Justin Trudeau pledges zero carbon emissions by 2050

Global is reporting that "The federal Liberals are vowing to get Canada to net-zero carbon emissions by 2050 if re-elected on Oct. 21. And they plan to introduce legally binding targets to get them there. Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau announced the pledge during a press conference on Tuesday in which he faced repeated questions from reporters about why he was not providing Canadians with the details of how that plan would work if his party is re-elected."

Zero carbon emissions by 2050. So does that mean he is going to ban cars and motorcycles in Canada? That's what Mayor Moonbeam tried to do right before he left office. Justin just bought a pipeline. You spent all those tax dollars on a pipeline and now you are going to destroy that investment? That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of. It is fiscally irresponsible.

Setting goals to reduce emissions is a great thing. Banning cars and motorcycles completely is Communism. I stopped in to see what these Ebikes were all about. The guy took one look at me and said wait, do you ride a real motorcycle? Yes I replied. Well these are just novelty items. You can only make it from Surrey to Vancouver on a charge. Well that's not very practical I said. I thought Harley Davidson was coming out with an electric motorcycle? Yeah for $30,000.00.

What these granola skatter brains don't seem to realize is that everything we buy in stores gets there by way of semi trailers and they don't make electric semi trailers. So zero carbon emissions means zero things to buy in the store including food and the economy collapses.

Come on baby boy. Stupidity just ain't pretty. This is a game changer. It is a deal breaker. Just like Jagmeet Singh's skatter brain attempt to legalize all drugs. It is completely irresponsible. We need to balance the extremes not abandon common sense. Give your head a shake.

Canada's share of global emissions decreased from 1.8% in 2005 to 1.6% in 2014

Selling China natural gas instead of coal will greatly reduce CO2 emissions.

Justin Trudeau has lost his mind. Green Justice supports Andrew Scheer.

Kelowna Drug Bust

The Peace Arch News is reporting that "The Kelowna RCMP seized approximately 1.5 kilograms of illegal drugs along with a stolen handgun and large sum of cash after executing three residential search warrants last week. Police also arrested two alleged drug dealers and said more arrests will be made."

"According to police, on Sept. 19 the Kelowna special enforcement team, with the assistance of the Kelowna target team and drug unit, executed a search warrant at two rental units on Academy Way and a third search warrant in the 1400-block of Glenmore Road North. Two men in their 20s were arrested at the scene and now face several drug trafficking charges."

"During the search, police found fentanyl, heroine, oxycodone and methamphetamine and also searched and seized a 2012 Acura TL as proceeds of crime." A 2012 Acura? Lame.

It would be nice to know how much of each drug was seized because it sure doesn't look like 1.5 kilos in the picture. Nevertheless, this is a good thing. Kelowna is doing something Surrey and East Vancouver isn't. In 2016 the Kelowna RCMP Street Enforcement Unit made a drug bust as well. That's after the 2012 Kelowna Summer Jam when the OMGU was disbanded and the Gang Task Force became compromised.

One has to wonder, if anyone in Kelowna is still interested in law enforcement, why aren't they arresting Arnie Miller who is selling drugs and pimping for the Kelowna Hells Angels out of the Garden of Eden? Letting Arnie continue makes anything else they do look suspicious.

Three Shootings in East Vancouver

Global is reporting that "Vancouver police are pledging more boots on the ground in the Downtown Eastside following a trio of shootings in just 15 hours. The first shooting, Sunday around 4 p.m. near Hastings Street and Dunlevy Avenue, left a 50-year-old Surrey man with serious injuries, police said."

"A few hours later, a shooting near the International Village Mall at Pender and Abbot streets left a 28-year-old Langley man and a 25-year-old Surrey man with serious injuries, according to police."

"Then, around 6:30 a.m. Monday morning, a Global News crew reporting in the DTES heard the third shooting and called 911 when they saw a man with a handgun flee. That shooting injured a 50-year-old man."

The DTES is a toilet. The tents at Oppenheimer park aren't the problem, the government's drug promotion is. The Four Pillars program has four pillars not just one. The government has turned harm reduction into harm promotion because they have abandoned the other three pillars of Enforcement, Treatment and Prevention. Now they don't prevent anything they just promote addiction. You want the Portugal model? Then implement mandatory treatment. That is the Portugal model. I support the New York model which succeeded because of Enforcement.

Wherever you let drugs be sold and used publicly, violent crime in that area skyrockets.

Enforce the law. Arrest the drug dealers. That saves lives and reduces crime.

Failure to do that is criminal culpability in the crime and violence.

40 drunken teens on Surrey Party bus

CBC is reporting that "Underage drinking in chauffeured vehicles has become the next target for RCMP in Surrey, B.C., after police say officers stopped a bus and found 40 intoxicated teens inside. The RCMP said in a new release that it joined with Surrey bylaw enforcement members to focus enforcement on the so-called party buses. Police said they made their discovery last month during a traffic stop. They found open liquor on the bus and all of those inside were between the ages of 15 and 18. Police said they were acting on a tip that young people were paying a fee and being permitted to drink alcohol on board."

This is nothing new. Teenage party buses have been stinking up Surrey since before my kids were in high school. If your teenage kid is on one of those party buses then they are trailer trash and so are you for letting them. That's all there is to it. There's no such thing as a cool parent. There's just responsible parents and irresponsible parents. Which one are you?

In 2016, Chelsea James, 23, died after falling out of an open door on a party bus en route from Langley to Vancouver. She was one of 28 people on board when she stumbled against the pneumatic passenger door as the vehicle turned left off Hastings Street onto Burrard Street in downtown Vancouver. This is Sodom and Gomorrah. Wickedness never was happiness.

Rugby World Cup 2019

Rugby World Cup 2019 is under way in Japan. Now that's what I'm talking about. Never mind Soccer. Give it up for the All Blacks yo. South Africa did very well but France had more brothers on their team than South Africa. It must be a left over Apartheid thing. Ka Mate.

Justin Trudeau is an idiot, but he's not racist

I wasn't going to comment on this because it is such a nonissue but since the Main Stream Media is obsessing over it I will comment on it to set the record straight. Everyone is freaking out about how Justin Trudeau dressed up as Aladdin one Halloween and had a brown face as part of the costume. The Neo Cons also released photos of him wearing a black face in a costume. Well let me tell you, I don't think many Neo Nazis would do that.

When my older sister was young she had a black face for a costume one Halloween. Now that would be considered inappropriate but I can tell you that my sister was never racist and her costume was in no way whatsoever mocking black people. In Columbia they actually have a carnival where black people will paint their faces white and white people will paint their faces black. Here that isn't really considered appropriate. There it is an annual tradition that celebrates cultural diversity. Take a walk in my shoes so to speak.

When we look at the candidates this election and ask ourselves which ones are racist, Justin Trudeau doesn't make that list. Maxime Bernier's anti immigration party does and Andrew Sheer is not far from it. I didn't vote for Justin Trudeau last time round. I voted for Thomas Mulcair because he supported a balanced budget and the decriminalization of pot as opposed to legalization. This time round Jagmeet Singh wants to legalize all drugs and I can't accept that.

I don't have a problem with Andrew Sheer. I do have Conservative values. However, I really don't like his attack ads. Justin Trudeau never said he was going to balance the budget. That's the problem. He said he had no intention of balancing the budget. That is my primary concern with Justin Trudeau. However, I really don't know if Andrew Sheer would be any better because Stephen Harper and Brian Mulroney weren't. They were tax and spend Neo Cons.

There was one thing that Stephen Harper did that was right and that was get rid of the long gun registry. I support civil liberty. I support the Swiss Model for gun control and I support the New York model for dealing with drug and gun violence but let's be honest, Justin Trudeau is not the racist. So lets start looking at the issues not the smoke and mirror distractions.

A Green Party Candidate wore a brown face in a skit about Gandhi. Stephen Harper wore a brown face dressing as a native. That one was OK because natives painted his face. So what's the difference? We need to look at the issues not the circus side show.

Now, as for the issues, Justin Trudeau is a complete idiot but he is not racist.

3 BC Men charged with cocaine trafficking in Nova Scotia

The Chronicle Herald reported that "Matthew Ross Lambert, 34, of Richmond was one of three men arrested in Halifax on June 9, when the Canada Border Services Agency hired a diver to inspect the hull of the Arica, a ship that was docked at the Halterm Container Terminal. The diver found about 150 kilograms of cocaine stashed in the container ship’s sea chest, a grated recess on the bottom of the vessel. Lambert and Darcy Peter Bailey, 46, of Fort Saint John, B.C., allegedly had diving equipment with them when they were apprehended by police near the terminal. Dangis Seinauskas, 46, of Ajax, Ont., was arrested a short time later at a hotel."

Although this one is from last year, it is still relevant because it relates to Steven Skinner. It is also relevant because it reinforces the need for Port Police this election.

Cocaine and Crystal meth seized in Edmonton

CTV is reporting that police seized a kilo of cocaine and 5.2 kilos of crystal meth in Edmonton as well as 15.8 kilos of phenacetin. "On Aug. 25, police executed a search warrant in the McConachie area of Edmonton and arrested Christopher Hartnett, 30. On Aug. 30, Jesse Hughes, 29, and Kaitlyn Byers, 21, of Edmonton were arrested after a warrant execution in the Blackmud area of southwest Edmonton." All three have been charged with Possession for the purpose of Trafficking. EPS made a drug bust. Wow, miracles do happen.

Police support injunction to clear Oppenheimer Park

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "Sex assaults, shootings, stabbings, and swarmings present an ongoing public safety risk in and around Oppenheimer Park, senior Vancouver police officers said Thursday, as they publicly called for a court injunction to clear the ongoing tent city in the Downtown Eastside park." This is absolutely true. I completely support the court injunction to disband that camp. It is full of exploitation and lawlessness.

You know it's bad when former NDP MP Kennedy Stewart starts to complain about it. That's because he's concerned about the sexual assaults and the level of exploitation and violence that exists in that camp. I supported the Woodward Squat but this has nothing to do with supporting homelessness. This is about confronting crime and supporting law and order.

I've talked about how for many years we used to take youth to the DTES to hand out food and clothing to the homeless. I've talked about how the the women would tell our female leaders that they normally stay away from Pigeon Park now because it is not safe for them there. At the time there were tents set up at Pigeon Park as well. They would tell us that women get raped in those tents and nothing gets done about it. The exact same thing is happening at the tent city in Oppenheimer Park around the corner. Letting that continue is not right.

Iran did not attack Saudi Arabia

CNN is admitting that Iran's foreign minister Javad Zarif denied Tehran's involvement in weekend attacks on Saudi Arabia's oil facilities. "Zarif was unable to provide proof that Houthis launched the drones and missiles. 'I cannot have any confidence that they did it because we just heard their statement,' said Zarif. 'I know that we didn't do it. I know that the Houthis made a statement that they did it.'" That's like ISIS claiming responsibility for something in Syria. Who is ISIS? The CIA created ISIS to justify American intervention in Syria.

Arab News is reporting that "A claim from Yemen’s Houthis they were responsible for the attack on Saudi oil facilities is not very credible, France’s foreign minister said on Thursday. “Yemen’s rebels have announced they have triggered this attack. That is not very credible, relatively speaking,” the minister, Jean-Yves Le Drian, told C News television. 'There is an international investigation, let’s wait for its results. I don’t have a specific opinion before these results,' he said, adding the investigation into the Saudi oil attacks will be fast."

Every crime has a means and a motive. The Houthis don't have sophisticated Drones. The CIA does. This is another Operation Ajax orchestrated to steal Iran's oil just like in Libya and Iraq.
