Jury selected for Surrey Pressure Cooker Fraud

The jury has been selected for the Surrey Pressure Cooker fraud trial which will begin February 2nd. Somewhat ironic the trial will be heard in the same court they built for the Air India trial. CSIS did that one too. Baffling why they haven't been charged in that murder yet since their handler help plan it and provided the explosives.

The fact that this case has gone to trial is in itself a criminal act. The Canada Day plot was a bold faced lie. They were originally arrested March 2nd. There were no bombs. There were pressure cookers the CSIS handler gave them. They had food in them. They had no idea how to make bombs out of them. This fraud is a national disgrace.

Kelowna Hells Angel gets five years

Castanet is reporting that Kelowna Hells Angel Joseph Bruce Skreptak and his associate Cory Montemurro were sentenced to five years in prison for numerous weapons offenses from back in 2010. Unlce Joe was pretty proud of himself and gave his supporters a big thumbs up in court. If that guy had half a brain he would be dangerous. I wonder why that grow was abandoned?

Lindsay Buziak Walk for Justice

Monday February 2nd 2015 there will be a walk for justice in memory of Lindsay Buziak who was murdered February 2nd 2008. The walk starts at 10:00 AM and will meet at the Royal Oak Burial Park 4673 Falaise Drive Victoria BC. The walk goes through PKOLS Mount Douglas Park to De Sousa Place and on to the Saanich Municipal Hall. All are welcome.

Robert Widdifield's extortion charges

Last month we reported that Nanaimo Hells Angel Robert Widdifield was convicted of theft and extortion. Well here's a court document a blog reader sent in that describes what happened.

Widdifield's co accused was another full patch Hells Angel Rajinder Singh Sandhu, which is one of the first brown guys we've heard of getting their patch. Normally the HAs are very racist and just use Indo Canadains like Randy Naicker or Rob Sidhu who kiss their ass for puppet clubs to sell drugs but will never give one a real patch. This case is a clear exception.

The decision states that the Crown's allegation, is that the defendants hatched a plot to strong‑arm the complainant into handing over money and property to which they had no right or lawful claim, including a 37‑foot Bayliner yacht called Dream Chaser, which was taken from the complainant and sold by Sandhu.

Widdifield is a founding member of the Nanaimo Hells Angels. Before that he apparently belonged to the Satan's Angels. The Vancouver chapter of which was highlighted in the book the Devil's Butler which I referred to in depth in chapter seven of my eBook. Sandhu has been a full patch member of the Nanaimo Hells Angels for 15 years.

According to the complainant, he and Sandu worked together in the drug trafficking business. The complainant is not a member of the Hells Angels, but he has a long association with it through Widdifield. For many years prior to this incident, the two men maintained a close friendship. Widdifield was the best man at the complainant's wedding. They were involved in a succession of businesses together, including a concrete‑pouring company, a small manufacturing plant that produced a machine called the Big Red Shredder, and a public house and surrounding acreage in Qualicum Bay called the Crown & Anchor. In 2007 they went their separate ways.

There was an old $62,000 debt from the early /90's from a person called Kelly Crooks. There is no mention if he was ever involved with he HAs. He paid $500 a month for six years until Kelly Crooks moved away with no forwarding address. He had paid about half the money back with no interest. In early 2000 an independent debt collector contacted him claiming he owned the debt and the complainant said he would not deal with him just the person he owed the money to. Nothing was heard about it until 2010 when Sandu and the Hells Angels got involved who raised the amount owing to $100,000.00.

The complainant has always denied that he used the Club's name in his dealings with Crooks, but he also knew that the Club sometimes issued “stupid taxes” of this sort and that denying the supposed underlying offence would be useless. He knew from the beginning that the matter was serious and that if dire consequences were to be avoided, he was going to have to pay up. He did not have the ready cash to satisfy the Club's demands, but he had the Bayliner yacht Dream Catcher purchased in 2007 for $137,500. He handed over the boat and thought he was square with the club. Until they wanted more. After handing over the boat they said he now owed $160,000. This is how the Hells Angels do business. They are liars, cheats and thieves.

With friends like these, who needs enemies? Sandhu and the complainant used to sell drugs together for the Hells Angels. Widdifield and the complainant were old friends. They were in many business endeavors together. Widdifield was the complainant's best man at his wedding. Until years later he saw the opportunity to shaft him and rip him off. Obviously David Giles isn't the only POS in that organization. They all are. They are all out for themselves to make money and shaft everyone else just like how Spike shafted Ernie. No L&R there. Just b*tches and thieves.

Granby Murder

MSN News is reporting that "Provincial police say two bodies found in the trunk of a car in Mascouche could be those of a missing man and woman who managed a strip club in St-Hyacinthe. Martin Bélair, 37, and Nancy Beaulieu, 41, were last seen Tuesday, according to family members who reported to the Sûreté du Québec that they had reasons to fear for the pair’s safety. Bélair owned the Cabaret Flamingo, an erotic bar in St-Hyacinthe, according to Quebec’s business registry, while Beaulieu was the manager there. SQ spokesperson Christine Coulombe said the bodies were discovered after municipal police in Mascouche noticed a vehicle parked on the town’s avenue de la Gare. She could not confirm if it was the white Sierra. Coulombe said an autopsy will be performed Monday in Montreal to confirm the victims’ identities."

Lawsuits mount over Surrey's New City Hall

The Surrey Leader is reporting that "Building Surrey’s new city hall was a 'nightmare for every party involved,' according to a contractor about to join a host of others suing the city and its general contractor." So the slimy contractors all milked it for what it's worth and all went over budget. Big surprise. That ridiculous ivory tower was a colossal waste of tax dollars.

The Vancouver Province reported on a controversial facebook page that has been posting photos of crime and drug use from around Surrey for the past year. I'm not sure why it's considered controversial since that is exactly what Dianne Watts promised to do in her crime prevention coalition when she was first elected but never did. She promised to create a website that highlighted crime in Surrey but never did. Now some civilian, (Not me this time) does it and they complain about it. How about highlighting crime and dealing with it like you initially promised? Wouldn't that be a novel idea. This is the actual page on facebook.

Cocaine in the UFC

Recently it was reported that UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones tested positive for cocaine. Which is fine because cocaine isn't a banned substance in the UFC, only pot is. WTF. Pat Healey tested positive for pot and lost all his bonus money. He wasn't under the influence of pot it was just in his system. Pot isn't a performance enhancer.

Canadian Taxpayers Federation pushes No side in Transit Referendum

The Vancouver Province reported that the Canadian Taxpayers Federation is pushing the no vote in the Transit Referendum which proposes to raise sales tax to fund transit above and beyond the billion dollar a year gas tax they already burn annually.

In the article, Jordan Bateman from the Canadian Taxpayers Federation pointed out that metro bus drivers pushed a “did-not-pay-fare” button on their buses more than 2.7 million times in 2013. I have also raised this very concern as well as the fact that giving the contract for the Evergreen line to SNCL was a criminal act.

Canadian Taxpayers Federation issues 2015 calendar of ‘wasteful’ TransLink spending. No private company would be allowed to operate if they were a billions dollars over budget every year and asked for more money from tax payers on top of that. No Translink Tax web site.

Sarkozy and the Karachi affair

Another important story of 2014 was Sarkozy's involvement in the Karachi affair. Sarkozy was accused of getting political kickbacks from an arms deal with Pakistan. When the deal was cancelled and his kickbacks were cut off he was accused of helping organize a terrorist bombing in Pakistan that killed French engineers. After finally getting rid of that dirty dog, France went from one extreme to the other. They got rid of a right wing criminal and elected a left wing socialist. It seems very hard to find a balance between the extremes in today's world.

Pickton Publication Ban Lifted

Another big story of 2014 was the Janice Edwards' testimony at the Pickton Trial. The publication ban on the Pickton trial ended when his appeal had been heard. That's why Stevie Cameron was able to publish her book which revealed details in the trial back in 2010. In her book she cited the cross examination of Diane Rock's friend Janice Edwards which revealed some heart wrenching details of the Diane Rock story. In 2014 I was able to obtain a copy of the court transcript and blogged about it. This is a pdf of the actual court transcript.

The breakthrough in the Dianne Rock story is the claim that she was gang raped on the Pickton Farm before she was found and murdered there. Gang raped would implicate more than one suspect. Janice Edwards was not a drug addict. She was Dianne Rock's friend who picked Dianne up from a gas station hysterical and bleeding after she was gang raped. Janice Edwards saw the physical evidence of a serious assault.

This is the reason why the judge gave instructions to the jury that they could convict Robert Pickton of all those murders even though there may have been others involved. The judge went so far as to say they could convict Robert Pickton even if he wasn't the main suspect, just an active participant I.E. disposed of the bodies. We all knew the judge gave those shocking instructions to the jury but until the publication ban was lifted we never knew why.

The other tragic twist is the claim that Dianne Rock was off the drugs. Janice Edwards testified that it was Dianne's abusive boyfriend, a longshoreman named Vince McMurchy who sold drugs and got her addicted to crack. Dianne Rock was not a sex trade worker before she met Vince. She only became a sex trade worker towards the end of her life to pay for the drugs. Longshoremen make a good wage. Selling crack and human trafficking is predatory greed.

Media Blacked Out Snowden Interview

Although someone just sent this link to me, one blog reader pointed out the date on the story is actually from last year and I initially thought it was recent. Nevertheless, as we reflect upon the events of 2014 I think it is important to remember the Edward Snowden story as well as Operation Fast and Furious. Those two extremes define the year.

B Swann reported that "This past Sunday evening former NSA contractor Edward Snowden sat down for an interview with German television network ARD. The interview has been intentionally blocked from the US public, with virtually no major broadcast news outlets covering this story. In addition, the video has been taken down almost immediately every time it’s posted on YouTube."

"In contrast, this was treated as a major political event in both print and broadcast media, in Germany, and across much of the world. In the interview, Mr. Snowden lays out a succinct case as to how these domestic surveillance programs undermine and erode human rights and democratic freedom."

This is rather astounding. It exemplifies the removal of the freedom of the press. Just who is controlling what the media runs? Let's ask Gary Webb shall we? Banned from youtube? Is nothing sacred? Oath Keepers rightfully recognize Edward Snowden as a Patriot. Snowden is no Wikileaks. He never reported military secrets. He reported illegal activity. The fact that they want to throw him in jail and censor his world wide warning is astounding.

Surrey man shot dead in Delta

CBC is reporting that a 24 year old man from Surrey was shot dead outside a home in Delta in the 11800 block of 75A Ave just after 8:00 PM Friday night in a targeted shooting. The Surrey Leader is reporting that the name of the person shot is Arundeep Cheema.

A New Day Breaks

A new day and a new year begins. Let's hope it's a better one. I'm not shutting down the blog. I was just f*cking with the CSEC b*tches that are up in my sh*t. I hate those privacy violating pricks. I am pulling back a bit and just focusing on the Hells Angels and the CIA's drug trafficking. Yet I'm not going to obsess over it because it is too big for me to do anything about. There will always be good and evil. My purpose is to show the difference between the two and offer support to those who have left the life. On that note, a big shout out to the Brothers and Sisters from TBM Fresh Start in Scandinavian and now Canada as well. New Years are all about new beginnings.



I see Pitbul hosted a New Years Party in Miami last night. I like Pitbull. Michale Green, the International Spokesperson from Scandinavia reminds me of him because he's fly like that. I hear Pitbull is not allowed back in Cuba because they have banned regaton music there. That's pretty messed up. I'm a bit leery of all the trashy New Years parties that run rampant though.

For me New Years doesn't begin at midnight, it begins when the sun breaks the horizon New Years Day. The countdown consists of the glow before the sun bursts over the horizon. My favorite thing to do on New Years is to snowshoe up the mountain in the dark before sunrise with a headlamp and watch the sunrise from a snow covered peak. That's my ideal New Years. It's pretty hit and miss in Vancouver because you need a sunny day but today was a grand slam. The sunrise was awesome. Coming down from the mountain you could see the inversion begin. That's when the clouds hang low so you're above them when you're in the mountains like when flying over them in a plane. The mountain range in the distance is Vancouver Island. The white fluff that looks like snow at the foot of them is low clouds all the way from Vancouver to Vancouver Island. Peace

One dead, several shot at Calgary New Years Eve party

CBC is reporting that "One person has died and up to six other people have been injured after a shooting at a New Year's Eve party in the Calgary... The number of people shot is unclear, but it's believed to be between five and seven... Those injured in the shootings are believed to be in their 20s." MSN is reporting that two of the people shot have life threatening injuries. That is messed up.

Surrey Shooting, Nine in Edmonton - Update

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that a North Vancouver man well known to police is in serious, but stable, condition after being shot outside a home in Whalley Sunday night on 142nd Street near 107th Avenue. CBC has itemized some of the recent local violence. Scan BC is reporting that #Kamloops RCMP are investigating a homicide after the body of a woman was found. A 41 year old man has been taken into police custody. This after nine people were murdered in Edmonton and Fort Saskatchewan Monday night. Some kind of domestic dispute.

The Vancouver Province is reporting that the gun used in the Edmonton murders was stolen from Surrey. Go figure. We're still waiting for names to be released but the tragedy is indeed suspicious. In a domestic dispute someone shoots their wife and kids before killing themselves. This one was a complicated chain of events that has one blog reader thinking it was drug related and made to look like a murder suicide to cover it up. Time will tell.

Update: The Vancouver Sun is reporting on some heart breaking background into the bizarre case of the suicidal male that was shot dead by transit police at the Whalley Safeway less than a block away from the new Ivory tower City Hall. I had the inside scoop on what happened when it happened but didn't post it because it wasn't gang related. CBC posted a picture of the suspect and CTV posted a picture of him from the surveillance video where he stole the knife before he walked across the street into Safeway.



A guy walked into the Safeway in distress stabbing himself saying he wanted to die. Witnesses phone the police. Transit police from the Sky Train Station were first on scene which is usually a great relief to the patrons of the crime ridden store. Transit cops order him to drop the knife and instead he lunges at the cop who shoots him dead. From a disciplinary matter the case is closed. However, I will simply point out that I personally would have handled the situation differently.

If someone is suicidal we normally try and talk them down. If someone is tweaking with a knife I personally prefer a steel baton. Dealing with a knife attack is indeed dangerous but a steal baton is very effective at knocking the knife hand and disabling the suspect quickly and effectively without putting bystanders at risk.

Firing a gun in a crowded store or on a crowded Skytrain is a public safety risk. You have to make sure you have a clean shot before you pull the trigger because if you miss you could hit an innocent bystander. In this case the Transit cop fired twice. The Vancouver Province reported that the first shot missed and hit the fridge, the second shot hit the suspect. There is no matter of police discipline. I would have used a steal baton myself but that's just me. I am different. I have a different history and a different background. As I mentioned in my eBook. Edmonton shooting Update: MSN News is reporting that the shooter who killed himself was 53-year-old Phu Lam. "The home where the seven victims were found on Monday was co-owned by Mr. Phu. Edmonton police now say they believe that those victims were killed before a shooter entered Cyndi Duong’s home and killed the 37-year-old. Police had previously said the killing rampage began with Ms. Duong." Phu Lam was known to the police and had a criminal history.

MSN News is reporting that the Police have identified the victims in the Edmonton shooting spree as the shooter’s wife, her parents and sister, two children and a friend. The wife sought an emergency protection order against her husband in November 2012, claiming he had assaulted her and threatened to kill her and her entire family. MSN News is also reporting that he started shooting everybody after he found out their eight-year-old son wasn't his biological offspring. That would be a very unhealthy way to express his anger.

However, another report coflicts with that. The Edmonton Journal reported that friends did not know the connection between the mother and the shooter. Their pastor said he performed the marriage ceremony for Cynd Duong and David Luu, 41, who were actively involved in the church with their three children, aged six to 13. The pastor has known the mother who was shot since her childhood. Mystery solved. OK so the shooter wasn't Cyndi Duong's husband he was Thuy Tien Truong's wife. Cyndi wasn't the intended target.

Surrey Shooting Update: An internal investigation has revealed that the kid who was trying to commit suicide in a Surrey Safeway with a knife did not lunge at the police. The lady in the Bakery did not see what happened. He was saying out loud to himself he wanted to die, he was not yelling. He was cutting his stomach with two knives quite seriously. The transit cop fired towards the ground and grazed his leg so he would fall and the paramedics could get in to do first aid. There is no police misconduct whatsoever. It's a tragic story because the kid never did drugs. This was his first time and he was having a bad reaction because something was laced in the drugs which reinstills my firm position the police need to start arresting the drug dealers in Whalley

Double homicide in Northern BC

Global reported that there was a double homicide in Anahim Lake last Friday. Several suspects had been arrested. CBC is now reporting that Matthew Hennigar, 23, and Kalvin Andy, 22, were found dead inside a house on the 2100 block of Dorsey Avenue after police responded to a report of shots being fired at 11:53 p.m. PT on Dec. 26. The small community of about 350 people is located on Highway 20, about 400 kilometres northwest of Kamloops.



Six people charged are: Everett O'Reilly, 27, first-degree murder. Christian Craciun, 28, second-degree murder. Andrew Jongbloets, 25, second-degree murder. Serena Rhem, 26, second-degree murder. Lucille Mack, 33, manslaughter. Stephen Mecham, 22, manslaughter. The top picture is of Everett O'Reilly, the second picture is of Andrew Jongbloets and the bottom picture is Steven Mecham.

Brent Koziak's Network

Brent Koziak is a full patch Red Deer Nomad who patched over from the Bandidos in 2004. I am told he is personally responsible for an ever larger network than Dom Jr and that Blake Christie worked for him. Koziak patched in Christie a couple years ago. I am told that Robin Flynn Chelmick is also supplied by Brent Koziak. Blake Christie and Robin Chelmick have both been charged with cocaine trafficking. Now Blake is dead.

February 2014 Global reported that Blake Christie was arrested along with nine other Hells Angels associates for possession of drugs and firearms. Only 350 grams of cocaine and some oxycodone pills were seized but it shows he was involved with a cocaine trafficking network.

A 2011 court transcript cited police wire taps were Robin Flynn Chelmick was acting as the middle man for drug transactions. Evidently the buyer was unhappy with the quality of the cocaine and wanted his money back.

April 2011 the Toronto Sun reported that Robin Flynn Chelmick was charged along with four associates and a prison guard for drug trafficking in the Edmonton Remand Centre. Chelmick survived a shooting on June 10, 2008 and was charged with conspiracy to commit murder in 2009.

Spotlight on the Whiteboy Posse

Update: Dominic DiPalma Busted.

Sean Jackson (fat mike ) started the Whiteboy Posse in 2003. He met a Hells Angel prospect who went by the name sneeze and later died as a result of a suspicious morphine overdose. Sneeze was a close friend and a partner of Dominic Dipalma Jr. Who is also known as Dom Jr.

Jackson developed a strong relationship with Dom jr. Jackson and his guys started hanging out at the clubhouse and buying mass amounts of support gear all the while Jackson was purchasing aprox 1 kg of Coke daily off of Jr. 2007 Jackson gets busted and has heat on him and can no longer do business with jr. So he agrees to pay 2500 monthly as a protection fee and also to use jr's name if need be. Dominic jr is very high-ranking he got his patch at 22. His dad is Dom sr & was rumored at one time to be the president of Alberta. Junior left Edmonton to become a Kelowna member somewhere around 2012. But was recently arrested as a part of the Westridge six bust In Edmonton. This is a picture of Dominic Dipalma Jr:



Below is another picture of Dominic Dipalma Jr in Kelowna. Dom Jr is on the left. I previously mistook him for little Ryan from White rock because they are both so small. I'm not sure how the HA's 666 mix with the sacred heart but to each their own.



April 2014 Global reported that Dominic DiPalma was arrested along with five other members of the Hells Angels in the Edmonton area. The Edmonton sun reported that they were all charged with robbery and committing an offence for a criminal organization. Di Palma and Lauren Wispinski were also charged with possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a controlled substance (ketamine) and unauthorized possession of a firearm relating to a .38 handgun. Di Palma was a member of the Rebels before becoming a member of the Hells Angels.

In March of 2000, Radies - then a Rebels motorcycle gang member - was sentenced to 33 months in prison after he pleaded guilty to four counts of trafficking cocaine. The charges stemmed from a police operation in August 1997 in which undercover cops sold the Rebels two kilograms of cocaine and five kilograms of hashish, valued at $100,000 wholesale. At the time the Rebels motorcycle club was a prospective Hells Angels chapter

Blake Adams works for Sean Jackson in Whitecourt, Alberta. Cory Clark is one of Blakes guys and has moved up the ranks and he has distributed cocaine in Prince Albert, Saskatoon, Regina, recently in Grand Prairie where his runner and good friend devin pisch was murdered. Clark currently resides in red deer and is suspected to have a network in that community.

Deli is solely responsible for slave lake but it is likely he does have networks in other towns. He has been arrested charged and convicted of drug trafficking in Lloydminister. Travis mourits works under Jackson. Mathew lavigne is a Jackson member who was part of project Goliath and served four years for trafficking



William Edgar Taylor was convicted of murdering Timothy Salsman in a basement in the town of Hayter, near Provost. for a $1,500 drug debt. He refused to reveal where he dumped the victim's head and hands which were never reoccurred by the family.

Joshua Petrin has been charged in the murder of Bob Roth and Lorry Santos. He is also a close friend to southland Hells Angel member red beard Jay. Evidently the Whiteboy Posse is branching out into several legitimate business endeavors to launder their drug money. This is a picture of the Whiteboy Posse Glee club.



One source claims a retired member profits from all the cocaine sold in Wainright and Provost. The source claims Randy Duroucher is the runner that controls those two towns for the retired member. Randy Duroucher looks like a little punk but is claimed to be the retired member's top advisor and is responsible for a lot of drugs that have been moved throughout Wainwright, Provost, Fort McMurray, Red Deer & Camrose. This cocaine network is so large and makes so much money I really don't see anything ever getting done about it. The EPS has a horrible reputation for passing on intel to the Hells Angels. The Alberta Gang Task force called ALERT is doing a great job but it won't be long before CSIS or a high ranking member of the RCMP will shut them down and put some clown in charge like they did in BC. I don't want to sound pessimistic but it is what it is. Evil will always exist and it remains our moral duty to resist it. My emphasis is helping people leave the life if they so choose and to highlight the predatory manner in which they harass and exploit the homeless.

Priest executed in Mexico

The Independent in the UK is reporting that "A Mexican priest has been found dead in drug cartel-dominated southern Guerrero, marking the latest in series of abductions and attacks against Roman Catholic clerics in the area. Reverend Gregorio Lopez Gorostieta died of a gunshot wound to the head. He is the ninth Catholic priest to have been killed in Mexico over the last two years."

Why would a Mexican cartel murder a Catholic Priest? Sure it's possible but it just seems so unlikely I think it's time to look for other suspects. Right before the Pope came to visit Mexico, the Knight's Templar cartel put up banners calling for a truce and seize fire to gang violence during the Pope's visit. Executing a priest seems so out of character for them.

March 2014 Mexican vigilantes ousted the Knights Templar cartel from their area. April 2014 the police claimed one of the two top leaders of the Knight's Templar cartel had been murdered.

One thing we do know is that all reports claim that the Knights Templar cartel took over for the cartel La Familia which has been disbanded but all of a sudden mysteriously showed up in Edmonton after they were disbanded in Mexico. So once again, as soon as the Knight's Templar cartel gets wiped out, someone murders a preist in their name. It doesn't make sense to me.

The Borderland Beat appears to have the most up to date information on the cartels in Mexico. They are confirming that many priests in Mexico have been threatened and extorted. Do they not fear God? Pride cometh before the fall and great shall be the fall thereof. They shall become ashes under the soles of their enemies' feet. Watch and see.
