Justin Trudeau's ship has sunk
Justin Trudeau just released an official statement in support of SNC-Lavalin's continued fraud. That clown is an idiot. He just sunk his own ship. Him and John Horgan both. In this unprecedentedly insane statement Justin Trudeau rationalized SNC-Lavalins many years of tax fraud by saying SNC-Lavalin is a great company that puts food on the table of many Canadian workers. AYFKM? Their bureaucrats put millions of tax dollars in their own pockets by scamming workers and taxpayers. Chretien was famous for staying "Sponsorship is Good." Now Justin Bieber is saying "Corporate Fraud is Good." Not.
Like I said before, if SNC-Lavalin is denied the contract for the Pattullo Bridge the sky will not fall. Another Canadian company will get the contract which will save taxpayers millions of dollars and put more money in the pockets of the working families that build the bridge. SNC-Lavalin under bids and over charges government contracts. They have a long history of tax fraud. We need to address this. Just like this clown magistrate, Justin Trudeau's statements aren't just stupid, they are corrupt but so are the CONservatives and so is the NDP. We need to root the SNC-Lavalin fraud out of all the political parties.

Credibility concerns in the Hells Angels' Judge
Kim Bolan is reporting that "A B.C. Supreme Court judge has criticized an expert report about the Hells Angels filed by the Director of Civil Forfeiture as full of biased, unsubstantiated claims about the biker club. Davies was also critical of the report’s author, retired Ontario Provincial Police Det. Staff Sgt. Len Isnor. He noted that Isnor’s evidence about Hells Angels photographs he saw inside B.C. clubhouses, establish serious concerns with respect to the extent that his opinions are tainted by confirmation bias, speculation and tautological reasoning.”
AYFKM? Kim Bolan won't say it but I will. Barry Davies is a f*cking idiot. He is sitting on the wrong side of the bench. This brings us back to the founding premise of the Aldergrove Judicial Review board who first coined the phrase Judges are the Problem. Vern tried to be positive. He amended the slogan to read BC Judges: Our Strongest and Weakest link." Barry Davies is a weak link.
The tainted judge is criticizing the Crowns expert witness because he is an expert. It doesn't get any more absurd then that. Len Isnor is without question an expert in the field. He has many years of experience investigating the Hells Angels in Ontario. He was the head of the Biker Enforcement Unit. You don't get any more qualified than that.
The tainted judge even expressed concerns about the expert's assesment of the kids toys found in the Kelowna clubhouse. "Isnor also said in the report that he believed some children’s books and toys had been placed on an end table inside the Kelowna clubhouse before his court-ordered inspection in order to make it seem family friendly. “This is the first time I have ever seen or heard of an area set up in a clubhouse for children. In my opinion, this was set up because of my inspection of the clubhouse,” Isnor’s report said. Isnor testified that in 23 years of investigating the Hells Angels and other outlaw motorcycle gangs, he had never seen children in a clubhouse."
Why did the children's books and toys look suspicious? "The area in which these toys are set up is with the adult type entertainment in there. It just doesn’t mix." Of course it doesn't. The expert witness applied the test of believably and the stunt failed. When the tainted judge criticizes that statement he isn't just showing that he is stupid, he is showing that he is corrupt.
In Australia The New Daily reported that " An Australian Mafia boss allegedly paid $2.2 million in bribes to NSW judges to get lighter jail sentences, a joint investigation reveals."
In Canada William Majcher exposed Canadian judicial Corruption. William Majcher is a former police undercover investigator who brought down a lawyer that laundered money for the Haney Hells Angels which was tied to the murder of Ernie Ozolins. In William Majcher's affidavit he states that "during the course of my employment with the RCMP while working undercover or in handling criminal informants, I became tasked with knowledge and evidence of payoffs, bribery and case fixing that included judges, lawyers and court registry staff in various parts of Canada."
In 2017 Barry Davies acquitted a man whose suitcase that he had checked in at Vancouver International Airport contained a large quantity of drugs. Barry Braindead Davies concluded that the Mounties breached Herman’s Charter Rights by conducting a warrantless search of the suitcase at the airport. AYFKM?
When you go to the airport, you know your lugged is going to be searched. Searching luggage at the airport is not a violation of the Charter of Rights. Barry Davies acquitting that man was a criminal act. Is he stupid or corrupt? He claims he isn't stupid. That only leaves one option: This judge is part of the problem.
This is why I said you need to cut a deal and make a consent order seizing the Kelowna clubhouse and returning the Nanaimo clubhouse. Now the public is being shafted by a dirty judge. Not all Hells Angels sell drugs but any time an associate sells drugs in the name of the Hells Angels, that criminal activity has been approved by the local executive. That implicates every local president whose's chapter members or associates are convicted of criminal activity.
Barry Davies needs to be taken off of this case because of his proven bias which goes far beyond stupidity. It has clearly entered the realm of judicial corruption.

Outlaw National President Harry Bowman died at 69
Gangsters Report is reporting that "Midwest biker baron Harry (Taco) Bowman died behind bars of cancer over the weekend at 69. The legendary Outlaws Motorcycle Club President ran his biker empire from Detroit and brought the Outlaws to prominence nationwide, presenting a formidable challenger to Hells Angels founder Ralph (Sonny) Barger as America’s most powerful biker boss at the apex of his reign in the 1990s."
MSM promotes SNC-Lavalin's continued criminal activity
I've already talked about the SNC-Lavalin Smoke and Mirrors the media is promoting. Now I'm going to talk about how the Main Stream Media is using that circus side show to promote SNC-Lavalin's continued criminal activity.
The Main Stream Media is spinning the latest SNC-Lavalin scandal off of SNC-Lavalin and are trying to blame Justin Trudeau for it which is ridiculous. I'm not a lover of the fallen rock star but I despise the fraud the MSM is perpetuating even more so.
The latest circus side show is the claim that Justin Trudeau put pressure on the Attorney General to avoid criminal charges against SNC-Lavalin to protect jobs in Quebec. Let's remember that it was the PMO that were the ones that approved charges against SNC-Lavalin to proceed.
Andrew Scheer called for Justin Trudeau's resignation. Of course he did. He is the leader of the opposition. Yet he would have done the exact same thing and Stephen Harper would have done far worse. Even the NDP in BC are tied to SNC-Lavalin so blaming Justin Trudeau for the fraud is absurd. The problem is that SNC-Lavalin underbid and over charges government contracts on a regular basis and gives kickbacks in the form of political contributions to all the political parties. The fact that SNC-Lavalin is still getting government contracts is the root of the problem.
SNC-Lavalin should not have been given the contract for the Evergreen Line. That was a criminal act. SNC-Lavalin should not be allowed to bid on the Pattullo Bridge replacement. That is the root of the problem that the smoke and mirrors is trying to distract us from.
All the parties think that if they protect SNC-Lavalin they will protect jobs in all of Canada not just Quebec but that belief is wrong. Banning SNC-Lavalin from bidding on government contracts in Canada will not kill the Canadian economy it will protect it. For example, if SNC-Lavalin isn't allowed to bid on the Pattullo Bridge replacement, another Canadian company will so no jobs in Canada will be lost. The only thing that will be lost is the tainted bureaucracy within SNC-Lavalin that line their pockets and the politicians pockets with tax dollar fraud.
Horgan OK with SNC-Lavalin Bidding: That is the root of the problem right there.

New York cop charged with selling guns to OMGs
Record Online is reporting that "A police officer with the New York City Department of Environmental Protection has been charged with illegally manufacturing and selling dozens of guns and tipping off a drug suspect about an investigation, state police said Friday. Police said they learned about the activities of Gregg Marinelli, 38, of Plattekill, during the cocaine- and fentanyl-trafficking investigation dubbed “Operation: Bread, White and Blues” that resulted in more than two dozen arrests in February, although Marinelli was not charged in that case."
"Prosecutors say Marinelli, a DEP sergeant and team leader of an agency Emergency Service Unit, manufactured dozens of handguns and assault rifles, including a fully automatic assault rifle, in his home and sold them “to individuals who are legally barred from possessing such weapons.” Those customers included members of self-professed outlaw motorcycle clubs, and Marinelli sometimes delivered the guns using his marked DEP police car, prosecutors said."
He must have been moonlighting on the side for the Agency.
Harley Liberty is reporting that "A veteran first responder is charged with peddling deadly drugs. He’s one of 29 people arrested on drug and conspiracy charges in early morning raids Tuesday, New York State Police said. Investigators say a suburban firehouse was at the center of the illegal activity. A home to lifesaving first responders allegedly became the center of a drug operation that peddled deadly Fentanyl." The Fentanyl pills, known on the street as “blueberries,” were falsely sold as painkillers, CBS2’s Tony Aiello reported."
"Agents recovered more than $200,000, 25 handguns, an assault rifle and other rifles, 2.5 pounds of cocaine, 1,300 Fentanyl pills, ten vehicles and two motorcycles in the raids. Paul Smith, 48, who works as a lieutenant in the City of Middletown Fire Department faces charges of operating as a major trafficker, conspiracy and possessing and selling controlled substances."
Statter 911 is reporting that "It isn’t a stretch to say that there’s a decent likelihood that the two men at the center of a drug ring in New York responded to assist overdose victims who used illegal drugs the me are accused of distributing. Paul G. Smith is a career lieutenant with the Middletown Fire Department and Robert Dunham Jr. is a volunteer with Mechanicstown Fire Company. Both departments are located in Orange County. Law enforcement officials claim Smith and Dunham got drugs and then distributed them through two self-described outlaw motorcycle clubs in the county, the Burnt Pistons and Chingalings."
Chuck Zito was a member of the Ching-A-Ling MC then became a member of the Hells Angels MC, later becoming one of the founders of the Hells Angels New York Nomads chapter.
Taste of Coexistence
CBC is reporting that "Two best friends are pairing up to offer a Middle Eastern feast every week at the University of British Columbia but the unique lunch is more than just falafel and hummus — it's about tearing down walls. The "Taste of Coexistence" lunches are hosted by two chefs: one is Jewish and from Israel, the other is Muslim and of Palestinian descent. Both run restaurants in Vancouver, where their friendship has flourished despite what they were taught growing up."
"For the rest of the semester every Wednesday from 12 to 1 pm, Hillel House will serve a delicious $8 Middle Eastern style buffet catered alternately by restaurants Chickpea and Aleph."
"Bregman was pleased to see children of the Palestinian and Isreali restauranteurs playing around, calling that the face of coexistence. 'We may not be able to affect what's going to happen thousands and thousands of miles away, but we can affect how we deal with one another here,' said Bregman." This is the Vancouver that I was born and raised in.
This is the Vancouver where a Jewish Rabbi was invited to speak at a Muslim Mosque and blew a rams horns to wake the community up in support of religious freedom. Je me souviens.

Terry Sawchuk film Goalie debuts March 1st 2019
Goalie, a new movie about the life of Terry Sawchuk debuts March 1st in Vancouver and in Toronto. This starts off back in the day when goalies didn't wear face masks. Ya gotta respect that. Gerry Cheevers claimed that his mask spared him from over 150 medical stitches over his career. Terry Sawchuk didn't wear one until 1959.
Now Toronto is reporting that "Adriana Maggs’s film about the NHL star who died at 40 is a devastating look at one man’s dedication to a game that broke him. Goalie is a biopic about Terry Sawchuk, a kid from Winnipeg who played for four of the Original Six teams, held the all-time NHL record for the most wins, and died after a drunken fight in 1970. He was 40 years old, and a wreck. Adriana Maggs’s movie shows us how he got there."
The Hamilton Spectator is reporting that "In tracing the triumphant but ultimately tragic life of goalie great Terry Sawchuk, screenwriter-director Adriana Maggs had plenty of clippings and statistics to help her depict his stellar on-ice record. Harder to parse was the inner turmoil of the taciturn Winnipegger, whose remarkable run with the National Hockey League included a career record of 103 regular-season shutouts but also left him physically and emotionally shattered."
"Sawchuk's off-ice exploits were infamously punctuated by bouts of rage, depression and heavy drinking, and Maggs says she wanted to make sure 'Goalie' captured his personal struggles with unflinching honesty. For that, she turned to the poems of her father, Randall Maggs, whose 2007 book "Night Work: The Sawchuk Poems" portrayed the hockey hero in very human terms."
This is a Canadian made movie that dives into the dark side of the story. It is epic.
Mark O’Brien and Georgina Reilly's interview on Breakfast Television.
Update: OK I've seen the movie now and I can truthfully say it is very well done. I'm not really a hockey guy myself but I totally respect the rugged courage it took to play that position back then and the movie portrays the human side of the tragedy very tastefully. Think about it, a boxer takes a beating in the ring from someone wearing gloves just like in the UFC. Getting hit in the face with a puck is a lot worse then getting hit in the face with a bare fist. The raw courage he had to take that kind of a beating over a prolonged period was amazing.

National Post: Terry Sawchuk film 'Goalie' traces triumphs and tragedy of hockey great
Puckstruck: lived, breathed, died a goalie: adriana maggs on putting terry sawchuk on film

Judge refuses to strip Mongols of its trademark
NBC is reporting that "A federal judge in California has declined to approve a jury’s decision to strip the Mongols motorcycle club of its trademarked logo. U.S. District Judge David O. Carter, who oversaw the racketeering trial late last year when the Mongol Nation was convicted, cited constitutional protections against intrusions on free speech and excessive fines, in his decision Thursday. "The First Amendment and Eighth Amendment permanently prohibit the Government's request to forfeit the rights associated with the collective symbols," Carter wrote in the decision."
This is the right decision. The FBI's obsession to seize the Mongols patch was excessive and punitive. The flag has been unfurled as has the free republic it represents. Aging Rebel's take.

Man charged with murdering a Hells Angels associate in Montreal
The Montreal Gazette is reporting that "Charges were filed Tuesday in connection with three murders carried out in the St-Léonard borough in December. In one case, Giovanni Presta Jr., 33, of Terrebonne is accused of first-degree murder in the death of Sébastien Beauchamp, 44, a former member of a Hells Angels support club who was gunned down on Dec. 20 at a gas station in the borough." Terrebonne is right beside Laval where the 17 year old girl recently went missing.
Sébastien Beauchamp was a member of the Rockers as opposed to the Rock Machine. The Rockers are an old puppet club that have sold drugs for the Hells Angels since the days of Stéphane Sirois. The Rockers is the group Greg Wooley was with. Giovanni Presta is accused of assisting hit man Frederick Silva in Sébastien Beauchamp's murder.
Frédérick Silva has been charged in the murder of "Daniel Somoza-Gildea, a Concordia student who died on May 24, 2017, after he was shot when an argument that started inside the Cabaret les Amazones spilled out into the strip bar’s parking lot. Hours after he was arrested on Saturday, Silva was also charged at the Montreal courthouse with the first-degree murder of Alessandro Vinci, 31, the sales manager of a Laval car dealership who was gunned down on Oct. 11."
"Also on Tuesday, Fodil-Abderhamane Lakehal, 21, was charged with manslaughter in the Dec. 24 deaths of Davis Arbour, 38, and Marc-Hilary Dasilma, 41. Arbour is reported to have been a member of the Devil’s Ghosts and Dasilma was described in court documents as an influential member of a Montreal street gang." The Devil's Ghosts are affiliated with the Hells Angels.
The Journal of Montreal is reporting that "In Quebec, several hired assassins preferred to collaborate with the police in confessing their crimes, while incriminating the sponsors and accomplices of their murders, in order to save their lives. This is particularly the case of Gallant, who also sentenced 11 people, former Angel Hells Angel Trudeau (involved in 43 murders), Donald Lavoie (27 murders for the Dubois clan) and the mafia killer Real Simard (five murders)."
Bruno Lefebvre, a member of the Rockers was shot in Montreal January 2013.
