Young Humpback Whale dies on White rock beach

It’s not every day you see a whale on White rock beach. At high tide the water isn’t very deep there. We’re used to seeing crabs and clams but not whales let alone a humpback wale. Today a juvenile humpback whale was beached in White rock but despite community concern died shortly thereafter. It was tangled and cut from fishing nets.

II realize this has nothing to do with gangs but it does has something to do with the environment and sustainability. It’s very dramatic when a young whale dies right on the beach in public view. Yet how many die in the ocean unnoticed. It’s like buying tuna that’s dolphin friendly. Bottom trolling drift nets that clear cut the ocean are still a huge concern. They take everything including coral and leave a barren wasteland in it’s wake and contribute to the ocean’s dead zones. Significant because we get most of out oxygen from the ocean not from the forests.

Odd Squad video of a gang members regrets

The Vancouver Sun and the Vancouver Province both reported on a video put out by a police agency known as the Odd Squad about a gang member sharing some of his regrets before he was gunned down in Metrotown October 2010.

It’s a video of Gurmit Singh Dhak who states: “If I could turn back time, I would never join a gang. I would have just finished off my high school, got a better job, anything else. Anything is better than joining a gang. It is useless. You are going to get killed,” he said. “I want to get out. It is too late now to get out. I have too many enemies.“

The Odd Squad puts out some good videos. I’m less excited about the Joe Calendino one. The guy was kicked out of the Hells Angels for his crack addiction and was busted selling crack at Surrey central. He served on day in prisons. One source claimed a police officer who sponsored him was trying to get in on some movie rights and greatly embellished the story. The guy from you can’t reset this game seem a little more credible.

Loud Pipes are a Selfish Blight

There's a guy in the local news lately who is appealing his ticket for loud pipes on his motorcycle. He went to the papers and got his photo taken. He claims he was railroaded. No, he's an asshole. Loud pipes don't save lives. You don't hear them until they go buy. We had this discussion on the Castanet forum a while ago. One of the yahoos in favour of loud pipes said pretty soon you're going to ban anything that's fun. I think that freudian slip says it all. The real reason he likes loud pipes is because he thinks it's fun. He likes to piss off everyone in the neighbourhood. Prick.

The Vancouver Province wrote an editorial about the subject claiming that loud pipes are a blight and people who have loud pipes are selfish. No kidding. Adam Carolla was a little more graphic and a little less tactful in his position on the issue. Although I prefer touring bikes to sport bikes, I completely agree with his position on loud pipes. I will also have to admit that it doesn't have to be on a Harley. I was getting gas the other day and I saw a guy on a dirt bike filling up. When he drove off it was obvious he had taken the baffles out of his exhaust. Are you kidding me I thought. There is nothing more irritating than the high pitched whine of a two stroke engine. It sounds like a chain saw not a motorcycle.

The tragic thing is the asshole in the paper appealing his loud pipes ticket might have a chance. He claims the cop gave him the ticket based on his own ear not on a tangible, instrument. Kinda like giving someone a speeding ticket without a radar gun. I still think the ticket should be upheld. The court can always order the exhaust's noise to be measured. Providing of course he hasn't put the baffles back in for the test only to take them out again after the test. The bottom line is that loud pipes are just an example of an asshole who giggles like a girl when he pisses people off. They should be ticketed for loud pipes. Cities do have noise bylaws.

Toronto Mayor opposes plastic bag ban

Well this is amusing. Finally there’s something that abusive idiot and I agree on. Recently Toronto City council just banned plastic bags for all retailers in the city. My first impression was that’s pretty stupid. I use the plastic bags I buy to take my groceries home for garbage bags. Now I’ll just have to buy garbage bags and nothing will be saved.

Turns out that Ford thinks it’s a dumb idea too. Yet he was the one that submitted the motion to get rid of the 5 cent charge for plastic bags. What the media describes as his pet peeve. Yet isn’t that interfering with business? Who is he to say that a retail outlet is not allowed to charge 5 cents for a plastic bag? Isn’t incentive a better way to get consumers to reduce the number of plastic bags they use?

Rob ford is trying to exploit the opportunity to get rid of counselors he doesn’t like. If anyone needs to be kicked of counsel, Rob Ford is the first one that needs to go. He is abusive. Maybe he should stop lying about getting drunk and abusive at sporting events or giving his constituents the finger for telling him to get off his cell phone while driving. Refusing to blow in Florida, yeah he’s a real winner alright.

We should rightfully be concerned about the environment. Landfills are a concern but Plastic Island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean is a bigger concern. We need to turn a cargo ship into a plastic recycling plant and anchor it out there to clean up that huge mess.

These oil spills are a bigger concern. The two in Alberta could have been avoided. Every kilometer there should be shut off values in the pipeline. As soon as a break or leak is detected, shut off the valves on either side of the leak. Not doing so is irresponsible. I just find it strange how we get bent out of shape over the little things while we completely ignore the big things.

Former addict benefitted from a longer prison sentence

The Vancouver Province ran an interesting article about a former drug addict from the Downtown East Side claims they benefitted from a longer prison sentence.

I was one who appeared to be 'hopeless'. For some reason, I got out. Let's be real here - I was on the streets from age 11, addicted to the needle at age 16, and completely and utterly homeless and hopeless by age 21. I slept in alleys, did not eat for days, did not shower, had no home, was high 24/7, and 'tweaked' - or otherwise acted really super weird when I got high (which was 24/7).

I sold dope on the corner of Main and Hastings to feed my addiction - thank goodness for the 'Spanish' dealers out there who let me work for them or I would have had to sell my body on the corner for what $10, thank God I never had to go there!

The reason for my post is that people CAN change. I made a choice, after one more arrest in 1999 in which after working a day selling rock on Hastings on a welfare day, I got busted. I was given 20 months - which really you don't hear about, my opinion is people need to be given longer sentences to enable them to access the help that is out there.

For me, after many years of being busted and sent to jail for short periods of time, I was finally considered a 'long term offender' someone with a longer sentence and was able to access the help I needed - such as anger management, conflict resolution, self esteem, and counseling for all the *** in my childhood.

Yay for me. I was released in January 2001. By mid January I was back on the streets in the DTES. By Feb 7th I was on a bus to a new province and made a change. I left.

I was given the choice to move away (yes - geographical moves DO work), I was shown how to make a resume, and get a job - really If I could work for the dealers, make change, barter, etc etc then I think I could work pretty much anywhere entry level lol).

I think the two points here are 1) A longer prison sentence helped and 2) Access to support services helped. This is supported by the former drug addict at the Surrey Crime Prevention meeting who said incarceration is the best thing for these addicts. We’re not talking about ten or twenty years. Three months with no access to drugs if caught stealing to pay for their addiction is not excessive. It’s in their best interest.

W 5 on Canadian Pimps

W 5 aired a disturbing documentary about under cover operations involving abusive pimps in the Canadian sex trade tonight. It talked about how a guy would wine and dine a girl, tell her he loves her then turn her into a prostitute and making big money for him. How after the honeymoon period was over, the pimp became abusive. Other accounts how they are recruited to be an escort, then recruited to prostitution and give half then money to the pimp. Then it turns into handing over all the money to the pimp. Human slavery in Canada. Disturbing.

Others say how they are lured in to make money as strippers then recruited to become prostitutes and eventually handing over huge amounts of money to a pimp. They didn't get into the tragedy of prostitution to pay for drug addiction like we see here and in Montreal.

Yaletown Brothel stabbing goes to trial

Jeffrey Qi Feng Bian was the owner of a Yaletown brothel and was murdered during the peak of the Vancouver gang war on June 11 2009. Bian had been renting the suite for five months, said Vancouver police Supt. Rob Rothwell, and investigators believe several other massage parlors may also have been targeted in a string of related robberies.

"We believe there may be some organized crime aspect to it, which is still being investigated and explored, but it's not attributed to any specific gang," said Rothwell. Let’s see, if the brothels were run by the Hells Angels, there would have been retaliation. Two punks running around robbing brothels during a gang war and murdering the owner of one brothel is somewhat suspicious.

We know that James Riach, Independent Soldier and Hells Angel associate was renting a suite in Yaletown at the time. What would happen if someone set up a brothel in an area the Hells angels claimed they controlled?

Tyrone McDougall is a flaming idiot

Here's another flaming idiot from Surrey. Tyrone McDougall is on the Dirty alright. Twice. Seems like even the police don't recognize the empire gang as legitimate because in two bit Tyrone’s latest arrest they said it was drug related not gang related. Our Gang’s little rascals known as the empire gang are just a couple of Surrey crack head car thieves.

He wants to be friends with little white rock Ryan and the chipmunks alright. Wait a minute isn't that Larry Amero in little Ryan's display pic? Didn't Larry get shot and isn't he in hiding? A Surrey punk ass car thief crack head using the Whiterock Hells Angels name and reputation to kidnap, torture and rip off a rival crack dealer in Surrey. Imagine that. Perhaps those kids should just go play in traffic.

Wally Oppal seen with Hells Angel Member

Come on guys, give the guy a break. Wally says he didn’t know the guy was a member of the Hells Angels. He was probably just collecting his fee for banning any evidence about the Hells Angels from being admitted into the Inquiry.

For an eminent jurist, Mr. Oppal can be remarkably insensitive. In 1992, when he was a B.C. Supreme Court justice, he appeared at a boozy, men-only dinner hosted by members of the Vancouver Police Department, an annual fund-raiser called the Gentlemen’s Regimental Dinner. He cracked wise about an alleged rape victim, a woman who had come before him at trial.

“In my business, one of the great benefits is that we get to listen to a lot of great cross-examinations,” Mr. Oppal told his audience. “You get a lot of seedy and scintillating material. I want to give you a sample…”

Mr. Oppal then described, in great detail and to much laughter, what the alleged rape victim said she had experienced. The event was tape recorded and was later recounted in the pages of Saturday Night magazine, which also published a reaction from then-VPD chief Bill Marshall, who had attended the dinner. “That was a really difficult night for me,” the chief said. “I’m trying to deal with those attitudes, but I need time. We just can’t have that kind of stuff any more.”

Crews working to contain Alberta pipeline spill

Crews were scrambling to contain a pipeline leak in Alberta that may have spilled as much as 475,000 liters of crude oil into a tributary of the Red Deer River. This is not good. Don't, they have shut off valves within the pipeline? Not a good omen for the new pipeline to the coast. Surely they can build a pipeline with shut off valves every once and a while so they can stop the spill if the pipeline breaks. This is just irresponsible.

Evidently there was another large pipeline spill in Alberta last year.

Three cheers for Jacques Villeneuve!

Jacques Villeneuve, the Quebec-born car-racing champion, is upset at a protest movement that has gone on for months and is now promising to turn up at Formula One Grand Prix events in Montreal all weekend. In a five-minute exchange with reporters Thursday, Villeneuve urged the protesters to go back to school. He suggested they were lazy. He called them an embarrassment to Canada — especially to Quebec. He suggested they were badly raised, by parents who never learned to say, 'No.' Thank god for the voice of reason. What happens when you raise a kid and never tell them no? They turn into spoilt brats.

"It's time for people to wake up and stop loafing about. It's lasted long enough," Villeneuve told reporters at a cocktail benefit that kicked off the four-day Grand Prix festivities. "We heard them. We listened. They should stop. It's costing the city a fortune. It makes no sense."

As for their parents, Villeneuve said: "I think these people grew up without ever hearing their parents ever tell them, 'No.' So that's what you see in the streets now. People spending their time complaining. It's becoming a little bit ridiculous. They spoke, we heard, and now it's time to go back to school."

Three cheers. Someone finally had the balls to say it. So what do the KIDs do? You called us brats? How dare you! We will show you brats. We will throw stones. We will break things. We will kick and scream and throw a tantrum in the middle of the mall and we will Embarrass. You’ll embarrass us alright. You’re embarrassing Quebec, Canada and yourself.

Je me souviens isn't supposed to mean I will remember I am a spoilt brat. Je me souviens is supposed to men I will remember who I am. I will remember I am not a spoilt brat. I will remember that am better than that. A social conscience mean I think about and care about other people than just myself. The elderly, the homeless, a medical system and a pension system ready to collapse. Free university education is a worthy goal not a right. We have to decide which other social, programs will suffer to pay for the brats free ride. Maybe we should tell them no. Maybe that is the best lesson they could possibly learn in their life. Sometimes we have to work hard and sacrifice because we don't get everything we want when we want it in the real world.

Outlaws beat up Hells Angels prospect

Although I don’t support gang violence, here’s a story about some Outlaws in San Francisco who beat up a guy for being a Hells Angels prospect. It just shows you that the Hells angels are not infallible and do have enemies out there.

We remember a member of the Monglos was convicted of shooting and killing the president of the San Francisco Hells Angels. We also remember how the Hells Angels tried to pick a fight with Vagos in Nevada. After losing the fist fight a Hells Angels pulled out a gun and they lost the gun fight too. Jeffrey "Jethro" Pettigrew, the 51-year-old head of the Hells Angels San Jose chapter died as a result. At his funeral they started fighting with and shooting each other. It’s rather messed up n’est pas?

Grow op Degrees and the Hells Angels

The other day I saw an add in the paper for a seminar at UBC on how to get a license for a medicinal marijuana grow op. A few days later the Vancouver Province ran a story about the guy hosting the seminar. Turns out he’s from Kelowna.

I’m sure it’s just a coincidence that he’s from the Hells Angels retirement village and that he’s hosting seminars in major Canadian cities where the Hells Angels are well entrenched and control the drug trade. Yet the question we have to ask ourselves is if someone gets a license for a legitimate medicinal marijuana grow op, how can they protect themselves from being taken over and extorted by the Hells Angels? What’s stopping this company from giving the addresses of everyone who gets a medical grow op degree to the Hells Angels? That would be the first concern we need to address.

Uncle Joe in Kelowna owned a house that contained a grow op. He got off because he said he rented the house to someone else and the tenants were the ones responsible for the grow op. Even though his truck was parked outside with a Hells Angels bumper sticker on it and the grow op had Hells Angels stickers posted on the walls inside. Since the Hells Angels use such violence to forbid anyone else but them from selling pot in East Van, one has to wonder what Uncle Joe was doing on his way to Salmon arm with a couple of associates and a car load of weapons with a cell phone jammer. Ironic an abandoned grow op was found in Salmon arm shortly thereafter.

Cross border gang forum

Senior police officials from both sides of the border met in Surrey on Monday to discuss border security and to develop co-operative strategies to fight organized crime. Justice Minister Shirley Bond said the purpose of the daylong B.C.-Washington Organized Crime Forum was to share information and strengthen relationships in the face of an increasingly sophisticated gang culture.

Chief John Batiste of the Washington State Patrol added that strong relation-ships will ensure there are fewer cracks in the border that can be exploited. "Whether it is a foreign terrorist, a gunrunner or a drug-dealer, a threat to either of our countries is a threat to both of our countries," he said. "This kind of meeting, this kind of situational awareness, this kind of co-operation, these are our best tools in fighting those who would exploit the border for their own criminal gain."

I have two points here. One from either side of the border. On the south I am convinced that there are some DEA agents who are sincere. Judge Bonner was one of them. From the Robert Shannon conviction and the Trevor Jones indictment, it is clear that the department is sincerely trying to make a difference and address the cross border cocaine trafficking problem.

Yet we cannot talk about the cross border drug trafficking problem without discussing Operation Fast and Furious as well as Operation Wide Receiver. This kind of internal corruption is not new. We cannot discuss the cross border drug trafficking problem without discussing those operations.

Likewise, on the north, we are not free from allegations of internal corruption. The BC liberals have numerous corruption allegations which puts them as a security risk for intel on the drug trade. We need look no further than the Basi Virk case.

Shirley Bond was Deputy Premier when the “deal” was made to chop the (unfinished) trial in order to prevent cross-examination of top politicos and corporate actors and to pay the costs of the convicted men – Dave Basi and Bobby Virk. Her role as Attorney General in blocking the release of documents relevant to that case is suspect.

The Pickton Inquiry ends but the controversy continues

The Missing Women Inquiry has come to an end. Words cannot describe the heartbreak, anger and resentment that circus side show has revealed. We knew Wally Oppal was the wrong choice to head the inquiry. He lost his reelection because of the horrible job he did as AG.

We knew the inquiry would be a circus side show distracting the public from the real issue. Robert Pickton was convicted on the premise that he was not the only person involved. He was convicted on the premise that he was an active participant. The mandate of the inquiry should have been what happened. All the evidence should have been made public not swept under the carpet.

Wally Oppal’s arrogance is offensive. His moonlighting as an actor on a slasher movie was outrageous. Wally Oppal denied huge amounts of highly relevant evidence from being admitted to the inquiry. He denied important witnesses from testifying. He stopped the lawyer for the missing women’s families from discussing the Hells angels known presence on the Pickton Farm.

What could Dave Pickton tell us? Well he told the police where the bodies were buried so the police wouldn’t dig up his whole farm and find out what else they had buried in there. The fact that the Hells Angels had a grow op on site as well as an illegal booze can was highly relevant. The fact that various police agencies had the Hells angels on the Pickton farm under surveillance is very relevant. Refusing to make that evidence public was treason. Wally Oppal is a scoundrel who has committed treason and in so doing has become an accessory to murder.

The only good thing that came from this inquiry is the public discussion of the evidence that Wally Oppal refused to admit. The Hells Angels’ involvement with the Pickton Farm was significant and now the world finally knows it.

Sun News Network in on fake ceremony

Participants in a citizenship reaffirmation ceremony appeared in a photo posted on the immigration department's Twitter feed last October. Six federal bureaucrats were drafted to appear as new Canadians for the ceremony on a private TV network.

Ok hold the door. A private TV network? Broadcasting the news? A “private” news outlet broadcasting propaganda for the Harper government. Things that make ya go hmmm. Fox News North. OK let’s back up a bit. Stephen Harper’s Immigration Minister Jason Kenney sets up a fake citizenship swearing in ceremony and bureaucrats take the place of actual new Canadians during a televised citizenship ceremony last fall.

That’s rather bizarre all on it’s own. Why on earth not televise a real swearing in ceremony? Why on the earth would someone fake that for ascetics? The “private” network denied knowing they were fake stand-ins at the time. Kenny’s staff even went on Twitter and in various media outlets saying neither Sun News nor the minister's office knew about the stand-in bureaucrats and even apologized on air to the network. The network had said its viewers were "deceived" by a bureaucrat. Now we find out that is simply not true. Sun TV did know. It is inconceivable to believe Kenny didn’t know.

On it’s own it’s not earth shattering but put together with a bizarre list of abnormalities we see a disturbing picture emerge. The whole concept of brainwashing voters with propaganda as opposed to polling the electorate disturbs me greatly. Saying one thing, doing another then spending huge amounts of tax dollars trying to convince voters lies are truth. That pattern is concerning. The robocalls thing is disturbing. Dean Del Mastro and other Tories hired U.S. telemarketer during election, contrary to Stephen Harper’s claims. Conservatives are supposed to support democracy yet these conservatives are doing the exact opposite. That’s because they are not conservatives.

I don’t want to go on and on about how we should elect a new political party. That’s obvious. What I do want to stress is that the Conservative party needs new leadership. Desperately. This leadership has apostatized from traditional conservative values completely and utterly.

In today’s news we read of scientists adding their concern about more cuts from the Harper government. What we see is dramatic extremism. We see very strange dramatic cuts on one hand and amazingly reckless spending on the other. Just look at Peter McKay’s $47,000.00 photo shoot in today’s news. Again for advertizing. He’s trying to sell us on a huge undisclosed expenditure on a whole fleet of jets that aren’t designed to be used in the arctic. This conflicted sale is to Harper lobbyists.

We all agree we need some jets but a whole fleet of jets that can’t be used in the arctic? Instead of being used to defend Canada one has to assume their purpose is to perpetuate the oil wars like in Iraq and Libya. There is no other reason for their purchase. Conservatives are supposed to support a strong military. While Harper’s partner in crime is gallivanting around the country on ridiculous expenses trying to promote an insane expenditure, he is at the same time cutting funding for the military. Cutting their pensions, cutting their mental health support. Even closing coast guard stations.

What we are seeing is a raging lunatic in action. He gets elected on a tough on crime platform, then cuts funding for the RCMP and the gang task force. Introduces a ridiculous crime bill that targets nonviolent offenders making it fiscally impossible for us to target violent offenders then cuts funding for prisons and closes a huge institution with no replacement whatsoever. This man is a lunatic.

Giving up our pensions and raising the age of retirement to pay for a $65 billion bank bailout Harper denies doing? That is insane. The Conservative party needs new leadership. Don’t get me started on Harpers doom and gloom about the Greek Bailout. Stop supporting investment fraud with tax dollars.

And then there’s this whole assault on the environment. It’s rather bizarre.

The 2012 Transit of Venus

On a lighter note, for all you astronomers out there, Venus is eclipsing the sun as we speak. For us in the Pacific Northwest it happens from 6:45 PM until sunset. Venus can be seen as a sunspot on the sun that gradually moves across it over a six hour period. Don't look directly at the sun. Sunglasses aren't good enough. You need a welder’s glass or punch a whole in a piece of cardboard and use that to project the image on a blank piece of paper. Yet for us in the Pacific Northwest, it's raining so we'll have to watch it online or on TV.

Body Parts delivered to two Vancovuer schools

A day after the suspect in a gruesome Montreal killing and dismemberment was arrested in Berlin, Vancouver police said a human hand and foot were delivered in separate packages to two area schools. Vancouver Police Deputy Chief Warren Lemcke told reporters Tuesday afternoon the first package containing what appeared to be a human hand was opened by a staff member at False Creek Elementary School shortly after 1 p.m. local time.

Another package containing what appeared to be a human foot was found by staff members at St. George's School later Tuesday afternoon. "There is no indication of identity (of the victim) at this time," Lemcke said at a news conference. Freaking wackos.

Turns out that the hand and foot sent to Vancouver schools were from the same victim of the whacko who sent other body parts to Ottawa.

Hells Angels targeted in Winnipeg, Germany and Australia

Police have made their 26th arrest in its Project Flatlined targeting the Winnipeg Hells Angels and their puppet club the Redline Support crew. Police said Jared James Irving, 26, was arrested and taken into custody for an outstanding warrant. He has been charged with participating in or contributing to a criminal organization. Police are still looking for 27-year-old Jesse Richard Thomas.

In Germany, police raided dozens of properties as part of a major investigation into the Hells Angels motorcycle club. The operation targeted 80 properties, including brothels and pubs.

In Australia, the multi-billion dollar Visy packaging company is allegedly using the Hells Angels to collect bad debts and act as "problem solvers". Senior police sources told the Herald Sun police intelligence files have recorded links between Visy and the notorious bikie gang, and detectives are monitoring the connection. What on earth are they riding? That’s a yellow sports bike with not only a full face helmet but a dirt bike helmet. Wow. Times have sure changed. Flower power.

Berlin bans Hells Angels, raid details leaked: Here's an interesting one someone sent in. Germany bans the Hells Angels for criminal activity. Before they implement the raid an informant warns the Hells Angels so they have to execute the raid earlier then they had originally planned. "Unfortunately we have to assume that people from our own ranks gave information to these criminals in return for money,” a police spokesman said, adding that the betrayal was shameful for the police force.

Toronto Mall shooting has possible gang ties - Update

Police have released the identity of the target murdered in the Toronto Mall shooting to be Ahmed Hassan. He was known to the police and had possible gang ties. January 22 2010 someone named Ahmed Hassan was charged with cocaine trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Unlikely the one charged in Fort McMurray is the same one shot in Toronto but it will be interesting to hear what gang ties he had in this astonishingly reckless public murder.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Totonto police have announced over twitter that they have made an arrest in the shooting. Christopher Husbands turned himself in and appeared in court today to face one count of first-degree murder and six counts of attempted murder. "Our investigation continues to suggest that this is a targeted shooting and not a random act of violence against members of the general public," Borg told a press conference. "Even though there are several persons who have been identified in this case as being known gang members, or who have gang associations, I do not believe this to be a gang-motivated shooting. "Beyond saying that, I am not in a position to address aspects going to motive in this shooting."

Ahmed Hassan, 24, died of gunshot wounds and a 23-year-old male who police believe was with Hassan at the time of the attack remains in hospital in critical condition after being shot in the neck and chest. Borg said on Monday that the two victims and the suspected shooter had ties to the same street gang, but would not elaborate further. Well that's confusing. Just because they were members of the same gang doesn't mean it's not a gang related shooting. those guys betray each other on a daily basis. It's still related to the gang's drug trafficking.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

CBC on the National has just reported that the shooter, Ahmed Hassan was under house arrest before the shooting and that one of his previous offenses included forcible confinement in Alberta which means it’s the same guy as the one in Fort McMurray. The National also went on to say that over 30 Somali youths tied to gangs and the drug trade have been murdered in Alberta. Gee I wonder who the prime suspects are in those murders?

Three cheers for simpatico news! Reporting on the Eaton Centre shooting in Toronto they pointed out the obvious. If the shooter and the target are both gang members then the shooting was gang related even if they were members of the same gang. Thanks you! Someone out there can finally do the math.
