Richmond Homicide

BC local news is reporting that "RCMP are investigating a Friday night homicide in the 7000 block of Westminster Hwy. in Richmond. According to the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team, the homicide appears targeted."

The Dark side of Donald Trump

We've seen the dark side of Hillary Clinton. She has been deeply involved with arms dealing, money laundering and drug trafficking for a generation.

Now Donald Trump has revealed his dark side. I'm not referring to his beef with the CIA. That's a good thing. I'm not even referring to another brick in the wall. I'm referring to his ban on Muslims from certain countries but not Saudi Arabia. People seem to think rich muslims are OK but poor muslims aren't. Yet it goes far beyond that. It is a step towards racial profiling.

With one sweep of the pen, Donald Trump has created a ban on immigrants from seven Muslim countries. It includes a ban on green card holders. As a result, US residents traveling abroad have been denied reentry into the United States. This is evil.

Most of the 911 terrorists came from Saudi Arabia. Their visas were denied and the CIA overruled that decision and brought them in directly. Trumps ban will not help protect America from terrorists. The only way to protect America from terrorists is to ban the CIA.

In contrast, the Hill is reporting that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Saturday responded to President Trump's executive order banning refugees and halting immigration from several countries by welcoming those refugees to Canada. "To those fleeing persecution, terror & war, Canadians will welcome you, regardless of your faith. Diversity is our strength #WelcomeToCanada" Trudeau tweeted. Makes you proud to be Canadian.

Canada should immediately open their borders to these working professionals denied reentry into the US. This is what I meant when I said I don't like Donald Trump as a person but think as a person, Justin Trudeau is a great guy. If there was only some way to balance the extremes. If Justine Trudeau could get his brain around avoiding unnecessary debt he would be perfect. Right now he is all heart and no business sense. Trump is the opposite. He is no heart all business. Humanity calls for a balance between the two. Welcome to Canada: Bienvenue.

Turns out the Trump ban includes Canadians who hold dual citizenship with one of those seven countries. Those Canadians are no longer allowed to enter the United States. Part of me says why would I want to go to a place like that? The other part of me says you guys are really missing out. Diversity makes us strong.

Update: And now the courts fight back to sustain the constitution.

Canada offers temporary home to those stranded by Trump order

The Lunar New Year and the Rise of the Terracotta Warriors

I rode down to Chinatown today to watch the New Years Parade since the Lunar New Year actually falls on a Saturday this year. The place was dead so I pulled over and asked someone where's the parade? They said oh that's on Sunday. My bad. My father always used to say there are three types of people in the world. Those that participate in the parade, those that watch the parade and those that don't even know a parade is on.

I like the Chinese New Year celebrations. Lots of firecrackers, drums and Lion dances. All the noise is supposed to chase off the evil spirits and usher in a New Year. This year is the year of the rooster which seems appropo. This is the year activists claim their right to free speech both in China and here at home. It makes me think of the Terracotta warriors.

Take up our quarrel with the foe to you from failing hands we throw the torch. Be yours to hod on high. If ye break faith with us who die we shall not sleep though poppies grow in Flanders fields. That also applies to the noble Terracotta soldiers. Just for the record, they weren't communist either. China has a magnificent history and culture that predates communism by thousands of years. I've always said that Chinatown is the heartbeat of Vancouver.

In 2014 the Express reported that Filmmakers from Britain, America and China are joining forces to create one of the biggest blockbusters in cinema history, based on the ancient Terracotta Warriors. The warriors are expected to rise from the grave in the Far East to rival Hollywood comic heroes such as Iron Man and Spider-Man." That sounds totally awesome.

The New york Daily News reported that it will be co-produced by "Amazing Spider-Man" producer Avi Arad. I sure hope its still on the table. That has a powerful potential.

Dave Habib steals house from his dead sister's children

In the words of Raiden from Mortal Kombat: Enough! Castanet is reporting that Dave Habib stole his dead sister's home from her children right after she died of cancer. That is as low as anyone can go. Evidently his "ex" wife teamed up with him to do the dirty deed.

So now she's an ex. The money's gone and so is that beautiful bride. I aint saying she's a gold digger but the records of the court did. She's not so pretty now is she? Makeup can never hide the ugly face of greed. What's worse is that a judge of the court denied Sally's children from postponing their eviction notice until after the hearing. There is no justice in that.

This is why judges need to be publicly accountable. The public pay their wages. They're just civil servants. The public elect the governments that create the laws the judges are supposed to uphold. As the Aldergrove judicial Review Board declares, bad decisions make judges accomplices to crime. Infotel has also picked up on the story.

Two of Dave's brothers, Sam and Mike, were charged in a $ 3 million Oxycontin fraud. Sam was sentenced in 2015. Dave's other brother is no longer a gang member. He used to be the president of the Kingpin Crew but they were disbanded after Joey Verma was charged with the murder of Brittney Irving. Dave Habib's connection to the Kelowna Hells Angels came directly from the Liquid Zoo. Every crime has a means and a motive. We must ask ourselves what is the real motive for this crime? Greed? Without question but on whose part? It doesn't take a brain surgeon to do the math. A lot of people are fed up with the Kelowna Hells Angels. Finish them.

Operation Deep Freeze is now in effect.

China's crackdown on human rights lawyers

Gong Hey Fat Choy. As we kick off the lunar New Year let's take a look and Communist China's crackdown on human rights lawyers. Amnesty International is reporting that "It’s been one year since China began its assault on human rights lawyers and activists across the country on 9 July 2015. In all, 248* lawyers and activists were questioned by police, detained or charged in the unprecedented sweep." Let's name the prisoners and track them.

The Guardian is reporting that Human rights attorney Xie Yang says he was shackled, beaten and threatened, in transcripts released in protest at his continued incarceration. So why all the smoke and mirror distractions about Russia when communist China is torturing human rights lawyers as we speak and murdering political prisoners to order for organ harvesting. This is serious.

10 Years: A look at Hong Kong in 2025

Turns out that the familiar term Gong Hey Fat Choy is Cantonese not Mandarin. Cantonese is spoken in Hong Kong and has been banned by mainland China after the take over. Communist China has also banned the award winning film 10 Years which gives a dark look at Hong Kong's future under Communist rule. It's worth watching. Now China is banning two elected lawmakers in Hong Kong because they won't swear allegiance to Communist China. Time for us to wake up.

One aspect of the movie explains self immolation. I oppose that practice because it is self defeating. Going on a hunger strike against Adolf Hitler wouldn't work. He'd just laugh and say one less to worry about. The same with Stalin or Chairman Mao. In addition to that self immolation assists Communist China's propaganda war. China falsely accuses the Falun Gong of self immolation. They say don't listen to them those people are crazy. They cut themselves and commit suicide. Outsiders looking in have to agree. Sadly, most people think the Tibetan monks that set themselves on fire in protest are crazy. That sacrifice is lost in the translation.

The Year of the rooster has now begun.

Shooting in Surrey results in another fatality

The Surrey now is reporting that A man was found dead in a vehicle in Newton Thursday night roughly one hour before a drive-by shooting in Whalley. "We can't confirm they are related," Corporal Meghan Foster, spokeswoman for the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team, told the Now. "It is unknown if this homicide is linked to other recent shootings."

Surrey Mounties were called to the 7400-block of Sinclair Crescent just after 8 p.m. after someone found Maple Ridge resident Hershan "Shawn" Bains, age 36, "unresponsive" in his vehicle. IHIT deemed his death a "targeted" homicide. Foster said it's not yet known if this shooting is linked to the "targeted" shooting death of Karanpartap Waraich, 22, who was shot several times before crashing his SUV into the golden arches sign at the McDonald's in Cedar Hills on Monday night, Jan. 23.

There had also been a shooting on Friday, Jan. 20th in Newton, in the 8000-block of Scott Road, where police recovered bullets and bullet casings near an unoccupied vehicle. Meantime, about an hour after Bains was found, multiple gunshots were fired from a white pickup truck at a white Mercedes sedan in Whalley Thursday night, in the 12300-block of 91A Avenue.

That makes eight shots-fired incidents confirmed by the Surrey RCMP so far this month.

2 men shot dead in Prince George

CBC is reporting that "The RCMP's Serious Crimes Unit is investigating a double-homicide in Prince George, B.C. early Wednesday morning. Two of the people were dead and another was taken to hospital with what appeared to be serious but non-life-threatening injuries."

Update: Global News is reporting that Aaron Ryan Moore, 27, of Prince George, Perry Andrew Charlie, 24, and Joshua Steven West, 33, of Price Geroge have all been charged with murder. RCMP ares still searching for Seaver Tye Miller, 21 of Prince George who is a fourth suspect.

CBC is reporting that Aaron Moore and Joshua West both have criminal records. West was under a 10 year firearm ban.

Norway Rock Machine members arrested for murder of Bandido prospect

TBM Scandinavia is reporting that three Rock Machine members in Norway have been arrested for the murder of a 31 year old who appears to have been a Bandidos prospect. Bandidos opened a prospect chapter in Norway in 2015 and have a chapter is Oslo. Here in Canada you don't normally see beef between the Rock Machine and the Bandidos. This conflict is new.

Evidently the Rock Machine in Russia had a large number of them patch over to Mongols and it has seemed to have created hard feelings. I guess that's why they're worried about losing some of their members to the Bandidos in Norway.

The Rock Machine is originally from Canada and right now it is a complete mess. Consequently it appears that mess is carrying over to international locations since they are determined to expand without a solid leadership base at home.

In the Begining Mom Boucher and Salvatore Cazzetta created an MC in Quebec called the SS. Mom Boucher wanted to become a member of the Hells Angels but after the Lennoxville massacre, Salvatore said f*ck that and started the Rock Machine. Mom Boucher didn't care about the betrayal of the Laval chapter. He saw it as an opportunity to promote himself so that's exactly what he did. Mom Boucher and Biff Hamel joined the Hells Angels after the Dark Riders betrayal also in Laval. Boucher got his Hells Angels patch after getting out of prison for armed rape.

Over the years the Quebec Hells Angels and the Rock Machine waged a war over drug turf. The Hells Angels wanted a monopoly on the drug trade and the Rock Machine said no. It has been alleged that Mom Boucher maintained an alliance with the Rock Machine during this period of time and many of the Hells Angels who were killed by the Rock Machine were political opponents of Mom Boucher who used that war as an opportunity to promote himself within the organization.

Right before Mom Boucher went to jail for planning the murder of a prison guard, his old friend Salvatore Cazzetta along with the remaining founding members of the Rock Machine crossed over and became Hells Angels in what appeared to be an attempt to maintain Mom Boucher's political interests in the Quebec Hells Angels. After crossing over, Salvatore became president of the Montreal chapter of the Hells Angels. After that, the Rock Machine died.

A few years ago Sean Brown and a group of people not related to the original Rock Machine started a new MC with the same name. Sean Brown changed the logo from a yellow or gold eagle's head to a white one. He didn't want to war with the Hells Angels in Quebec so the new kids on the block kicked him out. They wanted to be a gang. They had no interest in forming a MC. Ever since then the Rock Machine in Canada has been a mess. He's in, he's out. He never was in. Yes he was, no he wasn't. It is a complete mess. The original Rock Machine is lost.

It's too bad. They have the best logo.

Langley teen murdered over drugs

Postmedia News is reporting that "Three young men who pleaded guilty to the grisly murder of a Langley teen who had been their friend have been sentenced to life in prison with no parole eligibility for 18 years."

"Connor Angus Campbell, Bradley Michael Flaherty and Keith William Tankard, all of who were 19 years old when they carried out a sophisticated and co-ordinated plan to kill fellow 19-year-old Nicholas Hannon in February 2014, entered their pleas to second-degree murder prior to a sentencing hearing in B.C. Supreme Court in Vancouver on Monday."

The court heard evidence claiming that all tfour friends had been dealing drugs. Tankard wanted to withdraw from his drug dealing but was afraid to do so and approached Campbell and Flaherty for their assistance, and this was the origin of the murder plot, according to an agreed statement of facts read out in court by Crown counsel Bob Wright. What a crock of shit that is.

Three big guys were afraid of one small guy. Yeah right. Agreed statement of facts between whom? The three murderers and the Crown? I guess the one they killed wasn't able to testify. That lie fails the test of believability. The three guys felt intimidated by the one so they killed him? Highly unlikely. The first question is who were they selling drugs for? It wasn't the UN so it must have been you know who. That leaves us to ask which puppet club? Was it the 856? That would implicate Lenny the weasel. They same guy that got Bob Green killed.

If Tankard wanted to stop selling drugs the only one he would be afraid of is their supplier. If the guy they killed was linked to their supplier, they would not have killed him out of fear of retaliation. The only plausible conclusion is that the guy they killed was the one that wanted to get out and they were empowered to kill him by their supplier to shut him up. That is believable. The fraudulent statement of facts is not. This was a plea deal. It is not the truth.

B.C.'s credit rating at risk as Hydro's debt grows

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "A top investment firm continues to sound alarm bells about B.C. Hydro‘s finances, saying the Crown electricity provider’s rising debt level is a risk to B.C.’s credit rating." No kidding. Christy Clark's fudge it budgets are finally starting to catch up with her.

Lest we forget what created the ballooning deferred debt and turned B Hydro from a tax revenue cash cow to a complete Enron fraud. That was Gordon Campbell and the BC Liberals. They privatized the power brokers that sell power to the public company at above market rates. That was a criminal act that needs to be rectified this election before the tsunami drowns us all.

Surrey shooting fatality

News 1130 is reporting that Surrey police got gunshot call after 9pm, found person drove into sign. Driver killed. Likely targeted. Police have converged on the parking lot of a McDonald’s on 96th Avenue and Prince Charles Boulevard in Surrey.

Update: CKNW is reporting that IHIT says the dead man is 22-year-0ld Karanpartap Singh Waraich, and say he is known to police. Court records show Waraich had been facing charges of assault and uttering threats.

Women's rights misrepresented

I find it mildly amusing that the anti Trump camp are hiding under the umbrella of women's rights. There's been a few women's rights marches denouncing the election of Donald Trump. Trump's response was simple. Why didn't they vote? Oh they did. I'll be the first one to admit that I don't like Trump as a person. His locker room banter is childish. Unfortunately it's common. That certainly doesn't make it right. It just makes the anti Trump camp complete hypocrites for trying to claim his election in any way violates women's rights.

Donald Trump is no different than Bill Clinton or Newt Gingrich. Speaking of Mr. Bill, did you see Hillary catch him checking out Ivanka at the inauguration? It was priceless.

Even the mighty Obama himself had wandering eyes.

We know that more than Sarkozy's eyes wandered during his tenure. What were all these women's rights protesters saying about Bill Clinton and Newt Gingrich's infidelities? Oh they weren't protesting infidelity, they were protesting childish locker room banter. Really?

Ultimately, Madonna was the one that took the cake. What the hell is Madonna doing speaking at a march for women's rights? She is the one who made a career out of demeaning women.

Madonna said she is really angry that Donald Trump was elected. In fact she's so angry she feels like blowing up the white house. Oh really. Now we know that wasn't a threat and we know she was simply expressing her anger but what was she really angry about? Was she really angry about women's rights or was she really angry about something else?

So what is the protest really about then? What country has Donald Trump invaded or what policy has he created that's so offensive? Well he hasn't yet but just you wait. So you're not protesting a policy he made or a country he invaded, you are protesting the fact that he won the election and that your candidate lost? Really? Is that what this is all about? Get over it.

Gun owners like Donald Trump. Gun owners don't like Hillary Clinton. This election wasn't about women's rights. It was about arms dealing and drug trafficking. The CIA are upset their candidate lost and are spamming the media with nonsense because they are facing budgets cuts and well they should. They shouldn't even be operating on US soil. Move forward. Ignore the CIA.

I will add that although Madonna campaigned for Hillary and has a history of being trashy as hell, she was absolutely magnificent in Evita when she sang Don't Cry for me Argentina. That was the classiest role she ever played. Now she's promoting Hillary's arms dealing and drug trafficking. Pitty. Hillary Clinton is no Eva Perón.

Madonna has completely lost it. She claims women betrayed us by voting for Donald Trump. She claims “Women hate women. That’s what I think it is.” I think Madonna needs some time with Dr. Phil. She's on a women's march against women who voted for Trump. Now that is conflicted.

Update: The Toronto Sun is reporting that "modern feminism is no longer an inclusive movement to protect and improve the lives of all women. These leftist feminists have shown their true colours. They’ve demonstrated that feminism isn’t about women, it’s about politics – where a feminist man, even a violent one, comes ahead of a conservative woman."

Canadian caught smuggling 59 kilos of cocaine sentenced to 10 years in U.S. prison

The National Post is reporting that A 37-year-old Canadian who was caught with 59 kilos of cocaine has been sentenced to 10 years in prison in U.S. District Court in Seattle. The U.S. Department of Justice said Friday that Martin Briand, who is also a French citizen, was sentenced for conspiracy to distribute cocaine after the cocaine was seized in December 2009.

Briand was on the run for six years before being arrested in December 2015 upon arriving at Vancouver International Airport from France. He had been identified by Canadian and U.S. border agents as being extensively involved in smuggling cocaine into Canada. “In just six months in 2009, this defendant made 29 flights in chartered aircraft between Point Roberts, Washington and points south without ever legally entering the U.S.,” said U.S. Attorney Annette Hayes.

“In his final trip, a Washington State Trooper caught him with nearly 60 kilos of cocaine. Anyone responsible for transporting these kinds of quantities of illegal drugs also is responsible for feeding countless drug addictions and the misery that comes with them, and thus deserves the lengthy sentence imposed in this case.”

Newton Shooting

The Surrey Leader is reporting that "Nobody was injured in what police say was a targeted shooting Friday night in Newton. Surrey RCMP responded to a call of shots fired in the 8000-block of 120 Street at approximately 10:10 p.m. Officers located shell casings in the area, and determined shots were fired at an unoccupied vehicle in the area."

Harley Davidson 750 Street

Speaking of shrewd business, I saw in the paper that Harley Davidson is coming out with a new liquid cooled motorcycle called the Harley Davidson 750 Street at the upcoming motorcycle show at the Tradex in Abbotsford this weekend. So I went down to the dealership to check it out.

The first thing I asked the dealer is what does the 750 represent? It can't be cc because Harleys are measured in cubic inches and he said, nope, it is in fact ccs. I thought the smallest Harley was a 80 cubic inch v twin. This is a new innovation. It used to be 80 cubic inches now it's up to 103. Every year they try to get a little bit bigger and bigger for the fully decked out cruisers. They obviously have a lot of torque but how is your gas mileage? Not so good. Do you really need that large of an engine? It really has the appearance that some of those guy's are desperately trying to overcompensate for something.

There will always be a market for the full meal deal. The 750 street is reaching out to a new market and I think it has a huge potential. A lot of people just can't afford $30,000 for a motorcycle and the collision and comprehensive insurance to keep it on the road. Not everyone out there sells crack. The 750 Street is much more affordable and practical.

Goldhammer's custom motorcycles in Kelowna are indisputably awesome but who can afford $100,000 for a motorcycle? That's a good chunk of a down payment on a home. Then there's the insurance on top of that. I much prefer his custom choppers to the fully decked out Harleys with huge fairings and saddlebags that look more like Goldwings than Harleys. If you want a Goldwing buy a Goldwing. If you want a Harley then buy a Harley. Yet an old timer pointed out they are comfortable on long rides. He recently rode a rigid frame shovelhead to Sturgis.

The 750 street is liquid cooled. A lot of people are tired of the overheating issues in summer from air cooled engines. I thought the only liquid cooled Harley was the V Rod which is a joint venture between Harley Davidson and Porsche. They're pretty cool too. I'm told some of the bigger cruizers are liquid cooled now as well.

The only thing I don't like about the 750 Street is the design of the shocks at the back and more importantly the dust cover on the front shocks. That kinda makes it look like a dirt bike. Other than that I think the bike is awesome and could explode into an untapped market. A lot of people who ride imitation cruisers because of their affordability would gladly cross over to the real thing if they could afford to do so. This is innovation. There certainly is still a market for that.

The Return of Xander Cage - Review

"The world has changed. The war we're fighting today needs a different kind of soldier. We need people with the skills and the attitude to take on threats we don't even know exist." Nicky Jam is in the house. Now that's what I'm talking about. Carpe Diem. The Americanos - In My Foreign.

Update: We saw the Return of Xander Cage in the theatre today with the new reclining sets. It was f*cking awesome. I read a negative review of the movie in the Vancouver Province and I was like WTF? If you don't like action movies don't watch them and don't talk sh*t about them because clearly that person doesn't know their ass from a hole in the ground.

This movie has Grandmaster Donnie Yen in it. He gave a flawless performance. This is Nicky Jam's premier on the big screen. We should be celebrating. I know I am. Yo mamacita! Nicky Jam que Bacano. He is from Puerto Rico originally and moved to Colombia. He's a very popular Reggaeton superstar there. Miss Colombia is in the movie too.

The movie even has a special guest appearance from Ice Cube who was rock solid. When the crazy conspiracy theorist was recruited to be part of the team the first thing he asked the handler was do you know what really happened to Pan Am flight 103 that crashed over Lockerbie? The handler looked him in the eye and said yes. So do we.

This movie kicks off what appears to be a new series and I say bring it. Vin Diesel claims there are no patriots any more. Only rebels and tyrants. Indeed, these are the times that try men’s souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. As Ice Cube said, thank God the gangster is back.

The Inauguration of Donald Trump and the rise of Kevin O'Leary

So today was the inauguration of Donald Trump and his new theme is America First. There are different ways to interpret that. Some might look at it as the me first generation but others might understand how this applies to free trade.

I've already expressed colossal concerns with these behind closed doors trade agreements that have nothing to do with free trade and are all about giving up sovereignty and the NAFTA chapter 11 compensation awards. That is just plain bad business. Donald Trump could be good for business. It was interesting to note that some republicans boycotted the inauguration. That was probably a good thing. Those republicans are likely part of the problem.

A prime example is Stephen Harper. He came out with this ridiculous nonsense claiming Donald Trump's foreign policy will scale back U.S. involvement in global affairs and be guided by narrow economic interests, while coming to view China as a "geopolitical adversary." How can any of that not be a good thing? China is a Communist dictatorship that execute political prisoners to order for organ harvesting. The fact that Stephen Harper handed over our sovereignty and our oil rights to a communist dictatorship screams insanity. Trump in that arena is a voice of reason.

It's like Arlene Dickinson's concerns about Kevin O'Leary announcing his candidacy for the Conservative leadership. She implies the guy is a prick because he is a shrewd businessman and wouldn't give away $10,000 to a group of inner city former gang members like the rest of them. She claims Politics isn't just about dollars and cents. Well maybe it should be in some ways. People ask do you really want a shrewd businessman in charge of your country's finances? Well, actually yes I do. The compound interest on unnecessary debt is enslaving future generations. That's something Justin Trudeau simply cannot comprehend.

Right now communist China is one of the richest nations in the world that owns the debt of many superpowers. So why are they still receiving humanitarian aid from the same countries they own the debt to? That is bad business on our part. Justin Trudeau is a really nice guy. He just has absolutely no ability or desire to balance a budget and avoid unnecessary debt. I find that absolutely astounding. Kevin O'Leary just might be exactly what we need.

Prescription heroin tsunami destroys Metro Vancouver

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "Top health officials in B.C. are actively discussing a plan to prescribe clean heroin or other opioids to people with addictions, in an attempt to stem the rising death toll caused by street drugs tainted with fentanyl." This is the epitome of evil.

The methadone programs has become a billion dollar scam. Doctors prescribe methadone to heroin addicts but refuse to reduce the doses turning them into lifetime methadone addicts at the taxpayers expense. Now the pharmaceutical greed has risen to the extreme and they want taxpayers to buy heroin for addicts. That is the wrong solution. That represents the fall of Rome and the destruction of our public healthcare system.

It' time for a new Chief Medical Heath Officer. How about Dr. Colin Mangham? He is the only honest one in the bunch. Macklemore speaks out on Addiction - my drug dealer was a doctor.

Larry Campbell speaks out in support of the Devils deal.

Shooting in South Vancouver

CBC is reporting that there was a targeted shooting in South Vancouver around 3:00 AM this morning. "The front window of the targeted house was shattered and there appeared to be numerous bullet holes right through the glass. Officers put up at least 20 evidence markers up on the front lawn. Const. Jason Doucette said no one was injured in the shooting but the occupants of the home were not cooperative with police. He added the investigation is ongoing."
