The Dirty News is reporting that "Mathieu Pelletier, an HAMC member of the Quebec City chapter was arrested at Pearson Airport on the 28th of October. This comes after a warrant was issued four days earlier for his arrest. Pelletier is charged with the December 2024 murder of Jennifer Morin. She was Jeffrey Morin's mother. Jeff was BFM.

Global is reporting that "A second member of the Alberta legislature is facing a citizen petition to recall her from her job. Alberta’s chief electoral officer Gordon McClure, speaking Monday to a legislature committee, said a recall campaign has been approved for United Conservative member Angela Pitt."
I've been seeing some strange posts about Alberta on X. One made reference to Unions overthrowing the UCP government. I was wondering what on earth they're talking about. I assume it's the recall petitions because Global is also reporting that "After a recall campaign for Alberta Minister of Education and Childcare Demetrios Nicolaides was approved by Elections Alberta, groups are planning on submitting requests to recall nearly every sitting UCP MLA across the province."
I started to see some others before that which reflected a very polarized view of Alberta politics. Far left versus far right. I saw one post that said rural Alberta wants protection from urban Alberta because Edmonton and Calgary don't have the same values they do. The Union complaint appears to reflect the Teachers who are upset about being legislated back to work.
As I previously said, the government of Alberta has every right to deem teachers essential services and legislate them back to work. My concern was the constant use of the notwithstanding clause which basically throws away the Charter of Rights like Justin Trudeau's erroneous use of the Emergency act.
I'm not going to jump to support Alberta teachers here because they seem to be part of the problem. They face the same polarized child exploitation BC does. Political extremists who want to sexualize young children and brainwash them with their political ideology. Prior to Jason Kenney, Alberta elected an NDP government. Jason Kenney turned out to be a Neo Con so there appears to be good and bad on both sides of the conflict.
Far left and far right stomping their feet and yelling at each other. What a mess. Like the deep polarization of the US where both sides actively strive to cancer and censor each other.
I'm not saying BC is any better because it's not. David Eby is a freak. John Horgan was a good man but we saw his policies change during Covid when he went from a minority government to a majority government. As soon as he got more power he started to crack down on rights and freedoms. David Eby's reckless spending is still a huge concern.
The Neo Cons highjacking MAGA in the US are a big concern. Kind of like Dough Ford and Tim Houston. Those two maniacs are not conservatives. This is what I keep saying about blind obedience to one side. Both extremes lead to the same place. That's why we need to be aware of and shun either extreme.
When I see Stephen Harper hijack the right in Alberta, that concerns me. Teachers were upset that during their strike Danielle Smith went to Saudi with Harper to kiss their a*s like Trump did. Remember Stephen Harper handed Canadian oil rights over to China. What he's doing in Saudi is not good.
Pierre Poilievre supporting Stephen Harper's Neo Con is a bad thing. Just like Pierre Poilievre's blind support for a globalist like Netanyahu is. So once again we have come full circle. When I started this blog there was an activist in Aldergrove named Vern who launched a campaign of T-Shirts and Billboards aimed at supporting Judicial accountability. You've seen his work if you have driven on the 401 freeway from Abbotsford to Langley. He put that billboard up with permission from the land owner.
His signs and shirt started off with Judges are the Problem. Then it was 100% Contempt for BC Judges. After that he tried to be a bit more tactful and said Revolving Door Makes Judges Accomplices. He launched his campaign out of frustration over repeat offenders of property theft.
The more crimes these repeat offender would commit, the less jail time they would serve. It was completely backwards. The criminal code didn't say to do that. This was something the judges just started doing of their own accord. Hence the conclusion Judges are the Problem. He was absolutely right.
The Cowichan decision has simply confirmed that. That decision is insane all on it's own. Illegal for not allowing the property owners standing. Doubly insane because it was an overlapping application the Musqueam Nation opposed.
That judge needs to be fired and send to jail. When I started my blog, Peter Leask was being a maniac. After taking a historic tour of the parliament buildings in Victoria I said we've gone from the hanging judge to judges that should be hanged.
At the time I was told that I am not allowed to criticize a bad judge or a bad judicial decision. They said it was unlawful. I said that was ridiculous. So I launched my Judge's Hall of Shame and started trashing Peter Leask for some of his horrible decisions. I made a meme of Peter Leask with Bug's bunny ears on a Looney Toons Background.
Neil Hall put that picture in his book The Hells Angels and the Million dollar Rat saying how I objected to some of Peter Leask's decisions. Rightfully so.
Judges still have no public accountability in Canada and that needs to change. It has made them defiantly arrogant and completely out of touch with public safety and natural justice.

My Kootney Now is reporting that "A B.C. Supreme Court judge has thrown out key evidence in a Castlegar drug trafficking case, ruling that police violated the accused’s Charter rights when a search warrant was executed in 2021."
"Justice Lindsay Lyster ruled that the RCMP officer who obtained the warrant for Andrew Lee Cancela’s home in April 2021 misled the judge who issued it by exaggerating evidence and failing to disclose critical facts." That is simply not true.
This case reinforces the fact that Judges are the problem. The police officer obtained a search warrant. It was not a warrantless search. The Supreme court Judge claimed the police officer misled the judge granting the search warrant because he didn't collaborate the informant's information. GMAFB.
The guy had a criminal record. The cop had an informant that said the guy was in possession of drugs at that time. That's what he told the judge and the judge granted the search warrant. Guess what. They were right. He did have drugs on his possession at the time. This judge has lost her mind.
"While Cancela still faces charges that carry potential life sentences, Lyster found that admitting improperly obtained evidence would cause greater harm to the justice system than allowing the case to collapse." AYFKM?
The cop obtained a search warrant. He did what he was supposed to do. This chick's a freak. The informant claimed that the suspect was the biggest cocaine dealer in Castlegar. The judge canceled the search warrant because the cop didn't verify that information. For F*ck's sakes. He had reasonable suspicion for a search warrant. The purpose of the search warrant was to verify the claim which it did.
This chick is either a freak, or she's on the take. Either way she needs to be removed from the bench. That is the problem. Canadian Judges have no accountability.
In the US judges are elected. In Canada they are not. Once they are appointed they are basically untouchable. It is very difficult if not impossible to get rid of a bad judge. Case in point Peter Leask. We had to wait until that clown retired before we finally got rid of him. That was shameful.
So is Lindsay Lyster on the take or is she just an arrogant sob with no regard for the Charter of Rights or public safety. None of the judges protected the Charter of Rights during Covid. They failed their single task - to safeguard the Charter. Now they are abusing the Charter to destroy public safety. She needs to be fired. That's all there is to it and she is not the only one.
The Calgary Herald is reporting that "The day after the UCP hit teachers with the notwithstanding clause, they used their power again — to clarify rules on big gifts for top government staffers."
CBA Alberta is reporting that "The Alberta government has invoked the notwithstanding clause to order teachers back to work. The Back to School Act imposes a collective agreement on teachers and prohibits them from striking until August 31, 2028."
OK I understand that teachers in Alberta are well paid and I also understand the Teachers strike in Alberta was well supported. Without commenting on the merits of the strike, I will express my concern about the use of the Notwithstanding clause. This isn't the first time Daniel Smith has threatened to use it.
The Notwithstanding clause is a very dangerous tool that can easily be abused. The US Constitution doesn't have one. It basically says Canadians have these rights notwithstanding certain circumstances. Justin Trudeau suspended Charter of Rights by erroneously declaring a state of Emergency. It's basically the same thing. It's a very bad precedent.
Back in the day, Canada Post was repeatedly declared an essential service and the federal government would legislate Postal workers back to work during a strike.
Alberta has the right to legislate teachers back to work but waving the Notwithstanding clause around the way they are is very dangerous and a complete contradiction for a party that claims to support civil liberty.
Recently the Supreme Court struck down a law implementing a one year mandatory minimum sentence for child pornography. They've done this before about minimum sentences. Committing crime is not a Charter Right. Bad judges need to be replaced.
Danielle Smith and Pierre Poilievre are jumping at the opportunity to use the notwithstanding clause to override the Supreme court on Child Porn minimum sentences. That's concerning because this is a manufactured emergency with a preplanned solution. They are eager to find an excuse to suspend the Charter of Rights. That's concerning.
Another flaming concern is the fact that Stephen Harper and Danielle Smith just took a trip to Saudi Arabia together. Stephen Harper is a bad man. He is not a Conservative, he is a Neo Con. He has always been an enemy of the Charter of Rights.
Putting Harper in charge of the Alberta Pension was a huge mistake. Danielle Smith publicly endorsing a Neo Con is a very bad thing. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia doesn't have a Charter of Rights. Trump sold out domestic production of oil so his son in law could get $5 billion for his hedge fund from Saudi.
Saudi Arabia is tied directly to the CIA's arms dealing. They are a big part of the World Economic Forum's Agenda which Stephen Harper has been an avid supporter of. Buyer Beware.

The LA Dodgers beat the Toronto Blue Jays in the final game of the world series last night. Hats off to both teams for a job well done. OK so the Blue Jays lost the first two games to the Seattle Mariners and came back to win it.

OK so let's talk about how Harm Reduction has become Harm Promotion. John Horgan was a good man. So was Larry Campbell. Larry Campbell became the mayor of Vancouver and was compared to the TV series Da Vinci's inquest as he was also a corner who became mayor.
Larry Campbell was rightfully concerned with all the fatal drug overdoses. We all are. We differ on the most effective solution.
Larry Campbell came up with the Four Pillars program which was good. Unfortunately, political extremists with an agenda threw away three of the pillars and turned harm reduction into harm promotion. After seeing the failure of his plan Larry Campbell started supporting the Devil's safe supply delusion. Somewhere in between we had the safe injection site.
After that failed we opened more and more safe injections sites and turned the name to safe consumption sites which made addiction and drug overdose fatalities skyrocket.
That's when they joined Portland and came up with Decriminalization which instantly failed. It made public drug use skyrocket and public safety was at risk. So they said OK that didn't work and got rid of it yet they continue with all the well meaning insanity that got us here.
The Four Pillar program has four pillars not one. Enforcement, prevention and treatment are pivotal pillars in that program. The Portugal model succeeded because they made treatment mandatory. The political extremists failed to mention that part.
They didn't want to reduce addition they wanted to promote addiction by making it more socially acceptable.
Safe supply is a doctrine of the Devil because there's no such thing as a safe supply of harmful drugs. The primary point behind prevention is to educate the public by reinforcing the fact that harmful drugs are bad for you and you shouldn't do them. We lost that when we adapted the safe supply lie.
We abandoned the prevention pillar when we started calling lethal injection sites safe injections sites. We abandoned the prevention pillar when we sent out nurses in the DTES to show people how to use drugs safely. There's no safe way to use harmful drugs. Harmful drugs are harmful.
So just like with the failed decriminalization experiment we can all see that everything we have been doing to reduce drug fatalities has had the opposite effect. It's increased addiction and increased fatal overdoses.
As inspector John McKay pointed out, another reason the safe injection sites increased addiction and overdose fatalities is because the police created a buffer zone around the injection site where they stopped enforcing the law. Another abandonment of one of the critical four pillars - Enforcement.
Not only did they stop arresting people for using harmful drugs in public outside the safe injection sites, but they also stopped arresting drug dealers selling drugs outside the safe injection sites. The purpose of decriminalization was to arrest the drug dealers not the drug addict. Something they also failed to do.
So now Ken Sims is encouraging the VPD to arrest drug dealers in the DTES and the deranged extremists complain about a police state. Enforcing the law is one of the four pillars. Refusing to do that abandons the program and supports lawlessness - anarchy. That's what the extremists want. They want to be able to sell drugs and sell stolen goods without law enforcement stopping them. If you do that, addiction and fatalities spread like a forest fire which is exactly what we have seen.
When harm promotion failed, they said let's have a safe injection site. When fatal overdoses increased they said we need more safe injection sites. When drug overdoses continued to increase they say we need a safe supply. That is Satanic.
Not only is there no such thing as a safe supply of harmful drugs but providing free drugs to the public will instantly bankrupt our precious health care system. You can't get a MRI or cancer meds but you can get free heroin. That is how good intentions become defiantly evil at the snap of a finger. Oh snap.
CBC is reporting that "In a news release, the Musqueam First Nation says that Chief and Council are deeply offended by the recent Supreme Court of British Columbia decision on Cowichan Tribes v Canada. Leadership and our entire community fundamentally disagree with the court's decision."
That's because this is one of many overlapping applications. The Musqueam nation is in Vancouver beside several other Tribes. The Cowichan nation is named after the Cowichan valley on Vancouver Island. The reason why land claims are often problematic is because several different tribes claim the same land. As a result there are more outstanding land claims then their is land in BC. That means we're going to have to share.
This illustrates another problem. As soon as the crown makes an agreement with a larger tribe a smaller tribe objects to it.
The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "The question that dominated a Richmond public meeting this week on the impact of a recent court decision on Aboriginal title was a simple one: Why weren’t we told sooner?”
"It was the province that first asked the court, back in 2017, to require notification. The court rejected the application, saying at that stage that no remedy from the court would impact the private landowners." Oh really?
"Case management judge J.A. Power of the B.C. Supreme Court rejected motions for notification from the provincial and federal governments. Article content The judge worried that if the court ordered formal notifications to private landowners it could be swamped with applications from them for standing." Of course it would. It's their land. They have standing. They have a right to submit opposition to the application.
Power ruled that “It would for all practical purposes put a halt to these proceedings.” So it should. Proceeding without them was unlawful. "Note: At this stage. In the event Cowichan were to revise its intentions in future, the private landowners could then proceed to court and file a complaint that they were not given formal notice earlier. Of course they can. They can do that now.
"The judge also recorded that the Cowichan Tribes had vigorously opposed the application to give formal notice to landowners because the Cowichan were not, at that time, seeking possession of the private fee-simple land."
This would support the Cowichan lawyers recent claim that no one was seeking to kick private owners off their property. They were seeking a different remedy. They want more money. A smaller tribe from a different area wants more money. Again. This is why not all overlapping applications are valid.
The province and John Rustad both oppose this decision.

Things went silent on Damion Ryan's trial in Manitoba all of a sudden with Agent 66. They finished the last of the evidence this week. Closing arguments from the crown will be next week. Closing arguments from the Defense will be mid November.
This case is a big deal. Damion Ryan and the Wold Pack are in charge of the drugs in the DTES. The Manitoba RCMP were the ones that busted him. The BC CFSEU wouldn't do it. They were protecting him for ratting out people he hired to do hits.
The Netflix writers completely f*cked it up. What a huge disappointment. Unbelievable. A lesbian sex scene with Ciri. What a bunch of freaks. We didn't want to see her in a sex scene with anyone. They're dropping f bombs all over. It must be completely new writers because they have completely changed everything. The whole script is completely different.
They have taken a priceless epic series and made it worthless.
It does seem like season 4 is one big cosplay like fans are saying. In the trailer the new Geralt says "Let's F*cking move!" Completely out of character with the previous three seasons. In the first episode the new Geralt takes on a swamp spider monster and defeats it.
As soon as he defeats it, they mutate into 100 more smaller spiders that attack him and the first word he utters is f*ck. Completely out of character with the previous three seasons.
Shortly after that Yennefer teleports somewhere and a soldier charges her and says who the f*ck are you? All these f bombs are completely out of sync with the previous script. It diminishes it and makes it cheap. Thus the cosplay analogy.
Then Ciri is involved with a lesbian sex scene and for me that was the straw that broke the camel's back. The problem wasn't that it was a lesbian encounter, the problem was that it was completely random and totally unnecessary.
The original Ciri was supposed to be much younger. The name Ciri is short for Princess Cirilla. As it was said in a previous review the previous story was all about loneliness and morality. The random one night stand diminished it completely.
It wasn't too revealing. They just started kissing and the camera fanned out to show the outside of the trailer implying they slept together but it was so unnecessary. Kind of like how Disney f*cked up Star Wars. They keep pushing a stupid agenda on fans who feel very betrayed.
Freya Allan and Anya Chalotra are wonderful actresses. The new script is horrible. I was willing to give Liam Hemsworth a chance but not only is it a horrible script, he's coming across as an idiot and a dick both on and off the screen. Blaming the fans for lousy writers was ridiculous. Hemsworth has become a super villain both on and off the screen.
Joey Batey plays the bard, Jaskier which is a completely different character. He is well liked. He had a homosexual encounter in a previous episode and it fit in with the plot.
Ciri's didn't. After her lesbian sex scene I just clicked unsubscribe and reason I don't like this. I can't watch any more. It's too heartbreaking to see them destroy an epic series.

After Bill Majcher's case was heard Dean Wiwchar submitted a guilty plea in the courtroom next door. As we recall, Dean was Larry Amero and Robby Alkhalil's co accused in the murder of Sandip Duhre at the Vancouver Wall Centre.
Larry and Robby were convicted of ordering the murder. Robby said Dean was his best hitter. It was actually very surreal. He wasn't sitting in the witness dock or the prisoner's box. He was sitting on a swivel chair in front of the witness dock in street clothes. He took a page from Larry Amero's courtroom book and was wearing black rimmed glasses. I assume they were prescription but it could also have been just for effect.
He seemed very human. He kind of seemed like a normal guy. Quite often you see school field trips visiting the courthouse and today there was a small group that sat in on the plea.
Normally court is pretty boring but as the judge read out all the charges in the guilty plea about being a hitman who committed two murders I looked over at the students to see if they were at all shocked. It was a pretty heavy discussion.
One of the things the judge said is that she is not bound to impose whatever agreement he has made with the prosecution. I did not realize that. Usually when someone makes a plea deal, an agreement is made. I think usually the judge implements whatever the agreement was but on occasion they do impose more than what the crown was asking.
He didn't rat out Larry and Robby for ordering the hit. The judge read out the charges and named the email usernames that ordered the hit. Get this one of the usernames was Where's Waldo. That is hilarious. I made a blog post Where's Waldo after Robby escaped from prison.
That was actually Robby's username. Another username was Skullbuster. That must have been Larry Amero. He's the one that said Jonathon Bacon was his best friend.
Two other usernames in an additional murder was Birdman and Side Swiper. I guess it's up to the crown to prove who they were. Dean couldn't deny the evidence they had on him.
Another surreal factor was how calm he was. Maybe it was because he's already been convicted of a couple of murders in Toronto and it's likely these life sentences will be served concurrently not consecutively.
It was just so bizarre because he was wearing street clothes and when he got up to leave two sheriffs met him and I was wondering if they were going to escort him outside through the public. They ended up pointing forward and left thought the inside of the courtroom.
I can't remember why his trial was separated from Robby and Larry's. Initially they were all together. Perhaps his guilty plea was why. Dean's sentencing hearing is on November 14th and the judges reasons for judgement are December 5th. I'm sure it will be posted on the court's website eventually.
The judge said during the sentencing hearing she wants to hear from him. If he's not comfortable speaking he can write it down. She wants to know who he is. I guess she's wondering how someone becomes a cold hearted killer. Very sad.
I met a new crime blogger at the Bill Majcher appearance today. His name is Geoff Meggs and his blog is Lotus Land on Substack. He has a very credible history. Seemingly he is a former journalist, former Vancouver City councilor and the former chief of staff for John Horgan. He was even the Executive director of the BC Federation of Labour.
Obviously he's going to have a different opinion that me on many issues but he's allowed to. People are allowed to hold and express different opinions. I'm sure there are many things we do agree on. It's nice to see him covering the crime beat. The mainstream media isn't. He posted a very eloquent explanation as to where the term Lotus Land comes from. I thought it just meant rich people driving high end cars.
Bill Majcher made an appearance today at 9:00 AM in Vancouver Supreme court. In addition to the two lawyers the crown had in court they also had three more lawyers in Ottawa from the DOJ on video link. I thought it was going to be a decision on the admissibility of evidence but it was just another date to coordinate and set a whole bunch of other dates.
Bill Majcher's lawyer is trying to get a disclosure and they are fighting it. They're like oh we don't have it. Oh it's covered by Section 38 and can't be disclosed due to nation security. Where have we heard that before? The first thought that came to mind is what do you mean you don't have it? You charged the guy and now you're trying to find dirt on him? That is ridiculous.
They mentioned something about having to make a third party application to get it from the document holder, likely CSIS. All this song and dance just to get a disclosure to see what evidence they have on him which is a great big nothing just like that fake picture that was a screen shot from a movie.
December 8th they have some kind of hearing scheduled to see if the judge is going to order them to produce documents. The judge is Martha Devlin who is very intelligent and well known.
Not all their evidence is going to be covered by a section 38 objection so they have to make two files. One file that isn't covered by a section 38 objection that they can produce if she orders it and another file that they can hold onto until the Section 38 challenge is heard. Sounds like a huge amount of red tape just to get a disclosure. I guess lying about the movie screen shot is a matter of national security.

The article is behind a pay wall but let's look at the claim. He claims that Marty Robert, it's actually Martin, I don't think the French Guys use the name Marty, owns a casino tied to the Rizzutos. On but wait a sec... The Gangsters Fraudcast claimed Martin Robert shot Greg Wooley who was a Riizzuto associate.
So which is it? Martin Robert is a Rizzuto associate or enemy? It can't be both. I guess the CSIS con man is lying again. He trashes Martin Robert but promotes Harley Qinn and Satan's Choice because Satan's Choice is a CSIS club.
This Facebook post cites the Fraudcast YouTube video talking about it and states "The Gangster Report as an exclusive, alleges that a building tied to Robert and figures in the Rizzuto crime family was riddled by gunfire in what sources call a calculated message amid a simmering turf conflict."
"Despite the widespread buzz, no major Canadian news outlet, including CBC, CTV, La Presse, or the Montreal Gazette, has confirmed the incident, and neither the Montreal police nor the Sûreté du Québec has issued a statement."
The Fraudcast is still hating on Mr. Worldwide. Stadnick and the Ontario HAs are enemies of the Rizzutos not Martin Robert.
