2nd Surrey Hells Angel dies of suspected drug overdose
Another Surrey Girl bites the dust. Kim Bolan is reporting that Surrey "Westpoint" Hells Angel Lukasz Cimoszko has died of a suspected drug overdose. The Popo said there was nothing suspicious about the death. How is it not suspicious when a drug dealer dies of a drug overdose? Isn't he supposed to know what he is taking? Summer 2016 Surrey Westpoint member Bjorn Sylvest died of a suspected drug overdosed at a house boat party on lake Shuswap.
Just to recap, the New Surrey chapter of the Hells Angels call themselves Westpoint but I refuse to use that name because they are the exact opposite of everything the real Westpoint represents. The closest those two bit drug dealers will ever get to valor is on Xbox. In fact Wolfpack 81 was Larry Amero's gamer tag on Xbox. I just call them Surrey Girls because that's all they are. No doubt Whiterock was thrilled to get rid of Larry Amero and the chipmunks since they're such heat magnets. They had to Photoshop Gumby's head into their class portrait like a little bobblehead since he was in prison for drug trafficking at the time.
Luke's case is the perfect example of criminal activity within the Surrey Hells Angels and the Surrey RCMP. Kim Bolan described the civil forfeiture case the Popo had against Luke. They said his corvette was parked outside a "pub" with the engine running then drove off. The police followed him and claimed we was serving like he was drunk so they wanted to do a sobriety test which they never did. When they pulled him over they saw a machinate in plain view and busted him for that. He also had a trace of pot which he had a prescription for and a wad of cash. Over 10 grand in 20's. The police seized the car and cash under the proceeds of crime.
Here's where it gets smelly. The police didn't seize any drugs or have any evidence it was the proceeds of crime. It probably was. He was doing a money drop not a drug run. The police didn't mention which "pub" he picked up the bags of money from. Was it Shakerz? Why would the police go to such great lengths to seize drug money without lifting a finger to stop the drug trafficking out of Shakerz on the Surrey strip? Freeway Ricky deja vu.
Someone must have tipped off the police they were doing a money run. Who tipped them off? The person who wanted to take his job? That's what happened to Geoff Meisner. He did a money laundering run in Vegas for the club. They found someone to do the run for less money so they killed Geoff. With friends like that, who needs enemies?
Nick Chan has murder charge dropped over court delays
The Calgary Herald is reporting that "Nick Chan walked from a Calgary courtroom a free man Tuesday after a judge ruled it took too long to get him to trial." Nick Chan was wit the Calgary FOB who sold drugs for the BC Hells Angels through the Independent Soldiers. Nick Chan was charged with killing Kevin Anaya because they couldn't find FK member Kevin Bontagon.
If you want to cut the head off the snake you have to bust the IS and the BC HAs.
Mom Boucher pleads guilty to conspiring to kill Ray Desjardins
The Montreal Gazette is reporting that "Ex-Hell's Angels leader Maurice “Mom” Boucher has pleaded guilty to conspiring to kill well-known crime figure Raynald Desjardins." Desjardins served 10 years of a 15-year prison term, from 1993 to 2004, for conspiring with the Hells Angels to smuggle more than 5,000 kilograms of cocaine into Canada. Desjardins was at one time aligned with Vito Rizzuto. However, police claim in recent wire taps in Sicily Fernandez claimed Desjardins was leading the rebellion against Vito when he was in prison.

Pipeline leak in Northern Alberta
CBC is reporting that "The Alberta Energy Regulator is reporting that a pipeline leaked about 100,000 litres of oil and 190,000 litres of salty produced water near Zama City in the far northwest corner of the province. Zama City is 900 kilometres northwest of Edmonton."
April 9th Global reported that "The Alberta Energy Regulator says the province’s Orphan Well Association (OWA) will look after an apparent leak at an oil and gas handling facility owned by Insch Commodity Ltd. It says it made the decision to call in the OWA because the Warburg, Alta.-based company had not started cleaning up a spill on the site west of Edmonton as required under an order issued last week. All licences held by the oil and gas producer were suspended after no one answered its 1-800 emergency phone line following reports of the spill at the facility."
Meanwhile back on the ranch, Justin Trudeau was in France calling on the signatories of the 2015 Paris climate accord to ensure the landmark deal became a reality. "It's up to us to make this accord in principle a reality," Trudeau said in a speech that earned several standing ovations. "Our two countries are united in their ambitions for fighting climate change, even as we pursue sustainable growth for our economies," Trudeau said on the last day of his two-day visit to France. So the fallen rock star earns the hypocrite of the year award for saying one thing and doing the other by cramming the oil pipeline through BC without negotiating a fair deal.
"In 2010 an Enbridge pipeline burst spilling over 1 million gallons of Canadian crude oil into the Kalamazoo river. It was the largest inland oil pipeline spill in US history. Even the environmental protection agency has all but admitted that up to 168 thousand gallons of the oil will remain in the Kalamazoo river indefinitely."

Police seize $70,000 in cash
The Peace Arch News is reporting that "More than $ 70,000 in cash and cocaine was seized and arrests made in a what police are calling a dial-a-dope operation operating out of the Williams Lake area. Seven people from Williams Lake and an individual from Port Coquitlam were arrested after a two-month long investigation led by the Williams Lake General Investigation Section and Crime Reduction Unit along with specialized support sections."
No word on how much cocaine was seized but police are pretty excited about seizing $70,000 in cash. Makes ya kind of wonder what their real priorities are. They are watching the drug trafficking out of Shakerz supplying the Surrey strip and are providing police protection for the drug dealers there. Then they turn around an seize cash when they can without disrupting street level drug trafficking. Speaking of conflicted, when is Len Peltier going to get charged?

Mobility pricing is a farce
Once again we receive more evidence that the mayor's glutton council needs to be disbanded. All they do is think up ways to raise taxes and spend more money. The NDP were elected in BC on a promise to remove bridge tolls which they did. To toll regular roads after that would be an obscene act of fraud. Yet the Mayor's glutton's council keeps spending more tax dollars on bogus reports rationalizing trying to tax us every time we move. Mobility rights are entrenched in the Canadian Charter of Rights. Get over it. Tolling roads and bridges that are already paid for is just another tax grab. Yet the Corporate Media circus keeps pushing it. Post Media News has become a cheap tabloid of propaganda trying to mold public opinion within corporate interests.

Nerve Agent Used In Salisbury Was Not Russian
Your News Wire is reporting that "The substance used on Sergei Skripal in Salisbury was a nerve agent called BZ, according to the results of an independent study by a Swiss lab that throws the “official narrative” pushed by the United Kingdom government into serious doubt. BZ was never produced in Russia, but was in service in the US and UK."
"The United Kingdom has accused Moscow of poisoning ex-Russian spy Sergei Skripal in the UK town of Salisbury with what British experts claimed was an A234 nerve agent, which had allegedly been produced in the Soviet Union. However the independent results of the tests by the Swiss laboratory have disproved the UK government allegations." RT is confirming the story.

Manitoba Hells Angels president cries like a girl
CBC is reporting that Dale Kelland, the president of the Manitoba Nomads of the Hells Angels is complaining about the no gang colours rule in Manitoba businesses. Excuse me while I gag. Dale Kelland, also known as Dale Donavan or Deli was the president of the Winnipeg Hells Angels when he was sentenced to 8 and 1/2 years in prison for cocaine trafficking.
Deli was president when they were all busted in that huge drug ring where Famous Amos was caught on video cutting crack cocaine for the Winnipeg Hells Angels. Not only were the Zig Zag crew selling crack for the Winnipeg Hells Angels, but they were also paying the club protection money to protect them from rival drug dealers.
Before Dale Donovan, the former local chapter president, Ernie Dew, was sentenced to 13-years for drug trafficking. After Dale Donovan the next local president, Dale Sweeney was sentenced to 11 years for cocaine trafficking. With that much jurisprudence the Popo should seize their clubhouse. All that chapter did was sell drugs. Instead of living the dream they were out there pimping it. Now he's crying because they are enforcing bar watch and are banning gang colours from local businesses. That's what they call a natural consequence of criminal activity.
Roslyn Cassells runs for Surrey City Council
Roslyn Cassells has announced that she is running for a seat on Surrey's City Council. Now this is someone I can endorse. Roslyn Cassels was the first elected Green in Canada. She was elected to the Vancouver Park Board in 1999 defeating Colin Metcalfe from the NPA.
Roslyn is a front line activist with solid organizational skills. She has a brain who supports democracy and public accountability. Right now she is raising awareness about Btk Spraying in Surrey for Gypsy moths. I had no idea. I just thought they had those harmless moth traps. Btk Spraying is a whole other ball game. We need someone like her on council.
Steve Pettigrew in contrast is a flaming idiot I cannot support. Any organization he is invoked with has no credibility whatsoever. Aside from being a spineless jellyfish, the guy is a brain dead eccentric. He wants to be mayor. Good luck with that. You go Steve. Far, far away.
Rena Gill from Doug McCallum's Safe Surrey slate is also rock solid and has my vote if she runs.
Let's hope Thor returns and runs for Mayor.

Vancouver police officer detained in Cuba for allegedly assaulting 17-year-old girl
Global is reporting that "Two Vancouver-area police officers are being detained in Cuba for a criminal investigation involving a 17-year-old girl. Global News has learned that the teen has complained that one of the vacationing officers, a member of the Vancouver Police Department (VPD), assaulted her near Veradero. He and his friend, a Port Moody officer, were detained and eventually released from jail. The Port Moody officer is allegedly a material witness. Both the VPD and Port Moody officers have had their passports seized and they can't leave the country. The VPD has sent an officer to investigate."
Former Vancouver police officer pleads guilty to sexual exploitation
CTV reported that "A former Vancouver police officer who worked with sex trafficking victims has pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation in a Surrey courtroom Wednesday. Constable James Albert Stanley Fisher plead guilty to two counts of breach of trust and one count of sexual exploitation for incidents alleged to have occurred between August and December 2015. Police Chief Adam Palmer told CTV News in 2016 that the alleged incidents involved a minor and an adult."
