The pills are supposed to ease withdrawal symptoms and keep her away from the often-deadly illicit street drug supply.
And while the hydromorphone works for some people who use drugs, it doesn't work for Watchmen.

This is nothing new. They've previously prescribed methadone to help people get off heroin. People were abusing the program by selling the methadone to buy heroin so they started dispensing it in dixie cups and made people take it on site. Hydromorphone is an opioid. It's not a drug that helps people get off opioids. Take a look at where the MSM is trying to take us.
Alcoholism is a disease. You don't cure alcoholism by handing out free alcohol. You don't treat alcoholism by handing out free alcohol. Doing so would only make it worse. Addiction is a forest fire that consumes everything in its path. If we were to hand out free illicit drugs who would pay for it? That would bankrupt our medical system in a heartbeat. Who would benefit? Pharmagreed.

City News is reporitng that "Two young men have been arrested and remain in police custody following a targeted shooting in Surrey Saturday night.
The shooting involved two vehicles, with Surrey RCMP confirming shots were fired at the intersection of 73 Avenue and 128 Street at around 8:45 p.m. between people in a silver SUV and a white Jeep.
Police say the incident is tied to drug trafficking and gang activity." Big surprise.
"Both cars sped away, but the Jeep crashed into a telephone pole nearly three blocks away at 76 Avenue and 128 Street, with the occupants running away. Eventually, police were able to track down the two uninjured men.
The driver and passenger of the Jeep are currently in police custody.
