The Credibility of the RCMP and the Media

There are a few smaller stories to catch up on but I wanted to put this out there because I think it needs to be said. I’m sure many people are wondering why I take the police’s word when they make a drug bust involving the Hells Angels but not a suspicious terrorist bomb plot.

First, it’s because this anti terror agency within the RCMP is a separate department. CSIS is completely corrupt. They were caught red handed in the Air India bombing and still haven’t been charged with murder. The fact that CSIS haven’t been charged in the Air India bombing is baffling.

One blog reader made the claim that the RCMP is a criminal organization and I’m a RCMP lover for not admitting it. I am very cautious of statements like that because that is what the patch lickers say to pretend the Hells Angels aren’t drug dealing pimps when clearly they are.

Just because there might be a few, OK a lot, of cops who get caught drunk driving, that doesn’t mean it’s OK for the Hells Angels to sell crack. The Hells Angels use their club’s name and reputation to violently control the drug trade. A few drunken pigs so to speak doesn’t make that right. One does not rationalize the other.

The other reason I’m hesitant to refer to the RCMP as a criminal organization is because when push comes to shove we all need to believe in something. Anarchy just does not work. The preamble to the Charter of Rights says we believe in the supremacy of God and the rule of law. There is no hope and no future in lawlessness. If there are problems within the RCMP and I will agree there are many, we must fix those problems. Abandoning law and order just doesn’t make sense. Having said that, not all cops are bad.

If the police say they have arrested a member or associate of the Hells Angels and charged them with a crime, it is not unlawful for me to quote them even if the charges are eventually dropped or if they are found innocent in a trial. Me quoting the police or a media report is one way I avoid law suits for defamation. You can’t sue someone for defamation if they are telling the truth.

I personally find this Surrey terrorist plot ridiculous. One blog reader wrote in and said someone commented on Kim’s blog and said how could two drug addicts on welfare plant bombs in Victoria then get arrested later that same day in Abbotsford with no car or reliable transportation? I do have an answer for that but decided to look at some of the comments on Kim’s blog. I was shocked to see many on there think the plot is very far fetched. I thought everyone would be trashing me calling me a crazed lunatic. I may indeed be crazy. It’s just nice to know I’m not the only one.

There have been a few concerns brought to my attention and I want to be clear there is no way I’m going to trash Kim. She is a professional. She’s not like me. She is a competent and very credible and courageous journalist. First of all, she’s not anonymous. Yet she passionately writes about the Hells Angels, even devoting that whole web site to the Michael Plante story knowing full well that her life could be put in danger for doing so.

Kim is very careful not to write hearsay or speculation. She deals with facts. I however, tend to cross that line. If someone gives me a story that I feel is credible, I will run with it. Everyone has a different style and specialty. Kim deals with crime. Most other media sources look to her for their stories on crime. Conspiracy theories aren’t her thing. She doesn’t gravitate to them by nature because she is fact driven not theory driven. I don’t think it’s because she is part of a main stream cover up. I think because she is fact driven she is not drawn to conspiracy theories.

David Baines is another credible journalist from the Vancouver Sun. His specialty is stocks and investment fraud. That is his specialty. He doesn’t normally write about conspiracy theories because that’s not his thing. His thing is investment fraud and he covers it well.

Me? I’m a just a jack of all trades, master of none. My focus is the gang war which is tied to the Hells Angels and the drug trade. Yet that also covers things like Operation Fast and Furious along with political corruption as well. Political corruption does lead to what some would refer to as conspiracy theories but some of these concerns are no longer theories.

No conspiracy theorist made up Operation Northwoods. That needs to be addressed. In fact, when have we ever heard anyone in the main stream media mention Operation Northwoods? Despite the reality of that declassified document it’s not something we hear about in the Canadian Press. Yet that document, as well as the betrayal of the USS Liberty, has huge ramifications for us today.

Consequently this Surrey Pressure cooker bomb plot has put the credibility of the RCMP and the main stream media into question. The RCMP screw up I blame on CSIS. They are the ones that told the RCMP about the plot and the RCMP investigated it. CSIS probably didn’t tell them who their handler was in that case and what role he played. They didn’t tell them it was their handler that provided the pressure cooker bombs just like in the Toronto 18 and the Air India bombing.

CSIS didn’t tell them the kind of influence their handler had over the suspects coaching, encouraging and even brainwashing them to even think of such a crazy idea. In fact CSIS probably didn’t even tell the RCMP that it was their handler that placed the bombs into position. They probably didn’t tell the RCMP any of that.

Yet I am not beyond accepting that some levels of RCMP management within their anti terror agency that loses track of millions of dollars, does have some kind of corruption all on it’s own just like CSIS. After all they did scuttle Operation Phoenix and Richard Barszczewski did shuttle the Western wind bust. Instead of putting him in jail for that they gave him a promotion to military intelligence in Europe, then he comes back and wins the lottery.

The Tyee wrote an article about the RCMP’s involvement in entrapment when it comes to terror plots like the Toronto 18 which was discussed in the book the Terror Factory. How the FBI are creating terrorists and saving us from them to justify their existence as well as their increasing budget and powers to trample the constitution and bill of rights. This is very relevant. However, it is separate from Operation Northwoods.

Hitler used false flag attacks to deceive the German people into war and torture. Since false flag attacks are a part of our world history and since they were proposed in Operation Northwoods, they need to be discussed in our main stream media. Failing to do so puts the credibility of the press into question.

We talked about how Murdoch controls the press to promote specific candidates in England. We had hoped the Canadian Press was more mature and non biased than that. Time will tell. Until that day we still, knock on wood have the Internet and our right to free speech.

Bloggers of the world, unite.

Another Fall guy pleads guilty in Hells Angels drug ring

A couple of blog readers sent in this link to a National Post article about that Hells Angels billion dollar pot for cocaine drug ring that was supplying the Big Apple with BC Bud. Turns out they were supplying LA as well. So much for all that California chronic.

Alessandro Taloni pleaded guilty in New York City yesterday to international cocaine trafficking. He was from Montreal and was sent to pick up the money in LA. Plane loads of it.

This time the fall guy for the Hells Angels drug trafficking ring is Cosmo the clown. How fitting. Spin the wheel to find out who the next mule will be that gets busted. Be assured this ring will continue because the Hells Angels still own all the same BC grow ops and control all the same Canadian crack dealers. Just like in the Rob Shannon ring and the Randy Jones ring out of Tbarz. Oops, I said it again. I mean Shakerz.

If these guys were really interested in stopping the drug ring they would put wire taps on the BC Hells Angels since it’s the BC bud that’s driving this international cocaine ring. Somebody like Randy Jones for example. But they won’t do that because the Agency is protecting him. Just like how the RCMP protected Weird Hal in Operation Phoenix and David Giles in the Western Wind.

Why am I so pissed about all this? Because look at what’s happening. The States is getting all the BC bud. Big deal. We’re the ones getting all that crack in return which is destroying lives and communities. Gary Webb said the CIA were responsible for the US crack epidemic in the 1980’s. He was right. He documented everything. Freeway Ricky didn’t know at the time he was selling crack for the CIA and was funding the contra rebels in Nicaragua but he was. Likewise, I submit that the Agency are the ones responsible for the current crack epidemic in Canada. Just ask Michael Riconosciuto. Remember, keeping an unlawful secret is unlawful.

False Flag comes to Canada

Sorry but this latest news report is absolutely ridiculous. MSN news is reporting “Canadian police say they have arrested two men and thwarted a plot to carry out a major terrorist attack on a Via passenger train in the Greater Toronto Area.” Bullsh*t. It’s like a bunch of kids who start telling a lie then get more and more absurd to try and get people to believe their lie.

This Canadian false flag arrest comes just as Parliament debates a bill that gives police the right to arrest people without a charge. Another Violation of the Charter of Rights I mentioned in my Ebook.

The investigation was part of a cross-border operation involving Canadian law enforcement agencies, (including CSIS) the FBI and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. There ya go. US bullsh*t crossing the border. Operation Northwoods was real. We need to discuss that. The Joint Chiefs of Staff who approved Operation Northwoods went to Europe and implemented the same plan in Operation Gladio. They didn’t just talk about it, they actually did it.

Today’s’ case reminds us of the Toronto 18. No kidding. That was another ridiculous scam of entrapment. At least Canada hasn’t killed innocent civilians yet. They just make up these ridiculous stories the US Homeland security feed them under the watchful eye of the CIA. Who as we know have a long history of drug trafficking.

Vic Toews is the one that said if we don’t support his crime bill we support pedophiles. Then when the media pointed out his crime bill gave the police the authority to put people under surveillance who have not been accused of committing a crime he said he was surprised to find that out. Exactly. He didn’t even read the bill. This is why we need to examine 9/11. If we let them get away with that, there’s no end to the insanity they will keep pulling.

The RCMP send out a press release and the media run with it. What about Richard Barszczewski? He was that high ranking RCMP officer that pulled the plug on pressing charges against the Hells Angels when 2 and 1/2 tons of cocaine were seized in the Western Wind. Julian Sher reported “It would have been a success if not for Richard Barszczewski, says one Canadian police officer, noting it was Barszczewski who pulled the plug not once but twice on the operation.”

Oh yeah, he’s in Whiterock and won the lottery. Says he wants a summer cottage in Halifax with his buddies. Come to think of it, David Giles was the one implicated in that cocaine shipment. He’s from Halifax. Skelletor was in court today to fix a date part of E-Predicate. The Hobo clown still hasn't made bail.

Richard Barszczewski was named in yet another RCMP sexual harassment case. Money talks and the bullsh*t never stops. What about Michael Riconosciuto? Keeping an unlawful secret is unlawful. A Noble Lie The Oklahoma City Bombing

Bo Grits Oklahoma City Bombing

Sadly, Justine Trudeau’s Liberals are actually supporting the bill in defiance of his father’s charter. The NDP are the only ones expressing a concern about the timing of the bill. They still might support it but they are expressing a concern about the timing. Why is it that the socialists in Canada are the only ones concerned about human rights and protecting the charter when the capitalists are not? I guess that’s another misconception. Thomas Mulcair one, Justin Trudeau zero. Stephen Harper – go directly to jail.

Large Rock Machine bust in Manitoba

RCMP claim the entire chapter of the Manitoba Rock Machine motorcycle gang was swept up into police custody in an RCMP raid Wednesday. Police and RCMP seized 13 pounds of cocaine, 1,800 tablets of Benzylpiperazine about eight pounds of marijuana, firearms, ammunition, two pipe bombs and eight other commercial explosive devices

In their excitement they claim that the Rock Machine Motorcycle Club has been wiped off the Winnipeg map and that "today is a very good day for public safety in the province of Manitoba." I’m less eager to agree. That is a small bust compared to Hells Angels standards. Wiping out the Hells Angels rivals does not make the streets safer for anyone. It just makes the Hells Angels more ruthless in their monopoly as they continue to murder any drug dealing rival and torture drug addicts for drug debts.

It is a step forward, but unless it is followed up with an increased resolve against the Hells Angels, it will result in three steps back. 6 kilos of cocaine is nothing compared to the 2 and a half tons seized from the Hells Angels on the Western Wind. What this bust does show is that the Rock Machine has indeed returned to become just another drug dealing gang. Please note that the RM support club is the Vendetta not LHS. LHS was a Hells Angels support club until they betrayed them and killed one of their own for the Ontario village idiots.

When you loot at the police photo, there’s nothing there that I support. Guns, explosives and pot to fund Cocaine and BZP the fake ecstasy that people die from. It’s just a perpetuation of greed. I will say that I like the RM logo better than the HA logo. An eagles head is way better than a helmeted skull with devil horns and feathers. Yet both roads lead to the same place: misery and violence driven by greed. That has nothing to do with riding motorcycles and living the dream.

Although the police claim the entire manitoba chapter has been wiped off the map, only 11 arrests have been made. 4 of them RM members. Joseph Strachan is one of them. He's charged with cocaine trafficking, proceeds of crime and participating in a criminal org. Does that mean he gets house arrest like CJ Barrowby did when caught trafficking cocaine for the Hells Angels in Surrey? Strachan was unable to make his first appearance due to being taken to hospital following his arrest Wednesday. A paid civilian agent was used to take down the crime ring. Sounds like all Strachan did was go for a car ride with the police agent. Anybody know what 18 13 stands for?

Evidently the RM has the Hells Hounds as well as the Vendetta.

Niagara drug bust tied to Montreal and Vancouver

Kim Bolan is reporting that the new drug bust in Niagara tied to Vancouver is also tied to the Montreal bust through Larery Amero’s pal Rabih Alkhalil who is still at large. Police claim this drug ring was supplying 400 kilos of cocaine a week through the exchange of BC bud for cocaine in the States.

We know that the Niagara Hells Angels did nothing but sell drugs. We know the BC Hells Angels use violence to control all the grow ops here. Clearly the root of the problem remains unchanged. According to Neil Hall’s book Hell to Pay, David Giles was implicated in the 2 1/2 tonnes of cocaine seized on the Western Wind but was never charged.

Rain Coast Water sues BC Government

This is interesting. Just as we were talking about the craziness of the Chapter 11 NAFTA law suits we hear news of an old claim a company has against the former BC government for the “unlawful cancellation of a license to export water.” Rather bizarre yet this case is going through the courts not a secret chapter 11 tribunal.

The plaintiffs said they intended to show evidence that the government gave more favorable terms to a competing company, Western Canada Water, and that hurt Beach’s chances at securing investors. A witness is expected to testify that “the fact that Western Canada Water entered into the market took the wind out of the sales of the Rain Coast Water Corp. deal.” Sounds pretty fishy to me. Companies bid on contracts. You either get the contract or you don’t. I’ve never heard of someone suing the government because someone else got the contract.

Three Cheers for the Po Po

Yo bro, I aint talking about no Teletubby. I’m talking about the POlice. With all these arrests of Hells Angels in Kelowna, we need to pause and salute the boys in blue or in our case, the men in red. A lot of people have been writing in and saying wow, with all these Hells Angels busts lately my faith in the police has sure been improved. I think that says it all.

When people see crime go unpunished and minimized, people lose faith in the system. Look at how far we’ve come in such a short period of time. Last summer after the Jonathon Bacon and Larry Amero shooting in Kelowna, Pat Fogarty told the media "The Hells Angels chapter has almost dismantled now. They don‘t even have club status any more. Our biggest fear here in our province is actually the ones that aren‘t named."

That ridiculous statement forced us to question which side he was on. Either he was deliberately trying to misinform the public or someone in IHIT was deliberately trying to misinform him. One year later a completely different picture of the Hells Angels involvement in the drug trade and stolen property trade has been revealed and our faith in the police has been restored.

What we need to do now, is make sure some bureaucrat from upstairs doesn’t find who ever it is in the CFSEU that is doing such a great job and transfer them behind a desk as a result. I saw that happen in Seattle back in the /80’s. Twice. There was a cop on the beat named Chuck Pillon that was putting pressure on the crack dealers. He was so effective, they transferred him and put him behind a desk. In comes another cop on the beat in South Seattle who started doing a great job putting pressure on the crack dealers. In no time he too was transferred. It was very suspect. Just like how Richard Barszczewski pulled the plug on the Western Wind drug seizure. That guy should have been sent to jail not get a promotion. The fact that he is still lingering around is suspect.

Obviously there still are concerns within the police force that need to be addressed. Tasering someone repeatedly in the chest when they are on the ground is a misuse of the weapon. Tasering someone when they are hogtied is a crime. No doubt Jim Brown and Don Ray need to be fired. Yet that only means the struggle between good and evil continues not that we should abandon the struggle.

In the mean time we need to stop and applaud those involved in these latest busts and say well done. We also need to watch their back so they don’t get quietly transferred behind a desk so the streets can return to the status quo.

Law Enforcement: Good versus Evil

I don’t want to distract from the euphoria of the moment regarding the fantastic job the police has recently done with the Kelowna Hells Angels’ clubhouse raid and the arrest of David Giles as well as the Kelowna Sergeant at arms. I do however, think it’s important to put it in perspective and look at the dual aspect of the struggle between good versus evil.

First is the external struggle that we can clearly see. Crack and crystal meth are horrible drugs. They are very damaging and very addictive. As a result they destroy lives and devastate communities. Some people argue that if the Hells Angels didn’t sell those drugs, someone else would. I disagree. Crystal meth is new to the East coast. Greg Domey was the Salem Hells Angels president as well as the entire east coast president. He was convicted of trafficking crystal meth. The Hells Angels were bringing crystal meth from California to Massachusetts.

Clearly the Hells Angels were the ones bringing crystal meth to a new market. Likewise in Canada, the Hells Angels are the ones using their big city bully powers to flood small towns with crack. They are creating new markets and destroying lives and communities in those small towns. In Kelowna Dave Habib posted a warning to parents on his facebook about drug dealers putting crystal meth in kids pixie sticks. Yet it was the Hells Angels who were caught running a huge crystal meth lab in Kelowna that was a major production point for the Okanagan.

Flooding the streets and small towns with crack and crystal meth is a clear example of good versus evil. It is an external struggle that we can clearly see. Yet there is another internal aspect of that struggle that is just as real but is much harder to see. Chicago was famous for it’s problems with organized crime. Al Capone and the organized crime were one thing. Corrupt politicians and police officers were another.

In all fairness, I don’t think we have the same problem with rank and file officers on the take as Chicago did. No doubt we have some. Edmonton PD was accused of leaking information to the Hells angels. Yet cases like Rob Sidhu and Ken Houston aren’t that common and even those were with former police officers. Yet I do think we have a problem of internal corruption involving politicians and government agencies that does rival Chicago back in the day.

Case in point, the leaked document showing that illegal drugs are no longer a priority for Canadian border agents. That is treason and shows how government agencies, controlled by corrupt politicians can do serious damage to the hard work of good law enforcement officers trying to make a difference. The Western Wind cocaine seizure is a prime example of that. A high ranking officer steps in to squash an important investigation. That is suspicious to say the least.

Due to a lack of resources, Canadian border agents have been told to stop looking for illegal drugs leaving the country and instead focus on stopping the export of illicit nuclear material and stolen cars. The directive, contained in an internal memo to Canada Border Service Agency man-agers that was obtained by Postmedia News, is unlikely to make officials in the U.S. and other countries very happy. But analysts say that in an age of finite resources, the agency has decided it makes more sense to target areas where it thinks it can make a difference.

Nuclear material and stolen cars? That is bizarre. The Harper government is the one trying to reopen the sale of Candu reactors to high risk countries giving them the capability of making nuclear weapons just like they did for China and India.

The pot for cocaine trade is a huge problem. For a government agency to be told not to prioritize that is treason. As is the Harper government issuing that mandate in the name of budget cuts. They are the ones that cut funding to the RCMP and the gang task force and gave $69 billion to the banks for a bailout they didn’t need. Since the banks are making such a big profit, they can start paying back that bailout instead of filling Stephen Harpers campaign contributions.

So we need to talk about corrupt politicians like Stephen Harper and Brian Mulroney as well as the corrupt agencies they control which stifle the hard work of good law enforcement officers trying to make a difference. Brian Mulroney and Stephen Harper are not corrupt because they are Conservatives. They are corrupt because they aren’t. They say one thing and do another. Brian Mulroney sued the Canadian government for slander for claiming he received a kickback from Airbus. He point blank lied about his relationship with Karl Schreiber and thereby defrauded Canadian tax payers out of $2 million. That is just the tip of the iceberg to Brian Mulroney’s corruption. Harper cutting funding for the RCMP, Gang Task force, Coast Guard, Prisons and Border Agents is another concern. So much for law and order.

We do have to look at Operation Fast and Furious,. It isn’t just an Obama thing but it is also an Obama thing. Just like George Bush SR.’s cocaine trafficking out of Mena Arkansas was also a Bill Clinton thing. Clinton’s ties to the crash of the BCCI is a serious concern we need to look at because we saw it repeat itself in Operation Wide Receiver and Operation Fast and Furious. That kind of internal corruption is harder to see but just as real. The struggle between good and evil continues on both fronts - externally as well as internally.

Davie Giles – BUSTED!

Now that made my day. David Giles and three co-accused, Kevin Van Kalkeren, James Howard and Michael Read, have each been charged with cocaine trafficking and conspiracy to traffic in cocaine. Castanet has a video clip of the Press conference. That is the crown jewel of the 2012 Kelowna Summer Jam. Word. No matter how the race is run it always ends the same. Another room without a view waits downtown. Just about the time you're thinkin' it's alright, Breakdown, takedown, you're BUSTED.

Police seized $4 million in cash, firearms and eight kilograms of cocaine from several locations including a hidden compartment in a vehicle. Giles was taken into custody at the Grand Villa Casino and Hotel in Burnaby over the weekend. Also facing charges is Brian Oldham, a Hells Angels sergeant-at-arms in Kelowna. He remains at large and a Canada-wide warrant has been issued for his arrest.

I sure wouldn’t call him quintessential. Although the idea of a pure evil is an interesting concept, he’s the behind the scenes puppet master. He benefitted from the Lenoxville massacre. He was implicated in the Western Wind seizure. He was caught on wire bragging about how Revelle made him $30,000.00 in a few months. He’s not quintessential, he’s the dirty dog. The driving force behind Dale the drag queen’s lies. David Giles is Skeletor. He calls himself the Gyrator but I call him the Rusty Vibrator. Here's a link to some photos of him.

“These groups show a complete disregard for Canadian families, and public safety,” says Superintendent Brian Cantera of the RCMP Drug Enforcement Branch in B.C. Very true. They don’t care who gets killed or who gets tortured as long as they get rich at someone else’s expense. Well done officers. Thank you.

From coast to coast a toast to the host we hate the most

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that Giles was in court today wearing a black t-shirt with a skull on it. Skeletor was wearing a skull shirt. Go figure. I hear Pat James is starting a Free David Giles facebook group just like they did for Matt Foley. I hear these are the new support shirts they’re selling to raise money for Giles’ legal fees. Or should I say bibs.

We need to talk about the social awakening that has resulted in the shattering of two misconceptions that this drug bust represents. First is the ridiculous claim that the Hells Angels aren’t criminals, they’re just a bunch of motorcycle enthusiasts. People here can’t even quote that with a straight face. Everyone here knows that is absurd. All these drug convictions speak for themselves.

Freddy just posted a link to a court challenge in the US where the Hells Angels are appealing their criminal organization status there. Well, they’ve already done that in Canada and lost. The long list of drug convictions shows that is their primary business. The freedom of association means we are free to join a religious or political party of our choosing. It does not mean we are free to engage in organized crime. We know why they are appealing their criminal organization status. They don’t want their proceeds of crime seized by the police.

Sad to think they were ready to kill John Punko just because he might lose his criminal org appeal. To think they would pull a Juel Stanton just to postpone their criminal org status in BC. That really is pathetic. It would be ironic indeed if it was David Giles who became the first Hells Angels criminal organization conviction in BC. I wonder if they’ll shoot him right before the verdict just to avoid that decision.

The next shattered misconception this drug bust represents is the ridiculous claim that rating out a crack dealer is being a rat. That is insane. Crack dealers are rats. Failing to report them is being a rat. The people who murdered Britney Irving and Geoff Meisner are the real rats. Reporting those murderers to the police isn’t being a rat. Failing to do so is. People understand that now. As a result, these two shattered misconceptions means our new social awakening will no doubt bring us into a new era where crime is not cool any more.

Crack and Crystal meth are very addictive and very damaging drugs. The organized criminals who make an obscene amount of money from flooding our streets and small towns with that kind of invasive poison need to be restrained. Ratting out a rat makes this world a better place.

From coast to coast a toast to the host we hate the most

Well here it is. In Stargate a host was a tapeworm or parasite that lived in someone else’s body. Yet unlike Stargate, this parasite doesn’t keep the person alive, it lives off of and sucks the life out of him just like Catherine Austin Fitts described in the tapeworm economy.

In the Rocky Horror Picture Show, everyone throws toast at the screen during the part when they make a toast. This gang war certainly is a Rocky Horror Picture show of lies and betrayal all in the name of greed.

The recent murder of a Hells Angel associate in Nova Scotia is timely. It comes not long after the Jeff Lynds suicide in prison. Jeff Lynds is the Hells Angel who admitting to shooting Randy Mersereau for the group many years ago and has now turned informant. Some speculate his prison suicide was part of a cover up to put him into protective custody. Some speculate that is why his sister recently tried to kill herself by overdosing on insulin. Because she’s afraid the Hells Angels are going to kill her to punish her brother. Now that is really messed up. Harming someone’s family for any reason is really messed up.

There’s an interesting connection between Vancouver and Halifax and it leads to Kelowna. David Giles. The rusty vibrator was originally from the Halifax Hells Angels chapter. He came to Vancouver then Kelowna after the Halifax Hells Angels were charged in the Lennoxville Massacre in Montreal.

Turns out the Halifax chapter was invited to the same party to witness the execution of their brothers from Laval. For some reason the police thought they were involved with the murder. Those charges didn’t stick so the spoils of war were divided between the surviving chapters.

The Halifax chapter was originally known as the 13th Tribe. For some strange reason they thought there was a legend about a 13th tribe of Israel that was bad so they named themselves after that tribe. Actually it was one of the 12 tribes that was predicted to fall which resulted in one of the other tribes receiving a double portion keeping the number of tribes at 12 but that’s besides the point.

The 13th tribe named themselves after a group of people they thought were bad. Turns out the 13th tribe lived up to their reputation and patched over to become Hells Angels thus once again securing the Hells Angels control of the local drug trade.

One news source claims they got a little too rough with a prostitute and ended up getting charged with living off the avails of prostitution which they were convicted of. So David Giles, a member of that chapter comes to Vancouver with Mike Christiansen, another member of that chapter who ends up in Kelowna with Giles.

Although Giles certainly isn’t as repulsive as Robert Thomas from the Kelowna Hells Angels who was nothing but a petty thief from Ontario who’s saggy ass and a few associates used baseball bats and hammers to murder Dain Philips in public. He has nonetheless been involved behind the scene in leadership roles of the club’s business for years.

When Revell and Remple were convicted of cocaine trafficking in Kelowna, Giles was caught on wiretap saying Revelle made him $30,000 in the previous few months. Although his lawyer argued in court that only proved Revelle worked for Giles not that Giles was involved in any criminal activity, his lawyer failed to show what legitimate business they did that earned him that much money in that short a period of time.

Likewise, the day Juel Stanton was murdered, one blog reader from Kelowna recognized Giles from the website and said they saw him having a heart to heart with a younger kid explaining something serious to him. Obviously the kid was wondering why Stanton was murdered. Another source claimed there was a court disclosure that connected Giles to Stanton that was not only embarrassing for the police but showed that Giles shad been hiding things from Bryce. Yet that disclosure has yet to materialize.

Giles’ trip back east right before Bacchus and the Darksiders expanded into Nova Scotia was somewhat suspicious. According to Neil Hall's book, Giles was the one the 2 1/2 tons of cocaine that was seized from the Western Wind was going to although no charges were ever laid. Speaking of the Rocky Horror Picture Show, how is his DUI charges going?

Western Wind Skipper gets caught with another 400 kilograms of cocaine

Well, speak of the devil. We all remember the Hells Angels 2 1/2 tonnes of cocaine on the Western Wind that was seized and the senior RCMP official who prevented charges from being laid. Well this time that same skipper has been caught with 400 kilograms of cocaine off the coast of Florida. Wow, Gyrator lost 400 keys this time. Somebody's gonna pay.

Latest news from Kim Bolan is:

“The plaintiff Marlene Stirling also told the defendants that two Hells Angels members sat at her kitchen table and had coffee on multiple different times,” the documents said. “The defendants have videotape evidence of the plaintiff John Stirling threatening to kill more than one person at gunpoint,” the documents said. “On Sept. 10, 2011, the defendants were informed that the plaintiff John Stirling has been seeking to hire people to burn down the defendants’ house and cause physical harm to them.”

Martin and Beckman said “a man calling himself Ryan showed up at the defendants’ residence wearing a black leather jacket with a Hells Angel patch and was looking for the plaintiff John Stirling because John apparently owed this guy Ryan money.” Martin said in the court statement that he called Stirlings’ house and warned Marlene that someone was looking for John “and that he sounded really p---ed off.”

Two more Vancouver gang shootings

Gang shootings, right, my bad. It's really hard to keep up with the play by play on all the gang shootings. We know Mehrdad Saki was shot in the face in New West last Monday and Axel Curtis was shot dead walking his dog in Vancouver Sunday morning. He was shot six times in the chest. at 8:10 into this Youtube video you can see a clip of Axel.

The Vancouver Province claims "Latest gang killing highlights growing Metro Vancouver drug war." OK let's do the math. Axel was a member of the UN. So the UN didn't kill him neither did the Dak Pack. The Red Scorpions work for the Hells angels now so if the Red Scorpions shot him who do you think is ultimately responsible?

The Hells Angels killed three guys connected to the Surrey drug trade in five weeks not long ago. It was all about doing what Eric Sandburg told Agent 22 they were going to do - eliminate all the competition in Surrey. Let's not forget the recent Hells Angels shooting in an Ottawa shopping mall.

Here you thought I forgot about the Hells Angels just because I was writing about cocaine dealers in Victoria. Who do you think they work for? One of the suspects is friends with the son of the owner of the Western Wind. Go figure.

Operation Phoenix Revisited

Operation Phoenix was a significant police operation targeting the Hells Angels in the 1990's. I think it's time to revisit that case since it is the very nature of the legendary Phoenix to rise again from the ashes.

Allen Dalstrom was fired by OCABC chief officer David Douglas in 2004 after concerns were raised about Dalstrom's handling of Project Phoenix, a multimillion-dollar investigation of the Hells Angels that was never prosecuted, and over comments Dalstrom allegedly made to a journalist writing a book about the Angels.

Dalstrom alleged in court documents that Phoenix failed because of a turf war between the RCMP and the OCABC. His trial threatened to expose deep divisions between the RCMP and municipal police in B.C. and call some of the most senior officers in the province to the stand.

Insp. Andy Richards, a former investigator with the OCABC who now works for Port Moody police, said Wednesday that Phoenix targeted nine suspects, including three full-patch members of the Hells Angels, and the case should have gone to trial.

"It was a very compelling case and ... highly prosecutable," Richards said. "But because so much baggage had been raised and so much mud had been thrown, Crown was not willing to proceed because ... it was not in the public interest to publicize the level and extent of the infighting."

Richards said that in his view, Phoenix was scuttled by senior RCMP officers because they were jealous another agency had succeeded against the Angels on what they saw as the Mounties' turf.

Asked if he thought the RCMP had learned from the Dalstrom case, Richards replied: "I hope so. But I'm just not convinced they're an organization that necessarily learns from these lessons. ... I'm not sure they learn unless they take it on the chin publicly."

RCMP Supt. Pat Fogarty said Wednesday the four-member board that fired Dalstrom had only one RCMP member on it, with the other three from municipal police forces. "The decision to do what they did was not exclusively the RCMP," he said. "They were only one vote out of four."

Pat Fogarty, the man from space. I am told he is a buffoon. Literally. It is a great concern how someone so completely out of touch with reality could have risen so high in RCMP leadership. It's as though the RCMP didn't want cases against the bikers to proceed so they promoted an idiot to be in charge.

After the VPD caught two Hells Angels in a drug ring, the NDP government created OCABC, a provincial gang task force that was effective at it's job. The RCMP were jealous and did everything in their power to successfully scuttle it's operations. It is a travesty of justice that after the RCMP sabotaged OCABC, it was the provincial taxpayers that had to pay the $2 million settlement to hide what the RCMP had done. Pat Fogarty's allusion to the claim that it wasn't the RCMP that fired Allen Dalstrom is further evidence of that cover up. RCMP Bev Busson was the chair. She fired Dalstrom.

According to Mr. Woodall’s opening statements, Allen Dalstrom’s troubles began when he opposed the RCMP’s attempt to shut down a major drug investigation by the OCABC. Mr. Dalstrom was the lead investigator on the probe, called Project Phoenix, which was targeting Hells Angels.

Rob Gordon, head of criminology at Simon Fraser University, said if Dalstrom’s allegations are true, and key Hells Angels members escaped justice because of police infighting, the provincial government needs to take a hard look at how B.C. is policed.

“It’s outrageous,” he said. “And no professional police service anywhere else on the face of the earth would tolerate it.” Gordon said the current patchwork of RCMP and municipal police in Metro Vancouver simply isn’t working. Gordon added that he suspects Phoenix isn’t the only B.C. investigation that’s been derailed by police turf wars. “If there was an inquiry into all of this, we’d probably find a lot more,” he said. It’s time that we have a very thorough look at the issue of regional policing,” he said.

Project Pheonix never went to trial because they thought it wasn't in the "public's" best interest to air all this dirty laundry. To show how vindictive and controlling the RCMP administration could be in preventing an organized crime case going to trial.

I may be naive and I may be cynical but I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Yet I do believe in the three strike rule. The RCMP scuttled Operation Phoenix and the provincial gang task force called OCABC. Strike one. Then the RCMP through Richard Barszczewski stopped an investigation against the Hells angels dead after 2 1/2 tons of cocaine were discovered aboard the Western Wind. Strike two. Then Pat the Buffoon Fogarty has the brazen audacity to make the amazingly absurd statement to the press that the Hells angels are no longer a threat in BC. Strike three you're out!

There is no reason Operation Phoenix can't proceed. The evidence has been collected. We don't care what the RCMP did to stop that investigation. Stopping it let's them accomplish their misguided goal. Proceeding with it is in the public's best interest. Suppressing it is not. BTW I'm told one of the three patch members that were targeted in Operation Phoenix was the ridiculous Weird Hal Porteous.

I think we should preserve the RCMP. If Jim Chu won't take the commissioner's job then Robert Paulson should get the job. Barbara George is dishonest.

However, I do not think the RCMP should be in charge of investigating the Hells Angels or be in charge of the gang task force any more. After three hugely successful attempts to stop cases against the Hells angels going to trial, their misdeeds have proven they should not be in charge of those investigations and the authority over the gang task force should be returned to the Provinces.

It was an act of Provincial legislation that created OCABC in the first place. That legislation still existed as does OCABC. It has loaned out it's members to the RCMP because of their campaign of dirty tricks to gain control then promote a buffoon who makes sure nothing gets accomplished.

BTW One of the reasons cited by Douglas for firing Dalstrom is that he believed Dalstrom was the “OCA insider” quoted in Julian Sher’s book about the Angels, The Road To Hell, How the Biker Gangs Are Conquering Canada, who said that, when it came to organized-crime investigations, the RCMP had done “f--- all here for 25 years”. So once again we see someone fired for telling the truth. The Ontario Biker Enforcement Unit is successful because the RCMP doesn’t have anything to do with it’s administration.

Court backlog stalls more prosecutions

Once again the Court backlog makes the front page. Kim Bolan was reporting on how the shortage of sheriffs for court was resulting in many cases getting adjourned. At the same time we also read about how the prisons in BC are over crowed to the absurd extreme where Gordo the Glutton was building prison tents in BC. I kid you not.

All this was happening before Harper's disproportionate crime bill that will now send that fragile system into absolute chaos. Realistically someone who committed murder won't have their case dropped as that would hopefully be somewhat of a priority. Yet the other prioritization has already gone astray.

According to government figures provided to The Province, as of Sept. 3, there had been 73 judicial stays of proceedings for adult criminal and youth cases in B.C. Provincial Court so far this year. In 2010, there were 58 judicial stays for the entire year. The Vancouver Province listed a few of the many cases that were dropped because of delays resulting from shortages.

Some of the cases weren't significant yet others were. In 2009, Jason James Horner and Robert Luigi Polani had their cocaine conspiracy charges stayed when a judge found their three-year-old case had taken too long to get to trial. A Crown appeal of the rulings by B.C. Supreme Court Justice Peter Leask was heard last November and a decision is still awaited. Peter Leask hearing another cocaine case. God help us.

In May 2010, Provincial Court Judge Ronald Webb, in staying a charge of possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking against Darren Bryan Williams of Cranbrook, said trial dates were hopelessly overbooked.

So right now we are already seeing over crowed prisons and case back logs where important charges like trafficking cocaine are being dropped. Knowing this, Harper then goes to the opposite extreme, leaving hard drugs aside, sets out on his own Don Quixote crusade against those evil pot growers by imposing mandatory minimum sentences of two years for growing pot. No wonder Mr. Harper hasn't increased mandatory minimums for crack. He must be smoking it himself.

Unlike the bleeding hearts, I most certainly don't have a problem with mandatory minimum sentences. For murder or trafficking cocaine. Not for smoking or growing pot. Especially when the courts have directed the government to fix the current problem of patients with medicinal marijuana prescriptions to have aces to filling those prescriptions.

I'm not going to say the courts are the end all and be all. I think the courts decision to keep insite open is wrong. If people want to keep insite open by a democratic referendum that is one thing. Having the courts over rule a democratically elected government and claim shooting heroine in a safe place is a charter right is absurd. But that's another topic.

Right now we have to deal with the catastrophic state of emergency Stephen Harper has now manufactured with his disproportionate crime bill. Cocaine trafficking cases are now getting dropped. That's not even including the investigations like the Western Wind the higher ups have pulled the plug on.

Throwing all the pot growers in jail for two years is going to further tax the judicial system and fill the over crowed prisons. Three to a bunk is not acceptable. Privatizing the prisons is not acceptable. Raising taxes to incarcerate nonviolent offenders is not acceptable. The California prison system is not a model we should follow. Instead we should learn from their mistakes.

Victoria and Calgary Cocaine

One has to wonder if the cocaine trade in Victoria and Calgary are connected. Obviously it appears that Surrey is a hub connecting both trades. The thing I'm interested in is the large cocaine bust in Calgary that happened shortly before Lindsay Buziak's murder. It was the largest cocaine bust in Alberta's history. 80 kilograms were seized in total along with packaging for another 20 kilograms which illustrated the high volume of cocaine passing through Calgary. From where en route to where?

We know that the Calgary police seized 11 kilograms of cocaine along with several firearms including a machine gun from the Calgary hells angels clubhouse back in 2001.

Compare that with a few other large cocaine busts in Victoria.

We know that the Robert Shannon convictions and the Jones Brothers indictment have implicated the Hells Angels as being huge cocaine suppliers in the area. Not to mention the 2 1/2 tons of cocaine seized from the Western Wind.

The interesting thing is, in the Calgary cocaine bust there was a guy named Erickson Lopez Delalcazar of Victoria. Eric's father is Edwardo Del Alcazar.

Interesting to note that Sarah Amelia Smith is one of Colin Lamontagne's friends. Sarah is engaged to Eric's brother Eldriegson L. Del Alcazar. The wedding is set for tomorrow, October 1st 2011. They look like a happy couple. I hope the expensive cars aren't paid for from cocaine. That would be tragic. If they are, speak now or forever hold your peace.

Enrique Delalcazar is friends with Alycia Lynn Faithfull Lebrun who was also charged in that largest Alberta cocaine bust as well as another in BC. Police used a stun grenade to arrest Jefferson Delalcazar in a vehicle near Douglas and Bay streets in 2008.

Delalcazar faces a charge of possession of an undisclosed amount of cocaine for the purposes of trafficking, and two charges of breaching conditions in relation to previous arrests, Hamilton said. Earlier this year, Jefferson Lopez Delalcazar pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily harm of Sukhpaul Parmar - a stranger - and assaulting and criminally harassing his former girlfriend Magdalayna Moraitis.

Jefferson is Eldriegson's brother. Buyer Beware.

Since someone has posted false allegations of slander I will post a few more pictures proving what I have said. Sarah and her new husband are a very attractive young couple. Sarah has married into a family that has a history of cocaine related charges as well as violence. That is a true statement. One bully poster said every family has a black sheep. Then I cite two brothers with cocaine charges. Then the poster said two people means nothing. Then I cited an uncle. All three of whom have been charged in very high level cocaine trafficking. Then the poster accused me of being a cyber vigilante. Kinda of a smoke and mirrors distraction to the fact that they were just proven wrong.

Someone else posted a comment expressing their opinion that Sarah drinks and parties a lot, which is not a crime. The denial bully threatens the poster and calls them a liar. Well let's have a peek at a few more pictures and see who the real liar is.

Here's another person of interest Sarah appears to be very cosy with, David Bennett. He hosts a lot of parties. Sarah is seen in a lot of pictures attending some of those parties. In fact that kinda looks like a drink in her hand. The denial bully lied and said Sarah doesn't drink. Drinking is not illegal. So why lie about it then call someone a vigilante for exposing your lie?

Here's another picture from one of Dave's parties at his house in the Highlands in Langford with a Tiger in the back yard. Even I saw that in the news. Dave's in the middle with his arms around the attractive young lady in the black dress. Many of them appear to be drinking. I am told the person on the far left in the photo is of Jorge Hildago who if you search the BC Court records has been charged with production and manufacturing of a controlled substance.

Sarah and Dave do look very cosy indeed.

Here's one of Sarah with Jacine Jadresko who is married to a person of interest named Arlen Orr aka whiteboy. In fact it even looks like an alcoholic beverage in her hand which is not illegal. So please don't lie and bully posters here threatening them for telling the truth. You're the cyber bully. The other girl on the left is Kevin Baker's girlfriend Kasia. Kevin has numerous charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Sarah is a very pretty young lady. She reminds me of Lindsay Buziak who was also a wonderful young lady. Evidently, Lindsay got involved with someone who had many similar friends. Now, you will note the title of this post is not Sarah or the Del Alcazar's. The title of this post is Victoria and Calgary cocaine. I have simply noted that some of the people arrested in the Calgary cocaine bust prior to Lindsay Buziak's murder have friends and associates with people in Victoria who are also friends and associates of people who have been charged in very high level cocaine trafficking coming out of Victoria and extending across Canada. That's all I said and that is true.

Just for grins let's have a look at this picture of Jacine Jadresko nonexistent husband Michael Scofield aka Arlin Orr. They were engaged but she refers to him as her hubby. That's even after sleeping in her car last summer. I guess he doesn't always treat her the way he should. They were recently seen together driving a nice new Cadillac Escalade. He has quite the criminal history.

Here's one of Jacine Jadresko's brother Cody in the middle with Dave Bennett the tiger guy on the right and Erickson's brother Jefferson Del Alcazar, Brother of Erickson Del Alcazar who was charged in that Calgary cocaine bust that was described as the largest cocaine bust in Alberta's history. Jefferson was accused of beating up his girlfriend at Denny's with his Brother Eldriegson present. Eldriegson was charged at the time with assault on another male. In fact the suspects were very well know to the police. (page 6) In fact Jefferson was also arrested with cocaine in Victoria back in 2008. The ERT used a stun grenade to arrest him.

And here's one for the road. Sara and Jacine with Ovidio Acevedo doing tequila shots. Cheers. Good luck sister. You're gonna need it.

Another ton of cocaine seized, no criminal organization charged

Well here we have it. The police obviously get a tip about a boat load of cocaine in Port Hardy. They broadcast the seizure and low and behold it has a ton of cocaine on board. Two people are charged but no link to any criminal organization is made.

This is the second largest cocaine seizure in the area. The largest was two and a half tons of cocaine for the Hells Angels on the Western Wind in 2001. Richard Barszczewski was the Peter Leask of the day who vetoed that conviction. Tricky Dickey should have been fired, he shouldn't have been given a promotion.

So here once again he have a huge cocaine seizure but no link to any criminal organization. Is Tricky Dickey still in charge? Please advise.
