Tech Wars: Rwanda invades Congo for minerals

Update: So Elon Musk uses a Swiss shadow company to do business with an Israeli Billionaire exploiting child labor in the Congo to get rich from cobalt mines for Tesla batteries. Mossad was involved with the former president of Congo then gets deported for planning a coup. Now Mossad is backing M23 to invade that part of Congo to steal the mines by force.

CBS is reporting that "The United Nations on Friday voiced alarm at rampant violence in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, as the M23 armed group pushed deeper into the country, warning of summary executions and widespread rapes. The group's capture of most of Goma, the capital of North Kivu province, earlier in the week was a dramatic escalation in a region that has seen decades of conflict involving multiple armed groups."

During the Rwandan genocide in 1994 as portrayed in the movie Shake Hands with the Devil, Hutu militias committed a genocide against the Tutsi ethnic group. Many fled to the Congo. 30 years later the same conflict rages on but it's evident the M23 mercenaries have corporate backing.

Rwanda did not send a mercenary army into the Congo to liberate the Tutsis. They've been stealing cobalt from their mines and selling it. Now that the court case is trying to stop Rwanda from smug ling cobalt out of the Congo they have invaded to mines. They aren't freeing anyone.

April 2024 CBS reported that "The government of the Democratic Republic of Congo has threatened U.S. tech giant Apple with legal action over what it says are illegally exploited minerals from the impoverished nation in its products. U.S. and French lawyers representing the DRC's government sent a letter to Apple on April 22 warning the company it could face legal action if it continues with the alleged practice."

"The letter accuses Apple of purchasing minerals smuggled out of the DRC into Rwanda, where their origin is allegedly obscured so they can find their way into the global technology supply chain. It makes clear that the DRC government intends to address the matter and is looking into legal options to do so."

Now Rwanda has hired a mercenary army with the backing of big tech to invade the area that makes the minerals and take it by force. Hey if Donald Trump can steal Gaza I guess his tech busies can steal the minerals to make their phones.

It was very suspicious to see the white mercenaries in the Congo so quickly and eagerly surrender to M23. It looked as though they had been bought out.

Blood Diamonds of Batteries: Congo is home to the world’s largest supply of cobalt, a key ingredient in electric cars.

How 'modern-day slavery' in the Congo powers the rechargeable battery economy - Smartphones, computers and electric vehicles. Cobalt is used in the manufacture of almost all lithium ion rechargeable batteries used in the world.

Tesla cobalt deal with Glencore allegedly benefits sanctioned billionaire at the center of corruption scandal in DRC. "Tesla Inc...struck a deal last month with Glencore Plc to buy as much as 6,000 tons of cobalt annually for use in the rechargeable batteries that power its electric vehicles. Glencore, in turn, is obligated to pay Gertler about 2.5% of sales from its mines in the Democratic Republic of Congo...What makes the arrangement eye-catching is that Gertler has been blacklisted from the U.S. financial system since December 2017."

"U.S. companies are barred from doing business with sanctioned entities, such as...the Gertler company that receives royalties from Glencore's mines in Congo. But Tesla's contract is with Glencore, which is based in Switzerland."

Elon Musk uses a shell company to do business with Dan Gertler, a banned Israeli slave owner in Congo. Did M23 have the backing of Mossad? Is that why the white mercenaries surrendered so quickly and were unharmed?

Sanctioned Israeli Billionaire Gains From Elon Musk Cobalt Deal.

Mining dot com is reporting that "A dispute between a Glencore Plc unit and the Democratic Republic of Congo centers around a deal Israeli businessman Dan Gertler struck years ago. Congo’s mines minister said the spat between authorities and a Glencore-owned copper and cobalt mine revolves around royalty payments the unit makes to Gertler, who the US sanctioned in 2017 over alleged corruption. Congo now says part of the funds should have been paid to the state instead."

Dan Gertler, who went form blood Diamonds to blood cobalt was sanctioned by Biden after Trump waved his sanctions. Several Human rights groups objected to Trump's waver.

Controversial billionaire Dan Gertler appears to have used suspected international money laundering network to dodge US sanctions and acquire new mining assets in DRC

D R Congo deported former Mossad chief on suspicion of planning coup

In 2022 MEM reported that "The former head of Israel’s Mossad spy agency, Yossi Cohen, was deported from the Democratic Republic of the Congo in 2019 after he was suspected of planning a coup against the country’s president, Haaretz revealed on Tuesday. Details of the visit have been covered up by the military censor in Israel until now." So instead of a coup, Mossad hired M23 to invade Congo. Was former President Kabila, Jr a Mossad asset

Talking about Trump's Trade War with Canada and Gaza

Costco buyers in Canada have had to change their purchasing. They're bringing in more Canadian made items and it has nothing to do with tariffs. It's simply  matter of supply and demand. Canadians want to buy Canadian products now and they don't want to buy American products. It's going to take four years and a different president to fix that. 30 days won't cut it.

Trump threatened to destroy our economy and steal pour sovereignty. There's no going back after they. Once he burned that bridge it was gone. There's nothing left to negotiate. Trump's trade pick gets an earful on Canada tariffs

Canadians booing the American national anthem at three different hockey games is something we need to talk about. Glen Beck says why does the world hate us? Well it's not because of your righteousness. It's because of your pride, arrogance and unrighteousness. God is not a respecter of persons and every nation that feareth him and worketh righteousness is accepted of him. Every nation.

Australia in an awesome country similar to Canada. I've never met an Australian I didn't like. I would never say we don't need Australia. That would be arrogant and rude. I would never say we don't need the French in Canada. Quebec is a huge part of our history and cultural identity.

The Canadian mosaic is different from the American Melting pot. It's not better it's just different. We would never say to one small tile in the mosaic we don't need you. Every piece of that mosaic makes us better and is an important part of who we are. The blind devotion to Trumps mistakes is indeed cult like. Everyone makes mistakes. Denying that is dysfunctional.

1) Canada 2) Greenland 3) Gaza - Three strikes you're out.

Then there's the red flags. Why did he pardon the dark web silk road drug dealer? Why? Why did he pardon him then start military maneuvers against the cartel? Why did he pardon him not Edward Snowden. That is a red flag.

Why didn't he pardon Julian Assange? Joe Biden did. That is a red flag. Why is Donald Trump and his daughter Ivanka actively participating in the World Economic Forum? That is a red flag.

Why is Donald Trump promoting Bill Gates' AI Star gate? Why is he removing all AI safety protocols and letting it take over Nation Security, Internet censorship and everything else that involves out every day life? Why? That is a red flag. Donald Trump hops into bed with Bill Gates and no one sees that as strange?

Why is Donald Trump deporting people who protest his theft of Gaza? That kind of censorship is what Fascists do. I'm not saying Donald Trump is a Fascist but I am saying he is swinging the pendulum awfully far in that direction and no one seems to notice because they're all distracted by gender dysphoria.

Trump says US will 'take over' Gaza: 'We'll own it'

Update: Candace Owens on Gaza: This is evil.

Another wild card from the raging lunatic. ABC is reporting that "In a stunning proposal, President Daffy Duck said Tuesday that the U.S. will take over the Gaza Strip, level the site and rebuild it, after earlier saying Palestinians living there should leave." This guy is a f*cking maniac. Out of the frying pan, into the fire.

"They instead can occupy all of a beautiful area with homes and safety, and they can live out their lives in peace and harmony in other areas or countries, he said at a news conference with Globalist Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu."

Donald Trump does not own Gaza. That's like me saying I own all the Trump Towers. Trump has to hand over the keys. I can't do that. It's called theft. It's against the law. It's like Donald Trump saying he owns Canada or Greenland. Everyone in Canada and Greenland have to leave. No they don't.

The guy has lost his mind. All the executive orders flying around from both sides are a complete abuse of power. They're only for emergencies. Donald Trump wasn't given special powers in the last election and he wasn't the only person elected. Donald Trump is bound by the Constitution and the Democratic process.

We have a parliament in place. We submit bills, debate those bills and all the elected representatives vote on those bills. We've gone from extreme left to extreme right. Both extremes are wrong. The purpose of the Constitution is to give power to the people not to one man. It's a free Republic not a monarchy.

It's like Donald Trump saying I own all the farmland in the United States or all the residential property in California. Everyone has to get out. He can't do that. The fact that he is trying to do that reveals his complete lack of character. He has lost his mind.

Donald Trump Lies and Pauses Tariffs

The BBC is reporting that "President Donald Trump has agreed to hold off imposing 25% tariffs on Canada and Mexico for 30 days, pulling the North American neighbours back from the brink of a potentially damaging trade war."

"After last-minute calls with Trump, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau agreed to reinforce his country's border with the US to clamp down on migration and the flow of the deadly drug fentanyl."

Donald Trump is a lying POS. His tariffs on Canada had NOTHING to do with border security. The mass migration of illegal migrants come to Canada from the US. When Trump kicked out all the Haitian refugees after their earthquake, they came north into Quebec because they speak French.

The Roxham Road boarder crossing saw a flood of illegal migrants come into Canada from the US. They were travelling North not South. All the illegal guns that gangs use come into Canada from the US. All the cocaine that comes into Canada comes through the US. Mexico was the largest producers of fentanyl not China.

All the fentanyl, cocaine and crystal meth in Canada comes from the CIA not China. Gary Webb Dark Alliance, Bo Grits Vietnam vet, Terry Reed Compromised - the CIA created the Golden Triangle. Canada needs to withdraw from the Five Eyes drug trafficking network.

Donald Trump publicly said he would Tariff Canada and Greenland for not becoming part of the US. Now he's ranting about border security. His previous threat had nothing to do with border security. When someone changes their story, that means they're LYING.

The BBC interviewed several Canadians and asked them how they feel. One said I'm getting angry and Anti American. Exactly. That's why Canadians booed the American national anthem at a hockey game in Ottawa. That is very unCanadian but shows you what kind of reaction these bully tactics have caused.

In 1812 the Americans were beefing with England and tried to invade Canada. They thought the French would want to be liberated from England. They did not want to be swallowed up in the American Melting pot. France sold Louisiana to the US. The French language and culture was lost. In 1812 all Canadians said no to the US. Nothing has changed.

Yes Canadians hate Justin Trudeau. Yes Canadians hate lockdowns and mandates. That doesn't mean we want to give up our sovereignty and cave in to a bully. That would be un Canadian.

One thing Doug Ford did right was to go on American television and say we're not going to roll over and play dead. We're going to fight this. He said Canada spends a billion dollars a year on US booze. Not any more. Now all the provinces are boycotting US alcohol and rightly so. Trump made an insane threat about tariffing Canada for not becoming part of the US and now he's bullsh*tting about border security to save face. Too late.

Donald Trump has burned bridges with his closest friend and ally. You don't get that back by pausing an outrageous threat. You've burned that bridge so stay on your own side. You're an as*hole. F*ck you. There's nothing left to talk about.

Jarrod Bacon formally enters Witness Protection - Update

Post Media News is reporting that "A notorious Bacon brother is back behind bars after a shooting in Fort Nelson. Jarrod Bacon, one of three Abbotsford brothers who were once part of the Red Scorpion gang, has been charged with aggravated assault in connection with the Jan. 29 shooting. Article content Article content A bail hearing is scheduled for the afternoon of Feb. 4 at the courthouse in Williams Lake."

That is ridiculous. Notorious? Get a life. The three little piggies were never notorious. Jamie Bacon was a clown who couldn't go to the gym without a bodyguard. Jonathon was a preppy b*tch and Jarrod was just a jealous kid with unresolved anger.

Notice the article says former member of the Red Scorpions. I posted the audio of Jamie Bacon trying to convince Mathew Johnston to join him in cooperating with the police.

Jamie Bacon lied and said the club had been stealing from him. The club was taxing him. They killed anyone who tried to take over the Red Scorpions from him. If it wasn't for the club he wouldn't have been making any money.

After I posted the audio, IHIT and the CFSEU lied and said Jamie wasn't in Witness Protection. Yet they admitted Jamie Bacon was no longer a member of the Red Scorpions.

That's when Kyle Latimer and Lolo Lanski rolled on BIBO to assume leadership of the RS after Jamie Bacon started cooperating with the police.

So if Jared was no longer a member of the Red Scorpions, who is he going to do a shooting for? This is where the CFSEU lies become ridiculous.

Let's compare Post Media News with Sam Cooper.

Sam Cooper was posting lies for CSIS while he worked for Global. He wasn't the only one. Global was pushing that Agenda. Global is owned by Post Media News.

After leaving Global Sam Cooper was caught in an obvious CSIS lie when he posted a picture of William Majcher claiming he was shaking hands with a Triad tied to the CCP in China. In reality it was a screen shot from a movie made in Hong Kong in which Majcher played an extra.

Likewise this lie about Jarrod Bacon makes no sense. I submit that this is just a dramatic attempt to bring Jarrod into the program and waste more tax dollars covering up for Jamie Bacon after he rolled on Lo Lo Lanski. We can do better.

Update: Obviously Post Media News didn't make up this story. I understand other outlets are starting to cover it. These news outlets are simply repeating what the Gang Task Force tells them. Kind of like how Sam Cooper simply repeated what CSIS told him. We can talk about why CSIS lied but before we do that let's just take a look at the believability of the recent claim.

When the Bacon Brothers were a thing, Jamie would hire people to shoot people. He didn't do it himself. The Bacon Brothers are no longer a thing. The Red Scorpions are still a thing. Jamie Bacon is no longer a member of the Red Scorpions. So what do you think that means?

Time for some critical thinking folks. I posted the audio of Jamie Bacon trying to encourage Mathew Johnston to join him in cooperating with the police. I didn't make it up. You can listen to it for yourself. Listen to what he is saying.

If Jamie Bacon is cooperating with the police then he's out in bad and so is Jared. If Jamie Bacon is cooperating with the police then Jarrod's life is at risk.

So who's he going to get a gun from? The UN's sure as hell isn't going to give him one. There's no redemption from the bad blood they had in 2009. The only place he's going to get an illegal firearms from is from the HAs and he is not on good terms with the club. At all. They're not going to sell him a gun.

I believe there was a shooting and I believe he was likely arrested for that shooting but I don't believe he did it and I know he's not in gen pop. I think this is a publicity stunt and I'm going to call it from the get go.

Tulsi Gabbard's opening statement at DNI Hearing

Tariffs are taxes. Since when did we start to celebrate more taxes?

Everyone is talking about Trump's tariffs and no one is happy about it. Everyone who supported Trump before is now saying F*ck Trump. I just got gas and a guy came up to me complaining about the people who voted for Trump and how they will be affected by his tariffs. Tariffs are taxes. They raise the price of everything we buy.

The intent behind tariffs is to protect domestic production. Trump putting tariffs on Canadian softwood lumber is not a big deal. We can just sell our limited amount of softwood lumber to other countries instead. All it will do is raise the cost of building houses in the US. Trump's Tariffs are forcing Canada and Mexico to boycott American made products and buy products imported from other countries instead.

Justin Trudeau is an as*hole and an idiot. He has no business speaking on anything. He resigned and shut down parliament to give his party a chance to find a replacement. That doesn't give him more power as a dictator to do whatever he wants. He resigned because he has the lowest approval rating in history. He ran his party into the ground.

If there was an election today, the Liberals would not be in power so Justin Trudeau has no business making unilateral decisions on anything. Last week Justin Trudeau and his third wife, Doug Ford wanted to ban the sale of Alberta oil to the US. Knowing full well that would literally bring BC to a grinding halt.

We ship unrefined Alberta oil to the US who refine it and sell it back to us. If we stopped selling the US oil, BC would have none. That means no gas at the pumps and no groceries in the store. Doug Ford has no jurisdiction over BC and Alberta. Making that suggestion shows he is a raging lunatic who has absolutely no idea what he's talking about. Instead of raising tariffs we need to build a refinery in BC.

As I have said, putting retaliatory tariffs on American food imported into Canada would only punish Canadian consumers. Justin Trudeau and Jagmeet Singh created the mass inflation we now experience. Now they want to make it even worse. They have completely lost their mind.

The only sensible thing they said was to put tariffs on American booze. That would give a chance for domestic production to fill in the gap. Adding a 25% tariff to our food is criminally insane but hey, that's what we expect from WEF puppets.

6ixAK_TV posted a video on X of Canadians booing the US national anthem at a hockey game in Ottawa. That's a logical consequence to Trump's arrogant insanity. He keeps insulting and burning bridges with his closet neighbour and ally.

We need to remember that Donald Trump was never a Conservative. His defiant endorsement of Bill Gates and the WEF is a huge concern. He did a lot of good things but his arrogance has completely consumed him.

We need to realize that there were serious problems with NAFTA and all these trade agreements that went far beyond free trade. They had clauses in them that took away our sovereignty. TILMA and NAFTA Chapter 11 compensation awards were the perfect example. So again, let's not throw the baby out with the bath water. Let's balance the extremes.

If we're going to respond with counter tariffs, tariff American booze, cars and trucks. Yet even that will effect Canadian jobs who sell American cars and trucks. Adding tariffs to the food we import from the US is insane. We need an election not more counter tariffs from two idiots who have no idea what they are talking about and are simply puppets for the WEF.

Case against Bill Majcher completely falls apart

Breach Media just put out an awesome article explaining how the ridiculous case against patriot William Majcher is completely falling apart. The article completely confirms what I previously said about Sam Cooper being a spin doctor for CSIS.

Wow!!! Sam Cooper posted a picture claiming it was Bill Majcher shaking hands with a famous Triad tied to the CCP in Macau February 2019. Breach Media points out that the picture was a screenshot from the 2015 action-comedy movie called From Vegas to Macau II. It wasn't even in Macau.

The movie was filmed in Hong Kong and Majcher played an extra. "The man shaking Majcher’s hand was not one of Asia’s biggest gangsters but one of its biggest movie stars, Chow Yun-Fat—world-famous for his role in the 2000 hit movie Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon." He was also in Pirates of the Caribbean.

Wow, that's not willful blindness, that's willful defamation. CSIS knew that when they gave him the false story. Sam Cooper is now facing numerous defamation lawsuits. He even included a chapter in his fake book defaming Cameron Ortis. No lie can live forever. Sam Copper's credibility is lost. Yet CSIS was the one feeding him the false information.

Hitman in 2020 Richmond murder sentenced

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "A hitman who fired seven rounds through the window of a Richmond restaurant four years ago, killing alleged money launderer Jian Jun Zhu and injuring another diner, has been sentenced to life in prison."

If he was a hitman he was hired to commit the murder. No word on who hired him. That's a familiar pattern in BC. The judge's decision has been posted online

The Tyee is reporting that "According to prosecutors, the shot that killed Zhu was probably intended for Paul King Jin, who was injured in the hail of bullets. Jin was a target of the RCMP’s massive E-Pirate investigation, a multi-year effort that collapsed as a result of inadvertent disclosures and administrative errors by the RCMP. Two other guests that night at the Manzo were later killed in separate shootings"

Casino.org is reporting that "Antonuk didn’t say who hired Reed, nor reveal their motive for wanting Jin dead. But he did claim members of the group that ordered the assassination were inside the restaurant at the time of the attack."

That could be true but it could also be a lie. He's not going to implicate the people who hired him unless he has to. It's easy to blame someone who's already dead.

Vancouver is Awesome reported that "Inside Manzo sushi restaurant, at Garden City Road and Capstan Way, footage shows Jin and Zhu often seated together with a woman and two men but also mingling between three tables with about four other middle-aged East Asian men and at least two large South Asian men, whom they drank shots with."

"Jin left the restaurant at 7:36 p.m. in a white Tesla Model X, as he was escorted out by one of two South Asian men, who had tattoo sleeves and wore identical black bandanas."

The Vancouver Sun reported that "Reed claimed he got the photo from a South Asian man named Jas who was inside the restaurant at the time of the shooting." The shooter was black Jas was Brown. Black and Brown sound like BK for the HA.

April of 2024 the Vancouver Sun reported that "The man who prosecutors allege was behind a fatal shooting at a Richmond restaurant left the same dinner before a gunman opened fire and killed another guest, a witness told B.C. Supreme Court on Wednesday. Qin used a different name for the man, who the Crown identified in its opening as Jin Cai."

"Cai, 53, was murdered in Vancouver months after the Manzo shooting." Hmmm... "Westell played a video of Qin arriving at the restaurant and suggested he redirected Zhu to the table closest to the window near to where the shooting would take place." Quin seated Zhu beside the window.

On a side note, the HAs will use Asians to launder their drug money. Just like they hire IndoCanadians in to sell drugs and shoot people. After I pointed out that Randy Jones originally registered Tbarz in is mother's name, he reregistered it in a group of Asians' name while he was still the owner. Randy's brother Trevor was listed as an Agent while the owners at the time were listed as Shu Jiun Dong and Xiao Fei Huang.

Gangsterismout makes the Dirty Newz

Just a reminder that Gangsterism out is not Gangsters out.

SNC-Lavalin / AtkinsRéalis VP jailed for fraud

Update: SNC-Lavalin, now AtkinsRéalis, facing $100M in legal claims from Trillium contractors due to costly delays.

A closer look at SNC-Lavalin's sometimes murky past

Speaking of racketeering, SNC Lavalin is in the news again. Wealth Professional is reporting that "A former executive vice president of Montreal engineering firm SNC-Lavalin has been sentenced to three and a half years in prison for corruption and fraud." This sad saga keeps repeating itself.

"Norman Morin faces 42 months for Fraud over $5,000, 36 months for Fraud on the Government and 24 months for Forgery, for his involvement in the political scandal which saw $2.3 million in bribes paid by company executives in return for the award of the Jacques-Cartier bridge repair contract in the early 2000s." So if it was executives plural, why was one one guy sentenced? Because he's a fall guy once again.

SNC Lavalin was awarded the contract for the Evergreen Skytrain expansion when they were banned from world contracts due to fraud and bribery in Africa - Libya and Uganda. They were awarded the contract for the Site C Dam in BC hiding under shell companies which defiantly runs more and more over budget costing taxpayers billions. That is organized crime.

SNC Lavalin under bid and over charge government contracts. They keep getting away with it because they keep giving the politicians awarding them contracts kickbacks in the form of political contributions. Giving the contract for the site C dam to SNC Lavalin was criminally insane. We can all see that now.

That was the inherently corrupt BC Liberals. They were so corrupt they made the New York Times. No one did any prison time for that. In fact, Christy Clark is running to take over for Justin Trudeau. Justin Trudeau was involved with a SNC Lavalin scandal but guess what? The BC NDP gave the contract for the Pattullo Bridge in Surrey to none other than SNC Lavalin.

Ever wonder why the Langley Sky train extension is taking so long? Guess who got the contract? SNC Lavalin. I kid you not. This is organized crime at the highest level and no politician has ever done jail time over it. SNC Lavalin has rebranded as AtkinsRéalis. That's who got the Langley Skytrain expansion project but that's SNC Lavalin. They just changed their name instead of using a shell company.

Kind of like how Blackwater keeps changing their name to avoid jail time when we all know it's still Blackwater run by Eric Prince of Darkness. Mercenaries doing black ops for money.

The National Post is reporting that "A company formerly at the centre of one of the biggest scandals of the Trudeau government is now looking for as much as $75 million in annual funding to update a nuclear reactor Canada has exported around the world."

"AtkinsRéalis, formerly named SNC Lavalin, launched the Canadians for Candu campaign earlier this year. It’s a push to get both provincial governments and the federal government to back a new, more powerful Candu nuclear reactor that could be built both home and abroad."

OK so let's back it up. Nuclear power is not Green. It's virtually impossible to safely dispose of nuclear waste. Calling Nuclear power green is Bill Gates lie. Nuclear power also gives countries the technology and the materials to bud nuclear weapons.

India tested nuclear explosions from the Candu reactors Canada sold them. So here I am once again over 30 years later once again saying No CANDU. I objected to Canada selling Candu reactors to Communist China. That was Harper's Conservatives quest for the WEF.

SNC Lavalin's involvement with CANDU reactors is not surprising. They under bid and over charge government contracts but their fraud is directly connected to CSIS and the Five Eyes. Arthur Porter died in a Panama prison waiting trial for corruption and fraud charges over a SNC Lalavin hospital in Quebec. See the difference between BC and Quebec? Quebec prosecutes fraud and corruption, BC doesn't. BC just keeps awarding them more contracts.

Arthur Porter was Harpers' CSIS watchdog. He was caught sending money to a mossad agennamed Ari Ben-Menashe tied to Iran Contra. I kid you not. Ari Ben-Menashe wrote a book called profits of war. So who's crazy now? We are for allowing this stupidity to continue. F*ck the Five and a Half Eyes.

Little Vic and the Great Mafia War

Now that I'm caught up, this is the other book Penguin Random house just sent me. It's called Little Vic and the Great Mafia War by Larry McShane. It's about Victor Orena who was recently denied compassionate release in 2022

Victor Orena, also known as Little Vic became the acting boss of the Colombo crime family of New York City. OK we've heard of the Five Crime Families of New York. So this guy is big.

Wikipedia says Orena, who rose through the ranks of the Colombo crime family "operated in Brooklyn, Long Island, and New Jersey primarily in labor racketeering. Orena was a well dressed individual who projected a traditional business image."

(Labor racketeering is the illegal use of union power for personal gain.) Some unions are tied to Communism while others are tied to Organized Crime.

"In 1985, Persico, (the boss of that crime family) and several leading Colombo figures were convicted of racketeering charges. In 1987, Persico and underboss Gennaro Langella were each convicted in the Mafia Commission Trial and sentenced to 100 years in prison."

100 years in prison. Oh yeah, let's become part of the United States. Ah no. Let's not. I know the Canadian judicial system needs work but that is no reason to go from one extreme to the other. Later on in the post I'll explain why the Rico charges in the US are a complete farce.

While Persico was in prison he "named Orena as acting boss until his son, Alphonse 'Little Allie Boy' Persico, could take over."

Oerena worked with Joh Gotti and the Gambino crime family so yeah, this guy was big. He is as Finain's inferno would describe it, a don. He kept order on the streets.

I have a huge respect for Curtis Sliwa and learned many important life lessons from him. Yet we're different. Curtis has a lot more balls than I do. I'll mock idiots but I won't mock dons. Curtis was shot up in a cab and seriously injured for making fun of John Gotti. That's something I just wouldn't do. Yet Curtis bears the scars of his valor. That was him, this is me.

The book Little Vic and the Great Mafia War talks all about the subsequent Mafia War that took place in New York after a 1991 assassination attempt on Victor Orena when he tried to take over the family permanently. That triggered the last and bloodiest mob war in New York's history. This book is about that.

Now I realize a lot of US States have the death penalty for murder while New York City does not. Hence the 100 year sentence. However, all these Rico charges have an agenda. The good guys are trying to stop organized crime but the CIA are the ones benefiting from it. They burn assets all the time.

Look at Manuel Noriega. When Noriega was a Colonel, he assisted CIA and Mossad Agents in Operation Watch Tower. They supervised cocaine shipments from central America into the United States. They made Noriega president.

Then when the time came they burned their asset and sent him to prison while the CIA and Mossad agents that put him there walked free and continued to do business without him.

The same thing with El Chapo. El Chapo had a .50 cal sniper rifle from Operation Fast and Furious. Fast and Furious was a CIA op ran by the ATF that would sell the Mexican cartel guns and bring back tons of cocaine into the US as payment. The news obsessed about arming the cartel but barely mentioned the tons of cocaine the CIA was bringing into the US.

Mistreating El Chapo in prison diminishes all of US. There's no honor or valor in doing that. It's just finding a scapegoat to blame for the CIA's misdeeds. The same with these Mafia sentences. The Mafia has worked with the CIA ever since Operation Mongoose in Cuba.

Tucker Carlson interviewed Felix Rodriguez who was part of Operation 40. An assassination squad that worked with the Mafia. The CIA claim the end justifies the means. The only problem is the CIA lies about the end. They lie about their objective. Pablo Escabar worked for the CIA for f*ck's sake.

The CIA use the Hells Angels and the mafia to sell their drugs then systematically burn their assets and replace them with others to keep the money and the drugs flowing. Punitive jail sentences don't solve anything because the CIA is never sentenced. Now Trump wants to designate the Mexican cartel as a terrorist organization and bring in the military.

That's a farce. The US has a military base in Honduras with an airstrip. They bring in cocaine from Honduras in military planes. Designating the cartel as a terrorist organization is just a circus side show. Operation Watch Tower never stopped.

DEA agents had ‘sex parties’ funded by drug cartels

Red Hook Brooklyn Mafia, Ground Zero

Penguin Random House sent me another book on organized crime to review. This one is called Red Hook Brooklyn Mafia, Ground Zero by Frank Dimatteo and Michael Benson.

Gangland wire did a podcast about it with the authors. It's about the rivalry between the Irish and Italian Mafia in Brooklyn. Apparently the Irish originally controlled the docks before the Italians took over. Around 1925 to 1927. Hells Kitchen over in Manhattan was also an Irish stronghold in New York.

The Mafia isn't my specialty as that usually implies the Italian mob and I'm from Vancouver. The Italian mob isn't here it's in Montreal and Ontario. That's not an invitation by the way. Commercial Drive is awesome. We don't need drama.

I normally cover gangs and drugs. Which the mob control over there but not here. Over there the mafia is also involved with illegal gambling and extortion.

Nobody cares about illegal gambling or contraband cigarettes. That doesn't destroy societies like crystal meth or fentanyl does. There's no such thing as illegal gambling just unlicensed. Under normal circumstances, the house wins. The odds are in their favor. Then there's rigged ones we saw when I was a kid.

Anyone who takes up gambling debts with the mob or the Hells Angels is very unwise. That takes risk taking to a whole new level. It's stupid. Don't do it. We don't have extortion in Vancouver. That's the government's job with their inflated taxes. Maybe Chinatown but I don't see that.

In Montreal it's common. The call it pisa. For us in Vancouver pizza is what we have with pepperoni and cheese. Evidently it's still a problem in Montreal. The mob says pay us protection money or your business might have an accident. It may get firebombed. Nobody respects that. Extortionists are simply parasites living off the work of others.

When I was in Belfast 1988/89 I came across a video of a journalist reporting on businesses being extorted by the IRA and the UDA. I sent it to a friend from High School who was originally from Belfast but when I got back they didn't want anything to do with that and threw it out. It was a really good documentary and I can't find it posted anywhere.

In Montreal, Vito Rizzuto negotiated a truce between the Irish mob, the Italian Mafia and the Hells Angels. Everybody made money for a time until the Rizzutos were betrayed by the Calabrians out of Hamilton and the Ontario village idiots.

Julian Sher put out a documentary about the Irish West End Gang in Montreal called King of Coke which was streamed on Crave. Julian Sher is credible. He also wrote Road to Hell.

I don't know anything about the West End Gang other than the fact that Larry Amero's coaccused Shane Baloney wasn't affiliated with them. Shane claimed his mother who was a waitress had an affair with a leader of the West End Gang.

Shane Maloney was from Burnaby not Montreal. People here who knew him talked about how he would rip people off. They called him wheels because he rolled around on a wheelchair after an accident. He mysteriously disappeared while on parole like Robby who escaped prison. Nothing shady about that. Much. Some of the fake news called him the leader of the West End Gang. That is ridiculous. He's simply an illegitimate son from Burnaby who would rip people off.

So Red Hook takes place in Brooklyn during the 1920's. The movie Gangs of New York with  Leonardo DiCaprio and Cameron Diaz took place way back in 1863. It was a very wild time period so it was. So this is history.

Before I went to New York in the /80's, I watched the movie Warriors a million times. That's what I was expecting to see when I got there but by 1985, all those gangs in New York were gone. The NYPD lead a successful harassment campaign targeting anyone who wore colours in public.

That's why the Crips and Bloods in LA didn't wear patches, they just wore a red or blue banana in their back pocket. They just wore coloured clothing instead of gang logos. In LA the gangs exploded while they died down in New York.

When I was young I read the book Run Baby Run by Nicky Cruz. It was a sequel to the Cross and the Switchblade. That fed my fascination with the gangs of New York which lead me to join the Guardian Angels and eventually train and patrol with them.

Teamsters union prepares for possible Costco strike

OPB is reporting that "Washington state Costco workers who are part of the Teamsters union could go on strike as soon as this Saturday if a new contract is not reached."

"Union members have been in negotiations with the wholesale food distributor for weeks, but their current contract is set to expire on Friday at midnight. The contract affects 18,000 Costco union members nationwide." (Out of 219,000 - 8.2% of US employees, 0% of Canadian employees)

"Costo union members are seeking better wages, retirement and health care benefits, and seniority rights for workers when choosing shifts, vacations and bidding for jobs, among other things. Representatives for the Teamsters declined an interview request, citing ongoing contract negotiations."

Normally I'd just keep my mouth shut about this but since I have worked for Costco for coming up to 18 years and since I have a whole lot of experience with trade unions, I will speak on this matter. The primary thing I have to say is beware of pride.

Teamsters is a business Union. Better than most. They don't have a history of being greedy. They have a history of being sensible and effective.

Costco has a long-standing history of being a good employer that treats their employees well. I can attest to that fact. That's why my location isn't Unionized. We don't need one. We don't have a contract we have an agreement.

It's something the Company says it's willing to give their employees. At first I thought the idea was a bit humorous but I actually much prefer it. If you don't like the agreement work somewhere else. Costco matches other employers to maintain a reliable workforce. As an employee I really like not having to fight out a fair contract. I enjoy the stability of not having to worry about a strike. It's awesome. Take if from a long time employee of Canada Post.

Candace Post is a very different kind of employer. They're as*holes. As a result their Union, CUPW is extreme. That's why they can't get anything done. That's also why they aren't making a profit any more. Letter carriers would have been better off represented by LCUC or Teamsters. CUPW are dinosaurs who don't understand how outside delivery works and are unable to comprehend the word innovation.

In contrast Cosco is always innovating. They try new things to see what works best and take feedback from the employees if it isn't working. Canada Post would never take feedback from the employees. They always say it's my way or the highway even when the idea is completely impractical.

Greed applies to everyone - employers, unions and employees. A greedy corporation that exploits it's employees does not have a stable workforce. A greedy union becomes extinct. A greedy employee ends up unemployed. Geed applies to all of us.

This past week the management at my workplace has been posting results from our new proposed agreement. We will get a dollar an hour raise for each year. It's pretty obvious we got that because of the Teamster's threat of a strike. Thank you very much. Now is the time for the Teamsters to stay at the negotiating table and not call a full strike yet.

The CEO of Costco produced a video message talking about the strike and I thought he was very fair. Costco isn't going to lock out the Union. The Teamsters would be wise to stay at the table with the possibility of a strike in the balance.

Teamsters would be wise not to get greedy. If they do, they'll lose their Costco locals. When the contract expires, you can go on strike but you can also decertify a Union.

"In the United States, employees can decertify a union after a contract expires by filing a petition with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). The NLRB will then hold a secret ballot election to determine if the union should be removed as the bargaining representative." You only need 30% to sign a petition to trigger a decertify referendum. Then it's just 51% to decertify

Teamsters would be wise to be reasonable. If they are, other industries would see that and call upon them to organize their workplaces. I'm not referring to other Costco locations. I'm referring to other workplaces where the employers are greedy and exploit their workers.

When I look at my wages and benefits in Canada, I have no need or desire to go on strike. Strike for what? More money? More holidays? Better benefits? I'm happy with all of the above. That means I have no need to join a Union and pay union dues. I have no desire to change my peaceful workplace into a place of conflict and strife. The Union mentality changes the atmosphere completely.

Instead of an employee agreement we have a list of demands. That concept in itself is abrasive. The thought of my workplace unionizing gave me a lot of anxiety. I don't want to do that again. Before I worked at Canada Post I did some construction. It was a large commercial company but it was nonunion. There was a Union shop down the street and because of that my employer came close to matching their wages and benefits. I benefited from the union down the street without belong to a union.

I realize the whole union debate can get very heated. People have a right to join a Union if they choose. However, we just saw what Amazon did to their Quebec workers who joined  a Union. Amazon is not a good employer. Costco is.

So again, my advice to Teamsters is don't get greedy. It's not about you. If you can be reasonable and sensible, you will be able to expand into other industries. If you get too greedy you'll become extinct like many of the other dinosaur unions.

One of the reasons Costco does so well is because they hire from within. Ron Vachris, the current CEO of Costco started off as a forklift driver. That means he knows the job because he's done it. Other industries could benefit from that model.

In other news, Trump is pressuring Costco do get rid of it's diversity workplace policy. Costco said no so the Latino and the Black community are having shop ins supporting Costco as a fair employer. Rev Al Sharpton led the shop in.

Costco's profit Margin

We also need to discuss Costco's profit margin. We used to have weekly meetings that would discuss sales as well as weight and cube of the trailers we ship. We always hear sales are up, sales are up which is a good thing. That means job security. There's no job security without profit.

There are three things to remember. Costco has a very narrow profit margin. Costco doesn't have much of a mark up on the products it sells. That's why they have to sell in volume. The reports we would hear always mentioned sales in the millions. When hearing that, people could easily think Costo's rich but that's not the case. Total sales is not total profit. Not at all.

Since Costco's mark up is so small, they need to sell a lot of product to make a profit. That's why Costco is so organized at turning over a large amount of product. If they don't, there's no profit. Sometimes we hear people say Costco is a big company, they can afford it. Costco is a big company. They employ a lot of people. A dollar an hour raise for all the employees company wide is a huge cost. In the real world there's a fine balance between labour costs and profit.

Shipping products is expensive. Sometimes products are damaged during shipping. Since there is such a small mark up on the products Costco sells, they have to sell a lot of product to pay for the product damaged in shipping. Shipping costs, labours costs, fuel cost, everything is in a very delicate balance.

A strike would instantly break that balance. If Costco loses money during a strike, then there's no money for raises. The managers at Canada Post are maniacs. They didn't care about a prolonged strike because they operate at a loss. A bigger loss just gives them an excuse to shut it down and let nonunion contractors do the work. Private sector companies can't operate that way. A prolonged strike would put them out of business.

Teamsters understand this. They are a private sector union. They are used to making a profit. The other thing we have to remember is that we're not brain surgeons here. We have to be honest with ourselves and ask how much profit does the work that I do make? If we're not productive then maybe we better just take what they give us before we destroy a good thing.

There's a lot of hate in the world right now. People are hurting and people have become hateful. They want to find someone to blame. Justin Trudeau and Jagmeet Singh want us to kick the cat. They want us to blame the grocery stores for the mass inflation. That's what they call displaced aggression.

The skyrocketing inflation was Justin Trudeau and Jagmeet Singh's fault. Their Fake environmentalism caused the fuel shortage and the rise in the price of gas at the pumps. That raises the cost of groceries and everything else we buy in stores because it all takes fuel to transport it to the store.

So the World Economic Forum puppets want us all to get mad at the Grocery store owners not them. It's just another circus side show. I did notice that while we were seeing skyrocketing inflation a flat of fresh chicken was up to $50. Now that same flat at Costco is back down to $25. All the meat and chicken at Costco is very fairly priced. Since Costco has passed those savings on to the members, that makes the profit margin tighter. Costco is a great company. Don't destroy it by getting greedy.

Worst case scenario rotating strikes one day at a time. One day at one unionized location, one day another unionized location. That way you send a message but aren't killing your members financially and you're not making it impossible for the company to give you a raise. You don't drain your strike fund either. The problem is they could close those locations.
