The sentencing of Laura Szendrei’s murderer

The sentencing of Laura Szendrei’s murderer has been in the news of late with several comments and recommendations from forensic physiatrists. I’m going to touch on two statements that were quoted in the media and set the record straight. This is a very serious and important case.

One psychiatrist testified that the murderer should be sentenced as an adult because he will not get the treatment he needs if he is sentenced as a youth. Although I agree with the conclusion and one is tempted to say whatever it takes, we need to clarify the obvious.

Thanks to the advocacy of Chuck and Donna Cadman, young offenders who commit violent crimes can be tried as adults. You can’t get any more of a violent crime than murder and rape. This murderer should automatically be tried as an adult. It’s not about him. At this point I don’t care what’s in his best interest. He just committed murder. Failing to try him as an adult would be criminal negligence. It would mock Laura Szendrei as well as her parents and in so doing mock justice altogether. Although rehabilitation should be a factor, it most certainly is not the factor and comes second to justice and public safety. Especially in the case of murder.

The other flaming concern I have is two ridiculous statement made by Robert Ley. Ley claimed that the reason the murderer attacked Laura was because of his alleged shyness and anxiety around women. Before I tear into a long and drawn out rant on Freud, Dr. Paul Janke points out the obvious. He states that theory has "essentially no credibility." Thank God. Robert Ley needs to find a new profession.

We were all baffled by the motive for Laura’s murder. Now we hear claims that the murderer had three previous incidents and originally wanted to rape her but ended up killing her when she screamed and made too much noise. To me it sounds very suspicious. Who isn’t going to make noise when you try and rape them in a public place. It sounds simply like a made up story to get second degree charges instead of first degree charges.

By claiming he initially wanted to rape her means he gets around the premeditated requirement of first degree murder and cops a plea for second degree murder. Yet we know the case law states that when murder follows a rape, that automatically becomes first degree murder not second. First degree murder is defined as any murder "while committing or attempting to commit sexual assault." That would apply here. This case is clearly first degree murder not second.

This other victim thing is totally new. There were no news reports of other victims in the area at the time. This whole delusion about rapists committing rape because they are shy around women is offensive and absurd. Rape is all about power and control over woman in a very disturbed and unhealthy manner. It’s like our friend the freak Jim Brown who brags about his violent sexual fantasies of criminal acts. Harboring those kinds of desires is deranged. It’s got nothing to do with being shy around women.

Robert Ley also told a sentencing hearing that he believes the offender is a motivated and intelligent person who would be receptive to treatment and should be detained in a provincial institution rather than in a federal prison, where rehab programs would be less effective. Is this guy smoking crack? Everyone else reports that the man posed a high risk to reoffend and that he showed no remorse for the murder. There is something wrong with Robert Ley. After we flush his submissions down the toilet, we need to correct his career mistake in a hurry before he damages more victims’ lives.

Although I agree that it is in no prisoner’s best interest to be mistreated in prison, this guy committed murder. In all fairness he should be put to death. Keeping him alive is doing him a favor not society. I’m sure many will argue, including Amnesty International, that a civilized society does not tolerate capital punishment. In contrast, I submit that a civilized society cannot tolerate murder. To do so diminishes all of us.

Although I have expressed my concerns over the father’s decision to invite patch wearing Hells Angels to his daughter’s funeral, I will point out that feelings of retaliation or taking the law into one’s own hands are completely normal and understandable in that situation. Although we all agree that we must take the higher road and trust in the law, when the law betrays public trust victims never heal.

My concerns about the Hells Angels are clear. They are a criminal organization violently involved in the drug and sex trade. Befriending them for any reason is a bad choice. Nevertheless, my heart does go out to Laura’s father. Her mother as well but I suppose I can relate more to her father. When something traumatic happens to your daughter like murder or rape and the offenders are walking around with no remorse and a high likelihood of reoffending, it is very hard not to take care of the matter oneself. Very hard. Even if one takes the higher road, if the law fails public trust there is a wound there that never heals. It becomes an unresolved issue so to speak. Pushed to the side to be dealt with at a later day. The only hope and peace that I can find is the knowledge that life does not end at death and in due process, truth and justice will one day prevail. As they say in Ireland, “Our day will come.”

Hells Angel president cries in court

Speaking of crying like a baby, BDN dot com is reporting that “Mark ‘Lightning’ Baker stared down the FBI agents, U.S. marshals and prosecutors who were sending him to jail. Then, he grinned and lifted his shackled hands, extending his middle finger.

He did it again and again, sometimes using both middle fingers to make his point, as he waited Wednesday morning for his sentencing hearing to begin. Within 30 minutes, however, the 50-year-old Baker was crying as he begged U.S. District Judge Cameron McGowan Currie to have mercy on him. ‘A meth addiction caused me to make some bad decisions,’ Baker said.

A crystal meth addiction. Maybe they shouldn’t be selling that sh*t. Maybe he shouldn’t be a bully then cry like a baby wanting mercy when he refused to give mercy to anyone else. This is one of three Rock Hill based Hells Angels convicted of drug trafficking and gun running in South Carolina. They were killing rival drug dealers to secure a monopoly on the market. Then he cries in court when faced with a 15 ½ year prison sentence. If you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime.

It reminds me of that Hells Angel associate in Toronto that was caught selling date rape drug for the “club.” He brought his wife and niece to court and cried like a baby. He didn’t seem to care about all the people and families he would ruin from the use of the drug he was selling. What if someone used it on his wife or niece? The old adage of treat others the way you want to be treated is pretty common sense.

Federal agents and local police displayed more than 100 machine guns, rifles, shotguns, revolvers, semi-automatic pistols and silencers that had been seized from Hells Angels members in “Rock Hill.” (Rock is another name for crack) They also displayed dozens of bags of drugs that had been confiscated, including methamphetamine, (crystal meth) cocaine, prescription drugs and “bath salts.” 100 machine guns and bath salts. Now that is a nasty drug.

My daughter thinks they’re gonna put bath salts in our drinking water to trigger the zombie apocalypse. It’s an interesting theory but I’m a bit confused where people get this idea of a zombie apocalypse from in the first place. One thing is for sure and that is there clearly is no loyalty, strength or honour in the Hells Angels. Word. This Gumby looks like a pencil neck used car salesman. Mug shots on WCCB and Mug shots on WCNC.

Mugger gets owned

This is a rather amusing surveillance video of a guy who snatches a cell phone out of a woman’s hand. She beats him with her purse. Kicks him in the balls dropping him to his knees. Gives him the good old double ear slap and knees him in the face. Then finishes him with a hook kick to the head. She is half his size. Now that’s what I’m talking about. Sometimes crime doesn’t pay. Word.

Gun found under crib mattress in PEI

Here’s a popular girl from PEI. She has a history of drug trafficking despite the fact that she has wonderful young children. Wednesday her and her boyfriend's home was raided were cocaine was seized as well as cutting agents and a firearm under a crib mattress. That is very concerning. Valerie Anne Burke (MacArthur), 28, and Vance William Atkinson, 24, were taken into custody and each charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, careless storage of a firearm, and breach of firearms prohibition. I understand this isn't the first time she's gone to jail for a boyfriend who promised her the world. Each arrest she's only had a very small quantity of drugs but she's got to start thinking about those kids. Who isn't paying their child support?

Detroit files for Bankruptcy as Freedom is under fire

Recently it was announced Detroit filed for bankruptcy. Bonds are tanking and the court claims the governor lacks the power to “diminish or impair pension benefits,” so it's trying to halt the bankruptcy application. Stealing pensions again. Didn't the US banks get a bailout? This is serious. What happens in the States usually follows in Canada. Clearly our freedom is under fire and the greatest enemy we have is the enemy within that is embezzling huge amounts of tax dollars. The day before 9/11 Donald Rumsfeld announced the Pentagon lost $2.3 trillion dollars and can’t account for 25% of what it spends. That is a huge concern which has only gotten worse.

Al Martin calls Huntsville, Alabama Corruption City, USA. Martin claims the accounting "discrepancy" at the Huntsville military complex was $16 billion. These are military officers stealing from the American citizens. That is a huge concern. Canada has the same problem. CSIS lost or more accurately hid $3.1 billion in anti terror funding. The Canadian military stole millions in black assets. There needs to be more financial accountability here because this kind of embezzlement is killing us. Privatizing the military just makes this problem uncontrollable.

Raising the age of retirement will be the least of our worries. Soon we will wake up and a communist nation will own us. Don’t look now. They already do. Communist China owns our oil rights and is buying up private property in the United States. Yet communists don’t believe in land ownership. So is this the new form of war? Conquering land by hostile corporate takeovers?

We need to address the debt and we need to address the biggest cause of the debt, the missing anti terror funding and the Canadian bank bailout that Harper says never happened. Those two expenditures are the most fiscally irresponsible decisions in Canadian history. Along with Gordon Campbell’s’ BC Hydro scam of course. That kind of fiscal irresponsibility is far beyond any leftist ideal of social justice. It constitutes fraud and is a criminal act.

Price of Oil drops but price of gas jumps

Well it happened again so I’ll say it again. The price of oil per barrel dropped and the price of gas at the pump jumped another ten cents a litre. That is highway robbery. Why? Because we let the oil companies have a monopoly on the market so they can charge whatever they want. Even worse, thanks to Stephen Harper, us getting gouged at the pump is helping fund communist China’s military expansion since he sold our oil rights to them giving them the profit instead of Canadians.

Back in the day when the Rothschild’s pulled that off with Standard oil, the courts said that kind of a corporate monopoly was illegal. Anti trust laws prevented it. Now corrupt politicians whose campaigns are bankrolled by these scoundrels say gouging the consumers through corporate monopolies is good business. Not. It destroys the free market and everything real conservatives stand for. That is the neo con. The road to Bildebuerg steals our money and our freedom.

Giuseppe De Vito found dead in prison

About the mafia is reporting that Giuseppe De Vito was found unconscious in his prison cell at Donnacona Prison before being taken to a local Quebec hospital where he was pronounced dead. De Vito is believed to have been a close ally of Raynald Desjardins who led the rebellion against the Rizzutos while Vito was in prison. Since Vito’s release, he’s been kicking ass. CBC is confirming Giuseppe's death. Tragically, Giuseppe's ex has been charged in the murder of their two daughters. One would hate to think that was a mob hit. One would also hate to think the mother did it. Innocent kids that appeared to be well cared for. Very sad.

Bill Tieleman questions Surrey bomb plot

Three cheers for Bill Tieleman and the 24 hours newspaper. A blog reader sent in this link to an article he wrote for the Vancouver edition of the 24 hours newspaper. He asks “How did John Nuttall and Amanda Korody, two disheveled, poverty-stricken drug addicts living in a Surrey basement suite and recent converts to Islam, become Canada’s biggest terrorist threat?”

Bill Tieleman points out that two weeks after the shocking announcement, there are more questions than answers. Finally, someone with a brain. He points out that this insane plot sounds similar to others in the US “where clueless and troubled people have been convicted of deadly plots after undercover agents and informers “facilitated” their crimes to incredible degrees.”

An example he uses is “James Cromitie, a low-level ex-drug dealer who converted to Islam. A well-paid FBI informant befriended the Walmart worker and promised him $250,000 and a new BMW car to fire Stinger surface-to-air missiles at U.S. military planes and plant bombs at Jewish targets in New York.”

This goes well beyond entrapment. I bet ya he didn’t make the Stinger surface-to-air missiles himself. Someone provided him with it which, as Bill Tieleman observes, facilitated the attack.

He points out that “questioning RCMP actions is not to condone illegal activity.” Nobody thinks terrorism is OK. Questioning how CSIS or the FBI set people up is a real concern. That doesn’t mean anyone in their right mind thinks terrorism is OK because it’s clearly not. It’s just as wrong when a crazed terrorist does it as when a crazed CSIS handler does it like in the Air India bombing. What we need to question is how they lost 3 billion dollars in anti terrorist funding. Kinda makes ya wonder who the real criminals are.

My concerns are two fold. These crazy cases of entrapment that go way beyond entrapment. The crazy plots where law enforcement actually facilitate crimes. That is the first concern. The other concern is actual false flag attacks like was planned in Operation Northwoods and was executed against the USS Liberty. That is a whole other can of worms. Denying it happens doesn’t provide public safety.

I used to think that we better be careful how loud we get about questioning these crazy cases of entrapment. They just might actually kill someone just to try and get us to believe them. Then I realized, they already did – Air India. CSIS needs to be charged and tried for that before we even talk about cases of entrapment exploiting drug addicts on welfare. BTW Bill Tieleman has also raised some valid concerns about BC Hydro.

Were RCMP involved in B.C. legislature bomb plot?

Clay Roueche and Pablo Escobar - Coldplay

I saw this post referring to the Rolling Stone article on Clay Roueche. They compared Clay to Pablo Escobar and it made me think about the Pablo Escobar story. My daughter just mentioned it last night while we were at an awesome little Mexican restaurant in Surrey.

Googling Pablo Escobar led me to the Ramon Milian story. Another CIA drug smuggler tied to Iran contra. He was considered Pablo Escobar’s right hand man. So here we have more drug dealers working for the CIA, betrayed by the CIA and serving life in prison for them just like Noriega. It’s all recorded in the Kerry committee. Frontiline has a video of Ramon Milian Rodriguez testifying at the Kerry committee. Felix Rodriguez was another one who worked for the CIA. It’s not that the war on drugs failed. It’s just that the CIA was on the wrong side of that war.

Although I hesitate demonizing the UN when it’s clear their violence was in response to the Hells Angels violence, I think prosecuting one without prosecuting the other is treason. I have heard of IHIT members claiming that everything was fine until they started going after the Hells Angels. All the small groups were much worse then them. That is so untrue. IHIT members who really believe that need a career change because they are on the wrong side.

Recently I heard a young choir sing a stunning remix of Coldplay’s Viva La Vida. Theirs was based on a German remix but they tweaked it a bit themselves. I hadn’t paid too much attention to the lyrics in the original Viva La Vida. I thought the line in the chorus that said For some reason I can’t explain I know saint Peter will call my name. The remix really emphasized the original says won't call my name which when you read the rest of the lyrics, makes much more sense. The guy had lived a dishonest life.

I have more compassion for Clay than I do for David Giles yet I am concerned that people don’t start idolizing the bad that Clay did. Right is right and wrong is wrong. Crack and crystal meth are horrible drugs. Slinging those evil drugs just so you can drive a new SUV is the epitome of greed. Everything that Confucius, Taoism and Zen teach against. Clay showed compassion to help his friend get off crack but profited from many others' miserable addictions.

When I think of the Coldplay remix, I think of David Giles. The fallen hobo clown who used to rule the underworld. Never an honest word was ever heard when he used to rule that underworld. For some reason I can’t explain I know saint Peter won’t call his name. Anyone can change but we need to start somewhere. If we don't try no one can help us. It all begins with uttering an honest word. Facing the truth. That is the first step on the road to redemption.

Toronto mob murder tied to the Hells Angles

Salvatore Calautti and James Tusek were shot dead at 1:00 AM Friday morning in Toronto. The Toronto Star is reporting that the Montreal RCMP claim Calautti had rung up gambling debts with the Rizzutos and the Hells Angels, which doesn’t make a lot of sense. If he was their rival, it’s unlikely he would ring up debts with them. I’m sure gambling is a part of it, but most of these mob murders are about drug trafficking territory. The fact that he was accused of shooting Nicolo Rizzuto Sr. is a far more likely motive for his murder. Amusing how the Hells Angels support the Calabrians out of Hamilton when Vito is in prison, then kiss his ass as soon as he gets out. It appears that Montreal's mob violence is spreading to Toronto.

Nova Scotia man convicted of impaired driving by drugs causing death

CBC is reporting that William Fogarty from Antigonish, N.S., been found guilty of impaired driving by drugs and causing the death of two teens. Fogarty was driving a Crown Victoria and the teens were in a Ford Mustang driven by one of the teens when the head-on collision occurred on a clear November afternoon.

Fogarty had methadone, several prescription drugs and Valium in his system when his car crossed the centre line on the two-lane road. Fogarty was found guilty of two counts of dangerous driving causing death and two counts of impaired driving by drugs causing death.

Even more tragically, if he had methadone in his system, he likely got it free from the government. The fact that he also had other drugs in his system while he was on a methadone program once again shows how that system is being abused. Mostly by doctors who over prescribe it and refuse to reduce the dosages once people are on the program. It’s a big money maker.

Police confirm FK were tied to the UN

Kim Bolan is reporting that the police confirmed earlier reports that the UN were linked to the FK in Calgary. The FOB or Fresh off the boat were connected to the Hells Angels through the Red Scorpions and the Independent Soldiers. The FK or FOB killers were tied to the UN. Which means the FK got the drugs they sold from the UN while the FOB got their drugs from the Hells Angels. This once again shows that the Hells Angels were directly involved in the drug related violence in Calgary as well. Kim is also confirming rumors that John Punko is out of jail.

62 kilos of Surrey cocaine seized at the border

The Peace arch News is reporting that Custom officials from the Pacific Border crossing seized 62.3 kilograms of cocaine destined for Surrey last month. It’s the largest seizure in BC since July 2011 when 115 kilos of cocaine were seized from the same crossing. I guess the Walrus will be choked. Then again they’ll just make the driver indebted to them for the loss.

US Treasury Department lists Israeli drug network

Here’s a link to a story a blog reader just posted in the CSIS thread. The United States Treasury Department claims Israelis played a lead role in an international drug money laundering ring. Ten Panamanian companies, 11 Colombian companies and one based in Israel allegedly built a network that laundered hundreds of millions of dollars of drug money. Kinda like “lord” Strathclyde and the HSBC did for the Mexican cartels.

I think it’s amusing an American agency will finally point the finger at an Israeli connection to drug trafficking without even mentioning Oliver North. Oliver North was the drug dealing kingpin of Iran Contra. Mossad and the Israeli drug dealers worked for and with him. Paul Lir Alexander‏ is another. Could explain why a brick of cocaine turned up in BC with a Star of David stamped on it.

Even New York Stock Exchange Chairman Richard Grasso supported FARC in Columbia. Why isn’t Richard Grasso on their drug kingpin list? I guess that would implicate all of Wall Street.

CSIS is the real enemy from within

"Phil Gibson is president of Beaumont Communications Inc., a public safety and security consultancy. He spent more than a decade in national security, as director-general of communications for the Canadian Security Intelligence Service. He began his career as a journalist working in provincial and national affairs." He is the enemy within.

He just wrote a bs article supporting CSIS' Surrey Pressure cooker nonsense. Think about it. He was the director-general of communications for the Canadian Security Intelligence Service, now runs a public safety and security consultancy front company for them and began his career as a journalist. You can’t get any cornier than that. Phil Gibson is a regular columnist at ipolitics.ca. Operation Mockingbird is in full effect.

Alex Roslin from the Now Toronto reported that while he was at the annual conference of the Canadian Association of Security and Intelligence Studies in Ottawa, Phil Gibson, CSIS director-general of communications, calls on the intelligence community to write letters to the Globe complaining about reporting they don’t like. The crowd erupts in applause.

This is a clear example of how the Canadian Intelligence agency is actively trying to con Canadians through the media as they embezzle billions of tax dollars from them. Vic Toews won't say why CSIS held Jeffrey Delisle’s file from the RCMP. We know why CSIS wouldn't share their information about the Air India bombing with the RCMP – because CSIS’ handler helped organized it and provided the explosives for it.

Phil Gibson is one of the men that should be tried for murder in the Air India bombing. He should not be a credible media source any more than Oliver North who is a Fox News host. Even the former watchdog for CSIS has been charged with fraud after he was caught wiring money to an Israeli arms dealer tied to Iran contra. That is a public security threat.

Personally, I think the artist’s sketch on the front page of today’s Surrey Leader is ridiculous propaganda. They are intentionally trying to make him look like a crazed terrorist by intentionally distorting his appearance in the drawing. No wonder the Toronto Star considers their shares in the Surrey leader to be worthless. The Surrey Leader has officially descended to tabloid status.

Nuttall's lawyer states that it is his understanding U.S. authorities were also involved and that there was some sort of "Mr. Big" component, wherein undercover agents pose as criminals to befriend and draw confessions from suspected criminals. US Intelligence agencies perhaps? Big surprise. And their handler said: We'll set everything up for you. All you have to do is say yes.

Manitoba proceeds of crime seizure

The Brandon Sun is reporting that a series of property seizures yesterday morning are related to a massive drug bust from October. In the October bust, 56 kilograms of marijuana and two kilograms of cocaine were seized along with $2 million worth of ecstasy, marijuana, cocaine and psilocybin.

Lots of names listed so I’m going to have to sort through them to determine if it was a Rock Machine bust or a Hells Angels bust. I’m told even the UN is supplying the RM out that way.

I’m told that a 2007 Ferrari is one of the seized vehicles. Since one of the suspects arrested in the October bust is from Calgary, I have to wonder if it's the Ferrari our Austin Powers friend crashed into the Atlantic ocean a while back. They do say pride cometh before the fall.

Those involved in the property seizure under file number CI13-01-84362 in the Manitoba court registry are: Jayant David Venn, Garret James Dykun, Reid Arnold Dykun, Brian Jace Decosse, Jordon Shields, Kathleen Ruth Matheos and Sean Howe.

Shooting in Burnaby

The Burnaby NewsLeader is reporting that "A 19-year-old man is recovering in hospital after being shot several times early Wednesday morning near the Sperling SkyTrain station, say Burnaby RCMP. Just after 1 a.m. the man was shot in the arm and body, around Greenwood Avenue and Winston Street. He was taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries. No one else was injured." CBC is reporting that "Police say the victim knew the shooter and investigators believe the shooting was targeted. The victim is known to police." The Vancouver Sun reported three Burnaby shootings in April.

Quebec Train derailment

The train derailment and fire in Quebec has been a complete tragedy. The Globe and Mail is reporting that “The Transportation Safety Board of Canada has confirmed a railway employee was present at the scene when firefighters dealt with a locomotive blaze, just before the freight train carrying crude oil careened at high speeds into Lac-Mégantic and exploded.”

“The safety board's comments at a briefing in town Tuesday morning follow comments by the head of the company at the centre of the tragedy that suggested firefighters had shut down the locomotive – disabling its brakes – hours before it rolled out of control.”

Somehow we’ve gone from that to “Oh the brakes had been tampered with” and a criminal probe is under way. That’s much more believable than saying someone screwed up. Let’s even seize the day and call it a terrorist attack.

We know that when CN was privatized the greedy corporation obsessed with profits greatly reduced brake maintenance and made longer trains. Here in BC with all the mountains and hills, that meant an increase in train derailments. If that was the case, then a legal liability would naturally follow and the company certainly wouldn’t want that.

Like any serious traffic accident, before we start arguing about blame, we need to tend to the dead and injured and grieve the tragedy. In time an investigation will take place as to cause and fault. Let’s take time for due process before we jump to dramatic conclusions. When trains go fast down hills they derail because their brakes fail, not because of a fire.

Quebec police inspector Michel Forget ruled out terrorism as a cause, but said Tuesday that an array of other possibilities remain under investigation, including criminal negligence. Criminal negligence in this case would include the company laying off employees and reducing brake maintenance. After all, the president of the railway at the centre of the Lac-Megantic tragedy admitted that the handbrakes on his company's train might not have been applied properly.

The Ottawa citizen is reporting that “Burkhardt appeared to take responsibility for the disaster, saying the handbrakes might not have been properly applied on the train, a different response from previous days when the company appeared to blame firefighters.” Our condolences to everyone in Quebec who has lost loved ones through this tragedy.

Update: Former rail engineer speaks out about cost cutting safety hazards

Guilty pleas in UN murder trial

Kim Bolan has been doing some pretty rock solid reporting on the UN murder trial while I was away. I have a bit different spin on it but she was present in court and described some of the new facts presented. The big news is that five members of the UN gang pleaded guilty on Monday to their involvement in what Kim describes as a 14 month campaign to murder the Bacon brothers which culminated in the Kelowna shooting that killed Jonathon Bacon and wounded Larry Amero.

The five guilty pleas included Barzan Tilli-Choli and Karwan Ahmet Saed who were in the car with Sarah Treble (who shared a car lease with Larry Amero) and Nicola Cottrell when they tried shooting the Bacon brothers outside Tbarz in Surrey. Which is still owned by White Rock Hells Angel Randy Jones. Well, he finally took the strip bar out of his mother’s name and called it Shakerz so they don’t seize it in the US indictment, but he still owns it. He’s just gone from the White Rock chapter to the Surrey girl chapter along with Larry Amero and the Chipmunks. Someone has to run the business for those idiots.

Another member of the fantastic five who pleaded guilty on Monday was the star of the Romanian Strazile, Ion Kroitoru aka K-9. The former wrestler who was involved with the shooting of the guy who was borrowing Jamie Bacon’s car to fix the stereo. He killed the guy borrowing Jamie’s car instead of Jamie. That was a real tragedy indeed. K-9 was the first person that came to my mind when the Kelowna shooting occurred. Only he was incarcerated at the time so that ruled him out. I think K-9 was there when Michael Plante and the Hells Angels got their ass kicked in Brandi’s.

The fact that the UN and the Bacon brothers were killing each other in the Vancouver gang war is nothing new. The war between the UN and the Red Scorpions broke wide open when the Bacon dirt bags conspired to commit the Surrey Six where two innocent victims were killed so they couldn’t be witnesses. At the Surrey Six the Bacon brothers took over the Red Scorpion gang which used to be affiliated with the UN and made them affiliated with the Hells Angels. That is what started the war.

I don’t see it as Clay being obsessed with a monopoly on the drug trade. I see it as the Hells Angels continuing their obsession with a monopoly on the drug trade. Only the fact that the Hells Angels were supplying and supporting the Bacon garbage didn’t become public knowledge until the Kelowna shooting where Larry Amero came out of the closet with his relationship with Jonathon Bacon and as he was loud and proud bragging about it right before he was shot. They do say pride cometh before the fall. Getting shot by an idiot like Klun Klutz has gotta be embarrassing.

The revelation was that the Hells Angels were supplying and supporting the Bacon dirt bags all along. Only at the time they were lying about their support of the Bacon brothers and were using the UN until they were all arrested. That is how they do business. The 2009 shooting of the two Hells Angels supporters from Kamloops in Mexico happened after the two UN members Elliott Castenada and Ahmet (Lou) Kaawach were gunned down in Mexico back in 2008. That was tied to Bandgera Gold which was charged with laundering money for the UN. Even when that was going on, Hells Angels were involved with the directors of that company trying to take it over from the inside. Slimy backstabbing dirtbags. Salih Abdulaziz Sahbaz from the UN was then gunned down in Mexico January of this year. He had taken over for Elliot.

I said from the beginning of this blog and web site after the Surrey Six, the Hells Angels have been the driving force behind the Vancouver gang war all along. Demonizing the UN isn’t going to change the fact that the Hells Angels won and took over the drug trade in BC through deception, lies, murder and betrayal. We all know any monopolies in any market is not a good thing. Whether it be a corporate monopoly of the oil industry consumed in greed or the Hells Angels violent control of the drug trade. It’s all bad. Just ask Ashley Machiskinic and Janice Shore.

One blog reader pointed out that the Outlaws claim to have two chapters in Alberta. One in Edmonton and the other in Cypress county. We recently heard that the police made an arrest in Alberta of suspects who they claimed were members of the Outlaws MC. That is, the Outlaws MC not just members of an OMG. Alberta would be considered Western Canada. Kinda like what Alex Caine said that everyone was freaking out about. Me thinks they doth protest too much.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Update: Evidently the murder trial has produced wire taps of Clay ordering the Bacon brothers murder. The fantastic five have been accused of murdering Bobby DeGeorgio and Jessica Amber Illes who were likely selling for the Bacon Brothers or the Independent soldiers who in turn work for the Hells Angels. Robert Carr personally posted on Bobby Degeorgio's RIP page. Carr was convicted in the Safi kidnapping with Thomas Crawford.

The UN targeted HA affiliated dealers as Karwan Saed said “they were hunting us, we were hunting them.” Since the police are so determined to actively hunt down and lock up every Hells Angel rival in the Vancouver drug war, why don’t they give a rat’s ass about the murder of Lindsey Buziak? Looks like the Hells Angels have still won this violent monopoly on the drug trade in BC. I can't even list all the causalities of their monopoly. Let's start with the brutality of Big Tony.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Barzan Tilli-Choli is to be deported to Iraq after serving his 14 Year sentence. Dan Russell killed Jonathan Barber, Croituru's lawyers were successful in removing the Barber murder charge from Croituru's list. Croituru wasn't convicted in that murder.

Camping on Vargas Island

Well I took the kayak to a place where the streets have no name alright. In fact, there are no streets there at all. Vargas Island off of Tofino in Clayquot Sound. It was awesome but humbling. It’s a bit more advanced than some of the local trips in Vancouver. There are so many factors to consider – tides, currents, waves, surf and of course that surprise fog that sweeps in and covers everything.

Notwithstanding the challenges it is without question very rewarding. Seeing gray whales feeding close by when I was in the kayak was a highlight. I stopped in and saw one of the tour group leaders I met and told him where I was going. He said on that route you’ll likely see gray whales. I was a bit nervous going whale watching from my kayak since I had heard a rumor about one coming up for air and capsizing a boat. He said not to worry, if you see one just knock on your kayak so they know where you are so that I did.

The fog rolled in and I went right past my destination on Ahous Bay. I must have been a bit far out and that fog covers everything. It was late in the afternoon so the waves were starting to pick up. I tried my first surf landing in the kayak at a beach further up and failed miserably. I thought if I cut the wave at an angle I could ride the wave like a surfer. Wrong. If you’re not straight in against the waves, the wave with spin you sideways against the wave and flip you over. That it did.

Further down I tried another spot. This time I went straight in. One wave, two wave three wave and push. I made it. Hoa! That was awesome. Same thing with putting into the surf. Straight in. One wave, two wave splash and your through Hoa. That is awesome.

I had planned on going further on to White Sand beach and exploring Flores Island but wasn’t sure about these high surf landings so I saved it for another day. After I got my fire lit, I noticed my barbeque lighter was jammed so I tapped it on the side and snapped it in two. My bad. Makes it kind of hard to light fires for subsequent dinners. I got the morning fire going from the coals the night before.

Saw wolf tracks two beaches up from Ahous. A guy camping there from Outward Bound said the wolves had found a seal carcass and dragged it onto the next beach. You do have to be careful of the wolves there. During the night and in the morning that famous fog rolled in covering the seafront. You could hear the ocean but you couldn’t see it. It’s kind of an awesome sight in the morning. I put in during the fog on my way back and hugged the coast. Very challenging in the fog with zero visibility. Not to worry, it usually clears up later in the day.

Sadly these are the only two photos I got since my camera got more water damage on the failed surf landing. The top one is from a plane that was posted on the Internet. If you do make it to Ahous Bay, land where the arrow is. The waves are much easier to land there. As I was pulling in I saw another whale in the bay. Pretty awesome.

This last one is of one of the two biggest landmarks in the area for paddlers, Catface mountain right beside Lone cone. This is the mountain they want to blow the top off of and turn into an open pit mine. That kind of greed is purely irresponsible. Their ten foot trailing pool will leak toxins into the water just like in Chile and nearby in Toquaht Bay where they recently found arsenic in the beach from an old steal mine. They just don’t care. That’s why we have to.
