The CSIS Power Bill

Here it is, Harper is trampling the Charter of Rights once again as he crams his give CSIS more power bill through the house. As his crime bill had nothing to do with restraining crime, this bill has nothing to do with combating terrorism. After all why did the RCMP Terrorist squad show up at a 70 year old woman's home in Burnaby after she took a picture of the Kinder Morgan pipeline? Everyone who disagrees with Harper is in his definition a terrorist.

Giving CSIS more power after they did Air India is a criminal act. Before this bill is passed CSIS need to be charged in that murder once and for all. The RCMP found that CSIS had a handler that helped plan the Air India bombing and provided the explosives. Before we breath a word about giving CSIS more power they need to be charged in that murder.

Before we breath a word about giving CSIS more power, we need to charge them with the theft of $3.1 billion from their budget. That's not how much they spent, that's how much they lost from their budget. CSIS should be stripped of power not given more power. We can investigate terrorism without CSIS. 329 lives were lost in the Air India bombing. 268 Canadian citizens, 27 Britons, and 24 Indians. That makes CSIS the most destructive terrorist organization in Canada. Charge them.

Toronto Separatism - Take Rob Ford with you

In the past there has been a fair bit of talk about Quebec separatism. Just under half the population of Quebec wanted to split from the rest of Canada and have a go on their own. At the time I said, if they really want to go we have to let them but I really think we as a people would be diminished without Quebec. The culture, the cuisine, the passion. We would be diminished without them. Toronto on the other hand, that's an entirely different story.

A friend and I were talking about a possible book deal a while back and he said we'd have to go to Toronto to sign the papers. Toronto? I said. What's in Toronto? Can't we go to Montreal or Quebec City instead? That would be worth while. Toronto is no different than Vancouver. The Maratimes would be nice. That would be a great trip.

Now that CBC is tabulating the Toronto civic election results and predicting that Rob Ford will win a seat on city council I have to say hold the door. I didn't even know he was running for council when he withdrew his candidacy for mayor after getting caught smoking crack so many times. My first thought was God help us. When the people elect stupidity they get what they deserve. But then I thought all of Canada doesn't feel that way. Just Toronto. So let's do it. Let's cut the cord. Let's kick those idiots out of Canada.

Let's petition for a referendum on separatism. Let's have a vote right across Canada and vote on whether or not we're gonna kick Toronto out of the country because they are making the rest of us look like idiots. If Quebec was to separate we would be diminished but if Toronto stays in the country, that's when we are really diminished. So let's do it. Let's start a petition for a referendum on separatism and kick those lunatics out of the country once and for all. Je me souviens!

At least they elected a new mayor. Looks like it's just EtobiCOKE North (Ward 2) that we're going to have to kick out of the country. Never mind Mark Emery and the price of pot. Rob Ford is the king of crack. Who's the bigger fool - The fool or the fool that votes for the fool? Time for Ward 2 to separate from the rest of Canada. They don't have anything we want. Did ya hear Canada got a new prison? They put a fence around EtobiCOKE .

Privatization of Mexico's oil

Speaking of organized crime in Mexico, the exploitation of the Mexican people is finally complete. Their newly elected "left wing" president just privatized their oil. After all that is what the war in Libya was all about. Gaddafi was good for woman's rights. We helped the religious extremists overthrow and murder Gaddafi so the oil companies could have his oil. Gaddafi was a socialist and their oil was nationalized. That was the real concern. Next to the fact that he wanted to buy a nuclear reactor from Argentina instead of Sarkozy. Although I am pretty right wing when it comes to crime and small business, I have no problem with nationalized oil and natural resources. I see it as a great way to lower taxes and balance the budget.

From 2000 until 2012 the President of Mexico had been a member of The National Action Party (Spanish: Partido Acción Nacional, PAN). Enrique Peña Nieto took office on 1 December 2012. He is a member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI)succeeding Felipe Calderón as president and thereby marking the return to power of the party that had ruled Mexican politics for 71 consecutive years. The previous PRI was Socialist leaning and supported Nationalized oil. The new PRI is caving in to US Corporate pressure and is privatizing Mexico's oil. Imagine that.

Consequently the privatization of Mexico's oil has sparked mass protests. Which isn't surprising since they were protesting the privatization of their oil before the new president was elected. What is surprising is the previously left wing party just privatized their oil. Surprise. The new left wing party is joining in the protests objecting to it.

This is another example of how the CIA screws up a country's democracy like they did in Cuba. By supporting the corupt Batista government they pushed the people to the other extreme which was even worse. Ironically the CIA created the Communist revolution in Cuba. I personally don't support that kind of extremism. Yet this is where the CIA's meddling takes us. Which forces me to question if that is not their real objective in the first place.

I realize that most of the Latino world tend to think Argentina is a bit stuck up. However, I do think the song Don't Cry for me Argentina does apply to Felina, the blogger who was just murdered by the Mexican cartel. She was truly a people's hero. Peace. Nationalization of oil is good. Communism is not. Mind how you go.

Blogger's murder opens Pandora's Box

I've put together a memorial for the blogger that was recently murdered by the Mexican cartel. I checked out the town she was from and found that location opens two separate cans of worms that totally ties in with Operation Fast and Furious. Maria was from Reynosa in the state of Tamaulipas in Mexico which is a border town literally right across the river from Hidalgo, Texas.

In 2012 the Texas Observer reported that the state of Tamaulipas has become the “perfect dictatorship’s” most perfect creation. There exists an almost total censorship of the press and you will never see a public protest in the streets like you do in Juarez. Massive sums of money are made from the illegal trafficking of everything from drugs to human beings to pirated DVDs.

Last July I reported on the the Borderland Beat story about Hidalgo County where nine former lawmen were sentenced on federal drug charges, much of this involving a police drug unit ripping off drugs and escorting cars carrying drugs. Lupe Treviño, the former Hidalgo County Sheriff was sentenced to five years for taking money from a drug trafficker.

Last month Breitbart.com reported that a developing federal investigation has brought up allegations that a Hidalgo County Commissioner paid for votes with bags of cocaine during the democratic primaries in 2012. Attorney General Greg Abbott cited the allegation during a recent debate with Democratic contender Wendy Davis Texas.

August 2011 the Mayor and Police Chief of Columbus, Texas were both charged with arms trafficking for the Mexican cartel. Their brazen request that the FBI return the guns implied that they thought they were acting under the authority of a higher agency as was later discovered in Operation Fast and Furious.

The first thing that struck me about the Valor por Tamaulipas facebook group was the number of missing people they were reporting on. Evidently it's part of a human trafficking ring. My advice for them is not to post pictures of the Mexican cartel but keep posting pictures of people who go missing. Let's get those pictures viral so someone will recognize them where ever they turn up.

If you have pictures of the cartel, give them to the military, don't post them online. Let the people with guns deal with the people with guns. In the words of Reinhold Niebuhr "God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, The courage to change the things I can, And the wisdom to know the difference." Peace. Felina Memorial.

David Bishop busted again

The Chronicle Herald is reporting that "An alleged member of the Bacchus motorcycle club appeared in court Monday after Halifax police seized what they say is a large amount of cocaine over the weekend. David James Bishop, 32, and Tammy May Bishop, 39, were arraigned in Halifax provincial court." The family that sells drugs together goes to jail together. Again.

April 2013 David Bishop was sentenced for drug trafficking in Halifax prison. He must have just been released. He sure couldn't have been out long before he got busted for the same thing. In his previous arrest the court was told Bishop wore Bacchus colours when he provided cocaine and steroids to an undercover agent. He's certainly not the sharpest tool in the shed. I guess that's why their logo is of a Roman soldier not a Greek god with a poked out eye and a condom over his nose.

The clown with 81 on his shirt means he's not a real boy yet, he's a Hells Angel puppet.

Now that's true love so it is.

Barrie Dinning Busted

The Edmonton Sun is reporting that Barrie Dinning from the Dirty Flu was busted and is facing a number of weapons charges for attempting to import brass knuckles, stun guns and large bowie knives into Bonnyville, Alberta north west of Edmonton.

On facebook he posted "Due to circumstances beyond my control I have no cell phone so please message me here until I get a new phone and number." Tap that b*tch. One of his friends asks what happened did you lose your phone? No he got his ass busted. Brass knuckles and bowie knives, now that's retro. That's something Santa shouldn't have in his sack.

Bad Dawg. I mean Barrie not Willie.

Barrie Dinning is a proud supporter of the Hells Angels.

Tony Terezakis' son makes a movie

Speaking of Tony Terezakis, his son is making a movie called Born into Gangs. Tony had his son film him beating the life out of drug addicts that owed him money in East Vancouver. His ex wife found the tapes and gave them to the police. Big Tony worked for the Hells Angels. As soon as he got out of prison they capped Juel Stanton who was working in Tony's area. Capping Big Tony won't change the fact that the Hells Angels endorsed his exploitation of the homeless for so many years. That's how they made their money. Blood money.

Somehow I doubt they'll include Tony's involvement with Piggy's Palace and the Pickton Farm in their movie or anything about the Dianne Rock Story. The part of the Dianne Rock story that wasn't found in court transcripts was the claim that she was gang raped on the Pickton farm by bikers and police. Which forces us to question how involved RCMP bondage freak Jim Brown was with the Pickton farm and just how well he knew Dave Pickton.

Nevertheless, the movie Born into Gangs should be a good look inside the brutality and exploitation of the homeless that the Hells Angles in Vancouver profit from. Not to mention Ricky Ciarniello and the Devil’s Butler. Much. That'll be in my eBook due to be released December 10th.

Mexican Cartel Murdered Blogger

The Daily Beast is reporting that the Mexican cartel has murdered another blogger. She used a picture of Catwoman as her avatar and called herself Felina. Felina was an administrator for Valor por Tamaulipas (which means Courage for Tamaulipas), the most popular citizen news hub in the state, with more than 100,000 followers on Twitter and over half a million on Facebook.

Early in the morning on Thursday, Oct. 16, this message from Felina @Miut3 was posted: # reynosafollow FRIENDS AND FAMILY, MY REAL NAME IS MARÍA DEL ROSARIO FUENTES RUBIO. I AM A PHYSICIAN. TODAY MY LIFE HAS COME TO AN END. The next message, sent moments later, is supposedly her warning friends and family not to make the same mistake she did, using social media to report on organized crime, because “there is no point.” After she was kidnapped and killed cartel members posted pictures of her lifeless body on her Twitter account.

All I can say is do you not fear God? I blog about the Vancouver gang war but I don't mess with the Mexican cartel. They are ruthless. I find the brutality of the murders very disturbing. Someone there needs to spend some real time with Dr. Phil. There's a lot of Catholics in Mexico. I's hard to conceive how anyone can be so blasphemous towards God with such inhuman acts of brutality.

These are the same people that the ATF were supplying guns and selling drugs for in Operation Fast and Furious. The resignation of Eric Holder does not remove Obama's culpability in that criminal act. Nor does it circumvent his legal obligation to disclose the documents he has been hiding under executive privilege. He has been hiding criminal acts. That makes him culpable to the crimes he has been hiding. In the book The Unarmed Truth, whistle blower John Dodson stated Washington was very interested in that operation from day one.

Although I am shocked by the ruthless brutality of the Mexican cartel, my beef is not with them. What am I going to say about the cartel? They sell drugs? Everybody knows they sell drugs. My beef is with the Hells Angels because they sell drugs and lie about it. They support people like Larry Mizen who brutalized the homeless for years then all of a sudden cap him as soon as he gets some bad press when they know full well what his did all along. That is messed up.

Despite my concerns about the Mexican cartel's brutality, somehow I don' think they would be involved with the Pickton farm like the Hells Angels were. Somehow I don't think gang rape and what was done to Dianne Rock sits well with them. Or the Italian mafia for that matter. Tony Terezakis was Greek. Tony wasn't the only one. He just worked the door. The rat's nest is full of them. If you wear Hells Angels support gear, that is what you support. The gang rape and exploitation of Dianne Rock and all the many others.

Selling drugs in clubs to people who want it is none of my business. Giving crack to the homeless for free them beating the life out of them for payment is my business. What they did to Janice Shore is my business. If they cap me for saying that so be it. In time they will face a much worse consequence simply because life does not end at death. No lie can live forever. Mark my word.

The thought for the day and the gym today was "Courage is the ability to accept defeat without losing heart." Life does not end at death. Like Obi Wan Kenobi, Felina has become more powerful than her murders could ever imagine. The question I have is why are there so many missing people in her city? Killing Felina has only made that crusade go viral. Without getting into cartel business reporting all the people that go missing is something the other administrators for Valor of Tamaulipas can and should do. Peace.

Diwali and the Richmond sign law

As all the drama settles, I saw an interesting article the other day. Seemingly Richmond City council is considering making a sign bylaw requiring English. Are you kidding me? Here in BC we've always raised an eyebrow at Quebec's sign law. After all it's a free country. If someone wants to make a sign in Korean or Chinese or Punjabi, who cares? Let them. Now all of a sudden some residents in Richmond are starting to get creeped out as they become the minority. All of a sudden we now see how the French feel in Quebec.

The city council has backed off on the bylaw because a lawyer told them it would violate the Charter so they decided to send someone to have a talk with businesses that have Chinese only on their signs. Say hi to them for me will ya? Give them a warm welcome for me. Chinatown is the heartbeat of Vancouver. It's never been a problem before. Now all of a sudden we're getting red neck and racist? Come on people, we're above that.

Speaking of diversity, Happy Diwali everyone. Diwali is the festival of light kinda like Hanukkah. Vaisakhi is the one with the parade. Buddhists celebrate Diwali as well. My daughter reminded me it was Diwali. That's what all the fireworks were last night. I thought it was just another night of Halloween fireworks. A friend commented on how their daughter recently had to do a report on Diwali. They thought it was rather unfair the kids can celebrate other holidays but aren't even allowed to mention the word Christmas. That's a good point. We can do both.

Nina Grewel, an MP for Surrey doesn't have a problem with saying Merry Christmas. Diversity makes us strong. I'm all for butter chicken but I have to admit the Caribbean brothers make the best curry on the planet. I love a nice curry mutton with rice and peas and a Guinness stout. Now that's multicultural.

Hong Kong Protest Continues

The Economist is reporting that "On October 21st senior officials in Hong Kong held talks live on television with protesters clad in T-shirts displaying the slogan 'Freedom now'. The encounter was the first between the two sides since pro-democracy unrest broke out in Hong Kong nearly a month ago, and the first of its kind anywhere in China since hunger-striking students in Tiananmen Square met government leaders in 1989. The meeting, however, was as unproductive as the one 25 years ago... Hong Kong’s leader, Leung Chun-ying, has said that Hong Kong is “lucky” that the central government has not yet felt it necessary to intervene."

The Guardian is reporting that China is furious with Kenny's G's support of the Hong Kong protest for democracy. Wednesday morning, Kenny G had tweeted a picture of himself making a victory sign in front of a poster reading “Democracy of Hong Kong”, and wrote: “In Hong Kong at the sight of the demonstration. I wish everyone a peaceful and positive conclusion to this situation.”

China blocks Twitter. "Within hours of his tweet, the Chinese foreign ministry had issued a frosty condemnation of his display of solidarity. 'Kenny G’s musical works are widely popular in China, but China’s position on the illegal Occupy Central activities in Hong Kong is very clear,' ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying told a news briefing, according to Reuters. 'We hope that foreign governments and individuals speak and act cautiously and not support the Occupy Central and other illegal activities in any form,' she added." Is that why nothing is in the local press about this and why Ottawa is putting pressure on Vancouver to stop protests outside the Chinese consulate? When are we going to send in troops and air support to help their struggle for freedom?

Why isn't there anything in the local media about the fact that Fukishima is still leaking radioactive water into the pacific ocean? Is it because Harper is determined to sell Communist China nuclear reactors giving them the technology and materials to export nuclear weapons to every terrorist organization on the planet reigniting the nuclear arms race?

Why isn't there anything in the local media about the fact that Obama is in contempt of court for withholding the Fast and Furious documents? They didn't let Nixon get away with withholding the Watergate tapes after the court ordered him to produce them. Is the Borderland Beat the only ones covering Fast and Furious? Hong Kong supports Snowden. NBC: Hong Kong Protests
