Guilty Pleas in Jonathan Bacon's murder trial
1130 News is reporting that "Three British Columbia men charged with first-degree murder in the death of a notorious gangster have pleaded guilty to lesser charges in a brazen shooting that also injured four others outside a Kelowna hotel. Jason McBride, Michael Jones and Jujhar Khun-Khun entered their pleas Tuesday in B.C. Supreme Court in Kelowna for the murder or conspiracy to murder Jonathan Bacon." Now lets look at the facts and the fiction.
Jason McBride plead guilty to "second-degree murder and attempted murder for fatally shooting Bacon and wounding four others when he opened fire on their Porsche Cayenne. Jones pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder for driving McBride and two other killers to the Delta Grand Hotel that day. And Khun-Khun also admitted he conspired from June 1 to Aug. 14, 2011 to kill Bacon, Amero and Riach. The Crown recognized there were credibility issues with some of the witnesses who were previous associates of the accused." Yeah Blaze is a compulsive liar.
The agreed statement of facts claims that Manjinder Hairan was one of the shooters who is now dead. "Someone in the rear started firing an assault rifle at the Amero vehicle. McBride and Hairan - both with their faces covered - jumped out of the Explorer and continued to shoot."
OK so lets do the math. Three shooters, one driver and Kling Klung wasn't one of the shooters. He simply plead guilty to conspiring to commit murder before that. Insert I told you so here. The Crown said Kling Klung was charged in this murder. Evidently he wasn't even in the car. That means he's not guilty just like I said. When the police first announced Kling Klung was charged in that murder I post a picture of Calvin and Hobbes rolling on the flour laughing saying yea right. What's your evidence? His confessions? LOL.
Kling Klung is a idiot. I wouldn't stand beside him at the gun range let alone during a real hit. He pushed his fiancee out of the moving vehicle and killed her. After that he tried to commit suicide by walking into traffic. Kim Bolan's dramatic fictional representation of him is hiding the police's mistake but that's not all. She described Kling Klung as a hunter. That clown couldn't find Waldo in a comic book. He is no hunter.
This absurd fiction is aiding and abetting the police's ridiculous claim that Larry Amero and Jonathan Bacon's presence in Kelowna was secret when it was not. It was their coming out party. They were loud and proud running around in that ridiculous boat trying to pick fights with civilians.
The police lied and tried to put Matt Schrader's life in danger by falsely claiming he was the one that told Manny that Larry, James and Jonathan were at the Grand when he did not. Aside from the fact that it was no secret, the police witness was the one that told Manny that not Matt Schrader. The police tried to put Matt's life at risk because they were mad he left the life without testifying against his friends. Putting someone's life in danger by lying diminishes all of us.
I have more to say on the matter but will pause there to drive that point home.
Global posted a surveillance video of the shooting.
Separating the fact from the fiction
Kim is obviously just reporting on what the police told her. The police are the ones lying. So let's separate the fact from the fiction. The crown claimed that Jonathan Bacon, Larry Amero and James Riach were all targeted in this shooting for their involvement in the murder of Gurmit Dhak. That is not entirely true. Larry Amero was obviously involved in that conspiracy to commit murder just like he was in the murder of Sandip Duhre at the Wall Centre in Vancouver. Dean Wiwchar and Rabih Alkhalil worked for Larry Amero. However, James Riach was not involved in any of those murders. He sold drugs for Larry. He was not a hit man.
It is obvious that James Riach was not targeted in the Kelonwa shooting. As soon as the gunfire started he bailed out the back door. You can see him on the ground with the car door open as he hit the dirt scrambling to get away. The shooters could have easily lit him up but they didn't. They specifically ran over to the front passenger door to get Jonathan. They weren't even after Larry. Their goal was to exterminate Jonathan once and for all and that they did.
The Bacon brothers were at war with the UN ever since the Surrey Six where the Bacon brothers took over the leadership of the Red Scorpions for the Hells Angels. Before the Surrey Six, the RS worked for the UN. After the Surrey Six the RS worked for the Hells Angels. Larry wasn't targeted specifically for his involvement in the murder of Gurmit Dhak or for his involvement in the Surrey Six. Jonathan was targeted and anyone else they associated with. The real tragedy in this case is the fact that Leah Hadden-Watts became paralyzed. She did not deserve that.
People say she shouldn't have been hanging out with known gangsters which is partially true with regards to Jonathan but it goes deeper than that. Everyone knew that standing beside Jonathan Bacon anywhere any time was dangerous because the UN were trying to kill him. That's why the police had 24 hour video surveillance outside his home. Yet this was Larry and Jonathan's coming pout party. This is where they announced to the world publicly that the Hells Angels were backing the Bacon brothers. Leah was there as an emissary to show Spike's support. They obviously thought that if they publicly said the Hells Angels are backing the Bacon brothers they'd be safe. They were sadly mistaken. The Bacon brothers were such vile pieces of garbage anyone who endorsed them became a target. Hells Angel or not.
Next time don't send one of your daughters to do your work for you. A tragic lesson indeed. I do think someone should set up a Go Fund Me page to raise money for her since this disastrous plea bargin has pretty much killed her hopes in her wrongful death suit.
The Crown admits there was a series of unsavory co-operating witnesses in this case. Blaze and the rat pack who lied about everything just to milk the Witness Protection Program. They blame murder on people who have already died all the time so they don't have to worry about getting shot for ratting anyone out because they lied. That way they get to collect their Witness Protection money and run without having to worry about retaliation.
I highly doubt Manjinder Hairan was in the vehicle or that Michael Jones was the driver. That is simply what he plead to in order to get a reduced charge. I'm surprised K-9 wasn't involved. Mind you since it would have been very easy to identify him on surveillance video even if he was wearing a mask and hoodie, he might have been the one driving the vehicle.
They key point in this plea bargain disaster is that the third shooter has never been publicly identified. There was a driver and three shooters. All we really know is that Jason McBride and Michael Jones were two of the four people involved. I highly doubt the third shooter will ever be named or charged because Blaze and the rat pack aren't stupid enough to testify against him. They just like to make sh*t up so the Teletubbies can close another file.
Just chalk it up to another casualty in the Vietnam war like Zeke Mickle.
The only way we can stop the violence is if we stop the lies.
Larry Amero's Paralyzed Arm
Twice Kim mentioned Larry Amero's paralyzed left arm. Obviously that's something the police told her. I don't know if that is true or false. If it is true it is somewhat ironic. He couldn't punch his way out of a wet paper bag before the shooting. Last time he refused to stop hitting on a boxer's wife, the boxer kicked his ass without hesitation. If he now has a paralyzed left arm that one arm bandit doesn't stand a chance. Him and wheels, what a pair. Gumby and Limpy destines to spend eternity on the Island of Missfit toys. What we do in life echoes in eternity. Choose wisely.
However, I'm going to have to agree with Whoompthereitis. Going to prison is a bad life choice.
David Atwell testifies at BC Hells Anges civil forfeiture triall
Keith Fraser is reporting that David Atwell is testifying at the BC Hells Angels civil forfeiture case covering the future of the Kelowna, Naniamo and East Vancouver Hells Angels clubhouses.
David Atwell is a former member of the Toronto Hells Angels. He was never a member of the BC Hells Angels or any of the three chapters in question making the relevance of his testimony limited. He coauthored a book about his escapees in the club with Jerry Langton who is a credible crime journalist and former deputy editor of the Daily News.
David atwell told the court that "Before he became a member of the Hells Angels, David Atwell says his criminal activity was “minimal” and involved a “couple of assaults, some drug use.” “But as a full-patch Hells Angel, I was able to buy kilos of cocaine without being questioned why and where it was going,” Atwell told B.C. Supreme Court Justice Barry Davies on Tuesday.
The relevance of his testimony establishes that "the mechanism of the drug deals happened at the clubhouse." Which means if the Crown can prove members of the chapter were involved in drug activity, that would in turn implicate the clubhouse. David Giles wire tap evidence establishes that anyone who uses the name of the club for criminal activity must have permission of the local executive. That would also implicate the local presidents where criminal activity was committed.
Evidently Michael Plante will also be testifying at the trial which would relate specifically to the East Vancouver chapter and clubhouse. Glad to see Keith Fraser is still employed after all the Post Media mergers and layoffs seeing how back when he f*cked me over is now water under the bridge. Next time you upload a court document online, black out the home addresses. That would be the professional thing to do. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Bailiffs force Surrey RCMP to make a drug bust
News 1130 is reporting that "One man has been arrested and released following a drug raid that happened in one of Surrey’s most vulnerable neighbourhoods. Mounties were called out to check on a possible drug packaging site at a home on University Drive near 135A Street after being tipped off from BC Bailiffs. They got a warrant and once inside found a lot of drugs. Multiple packaged doses of suspected methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin and fentanyl. Numerous items used in the processing and packaging of drugs Firearm ammunition of various calibers."
“It’s always important for us to be able to locate drug trafficking operations, in particular, we know that fentanyl is very harmful and we’re very pleased with the results of this investigation,” explains RCMP Cpl. Elenore Sturko. Is he not afraid of getting struck by lightning for making such a hypocritical statement? The drug trafficking is happening right under their nose. They are providing the fentanyl dealers police protection on the Surrey Strip.
They are watching is come from Shakerz and they are watching it from their new HQ beside the lethal injection site between the Front Room and the Lookout homeless shelters which are not homeless shelters they are simply drug houses. The fraud is well know to local police because they watch it unfold right before their eyes every day. They are criminally culpable in the sale of fentanyl on the Surrey Strip because they watch it happen and refuse to arrest the dealers they provide police protection for. If the BC Bailiffs didn't report it, they wouldn't have made the bust.
Surrey LRT costs Soar
The front page of today's' Post Media Corporate Propaganda Machine states "COSTS SOAR $1 BILLION Combined construction estimates for a Surrey light-rail line and the Millennium Line subway under Broadway in Vancouver have risen to almost $4.5 billion." Instead of listing who should go to jail for that fraud, they list false rationalizations for the increase costs and claim that is a reason we need to raise taxes. No, it is not.
The reason for the projected overruns boils down to one thing: SNC Lavalin - the most corrupt construction company on the planet. The fact that they got the contract to the Millennium Line after they were banned from world projects was a criminal act thanks to Gwyn Morgan. Gwyn admitted the corruption in SNC-Lavalin was worse than he originally imagined. It is obviously continuing as we speak because they continue to under bid and over charge government contracts just like Bombardier and Lockheed Martin. Then they give the politicians a kickback in the form of campaign contributions to stay out of jail and get more government contracts.
Instead of raising taxes we need to cancel the Surrey LRT scam along 1004th because it is not needed, not wanted and will create an infrastructure nightmare. It will make tragic congestion worse not better. If you want to extend Skytrain to Newton then have at it. That is the need because bus service from Surrey Place to Newton is horrible. Bus service from Surrey Place to Guildford is fine. People who drive cars prefer Skytrain because Skytrain does not impede traffic.

2 bodies found in Richmond home, 1 in Calgary Mall and 1 in Burnaby Park
CBC is reporting that "Richmond RCMP are investigating the deaths of two people found in their home after reports of gunfire early Monday morning. Police were called to a residence in the 6600-block of Eckersley Road after 2:30 a.m. PT, where they found the bodies of a man and a woman, said Cpl. Frank Jang of the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team."
CBC is also reporting that "Police are investigating after the body of a man was discovered inside a wall in a public washroom at a mall in downtown Calgary on Monday." They claim the death isn't suspicious it is undetermined. One theory is that the person crawled in there and got stuck.
Update: Global is reporting that "Homicide investigators have identified the two people killed in a Richmond home early Monday morning. Thirty-six-year-old Keri Smith and 37-year-old Terrence Peter Smith were found dead in the house in the 6600-block of Eckersley Road around 2:30 a.m. Richmond RCMP officers had been responding to a report of gunfire.
According to the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT), the pair had recently moved to Richmond from the Surrey area. Both also have ties to the Vernon area. The Smiths were both known to police, and investigators say they were living in the home where the murders occurred."
Human remains found in Burnaby's Confederation Park: CBC is reporting that "Partial human remains have been found in a Burnaby, B.C., park. A passerby called RCMP after making the grim discovery in a wooded area of Confederation Park around 10:30 a.m. PT on Tuesday. Investigators later confirmed the remains are human. A statement said officers will be on scene for a few days as the investigation continues. The remains haven't been identified and RCMP say it's too early to identify how they ended up in the park."

Donald Trump supports North Korea peace talks
Well this is a positive turn of events. Donald Trump is supporting peace talks with North Korea. This is a step forward. The Olympics in South Korea were successful. The next step would be to lift the trade embargo with North Korea. That would be an act of good faith. The Helms Burton Law against Cuba was draconian. Boycotting trade with Cuba while endorsing trade with Communist China was absurd. China's human rights record is far worse that Cuba and North Korea combined. Allowing people to visit North Korea would be wise as well.
We could also invite their cultural stage presentation to Vancouver and other mayor cities across the globe. North Koreans like music. Musical exchanges would promote world peace.
Kim Jong Un crosses the line at the Demilitarised Zone.
A unified Korea is as problematic as a unified Ireland. That doesn't mean a peace agreement after the war can't be signed. North Korea is Communist. In that sense they did win the war. They successfully established a Communist state. However, South Korea is not Communist. The recent mass demonstrations calling for their former president to resign would not have been permitted in a Communist system. Neither would religious freedom or civil liberty.
In a Communist regime other political parties aren't allowed to run. That seems to work in North Korea but implementing that system in the South would be an act of war. As long as both parties can agree to the current border and the current political systems of each nation, a peace agreement can be made that allows trade and travel between the two countries.

George St Pierre, Klitschko and Pacquiao
I've been watching a few interesting documentaries on famous boxers. The most recent one was about George Saint Pierre called Takedown: the DNA of GSP. I just want to say mad harsh respect to GSP. George is a real life role model. He is honest, humble and hard working. Those are the traits of nobility.
Recently there is even talk about yet another comeback. I hope he doesn’t fight Conor McGregor. That guy's day is done. He lost to Floyd Mayweather and his last absurd tirade was the nail in the coffin to his career. I won't watch him fight again no matter who he fights. Calling the brothers in the Rocky movie dancing monkeys was just not acceptable. Conor is the dancing money. Right now he can't even join the circus.
In the GSP documentary it really showed what kind of a trash talker Nick Diaz was. George was like you are the rudest person I have ever met and I'm going to kick your ass. Nick was like it got me the fight didn't it? Yes but he could of had the fight without the trash talk. Yet Nick does come from a challenging background.
At the end Nick showed respect and earned some respect from GSP. The movie had a Dali Lama quote by GSP about how your adversary shows you your weaknesses and makes you strong. Kind of like how in Kendo when opponents square off they bow and say onegaishimasu which means please show me the way (to enlightenment). By confronting your adversary you find yourself. Conor McGregor is different. He's done. He doesn't need anyone to put him in his place because he has already done that to himself.
In the GSP video there was a fan with a sign that said GSP for Mayor. Now that is something I could support. Both Pacquiao and Klitschko went into politics after their successful careers. If George did that he would be doing the world a favor. PM GSP. Two other documentaries I saw was about Manny Pacquiao and the Klitschko brothers. Not only did Manny become a senator but he too is making a comeback. Matthysse vs Pacquiao will be in Malaysia July 15th.
I have a huge respect for the Klitschko brothers from the Ukraine. CBC reported that Vitali Klitschko, became a parliamentarian in the Ukraine with his eye on a presidential run. Now that's what I’m talking about. He currently serves as Mayor of Kiev and head of the Kiev City State Administration, having held both offices since June 2014.
However, since Vitali Klitschko did some boxing training in Germany and his documentary is in German, it's pretty obvious he leans to integration with the EU. We need to remember that the other half of the Ukraine is of Russian descent and don't want to be part of the EU. That is the democratic will of the people.
Half of the Ukraine is afraid of Stalin and the other half is afraid of Hitler. For good reason. One is no better than the other. Both roads lead to the same place. Unfortunately, Manny Pacquiao is the same political party as the raging lunatic who is the current president of the Philippines telling everyone to shoot suspected drug dealers on site without a trial. That is both insane and evil.
They all talk about political corruption in the Philippines. What’s to stop a politician from shooting a political rival and say oh he was a drug dealer? What’s to stop someone from robbing someone then shooting them claiming they were a drug dealer when they were not. We do need to confront organised crime but you can’t do that by abolishing civil liberty and due process. Those are crucial rights we must always protect.
In the Pacquiao documentary it showed he did some pad work with Freddie Roach as did GSP. Freddie is very good with the hand pads. In his own words he was a boxer that didn't retire when he should have and now has Parkinson's disease like Mohammad Ali. Some people say Parkinson's is trauma induced, others say it's hereditary. Either way Freddie Roach is another world class legend along with Mohammad Ali who was without question the greatest.
Mike Tyson was rock solid and did a fantastic fight scene with Donnie Yen in the movie Yip Man.
These legendary fighters still have a future in movies, training and politics.
Respect to the soldiers from the hood: Champs.
Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield have my respect.
Hats off to Anthony Joshua the young gun from the UK. Took out Wladimir Klitschko respectfully.
Olympic boxing should keep headgear like the Golden Gloves. It's a tournament where multiple bouts are fought right after each other. That's like playing hockey or football without a helmet. All the other contact sports are moving forwards towards protecting athletes and reducing brain trauma. The Olympics are moving backwards because the Olympic committee is corrupt.

Nanaimo Hillbilly rams police car in stolen truck
The Ladysmith Chronicle is reporting that some yahoo in a stolen truck rammed two unmarked police cars trying to flee police. The hillbillies got stuck ramming the second police car and fled the scene but were apprehended shortly thereafter.
The New West Record is reporting that "Thirty-two-year-old Majore Jackson and 47-year-old Andrew Bellwood have been charged with assault with a weapon, dangerous driving, possession of stolen property and obstruction." If they only had a brain.
South Surrey homicide victim identified
The Peace arch News is reporting that IHIT has identified the body found Thursday afternoon in South Surrey as 24-year-old Amin Vinepal. Police say Vinepal, a Delta resident, was known to police and associated with gang activity, according to a news release issued by IHIT at approximately 11:30 a.m. Friday." Amin was found dead on 12 Ave in South Surrey Thursday.

Cross Border Drug Bust
The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "Charges have been laid against a British Columbia man who is accused of trafficking more than 100 kilograms of drugs between the United States and Canada. RCMP Chief Supt. Keith Finn said a six-month, cross-border investigation with authorities in the United States found two vessels meeting on multiple occasions just south of San Juan Island, between Vancouver Island and Washington state."
"Police seized 55 kilograms of cocaine, 47 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine and more than a kilogram of heroin in February 2017 after one of the vessels docked in Canada. Two high speed vessels, firearms and $150,000 in cash were also seized." Show me the money. "William Barnes, 51, of Saanich has been charged with multiple drug trafficking and firearms offences."
Seizing that much cocaine and crystal meth is a good thing. However two concerns arise. Saanich - was this a HA associate or just another HA rival? The other obvious concern is cross order policing. The last time this bad idea materialised, the US cops wanted diplomatic immunity in Canada after they found out that cops can actually get charged with murder in Canada for shooting suspects not in self defence. Cross border policing is a bad idea. Giving armed US cops diplomatic immunity to operate in Canada is pure insanity.
BTW Why don't the police arrest the street level dealers selling crack, crystal meth and fentanyl in the DTES and on the Surrey Strip? Confronting police corruption and disrupting street level drug trafficking was the New York Model. I was there. I saw it.
