That decision isn't just pathetic - it's straight up satanic. Christopher Hinkson needs to be fired immediately. He is clearly unfit for office. He's worse than Peter Leask. Using illegal harmful drugs in public is NOT a charter right. It's already illegal. He threw out all those Covid cases as well.
Gordon Campbell appointed this clown to the Supreme Court in 2007 and Christy Clark made that clown Chief Justice in 2013. God damn you. All of you. Remove him from the bench.
Illegal drugs are illegal just like stealing or murder is. Judges are required to uphold the law not break the law. They don't have the authority to break the law. They don't have the right to say a criminal should go free if he breaks the law. They don't have the right to legalize rape or theft. They are bound by the law they are required to uphold. Judges who break the law aren't just salt that's lost it's flavor. They are criminals that deserve to go to jail. Imprison him.

I read a ton of these judicial decisions and they are so off the mark of the intent & purpose of the law they’re ruling on that their decisions are anything but articulate and simply babble on and on with BS ‘rationale’ to support their decision. In my day (few years ago) the courts were for the people! Today? Courts are anything BUT for the people. They are for politicians, lawyers and ill-appointed judges. Run Canada, run!
