Now the question is that according to USA it is up to Ukraine to decide if they will join NATO and host nuclear weapons...How does the USA and NATO justify the Cuban Missile Crisis and what is stopping Russia from putting nuclear weapons there today? Also we know the USA is responsible for the Moscow terror attack and the warning was simply taunting by the USA.
