Justin Trudeau faces mounting pressure to step down

CTV is reporting that "Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will face mounting pressure from his caucus this week to step down from the leadership of the Liberal party. A group of backbench MPs, primarily from Atlantic Canada and southwestern Ontario, are in discussions to formally release an ask for the prime minister to consider the future of the Liberal party in making a decision about whether to stay at the helm of it. Though MPs for months have lamented behind closed doors, and yes even to reporters, that they were resigned in their belief the prime minister was staying on, things changed this week during caucus Wednesday."

"Both the prime minister and his top staffer were absent from the regular weekly meeting, a rare occurrence. And as discussion turned to the challenges the party faces, vis-a-vis the most recent byelection results in Montreal and Toronto and sustained public opinion polling, things became – as one MP recounted to CTV News – fraught." No kidding. That's like suddenly realizing Joe Biden is incognative. It didn't happen overnight. This is Justin Trudeau payback.

  1. It is crazy when Yves Blanchet a candidate for Quebec separatism seems to be the most genuine and substantive of all the leaders. He seems to care more about the average Canadian than the other three who seem to care more about themselves and their image.

  2. The narcissist petulant tyrant surely must be spending loads of time in front of the mirror trying to figure how this mutiny started??!! LMAO

I have my doubts reasoning will prevail but I do hold out some hope.

If it happens....Good riddance you POS!

Nobody has ever done more to divide this country and destroy what Canadian citizenship meant.

  3. I'd love to hear the reasons his wife divorced him. The real reasons. I'm sure that info will come out at some point when he's no longer in office.

    1. Oh wow. Although he has started to display some of those mannerisms we don't know that for sure. He hasn't come out yet. Not that it matters if he was...

    2. Well, it would probably matter to his wife. A lot. If there is one thing straight married women tolerate very, very poorly, it's their husband having sex with other men. Instant "cut-off".

  5. This alleged “mutiny” is not what it seems. There is something more sinister in this covert operation. For the short term, It’s distracting our deep hatred for all the scandals, corruption and embezzlement. This action doesn’t fit the picture. To say the liberal caucus just woke up to the decimation of their party is a stretch. Something not right here.
