Shots fired in Burnaby and Vancouver, fatal shooting in Surrey

The VPD is reporting that "Vancouver Police are investigating a double shooting which happened just before 8:00 (Saturday) evening. Two men in their early 20s were in a parking lot in an industrial area at East Kent Avenue South near Borden Street when they were shot. They were taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Investigators believe that the shootings were targeted."

BC Local News is reporting that "Reports say that RCMP are investigating after bullets hit a home in Burnaby Saturday night. Police responded to Griffiths Avenue and Halligan Street after reports came in of shots fire at 10:30 p.m."

Global is reporting that "A section of Cloverdale was closed to traffic Sunday morning as the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) looks into the city’s latest homicide. Surrey RCMP said it responded to an incident in the 17800-block of 64 Ave. at 12:25 a.m. where a man was found in distress, and later died." Sh*t be cray yo. Another Saturday night in the wild, wild west.

News 1130 is reporting that "On January 4th, Surrey RCMP were called out to the nearby area of 64th Avenue and 174th Street after reports of shots being fired. Officers found a man in a car, injured in what was described as a targeted attack." So a shooting in the same general area on January 4th where someone was injured and another two days later where someone was killed.

Judicial corruption in Ontario and BC

Canada Court Watch reported that in June 2009 Robert Freedland was photographed protesting outside the Shepard avenue courthouse wearing a kangaroo costume. lol Now that's the proactive use of imagery. His complaints involve accusations of court bias towards lawyer overbilling and include allegations of transcript altering. The common thread in all these judicial complaints is the complete lack of public accountability within the Canadian judicial system.

Evidently there has been many allegations of transcript altering in Ontario. I have never heard of that in BC. Here the trial is recorded and a third party types up the transcript upon request. There appears to be misconduct probes in Ontario. I have never heard of that in BC. We have huge problems with accusations of misconduct. I've just never heard of an actual probe to resolve the matter. We have to wait for lunatics like Peter Leask to age out and retire.

Castanet is reporting that "A woman was rushed to hospital after she was shot in an apartment on the 3700 block of 24th Avenue of Vernon early Saturday morning. Vernon RCMP Const. Kelly Brett said a 49-year-old woman “sustained life-threatening injuries" when she was shot shortly after 1 a.m., and she remains in the hospital."

Police Spin Bob Green's murder

There has been a lot of bizarre accusations coming from the crown these days that are simply untrue. They lied and falsely accused Schrader of being in on the plot to shoot Larry Amero and Looney in Kelowna to intentionally put his life at risk in hopes it would force him to give them information on his previous associates. This was not a one time offense. This is a method of operation for the compromised BC gang enforcement that sits back and watches the drug tracking out of Shakerz and on the Surrey strip without lifting a finger to stop it.

Kim Bolan is reporting that "Hours after shooting Hells Angel Bob Green, Jason Wallace had driven to a spot near Harrison Lake where he had previously camped. He called his friend Justin to talk. But someone else took over the phone. The mystery man gave Wallace two options: He could kill himself. Or he could turn himself in to the Hells Angels and they would do it for him. If he didn’t, his family would be executed." That part of the story is believable. The rest is not.

"It took Wallace until the next day - Oct. 17, 2016 - to make a different choice. Just after 9:30 a.m., he placed a distraught 911 call during which he confessed to killing Green at a drug-fuelled 19-hour party in a makeshift gang clubhouse. And he told police his family was in danger."

OK so after *someone* told Jason after he killed Bob Green to kill himself or turn himself into the Hells Angels so they could kill him or else his family would be executed he calls up 911 in a frenzy making up some crazy story hiding his motive. He claims he didn't know why he shot Bob Green. He was high on drugs. Yet every crime has a means and a motive.

Stating that he didn't know why he shot Bob Green and that he was high on drugs implies it was not premeditated. Which completely contradicts their other evidence. They claim his friend Shaun Clary brought Jason the gun that killed Bob Green. As we know Shaun was brutally murdered shorty thereafter. Shaun was from Guildford in Surrey. We know his family. It is possible that he was friends with Jason. That part of the story is believable. The rest is not.

Locals claim that Bob Green was shot with his own gun. A gun he had given Jason while Jason was selling drugs for a Hells Angels puppet club called the 856. Shaun Clary did not have access to guns. Bob Green did. Is it possible Jason asked Shaun to go home and get the gun that Bob Green gave him? That part of the story is remotely possible. Shaun could have followed Jason's instructions to get the gun that Bob had given him after Jason told him where to find it thinking Jason was simply returning the gun. However, it is also possible that part of the story is a complete fabrication like the 911 call claiming he didn't know why he shot Bob Green.

Jason Wallace was busted with Len Peltier for drug trafficking in Yellowknife and the Yukon through the 856. Jason was a member of the 856 and Lenny ran it on behalf of the Hells Angels under the direction of Bob Green. Every time Lenny gets busted someone else takes the fall for him. He has even cooperated with the police giving up others who worked for him. It is obvious that Bob Green insisted that Jason take the fall for Lenny again and Jason said no. That is why Jason killed Bob. Jason knew that if he didn't kill Bob, he would have to take the fall for Lenny like everyone else has done in the past. That was the real motive.

The crown claims that Shaun Clary was brutally murdered becasue he was in on Bob Green's murder and brought Jason the gun that killed Bob. If that was true then Bob's murder was premeditated. Their evidence conflicts with itself because it is not true.

Shaun was not in on Bob Green's murder. The crown claims that Shaun was working the bar at the party Bob and Jason were attending. If that was true, then there was no need for Shaun to bring Jason his gun that Bob gave him. The only part of the story that is true is the part about Shaun being friends with Jason. That's it.

The crown admits that when Jason called his friend Justin after he shot Bob Green someone else grabbed the phone and told Jason to turn himself in to the Hells Angels or they would execute his family. The Hells Angels knew Justin was Jason's friend and already had someone watching him in case Jason called. The Hells Angels killed Shaun simply because he was friends with Jason. Shaun had absolutely nothing to do with Bob Green's murder.

Do you think Blaze's meth head friend from Guildford was involved in Shaun's brutal murder? I do. Once again the police let murderers walk to perpetuate their false propaganda.

So why are the police lying again and are covering up for Len Peltier? Because Lenny is one of their star witnesses just like Blaze. The police are letting Lenny traffic drugs in exchange for his testimony on other cases just like the CIA did for Blandon in LA during the US crack epidemic. Lenny used to supply all the crack shacks in Surrey with drugs until the boys terminated Larry Mizen's contract. The police are giving Lenny a free license to traffic drugs because gang enforcement in BC is completely compromised. Just sayin.

Canadian from West Vancouver volunteers for Korean Winter Olympics

Finally a posative story. The Vancouver Province is reporting that "Jenny Hippel of West Vancouver leaves soon for South Korea and the 2018 Winter Olympics, where she volunteers for Team Sweden. The 44-year-old director of West Vancouver Community Centres Society leaves in a couple of weeks for PyeongChang, South Korea, for the 2018 Winter Games and Paralympics, which begin Feb. 9." She volunteered at the Sochi and the Vancouver Winter Olympics so she started of as a smurf and kept on going.



I worked a second job on Cypress mountain during the Vancouver winter Olympics and the volunteers made the event. We called them smurfs because they wore a light blue uniform. It wasn't a derogatory term. They were so posative, polite and friendly. An army of smurfs would move in and brighten up everyone's day.

This is what we need to do. We need to send an army of Canadian smurfs to the Korean winter Olympics. That will certainly brighten up the event. Unfortunately the cut off for volunteers was last September so everything is already in place. Two brothers from Hamilton are also going.

A meat tax is absurd

Bloody Hell. Politicians are gluttons. They stay awake at night trying to think up new ways to raises taxes. This is just another con. Since when is eating meat a sin? Well vegans dont eat meat. So? That's their right. They don't have the right to force their alternative lifestyle on anyone else. Alberta has a thriving beef industry. Who's side is the government on?

Donald Trump is enforcing federal pot laws to criminalize legal pot in States that held referendums to legalize it. This is the epitome of stupidity. This shows that Donald Trump is also on the CIAs side of the war on drugs by outlawing pot while promoting cocaine and opiates.

If he only had a brain. The LA Times is reporting that "Attorney Gen. Jeff Sessions ended an Obama-era federal policy that provided legal shelter for marijuana sales in California and five other states that have allowed recreational pot, placing at risk thousands of marijuana businesses operating legally under state laws." Filling the prisons with people who smoke or grow pot is a complete waste of tax dollars. The Washington Post is reporting that "Police arrest more people for marijuana use than for all violent crimes - combined."

Hawthorne Park Court Injunction date set

Vancouver Media Scoop is reporting that "Local community activist and teacher Roslyn Cassells today won an early court date to demand the City of Surrey do their duty towards wildlife and the local ecology in the hotly disputed Hawthorne Park road construction project, which would bisect the north Surrey nature park putting lives and habitats at risk. The case for injunctive relief will be heard in New Westminster Supreme Court on Monday Jan. 8 at 9:45 am."

December 29th the Surrey Now Leader reported that "A Surrey woman filed a petition in B.C. Supreme Court Friday asking the court to halt the City of Surrey’s controversial plan to build a road through Hawthorne Park." Roslyn is an animal rights activist from the Green Party who successfully obtained a court injunction against them killing rabbits at UVic.

Meanwhile, back on the ranch, the Surrey Now leader is reporting that "A Surrey residents’ group fighting against city’s hall’s plan to run a connector road through Hawthorne Park in North Surrey staged a protest Wednesday as work crews set up a fence inside the park as a precursor to the project getting underway." The fight has just begun.

Logically, stalling off the destruction until the City has a new election would be in everyone's best interest. That would be fair. Linda Henperer's approval rating is at an all time low and is determined to continue to steam roll over the democratic will of the people in favor of campaign contributions from dirty developers. The real problem is the insane plane to put an LRT down 104th Avenue reverting 104th to a single lane each way. That will be an infrastructure nightmare.

However, Hawthorne Park is Surrey's Clayoquot Sound. There are a lot of people prepared to get arrested for their beliefs. Things are going to get tense. You cant keep steam rolling over the democratic will of the people forever. At some point the people will say enough is enough and that time has finally come. More human remains found in Ontario

CBC is reporting that "Durham police have found more remains belonging to Rori Hache, the Oshawa teen whose torso was found floating in the nearby waterfront last September. On Friday, police confirmed that remains that were found in a basement apartment in late December belong to 18-year-old Hache. Back on Sept. 11, a fisherman spotted a female torso floating in the water of Oshawa Harbour. At the time, Durham police said the torso showed "obvious" signs of trauma. Four days later, police announced they were investigating the incident as a homicide."

Hopefully if they found more evidence in a basement suit that will lead investigators closer to who actually committed this heinous crime. There is nothing noble in this kind of deranged act. This is another case where reporting a murderer to the police is not being a rat. Failing to do so is.

Surrey Shooting

Surrey RCMP are reporting that on Thursday morning "Officers investigating an early morning shots fired in the 17400 blk of 64th Ave. One male taken to hospital with serious, but non life-threatening injuries."

Edmonton Homicide

Global is reporting that "The death of a man whose body was found in a south Edmonton alley on New Year’s Day has been deemed the city’s first homicide of 2018. The man’s body was found in an alley in the area of 77 Street and 92 Avenue, in the Holyrood neighbourhood, at around 1:20 p.m. on Jan. 1." CBC is reporting that he was known to the police. The Edmonton journal is reporting that the victim, Ruben (Ben) Baker, 21, survived a previous shooting a few years ago.

When Niagara Falls freezes over

You know it's cold when Niagara Falls freezes over. Only they haven't frozen over, they're just starting to ice up along the edges. It is however, very cold on the east coast. I could never ride a full season in that. We've been experiencing a fairly mild winter on the west coast of Canada with temperatures hovering around zero degrees celsius. In Eastern Canada they've been hit with cold arctic air while Alaska is getting warm air. Go figure. A shift in the polar vortex yo.

CTV is reporting that "Anchorage, Alaska, was warmer Tuesday than Jacksonville, Florida. The weather in the U.S. is that upside down. That's because the Arctic's deeply frigid weather escaped its regular atmospheric jail that traps the worst cold. It then meandered south to the central and eastern United States."

New Brswick has a weather warning but the "snow hurricane" seems to be over exagerated. "On Thursday evening the snow will change to a mixture of freezing rain and ice pellets and finally to rain over easternmost regions." Things are starting to warm up a bit in Montreal as well.

Another stabbing outside Surrey's lethal injection site

The Peace Arch News is reporting that a serious stabbing occurred Tuesday around 5:47 p.m. in the 10600 block of 135A Street outside the lethal injection site. So who is legally liable for the violent crime patrons at the safe inhalation site commit stoned on the city's dime? Please advise.

At least this time they didn't shoot anyone. The Tent City is growing like a Woodstock music festival because addicts from all over the country are flocking to a known lawless zone where they can do whatever drug they want and not be arrested. Hells Angels Associate murdered in Maple Ridge

This murder disturbs me on several levels. My first concern is why have the police not released his name yet? Was it because he was a Hells Angels associate? There were three fatal shootings locally over the Christmas break. Gavinder Grewal was shot dead in North Vancovuer December 21st. His name was pretty much imediatley released to the press.

The next morning a Hells Angels associate was shot dead in Maple Ridge and his name has still not been released. December 28th Alexander Blanarou from Surrey was shot dead in Abbotsford and IHIT immediately released his name to the press. There was another shooting in Whalley on December 23rd but it was not fatal. So why has this fatality not been named?

Out of respect to the family I have not named him in this post so it doesn't come up on a Google search of his name. I simply linked to the obituary that was published in today's paper.

How do I know he was a Hells Angels associate? Well he posted pictures of himself wearing support gear on Facebook. That in itself doesn't really mean anything. He could simply be related to a member. In the obituary the family expresses their gratitude to Jesse Haddan. That pretty much clinches it. I do want to reiterate that I do not have beef with Jesse. I never have. I am not going to publicly disclose who on that side of the river I have made peace with since private conversations are indeed private. If I cannot respect confidence then I am worthless.

I will simply say that this murder was inexcusable. He doesn't have a criminal record. You're going to shoot someone just because he's related to Vince? That's pretty low life. If you have beef with someone take it up with that person not with their friends or family. You can't get any lower than that. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Logically, several pictures would then be worth even more. I'm not going to post pictures of this murder victim posing wit his nieces and nephews. I will simply say this was a good kid and he will be deeply missed.

Think of this: you've got young children who loved visiting with their uncle. Now all of a sudden the parents has to tell their child that they won't be able to see their uncle any more. Why not the children ask? Is he mad at us? No sweetheart, someone shot him dead. They did what? Why would someone do that? Well it's complicated. Some people are simply worthless.

This isn't freaking Belfast. People come here from war torn countries to leave the violence behind. Our kids aren't supposed to have to deal with this kind of madness. People, you need to give your head a shake. This kind of unnecessary violence is unacceptable. It is not cool. It is not noble. It is shameful. I've lived in countries where the people distorted the eye for an eye into meaning you kill one of ours and we'll kill one of yours. That logic fails. If someone commits murder then you try that person for murder. You don't pick some random person from their family and execute them. That is just another murder and will be recorded in history as such. Stop it.



Update: The police have finally released the name and have confirmed that Ricco's father Joseph Sansalone and great-uncle Vincenzo “Jimmy” Sansalone are both full patch members of the Haney Hells Angels. This murder crossed the line just like the Surrey Six did.

Fatal shooting outside Ontario hospital

The Brantford Expositor is reporting that "Brantford police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred near Brantford General Hospital late Monday afternoon. Police were called to the area of St. Paul Avenue and Terrace Hill Street at about 5:35 p.m. They were sent there to investigate an adult male who had suffered life-threatening injuries, police said in a statement. The man died in hospital. Police did not release the man's cause of death but Brantford General Hospital officials said a lockdown at BGH Monday was the result of a fatal shooting." Global is reporting that "the shooting happened near a Rexall pharmacy located close to the hospital."

Botox Betty doesn't care about the drug trafficking out of Shakerz. She just cares about steamrolling over public opinion to get campaign contributions from the dirtiest construction company on the planet.

Lethal injection sites have expanded the forest fire of addition and has spread to Edmonton another Red and White drug trafficking capital against the will of the public. The Four Pillars program has been abandoned. Extremists have thrown out the three crucial pillars of enforcement, prevention and treatment turning harm prevention into harm promotion.

Right now our tax dollars are embracing the pharmaceutical fraud that saw Dr Colin Mangham fired and Barry Sherman murdered. Chemotherapy that costs $70,000 in the US costs $2,500 in India because of rigid government patents. Barry Sherman was murdered because he provided Canadians with affordable medicine. The politicians support the fraud because they support the rigid patents that saw Martin Shkreli buy the rights to an AIDS drug and promptly raised prices from $13.50 to $750.00 per pill. That is organized crime tied directly to the government and is embezzling billions of tax dollars every year.

Don't get me started on Honduras. Mi Familia. Honduras is still the focal point of the CIAs drug trafficking network just like it was during Iran Contra. Donald Trump did the same thing in Honduras that Hillary Clinton did in 2009. Donald Trump did the same thing in Saudi Arabia that Hillary Clinton did in Quatar. Nothing has changed. The agency still runs the shadow government and the sheep are too blind to see it. This year we need to free Tibet and free ourselves.

We need to stop being so blind. In the words of Thomas Jefferson, any nation that expects to be ignorant and free expects what never was and never will be. Our own freedom is at stake.

Yo ho. I took my motorcycle up to Cypress mountain today and snowshoed up Hollyburn Ridge. Now that's what I'm talking about. It was a fine day so it was. New Years Eve.



I usually like to get up early New Years Day and snowshoe up in the dark with my headlamp so I can catch the sunrise from the mountain top. Weather permitting. The weather was better today so I went up the day before. Lots of things happening on all the local mountains over New Years.



Inversion was once again in effect. It's very Zen so it is. It's been pretty dark and dreary in the city lately with all this freezing rain and slush. The good news is that all that rain means fresh snow on the mountain. If you don't head up you'll never see it.



I always used to say that leaving all the rain in the city to ride up above the snow line brings you to a winter wonderland. Coming back down to the rain in the city after spending the day in the snow is like waking up from a pleasant dream.



The view from the top is breathtaking. The back country is filled with snow capped mountains as far as the eye can see. The Lions are a traditional landmark in Vancouver.



My father used to always like to take pictures of the Lions from Cleveland Dam at the foot of Grouse Mountain. I like to take pictures of them face to face from Sky Chair. During ski season I have to settle for Hollyburn Ridge.



They say the only peace you find in the mountains is that which you bring with you. Perhaps but I find hiking in the mountains helps clear the mind. It lifts the blinders and lets you see the big picture so it does. Keeping that perspective in life is important. It's always good to look at the big picture so it is. Think outside the box. Which ties in with our New Years message. Wait for it. The clock hasn't struck midnight on the west coast yet. For me, New Years doesn't start until sunrise.

Antagonizing North Korea is Bad Business

Reuters is reporting that "South Korean authorities have seized a Panama-flagged vessel suspected of transferring oil products to North Korea in violation of international sanctions, a customs official said on Sunday. The seizure was the second to be revealed by South Korea within a few days, as the United Nations steps up efforts to squeeze essential oil supplies to the reclusive North following its nuclear or ballistic missile tests." Was it from Venezuela?

Everyone realizes that North Korea is not a democracy and that Kim Jong Un is a lunatic but why provoke him? Why? Launching missiles and threatening the world is unacceptable. However, neither is provoking a conflict with him. Sanctions against North Korea are appropriate. Any country that disproves of his behavior is free to say we will no longer do business with you until you change your behavior. Yet no single nation has the right to say no on else is allowed to do business with you either. That crosses the line.

The Helms Burton Law imposing sanctions on Cuba was pretty draconian. Yet the Americans had every right to say we refuse to do business with you. Did they in turn have the right to say no one else does? No they did not. They had the right to say if you do business with Cuba we will not do business with you, but they did not have the right to board and seize other vessels who disagreed with their boycott of Cuba. That would have crossed the line.

Excessive sanctions against Germany after WWI caused WWII. Lest we forget.

Right now we are preparing for a world Olympics in South Korea. The United States do not have the right to destroy that event for the rest of the world. If they don't want to participate fine, stay home but don't deny everyone else the right to participate in that peaceful event because others disagree with your extremism. Communism is bad. The Americans did a great thing in supporting the Korean War. However, everything has it's time and place. Provoking war in a time of peace is not noble. Blessed are the Peacemakers for they shall be called Children of God.

The world sees Donald Trump as a hillbilly. He's not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Yes he was democratically elected but so was Hitler. Donald Trump is in a completely different league than a Communist dictator yet most of the world sees him as a lunatic to endure not a role model to follow. We can most certainly work with Trump but we obviously will not agree with him on every issue. That is our right in a free and democratic society.

North Korea has been invited to the Winter Olympics next month. They are welcome to attend along with Communist China who has a far worse human rights record that North Korea or Cuba combined. We cannot shun one and embrace the other. We disagree with their politics. That is our right. As long as they do not invade or impose their will on us, we can still do business with them and we can still be cordial to them at a peaceful world event.

The Iron Dome is in place. The venue is ready. Let the Games begin. Stop provoking conflict.

Spotlight on the Hells Angels in Thailand

We've already seen a glimpse of the dark side of the Hells Angels in Thailand. I'm not talking about their involvement in the drug trade or the sex trade. I'm not even talking about them killing rivals to obtain a monopoly on that industry. I'm talking about them killing one of their own so another member can take over the drug trade from him. That's the dirty business I take exception to. That is a complete contradiction to the old school values Michael Green is referring to.

George Christie, former president of the Ventura Hells Angels once said, the Hells Angels are not a criminal organization because the members who are involved in criminals activity are stingy and don't share the proceeds of crime with the rest of the members. That is believable. We know that usually one member is assigned to one associate who oversees a group of associates that are deeply involved in drug trafficking. They use the name of the Hells Angels to do business.

As David Giles admitted, not every member is involved with criminal activity but anyone who uses the name of the club for criminal activity must have permission from the local executive. So the member in charge of the associate selling drugs would make the money and the local executive would get a cut. The rest of the members wouldn't. That's why Luke Joshua Cook helped Antonio Bagnato after he killed Wayne Schneider. Somebody wantd to take over the business. AFFA Not.

As to which local executive approved the murder, it doesn't take a brain surgeon to do the math. Thailand obviously got it's liscense to sell drugs to Australia from the Australian chapter. There are retired German members in Thailand but the Australian chapter is obviously the one that oversees the Hells Angels drug trade in Thailand. If an Australian member was to hire someone to kill another Australian member so he could take over the drug trade from him, he would of had to have permission from the Australian chapter's executive. It's pretty obvious.

So lets take a look at the Hells Angels in Thailand. No I'm not going to comment on the bisexual members in Thailand because if I do the other chapters will freak and do them in. As far as I'm concerned what consenting adults do behind closed doors is their business. I'm just saying that kind of warm brotherhood is a little too warm for my liking personally but to each their own.

Errol Gildea is President of HAMC Nomads Thailand, (and overall boss of Thailand) Reiner was President of HAMC Pattaya but he is just a figurehead after his accident. Greven is President of Chiang Mai. Errol was president of Brisbane in Australia before being put in charge of Thailand.



In this picture from right to left on the front row is Glen Norris, Wayne Schneider and Greven. Wayne was the drug kingpin brutally murdered along with his associate from Sydney Raphael Joseph. Luke Joshua Cook was convicted of helping the shooter escape. Before that Luke was suspected of receiving US$10 million from Wayne in early 2015 to buy 500 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine, or "ice", in international waters and store it in Thailand for later smuggling into Australia. So here we have someone who worked for Wayne help the shooter that killed him.

In fact even the HAs get along with the Bandidos in Thailand. There is hope for this world yet.

In fact, this was the root of the conflict between George Christie and Sonny Barger. Sonny didn't want the Hells Angels to get along with other clubs and George said why the hell not? We get along in prison. Why can't we get along outside of prison? It's all in George's book Exile on Front Street. Sonny was a puppet for the Agency. The only time you don't want to get along with other MCs is when you want a monopoly on the drug trade. Which is something your not suposed to be involved with any ways. Your supposed to be living the dream not pimping the dream.

The Aging Rebel wrote about CNN journalist Lisa Ling's facebook exchange with former federal law enforcement agent Scott Barnes who says that he, along with the BET – Biker Enforcement Team, incited war between the Mongols and Hells Angels that led to a number of deaths.”

Walter Stadnick and Mom Boucher

This is somewhat of a blast from the past but I just wanted to set the record straight. Jerry Langton wrote an interesting book called Fallen Angel: The Unlikely Rise of Walter Stadnick. Who is Jerry Langton? Jerry is a Canadian who was the deputy editor for The Daily News in New York City. Jerry was born the same year I was in Hamilton, Ontario. He spent most of his adult life in Toronto and New York City. He is a Canadian crime novelist who focuses on the uprising of motorcycle gangs throughout Ontario. He has credibility.

Walter Stadnick was five foot four. To say he had small man syndrome was an understatement. Thus the title of Jerry Langton's book, The Unlikely Rise of Walter Stadnick. Stadnick was not from Quebec. He was an Anglophone from Hamilton. Stadnick became National President of the Canadian Hells Angels because he was friends with Mom Boucher.

Stadnick was an Ontario drug dealer tied to Gerald Ward. His real name is Wolodumir and was released from prison in January 2016. His connection to the Italian Mafia was though Hamilton, home of the Calabrians, rivals of the Rizzutos in Montreal. He became a member of the Hells Angels after sucking up to the guys responsible for the Lennoxville massacre just like Mommy Dearest and David Giles did.



Mom Boucher got his patch after getting out of jail for armed rape. Some rules don't apply to some members. Boucher was involved with the Death Riders betrayal which gave the Hells Angels control of the drug trade in Laval. Stadnick and Boucher were about selling drugs and murdering rivals. They were not about living the dream. They pimped it.

The book Biker Trials: Bringing Down the Hells Angels states that Boucher was a petty thief that would do break and enters. November 1975 he and a friend burst into a Butcher shop and robbed the 71 year old owner with a riffle and a butcher knife.

So Mommy dearest started off as a petty thief and a rapist and made it to the big leagues selling drugs in large quantities. Amazing what a little guy can accomplish with a gun and a knife. Too bad the knife was found in the backs of those he saw as a threat to his leadership.

Surrey traffic accident

A traffic accident had King George Hwy and 104th Avenue completely blocked off earlier today. Good thing the LRT isn't running through there yet. What a mess that will be.

Michael Green from TBM and Henk Kuipers from the No Surrender MC

A local TV station in Scandinavia is doing a series on Henk Kuipers from the No Surrender MC. At 1:38 of the video he introduces Michael Green, the international spokesman for TBM. They asked Henk about the gang war and he referred to Michael as a consigliere between the clubs. He helps mediate conflicts and helps keep the peace. At 1:54 in the video Michael is speaking in English about his role in negotiating between the clubs.

Now that's what I'm talking about. It's no secret that Michael is personal friends with Henk and that he was consulted when the No Surrender Crew started up in Norway. Michael doesn't have a patch because he doesn't need one. He has street cred. He knows people in the industry and people come to him for advice.

Michael could have a patch in the snap of a finger. He choses not to because he has a higher calling. Michael's Christmas Message called for a return to old school values within the MC community. He spoke out for peace between the clubs and an end to infighting. He said the government is the real enemy and if we don't get our act together and stop fighting among ourselves, the whole movement will be destroyed within a few years. He is absolutely right. It's time to live the dream and stop pimping the dream. Scandinavia has raised the bar so it has.

Court throws out 2 year mandatory minimum sentence for trafficking pot

The Peace Arch News is reporting that "The Appeal Court of B.C. has affirmed a lower court judge’s conclusion that the minimum punishment of two years in prison under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act for possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking is cruel and unusual punishment."

"Justice Sunni Stromberg-Stein dismissed on Dec. 28 in Vancouver the Crown’s appeal of a 10-month sentence imposed after Phillip Francis McGee pleaded guilty to possessing marijuana for the purpose of trafficking and production of marijuana in the Surrey home he was renting."

I have to laugh and ask where does it say growing pot is a charter right? It doesn't. The clause they are citing is the protection against cruel and unusual punishment. I'm not sure if a two year minimum sentence for trafficking pot is cruel and unusual punishment but it is excessive and stupid. Pot is going to be legal in July. So he was growing tomatoes without a licence. Big deal?

We have to once again ask ourselves why the Surrey RCMP are obsessing over pot when it will soon be legal while they turn a blind eye to fentanyl dealers on the Surrey strip. That is unequal protection of the law and just plain stupid.

Charges in Surrey Coffee-shop shooting

The Georgia Straight is reporting that "The Mounties say that a 34-year-old Surrey man faces four serious criminal charges following a brazen shooting on December 23. Son Thai Lu has been booked on attempted murder, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, and pointing a firearm after a man was fired upon in a coffee shop in the 13500 block of 105th Avenue. The victim is recovering from serious injuries. The gunman fled the scene of the crime in the busy Surrey City Centre neighbourhood."

“The shooting appears to have been motivated by a disagreement between the two men,” Cpl. Scotty Schumann said in a news release. “There is no known link to the ongoing Lower Mainland gang conflict and we’re thankful no one else was injured.”

Homicide in Abbotsford Identified

The Abbotsford News is reporting that "Police are on the scene of a homicide in the area of Harris Road and Bates Road. Abbotsford Police Sgt. Judy Bird said emergency services were called to the area at about 2:30 p.m. today (Thursday) following reports of a possible shooting. The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has since indicated that it has been deployed to Abbotsford for a new homicide.”

The Indo Canadian Voice is reporting that "the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team on Friday announced that the victim of Thursday’s homicide in Abbotsford was Alexander Blanarou, 24, of Surrey." So we have a surrey guy shot in Abbotsford and another shot in North Vancouver along with a Hells Angel supporter shot dead in Maple Ridge.

Police in Victoria investigating two bodies found on Christmas Day

The Peace Arch News is reporting that "Police on Vancouver Island are investigating after two bodies were found in a Greater Victoria apartment building on Christmas Day." Freaking crackheads. People have lost their minds.

The Times Colonist is reporting that "Two children are dead and their father is injured in what Oak Bay police are investigating as possible homicides and an attempted suicide on Christmas Day. The young girls, ages four and six, were found dead in the ground-floor apartment at 1400 Beach Dr. around 5 p.m., when police entered the suite. The father was found with self-inflicted injuries in an attempted suicide, sources close to the family told the Times Colonist." Insane.

CBC has released pictures of the daughters. The guy is a complete mental case.

Jerusalem, O Jerusalem

The day before and the day after Christmas Israeli newspapers wrote about Donald Trump's decision to make Jerusalem the capital of Israel. On Christmas day it was announced that Honduras is expected to move their embassy to Jerusalem as well.

So now we see that in return for America's support of voter fraud in Honduras that once again crushed democracy there, the corrupt president the people have been protesting against since 2015 when he was caught taking money from hospitals and medicine to put it in his own pocket for political purposes, returns the favor by supporting the Americans decision to move their embassy to Jerusalem. What Donald Trump has done in Honduras was a dirty deed done dirt cheap. Just like what Hilary Clinton did there back in 2009. That dirty deed had nothing to do with confronting drug trafficking. It was about supporting drug trafficking. Just so we are all clear.

There are indeed a lot of Christians in Honduras, more so per capita than in the United States, and I have no doubt many of them support this decision. Getting a corrupt president who stole an election after stealing money from hospitals and vital medicine is not the way to promote it.

It is interesting how an Israeli newspaper sites a Christian scripture in its heading but leaves out the rest of the scripture. The entire scripture reads: "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!”

Both articles cite the Balfour Declaration wherein the British government decided to endorse the establishment of a Jewish home in Palestine. November 2, 2017 marked the 100th anniversary of that declaration which I wholeheartedly support. I do support the establishment of a Jewish homeland within Palestine. Nowhere in that declaration does it state the Jewish homeland will be established instead of Palestine.

My position on Jerusalem is simple. The Jews have a right to a homeland within Palestine not instead of Palestine. The creation of the Palestinian Authority where residents of Palestine were finally granted passports so they could travel was a step forward. Now recognizing the State of Palestine where residents of Palestine may have citizenship of a nation and vote in elections would be the logical conclusion of a fair compromise. Jerusalem would then become the capital of both states: Israel and Palestine. That would be fair and logical.

God is not a respecter of persons. In every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him. Fear in that context means respects. There is so much religious extremism on this planet it leads some to want to ban religion altogether. Yet removing civil liberty from anyone is a step backwards for everyone.

Jerusalem, is then the capital of Israel and the capital of Palastine both. That's fair.

Gaza must submit to Palestine. Salam Alaikum. Shalom Aleichem.
