Clay Roueche paintings on display at Blue Lotus

Blue Lotus Art Galley at the Guildford Town Centre in Surrey have a new set of Clay Roueche paintings and prints on display. The prints are quite reasonable. The originals are expensive but they are originals. They are the actual paintings the prints were made from and are without question connectable treasures that will increase in value.

Most of Clay's paintings have an Asian theme in keeping with his martial arts background and philosophy. My favorite is the Dragon and the Phoenix. The colours are astounding. He has a new one of a Samurai in combat with a tiger that's awesome as well. They actually have that original here at Blue Lotus. This is all very positive and worth supporting.

Blue Lotus has a new location in Guildford Mall. Now they are in the overpass across from Shaw.

"Clay believes that no matter what a person's past may have been, their future is whatever they choose to make it." The Book Of Indomitable Virtues. There, the goose is out.

Fatal stabbing in Clayton Heights

The Peace Arch News is reporting that "One man has been arrested after another man was fatally assaulted in Surrey’s Clayton Heights overnight. Surrey RCMP responded to a report of a suspicious death at a gas station in the 18300-block of Fraser Highway at around 4:30 a.m., according to a statement by Const. Richard Wright. First responders attempted to revive a man, 47, but he was pronounced dead at the scene."

“Police believe the two men were known to each other and that there is no ongoing concern for public safety at this time,” Wright said. “There is no indication that this incident is related to gang involvement.”

The fatal shooting at a gas station in Clayton Heights September 28th was at the 18600-block of Fraser Highway. 3 blocks down the street. Police still haven't named that victim. Or the the name of the victim on the south Surrey shooting. I guess the public is going to have to sue the RCMP for information because Dwayne McDonald is going to snap if the public keeps pointing out they aren't doing their job or fulfilling their duty to inform the public. That's why they're being replaced.

Catholic Church sued in Kamloops and Pennsylvania

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "A lawyer for the corporate entity that is the Roman Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Kamloops admits that his client is vicariously liable for sex assaults committed by a priest more than 40 years ago."

There are three issues on the table. 1) Yet another case of a priest committing sexual abuse. 2) The legal liability of the Church and 3) The concept of a corporate entity being sued.

Kamloops this Week is reporting that "Rosemary Anderson, who was 26 years old at the time of the alleged incidents said Molon sexually assaulted her two to three times a week over a period of months, for a total of between 70 and 100 times. Anderson said she went to confession many times with another priest and described what had happened with Molon, and eventually went to Bishop Adam Exner after Molon suggested they marry one another. When she went to see Exner, who later became archbishop of Vancouver, he asked her if she was having an affair with another priest, Anderson said."

Although this particular case doesn't involve children, the concept of a lawyer for the corporate entity that is the Roman Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Kamloops is concerning.

The New York Times is reporting that "The Rochester diocese’s move has left many who were promised justice under New York’s Child Victims Act feeling betrayed."

"His lawsuit and dozens of others against the diocese were supposed to play out in civil court, with the expectation that victims would learn what church leaders knew and did. But the diocese sidestepped all of that by declaring bankruptcy."

This brings us back to the documentary called the Corporation. "If you don't want to be legally liable for your actions, form a corporation."

Trib Live reported that "A woman is suing the Catholic Diocese of Greensburg, claiming she was repeatedly raped by a priest in her Seward parish in 1972 after the priest was transferred there because of earlier abuse allegations. The woman, identified only as Jane Doe, said she suffered horrific sexual abuse at the hands of the late Rev. George Pierce starting in 1973 or 1974, when she was about 11, and continuing until 1978."

"The lawsuit is the most recent allegation to surface against the late clergyman, who was singled out in an August 2018 grand jury report detailing abuse allegations against 301 Pennsylvania priests charged with abusing more than 1,000 children over several decades."

"Doe’s attorney, Altoona lawyer Richard Serbin of Janet, Janet & Suggs, said Doe, who is now in her 50s, initially applied to the Greensburg diocese’s compensation fund. She opted to pursue a lawsuit instead after she was offered $88,100 and informed that was the maximum the church would be offering anyone."

Legal liability is dependent on finding out what church leaders knew and did. Hiding that information by letting a manufactured corporation file for bankruptcy is morally wrong. It fails natural justice. Human beings are accountable for what they do. In this life and in the next.

If the Rochester diocese files for bankruptcy then the victims are going to have to sue the Catholic Church of North America and the Vatican in Rome which is the head office. It's like sexual harassment in the RCMP. The only way anything is going to get done about it is if they are held financial liable. Until that happens, nothing will change.

Abbotsford cop killer pleads guilty

Global is reporting that "A B.C. Supreme Court judge has found Oscar Arfmann guilty of first-degree murder in the shooting death of Abbotsford police officer John Davidson. Madame Justice Carol Ross found the Crown had proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Arfmann is the man who shot Davidson.

However, Arfmann could still be found not criminally responsible for the killing. After delivering her verdict, Ross ordered a second psychiatric assessment of Arfmann to determine his mental state at the time of the shooting. The order came after Arfmann’s lawyer submitted that his client suffers schizophrenia and was suffering from it the day Davidson was killed." That is obscene.

He was mentally fit to stand trial. He was mentally fit to steal a mustang when he took it for a test drive. He had brought a firearm and ammunition with him when he stole the vehicle. That was premeditated. This whole case is fishy as f*ck. Crimes without motives are suspicious. They appear to be orchestrated.

Turkey Invades Syria - Update

Turkey invades Syria and the world is silent as the outrageousness of that atrocity continues. The Conversion is reporting that "Oct. 6 President Donald Trump announced the U.S. would withdraw its troops from northern Syria. Approximately 1,000 American soldiers had been stationed in that region as a buffer separating Kurdish forces – who had been working with the Americans in the fight against the Islamic State – from Turkish troops. Turkey feared that the Syrian Kurds would link up with Turkey’s Kurdish minority who have demanded autonomy or independence."

Here are the key points: Donald Trump withdraws US military from Syria. Kurdish forces had been working with the Americans in the fight against the Islamic State. Turkey invades Syria and attacks the Kurds. We don't need military intervention against Assad. We need world sanctions against Turkey for invading another country just like Hitler did.

Let's remember that the CIA created ISIS in Syria to justify US intervention against Assad.

Turkey is bombing civilian areas in a new ethnic cleansing. Boycott Turkey.

Quatar Turkey Gas Pipeline. Quatar was supplying ISIS.

The discovery in 2009 of a new gas field near Israel, Lebanon, Cyprus, and Syria opened new possibilities to bypass the Saudi Barrier and to secure a new source of income. Pipelines are in place already in Turkey to receive the gas. Only Al-Assad is in the way."

Huge Oil Discovery in the Golan Heights

Trump Set to Recognize Israel’s Claim to Occupied Golan Heights and Its Sizable Oil Reserves

3. A demilitarized zone, 15-20 kms deep in the de-escalation area will be established.

6. All tanks, MLRS, artillery and mortars belonging to conflicting parties will be withdrawn from the demilitarised zone by October 10, 2018.

This means Russia's military has a legal right to use force to remove Turkey's troops from Syria.

If Iran wants to build a pipeline to Syria, let them. If Quatar wants to build a pipeline to Turkey, let them. That is supply and demand in a free market. We need to stop spilling blood for corporate monopolies and we need to stop pretending those wars have anything to do with human rights.

Oil in the Golan Heights is problematic. If Israel starts extracting oil from the Golon Heights, they should split the profit with Syria. That would be fair. That would be the right thing to do.

Syria’s Assad Sends Troops North as Turkish Offensive Escalates

Bloomberg is reporting that "Syrian government forces began fanning out in the northeast after striking a deal with Kurdish fighters abandoned by their U.S. allies to a Turkish military offensive -- a major shift that could see President Bashar al-Assad cement his impending victory in the country’s long war." Thank God. If turkey invades your land you have a legal right to shoot them dead and Big Brother has every right to assist you.

2 kilos of cocaine seized in Newfoundland

CBC is reporting that police seized 2 kilos of cocaine in Newfoundland along with over 1,000 non-pharmaceutical-grade pills and a few firearms. Get this, they were cutting the cocaine with creatine. That's a common health supplement. They used to water down the cocaine with baking soda back in the day. They water down crack with Levamisole, a pig dewormer that gives humans flesh eating disease. Here on the west coast cocaine and xanax is the new deadly cocktail.

Jason Kenney faces more voter fraud allegations

CBC is reporting that "Alberta Premier Jason Kenney and his United Conservative Party are denying any wrongdoing by his campaign during the party's leadership race, after a CBC News investigation surfaced fresh allegations including an insider who says he called members to obtain their passcodes and handed them over to others to vote."

"The investigation published Friday lifted the veil on what happened inside voting kiosks set up by the Kenney campaign, as Stephen Harper's former top lieutenant vied with chief rival Brian Jean to lead the UCP after the province's Progressive Conservative and Wildrose parties merged."

"One insider alleged to CBC News that he phoned members to obtain personal identification numbers (PINs) needed to vote online or by phone, then passed them to Tim Uppal, a former Conservative MP and current federal candidate who played a key role on Kenney's leadership campaign. The volunteer says Uppal shared the PINs with other volunteers, who used them to cast votes for Kenney — a violation of party rules for the three-day vote."

"The insider's account is part of a larger story about allegations of wrongdoing by the team behind Alberta's premier that one longtime conservative operative says is the focus of an ongoing RCMP investigation and which one expert says undermines the credibility of Canada's democratic system. The Kenney campaign is also accused of using fraudulent emails to cast ballots and of collaborating with another leadership contender who attacked Jean in a kamikaze campaign."

AYFKM? Jason Kenney is an a*shole. Ditch him. The Conservatives were elected, not him.

Raging Rachel is no better. She's why the Conservative were elected.

The United Conservative Party need a leadership revote.

Brian Jean is a good man. Jason Kenney is NOT.
