Joey Verma back in court today

Joey Verma, the man accused of murdering a young Kelowna woman was expected to appear in court today. Turns out a pre-trial conference took place for Joelon David Atish Verma, by phone, in a closed room of the Supreme Court. He will be back in court on July 23 to fix a date for trial. Bastards! Was Robert Pickton’s murder trial behind closed doors? Was Paul Bernardo’s murder trail behind closed doors? That doesn’t happen in a democratic nation. It is yet another example of the judicial arrogance in BC that needs to change. Nevertheless, the Kelowna Summer Jam will continue. Stay tuned.

Bacchus president charged in Saint John shooting

Well Butt Kiss did it again. Another brain surgeon dreams up the fastest way possible to get deemed a criminal organization before they patch over to a new logo. Matthew Thomas Foley, 50, the president of the Saint John's Bacchus, a brown nose club for the Hells Angels, has been charged with shooting Michael Thomas Schimpf, 31, outside the Bacchus clubhouse at 70 Pitt Street last night.

Just because you have a ridiculous logo and just because everyone knows you named your club after the patron saints of homosexuality, doesn't mean you have to go and shoot someone to get rid of your ridiculous patch. Killing someone doesn't impress people. Any 12 year old kid can pull a trigger. It only brings the heat and criminal organization legislation. Idiot. So now you're a murderer and you get to spend eternity with murderers. Doesn't that sound like a peaceful enlightened place to be? Good luck with that.

In this picture, we see Matt Foley on the left in his younger days. He didn’t look like such an idiot back then. I wonder what happened. Now he’s a fat old man with a grey mohawk. I kid you not. Some people just never grow up. One has to wonder why. One has to wonder what happened to him to turn him into such a fuck up. The answer is staring us in the face.

Take a look at the ridiculous logo young Matt is posing in front of. A child’s drawing of the devil and the name Satan’s choice. That is what he aspired to growing up. Well, when he was young. Clearly he never did grow up. He aspired to the father of all lies. The master of betrayal. Murder to get gain.

The sad thing is, everyone knows Satan isn’t happy. Satan doesn’t have nirvana. He hasn’t reached those stages of epiphanies that led him to enlightenment. You can’t violate the golden rule on a daily basis and find peace of mind. Satan is miserable and his mandate is to make everyone miserable just like he is. Talk about a dead end mission statement.

If the fat ass with a grey mowhawk had beef with someone, why didn’t he just beat him up rather then shoot him in broad daylight? He wouldn’t have to spend the rest of his life in jail. The answer is simple. He couldn’t. He couldn’t take the guy so he shot him dead instead. Just another reason the Hells Angels and their brain dead puppets should be banned from Sturgis.

Saint John Police Chief Bill Reid is another Canadian idiot. He claims when the president of Bacchus recklessly shoots someone outside their clubhouse and endangers the life and safety of the entire neighbourhood, somehow that isn't gang related. That guy should be fired on the spot. Here's a picture of a Bacchus member riding with a cop. This is a betrayal of the public trust:

Take a look at this picture. It’s a member of Bacchus in Dartmouth with eyeballs tattooed on the back of his head that the Wind Demoz have on their facebook. One of the comments reads “Nice tat.” That is not nice ink. That is ridiculous. The Dutchman does nice work. You can tell that isn’t the Dutchman’s work because it looks like crap and is ridiculous. It’s not something he would agree to do. It’s not something he would sign his world renown reputation to. The question is, why on earth are these old men running around like idiots. When are they going to grow up?

Breaking News:

Bacchus is moving out of their Saint John clubhouse

The Bacchus Motorcycle Club was moving out of its Saint John headquarters on Thursday morning, following an order from the Saint John Fire Department. Saint John police obtained a "do not occupy" order from the fire marshal's office for the clubhouse, located at 58 Pitt St., in the city's south end, said Const. Keith Copeland, of the major crime unit.

The move comes on the heels of the club's president, Matthew Thomas Foley, being charged with second-degree murder in the Saturday shooting death of Michael Thomas Schimpf, 31. "We were also working towards securing SCAN legislation — Safer Communities and Neighbourhoods — to permanently remove them from the property," said Copeland.

BC Courts order government to revisit judges’ pay raise

The BC courts have established a new precedent in judicial absurdity. Justice Malcolm Macaulay just ordered the provincial government to reconsider its decision to deny pay raises to 146 provincial court judges. Nobody likes not getting a pay raise and it’s bad enough the government legislates their own wage. Yet the courts ordering the government to give them a raise is absurd.

Whenever a judge makes a decision or creates an order, they have to cite a law or statue that they are basing their order on and provide case law or jurisprudence to support their interpretation of that law or statue.

I’ve already talked about how we tend to totally distort the charter of rights and apply it to things it was never intended to apply to. This is another example of that. Getting a pay raise is nice but it certainly isn’t a charter right.

Macaulay said in standing by its "net-zero" man-date for government employees, the government diverted its attention from the need to abide by constitutional requirements in setting pay for judges. Constitution requirement? What on earth is that crack head on about? The Constitution Acts, 1867 to 1982 simply states judges' salaries shall be fixed and provided by the Parliament of Canada. That means the government makes the decision and has the final say as to what the salary is.

Since this new order is null and void and is basically a worthless piece of paper, it does tell us one thing: we have a problem that needs to be changed. The arrogance of the BC court judges and their continued over stepping of their judicial parameters means they need to be publically accountable.

In the United States the judges are publically accountable because they are elected. If a judge starts making stupid decisions the public just elect another judge. We currently have no provision in place to make our judges accountable in Canada. As we have seen, we are powerless to get rid of bad judges like Peter Leask. This clearly needs to change.

Free Greg Domey - Not!

OK now I’m really going to lose it. Just as I was going to make a new podcast about the Big House Crew and that ridiculous campaign to Free Deli, I find an even more absurd campaign to free another crack dealer named Greg Domey.

Greg Domey is the former president of the Salem Massachusetts Hells Angels. He’s also the former East Coast president of the Hells Angels. Here we see him in a photo with Sonny Barger on the Big House Crew memorial. The guy isn’t a freaking political prisoner like Nelson Mandela or Bobby Sands. The guy is in jail for selling crack and crystal meth as well as for using extreme violence to gain control of that illicit drug trade.

People posing in front of the Christmas tree wearing Free Greg T Shirts is the epitome of stupidity. In the first photo he’s smiling with a ball peen hammer. That’s what they use to beat rival drug dealers to death with. Wearing a Free Greg shirt is like wearing an I love Charles Manson shirt.

Here’s the link to my new podcast about the Big House Crew. Don’t talk to me about Irish history. You don’t know fuck all about Irish history. Supporting these crack dealers and these crystal meth dealers is like pissing on Bobby Sands grave. In West Belfast the IRA will shoot crack dealers dead on sight. Idiots.

Hells Angels selling drugs in Massachusetts

Jeffrey Dillon, president of the Sidewinders, a Hell's Angels puppet group in Massachusetts, has been charged with various firearm offenses and possession of cocaine with the purpose of trafficking.

John R. Bartolomeo, of East Boston, was sentenced to a 35-year federal prison sentence for the killing a rival motorcycle gang member and for distributing cocaine and methamphetamine.

During the initial phase of the investigation, a cooperating individual made a series of undercover methamphetamine purchases directly from Gregory Domey, the then president of the Salem Chapter of the Hells Angels. After being introduced to Domey and Bartolomeo, the DEA Special Agent made a number of large methamphetamine and cocaine purchases from members of the Hells Angels and their associates.

This isn’t just a matter of killing someone from a rival biker gang. It’s a matter of killing a rival drug dealer to gain control of the drug trade. A Southern California professor who is the president of the Fresno California Devil’s Disciples chapter has been accused of trafficking meth. During a raid at his Highland home, investigators seized more than a pound of meth, guns, body armor, and leather biker vests.

Gregory Domey, former president of the Salem Chapter of the Hells Angels, and former East Coast President of the organization pled guilty today to multiple drug charges and was sentenced to 20 years in prison under the "Drug Kingpin" statute.

According to court records, Domey and his codefendants sold cocaine and methamphetamine, from various locations including their Hells Angels Club House headquarters in Lynn, which was protected by members who served as armed guards and by surveillance cameras. Domey and his codefendants sold the drugs to undercover agents and confidential informants on dozens of occasions, many of which were electronically recorded and/or observed by surveillance agents.

Methamphetamine is a synthetic drug which can be as destructive and as addictive as crack cocaine. Commonly known as meth, this drug is spreading from California and has already hit the mid-west. We’re talking about crystal meth. It’s made with Drano. That shit fucks you up. It’s just as bad if not worse than crack. The Hells Angels are bringing crystal meth to Massachusetts.

This isn’t just a few bad members. This was the president of the Salem chapter and former East coast president of the Hells Angles selling meth and the president of a puppet club selling cocaine. That is what they do. That is their purpose for existing. They are drug dealers and should be banned from Sturgis.

I have no problem with someone smoking a blunt and selling some weed. I have a problem with people selling crack and crystal meth and I have a problem with the Hells Angels saying no one is allowed to grow or sell pot but them. That shit just wouldn’t fly if they tried that at Sturgis. Yet that is exactly what they are doing everywhere else. That is why they should be banned from Sturgis.

Let’s not forget Adam Hall, Sergeant at Arms for the Pittsfield, Massachusetts Hells Angels and his brain dead associate with devil horn implants and the number 666 tattooed to his forehead, they’re from Massachusetts. Adam Hall has been accused of forced prostitution. He and his brain dead devil horn implant associate have been accused of murdering a witness against Hall. That is messed up.

Jason Yeo and Calder Collins in PEI

March of this year, a Prince Edward Island man named Calder Ross Collins died in police custody after being arrested for drug smuggling. He had just returned from a vacation to Jamaica and had swallowed two condoms full of cocaine. Cause of death hasn’t been confirmed but it’s possible he had swallowed more than the two condoms of cocaine that possibly burst inside him.

Jason Yeo is what some describe as a major player in PEI. In these photos we see him wearing a gold chain on the right with Calder Collins on the left at a grow in Jamaica. Earlier this month, Jason Yeo was arrested with Kenneth Bradford King and several others in a cocaine network on PEI where cocaine, crack, weapons and cash were seized. This is a picture of Ken (Brady) King:

Kamloops man arrested in Mexico for Drug Trafficking

Kim Bolan is reporting that a man named John Darrell Krokos who was arrested in Mexico last month for drug smuggling and money laundering is from Kamloops. From July 15, 2010 to Sept. 26, 2011, U.S. authorities documented the distribution and sale of more than 220 kilograms of cocaine and almost $4.3 million in profits linked to the gang, the indictment alleges. Twenty members of the Krokos organization are now facing charges in California.

Clearly that is a huge operation. It’s either Hells Angels or UN yet they haven’t named the gang. They just refer to it as Krokos Drug Trafficking Organization. Indeed there have been numerous BC residents executed or arrested in Mexico for drug trafficking. Gordon Kendall and Jeffrey Ivans who were also from Kamloops, were gunned down outside their Puerto Vallarta condo in September 2009. They were connected to the Hells Angels.

John Krokos is facebook friends with Scott Maber from Victoria. Scott Mayer is friends with Jefferson Delalcazar, the guy who beat up his ex at Denny's resturant and Kevin Baker.

Scott Mayber always wears that gold chain ariound his neck and has ties to Kelowna.

In fact Scott Mayber kinda looks like the guy on the left checking out the pool in the picture of John Krokos posing in this photo. John is second from the right in the zebra shorts. The guy that looks like Scott is on the far left facing the other direction.

A Damning Indictment‏

Everyone’s talking about a report on an Enbridge pipeline oil spill in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Tar Sands Oil Spill in Kalamazoo River in Michigan the Most Expensive Onshore Oil Spill in History. The spill was back in 2010 but the report was just released and hit the news. Opponents to the Northern Pipeline are using it as fuel to their campaign to oppose it. Even Christy Clark has expressed concerns about it.

I will come right out sand say I am not opposed to the Northern Pipeline. I am opposed to a reckless and irresponsible abandonment of safety precautions to protect the environment. One would think that as time progresses and we become more technologically advanced and one would hope more civilized so to speak, we would be having less detrimental impact on the environment we live in.

In reality, as time proceeds, the colossal scale of the devastation to the environment keeps growing and growing. The accidents keep getting bigger and bigger and keep doing more and more damage to the environment. It’s not even like spitting in the wind. It’s like pissing in your drinking water. It really isn’t very intelligent.

Somehow I got on an NDP e-mail list. I don’t normally read them because usually every e-mail from every political party asks for money. Yesterday I received an e-mail from the NDP claiming to be from Adrian Dix. It talked about the new report on the Michagan oil spill and raised some very valid concerns:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

On Tuesday, the US Transportation Safety Board released a report on a 2010 oil spill from an Enbridge pipeline in Kalamazoo, Michigan. For 17 hours, bitumen from the Alberta oil sands poured from the pipe, spilling at least 3.2 million litres of oil with devastating impact.

I wanted to share what the Board's chair said today:

"On that July evening, at about 6 p.m. when many people in Marshall were sitting down to dinner, Enbridge's Line 6B ruptured and began spewing crude oil through a more than six-and-a-half-foot-long fracture.

"For more than 17 hours and over three shifts, the people controlling the pipeline did not respond to the alarms, pressure differentials or even follow one of their own safety procedures established following another catastrophic release in 1991 in Grand Rapids.

"The people of Marshall would finish their dinners, get ready for the week ahead and go to bed. As they slept, and even when they got up on Monday morning, instead of stopping the flow, Enbridge staff twice pumped more oil - about 81 percent of the total release - into the ruptured pipeline.

"It wasn't until late Monday morning - 17 hours and 19 minutes after the rupture - that a worker from a local gas utility found the spill and notified the Enbridge control center. Then, and only then, did the Enbridge staff begin their response and start closing remote valves upstream and downstream of the rupture.

"Learning about Enbridge's poor handling of the rupture, you can't help but think of the Keystone Kops." It's a damning indictment. And it highlights the enormous risks BC would take on if Enbridge is allowed to build the proposed pipeline here in BC and oil tankers are allowed on our north and central coasts.

Adrian Dix

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It then links to a petition to stop the Northern Gateway pipeline. Personally, I am very concerned with the reckless abandonment of safety in the oil company’s pipelines. Personally, I don’t care if Adrian Dix is red, blue, green, pink or purple. He raises some valid points and expresses some valid concerns.

I do think an oil pipeline can be good for the economy but I don’t think it will be worth it, if we recklessly abandon safety measures to protect the environment. Clearly greed equates to irresponsibility. The huge oil spills in Alberta are concerning. We don’t want that in British Columbia.

The recent oil spills in Alberta, we are now hearing, were the result of rusty pipes that the company knowingly failed to perform scheduled maintenance on to save money. Herein lies the inherit problem: greed. Making money isn’t good enough we want to make more and more money at all costs.

The more I hear TV commercials for the Northern Pipeline the more angry I get. Stop spending money trying to brain wash me and start spending some money fixing the huge problems you have created and start spending some money on preventative maintenance. I’m still hearing Harper’s ridiculous attack adds on TV. The more I hear them the more I turn into Smeagol from the Lord of the Rings. Me HATES them. I hate them for the same reason I hated the HST commercials – because they were based on a lie.

Harper goes on and on about how Thomas Mulcair opposes trade agreements that will help the economy. That is such a lie it makes me want to scream every time they say it. TILMA is the prime example. Making it illegal for any level of government, federal, provincial or municipal, to create a law that would inhibit a corporation’s ability to make a profit. That is the devils deal.

Those kind of trade agreements make it illegal for us to require oil companies to clean up their mess or to perform preventative maintenance. Those kind of trade agreements are totally irresponsible and are treasonous because they give up our sovereignty which is something the conservatives are *supposed* to protect.

Enbridge is based in Houston? Like that’s not suspicious. I don't support that. Isn’t there a Canadian company that can do the Canadian pipeline? How about we build an oil pipeline but we give the contract to someone else? Do you think if we gave the contract to Bridas, we would be invaded like Afghanistan was? I wonder…

Council divided over harm reduction

Now that Abbotsford has gangs and drugs, extremists want to continue to profit from that misery by trying to con them into embracing East Vancouver style “Harm Reduction” which is anything but.

Needle exchanges used to be exchanges. You hand in a dirty needle and get a clean needle in exchange. Victoria residents began to complain when that idea was twisted and they just started handing out free needles. The number of used needles that ended up on their property or on school grounds increases considerably.

Even in the article it talks about a guy who is addicted to heroin but doesn’t inject it, smokes it. He grabs 20 needles for his friends without handing in any dirty needles. Does he then sell them? Where do you think those needles end up?

Remember that tragic case of the girl who overdosed at the Vancouver Occupy site? She was given a clean needle to kill herself courtesy of Coast “Health” Harm Reduction. That is just plain wrong. Once again, I’m not the only person that has concerns about needle exchanges and expanding the criminally twisted harm reduction program to Abbotsford. Two other concerned citizens wrote in to the Vancouver Province:

Stop helping addicts use drugs

The thought of needle exchanges in our cities just makes my blood boil. Let the drug addicts take care of themselves. Why should we pay for their dirty habits? Next you’ll be giving prostitutes cellphones to “keep them safe’’ on our tab. Most people can barely get by and we are sick of paying for everyone else. Say “no” to needle exchanges. Move the drug addicts out to the wilderness.

Elizabeth Gillis, Abbotsford

Pick life!

First of all, Vancouver and Surrey were not forced to deal with addicts from other towns; they welcomed them by handing out needles, etc. How much longer is the government going to make it easy for addicts? It’s very simple: make using easy for addicts or stand firm and say, “No!” It is as easy as yes or no, life or death. You pick. I’m proud to be a recovering addict and picking life.

Kiekie Roski, Abbotsford

Harper's abuses of democracy threaten liberty

Very interesting editorial in today’s Vancouver Province entitled “Harper's abuses of democracy threaten liberty.” Michael Den Tandt gives an interesting analogy and comes up with a valid and stirring conclusion. Growing up Conservative, I was always told it wasn’t the government’s job to find jobs for people. I was told it was the government’s job to protect liberty and let a free market create jobs for people.

Interestingly enough, Michael Den Tandt talks about Trudeau’s long reign as Prime minister of Canada and points out that Trudeau was less concerned with the economy and more concerned with protecting liberty. Somewhat ironic when Harper’s Mulroneyism claims the exact opposite. They hate Trudeau. They say he was a Commie that put us in debt and destroyed our country.

Somewhat ironic when they are digging an obscene debt deeper than Trudeau ever imagined with their bank bail out and insider trading jets. Somewhat ironic when Harpers Neo Cons claim to fight for democracy and liberty when their actions are the exact opposite.

Although my family never voted Liberal, Trudeau was always a respected leader. He was a political leader as opposed to a dirty politician like Harper and his slimy band of evil doers. We were told that Trudeau’s tradition of French Common law where the government created jobs for the public was bad and wrong. Yet in retrospect I think finding jobs for the public was a lot better than robbing taxpayers by giving their taxes to pay for bank fraud.

During the Occupy movement I remember a sign that said “We have privatized gains and socialized losses. That is not Capitalism.” Harpers obsession with big corporations creating monopolies is not a free marker either. A free market means small business has just as much a chance as the next guy to create a company and profit from an idea.

Trudeau gave us the Charter of Rights. Harper is eroding it. Robocalls, warrantless surveillance. Trade agreements that give up democratic sovereignty. Over burdening our prisons and judicial system with nonviolent crime preventing us from dealing with violent crime. Cutting our military and coast guard to pay for insider trading. It’s all one big nightmare really. Is there hope in Trudeau Jr? I don’t know but I do know there is no hope in Harper’s nightmare.

Michael Den Tandt quotes Trudeau Sr. when he was a cutting journalist and said: "It is a serious matter when the government attacks our inalienable rights, whether by laws or by executive action," he wrote. "it is still more serious when citizens, through cowardice or stupidity, relinquish their rights even when not required by law to do so."

I totally agree. We need to be more concerned with liberty than with economics. We need to create a free market and let that free market take care of itself.
