Overview

Traffic on the blog has spiked once again so I thought I'd recap some of the top stories to keep them fresh in our minds before they get buried in the archives.

Operation Skeletor

The David Giles drug trafficking trial out of Kelowna has finally hit the court and is big news. Operation Skeletor as I refer to it rising out of the Kelowna Summer Jam is the largest and most successful police undercover operation in the history of the province. The Panama connection makes it significant.

The bust came after Pat Fogarty, the person in charge of the ang Task force came up with some absolutely ridiculous statements claiming that there is no wolf pack and that the Kelowna Hells Angels aren't the problem, it's the other guys we have to worry about. That prompted me to make a post questioning what side he was on because he was obviously wrong running interference for the Hells Angels in the press.

The joint operation between the RCMP, Gang Task force and the OMGU proved him wrong in a very big way which forced us to question his leadership. Was he just an idiot? Who told him to say that? Some of the officers in the field? That would be scary indeed.

The David Giles drug bust involved the interception of $4 million in exchange for 200 kilos of cocaine which was partial payment for a plan to purchase more than 500 kilograms of cocaine for over $14 million. The Vancouver Province reported that it was suposed to be 500 kilos a month. This proved Pat Fogarty wrong in a very big way as did the stolen car boat and motorcycle ring tied to the Kelowna Hells Angels. It was a huge operation that Hells Angels associate Johnny Newcome plead guilty to. Johnny Newcome ran the chop shop out of Cycle logic which was owned by Richard Goldammer. It was a huge stolen car ring tied directly to the Hells Angels.

Tragically but not surprisingly, after they did such a great job on those two busts Christy clark's government cutting funding to the Gang Task force and gor rid of the OMGU. Just like they eliminated the police task force that investigated money laundering in BC Casinos after it issued a dammed report about how bad it was. That is organized crime. When the government gets rid of a police task force after it successfully disrupted an organized crime ring.

After sabotaging future operations, Pat Fogarty the second rose up once again trying to convince us that the Hells agels aren't a problem in BC any more. That is a lie. They just stopped investigating them. Nevertheless, Operation Skeletor is clearly the most successful undercover police operation in the history of the province. They should be promoting people involved with that not clowns like Bill Fordy.

Operation Skeletor makes up for sabotaging Operation Phoenix and the Western Wind bust. It was even more successful than EPandora which was groundbreaking even thought the convictions were much less significant.

Edmonton Hells Angles drug bust

The post about Dominic DiPalma Jr. from the Edmonton Hells Angles getting busted with two kilos of cocaine is getting a of of traffic. December 2013 I named him as the member in charge of the Whiteboy posse. That makes him responsible for all their drug trafficking and all their violence enforcing for drug debts. Dominic DiPalma was sentenced to six years for cocaine trafficking.

Prince George brutal assault

The new news in Prince George is the fact that Kitt Alwood was implicated in that brutal sexual assault in Prince George. The court records claim one of the accused cell phone records claimed she collected drug debts for Kitt Alwood. January 2013 I named her as the predator using a clothing line and a bad rap music promotion to lead young kids astray.

Kelowna couple found dead

The post about a couple in Kelowna found dead recently is getting a lot of traffic. One of the victims was Marcello Verna. Marcello was the nephew of Hells Angel Carlo Verna.Tragically, his mother, Calo's sister, also died back in 2013 at the age of 43. June 2013 I wrote a blog post about Carlo Verna expressing my concern that the club might screw him over after the took all his money. It is a real tragedy his family members are dying all of a sudden. With friends like those, who needs enemies?

City orders Buddhist Temple torn down

The Vancouver Province is reporting that the city of Burnaby is ordering a buddhist Temple destroyed because they didn't have a building permit. The Province also points out they need a permit to tear it down as well so the irony is shameful.

How many times have dirty politicians flipped agricultural land into industrial to pay off their dirty campaign contributors? Lets start with the Campbell Heights money laundering centre in Surrey. Then let's look at the proposed Mega Casino in South Surrey all the residents freaked out about. The plan was to build the mega casino on agricultural land and have the city flip it into industrial so their dirty campaign contributors could make a fortune just like they did in Campbell Heights. They are rezoning a huge amount of agricultural land in Delta for a freaking shopping mall destroying migratory bird habitat forever and thay's OK.

So now the dirty politicians won't make any concessions for something as positive as a Buddhist temple. Anyone who has studied martial arts knows that Buddhist Temples are a sacred positive influence in society. Much more so than a casino that launders drug money for organized crime.

Shots fired in Surrey

The Vancouver Province is reporting that "Surrey RCMP were called to the area of 62nd Avenue and 142nd Street around 6:30 p.m. Saturday after a number of 911 callers reported hearing what they believed to be shots. According to a statement from the police, shell casings were located in the area and witnesses reported the occupants of one vehicle had been firing at another vehicle. Both vehicles “drove off,” the police said. Further investigation found further shell casing two blocks away at 142nd Street and 64th Avenue. An abandoned white Ford pickup which matched witness descriptions was found nearby with bullet holes."

Lonnie Landrud and the murder of Deena Braem

This one kind of baffles me. Deena Lyn Braem was last seen alive hitchhiking to her home in Bouchie Lake from Quesnel on September 25, 1999. Her body was recovered on December 10, 1999 north west of Quesnel near Pinnacles Provincial Park. In 2009 the Vancouver sun reported that 10 years later Deena's death is still a mystery.

Deena was murdered on the highway of Tears. The Highway of Tears dates back to 1998 when the name was used at a vigil in Terrace to pay tribute to five women who at that time had disappeared along the 720-kilometre stretch of Highway 16 connecting Prince George to Prince Rupert. The Prince George Citizen reported that the murders along the highway of tears date back to 1969 and continued in the /70's so it started before and continued after Robert Pickton. The Highway of Tears web site claims the number of murders are up to 40.

The Lonnie Landrud story is bizarre yet he seems so coherent. He claims he witnessed the murder of Deena Braem and claims she was murdered by a police officer. We've talked about means and motive in the past. I see no motive in a cop killing this young girl. We have heard of cops stealing drugs from police lock ups. We heard that sex trade workers claims police officers extrted them into perofming sexua favoyr claiming that if the didn't have sex with the police officer they would arrest them for prostitution. These things are believable but murder?

A New York-based Human Rights Watch released a report claiming that police abuse of aboriginal women in BC included threats, torture and sexual assault. The report also contains troubling and graphic allegations of physical and sexual abuse, including from a woman, identified as homeless, who describes how police took her outside of town and raped her. Rhoad said the woman told her the officers then, "threatened that if I told anybody they would take me out to the mountains and kill me and make it look like an accident."

Rape is believable but murder seems extreme. We know Jim Brown is a freak and the Dianne Rock story raises huge concerns. Obviously not all cops are bad. Yet when we see idiots like bill fordy getting promoted it is clear that there is corruption in the administration of the RCMP. How far that rabbit hole goes is something I simply cannot answer.

Kitt Alwood implicated in brutal Prince George sexual assault

The Prince George Citizen is reporting that "Mercedes Rae Jewett appeared in custody Thursday alongside co-accused Hayden Lee Alwood, 20, for a sentencing hearing after each pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual assault and unlawful confinement. Jewett also previously pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily harm, while Alwood is also guilty of assault with a weapon. In all seven people, including five minors who cannot be named, have pleaded guilty for their part in the Jan. 7 2013 assault on the two victims, who were 17 at the time of the offence."

The day after the assault "Jewett had been arrested and her phone seized, complete with text messages bragging of the crime and other messages that the Crown said showed she was working for Alwood's mother in some capacity to enforce drug debts." Mercedes bragged about the assault and collected drug debts for Hayden's mother Kitt Alwood.

Kitt Alwood was the predator getting young kids involved with lousy fake rap music and ran an urban underground clothing line known as CRU clothing. The Crew just happened to be the name of a puppet club in Prince George that sold crack for the Hells Angels. Here's a picture of the accused Hayden Alwood posing with the deranged Madchild Shane Bunting:

"The Court heard Jewett started drinking at 13, using crack cocaine by 16, which became a daily habit at 17 when she started working on the street to support the habit. She quit when she became pregnant, but was back at it six months after the birth of her daughter." This is a pictue of Mercedes in a crack house posing wiht a blown up condom in her mouth.

"In an agreed statement of facts, court heard Jewett threw a party at her home and woke up the next morning recalling a dream of a male tugging down her pants. A 15-year-old girl said she'd had a similar dream. So Jewett called a number of friends to tell them "that a guy had broken into their apartment and tried to rape them," Crown said. They found an iPod in the room and decided that the culprit was connected to the device, and tracked down the owner. Jewett invited the 17-year-old boy to her apartment the next day. When he showed up, at least six people were waiting for him and he was almost immediately punched in the face."

So here we have a crack addict and street worker who collects drug debts for Kitt Alwood telling the court that she told her coaccused that the victim raped her. Yet that claim fails the test of believability. No doubt everyone was repeating that claim to rationalize the brutality of the assault which included sodomising the victim with a broomstick before leaving them half dead in the snow. Yet if the victim had actually raped Mercedes who was older and tougher than the victim, would they not get suspicious when Mercedes invited him over to her home afterwards? The only believable part of the story is that they brutally sexually assaulted the victims and that Mercedes did in fact collect drug debts for Kitt Alwood. That part is believable. The rape story is not which once again shows the mob mentality of an eye for an eye leaves everyone blind.

Glen Louis, also known as G Money also "worked" for Kitt Alwood. He was a horrible rapper that bragged about collecting drug debts and wrote about releasing his "family" Mercedes and Hayden from prison after being arrested for the assault. He counseled one of the younger kids in a song to take the fall for them instead. Raising kids without consequences is child abuse.

All of the little rat crew wore T-shirts that said Free EmCee Dusty referring to Dustin Lee Pierini. Dustin was involved with Scott Payne who cut off a guy's finger for a $170.00 drug debt owed to the Crew. So these are the little deranged rats posting pictures of them with cats as members of the KKK - Kitty Kat Killars who took over the real Crew after the big boys retired. Little freaks.

The rape allegation was a complete fabrication. Older kids were present egging them on. That Is what empowered them in their brutality and is why they had no remorse.

Judge orders inspection of Kelowna and East Vancouver Hells Angels clubhouses

The Vancouver Province is reporting that "A judge has agreed to allow the provincial director of civil forfeiture to conduct an inspection of two Hells Angels clubhouses being targeted in court proceedings. On Friday, B.C. Supreme Court Justice Barry Davies approved a consent order that had been signed by all parties allowing an inspection to be carried out of the Vancouver and Kelowna clubhouses."

The Kelowna and East Vancouver clubhouses have not yet been seized only the Nanaimo clubhouse has. Instead the police have applied to the courts for the right to seize those two clubhouses. Clearly the Kelowna clubhouse has been the root of a great deal of crime. The question is, was it purchased with the proceeds of crime. It is incomprehensible how it was not purchased with the proceeds of crime and should be seized. It's time to take out the trash.

Kelowna Fentanyl Drug Bust

Kelowna Cap News is reporting that "Kelowna Mounties are recommending criminal charges against four suspects after raiding two West Kelowna properties Wednesday."

"The RCMP executed a search warrant March 2 at a commercial property in the 2600 block of Auburn Crescent which yielded the following seizures: An estimated 500 “fake” Percocet and OxyContin pills; 195 grams of powder suspected to be Fentanyl; 2 industrial pill presses in which police believe each have the capacity of producing approx. 2500 pills per hour; Chemical mixer, which showed significant signs of use; 8 kg of suspected Fentanyl powder recovered from a shop vacuum believed to be used to clean up after pill production;"

"A second search warrant was also executed at a rural property in the 700 block of Petterson Road in West Kelowna which resulted in the seizure of: An estimated 800 “fake” OxyContin pills suspected to be laced with Fentanyl and Several gold bars, which police suspect may be related to a reported theft." Why does theft always coincide with drug busts?

"Police estimate that this operation has potentially produced hundreds of thousands of pills, likely distributed locally and possibly beyond. After the nearly three month long investigation, four individuals are facing potential charges, a 37-year-old man & a 26-year-old woman both of West Kelowna, as well as a 29-year-old Kelowna man and a 25-year-old Calgary man. The list of charges include possession of a controlled substance, possession for the purpose of trafficking, production of a controlled substance, and importation of a controlled substance."

"The Kelowna RCMP SEU have also been successful in shutting down other similar illegal drug operations throughout the Kelowna Region over the past few months."

Two bodies found in Kelowna - Another Update

CTV is reporting that police found a man and woman's body in West Kelowna Wednesday morning. The Vancouver Province reports that "West Kelowna RCMP said they responded to a report of sudden death at 7:02 a.m. after the discovery of two bodies in the area of Shannon Way and Westville Way. The bodies were found off the roadway in a wooded area."

Update: Global is reporting that "Police have yet to name the two people found dead in the woods just off Shannon Way in West Kelowna on Wednesday morning, but Facebook posts from friends and family are mourning the deaths of Marcello Verna and Kimberly Ansell. RCMP are confirming that a weapon was recovered at the scene and are still referring to the case as sudden deaths but are not looking for suspects." That would tragically imply murder suicide unless they simply have no suspects to look for.

Kelowna Info News is reporting that Ansell was a mother of two and Verna was a recent graduate from Immaculata High School in Kelowna. Carlo Verna was at one time a full patch Hells Angel until they sucked him dry and stole all his money.

Tragically another body was found inside a vehicle in the area of Bear Creek Road, about two kilometres past Parkinson Road in West Kelowna January of this year. The Peachland view reported that it was Twenty-two year old Tura McCarty of Summerland. Police classified the suspicious death as a homicide and said McCarty was targeted by his killer.

In 2013 Police reported that two bodies found in a black SUV that had crashed into a light standard in a condominium parking lot were victims of a homicide, not a car crash. Police confirmed that Tiffany June Goruk and Jeremy Daniel Snow were the victims of that homicide. Jeremy was involved in a cross border drug bust back in 2009.

Apparently there have been several missing persons in BC the last few months. Global is reporting that "The Delta Police are investigating after a missing person’s case led them to finding human remains at an unoccupied home on Tsawwassen First Nations land." The RCMP claim "Although the residence is on Tsawwassen First Nation Land, we do not believe it is connected to the Tsawwassen First Nation." Sometimes criminals dump bodies on First Nations land to hide the identity of the suspects.

Update: Looks like the Popo are going to blow it off as a murder suicide. How convenient. Was Jeremy and Tiffany a murder suicide? I think not. Lest we forget that Larry Pace (Lars) who now lives in Kelowna, plead guilty to murder n Halifax where he hit someone over the head with a baseball bat and injected him with a lethal dose of heroin to make it look like an OD. Murder suicide just doesn't make sense like with Jesse Haddan's friend in Maple Ridge. And just for the record, Brandy Sarionder didn't commit suicide either.

New Update: Castanet is clarifing that: "Const. Jesse O’Donaghey says the RCMP does not have any suspects to look for at this point in the case, but this may change in the future, as the investigation is ongoing.' That would imply that it is not a murder suicide.

Another Update: Tragically, Marcello's mother passed away in 2013 at the age of 43. The obituary lists Carlo Verna as her brother which would make Marcello Carlo Verna's nephew.

Rod Sweeney's trial has begun

The Canadian Press is reporting that Winnipeg Hells Angel Rod Sweeney's trial has begun. He is accused of chasing down a guy and his kid on their bicycles while in his car and beating him with a metal pole.

Update: In 2011 Kevin Sylvester shot Hells Angel Rod Sweeney in the head as he sat in his tow truck with his young son beside him in retaliation for the disapearance and presumed murder of his brother Darwin Sylvester, who was president of the former Spartans motorcycle club. In 2001 Dale Sweeney, a member of the Angels and brother of Rod Sweeney was charged with attempted murder for shooting Kevin Sylvester.

The Winnipeg Free Press reported that in 1982 "the Los Brovos and the Spartans merged - the Spartans were led by Darwin Sylvester, Graham's younger brother. The reason for merger was to present a united gang the Hells Angels could take over. With the merger, the Spartans ceased to exist."

"The merger unravelled in late 1983 when two Los Brovos were arrested for the rape of 27-year-old woman. The crime made headlines after a deputy police chief was brought in to mediate between the bikers and the victim's angry brothers and father. A van the rape victim's sister owned was found rigged with dynamite. Sylvester and his fellow former Spartans wanted the accused kicked out of the merged gang, feeling they were bad for publicity and brought too much heat. The Los Brovos refused. Sylvester left the gang." Things got ugly after that.

However, "In June 1975, three Spartans gang members -- including its co-founder, Graham Sylvester -- were charged with the rape of a 16-year-old girl. They were later convicted."

"In late 1994, Stadnik flew to Winnipeg and demanded a truce between the two gangs. He set up a third motorcycle gang, the Red Liners, of independent bikers and known drug dealers. The thinking was that by throwing a third gang into the mix, the pot would really start to boil. Whoever rose to the top would become a Hells Angel.

In May 1996, longtime Los Brovos member David Boyko was murdered in Halifax while attending a Hells Angels event. It's believed Magnussen shot Boyko to death to move up the Hells Angels' ranks. In May 1998, Magnussen's bound, decomposed body was pulled out of the St. Lawrence Seaway. He had been beaten to death, wrapped in plastic and dumped in the seaway.

"Ten years later, the violence has renewed, and at the centre of it is the Hells Angels, which despite three high-profile police stings that led to numerous arrests of members and associates, have yet to suffer a knockout blow."

Prince George, Abbotsford and Nanaimo shootings, prison fatality

The RCMP are reporting that they responded to a shooting in Prince George Sunday morning. Someone fired a shotgun at a house then fled the scene. News 1130 is reporting that there was a suspicious death at the Fraser Regional Correctional Facility in Maple Ridge last night. The altercation was a fight between two individuals.

Abby News is reporting there was a shooting in Abbotsford Sunday morning. The Surrey Leader reported that ERT was in Surrey monday evening executing a warrant on a robbery suspect.

Update: The Nanaimo Blletin is reporting that: "Two men are in custody and the police investigation continues into what appears to be a drive-by shooting in Nanaimo today. Police responded to calls about shots fired on Wakesiah Avenue near Second Street shortly before 4 p.m. "We had reports of multiple shots fired into an unoccupied vehicle parked in a residential area of Nanaimo near a children's daycare," said Const. Gary O'Brien, Nanaimo RCMP spokesman."

RCMP Overtime Cost $900K in Entrapment case

The Huffington Post is reporting that The RCMP spent just over $900,000 in overtime pay over the course of a five-month undercover operation that led to the arrests of two terrorism suspects in British Columbia. Documents obtained by The Canadian Press through a freedom-of-information request show the Mounties paid at least 200 people, mostly police officers, $911,090.54 for overtime work during the investigation, which was code named Project Souvenir.

This was just the overtime bill for the ridiculous entrapment case. The overall cost of the operation was not provided. Where is the public accountability for tax dollars misspent?

Rob Gordon, a criminologist at Simon Fraser University said "Here, the concern very much is that all of this money may have been wasted because police may have overstepped an ethical mark ... about encouraging people to do things," Gordon said, referring to the question of whether the couple were entrapped. "If they're encouraging them, what was the purpose? The answer to that is, well, to get a conviction: to show that they're doing something about terrorism issues." "That's a cynical view,'' he added. Indeed. Without the RCMP there was no means or motive to commit the crime. It was a huge waste of tax dollars. BTW CSIS are still in contempt of court. Again.

KKK endorses Donald Trump

David Duke, a white nationalist and former Klu Klux Klan grand wizard, said voting for anyone besides Donald Trump “is really treason to your heritage.” So CNN asked Trump about the endorsement and asked him three times to disavow the support his campaign is getting from white supremacist groups. Huffington Post posted his response. Now he's claiming he had a faulty earpiece and couldn't hear what group he was being asked about. Yet he repeated the term white supremacists so he did hear that part.

Mashable.com is reporting that "While Trump's focus on immigration policy has indeed proved popular among Republican voters, many of his remarks - such as calling Mexican immigrants drug runners, criminals and rapists - have drawn fierce criticism from rival candidates within his own party and liberals alike." His position on immigration makes the endorsement from white supremacists not very surprising.

I have two points to make in this circus side show. First it is astounding that the KKK still exists in today's society. We are supposed to be getting more educated and more civilized as time progresses. Instead we are de evolving into neanderthals and hillbillies. F*ck the South. Who would fight a war over the right to have slaves? Those are not the kind of people civilized human beings would want to be an a union with.

Donald Trump says he likes Canada and wouldn't build a wall between the US and Canada just between the US and Mexico yet he already has. Donald Trump has totally alienated Canada by making such insanely racist comments about all Latinos. Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. The shocking and disappointing thing is how far the raging lunatic has gone in this campaign. If he becomes president there is no way in hell I'm crossing the 49th parallel. People talk about enemies of the Constitution both foreign and domestic. Donald Trump is a domestic enemy of the Constitution. Yet he isn't the only one.

I had a friend who was unlawfully detained at the truck border crossing last year. When I went there the following day to lodge a complaint they told me my friend was not entitled to a lawyer and that they were not governed by Constitutional law at the border they were governed by immigration law. I kid you not. They tore up the Constitutional right in front of me and danced on it's ashes. They most certainly were not oath keepers. If they claim that Canadians are not protected by the Canadian charter of rights or the US Constitution while on American soil and can be arrested without charge, unlawfully detained and denied a lawyer at will, they why and the hell would any Canadian want to go there to visit?

In contrast Justin Trudeau is being billed as the anti Trump. Thank God for that.

My second point is that this is indeed a circus side show. Don't vote for this raging lunatic, vote for the dirty crook instead. That's what we are looking at when he look to Hillary Clinton or Jeb Bush as alternatives. Have we forgotten the Bush Clinton fraud already? It all started in Mena, Arkansas when Bill Clinton was governor. Hillary Clinton's law firm were up to their eyeballs in it.

Al Martin claimed that Jeb Bush instructed him to commit investment fraud to raise money for Iran contra. The Bush family have been involved in investment fraud and crashing banks for generations. Buyer Beware. Don't jump out of the frying pan into the fire.

Donald Trump’s business disaster is worse than you think.

Sylvester Stallone wins award for Creed

Sylvester Stallone didn't win an Oscar but he did win a Golden Globe award for his role as supporing actor in the moive Creed which was indeed epic. Tragic that Michael Jordan wasn't nominated for anything but when push comes to shove the fact remains he did an amazing job. No plastic award will change that. Creed was a great movie.

I don't normally watch the yuppie award shows but I wanted to see if Stallone won. Chris Rock was funny but some of the jokes were a bit over the top. Some of the horrible things that happened to Black people in the past are nothing to joke about. They obviously were scripting him to address the hard feelings and threatened boycott for not nominating any Black people this year. I think all the drama on both sides of the argument is extreme. It's like the first woman in space who told all the interviwers it was a shame they were making such a big deal about her accomplishment. Men and Women are equal. You making a big deal about this implies they aren't.

Joking about Black people getting shot by cops is in bad taste. The Rodney King beating was totally unacceptable. To think that kind of behavior can continue in our age diminishes all of us. We need to move forward and move past it. Rioting and looting is not the answer. Kevin Hart said it well. Tragic to hear Stallone lost his own son to heart disease in 2012. Peace.

A salute to Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee

Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee are two legendary martial artists from China who have captivated the hearts of North America for generations.Bruce Lee was more serious into the combat martial arts while Jackie Chan took it to a new level adding comedy with his amazing talent. Bruce Lee was the pioneer. The movie Dragon with Jason Lee is a great overview of his life story illustrating some of the prejudices he faced in North America as well as some of the barriers he had to break down to earn the right to teach martial arts to anyone who wanted to learn.

Bruce Lee's foundation was Wing Chun as taught by Grandmaster Yip Man. Donnie Yen did an excellent job portraying the life of Yip Man in another movie of the same name. Looks like he made a Yip Man 2 and 3 as well. I'll have to check those out. Yet although Bruce Lee's foundation was Wing Chun he was the pioneer for mixed martial arts. I often joke with kids now a days and tell them I studied MMA before it was called MMA, back when it was called JKD as in Jeet Kune Do. Bruce Lee wrote the Tao of Jeet Kune Do which was the style with no style. Dan Insanto was a student of Bruce Lee and coined the phrase absorb what is useful.

Bruce Lee was famous for movies like Fists of Fury, and Enter the Dragon. The movie Dragon highlighted the time when Bruce Lee played Kato for the Green Hornet which was tastefully and skillfully recreated in the movie Green Hornet with Jay Chou and Seth Rogen. Seth Rogen added the humor and Jay Chou added the skillful intelligence. Cameron Diaz was the beauty and the brains of that operation.

Bruce Lee's role as Kato was miles ahead of it's time. That was back when they were still doing ridiculous fight scenes with the old Batman and Robin series. In fact, Bruce Lee was suposed to go up against Robin as Kato. The script said Bruce Lee was supposed to lose to Robin but Bruce Lee said no way so they made it a draw. Bruce Lee could have kicked all their ass IRL.

Last night I watched the Chinese Zodiac with Jackie Chan on Netflix. Jackie Chan was the one who took martial arts to a whole new level. He added humour to the art welcoming in a new world of viewers. His series of movies called Rush Hour with Chris Tucker are legendary. I'm a bit hesitant about the spin off series on Netflix because there is only one Jackie Chan and one Chris Tucker but I'll give it a chance. I'm more excited about rumours of a Rush Hour 4 in the mix.

Jackie Chan told a funny story about how he was on the set with Bruce Lee in the filming of enter the dragon. That's how Chuck Norris also got his start. At the end of the movie Chinese Zodiac, it showed some Jackie Chan outtakes over the years. He's been around since the Battle Creek Brawl and the Rumble In The Bronx. His out takes are always funny to watch. Not that it's funny to see anyone get hurt but he does an amazing amount of his own stunts.

When my son was young I never taught him martial arts. I drove him to music lessons instead. I didn't want him to be confrontational like me. I wanted him to be different and he is. He's a really nice guy. My daugher is more like me despite my attempts to steer her away from that. Sometimes you just can't fight genetics. I guess that's why she was a bit teary eyed in Sylvester Stallone's recent movie Creed. It kind of hit home. In the movie Rocky didn't teach his son to box. He said his son is a really nice guy and wanted to get out from under his dad's shadow so he moved away to a place called Vancouver. It was nice for Stallone to put in a plug for our city.

When I was young before I traveled I went to the Gung fu school in Surrey which was run by Kirck Jacques who was amazingly fit and talented. Kirk trained Ernie Jackson who went on to stunts in the movie industry. Jackie Chan has a lifetime of dangerous stunts for the world to see. His heart, his soul and his humour has made this world a better place. That we will remember forever. After all, it is laughter that can heal the broken heart so it can. Peace.

Back in New York there was a guy that called himself Wing Chun. I was like yo man why did you pick that name? You do know Wing Chun was a girl. Evidently not. I meant no disrespect. Wing Chun is an amazing martial art. It's structurally fast. Bruce Lee studied it. It's just that Wing Chun was named after a woman who founded the style. If he had really studied it he would have known that. The guy obviously had some martial arts training. He had moves. I just didn't see any Wing Chun in his arsenal. The guy was part of the original Magnificent 13 but after he left the group his loyalties became a bit confused. Wing Chun was convinced Curtis Sliwa shot himself as a false flag attack when he was making fun of John Gotti on his radio show. I told the guy straight up that was crazy. Curtis pulled some publicity stunts when the group first started but I could tell you many more real life stories of Curtis' courage and valour on the street.

Medicinal pot grown at home

CBC is reporting that "a Federal Court judge has struck down federal regulations restricting the rights of medical marijuana patients to grow their own cannabis and given the Liberal government six months to come up with new rules." I suppose this is both good and bad.

It's good because forcing patients to buy pot from expensive corporate giants or from organized crime is bad. Yet so is misinterpreting the charter of rights. "Judge Michael Phelan ruled Wednesday in Vancouver that the Marijuana for Medical Purposes Regulations were an infringement on charter rights and declared they have no force and effect."

The right to grow your own pot has absolutely nothing to do with the charter of rights. At all. Forcing patients to buy pot from expensive pharmaceutical companies is bad but that has absolutely nothing to do with the charter of rights. It would perhaps violate the laws of natural justice not the charter of rights.

"The judge was careful to point out that the ruling does not change other laws that make it illegal for Canadians to use marijuana recreationally." Which as we know is going to change with he election of Justin Trudeau on his campaign promise to legalize it which I did not support.

A few concerns appear to be on the table. One is organized crime, the other is corporate monopolies which in this case coincide one with the other since the Hells Angels use violence to obtain a monopoly on the drug trade.

One of the first arguments those for the legalization of marijuana raise is that legalizing pot will combat organized crime and take it out of the hands of the Hells Angels. Not necessarily I argued. Exotic dancing is legal and that didn't stop the Hells Angels from using violence to take over the Exotic Dancing industry in BC. Just ask Brandy Sarionder. Oh right, she's dead.

Likewise in Amsterdam prostitution is legal and that didn't stop the Hells Angels for using extortion to buy the Yip Yam brothel for far less than what it was worth. For all practical purposes legalizing marijuana will simple make the Hells Angels unstoppable. It will prevent the police from arresting them at all unless someone has the courage to step forward when they are being threatened and extorted which as we have seen in the exotic dance industry, is highly unlikely.

However, growing it at home might. If everyone is allowed to grow it, then it would be unrealistic for the Hells Angels to threaten and extort everyone like Uncle Joe's did in Salmon Arm.

The other concern is fostering pharmaceutical monopolies on the market which would drive prices up. The NDP are always big on generic medication. Simply because whenever someone finds a treatment for a disease, the pharmaceutical companies try to patent the drug so they can charge the moon for it and make lots of money. Ripping people off with terminal illnesses is pretty dirty. Growing Pot at home for personal use only would help reduces costs.

Again, there is a difference between medicinal pot and recreational pot. Medicinal pot is high in CBD and low in THC. THC is what gets you stoned and CBD doesn't. CBD is what has medicinal properties. Pot that is high in THC but low in CBD is recreational pot. It gets you stoned not healthy. Just so we're clear on that. People want to use the medicinal excuse to buy pot that is high in THC because they just want to get stoned.

Bill Fordy gets promoted - Updated

The Surrey Now is reporting that Bill Fordy has been promoted from chief superintendent to assistant commissioner. That is disgusting. Bill Fordy's claim to fame is dancing naked in front of his coworkers with toilet paper stuffed up his ass while the other end was lit on fire. He then proceeded to wiggle his ass in front of all his coworkers trying to put the fire out. It's called the dance of the flaming asshoe. At least they got the name right. No heterosexual male wants to see that and when done in font of female coworkers it constitutes sexual harassment.

More recently his claim to fame was when one of his female subordinates sent him a sex text. Only she sent it to the entire group by mistake instead of just him. This is the clown they are promoting at the RCMP and is why the RCMP are facing a class action lawsuit over sexual harassment. Bill Fordy is one of the FOCCers - Friends of Craig Callens. Tell me what did Bill Fordy, Bob Paulson and Craig Callens really do at that fishing trip at Pitt Lake? Who else was with them? Please advise.

Recently Bob Paulson got some bad press because it turned out he lied when he said he was going to look into sexual harassment in the RCMP. The CBC found out he refused to hear complaints right under his nose. Right in Ottawa one of his female subordinates became pregnant. Everyone thought Bob Paulson was the father until the paternity test showed that it was yet another married member of his staff. This promotion is disgusting and is proof the administration of the RCMP are corrupt. God help us. No one else will.

Update: The problem is none of this is new news. Everyone who works with Bill Fordy knows about it. That means the person who promoted him knows it too. Craig Callens is the ringleader of this deranged circus. He is the one that promoted Fordy knowing his history. Just like they knew about Jim Brown. Craig Callens is the root of the problem. That's why they made up the term FOCCers. Craig Callens was in Prince George during the time of Judge David Ramsey.

We need to put someone new in charge of the RCMP. Someone who isn't from BC. How about a French Catholic from Quebec or an Acadian from the Maritimes? The French are passionate and have class. You wouldn't see them doing the pig farm. If the RCMP is supposed to represent rural Canada then let rural Canada administer it. The RCMP had a noble history. We have let the three stooges from BC disgrace the uniform long enough. It's time to show a little self respect.

David Giles' Kelowna cocaine trial has begun

Well this is the moment we've all been waiting for. David Giles' Kelowna cocaine trial has finally begun. Kim Bolan reported that the publication ban was lifted last friday. Today the Vancouver Province is reporting that the trial has finally begun and that Giles was in court Monday.

"Crown counsel Chris Greenwood said Giles and Hells Angels associate Kevin Van Kalkeren were the principal negotiators in a plot to purchase more than 500 kilograms of cocaine for over $14 million." David Giles, vice-president of the Kelowna chapter of the Hells Angels, is on trial in Vancouver along with Bryan Oldham, the sergeant at arms of the Kelowna chapter and three Hells Angels associates.

It was nice to see the Vancovuer Province used a picture of David Giles they obtianed from my web site. They are free to do so. All news outlets are. The only one I don't "own the copyright"to is the one of him outside the Vancouver courthouse smiling looking exactly like skeletor. That one was from the Vancouver Sun. All the others, and there are many, people sent in to me directly and the media are free to use.

This was the vice president and the sergeant at arms of the Kelowna chapter involved in a huge cocaine ring. That implicates the whole chapter just like the stolen car ring Johnny Newcome plead guilty to. After this conviction, there is no reason on earth the crown's application to seize the Kelowna clubhouse should fail. None whatsoever.

I don't like the idea of the police or the government seizing someone's home just because they found a grow op inside. This is different. This is a criminal organization doing business out of a clubhouse. When a chapter is convicted of that much criminal activity, that clubhouse should be seized under proceeds of crime legislation. That is in the public interest. I don't care what Ron Skolrood says. He has no right to act against the public interest. Again.

Before Giles the previous vice president of the Kelowna chapter was Lester Jones. He was convicted of drug trafficking in Winnipeg. A police agent bought two kilos of cocaine off of him for $72,000. Winnipeg is another chapter with a long history of drug trafficking.

In this case involving David Giles the Vancouver Province reported that "By the time the investigation was complete, the conspirators had provided close to $4 million in cash, which represented payment in full for the first 200 of 500 kilograms of cocaine, said the prosecutor." 500 kilos is a lot of cocaine. Those are high level dealers. The Vancouver Province reported that it was suposed to be 500 kilos a month.

Kim Bolan is reporting that Giles told an undercover cop that "his 'brothers' (the Kelowna Hells Angels) would take over his massive cocaine deal if anything were to happen to him." Sounds like a criminal organization to me. Sha na na na, na na na na, Skeletor, goodbye.

Update: Kim Bolan is reporting that the court was shown a video of their arrest which shows Kevin Van Kalkeren trying to smash his backberry when he was arrested.

Pickton's book censored

OK so everyone is freaking out about the fact that Robert Pickton wrote a book about how he was set up and everyone panicked and got it taken off amazon. That wasn' very bright. We know two things. We know Robert Pickton isn't innocent and we know that Robert Pickton didn't act alone. Censoring that fact yet again is not in the public interest.

In the trial, the judge gave instructions to the jury. He said the jury could convicted Robert Pickton of murder even if he wasn't the only suspect. Not only that, the judge said they could convict "Willie" even if he wasn't the main suspect, just an active participant. I.E. disposed of the bodies other people murdered. When the Hells Angels were mentioned in the Mission Woman's inquiry Wally Oppal shut it down and turned it into a Panel discussion where he could more easily censor evidence. Like how Willie was picking up prostitutes to go to a "Biker" party on his farm.

Wally Oppal also denied evidence claiming that a well known Hells Angels hang out called the Surrey House of Horrors had a bus that went to the Pickton Farm for parties with free drugs. All that evidence was censored by Wally Oppal.

The fake inquiry was suposed to hear evidence that off duty police officers attended parties at Piggy's Palace. Wally Opal prevented that evidence from being submitted. He should be in jail for the obstruction of justice. He claimed that the purpose of the fake inquiry was not to discuss the possibility of other suspects. Given the instructions of the judge to the jury which Robert Pickton's conviction was based on demands other suspects be examined. The fact that Dianne Rock was gang raped on the farm means we are morally bound to investigate other suspects.

HGH is a popular steroid used at the gym and in the UFC. When it first came out it was made from human cadavers. Another new book about the Pickton farm is called Jesus of Vancouver: The Left Coast Memoirs by Michael Goodliffe. It’s not a religious book. It talks about the young boys involved in the Vancouver sex trade. It also talks about a steroid called Human Growth Hormone, or, HGH. Prior to its production by recombinant DNA technology, it was extracted from the pituitary glands of cadavers (dead human bodies). Goodliffe claims he was told at the time Pickton sold body parts to make the steroid.

Was Robert Pickton capable of extracting the pituitary glands of cadavers? Yes he was. Was he capable of making HGH? No he wasn't. Once again that implicates other suspects as well.

Robert's brother Dave knew where the bodies were buried. There is no way he could have known that without being an accessory. We can thank CSIS for giving Dave Pickton immunity despite the fact that he was also charged with sexual assault on the same farm and convicted of a previous sexual assault. Dave Pickton's association with Jim Brown still needs to be addressed.

Of course the other definitive boo on the Pickton case is On the Farm by Stevie Cameron. The book was revised after the publication ban was lifted and contains references to evidence submitted in the trial. That's where I heard about Diane Rock's friend Janice Edwards testimony. I actually obtained a transcript of her testimony and posted it online.

The book On the Farm is very clear about the Hells Angels prolific involvement with Piggy's Palace and the Pickton farm. Page 137 of the book On the Farm states: "But the truth is that almost all the people in the community knew the Palace as a wild party place with drugs and prostitutes. And everyone knew that the bikers who attended usually finished the parties at their own place across from the Pickton farm, a clubhouse that had become infamous as a booze can serving alcohol and drugs to members and friends. By the end of 1996 the neighbourhood became known in criminal circles as a biker area, one controlled by the Hells Angels."

"Off duty police officers attended the parties and so did city officials." (p 136) "He was worried they were going to get busted at the Palace... But the place was full of cops too, lots of them, all in plainclothes." (p 138) Dave Picktonm as we all know, was a Hells Angels associate.

David Giles: Panama

Kim Bolan is reporting that the publication ban on David Giles' trial has finally been lifted and that his co accused Kevin Van Kalkeren pleaded guilty to conspiracy to import cocaine earlier this year. Kevin is to be sentenced March 18.

Trolls were claiming Kevin Van Kalkeren was the ring leader and that Giles was working for him. That is absurd. It was the other way around just like how Revel and Remple worked for Giles. In her article Kim states: "Suitcases stuffed with millions handed over at a Vancouver hotel. Cryptic text messages about massive cocaine deliveries. Secret meetings from Vancouver to Panama City. Over a series of meetings with the principal conspirators, the RCMP undercover officers obtained approximately $4 million cash in exchange for 200 kilograms of cocaine.”

This is why I said right from the beginning that trial reminded me of an old Van Halen song. The name of the song I linked to was Panama. The brainless trolls just couldn't figure it out.

Since the publication ban has been lifted and since Kim has cited Panama, I'm going to tell a story I have been wanting to tell for quite some time. I did attend the trial a couple of times on my days off. On one occasion I was the only spectator in the courtroom and Giles turned around looking right at me. I thought it was appropriate he see my face so he knows who to look for at the judgement bar of God when this life is over. I have a lot more to say then.

During the trial there was someone on the stand being questioned in Spanish. I asked the sheriff who that was and he said it was the attorney general of Panama. I was somewhat surprised. Why was a government official from Panama acting like a hostile witness? It was very strange. Turns out the attorney general for Panama is a woman so this must have been someone else.

I returned durirng a break after putting more coins in the parking meter since I was just passing through and happened to be in court that day. I saw the government official from Panama outside the courtroom with a lawyer and several supporters. I wanted to ask crown counsel about the status of publication bans and asked are you crown counsel? No he said they are right over there and pointed to a male and female. I turned and looked at him and the crew he was hanging out with. I said to myself what and the hell is a government official from Panama doing hanging out with the defense counsel and all the defense's supporters? It was suspicious as f*ck.

I will point out that this bust back in 2012 was huge. Prior to that Giles seemed untouchable. He got off scot free after being caught on wire bragging about how much money Revell was making him selling cocaine. His lawyer at the time argued that he didn't actually say what Revell did to earn the money so he got off. Another example of a corupt court. Neil Hall attended the E Pandora trial and claimed that David Giles was implicated in the Western Wind bust. The one where two and a half tons of cocaine bound for the BC Hells Angels were seized by US authorities and thanks to Richard Barszczewski, no charges were ever laid.

That's why I billed Giles as Skellator, lord of the underworld. He was even on the history channel with Mom Boucher after Boucher got out of jail on a technicality. His fisrt stolen motorcylce was after his "brothers" were murdered in the Lennoxville massacre. David Giles was a complete villain. History has recored that. Giles' arrest after putting the pressure on during the Kelowna Summer Jam was a huge success. The fact that he never made bail was priceless.

Recently there was another colossal arrest. This time of an Edmonton Hells Angel named Dominic DiPalma Jr. In 2014 I named him as the sole member in charge of the entre Whiteboy Posse in Alberta. Now everything I said in that post has come true.

Not to say I told ya so but I did. Since a couple of trolls have been insanely relentless trying to shut me down, it has become clear why I should keep things going. Yet as I said on my return things have changed. I am no longer posting inside tips on crime. I'm just reporting on crime in the news. I did what I did, I said what I said. It was for a purpose and now it is time to move ahead. I don't give a rat's ass what a sleazebag troll has to say. I just put their e-mail to spam and move on. Wherever there is truth there is opposition to it and these two recent stories about David Giles and Dominic DiPalma Jr prove there is a method to my madness and when push comes to shove, I may well be a broke ass bitch but I still rather be me. Word.

New Translink CEO says he will listen

Kevin Desmond has been named the new CEO of Translink to become the public face that will help heal the bruised brand Translink has incurred. I'm not worried about the fact that he is an American. This doesn't represent foreign ownership like Harper selling our oil rights to Communist China. He has good reviews in Seattle and has experience in New York City.

The Globe and Mail reported that "Mr. Desmond conceded it would be a mistake to come to his new job with a fixed strategy. Instead, he said he will listen to customers, workers, his board, mayors and the province to decide on directions for TransLink." Well that's a good step if sincere. When Moya Greene came to Canada Post she did the exact opposite.

After crashing bombardier's stock and derailing CN she came to Canada Post with zero experience in the field claiming to know everything and that all her existing managers who had been at the job for years were stupid. She started recklessly making ridiculous changes anyone in the field could tell her wouldn't work. So yes, Kevin Desmond is indeed a breath of fresh air.

So if you really want to listen, hear this: Translink is over budget over a billion dollars a year. That's how much they consume in a regional gas tax above and beyond all the other federal and provincial gas taxes. That's why the public voted no to burning more tax dollars in a referendum on raising sales tax to help Translink waste taxes.

This isn't New York. New York City and London England have the best subway systems in the world. They are built and paid for and are very efficient. You don't need a car in those cities because the subways are much more efficient. Not here. Not at all. This is more like LA on a smaller scale. People have cars just like they do in Seattle. Tax payers are getting upset about having to keep bailing out a failing system they don't even use.

They used to have a bus that went from Guildford Mall in Surrey to the PNE in Vancouver. It went along the freeway and would take about 15 minutes. After they built Skytrain they refused to run that efficient route and made the public bus, skytrain and bus to the same destination taking a ridiculous amount more time. When they reintroduced an express bus from Langley to Vancouver along the freeway they refused to let it stop at Guildford. That is bad business.

The Mayors' tax and spend glutins council keeps rewarding political contributors by giving them contracts to over budget Skytrain expansions that we don't need. Let the existing system pay for itself before you keep going further in debt expanding it and stop giving the contract to corrupt firms banned for money laundering. That is irresponsible.

The contract for the Evergreen line was awarded to SNCL after the World Bank banned SNCL from World Bank projects for the next 10 years because of massive fraud in Quebec. Giving SNCL the contract for the Evergreen line was a criminal act.

The Compass card isn't so bad. I was hesitant at first but they offer the same discount on it as with Faresavers so I'm happy with it. Having to scan out when you leave the bus is a bit big brother but installing turnstiles in the Skytrain is a must. How much money would New York city lose every day if they got rid of turnstiles and let everyone ride on the honour system?

Executive extravagance, excessive skytrain expansion to corrupt construction companies and giving everyone free rides on the bus and Skytrain are the main sources of lost revenue. Cheers.

The De evolution of the 420 movement

Gordon Clark from the Vancouver Province wrote an excellent colomb about the 420 movement. He said It’s time for Vision to stop pandering to the 4/20 crowd. He stated that "4/20 is already making headlines. This time it’s the war of words between Sarah Kirby-Yung, the Non-Partisan chairwoman of the Vancouver Park Board, and Mayor Gregor Robertson, her political foe, about where the city’s annual pot protest/excuse to fry your brain in public should be held."

The rest of the column goes off about the Mayor's public affair with a Chinese pop star. No wonder his foster son sells drugs. Yet the heart of the matter is the stark reality about how public perception towards stoners has change but not completely. The next day a couple of reader wrote into the paper stating: If we can’t drink in public, why do they allow pot smoking? Good question.

George Pearson from Surrey went on to say: "I’m sorry, but when did smoking pot become legal, especially in public? If it is not legal, why are thousands of marijuana allowed to have their smoke-ins in public places like in front of the art gallery in downtown Vancouver? I just don’t get it. If I were caught drinking alcohol in a public place to the point where I was intoxicated I would be arrested and placed in jail. Yet here we have thousands of potheads smoking up and having a grand time and creating a public nuisance without anyone raising a hand against such activity."

He raises a valid point which brings up to Gordon Clark's opening statement about how the 420 protest is simply an excuse to fry your brain in public. We need to remember that. 300 years ago, when I was a kid, we used to make fun of stoners. Now all of a sudden they are held up as activists. Something went wrong in the evolution of civilized society. We have devolved.

Now we have young kids that insist pot's good for you. Pot cures cancer. They get all agitated if you disagree with them and insist anyone who doesn't think smoking pot is good for you are stupid. Oh really. If we don't like frying our brain and getting stoned we are the ones who are stupid? I think not. Smoking anything is bad for you. That's why the leading cause of death in house fires is smoke inhalation.

When I was in highschool I had a friend who was a long distance runner. He didn't smoke pot because he knew smoking was bad for you and he didn't want it to adversely affect his running so he ingested it in food which is still problematic but is better for you than smoking it.

People argue that smoking pot is no worse for you than drinking alcohol. Which brings us back to the original question: if we aren't allowed to drink alcohol in public, why should we be allowed to get stoned in public? A very valid question.

Another reader from Burnaby wrote into the paper and said: "Get 4/20 off the streets. Gordon Clark’s column Thursday nailed it on all points, from narcissism to moonbeams to 4/20. Get the hempfest off the street. If they need a park, how about Crab Park?" I believe his sarcastic reference to Crab Park was the fact that it was recently in the news for being rezoned industrial. Yet his letter expressed his sentiment that the 420 crowd are rejects. People we should tolerate not hold up as role models. I agree. When I look at pictures of the protest all I see is a sea of losers strutting around like idiots. Bragging about frying their brains in public. Real smart buddy.

I agree smoking pot is a lot less harmful for you than smoking crack or crystal meth. I agree mandatory minimum sentences for smoking pot are stupid. We should have mandatory minimum sentences for selling not smoking crack. I acknowledge that Justin Trudeau was elected on the promise to legalize pot. Smoking pot in private is different than smoking pot in public. If we can't drink in public we shouldn't be able to smoke pot in public. A lot of people don't like second hand cigarette smoke. Second hand pot smoke is worse and those rejects just don't care about that.

Royce Gracie and Ken Shamrock

Someone said Royce Gracie and Ken Shamrock are fighting tonight. Not a rerun but a new fight. That is awesome. These are two legends that put MMA on the map. Now they're old and still busting sh*t out. Live results.

Ken Shamrock was buff with a background in shootfighting and was one of the few guys in the beginning that could execute ankle locks. Royce Gracie was the one who put everything on the map. Taking a striker to the ground and choking him out from a million different angles. Royce wasn't that big but he was skillful and took out guys much bigger then him before they had weight classes. Mad harsh respect to them both.

Sylvester Stallone and Robert De Niro were in a movie called Grudge Match where two former boxing rivals finally go at it in their old age. It wasn't a five star move but it was well done. I liked it. Everything Stallone does is classy with a good moral. Rocky Balboa was awesome when he went up against a much younger kid in his prime. The young kid takes one look at Rocky and says it's over. Rocky says it ain't over until it's over. The kids scoffs and says what's that from the /80's? He pauses thinking for a second then embarrassed answers naw I think that's from the /70's. Stallone's most recent movie Creed is a classic. Hard to imagine he was born in 1946.

Deadpool is out. It was filmed here in Vancouver and has several Canadian jokes.
