The Asian Pacific Post is reporting that "In Part Two of our Project Severo series, a hidden document raises troubling questions about what police and prosecutors knew, what the defence was not told, and whether the court heard the full story."

"The troubled foreign interference case against former Mountie William Majcher has closed under a serious disclosure cloud after it emerged that a proffer from an alleged unindicted co-conspirator was in police and Crown hands but was never disclosed to the defence or placed before the court." 

"Mata Press Service has learned that the undisclosed document, an Aug. 21, 2023, proffer from retired RCMP officer Kenneth 'Kim' Marsh, appears to have offered a lawful civil and commercial explanation for what the RCMP and federal prosecutors were treating as foreign interference. That non-disclosure raises questions about whether the defence was denied access to material that may have undercut the Crown’s case or supported an alternative explanation for the conduct at the centre of the prosecution." 

"Defence counsel Ian Donaldson said he has no knowledge of the proffer, a legal term generally used to describe a statement, summary or offer of evidence setting out what a witness would say or what information they are providing to investigators or prosecutors." 

"Marsh had been subpoenaed as a crown witness, making the prosecution’s decision to close its case without calling him especially striking. Crown counsel Ryan Carrier did not respond to requests for comment about the proffer."

"In a statement after the crown and defence made their final submissions, Marsh said he is relieved that the trial has concluded, but that he was deeply disappointed that he was not called to testify after waiting for the opportunity to clear his name. 'I believe this court was not told the full story, and that my evidence would have helped show how flawed the investigation really was,’ said Marsh, a veteran Mountie who retired after a 25-year career, having served as a commander of an organized crime investigative unit and recognized for his work in private investigations, anti-money laundering compliance, and for speaking out on foreign interference in Canada."

"'I provided a detailed 45-page report on Kevin Sun to the RCMP. To my knowledge, no action was taken on that material. Instead, my home was searched under 'a warrant the court later found to be unlawful,' he said." Sound familiar?

Sounds a lot like when the Coquitlam RCMP kicked in a whistle blowers door, seized all his hard drives then deleted his evidence. But then again, that would carry a malicious intent.

Friday was closing arguments for the Crown and Monday was closing arguments for the Defense. When summarising the Crown's final submission CBC said "As he laid out the Crown's final submissions, Ryan Carrier told Justice Martha Devlin that a 'constellation' of facts proved Majcher was laying the groundwork for what amounted to a campaign of extortion against a B.C.-based real estate mogul wanted by the People's Republic of China (PRC)." ROFL.

There's a constellation of hearsay floating around in outer space alright but there are no facts in it. That's why Bill Majcher's lawyer called no evidence in the bogus trial against him. 

Ryan Carrier's closing argument sounded like yet another FBI crime fiction filled with sound and fury signifying nothing. Remember the Crown stunned the defense and ended early without calling it's star witness, Bill Majcher's friend Kim Marsh. 

The judge had previously ruled the search of Kim Marsh's home was unlawful. One would then assume if the Crown did have any real facts or evidence they would have called Kim Marsh and submitted that evidence through him. But they did not. That's because there was no evidence. Only dramatic allegations building a bizarre yet empty narrative. 

The streamlined case revolves around one claim. That Bill Majcher was going to talk to a fraudster on behalf of China. Yet he never did. They could have called Kevin Sun to testify but they did not so once again Ian Donaldson was correct. There was absolutely no evidence presented in court. At all. 

Instead their only evidence that he had committed a thought crime and was going to have a conversation with Kevin Sun was an email Bill sent to a colleague nine years ago.

Now let's back up and see what's really going on here. China wanted to start going after criminals who had been stealing from them. Just like Canada and America go after criminals under proceeds of crime legislation. Only in China's case, someone was actually stealing from them. 

If Donald Trump had asked Bill Majcher to help him find Ryan Wedding, would that be a threat to Canadian sovereignty? I think not. Lawlessness is a threat to Canadian sovereignty. Catching criminals is what the Mounties are supposed to do. They used to say the Mounties always get their man. That slogan reflected the RCMP's reputation for consistent determination in pursuing criminals. 

Bill Majcher was a patriot who formed his own company after he retired to help people catch criminals. Many former RCMP officers form these kind of companies. That's not in question. The crazy claims come not because of what he was going to do but didn't. They come from who he was going to do it for. He was going to help China find a criminal and somehow in their twisted little minds, that was in some inconceivable way a bad thing. 

"Sun was accused of stealing hundreds of millions of dollars from a Chinese bank, which he allegedly plowed into a Lower Mainland real estate empire." Well... BC Rail here we come.

"Supt. Peter Tsui claimed the Chinese wanted the RCMP to act on historic fraud charges against Sun, but Canadian police were ultimately forced to give them a hard no." 

Why the f*ck did they say no? You don't want to help China find someone accused of stealing millions of dollars from a Chinese bank and laundered it through Vancouver real estate? What about all those money laundering commissions? Was it because Kevin Sun stole the money for the Five Eyes? Why else would you refuse to investigate him?

So right at the get go we have an inherit problem. Why did the RCMP refuse to investigate Kevin Sun? That question still needs to be answered. 

In 2017 Bill Majcher sent an email to a colleague about an unamed fraudster which read "The fraudster is now a ... major real estate mogul in Vancouver and we have located over $100M of assets. The Chinese Police have opened a Task Force and standing by to issue a global arrest warrant." 

That's the email? Bill sends an email to a colleague saying China found a fraudster and are ready to issue a global arrest warrant. There is nothing unlawful about that statement. At all. This whole case and the whole narrative is literally bizarre. 

There's no criminal conspiracy. There's no foreign interference. If China, America or Australia issued an arrest warrant for an accused criminal, making that statement in an email is not unlawful. Again, no evidence. There is absolutely no evidence of Bill doing anything unlawful at all.  

Bill said "I am meeting an associate of the target tomorrow in HK [Hong Kong] to see if he can help negotiate a settlement as the Chinese want to use this as a precedent case to settle economic crimes quietly and expeditiously."

He never met the client directly but said he was going to meet an associate of the client to hopefully negotiate a settlement. How on earth is that a bad thing? This is so crazy. Bill offers to help negotiate a settlement. He does so hoping that would set a president in settling economic crimes quietly and expeditiously. This is what any law enforcement officer should try to do. 

The questions that remain are why wouldn't the RCMP help China do this and why on earth does the FBI think this was a bad thing to do? Was it because the FBI were involved with Kevin Sun and helped him launder the money he stole from a  Chinese bank? We know the CIA crashed the BCCI and a bank in Australia though arms dealing and money laundering.

Meanwhile back on the ranch, CBC is reporting that "The Crown has failed to prove William Majcher was taking steps to threaten an alleged B.C.-based fraudster at the behest of the Chinese government, a lawyer for the former Mountie told the judge overseeing Majcher's foreign influence trial Monday."

"Veteran defender Ian Donaldson concluded his submissions in B.C. Supreme Court with a call for Majcher's acquittal - telling Justice Martha Devlin that the Crown was asking her to take a leap of logic by imputing criminal motive to innocent actions."

"Donaldson told the judge on the final day of the trial that the Crown's case is purely circumstantial, based on a narrow reading of two paragraphs plucked from an email Majcher wrote to a colleague in 2017." Donaldson "noted that it's not illegal to threaten to sue someone, nor is it illegal to chase money through the courts on behalf of a foreign entity."

Neo Cons, Capitalism and Western Imperialism

In my post on Soul Searching I mentioned the current prolonged New York Minute of insane headlines in the news. The reason why this is so important is because we can clearly see the preplanned push back to this NeoCon far right extremism. Comments like capitalism, climate change and western imperialism are red flags that imply something surreal. 

What Trump 2.0 and Netanyahu are doing right now is defiantly Imperialism but that is the exact opposite of the intent behind the American revolution. The intent behind the American revolution was to stop imperialism not to become imperialists. 

Trump 2.0 and this very dark Neo Con extremism coming from Netanyahu is a direct violation of the US Constitution. So instead of confronting the Neo Con imperialism that defies the intent of the Constitution, opponents call it Capitalism and Western Imperialism falsely implying that is the intent of the US Constitution when it very clearly is not. 

I just saw a Sinn Féin video about this and sh*t myself. It starts off confronting the very real atrocities we are all witnessing, then it runs off into the realms of intergalactic space lumping all this bizarre Neo Con extremism with America in general denouncing Capitalism and Western Imperialism blaming Capitalism for Climate Change. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see where these ideas from outer space want to take us. 

If Capitalism is to blame for Climate Change then we need to embrace Communism to save the planet. Not. That is the ultimate insanity we now witness. Buyer Beware.

It is not a debate between Capitalism and Communism. I don't even like the word Capitalism because it is so misrepresented. To me the word capitalism reflects corporate greed and corporate monopolies. Greed is never good.  

I see it as a debate between a free market and a totalitarian society. Freedom versus Dictatorship. That's how I see it. It's not a debate between Fascism and Communism either because both are bad. Taking one ideology to the utmost extreme does not rationalize the other totalitarian ideology.

I really like Mick Wallace. I admire his passion and his sincerity. He continuously denounces capitalism and western imperialism. I am concerned with his broad sweeping stereotypes and his extreme response to that far right extremism. Extremism is bad whether it be far right or far left. 

When we see the opposition misrepresent the Constitution with Imperialism and the Neo Cons, that concerns me greatly simply because it is inherently dishonest. I applaud Mick Wallace and every other faithful Communist who opposes the Imperialism Trump 2.0 and Netanyahu have unleashed. 

Yet why is the world and the mainstream media so defiantly silent in the face of these atrocities? It certainly looks like they are building up for an extreme response to those atrocities. 

This could be solved now, without violence if the mainstream media stopped covering for it. If everyone was allowed to say what Netanyahu is doing in Lebanon and Gaza is wrong, then we could all sanction Israel and defund them. Money talks. 

Netanyahu needs to stay with his borders. Just like Adolf Hitler. Just like Saddam Hussein. Just like Trump 2.0. When we look at the author of the book Imperialism, the Highest Stage of Capitalism, we see that it was Vladimir Lenin. The same elitist who sent the machine guns on the striking workers after he stole the party from Shiplov. Vladimir Lenin was a bad man. He denounced one form of extremism to justify another. 

We can all see where this defiant extremism will lead. Out of the frying pan into the fire. From one extreme to the other.

Netanyahu is a horrible man committing atrocities. We need to denounce that. We don't need to replace that with another horrible man committing more atrocities in the name of saving the planet from climate change. That is insane. 

The US Constitution does not endorse Imperialism. That is the exact opposite of the founding father's intent. We need to recognize that because these sweeping stereotypes coming from the opposition are based on a lie and has just a dark agenda as the raging lunatics we now see. Let freedom ring.

Leslyn Lewis on Bill C-22 Warrantless Survelance

Leslie Lewis explains how Bill C-22 changes warrantless surveillance. Instead of having to get a warrant from a judge this bill creates a new system where telecommunication companies create a system that's ready for access. 

Then that system isn't accessed though the parliamentary procedure. It's accessed through back door regulations. This is a direct violation of the Canadian Charter of Rights which protects everyone from warrantless surveillance. 

Leslie Lewis has also expressed her concerns about how the term hate speech in bill C-9 can be weaponized as a political tool by any party in power. 

She also expressed her concerns about how bill C-8 gives the government sweeping powers over telecommunication companies to suspend users like they froze back accounts drug the Convoy. She states that "without liberty, there can be no security." Indeed. None of these back door power grabs are good for anyone exact totalitarian governments.

Conor D’Monte's sentence reduced to 7 years 10 months

April 2nd I reported that Connor D'Monte was sentenced to 15 years after pleading out to conspiracy to commit murder with regards to Jonathan Bacon, James Bacon, Jarrod Bacon and their associates. The rat pack's lies about Kevin LeClair hit a brick wall. Well the Supreme court just posted the decision and after credit for time served Conor's sentence remaining is 7 years and 10 months. [45]

Soul searching and health challenges

In case anyone hasn't noticed, I have a bit more time on my hands lately. I'm burning up vacation time dealing with a serious medical condition that doesn't seem to be getting any better. I refuse to believe that it's chronic. I'm just waiting for and juggling the specialist's specialist to figure out proper treatment. 

Not to go TMI but I just wanted to pause and talk about soul searching as we reflect upon the solemnities of eternity. I love looking at the night sky in rural areas away from the city lights. It's breathtaking but it's also humbling. It's hard not to feel insignificant when you gaze at the universe's vast expanse. 

Worlds without number. Kind of makes ya feel like a grain of sand on an ocean beach. Yet there's always a yearning for something higher. As soon as this health challenge hit we've been experiencing a prolonged New York Minute of nonstop crazy news. They say anything can happen in a New York minute. Back in the /80's that was sure true. 

We'd be multitasking numerous violent situations all around us all at once. Likewise this current prolonged New York minute of crazy news has been a constant bombardment of insanity. Thus my post referring to this as the Alice in Wonderland era.  

Locally we have the Bill Majcher case where the intelligence community has bent over backwards to set up, defame and destroy a true patriot. Just like Cameron Ortis. 

There's been more unclassified documents connecting the CIA to drug trafficking. Once again we see, no lie can live forever. You can fool some of the people some of the time but you can't fool all of the people all of the time. Iran contra never stopped.

The Iran war, the Lebanon invasion, the defiant atrocities and the defiant deceptions. Charlie Kirk was not shot with a 30-06. Kash Patel is a complete clown. So is Donald Trump 2.0.

Neo Cons are not conservatives. You can't unite the right because some on the far right aren't worth saving. Conservatives can't unite with the far right without abandoning their core principles. You're better off uniting with people on the left who aren't so extreme. Recently I had a very interesting religious conversation with a Muslim. 

I'll make a separate post about it but it helped me clearly define what I personally do and don't believe. We all need a mission statement. Stephen Covey once said "A personal mission statement becomes the DNA for every other decision we make."

For me, my Finian's Inferno website brought together some of my heartfelt concerns about the suffering I've seen in my travels. Although I get just as frustrated with trolls and what Martin Luther King referred to as the children of darkness, I do care about my community, my country and the planet. 

I mentioned that old domain tribunal decision I had going against Telus. That was separate from the giant censorship court case I had with them in San Francisco. I do see it as water under the bridge. We all make choices and we all live with the choices we've made. I have no regrets with regards to those choices. Just like the fight I had with Canada Post.

The Finian Comission and the Drums of Jericho

When I came back from Ireland my father gave me the nickname Finian from the musical Finian's Rainbow. Follow the fellow who follows a dream. He loved the old musicals like the Music Man as well as Darby O'Gill and the Little People. 

Finian was a name that stuck and I used it during the Telus dispute. Everyone on the picket line knew me as Finian. I launched a Finian's Commission over Telus Idol and started the Drums of Jericho. We'd bring drums to the picket line and makes lots of noise outside the towers. 

When I was Googling Finian Commission for a website I posted about the Pickton Farm cover up I found this WIPO Arbitration I had. During the strike a former Telus Employee registered the CEO's name for a domain name. All he did was post political cartoons he made of the CEO. It was actually very funny.

After the dispute he took it down and I asked him if he'd consider keeping it going. He didn't want to and said he'd sell it to me for a buck. I smiled and said deal. After the transfer was complete I sent an email to the CEO's lawyer advising him that I was the new owner of darrenentwistle.com and showed him the receipt. I said not a bad investment for a buck. 

That was the Ninja. He knew who he could con and who he couldn't. After quite a while Darren got fed up and retained an addition lawyer from Calgary to seize the domain from me. That's what the WIPO Arbitration was about. WIPO stands for World Intellectual Property Organization.

So Darren got this rodeo clown from Calgary to sue me for the domain. I can't remember what that lawyer's field was but it wasn't Internet copyright it was something unrelated. So we started making written submissions. I laughed when I saw his submission because it was ridiculous. 

He mentioned this and that. None of which had any relevance to anything. He had one legal argument. He had to establish that I had retained the domain for malicious purposes. That was the only argument he had and he didn't even mention it. So I laughed out loud and slagged him. 

I didn't respond to that argument in my written submission because he hadn't raised it and I certainly wasn't going to make his case for him. They had sent one of their responses to an old PO box I had in Blaine and I objected because I no longer used that address for service. So anyways, the tribunal made their decision and I lost. I was like WTF? They didn't even raise the only argument they had. 

Six months later I stop by my old PO box and find an additional submission they made without notifying me. They didn't send it to my address for service they sent it to an old address I said I no longer used. When I opened it up it was the size of a telephone book. I knew the rodeo clown in Calgary didn't make that. It had to have been their Ninja in Vancouver. 

So just to set the record straight, I didn't lose to the rodeo clown, I lost to the Ninja but they cheated. They finally made their proper submission but didn't serve me so I was never allowed to respond to it. All's fair in love and war. 

As soon as I lost that domain I registered another one at mydarrenetwistle.com and put everything on that instead. By then they finally realized I was a lost cause. Peace.

Fraser Health promote drug fatalities in Surrey

CBC is reporting that "Fraser Health has issued a warning about a rise in unregulated drug poisonings in Surrey and White Rock over this past week."

“The unregulated supply is constantly changing and unpredictable,” said an emailed statement from Dr. Lindsay Bowthorpe, Fraser Health’s medical health officer." Lindsay Bowthorpe is another Bonnie Henry Doctor of death.

"Rosa Sundar-Maccagno, executive director of Surrey Union of Drug Users (SUDU), said some of the organization's members have noticed the drug supply over the past two weeks cut with more non-opioid sedatives, which are unresponsive to opioid-reversing naloxone." Why on earth would you even consider quoting the executive director of Surrey Union of Drug Users? This is modern day insanity. 

These are political extremists with a very dark political agenda exploiting the most vulnerable in society. The term Fraser Health is an oxymoron. They are not trying to promote health. They are trying to promote that same dark political agenda that will bankrupt our public health care system and continue to destroy lives by creating more and more addicts. 

The term unregulated supply is evil. It implies the government should be regulating harmful drugs and handing them out like smarties. You don't treat alcoholics by giving them free alcohol. 

There's no safe way to use harmful drugs because harmful drugs are harmful and we will never be able to address the problem until we admit that. Prevention means you simply admit harmful drugs are harmful and discourage people from using them. Those twisted terms like unregulated supply prevent that. 

In contrast, Wab Kinew, the NDP Premier of Manitoba has a much healthier response to drug overdoses and treatment. 

CBC is reporting that "A facility where people who are intoxicated can be detained for up to three days is slated to begin accepting people by the end of the month."

"Kinew announced the timeline on Thursday, a day after the legislature passed a bill to extend the amount of time intoxicated people can be detained, from the current 24-hour maximum to 72 hours. The change is intended to allow longer detention of people on methamphetamines and other long-lasting drugs."

Crystal meth is a horrible drug that destroys lives and eats people alive. Handing that out for free would be socially irresponsible and criminally culpable. Vancouver and Portland saw the quick extremes decriminalization resulted it. That insane experiment failed instantly but these dirty political terms like unregulated supply keep trying to push us back there just like the term MAPs is trying to erode our morality and sense of duty to protect children from abuse. 

Wab Kinew cares about addicts. Fraser Health and the Surrey Union of Drug Users don't. Instead of offering addicts treatment they want to offer addicts MAIDs. That is evil.

14 yr old wanted for murder of 16 yr old in Hamilton Mall

CBC is reporting that "Police have identified the 16-year-old boy who died in hospital after a shooting inside a downtown Hamilton shopping mall on Friday evening.

Officers were called to Jackson Square Friday at around 5:10 p.m. Nabil Askafe, of Hamilton, was found in the mall suffering from life-threatening injuries, police say. Paramedics rushed Askafe to hospital, where he died of his injuries."

Insauga is reporting that "Police have released a photo of the suspect and are asking anyone with information to come forward. The name of the accused was not initially released, but investigators have since identified Turnbull under a temporary authorization of the Youth Criminal Justice Act."

Thanks to the lobbying efforts of Chuck Cadman, young offenders who commit murder can be charged as an adult and identified. “We need urgent, stronger action to get illegal firearms out of our communities,” Hamilton Mayor Andrea Horwath said in a social media post on Friday." Getting legal firearms out of the safes of law biding citizens is not a way to do that.

There are numerous videos of Israel breaking the ceasefire committing more atrocities against prisoners and civilians. In this one they're simply tearing down solar panels providing electricity for Lebanon. That's not very green. Just like bombing the Nordstream pipeline wasn't. Then we have a staged event at the White House. This is like the boy who cried wolf.
