels in Quebec. He’s hiding on the lam.

Someone claimed Giles never was in Quebec but something he said on a wiretap submitted in court implied otherwise. Does anyone know when and where Giles was in Quebec? We know the Halifax chapter was invited to the Lennoxville Massacre and were later accused and acquitted of being involved in that murder. Where was Giles then?

I did post some satire a while back about tension between Team Giles and Team Bryce. Some commenter adamantly denied it but it turns out there is a lot of truth to that conflict that goes back even before Juel Stanton’s disclosure. Ya gotta admit, Bryce races nitro motorcycles. That’s a lot more impressive than Giles the hobo clown. I guess the suspension of his driver’s license for the DUI will be served concurrently with his current incarceration waiting trial. He doesn’t need a driver’s license now so he doesn’t.

Anyways, today in court they just set a date to set a date for trial. The next brief appearance will be 10:00 AM November 29, 2012. I would encourage concerned citizens to check it out. You can see for yourself how the mighty Skeletor has turned into a broken hobo clown. It’s nice to see the judicial system finally work. In the end truth will prevail.

Hells Angels tied to NB drug ring

Meanwhile, back on the eastern seaboard, police say they've shut down a major drug trafficking ring in the Moncton area with ties to the Hells Angels in Ontario and Quebec. Eight people have been charged and two others, Trevor Dow and Stéphane Gallant have already plead guilty last July when 1.5 kilos of cocaine was seized.

Police claim the drugs came from Hamilton, Ont., where the accused ringleader has ties to the Hells Angels. Police displayed a package of T-shirts with a skull and the number 81 printed on them in red from Quebec city.

Drugs in New Brunswick from Hamilton tied to the Hells Angels. Any chance they didn’t come from Domenic Violi and the Calabrians in Hamilton? Speaking of Hamilton Hells Angels in New Brunswick, that guy that looked like Santa who was in New Brunswick claiming he was the one that got Buttkiss their 1% status was from Hamilton.

The three Stooges flush the Conservative Party of BC down the toilet

Well this is shocking. Ian Pyper and Ariane Eckardt are lunatics. They have gone stark raging mad. First van Dongen jumps Gordon Campbell’s sinking ship and crosses over to join John Cummins and the BC Conservative party. Then in a sneaky lust for power he feeds the party’s president the poison kool aid. He tells them that the party shouldn’t be paying their party leader a salary. If you vote for me, you won’t have to pay me anything. I’m already an MP and get a salary.

That was all it took. As soon as the word money came in Ian Pyper and Ariane Eckardt went insane. So they sowed their seeds of dissention before an election milestone. The party held a vote and John Cummins survived the leadership challenge by a 71% margin. That is significant. Then the petty van Dongen has a drama queen freak fest and announces he is leaving the party he just joined because of irreconcilable differences with John Cummins the party leader.

Fine. Leave. Start your own party. Call it Stephen Harper and Brian Mulroney’s NeoCons. Better yet, call it Gordon Campbell’s Ratfest since that’s where all this childish drama came from in the first place. From the short time that van Dongen joined the party until his drama queen departure, what changed? Nothing. Other than the fact that he didn’t get his chance to become the party leader. So he took his ball and went hone. Only he has no home because he totally burned bridges with the Christy Crunch.

Now Ian Pyper and Ariane Eckardt hold a press conference and say they demand John Cummins resign. Aside from being insane and boldly declaring that they refuse to support democracy,( God help us if they ever formed the government) one is forced to wonder if they aren’t really working for Gordon Campbell or Adrian Dix. That kind of insanity crushes any credibility the party was rapidly gaining under John Cummins leadership.

Let’s be fair, this kind of dirty politics isn’t limited to the BC Conservatives, it has affected every political party under the sun. Preston Manning started a political party and the opportunists stabbed him in the back and reverted it to what he originally set out to change. Gordon Wilson was the one that put the BC Liberals on the map. Before that televised leadership debate he was in, the party simply didn’t exist. Then Gordon Campbell seized the opportunity to highjack the party and take it clearly down the wrong road.

Even the NDP in BC. There was nothing wrong with Carol James’ leadership. She was right on the money. Political opportunists put Jenny Kwong up to planting seeds of dissention which caused her to resign and a new leadership was selected. This is why people hate politics and mistrust politicians. They are inherently dishonest and self serving. Why even Lenin took over the party from Shiplov.

Clearly since they are in the minority with 29%, Ian Pyper and Ariane Eckardt along with Van Doogen and Kevin Falkner should start their own political party and see where that takes them. Since they refuse to support democracy they can’t call themselves conservatives. That would be fraud. They can call it the Monkeys. Clearly, if you pay peanuts, all you get in monkeys.

The Tbarz Renovation Scam

Last week someone gave me a tip that Tbarz was being put in someone else’s name and undergoing a name change. So I said Randy Jones is finally taking Tbarz out of his mother’s name and putting it in someone else’s name to hide the money trail? Took him long enough. Things must be heating up with the US indictment.

So the other day I happen to be driving by and sure enough, they have a sign out front claiming it has a new owner and is under new management with sexier ladies. So does that mean CJ Barrowby, the guy who got house arrest for selling cocaine for the Hells Angels, won’t be supplying Tbarz with the strippers anymore or is that just more BS since the Hells Angels control most of the stripper agencies in BC now.

Trevor Jones was listed as the Agent for Tbarz on a city application but we know he was also listed as the owner of the Dank domain name even though they used Randy’s e-mail address to register it: randy81@shaw.ca That means Randy was in control of the Dank domain name not Trevor. Just like the Tbarz domain.

Monday I drive by and they had the door open when they were closed. It looked like they were doing renovations with a Harley parked out front. Yesterday, the same thing only this time two Harleys parked out front. So when they saw new management does that mean a new chapter of the Hells Angels or the same chapter with new puppets? I sure am curious how Tbarz ties in with that huge cross border drug trafficking ring in the States. Sounds like the same people are still involved.

Perhaps the Seattle court should subpoena Randy’s pal comedian Russell Peters. Russell said his friend was the owner of Tbarz and that he loved the place calling it the nude world order. I’m pretty sure Russell was referring to Randy, not Trevor, his mother or some other Asian business agent they had on the city application. After all, Randy is the Walrus so he is. Coo coo ca chew.

Randy Jones, as we know, is a full patch member of the Whiterock Hells Angels. Both he and his brother Trevor were implicated in that huge cross border drug trafficking ring. The US indictment referred to Tbarz as the hub of that drug trafficking organization. So when they say new management, do they just mean the new Surrey chapter of the Hells Angels? Please advise because the Hells Angels are not welcome in Surrey.

Hey, speaking of Randy Jones and the Village People, what on earth happened to the Dell and the Blue corvette? I thought it was a stroke of marketing genius for the Hells Angels to turn the Dell into a Gay bar called the Blue Corvette. All those crack heads would head for the hills and clean up the neighborhood nicely. Now I see the Blue Corvette and the Oasis, is totally demolished. What are they building there now?

Young girl shot in Pakistan

OK I’m going to have to weigh in on this one. A girl who was promoting the education of young girls was shot in Pakistan. Horrible. *Someone* claims it was the Taliban who shot her. They might have but I think we should investigate the matter before we jump to any conclusions. Let’s face it, the US is trying to get public support for it’s drone attacks on Pakistan which is very wrong. Something we should not support.

They like to throw around the name of the Taliban. The Taliban did this or the Taliban did that. All those bad things the Taliban did, didn’t matter when Unical was wining and dining them trying to win the contract for the oil pipeline in Afghanistan. All the bad things the Taliban did only started to matter when they ended up giving the contract for the oil pipeline to Bridas, a firm from Argentina. After the allied invasion of Afghanistan, that decision was of course reversed.

I’m not saying the Taliban aren’t nutbars. I’m saying some of our allies in that area are nutbars too. How do we know one of our allies in that culture didn’t do it? After all, our “ally” the newly imposed president of Afghanistan made it illegal for women to ever charge their husband with rape and made it illegal for a woman to leave her house without a male escort. That is caveman era. That is not a civilized society. Yet that is what OUR allies did. The ones WE put in power.

Last year our allies in Saudi Arabia arrested a woman for posting a video of herself driving a car on YouTube. No offence, but it is a very backward culture and woman don’t have many rights there. It’s hard to conceive that even in North America there was a time when woman didn’t have the right to vote and there were actually people opposing the idea of giving them the right to vote. In time our culture evolved. Woke up to reality more like it.

There was an article in the local paper about a wonderful teenager in Kelowna who started up a non profit organization helping young girls in Afghanistan get an education. Everyone, including myself, thought it was a wonderful thing. I was however, concerned for her safety because educating girls is not a popular concept in that culture including among our allies there. It’s something we need to work on. Bombing civilians and "suspected" terrorists with drones is not the way to do it.

Jamaat ud-Dawa, a charitable organization affiliated with the Islamist militant group Lashkar-e-Taiba, used Twitter to condemn the attack on Ms. Yousafzai as a “shameful, despicable, barbaric attempt.” Understandably, “People are afraid of the [security] agencies and of the terrorist groups – people don’t know who are their real enemies.” We do know this - schools are better than bombs.

Curtis Lynd’s trial

Jeff Lynd’s nephew Curtis was due in court today to have his murder trial dates set. Curtis faces two counts of first-degree murder in the Sept. 9, 2000 deaths of Barry Kirk Mersereau and Nancy Paula Christensen. The murders were allegedly a hit ordered by the Hell’s Angels.

His uncle confessed to murdering Kirk’s brother Randy in 1999. "Lynds says he lured Mersereau to the home. He said he shot Mersereau five times with a hand gun provided by the Hells Angels who ordered the hit. He then claims his nephew Curtis Lynds and Dean Whynott took the body to a nearby field and buried it. He said Les Greenwood disposed of Mersereau's car."

Curtis Lynds was arrested on drug trafficking charges in 2007 and was subsequently charged with being an accessory after the fact in Mersereau's death for allegedly helping his uncle, Jeff, escape custody. So Jeff ratted out his own nephew.

The key points in this case are that Jeff Lynds, who was a full patch member of the Hells Angels, admitted to murdering Randy Mersereau for the Hells Angles and implicated his nephew in the murder of Randy’s brother and common law wife. The motive of the murders appears to once again be to gain control of the drug trade. Jeff joined the Nomads in Quebec after the Halifax chapter folded and was charged with three murders for the club in Montreal.

Jeff ended up committing suicide in prison after his confession, but locals have a hard time believing that story. People were hoping these confessions would bring a suspect forward in Rusty and Ellen’s murder which is believed to have been an inside job, not the work of s rival. Let’s not forget these Hells angels ordered murders involved the Halifax chapter. That’s where David Giles is originally from.

Bacchus implicated in another murder

On October 3rd, 2012, 54 year old Walter “Buddy” Wheeler of Fredericton succumbed to his injuries at the St. John Regional Hospital. Mr. Wheeler was involved in an assault outside the Twenty-20 Club in Fredericton around 2 a.m. on Sept. 29. Which resulted in serious head injuries.

A witness claims the victim got in an argument with a member of Bacchus in the bar. The witness said Buddy was yelling at the Bacchus member and a bouncer had to separate them. According to the witness, when the bar closed Buddy confronted the Bacchus member again. The Bacchus member snapped his fingers and pointed Buddy to a third individual. The third individual struck buddy and he fell to the ground. No doubt that was when they gave him the boots.

Of course this is hearsay evidence. One has to consider the reliability and the believability of the claims. What we do know is that a member of Bacchus was in the bar and was wearing a Bacchus patch. An argument commenced. Was Buddy trying to pick a fight? Perhaps. Or was the witness trying to cover their ass? Perhaps. Either way we know that someone is dead and it involved another Bacchus member.

Let’s say Buddy was trying to pick a fight. Evidently the Bacchus member wasn’t able to do the job all by himself so he recruited some help. Not very noble or admirable. Then again neither is shooting someone because you can’t take them in a fight like before.

Sadly only one person has been arrested in the murder and the name has not been released. It is highly likely that the low life dirt bag Bacchus member will get off unless someone speaks up. Yet no one wants to be a target of criminal bullies.

These Bacchus members are off the hook and out of touch with reality. There’s nothing tough about getting someone else to beat someone up for you then giving him the boots once he’s on the ground. Kicking someone in the head once they are on the ground with motorcycle boots on is murder not manslaughter. They intended to kill him.

The witness’ statement that the Bacchus member snapped his fingers and pointed buddy out to a third party implies the Bacchus member was persuing buddy not the other way around. Either way it is an insane tragedy. There is nothing good in this Bacchus plague back east. It’s just another manifestation of evil.

If you want to be tough, then join the military and fight evil don’t promote it here and don’t piss on a good soldiers grave by wearing Nazi emblems. That is an offence to France, and offence to Canada and an offense to yourself. It’s obviously someone that has no self respect.

Bacchus Criminal Charges deferred to December

Meanwhile back on the ranch, Pat James, Dartmouth’s patron saint of stupidity with the ridiculously bad ink, along with the other two stooges David Pearce and Duayne Howe have had their uttering threats and intimidation charges put over to December 10 for pleas. Pearce and James appeared in Dartmouth provincial court Friday without lawyers and asked for time to apply to Nova Scotia Legal Aid. There’s a finger and a thumb for ya.

This is from that steroid and magic mushroom seizure the huckleberry hillbillies were caught with. Pearce faces an additional count of uttering threats and five gun-related charges.

The men remain free on $5,000 recognizances. They’re not allowed to possess weapons or associate with members of Bacchus and seven other motorcycle clubs, including the Hells Angels. They also can’t wear or display any Bacchus-related clothing or paraphernalia.

So there ya have it soldiers. If ya see Pat the Flamer James at the Dartmouth clubhouse or the Tim Horton’s where the wee Wind DemonZ finger puppets hang out or if ya see him posting on that ridiculous buttkiss facebook forum, let us or the police know. That would be a parole violation bitch. Take that condom off your nose. You look ridiculous.
