Jasmohan Singh Bains cocaine charges coming to trial

Jasmohan Singh Bains was in court in Victoria on January 9th to set a date and will be back in court January 25th for an application. We all know who he is and who he was tied to. This is the cocaine connection to BC Rail. Neal Hall wrote a summery of the charges in 2007.

RCMP money laundering probe failed because informant was exposed

Global is reporting that "A massive RCMP investigation of alleged underground bankers in Richmond, B.C., estimated to be laundering over $1 billion per year collapsed in November because federal prosecutors mistakenly exposed the identity of a police informant who they feared could have been killed if the case proceeded, Global News has learned."

That whole case is fishy as f*ck. Seizing the proceeds of crime is not the New York Model. Enforcing the law and rooting out police corruption is. Just sayn.

Conan Without Borders

Finally something worthwhile on Netflix. There's a new travel show with late-night talk show host Conan O'Brien called Conan Without Borders. First stop Cuba Si. Conan might not help with diplomatic relations but hopefully he will help people laugh.

Someone with a brain runs for the Peoples Party

It appears that Maxime Bernier's new political party, the People's Party of Canada, is running a candidate in the Burnaby-South byelection. Laura-Lynn Tyler Thompson is a Christian blogger. She's done for. The new world order doesn't support the freedom of religion and the Canadian Charter of Rights. She has lost already by admitting that she is Christian. You'd think this was pre Constantine Rome. I am going to address how the MSM is misrepresenting her candidacy.

The MSM is billing her as a controversial anit SOGI activist but wait a minute SOGI sucks. Completely. Laura-Lynn says she disagrees with telling elementary school children there is no such thing as gender. Well so do I. Nobody wants a Gay, Lesbian or Transgender kid to be bullied or heaven forbid commit suicide. However, that's got nothing to do with telling young children there's no such thing as gender. That's simply bat sh*t crazy.

When you tell a young child there's no such thing as gender you are simply wrong because there is. Science declares there is such thing as gender. Science declares there is such thing as reproductive organs. Science declares there is such thing as sexual reproduction. If there was no such thing as gender you wouldn't need a sex change operation to change your gender.

"Maxime Bernier says his People's Party of Canada won't touch hot-button social issues such as abortion, transgender rights or gay marriage in its platform, but candidates can express their own opinions on those matters." Interesting. Free speech. What a concept.

Jennifer Clarke is a candidate for the People's Party of Canada in the Nanaimo-Ladysmith byelection. When Maxime Bernier left the Conservatives and formed his own party I was somewhat cynical. However, there are somethings I agree with him on.

I will give him a platform and specify what I do and don't agree with. Most of what he says I agree with. However, I support a free republic. That means I believe in the previous American and French dream which has faltered in our new world of hate. Diversity makes us strong.

On that note, best of luck to Jagmeet Singh, the new leader of the federal NDP who is also running in the Burnaby byelection. I like him and he isn't even from Surrey. I am however, somewhat concerned about his position on legalizing all drugs. I firmly believe that is the wrong road and for that reason I simply cannot endorse or vote for him. If he found a place in his heart to change his position on that issue, I'd be like let's go team. Until that happens it's no deal.

Inside China's war on Islam

The Guardian is reporting that there's an internment camp where Muslim minorities, mainly Uighurs, are sent against their will and without trial for months or even years. The Independent is reporting that "China’s detention of millions of Uighur Muslims in re-education camps amounts to human rights abuse on a scale not seen since in the country since Chairman Mao."

Communist China's current war on Islam isn't just a war on Islam, it's a war on religion. As we speak they are incarcerating Buddhists and Christians as well then executing them to order for organ harvesting. This is modern genocide is a war on civil liberty.

Sadly the West is blindly oblivious to this atrocity. They are more concerned with making money and arresting cell phone competitors in a trade war. We have sold our self respect.

17-year-old seriously injured in Surrey shooting

Global is reporting that "A 17-year-old is in serious condition and another person is in custody after a shooting in Surrey Wednesday night. RCMP say further investigation has ruled out road rage as the reason for a late-night shooting in a townhouse parking lot in Surrey. Police say a minor car crash between a light-coloured Jeep Wrangler and grey Toyota Sienna in a townhouse parking lot near 96th Avenue and Prince Charles Boulevard at 11:15 p.m. resulted in the driver of the Jeep pulling out a gun and firing into the Sienna."

"The 17-year-old victim was driven the hospital where he is in serious but stable condition. A 32-year-old suspect was tracked down, arrested, and is in custody. Police say it appears the shooting was targeted, but does not appear to be gang-related."

The City of Vancouver is still f*cking over the Emerys

This is a perfect example of political corruption in British Columbia. Quebec has no political corruption compared to BC. News 1130 is reporting that "One of Vancouver’s biggest pot brands, Cannabis Culture is closing all of its dispensaries in the city. This follows a BC Supreme Court decision from last month, ordering dozens of illicit cannabis dispensaries to close their doors - or else. Cannabis Culture was one of the chains on the losing end of that case. A statement from CEO Jeremiah Vandermeer says the city has been threatening staff with arrests, fines, jail time, and forced closures if they did not comply with the decision."

These are not illegal dispensaries. These are unlicensed dispensaries. Now that pot has been legalized and the BC NDP adopted the free market model, it should be a simple process for existing dispensaries to obtain permits. This is outrageous. They's closing down pot dispensaries now that pot is legal and they're handing out free heroin. Vancouver City Hall is f*cked up.

It is also unequal protection of the law. The City of Vancouver is closing down the most credible dispensaries in the Country while they refuse to stop the Black Door and the Bulldog Cafe across the street. It doesn't get any more corrupt than that. If Andy Richards can sell Cop Pot then the Emerys can sell Cannibals Culture. Give your head a shake.

Update: What the city is doing is making up a bunch of stupid rules with the intent of screwing them over then creating a tax paid task force to enforce those stupid rules. One of the rules is that dispensaries can't be within a certain distance from a school. That one makes sense. Another rule is that a dispensary can't be within a certain distance of an existing dispensary. That one does not make sense. Gas stations are allowed to be across the street for each other.

We really don't want dispensaries all over the city. Keeping them in certain areas would be preferable. Instead of handing out free heroin we should let dispensaries open up all over the DTES. That would be in everyone's best interest.

While the Emerys were waiting for their right to apply for a permit, the city gave a permit to Tokyo Smoke up the street. Now the city says the Emerys can't have a permit because their original location is too close to an existing dispensary. That is bullsh*t. City hall is elected by the citizens. When they start screwing up it's time to elect a new city counsel. Surrey did. It's that easy.

Instead of forming a new marijuana bylaw task force, the police need to form a fentanyl task force. This is exactly how Dianne Watts screwed up Surrey when she was in office. She obsessed over grow ops which no one cared about and did absolutely nothing about the public sale of crack and crystal meth which was killing businesses in Newton and Whalley.

The police in Vancouver need to be more worried about getting fentanyl off the street then pot dispensaries. Wasting tax dollars on this new pot task force without addressing fentanyl and harder drugs is criminal culpability. Squamish RCMP miss the point.

The Mob Mentality hijacks the Pipeline Protest

Since the media is completely misrepresenting the new pipeline protest I will point out the obvious since the majority of people have no idea what they are actually protesting. In BC, Vancouver specifically, there were large demonstrations against the Trans Mountain Pipeline that would bring unrefined Alberta Tar Sands oil to be shipped through the Port of Vancouver. The courts have halted that pipeline temporarily.

After that happened, John Horgan from the NDP announced the approval of the LNG Natural Gas pipeline to Kitimat. Everyone was patting themselves on the back for a job well done. Burning Natural Gas is much cleaner than burning coal. This pipeline has been approved by the democratically elected government and all twenty First Nation Bands in the area.

What we are seeing is a handful of members from some of those bands maintaining a blockade saying we disagree with our First Nation Leaders. We the minority want to overthrow the democratic will of the majority. That is what we are seeing. What's even more absurd is seeing protests in Toronto and the United States in "Solidarity" with the coup against democracy.

This isn't tar sands oil, it's natural gas. I don't support this protest because it is protesting Democracy. Yes water is sacred. So is democracy and you defile it when you trample over it.

TransCanada signs all elected First Nations along $4.7-billion gas pipeline route through B.C.

"TransCanada has completed benefit agreements with all 20 elected First Nation bands along its Coastal GasLink pipeline route from Dawson Creek to Kitimat."

LNG Canada set new standard for First Nations consultation

LNG Approval: A spectacular day for British Columbians

Trans Mountain Pipeline Controversy

The Trans Mountain Pipeline is more controversial because it contains unrefined tar sands oil. The Alberta government is running commercials in BC supporting that pipeline called Keep Canada Working. In that commercial they admit that pipeline is not for domestic use or for selling oil to the US it is for foreign markets specifically China.

The commercial claims it will help Canada become less dependent on the US and have the ability to sell oil to China at a higher price but that is simply untrue. China owns our oil rights. Selling oil to China for less than it costs us to produce it is bad business. Selling oil or electricity to Canadians for more than we are selling it to foreign markets is also bad business.

The LNG pipeline in Northern BC is different. It has the approval of the First Nation Leaders.

This project takes natural gas from Dawson Creek to an LNG export facility near Kitimat.

This pipeline has absolutely nothing to do with the Tar Sands you f*cking idiots.

Kitimat, B.C., mayor defends LNG project - Green Justice supports LNG

Crystal Smith, chief councillor of the Haisla Nation, was emotional at Tuesday morning's announcement. "On behalf of our entire nation, we extend our gratitude … for the investment being made in Haisla territory," she said. "Haisla … history is unfolding before our eyes. We are having a share and we are having our say."

LNG Canada raised the bar on consultation process with First Nations

"LNG Canada made headlines last October when it announced that it was proceeding to build a massive liquefied natural gas (LNG) export terminal in coastal Kitimat, B.C. to bring the province’s natural gas to overseas markets. What was less covered was the literally years of consultation and engagement that resulted in approximately 25 individual agreements with affected Indigenous groups by LNG Canada and Coastal GasLink (the owner and operator of the 670-km pipleline that will deliver gas to the LNG export terminal). These agreements were signed by elected officials on behalf of their more than 15,000 members."

LNG Canada’s export terminal will enable coal-reliant customer nations to reduce GHG emisssions. Natural gas is clean burning. Coal is not. Green Justice supports LNG out of Kitimat and opposes coal expansion out of Surrey.
