Alberta Judge ruled that public health orders enforced during the pandemic violated charter freedoms

  2. Well holy crap. A judiciary with a set of knackers! And this is why government is to keep their tentacles OUT of law enforcement. (ie SNC) This will be appealed for sure & then our weak and complicit SCC will write some airy-fairy rationale to overturn it.

I saw a venison of a Canadian Parliament committee, the conservative MP brought up all the lies, that the Minister of Public Safety said, including backdating documents brought before a federal judge! This country has fallen so far! Sign me up for Welfare! I’d rather live in the bush, than pay taxes!
