The tragic tale of Kevin Kerfoot

CTV News is reporting that A British Columbia man convicted of leading a cocaine and ecstasy smuggling ring has been sentenced to 13 year in a U.S. prison. U.S. Attorney Annette Hayes says Kevin Kerfoot, 53, of Surrey organized an operation smuggle 41 kilograms of cocaine to Canada from Washington state in 2005.

The court decision states that they were bringing 20 pounds of ecstasy from Canada to the US and traded it for 41 kilos of cocaine to be brought back to Canada. His underlings got caught and named him as their leader. He doesn't look like a mastermind to me. He kinda looks like a dweeb.

The court decision states that he came from a good home and his brother is a wildly sucessful businessman. A coworker of mine that knew him said it's a rather sad tale. The guy's parents left him a fortune and he was set for life but he pissed it away on gambling and booze so he started drug trafficking for the Hells Angels to get out of debt. His brother Greg Kerfoot owns the Vancouver Whitecaps and has a Christy Clark connection.

His underlings named him but he certainly won't name who he was working for or else he'd be dead. They already tried to shoot a co accused in Kelowna but the shooter was on bicycle and the witness survived and ran him down in his truck.

Motorcycle accident

There have been several motorcycle accidents over the weekend. Castanet is reporting that there was a motorcycle accident on Highway 97 near Bailey Road on the way to Vernon from Kelowna yesterday afternoon. KISS-FM reported that a truck slammed on his breaks to avoid hititng a deer and the motorcycle crashed into the back of the truck.

Global reported that on a fatal motorcycle accident in West Kelowna. "The 37-year-old man died in hospital after his motorcycle collided with a pickup truck at the intersection of Highway 97 and Elk Road in West Kelowna Wednesday night." Witnesses claim speed may have been a factor.

Durham Radio News is reporting that Durham police say a collision between a vehicle and motorcycle in Oshawa sent the motorcycle rider to hospital. They say the driver of the vehicle tried to make a left hand turn just before 8 p.m. Saturday from the centre lane of Simcoe Street near John Street, resulting in the crash. The driver of the vehicle has been charged with careless driving, while the motorcycle rider is in stable condition.

One blog reader who witnesses the accident in Ontario claims the motorcyclist was wearing HA colors with an Ontario rocker. Shortly after a bunch of guys showed up that were wearing "Redline" patches with a "Durham" rockers.

Drive and ride safe. Anything can happen in a New York Minute.

Police protecting drug dealers on the Surrey strip

I heard an upsetting report from a local business fed up with the drug related crime in Whalley and decided to check out the new developments on the Surrey Strip for myself. I would not have believed it had I not seen it with my own eyes. The police have a fenced cage "Outreach Team" right between the Front Room and the Lookout homeless shelter which are two drug houses run by the Hells Angels killing people with fentanyl. They are right beside the new lethal injection site.

Instead of arresting the drug dealers the Surrey RCMP are now offering them police protection. Herein lies the failure of enforcement on the Surrey strip. This is why the police are not doing anything about the drug trafficking out of Shakerz. They are offering their drug dealers police protection on the street. God damn you all. This is NOT the New York Model. It is the zombie apocalypse feeding the pharmaceutical fraud. There are twice as many tents now.

They are not helping the homeless find housing. They are not helping addicts get into treatment. They are doing the exact opposite. They are promoting the drug trade and feeding the forest fire of addiction. God help us. No one else will. Bring back Dr. Colin Mangham. We need him.

There is no gang enforcement in BC. There is only gang promotion now.

Christy Clark to resign as leader of BC Liberal party

Global is reporting that Christy Clark is resigning as the leader of the BC Liberal party, effective Friday August 4. The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "Clark will also be resigning as MLA of Kelowna West. Premier John Horgan will have six months to call by-election to fill her vacant seat in the legislature." Rich Coleman will serve as interim caucus leader.

Although I've had huge concerns with the Christy Clark government it was nothing against her personally. My concerns were with the corrupt party itself. She tried to lead a grass roots movement to help the party rise above the Gordon Campbell corruption but she failed miserably. She became part of it. Getting rid of her will not solve the problem it will only make it worse.

Rich Coleman is the devil incarnate. He is as dirty as they come. In 2009 the RCMP's Integrated Illegal Gaming Enforcement Team (IIGET) relesed a comprehensive report on organized crime laundering money through BC Casinos. Right after they released the report Rich Coleman got rid of the police task force. He later became the minister responsible for gaming.

"In a 2009 report obtained by The Vancouver Sun through a Freedom of Information (FOI) request, the IIGET warned of casinos' "extreme vulnerability" to money laundering. Many investigations across Canada have found that members of organized crime use casinos for criminal purposes, the report states. A separate internal assessment, obtained by the Globe and Mail through a FOI, advised that Hells Angels members had, in some cases, succeeded in infiltrating the province’s legitimate gaming operations. The 12-member IIGET was dissolved on April 1, 2009 by then-Housing Minister Rich Coleman."

Surrey shooting at Morgan Creek Corporate Centre

The Peace Arch News is reporting that "One man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after a targeted shooting in South Surrey at about 3:30 p.m. Thursday. Police were called to the Morgan Creek Corporate Centre, at 32 Avenue and 152 Street in South Surrey, investigating after reports of shots fired. One witness tweeted it “appears (to be) a shooting outside of drip lounge. Office building and vehicle in neighbouring parking lot struck by stray bullets.” Upon arrival, RCMP identified a male victim who had fled from the scene. The man, who is known to police, was found a short time later near the site of the shooting."

Massive Edmonton Drug Bust

Global is reporting that "Edmonton police said they have made the largest fentanyl pill seizure in Canadian history and have dismantled a drug lab in the process. Police said they started a drug trafficking investigation in March. On July 5, the Edmonton Drug and Gang Enforcement Unit conducted a search warrant on a house in Edmonton, where 67,000 fentanyl pills with an estimated street value of $2 million were seized."

Edmonton is Red and White. The Edmonton Sun is reporting that during the investigation police seized 4 kilos of cocaine, 8 kilos of crystal meth, 130,000 fentanyl pills and 100 kilos of cutting agents. Alberta gang enforcement still kicking ass. Stopping fentanyl is socially responsible.

Justine Trudeau on the cover of the Rolling Stone

Well Dr. Hook called it, Justin Trudeau made the cover of the Rolling Stone. They refer to him as the North Star and ask Why can't he be our president? He's a nice guy but don't let that platinum credit card fool you. Our kids have to pay the interest on what he spends. That's not ethical.

Hells Angels associate shot dead in Chilliwack

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "The man shot Friday morning in Chilliwack has been identified. Police say Yee Hung (Roland) Chin, 33, died in hospital after being shot in the 43900 block of Progress Way. His death is being treated as a homicide and the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team is now investigating. Chin had most recently lived in Chilliwack and was known to police. Chin had an extensive criminal history in Calgary. He was a member of the FOB gang in Calgary; his brother Roger was killed in 2008. More than two dozen deaths were connected to a long-running gang war with their rivals, the FOB Killers."

As we know, the FOB (Fresh off the Boat) in Calgary sold drugs for the BC Hells Angels through the Independent Soldiers. The FK in Calgary sold drugs for the UN.

CBC is reporting that "Police say a Dodge Caravan was set on fire shortly after the shooting and two other vehicles - described as a white sedan and a dark sedan - were spotted fleeing the site of the burning van."

The Abby News is reporting that: "For the past year Chin has lived in Chilliwack, according to some who knew him. He went by Jason, rode a motorcycle, was a personal trainer and apparently went to church."

Bacchus member murdered in New Brunswick

CBC is reporting that "A recent homicide victim in the Minto area was described in court three years ago as a member of the Bacchus motorcycle club. The body of Ronald Richard, 50, was found Sunday on a rural property in Hardwood Ridge, near Minto. His former lawyer, Rodney MacDonald, confirmed he was the Ronald Richard who'd appeared in court on drugs and weapons charges." Sounds like the HAs were worried he'd flip. With friends like that...

Synthetic cannabis linked to eighth New Zealand death

BBC is reporting that "A man in his 20s died on Tuesday night, bringing the number of fatalities this month linked to the illegal substance to eight. The drug consists of dried plants sprayed with synthetic drugs - it triggers effects similar to cannabis but is more powerful and dangerous. Synthetic cannabis has already caused huge concerns in the US and Europe. In each of the eight deaths this month, the victim was thought to have used the drug before dying or was found with the drug on them."
