34 arrested at Hells Angels Euro Run in the UK

The Evening Standard is reporting that "More than 30 people have been arrested as thousands of Hells Angels bikers take part in a three-day event to mark the club's 50th anniversary in the UK. Surrey and Sussex Police said a total of 34 people had been detained on suspicion of drugs offences and possession of offensive weapons in connection to the Hells Angels Euro Run."

"Earlier this week, officers were granted powers to stop and search people within a designated area across Surrey and Sussex in a bid to tackle anti-social behaviour. Assistant Chief Constable of Surrey Police Nev Kemp, who is leading policing operations across both counties this week, said: "We have been very clear with those attending the Hells Angels event, many from overseas, that we will not tolerate criminal and anti-social behaviour. Our activity over the last few days has been about keeping people safe, which is why I put the Section 60 order in place."

What do they mean anti social behavior? They mean BS like when the Edmonton trash beat a father to death in Greece because he asked them to get off his bike so he could go home to his kids. If you allow high profile murders and mayhem at club events, the public will rebel against you. It's called a natural consequence of unacceptable behavior.

Kids Play hosts soccer tournament at BC Place

Kal Dosanjh from the Kids Play Foundation is reporting that "The KIDS PLAY Super Soccer Tournament began almost 14 years ago at a small park in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver with a vision to help children stay away from a life of drugs, gangs and crime by engaging them in positive activities."

"Over the years the program grew, and eventually became the impetus for creating KidsPlay. In keeping with tradition, we hosted the KidsPlay Super Soccer Tournament at BC Place Stadium on Monday. Youth from all across the lower mainland got the experience of a lifetime. Words cannot express my heartfelt gratitude to the volunteers, whose unconditional commitment to serving the community is truly inspiring. Special thanks to the Vancouver Whitecaps Soccer Club."

This is big news. It is a colossal success. This is proactive gang prevention. Well done.

Mule gets 5 1/2 years for delivering fentanyl and cocaine

Kamloops this Week is reporting that "A Vancouver father of four who began transporting large quantities of fentanyl and cocaine after work dried up in Alberta’s oilsands will spend more than five years in a federal prison. Pedro Dwayne Kematch, 35, was sentenced on Thursday in B.C. Supreme Court in Kamloops after pleading guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking."

"Prior to his arrest, court heard, police became aware Kematch was part of a large-scale drug trafficking group transporting fentanyl and cocaine from B.C. to other provinces." "On Feb. 28, 2015, an Acura being driven by Kematch was pulled over for speeding near Kamloops. Inside, police found a backpack and a hidden compartment containing 9,950 fentanyl pills and 487 grams of cocaine. Federal Crown prosecutor Anthony Varesi said the fentanyl pills had been stamped to look like counterfeit Oxycontin."

"Stamped to look like counterfeit Oxycontin." That is the root of the problem. Giving people fentanyl when they ask for Oxycontin is bad business just like giving someone fentanyl when they ask for cocaine. This large-scale drug trafficking group transporting fentanyl and cocaine from B.C. to other provinces could only be the Hells Angels. Now they'll just get another mule.



This was a VPD operation not a GTF op. "Thirty-six year old Jason Heyman is facing the most charges – seven of possession for the purpose of trafficking and five for gun possession. Dennis Halstead, 36, is facing four for trafficking and one of possession of a restricted firearm. Cameron Mak, 40, and Charleen Flintroy, 47, are each charged with seven trafficking counts and one for possession of a restricted firearm. Tara Marshall and Pedro Keymatch, both 32, are facing possession for the purpose of trafficking charges only." The GTF doesn't bust HA drug rings.

Dennis Alexander Halstead and Jason James Heyman had all their charges dropped by a corrupt judge. "It was determined that several raided properties, including Halstead’s home on Rochester Street in Coquitlam, Heyman’s Surrey apartment on King George Boulevard and a property on Ewen Street in New Westminster (believed to be a drug stash house) were considered warrantless searches. The Crown, however, argued police acted in good faith and proceeded with a reasonable belief as to the validity of their warrants." AYFKM? They had warrants.

Search warrants are based on just cause. They obviously had just cause to search because they were right. This judge is a traitor to the public interest. Justice James Williams presided over the Robert Picton murder trial. He was the one that told the jury they could convict Pickton even though he was not the prime suspect just an active participant. Williams is former RCMP.

Steven Pettigrew Tanked

The Surrey Now Leader is reporting that Steven Pettigrew has left the Safe Surrey Coalition. Oh Happy Day. I told you that guy was a wing nut. That is why I did not endorse him. He single handedly sabotaged the Hawthorne Park campaign. He was an agent provocateur. Either that or he was just plain stupid. His departure from the SSC had nothing to do with saving any trees.

Loser Steve says “I’m not mad at them, and I’m not even mad at the mayor,” he said. “Everybody has a right to vote the way they want and as we go forward I’ll just continue to work with them. Sometimes I’ll agree, most of the time I stand by myself. What’s the worst that can happen? I stand by myself. It’s already happened, right. You’ve seen council right, it’s usually eight to one, vote after vote after vote after vote.” Yeah why is that?

Doug McCallum explained “I am not surprised by Steven’s decision to split from the Safe Surrey Coalition,” McCallum stated. “What I find disappointing is his treatment of the voters who cast a ballot for him as a member of the Safe Surrey Coalition. We were very open, transparent and specific of what we stood for and intended to do if elected. Steven was fully aware of Safe Surrey’s platform and was more than happy to run an entire campaign with us. Since he’s been elected to council, he has conveniently forgotten the platform and the promises we made to the people of Surrey.” No kidding. Doug McCallum was very clear on his mandate to get rid of the LRT and the RCMP. Steve exploited McCallum's name and budget to get elected. As I said, he totally screwed up the Save Hawthorne park campaign. I was there. I saw it.

Israel's minority government failed over extending draft

This is kind of strange. The New York Times is reporting that "After the April 9 election, Mr. Netanyahu and his conservative Likud party had seemed poised to easily form a coalition with his right-wing and ultra-Orthodox allies from the previous government. But he got caught in a battle of wills between Avigdor Lieberman, the leader of a small ultranationalist and secularist party, Yisrael Beiteinu, and the powerful alliance of ultra-Orthodox parties over a new military service law that would conscript some ultra-Orthodox men."

When I was in Israel many years ago, I did not realize that the ultra Orthodox Jews known as the Haredim were exempt from military service. Everyone was required to serve in the military. Although I passionately support the freedom of religion I will say that the Haredim's refusal to serve in the military is the most hypocritical thing I have ever heard of. No offense.

It is no wonder that Liberman's bill to draft ultra-Orthodox Jews into the military was meeting opposition from the draft dodgers. I'm wondering if the Haredim ever read anything about a man named Joshua and his commander a guy named Moses. How Moses led them to battle and how Joshua took up the command after Moses died. I'm wondering if the Haredim have read anything about their history at all. Evidently not. They must have skipped over the part where the Levites were forced to take up the sword and slay 3,000 traitors from within before the children of Israel were prepared to go to battle against the foreign enemy.

If the Haredim don't want to serve in the military they can always do what the American draft dodgers did during the Vietnam war and come to Canada. However, if you want to live in Israel you have to serve in the military. It is what it is. If you want to be Jehovah's Witness then be Jehovah's Witness but if you want to be Jewish then be Jewish.

Israel’s Military Exemption for Ultra-Orthodox Is Ruled Unconstitutional

There's another story in the Israeli news that's even more disturbing. The Jewish community in Australia is calling for Israel to extradite Malka Leifer to face numerous charges of sexual abuse. There should be no hesitation in that extradition. Where there is no justice there will be no peace.

Dutch court bans Hells Angels

Reuters is reporting that "A Dutch court on Wednesday banned the Hells Angels motorcycle gang in the Netherlands, saying it had a track record of violent crime including the killing of rivals, shoot-outs, and drug and weapon offences. Prosecutors had sought the measure in response to hundreds of incidents in the Netherlands."

“The violence is often so serious and causes so much social unrest that it can be considered in contravention of social order,” the Utrecht District Court ruled, naming the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club Holland and the international organization to which it belongs."

"A spokesman for the national prosecutor’s office said this was believed to be the first time a country had banned the Hells Angels. The gang is regarded by the U.S. government as an international crime syndicate."

In Canada, Manitoba has designated the Hells Angels as a criminal organization. Nova Scotia has designated Bachus, a puppet club that sells drugs for the Hells Angels as a criminal org.

Update: When this blog first started I was big on pushing for criminal org status for the Hells Angels in Canada. However, after seeing the corruption and the extremism within the ATF in the US I'm not so sure about that any more. The David Giles declaration said not all members are involved with criminal activity but anyone who uses the name of the club for criminal activity must have that activity approved by the local executive.

That means if a Hells Angel member or associate is convicted of a crime that benefits the club, then the president of that chapter should also be charged. I would prefer to see that embraced in Canada than a blanket criminal organization status. That would help reduce crime because it would make a local executive much more careful about approving any criminal activity.

BTW it was a HA that was involved in the Toronto hit and run that seriously injured a 4 year old.

As I previously stated, mistreating of El Chapo diminishes all of us. The United States is filled with extremes. On one hand they have this wonderful Constitution protecting civil liberty for all and on the other hand they have dirty dogs trampling the Constitution from within.

El Chapo has been in solitary consignment for two and a half years. His lawyer has asked that he be allowed to purchase some bottled water, have a little bit of fresh air and proper ear plugs. All of which are very reasonable requests. El Chapo is housed at a notorious Manhattan prison that has been compared to Guatanamo Bay. That is nothing to be proud of. As I've previously stated, Norway has the best prison model in the world. The United States does not. The United States has the highest incarceration rate in the world. Even more than China and Russia.

As I previously stated, El Chapo should be pardoned in exchange for his testimony against the CIA. That would be in the public's best interest.

Compare the treatment of El Chappo, Manuel Noriega and Oliver North. Again we see the sad saga of unequal protection of the law emerge. Colonel Edward P. Cutolo testified that in Operation Watchtower the planes loaded with cocaine landing in Panama from Bogata were met by Col. Tony Noriega and CIA Agent Edwin Wilson. The CIA made Noriega president because of his drug trafficking on their behalf. He worked for Oliver North. Oliver North was pardoned and became a Fox News TV host. Manuel Noriega died in an American prison.

Operation Fast and Furious was a CIA operation where the ATF sold the sinola carter guns and brought back tons of cocaine into the United States as payment. El Chapo had a .50 cal sniper rifle from Operation Fast and Furious. Hilary Clinton was the author of that operation.

Wally Oppal is a scoundrel

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "Mistrials resulting from deadlocked juries are extremely rare and are a sign that the judicial system is working, former B.C. attorney general Wally Oppal said Sunday. Oppal said the public should not be concerned that jurors could not reach a verdict in the case of Jamie Bacon, who is charged with one count of counselling someone to commit murder in late 2008." AYFKM? WTF is wrong with the Vancouver Sun?! No really.

The fact that Wally Oppal isn't in jail for collusion after sabotaging the missing woman's inquiry is proof the system is broken. Jamie Bacon got off scot free for ordering the worst gangland slaying in BC's history because of trial delays resulting from police misconduct. The fact that someone on the jury wouldn't convict him in DK's murder makes it look like someone on the jury was paid off. That's what it looks like. For that piece of garbage to say the public should not be concerned and the system is working just fine for him is absolutely outrageous. The fact that the Vancouver Sun would even quote that raging lunatic is very offensive.

Wally Oppal was a horrible attorney general. With gang violence escalating the public were protesting bad judges. Wally Oppal said everything is fine. That's when Vern started putting huge signs on flatdeck trucks that said Recall Wally Oppal. The group Vern was with in Aldergove weren't talking about gang violence, they were talking about property theft. They had drug addicts stealing from all their neighbors and every time the police arrested them the courts let them free. It was a revolving door judicial system that served no one. That was when the VPD came up with a proposal asking for 30 strikes and your out. Showing that the more crimes these chronic offenders committed, the less jail time they were sentenced with. Wally said it was just fine.



After Wally Oppal lost the election, the Vancouver Sun pushed to have him on the Missing woman's inquiry. I was like WTF are they doing? Women from the DTES spoke up at a public meeting saying Wally Oppal was the wrong choice to head that inquiry. They were right.

Durring the missing Woman's Inquiry Wally Oppal took a second job acting in a slasher movie. That National Post said it was bad judgement. Indeed it was.

In 1992, when he was a B.C. Supreme Court justice, Wally Oppal appeared at a boozy, men-only dinner hosted by members of the Vancouver Police Department and told jokes about what a rape victim had said in court. There is no way the Vancouver Sun should have endorsed him for the Missing Woman Inquiry. He didn't even do his job on the Inquiry.

As soon as the inquiry heard evidence that implicated the Hells Angels, Wally Oppal shut the inquiry down and turned it into a *less adversarial* panel discussion where he could more easily censor evidence. That was collusion.

Hells Angel injures 4 year old boy in Toronto Hit and run

The Canadian Press is reporting that "Officials say a four-year-old boy who was hospitalized after a hit-and-run is in life-threatening condition. Police have said that the boy was struck by a motorcycle that fled the scene Sunday afternoon in the city's east end. Police spokeswoman Katrina Arrogante says first responders found the child in and out of consciousness before he was rushed to hospital. Police have said the male driver of the motorcycle drove away while a female passenger got off the motorcycle and fled on foot."

"They've described the male suspect as white, with a heavy build, between 40 and 50 years old and was wearing a black helmet and dark-coloured pants. The female is described as white and in her 20s, with blonde hair. She was wearing blue jeans, a black shirt, white running shoes and a black helmet. Police also say the motorcycle is a red or orange colour and is a cruiser-type Harley Davidson with damage to the front right turn signal. Arrogante says police are asking witnesses to come forward." The Toronto Sun posted surveillance photos. Red sneakers.

Update: CBC is reporting that "Toronto police have made an arrest in connection with a hit and run involving a motorcycle that left a four-year-old child critically injured. Police say a 31-year-old man was arrested in Markham and has been charged with: leaving the scene of an accident and causing bodily harm, driving a motorcycle with an improper licence and operating a motorcycle without insurance."

"Police also say they have seized a 2016 Harley Davidson Road Glide motorcycle. The boy is being treated for life-threatening injuries at Toronto's Hospital for Sick Children, where a family friend says relatives from around Toronto and abroad are gathered."

2nd Update: The suspect in the hit and run has been identified as Darren Robert Dawson. The Toronto Sun is reporting that "The accused is the son of full-patch Hells Angels member Billy Dawson who died at age 59 in Aug. 2013. Dawson himself was a full-patch Hells Angels member, but sources say his membership had been revoked sometime over the past few years."

The red sneakers was a give away. So we know he *was* a member of the Hells Angels and a source *claims* he is no longer a member. The fact that he is no longer a member is hearsay and has yet to be determined. Chalk another one up for the Ontario Village Idiots.
