Gangsters out endorses Andrew Wilkinson
Why would an activist from Surrey support Andrew Wilkinson over Dianne Watts? Wait till I tell ye: Because I am from Surrey. I saw what Dianne Watts did to Surrey and I stand as a witness declaring that it was not good. She was a bully who said one thing and did another. She left us with record debt and an organized crime problem that was never confronted. Andrew Wilkinson on the other hand has potential. He is a former lawyer who has worked with the BC Civil Liberties Union and was a physician before that. I kid you not. The guy is educated.
Andrew Wilkinson was President of the BC Civil Liberties Union from 1993-95. In response to John Horgan and Andrew Weaver's recent decision to use tax dollars to fund political parties he said: “We think it’s inappropriate to have taxpayers fund political parties. Political parties should raise their own money, and not turn to taxpayers.” He is absolutely right.
If anyone can unite the bright in response to the NDP in BC he can. Not with kool aid and hype but with sincerity and competence. BC doesn't need another another photo op spin doctor catering to conflicted lobbyists. BC needs leadership not spin. We need to confront organized crime without removing civl liberty. We need to maintain fiscal responsibility and keep taxes low so business can prosper. We don't need more of Dianne Watts tax and spend insider trading.
David Suzuki speaks at Surrey Rally - Reducing 104th Ave to a single lane is not progress.
LRT along 104th is a Bad Idea. Dianne Watts is the driving force behind this insanity steamrolling over Hawthorne park and Hjorth Road elementary. As a candidate for the leadership of the BC Liberals Dianne Watts says she wants to lower taxes. Wouldn't that be nice? Unfortunately we all know that Dianne Watts says one thing and does the other.
How is she going to lower taxes when she plans on spending 2.6 billion tax dollars on an on ground railway we don't want or need? The NDP just lowered taxes by removing tolls on the Port Mann bridge. As a result traffic flow changed and we don't need a replacement for the Alex Fraser Bridge and Dease Island tunnel. In so doing the NDP just saved taxpayers an additional 2.5 billion tax dollars through fiscal restraint.
When Dianne Watts was mayor of Surrey she loved spending tax dollars and left us with a record debt. When she was a member of the mayors glutton's council she was obsessed with finding new ways to raise taxes and spend money. She wanted to toll every bridge under the sun and impose a regional sales tax above and beyond the 10 cents a litre billion dollars a year regional gas tax. Even after the HST and the Translink tax hike referendum failed.
Years ago Preston Manning lead a Canadian Ron Paul revolution targeting fiscal responsibility that completely swept through the West. It was rebelling against Lyin Brian Mulroney's tax and spend pork barrel politics. Sadly Eastern Canada saw the reform party as a separatist movement and never bought into it. Instead of giving it time to sink in on the East Stephen Harper merged with Mulronism just to get elected.
Harper merged with the same entity the reform party was created to confront. Dianne Watts is not fiscally responsible. She is part of the same tax and spend pork barrel politics Brian Mulroney and Stephen Harper were part of. That is not something I can endorse.
As far as dealing with organized crime in British Columbia there is not a snowball's chance in hell Dianne Watts is going to do anything about it. She promised us the world when she ran for mayor of Surrey with regards to transparency and crime reduction. When she got elected she did the exact opposite. Over and over again citizens would report drug trafficking in front of businesses in Newton, trailer parks as well as numerous other concerns and each time the complaints fell on deaf ears. City hall and the police did nothing. Dianne Watts blew the whole policing budget going after grow ops and didn't lift a finger to confront crack dealing.
So I am simply recording my dissent. I'll sit this gluttons gallery out and just say you heard it here first. When everything I warned you about repeats itself I will simply say I told you so. Don't look at me, I voted for the other guy. Andrew Wilkinson is the better choice. Go Godzilla.
Defending Civil Liberty
Although confronting organized crime is without question a top priority for Canada, we cannot do so by eliminating or diminishing civl liberty. You can't defend freedom by doing away with it. Defending civl liberty remains our top priority in defense of a free republic.
Likewise we cannot focus exclusively on the Hells Angels. That would be like focussing on Freeway Ricky while we completely ignore Blandon who supplied him. It would be counter productive. Our focuss needs to be on disrupting drug trafficking not on seizing the proceeds of crime. Obsessing over criminal organization status is a waste of time.
As Kerri Krysko would say, "the Hells Angels are not a criminal organization, they are an organization of criminals. Many members of the Hells Angels are criminals but many more are not." This is true. As George Christie would say, "the Hells Angels are not a criminal organization because the members who are involved with criminal activity are stingy and don't share the proceeds of crime with the rest of the members." That is believable.
As I keep saying, we need to focus on disrupting the drug trafficking not on criminal organization status and seizing the proceeds of crime. That will take us back to LA in Freeway Ricky's time when the DEA stopped disrupting drug trafficking and just focussed on seizing the proceeds of crime to get a piece of the pie in exchange for letting it continue.
The solution is simple. Bob Paulson admitted that he himself almost depleted the supply of federal detectives specializing in Mafia and biker-gang investigations during his tenure as RCMP commissioner. So the next logical step would be to put them back investigating organized crime where they belong. Since the Christy Clark government disbanded the Outlaw Motorcycle Gang Unit after their success in Kelowna with the David Giles and Johnny Newcome busts, then bring back the OMGU. It really is that simple. All I know is that things need to change.
Combating Terrorism and Organized Crime
Bob Paulson's exit interview has opened a can of worms that requires further comment. Once again we need to connect the dots and do the math. In his final interview with the Globe and Mail although Bob Paulson "acknowledged the possibility of Islamic State-inspired attacks is now an ever-present reality in Canada, he said such national security risks are significantly less of a threat than organized crime." No kidding.
It's pretty obvious that in Canada organized crime is a significantly great threat to Canadians than the possibility of Islamic State-inspired attacks. In fact the amount of tax dollars the RCMP anti terrorism squad has spent on terrorist sting operations is in itself of great concern. Not only is it a complete waste of money to bribe and threaten drug addicts to blow things up, but we are also forced to ask what is happening to the billions of tax dollars this anti terrorist secret society loses from its budget every year?
When a government agency loses billions of dollars from its budget on a regular basis above and beyond what it spends, we need to look at that because that is in itself organized crime. Which reveals the real irony. The whole concept of terrorist quotas is quite concerning. What if there aren't any terrorists in a year to find? Do we create them? The evidence shows we have.
We also have to ask, if CSIS or the RCMP spend so much money creating terrorist sting operations like in the Surrey Pressure Cooker fraud, has a sting operation ever gone bad where the fake attack actually occurred and killed innocent people? Why yes it has - Air India. In the largest terrorist attack in Canadian history, the RCMP and the CBC revealed that it was CSIS that provided the explosives for that attack and had an agent on site that helped plan that heinous event. CSIS still need to be charged in that murder.
Bill Tieleman wrote about the concerns with RCMP terrorist quotas. Bill Tieleman also wrote about controversial sting operations in the United States where the FBI "foils" a FBI plot they themselves created. Bill Tieleman compared the Surrey Pressure Cooker fraud to other cases in the US “where clueless and troubled people have been convicted of deadly plots after undercover agents and informers facilitated their crimes to incredible degrees.”
An example he used was “James Cromitie, a low-level ex-drug dealer who converted to Islam. A well-paid FBI informant befriended the Walmart worker and promised him $250,000 and a new BMW car to fire Stinger surface-to-air missiles at U.S. military planes and plant bombs at Jewish targets in New York.” In that case the FBI actually facilitated the crime.
Likewise in the Surrey Pressure Cooker fraud the RCMP were found guilty of entrapment. Entrapment is where the police create crime instead of stopping it. If a target doesn't have the means or motive to commit a crime without the assistance of the police, then that is entrapment. Paying a drug addict $250,000 and a new BMW to use a weapon they gave him does not stop terrorism it creates it. Our tax dollars can and should be spent on preventing organized crime instead of creating terrorist attacks.
The other question we have to ask is why would we spend so much money creating terrorist attacks when the end result is Bill C-51 which strips Canadians of civil liberty and does away with the sacred Charter of Rights? When that is the end result of these fake attacks we have to question the real motive behind creating them.
However, Bob Paulson's exit interview has revelaed the real concern. Bob Paulson said during his tenure as RCMP Commissioner he almost depleted the supply of federal detectives specializing in Mafia and biker-gang investigations and shifted them over to the RCMP's terrorist creating secret society. This was right after Julian Sher put out his prophetic book warning that the Hells Angels drug trafficking network was taking over Canada. So right after the prophetic warning hit the shelves, instead of confronting the epidemic the RCMP did the exact opposite and removed any barrier in it's power to help facilitate their expansion.
This was not their first offense. Julian Sher's book was so controversial because it was released after the RCMP scuttled Operation Phoenix which was a regional task force targeting the Hells Angels and Weird Hall Porteous. Allen Dalstrom was fired after it was revealed he was the source in Julian Sher's book the Road to Hell who stated "when it came to organized-crime investigations, the RCMP had done “f--- all here for 25 years”.
After that fact was revealed Allen Dalstrom was fired and the RCMP removed any remaining officers targeting the Hells Angels and organized crime. Imagine that. Allen Dalstrom won his unlawful dismissal case but a gag order was included in the settlement.
So we are forced to ask ourselves, where is all this corruption coming from? It's coming from the top down. Someone targets the Hell Angels and organized crime while someone from up above pulls the plug on that investigation.
The answer my friend is not blowing in the wind. The answer is found in the US crack epidemic of the 1980's. The answer is found in the Gary Webb story and in the Freeway Ricky story.
This rabbit hole ultimately leads to the Lockerbie bombing. Buyer Beware.
It's all about American Made yo. Barry Seal and the CIA out of Mena, Arkansas.

Konaam Killed in Kamloops
Global is reporting that Konaam Shirzad, one of the founding members of the Red Scorpians, before they were taken over by the swine flu, was shot dead last night in Kamloops. I can tell you the UN didn't do it so do the math.
Konaam was in the news January of this year after the police used percussion grenades to execute a search warrant at the gym he owned. I kid you not. The police didn't find anything which supports my personal theory that he left the life.
Blaze the fly sh*t woman beater claimed Konaam had kicked the Wolf Pack out of Kamloops so that would provide you with a motive. Chalk up one more for the big red machine. Konaam was solid. The cub pack sucks. Money doesn't buy respect yo. Any kid can pull a trigger.

RCMP’s Bob Paulson's exit interview
The Globe and Mail is reporting that Bob Paulson is heading for the exit gates saying that organized crime is the biggest threat facing Canadians. He even names the Hells Angels. Now I'm not going to mention the failure of dealing with sexual harassment in the RCMP while he was at the helm. I'm not even going to mention the Dianne Rock story. Much. He retires on Friday.
I am going to mention the fact that the article points out that Paulson "acknowledged the possibility of Islamic State-inspired attacks is now an ever-present reality in Canada, he said such national security risks are significantly less of a threat than organized crime." No kidding.
"Without being a fear monger, we've got to have political leaders understand what organized crime is, how [the perpetrators] get their advantage, how they corrupt individuals and institutions, how they get their hooks into people." Indeed. The Surrey RCMP are providing the Hells Angels drug dealers on the Surrey strip police protection. Something needs to be done about that.
Paulson himself is on the record saying he almost depleted the supply of federal detectives specializing in Mafia and biker-gang investigations to national-security squads following the 2014 slayings of Canadian soldiers near Parliament Hill in Ottawa and in Quebec.
Interesting. Bob Paulson admitted that he himself almost depleted the supply of federal detectives specializing in Mafia and biker-gang investigations during his tenure to focus on finding and creating terrorists like in the Surrey Pressure cooker bomb plot. Instead of bribing and threatening drug adicts to blow things up, we could actually use that money to investigate organized crime.
Finding a Replacement
As to who should replace Bob Paulson, at this point I don't know. Putting Bill Fordy in that position would be a crime against humanity. That guy is the weak link in E Division. He's the last of the Friends of Craig Callen fruitcakes causing problems in upper management here. Yet there's nobody strong enough in BC to take on the Commissioner's role.
Dwayne McDonald has been a huge disappointment since he took over for Bill Fordy as Surrey Police Chief. We had high hopes for him since he did such a great job in the Kelowna Summer Jam but he dropped the ball when he came to Surrey. The problem is he just doesn't have any balls. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure there's a place in this world for eunuchs. I just wish he'd grow a pair. Dwayne needs to realize that you cant please a dirty politician without getting dirty.
Justin Trudeau also needs to realize that the best person for the job isn't necessarily a woman. It might be but this gender selection diminishes everyone. I think they should pick someone from Quebec. A strong Frenchman who respects women and respects himself. That would set a good example for the entire force. The sexual harassment problem will now dissipate. Now we need to focus on organized crime. That takes fortitude.

Another puppet club replaces the Devil's Army in Langford
The Times Colonist is reporting that a new motorcycle club called the Savages is operating out of the Langford clubhouse previously used by the Devil’s Army. The Savages are believed to be a puppet club of the Nanaimo chapter of the Hells Angels. About 100 bikers including full-patch Hells Angels rumbled through Langford on April 1 during a memorial ride for Mike Widner, a prospect for the motorcycle gang who was killed in March in what police believe was a targeted hit. On April 30, bikers rode from Nanaimo to Victoria in the annual ride in memory of Michael (Zeke) Mickle, the Nanaimo Hells Angels president who disappeared in 1993 and is presumed dead." Zeke was killed after trying to tax the Vietnamese grows. They said no.
Boeing vs Bombardier: Another case of tax fraud
The Boeing vs Bombardier legal dispute is in the news. Justin Trudeau said “We have obviously been looking at the Super Hornet aircraft from Boeing as a potential significant procurement of our new fighter jets,” Trudeau said Monday. “But we won’t do business with a company that’s busy trying to sue us and trying to put our aerospace workers out of business.”
Boeing responded with "“Boeing is not suing Canada. This is a commercial dispute with Bombardier, which has sold its C Series airplane in the United States at absurdly low prices, in violation of U.S. and global trade laws. Bombardier has sold airplanes in the U.S. for millions of dollars less than it has sold them in Canada, and millions of dollars less than it costs Bombardier to build them. This is a classic case of dumping, made possible by a major injection of public funds." OK so that is the root of the problem. Why in God's name would we sell a product to the United States for less than it cost us to make it? That is bad business.
Bombardier has a very long history of getting government bailouts. In 2015 CBC reported that "Bombardier loses $4.9B US in 3rd quarter; Quebec to invest $1B US in CSeries program." In February 2016 Zero Hedge reported that "Bombardier Thanks Canada For $1 Billion Bailout By Firing 7,000 People." March 2017 the National Post reported that "Bombardier’s top execs get almost 50% pay raise as company lays off thousands, taps government aid."
Bombariad is a company like unto Lockheed Martin and SNC-Lavalin. They are all dirty as f*ck and burn tax dollars like an incinerator while top executive line their pockets with tax dollars. Boeing on the other hand is a legitimate reliable pillar in the private industry. Boeing makes money consistently. It's not embroiled in fraud like the others.
The Super Hornet is the best product on the market for Canada. The F-35s don't work in the Canadian arctic but the Super Hornet does. The F-35's are nothing but problems. If Canada wants to look at alternatives to the Super Hornet Russia is the only other logical option. The MIGS have a long history of competence. I personally prefer the Super Hornet for obvious reasons. Boeing creates jobs in Canada. Last year they announced a new lab in Vancouver.
We need to look beyond the court dispute and ask ourselves why are we selling products in the United States for less than it costs us to make them? That's like BC Hydro selling power to the US for less that what it costs us to produce it. That is bad business.
I do have a solution - a merger. Boeing takes over Bombardier with the commitment to keep a plant in Quebec. Boeing can make Bombardier profitable. Paul Tiller and Moya Greene couldn't.
What Went Wrong with the F-35
"The F-35 was billed as a fighter jet that could do almost everything the U.S. military desired but has turned out to be one of the greatest boondoggles in recent military purchasing history."
Dozens of F-35s Might Not Ever Be Able To Fight
Lockheed Martin still trying to scam Canadian taxpayers
Horgan approves public funds for political parties
One step forward, two step back. The Green Party wanted to get rid of Corporate and Union donations to political parties. Horgan agreed to it which made the coalition and let them form government. However, the Vancouver Province is reporting that "Premier John Horgan is unrepentant over his plan to provide public subsidies to political parties, saying it’s an appropriate use of taxpayer dollars and is only temporary support." AYFKM?
If you want to ban political donations from Corporations or Unions, that's your choice but you cannot use tax revenue for campaign funds. That is absolutely insane. It's also illegal. Do not pass Go. Do not collect $200. Go directly to jail. You need to rethink this one. If you need time to implement the decision to ban Corporate and Union donations then delay that decision. Do not use tax revenue for campaign purposes. Give your freaking head a shake.
On Monday, Liberal critic Andrew Wilkinson accused the NDP of breaking its campaign promises. “We think it’s inappropriate to have taxpayers fund political parties,” said Wilkinson, who indicated the Liberals will vote against the bill. “Political parties should raise their own money, and not turn to taxpayers.” Andrew Wilkinson is correct. Horgan and Weaver have lost their mind.
Andrew Wilkinson is a much better choice than Dianne Watts. We in Surrey remember what she did to us. Record debt and record fraud. The Princess of lies will fall just like Christy Clark because no lie can live forever. Word. The Fall of Dianne Watts.

Another earthquake in Mexico
The New York times is reporting that A powerful earthquake struck Mexico on Tuesday afternoon, toppling buildings, rattling the capital and sending people flooding into the streets for the second time in just two weeks. By night, nearly 140 people had been reported killed across the country, including scores in the state of Morelos, close to the epicenter of the quake, and dozens here in the capital, Mexico City. But the figure was expected to climb, especially because rescuers were still frantically digging out people trapped beneath mounds of rubble. The earthquake hit shortly after 1 p.m. about 100 miles from Mexico City. It registered a preliminary magnitude of 7.1, causing heavy and prolonged shaking in the capital." Our condolences.
