Surrey's New Police Chief is a breath of fresh air

The Surrey Now is reporting that Dwayne McDonald has become the new Police Chief for Surrey. This is a step forward. He transferred to the CFSEU in 2011 and became team commander. In 2012 he became an Inspector and Senior Investigator at CFSEU. That means he was in charge during the Kelowna Summer Jam that saw David Giles busted and now convicted. Then he took over IHITit in 2014. Before him, IHIT was a gong show of sexual harassment. They were getting drunk with witnesses and sleeping with them. This wasn't a one time thing it was an accepted practice. I understand that after he took over IHIT the level of professionalism greatly improved.

As for his new charge, he said, “I will strive to build on what has proven successful. “Together, in partnership with the community, with business and with all levels of government, we will provide a public safety model, in Surrey, that will be the envy of all. “As for what I’d change? I just got keys to my office this morning so I haven’t quite delved into all the issues,” he told those at the press conference. “If it’s not working, we need to change it.”

What needs to change? Wait 'till I tell ye. Let's go back to the Surrey Crime Prevention meeting that was hosted by Bruce Ralston and Mike Farnworth on 12 June 2008. Harm promotion outside the Front Room on the Whalley Strip is not working. That is what needs to change. I'm not talking about harassing the homeless. I'm talking about the Four Pillars program where we arrest the drug dealers selling crack and fentanyl. Failing to do that is insane. When the public report crime to the police and the police refuse to enforce the law, that makes them criminally culpable.

Let's build on previous success shall we? When Dianne Watts was first elected she launched a magnificent crime prevention coalition. I was there. She invited a speaker to talk about the New York Model. I was impressed. I know about the New York Model because I was there. I saw it. She talked about creating a web site to highlight crime statistics and spotlight high crime areas. It was a wonderful idea but it never happened. She talked about installing cameras in high crime areas to reduce crime. Another wonderful idea that never happened.

When she took office she did the exact opposite of what she promised. Residents kept complaining about a late night illegal booze can in Green Timbers and the City refused to do anything about it. Residents were astonished and said what are you going to do wait until someone gets killed? That's exactly what they did. This practice of repeatedly refusing to respond to community complaints kept repeating itself over and over again resulting in record fatalities.

City Hall kept refusing to enforce the law when businesses in Newton reported drug dealers outside their businesses. That failure to respond resulted in yet another high profile fatality. The residents rallied and voiced their concerns yet nothing happend. Nothing changed.

So what needs to change in Surrey? We need to implement the great ideas Dianne Watts said she was going to implement when she was first elected to office but failed to deliver on. We need to create a web site that reports crime statistics instead of suppressing them so we can spotlight high crime areas. Then we need to install video cameras in high crime areas to help prevent crime. Remember when we used to have crime prevention meetings in Surrey?

I can tell you right now that the high crime areas of Surrey relate directly to where we let drug dealers sell crack, crystal meth and now fentanyl in public. Enforcing the law by arresting the drug dealers not the drug addicts, prevents a huge mount of violent crime. Mark my word.

Second meth lab busted in Abbotsford

CTV is reporting that "For the second time in less than 48 hours Abbotsford authorities have raided what is believed to be a large-scale methamphetamine production lab in the Fraser Valley city. On Tuesday morning, the Abbotsford police and RCMP Clandestine Laboratory Enforcement (CLEAR) Team executed a warrant at a large property in the 1700-block of Mount Lehman Road. Aerial footage from the scene showed hundreds of barrels, white buckets and around a dozen empty chemical bottles placed on a tarp on the driveway."

God Bless Edward Snowden

I just saw the movie Snowden in the theater. It is well worth seeing. It is something we should support. I was somewhat disappointed in the low public turn out in the movie about the Gary Webb story Kill the Messenger. That was a landmark film based on a true story and the public barely noticed. Edward Snowden is a whistleblower. He reported illegal activity and they want to put him in jail for doing so. That shows you how far we have departed from the principles of the US Constitution and the Canadian Charter of Rights.

I have heard people rationalize warantless surveillance with the claim I have nothing to hide. That's not the point. The point is civil liberty. The movie clarifies that the CIA and the NSA aren't just tracking terrorists. That's just the excuse. They are tracking people for economic control and social control. Like the rest of us, Edward Snowden was hoping things would improve under the Obama Administration. They did not. Obama conned us. His education was paid for by the CIA.

Hilary Clinton was the author of Operation Fast and Furious. Her and Bill have been deeply involved in CIA drug trafficking since Mena, Arkansas. Sadly, I don't believe anything will change. At the time, they said George Washington and Benjamin Franklin were traitors. Now history knows better. Edward Snowden is a modern day Paul Revere. God bless him and God bless Lindsey Mills. Their sacrifice will be remembered. Lest we forget.

Powerful Opioid Carfentanil Confirmed In Winnipeg

Each new drug keeps getting worse. CJOB is reporting that the incredibly toxic drug carfentanil has indeed hit the streets of Winnipeg. Carfentanil is 100 times more potent than fentanyl and was originally designed as a tranquilizer for large animals such as moose or elephants.

This is why helping the Hells Angels obtain a monopoly on the drug trade is a bad idea. Greed. Enough is never enough. They are always coming up with new ways to kill people and make money off of ruthless addiction. Legalizing these drugs would be socially irresponsible. Peddling these drugs is low life scum. Carfentanil looks like acid.

Documentary on New York Cop Corruption in the /80's

I just watched an astound Netflix documentary on police corruption in New york City back in the /80's called the Seven Five. I had no idea it was that bad when I was there. I just saw the resulting crack on the street that they were all profiting from.

The documentary is about the Michael Dowd story and the plague of police corruption that infiltrated and consumed the 75th precinct in Brooklyn from 1987 to 1992. This documentary explains how it was Mayor David Dinkins that was the real author of the New York model that cleaned up corruption and got crack off the streets not Mayor Giuliani.

The documentary is astounding and you need to see it yourself to believe it. It starts off with clips from Dowd testifying before the Mollen Commission after he was caught and interviews him after he served 12 years in prison for racketeering and drug dealing. It also interviews cops and drug dealers he worked with. The candid nature of the documentary is astounding.

In 1987 the 75th precinct in Brooklyn was almost completely corrupt. Dowd and his crew were on the take tipping off his drug dealers when they were going to be raided and provided police escorts when they moved their cash so they wouldn't get robbed by rival drug dealers. His dealers set up a supermarket in Brooklyn. People would buy groceries, then go to a door in the back and buy kilos of cocaine hidden within their groceries. What I saw was the insane amount of violence on the street in Harlem and on East 42nd Street Times Square when that cocaine was turned into crack and sold on the street. I saw the enforcement on the front line that was a huge part of the famous New York model eveyone talks about.

Evidently there was another key element behind the New York Model that I was not aware of. After Dowd's arrest Mayor David Dinkins launched the Mollen Commission to investigate police corruption in New York City. In 1994 the Commission concluded that: "Today's corruption is not the corruption of Knapp Commission days. Corruption then was largely a corruption of accommodation, of criminals and police officers giving and taking bribes, buying and selling protection. Corruption was, in its essence, consensual. Today's corruption is characterized by brutality, theft, abuse of authority and active police criminality."

"The panel recommended the establishment of an independent monitor for the department that would have subpoena powers and help establish new departmental policies to deter corruption." That is what cleaned up New York. In 1995 the Commission to Combat Police Corruption (CCPC) was created. It was an independent monitor.

Fast forward to Surrey 2016. Surrey is to Vancouver what Brooklyn was to New York. Although I predominately stayed in Harlem and on the Deuce when I was in New York, I did visit Brooklyn a few times. Curtis Sliwa's parents lived there. Wonderful couple. Brooklyn was tense. The kids on the subways used to sing a song. "Brooklyn robbed my house. Then they took me couch. Brooklyn, Brooklyn." Surrey has a series of it's own jokes regarding crime and criminals. Yet over all Surrey is indeed improving. The one thing that is holding us back is the policing problem that refuses to arrest the drug dealers that sell crack or fentanyl in public.

I don't think we have the same kind of problem with police corruption in Surrey like they did in the 75th Precinct in Brooklyn but we do have a serious problem that needs to be addressed. It begins and ends with Bill Ford and Craig Callen. They aren't on the take. They're just incompetent idiots that are so consumed with sexual harassment that they refuse to do their job. That fact shows us the real corruption within the RCMP comes from the top down. When the RCMP management promote bumbling idiots knowing full well they won't do their job, the rest of us are forced to ask ourselves why don't they want them to do their job? Are they on the take? It sure looks like it.

Richard Barszczewski scuttled David Giles' arrest in the Western Wind bust from the top down. The officers on the case were very frustrated when he pulled the plug. That was a criminal act. Instead of getting fired and going to jail upper management gave him a promotion. Take a look at how the RCMP scuttled Operation Phoenix preventing Weird Hal from getting busted. That was another criminal act swiftly swept under the carpet. Are we beginning to see a pattern yet?

If we really want to reduce drug related crime and violence we need an independent body that monitors police corruption right at the top. Until we do that we are simply shooting ourselves in the foot with all this harm promotion. Gary Shinkaruk should be in charge of E Division not Bill Fordy. Getting rid of the OMGU right after their colossal success in Kelowna was very suspect. Our corruption works from the top down. That needs to be addressed just like it was in New York.

Surrey RCMP bust pot shop but roll out the red carper for crack and fentanyl dealers

This is the epitome of everything that's wrong with Surrey. The Vancouver Sun is reporting that the Surrey RCMP raided a pot shop in Guildford arresting two employees and one customer. Technically pot is not legal yet so they are well within the parameters of the law. However, we all know Justin Trudeau was elected on a promise to legalize marijuana. I didn't vote for him and I don't support the legalization of marijuana. I support decriminalization not legalization. Nevertheless, I recognize the democratic process.

Recently the police made a similar raid on a pot shop in the Lower Mainland and the judge said what are we doing here? The judge was well aware the law hadn't changed yet but realized the last election showed the democratic will of the people to change that law. The law is in the process of being amended so what is the purpose of flogging the old law before it in amended? The courts understand the intent of the law.

The next concern is unequal protection or enforcement of the law. Why are they obsessing over pot but turn a complete blind eye to the public sale of crack, crystal meth and now fentanyl? Those drugs are far worse than pot and the police refuse to do anything about it. Who's side are they really on? Arresting people for pot while they refuse to arrest drug dealers that sell fentanyl to customers unknowingly is absolutely insane.

That is what has created the ballooning crime problem in Surrey. Dianne Watts obsessed over grow ops but refused to respond to business and community members concerns over the public sale of crack in Whalley and Newton. When the public calls the police and the police refuse to respond, that creates criminal culpability.

How can they obsess over pot and traffic violations when they completely ignore crack and fentanyl? That is unequal protection of the law. Perhaps it's time to fire them and hire someone else willing to do the job and represent the people that pay their wages and elect the governments that create the laws they are paid to enforce. Promoting Bill Fordy was a public disgrace.

West Vancouver Cop seizes 2,000 cars

The Vancouver sun is reporting that Cpl. Grant Gottgetreu from the West Vancouver police department is bragging about seizing 2,000 cars for speeding. This guy is a piece of garbage and is the reason this stupid law should be repealed. This is why people hate cops.

We all thought it was funny when a member of the Hells Angels was caught on camera driving like an asshole speeding excessively weaving in and out of traffic in a very unsafe manner. Yet the bottom line is that seizing people's vehicles for speeding on a open stretch of the freeway is over the top. It gives the police and the government far too much power which in this case has clearly gone to their head. This guy is no hero. He is a villain. The police are letting drug dealers sell crack and fentanyl in public in the DTES and on the Surrey strip but they are seizing cars from hard working Canadians that speed on a freeway. That is unequal protection of the law. Who do these guys work for? Themselves or the taxpayers that pay their wages and elect the government that makes the laws to protect them not enslave them. Get a life. Get a real job.

Seizing someone's car after three drinks is also excessive. Cops are the worst DUI offenders. They have a tax paid bar on site to get drunk after work and drive home impaired all the time.

David Giles found guilty - Update

Kim Bolan is reporting that David Giles has been found guilty of conspiracy to import 200 kilos of cocaine into Canada. Skeletor has fallen. Oh happy day. Well done to the team that put him down.

Update: CBC is reporting that "At another point, one of the accused claimed his father had a friend who was high up in the Osoyoos border and could provide information for northbound assistance crossing into Canada." They have posted a copy of the judges ruling on the case.

Hells Angel puppet club in Newfoundland busted for drugs and murder

Big news on the east coast. CBC is reporting that "An arrest and charge has been made in connection with the killing of Dale Porter, more than two years after the man's death. Al Potter, 53, was arrested yesterday in London, Ont., and was charged with second-degree murder. Porter, 39, was stabbed on his North River property in June of 2014. RCMP said he later succumbed in hospital to multiple stab wounds." Court documents filed after Dale Porter's death in June 2014 show the RCMP believe Al Potter and Daniel Leonard - both biker club associates - were suspected of murdering the North River man. CBC is also reporting that 10 men have been arrested following multiple raids in Newfoundland surrounding the Vikings MC and their clubhouse. The raids took place the day after Al Potter was charged in the murder of Dale Porter.

Evidently in Newfoundland they're allowed to take pictures inside the court.

All but two of the men arrested are members of the Vikings Motorcycle Club. A local doctor and the son of one of the club members are considered associates of the Vikings Motorcycle Club, which police said Thursday is affiliated with the Hells Angels. During the raids Police seized over 2 kilograms of cocaine and 27 grams of powder sold as Heroin that actually contained Fentanyll. Back in in February 2016 a member of the Vikings MC in Newfoundland was charged with charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking.

This is big news because it is a direct connection between the Hells Angels and the Newfoundland drug trade including Fentanyl. Before this we only had indirect connections to the Hells Angels. This is a direct connection and is the perfect example of how pride cometh before the fall. I've been bending over backwards trying to give these guys the benefit of the doubt saying they're not all criminals just a few of them who use the name of the club for criminal activity. Then they keep screwing up over and over again. If they are that determined to attain criminal organization status, who am I to try and stop them. Have at it you f*cking clowns.

Brave Enough

Hats off to Lindsey Stirling. She put on a great show in Vancouver. I was there. She's certainly no Miley Cyrus or Britney Spears trailer trash skank. She has a lot more class than that. Lindsey is a violin virtuoso. Her show was energetic, talented, tasteful and most of all inspiring.

Her new album Brave enough is referring to being brave enough to come back after she lost her best friend to cancer. The album starts off dark but step by step gets more posative as she processed the hurt and anger over the loss of her friend and became filled with gratitude for the time they spent together.

She talked about how she tried out for numerous talents shows including America's got talent and each time the door was closed in her face. They kept telling her she'd never make it. She'd never succeed. They said she sounded like rats being strangled. Yet she persevered. She is doing her own thing and it's good. She is proving them wrong and is a shining example of overcoming hateful critics. We all have trolls. They aren't worth the time. She has risen above them.

A shout out to the Federal Empire which is a new band that opened for her. The lead singer has long hair and plays an acoustic guitar. He's accompanied by a keyboardist and a guy on the electric guitar. I liked them. It's different and it's new. They are humble Americans with heart. The lead singer is like a young modern Ricky Nelson singing new beats. One of my pet peeves is all these Zoomers living in the past. I scan through the radio and all these local radio stations in Vancouver stuck playing old music from when we were kids. There's nothing wrong with playing an old classic once in a while but we've gotta move on and try something new. We've gotta grow. These guys fit the bill. Creating new positive music. Cheers.

I totally understand why Zoomers listen to old music though. It's because the new music sucks. Pop, disco, techno - it's all garbage. That's why there are so many local radio stations that play old music. However, it is worthwhile to embrace new music that is good.

Hells Angels associate accidently shoots himself in the groin

This is a picture of Omar Chaouk with members of the Hells Angels at the funeral of his father, Macchour Chaouk, back in 2010. Omar was released on bail to attend his father's funeral. When he was released authorities said his safety could be a risk. They never imagined it would have been from himself. The New Zealand Herald is reporting that:

"The son of a murdered Melbourne crime boss pulled down his pants and started crying when he thought he might die after he shot himself in the groin. A bullet grazed Omar Chaouk's testicle after he reached into his pocket for a cigarette, accidentally shooting himself with a gun he had there, Daily Mail reports. Son of the late Macchour Chaouk, the 25-year-old pleaded guilty on Tuesday to being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm over the accidental shooting in 2015." Sounds like one of those cases where if he had half a brain he'd be dangerous.

Control the muzzle. Finger off the trigger. Don't put one in the chamber until you're ready to fire. Idiot. The Age in Australia is reporting that Omar plead guilty to three counts of theft and a single charge of armed robbery. He stole a Harley-Davidson and two other vehicles after taking them for a test drive. Defence counsel Grace Morgan said Chaouk's drug use was "out of control" at the time, as he was smoking ice daily and also using GHB. Ms Morgan asked judge Damian Murphy for her client to be assessed to determine whether his low IQ and mental-health problems contributed to his offending, which could show his moral culpability was reduced.

Kelowna RCMP Under Investigation

Castanet is reporting that the Kelowna RCMP is under investigation. All we are being told is that it involves a series of allegations as opposed to a single allegation. Kelowna Superintendent Nick Romanchuk's sudden leave of absence has magically turned into a retirement.

Blaze's crystal meth charges magically disappear

This is rather odd. We were shocked and disgusted to hear rock throwing woman beating Donahugh Fredrick McWhirter gota publication ban on his trafficking crystal meth charges. Last we heard they were to set a date for a six week trial on May 2nd. Now all of a sudden the charges have disappeared. I dont want to call a rat a rat but I really see no other possible explanation as to why the trial has "ended" and a publication ban in effect. Obviously that publication ban is now over because the trial is over. The purpose of a publication ban is to ensure someone gets a fair trial. The only other reason is to protect the identity of a Confidential Informant.

Alberta seizes lawfully obtained guns again

Well this is scarey. Last friday we were told five members of rival outlaw motorcycle gangs operating in Fort McMurray had been arrested. Now we are told by the Alberta Gang task force that the investigation is in relation to an alleged conflict between the Fort McMurray chapters of the Warlocks and the Syndicate, a Hells Angels support club.

On September 21, 2016 four search warrants were executed and five members of the Warlocks were arrested. The search warrants were conducted on three vehicles and a Fort McMurray home, which is alleged to be the de facto Warlocks clubhouse. As result of the searches, investigators seized: Seven Warlocks vests; Warlocks club documents and paraphernalia; 15 rifles and shotguns; Glock handgun; Other prohibited weapons, including brass knuckles and bear spray.

All of the 16 firearms seized were lawfully possessed and there are no firearms charges being sought at this time. However, the firearms were seized in the interest of public safety and ALERT will be applying for their destruction. Five members of the Warlocks were arrested and charged with committing an indictable offence for a criminal organization, robbery, and possession of a prohibited weapon:

WTF?! Did you read what that actually said?! Five members of the Warlocks have been arrested for owning gungs lawfully obtained and properly stored in a gun safe. How the f*ck can they seize those guns and arrest them when they did nothing illegal. This is George Orwell scarey. I was talking with a couple of guys that give firearm courses a while ago. They said that often the police will wait until your firearm liscnce expires then right away go in and seize all your guns only to brag to the media that they got a bunch of illegal weapons off the street.

They seized patches when no drugs were found? I do think the Alberta Gang task force is doing a great job. This however, is one example of how a good idea can go bad when they cross the line and go too far. Remember when they started randomly seizing registered guns in Alberta during a flood? When the police break the law, it harms all of us.

Surrey Shooting

Scan BC is reporting that #Surrey #RCMP are on scene at 152 St & 40 Ave with two people shot multiple times. Suspects fled in a vehicle. The Voice Online is reporting that "SURREY RCMP said on Sunday that they were called to a home in the 4200-block of 152nd Street after learning of an adult male and female suffering from gunshot injuries. The male and female are associated to the residence in which they were located."

Calgary Shooting - Update

The Edmonton Journal is reporting that there was a fatal shooting outside a Calgary nightclub 2:30 AM this morning. Tragically, the victim was Calgary Stampeders defensive back Mylan Hicks.

Update: The Canadian Press is reporting that Nelson Tony Lugela, who is 19, has been charged with second-degree murder. He is scheduled to appear in court Friday morning. Sounds like this senseless shooting was simply over a fight in a bar.

Lindsey Stirling performs in Vancouver September 28th

On a more posative note, I forgot to mention the Vancouver Province reported that Lindsey Stirling will be performing in Vancouver at the Orpheum on September 28th. This will be well worth seeing. I've posted links to some of her videos before. She is very talented and epitomizes using music in a posative way to inspire others for good. Her new album is called Brave Enough.

Shine a light through an open door.

Man found dead in Coquitlam identified

News 1130 is reporting that a man found dead in #Coquitlam yesterday identified as 39y/o Jason Leigh Zellmer from #SurreyBC. Jason tragically leaves behind a beautiful little daughter.

Fatal shooting in Maple Ridge - Update

CBC is confirming a Scan BC report that there was a fatal drive by shooting in Maple Ridge 2:30 AM today. The Scan BC report claims the person was shot in the head.

Update: CTV News is reporting that "The identity of the victim has not yet been released by police, but neighbours identified him as Jonathen Patko." They also claim he was acquitted of murder in 2002. "A court judgment shows that Patko and a younger man were accused of entering Pickton trial witness Gina Houston's house in Surrey armed with baseball bats to beat another man to death. One witness didn't show up to court." Scaring witnesses out of testifying in the Pickton trial on whose behalf? Willy Pickton? Not likely. Now he's dead. That's gratitude for ya.

Warlocks & Syndicate members arrested in Fort McMurray

The Toronto Sun is reporting that "Five members of rival outlaw motorcycle gangs operating in Fort McMurray have been arrested. Police have released few other details about the execution of four search warrants Wednesday with a press conference scheduled for Monday. The arrests come as a result of a joint investigation by Alberta Law Enforcement Response Teams and RCMP Wood Buffalo in relation to an on-going conflict between the Fort McMurray chapters of the Warlocks Motorcycle Club and the Syndicate, a Hells Angels support club."

Update: They meant "a" rival MC since only Warlocks were arrested. Breaking news is they seized guns lawfully obtained and stored.

A Good Way Out

BC Living is reporting that the Pacific Theatre in Vancouver is running an interesting play about a biker trying to leave the life called A Good Way Out from September 23rd to October 15th.

"Tough and uncompromising, this World Premiere follows Joey, a hardworking mechanic who just happens to be the front man for a biker gang. He joined “the family” for protection when he was young, but now he has a family of his own and his priorities have changed. You can’t leave family behind, though, whether they are by blood or by bond, and a few bad decisions turn this dangerous world against him and those he loves."

"It isn’t just the gang activity that has been dominating the Lower Mainland news cycle for years that inspired Norrish to pen A Good Way Out. The story is, in large part, inspired by a person close to her who was involved in gang life. Despite its personal beginnings, however, she sees the story as extending to more universal questions, 'This play is about what pushes us as human beings,' says Norrish on the script, 'How far we will go to protect the ones we love.'”

Update: I saw the matinee the other day. It is very well done. It's very dark and realistic.

Victims of Calgary double shooting in car identified

CBC is reporting that "Police were called to 22 Redstone Manor northeast about 8 p.m. MT on Tuesday where officers found Tran dead in the front passenger seat of the car in the attached garage. Lung, who was in the driver's seat, was rushed with a large police escort to Foothills Medical Centre in life-threatening condition. She was later pronounced dead. Her five-year-old son, who was sitting in the back of the car, was not injured in the shooting.

Police said Lung had a long history of associating with criminal networks and that the attack was likely targeted. Two other family members, including the woman's other child, were inside the house at the time of the shooting."

Lawyer shot in Toronto

The Canadian Press is reporting that "A 51-year-old man accused of shooting a Toronto lawyer has been formally charged with 15 counts, including attempted murder. Toronto police say Grayson Delong - who was charged in his hospital bed Thursday - also faces a charge of disguise with intent and 13 firearms-related counts." The shooting took place last Tuesday afternoon outside the lawyer's office. After shooting the lawyer in the legs, the suspect was shot by a plainclothes police officer doing surveillance of the area.

George Christie's new book has been released

George Christie's new book Exile on Front Street hit the shelves September 20th. The New York Daily news is reporting that "Former Hells Angels boss Sonny Barger was a fraud who beat his wife and 14-year-old stepdaughter, ex-gangster George Christie writes in 'Exile on Front Street' tell-all." If he wasn't out in bad before he sure is now. Bad to the bone.

"When does a club become a cult, when they fear their members leaving and feel compelled to destroy them with intimidation and false statements." George Christie

Note: I don't think Sonny Barger is a snitch because he called an ambulance for his ex after he beat her and her daughter up. I do think he is a pimp and baby killer for supporting his pal Otis Garret and for honouring him as a proud member of the filthy few fellowship after the fact. The FBI paid his wife to testify against him for domestic assault. She never testified against anyone for club business. The gun in the car was hers. She owned it legally.

Spike in traffic from China

I'm not sure what this massive spike in traffic coming in from China is all about but Greetings. I've written a fair bit about organ harvesting in China which has been referred to as their secret genocide. Here in the free world we oppose political prisoners. People have a right to say what they want and believe what they want. The freedom of religion and the freedom of speech are essential elements in any free republic. China is not free.

I went out for dinner with a few friends recently and the son of an old friend recently came back from a trip to China. I mentioned the Falun Gong being political prisoners there. He responded by saying the Falun Gong are crazy. They cut themselves, set themselves on fire and organize protests. I have a friend in China who knows. Oh really I said. That is not true. They don't set themselves on fire. Those are the Tibetan monks that do that in protest. They don't cut themselves either. They are peaceful people who like to meditate. They do like to organize protests. Here in Canada that isn't a crime it's a civic duty.

I know several here in Vancouver. They are wonderful people. He responded with well I dont know if that's just propaganda but that is what I heard. Of course it's propaganda I said. The Communists have a long history of censorship and propaganda. Just look at Stalin's death camps. In East Berlin they turned the machine guns inwards so no one could leave.

China doesn't have enough organ donors to meet its own needs. They certainly don't have enough volunteer donors for the huge organ export business they are involved in. They execute political prisoners to order. That is heinous and needs to be addressed. Several documentaries have been produced on it and a recent movie made here in Vancouver called the Bleeding Edge. This is a important issue that needs to be addressed. Ask Anastasia Lin what she thinks.

Double murder and kidnapping in East Vancouver

The Vancouver province is reporting that "Three men have been arrested in relation to a grisly double murder in East Vancouver and the abduction of a third person." Monday we read of a man and woman found dead in an East Vancouver home. Tuesday it was confirmed a homicide and today the full story is revealed. Police responded to an abduction call just before 10 p.m. Saturday. When Vancouver police’s emergency response team arrived they found two bodies inside, a terrified four-year-old child, and evidence of a kidnapping."

"The homicide victims were identified as Samantha Le, 29, and Xuan Vanvy Bacao, 24. Le, Bacao, the child and the unidentified kidnap victim all lived in the house. Police announced the arrest of the three suspects at a news conference Tuesday, a day after a dramatic takedown on East 8th Avenue near Blair Avenue in New Westminster that ended with the rescue of the kidnap victim and the arrest of three men, all in their 20s."

Global is reporting that "On Wednesday, Shamil Amir Ali, 22, Harinam Ananda Cox, 21, and Gopal Figueredo, 24, were all charged with one count of: kidnap with intention to hold for ransom; confine without lawful authority; extortion and aggravated assault. Police believe the murders and abduction were targeted."

Cannabis Miracle, Pot Fraud

Front page of yesterday's Vancouver Province was the ultimate drug dealer PR fraud targeting children. The headline read Cannabis Miracle and had a picture of a mother an son who claims Cannabis oil helped reduce her son's seizures. First off, yes that it totally believable. Cannabis oil that is low in THC but high in CBD does reduce seizures and is well worth investigating.

Now let's address the fraud. This does not mean that smoking pot is good for you because it's not. Smoking anything is bad for you. That's why the leading cause of death in house fires is smoke inhalation. That's why they have all those grotesque pictures on tobacco products. Smoking pot causes throat and lung cancer just like smoking tobacco does.

Now that legal pot is labeled let's once again reiterate the obvious. THC gets you stoned. CBD does not. Pot that is high in CBD and low in THC doesn't get you stoned but does help reduce seizures. Pot that is low in CBD but high in THC is recreational pot good for getting you stoned. The Pothead zombie apocalypse takes stories like this about cannabis oil and cheer while they light up another blunt and say see I told ya this stuff was good for you. Anything that gets you stoned, baked or wasted is not good for you.

Adolescents should not smoke or ingest pot that is high in THC because it will impair their brain development. Not so much in adults whose brains have fully developed but kids shouldn't smoke pot. Period. How many drug dealers are going to take this front page article to the local schools and start selling pot to kids telling them getting stoned is good for you.

As I keep saying, I will be the first one to agree pot is way less damaging than crack, crystal meth or fentanyl. However, smoking pot is not good for you. There are way too many people out there that smoke way too much pot. That is their business. Just don't try and pretend it's good for you. Back in the day we used to call people who smoked pot every day stoners. Now we call them activists. Stop lying to the kids. CBD is good. THC is not.

BC's' Fentanyl Crisis - the Faces of Fentanyl

BC's Fentanyl crisis is in the news. People are dying left right and centre. Previously we posted a video to a documentary on Calgary's Fentanyl crisis which was fundamentally different than BC's crisis. Fentanyl is a horrible drug that is very damaging and very addictive. The people in Calgary were addicted to Fentanyl and buying it knowingly. Nobody in BC wanted it so the drug dealers started putting it in other drugs so people would get addicted to it unknowingly and the'y'd have a repeat customer for life. What little left there was of it. That is predatory.

Last night on the National CBC ran a documentary on the new face of Fentanyl taking a case right here form the famous Surrey Strip where everyone in the country now knows the police let drug dealers sell drugs in public without arresting them and can see the horrific damage that practice has caused. We need to follow up on the case to make sure Kati isn't killed for doing the interview. We need to protect the source.

Despite the physical transformation Kati has undergone, when listening to her story we can still hear her heart and he touched by it. Her kind gentle spirit reminds me of Janice Shore who was brutally murdered in Surrey when she could no longer pay for the drugs she was using. Kati said she has always had an addictive personality whether that be shopping or facebook. People wouldn't normally liken spending time shopping or on facebook as an addiction. Kati is very humble and genuine. She said her dealer said to her one day he has some new pills that are 100 times more powerful than the oxy she was on but are only $5 more. Do you want to try them? She said sure and now she is addicted and the drug is eating her alive.

This has shown us exactly what harm promotion has done. By dancing all around the predatory drug dealers and rewarding them for lacing the crack with Fentanyl they have now achieved their goal just like in Calgary. People are now addicted to Fentanyl and are starting to buy it knowingly. Rewarding drug dealers for conning people has created a tidal wave of more addiction and more deaths. History has recorded that.

We also need to remember that there is another face of Fentanyl in Surrey. The face of Leanne Yardley, a hard working mother with an education and career who was out for a night to get a break and did a line of cocaine socially. Turns out it wasn't cocaine it was straight up Fentanyl. She died instantly. Selling Fentanyl passed off as cocaine in evil. Not arresting the drug dealers who do that makes us culpable in those murders. Harm promotion has failed. We need to stop kicking the cat and arrest the drug dealers selling Fentanyl. Failing to do that is not social justice. It is criminally insane. Si vis pacem, para bellum.

$45 million found on former Hells Angels compound

CJAD News is reporting that "Police in Sherbrooke have unearthed around $45 million on a former Hells Angels compound. The money was buried in plastic buckets in various spots of land, and was only found after police received the tip from former gang member Sylvain Boulanger. According to the Journal de Montreal, Boulanger was paid nearly $3 million for his information."

Hells Angels associate gunned down in Sainte-Thérèse

CBC is reporting that "the death of Hells Angels associate Sylvain Éthier, gunned down Thursday night as he was leaving his home in Saint-Thérèse, is part of a cleanup within the organization, said Sylvain Tremblay, a former Sûreté du Québec officer who worked on cases involving biker gangs. Éthier was arrested in March and accused of being a ringleader of a large contraband tobacco ring. He may have failed to heed warnings that those being released wanted their territory back, the ex-SQ investigator said. 'They're trying to restore order among those who wouldn't toe the line,' Tremblay told Radio-Canada."

The AFT's Predisposition for Corruption

Operation Fast and Furious showed us that the ATF is corrupt. Before we examine the ATF's predisposition for corruption, we need to recap just what Operation Fast and Furious is and was. Tonight the passionate Eye on CBC ran a documentary called Secrets of Mexico’s Drug War. The documentary shows how Mexico’s Sinaloa Cartel has maintained its position - seemingly aided and abetted by the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF). The episode is still available online but I can just find the trailer.

The bottom line is that in Operation Fast and Furious, the ATF were selling the Mexican Cartel guns and bringing back tons of cocaine into the US as payment. Gary Webb was right. Iran Contra never stopped. Obviously it was a CIA led operation. The CIA has been deeply involved with drug trafficking since the Vietnam war. We talked about the Judge Bonner story. Judge Bonner was head of the DEA when the CIA were caught bringing a ton of cocaine into Florida.

The CIA kept denying it over and over until Judge Bonner went on 60 minutes and documented everything. Then they finally admitted it was true but claimed it was a mistake and that it was the only time. Both statements were lies. It wasn't a mistake. They said they were trying to track where the cocaine came from to make an arrest but they made no attempt whatsoever to track the cocaine when it hit the streets nor did they make any attempt to arrest anyone involved with bringing it into the country. As we saw from the Gary Webb story and from Mena Arkansas, this was clearly not the first nor the last time the CIA were caught drug trafficking.

The next time the CIA was caught bringing a ton of cocaine into Florida, they didn't say it was a mistake, they said they were bringing it in to destroy it. Why would they not destroy it at source? Why would they bring it into cocaine central to destroy it? That is ridiculous.

Now it turns out that one of the guns used in a Paris terrorist attack came from Operation Fast and Furious which was run out of Phoenix Arizona. In steps the ATF's predisposition for corruption. These were some of the same ATF agents that were involved in a Hells Angels undercover operation there. Alex Caine once told me that he met some of those ATF agents in Arizona. I'm not going to name names because that would be pointless. There would be too many names to name. Alex told me he went to a house where the ATF were having a wild party with strippers where everyone was getting drunk and talking about confidential things in front of the strippers. He didn't think it was very professional.

You can say what you want about Alex Caine - he's a fake, he's a rat, the list goes on. I do believe he was there and saw that. Why is it a big deal? Because it shows us two things. It shows us the vicious cycle of unprofessionalism in law enforcement just like when the Secret Service agents were caught stiffing a prostitute in Colombia. Married men, trying to pretend to be heros where they get drunk and cheat on their wives all in the name of the greater good.

What it really shows is the true character of many of the law enforcement officers that go undercover to arrest bikers. They do it because they actually covet that lifestyle. It shows their predisposition for corruption and explains why it was so easy for the CIA to infiltrate them to betray their oath to protect the Constitution. After all, that is what the CIA learned from the Judge Bonner story. The only way to shut up the DEA and the ATF is to infiltrate them.

Stephen Harper at the Bohemian Grove

Speaking of creepy, what on earth is homophobic Corporate Communist Stephen Harper doing at the Bohemian Grove? I thought that was one great big homosexual prostitution ring? Sounds like a bohemian rhapsody to me. BTW Const. Dario Devic, that Surrey RCMP officer caught by Creep Catchers has been charged with child luring. It just keeps getting weirder.

Investigation extended into Victoria Chief of Police

The Times Colonist is reporting that "Investigators looking into allegations of misconduct by Victoria's embattled police chief have once again been granted more time to complete their work. The Office of the Police Complaint Commissioner has extended the timeline for a series of investigations involving Chief Frank Elsner. He is alleged to have sent inappropriate Twitter messages to the wife of one of his officers, then is accused of making false statements and deleting data arising from the original investigation. The reviews were scheduled to be done by Friday, but investigators asked for more time and were granted an extension until Nov. 30."

Sudbury dot com is reporting that the Soap opera continues in case of former Sudbury police chief. CBC is reporting that Frankie calls parts of B.C. Police Act unconstitutional. Isn't that ironic? Now all of a sudden he cares about civl liberty. This guy is a piece of garbage and is the perfect example of everything that's wrong with the police department nowadays.

Hitting on the wife of an officer under his command. He should never return to that position. How can the officers under him respect him after that? The public deserves better. This isn't just a one time thing. This is a climate of unprofessionalism that permeates the RCMP as well as each of the regional police forces. All Hail Bill Fordy the dancing monkey himself. Friends of Craig Callen.

Sudbury Living Magazine reported that for many years while working under cover Frank Elsner "associated with criminals and partied with drug users, bikers, and hookers. He set up elaborate drug deals, disappeared for weeks on end, was involved in a hitman operation, and had multiple aliases." Looks like nothing has changed now has it. This case ties in with the ATF's predisposition for corruption. Stay tuned.

Ontario Nomads shut down after president and vice president shot in Quebec - Update

Big news. The Toronto Star is reporting that "The Hells Angels have shut down their elite Nomads chapter outside Ottawa, just a month after hosting a national gathering of more than 500 outlaw bikers." This is also after the Nomads President Martin Bernatchez and the vice president Philippe Boudreau were both shot in two different incidents both in Quebec. The Toronto Star is also reporting that Former Ontario Nomads’ president Paul Porter quit the club and moved back home to Montreal. Porter was the good guy, relatively speaking, who crossed over from the Rock Machine when the last original leaders crossed over after Mom Boucher went to prison.

TVA Nouvelle reported that it appeared to be an internal conflict and implied that it is likely because Quebec Hells Angels arrested during SharQ have now been released and want their territory back. Like I said, don't f*ck with Quebec. They will blow sh*t up. Je me souviens.

Philippe Boudreau was from Sudbury but wore a Hamilton jacket which is where the Calabrians who were warring with the Rizzutos are from. Quebec sources claimed the Ontario HAs supported the Calibrations when Vito was in prison. Martin and Philippe were pretty solid but other than the guys from Quebec who went there, Ontario never really grasped the MC concept. They were very divisive.

Angels Forever Forever Angels. Or at least until more money can be made from someone else.

Update: A blog reader just reminded me, the Ontario Nomads is the same chapter local cub pack member Damion Ryan was given a patch out of. Kim Bolan confirmed that back in February.

Snowden hits the theatre

Snowden, the movie about the life of whistleblower and patriot Edward Snowden hits the theatre September 16th. BBC is reporting that The American Civil Liberties Union and Amnesty International are ready to launch the "Pardon Snowden" campaign. They are urging President Barack Obama to act before he leaves office in January 2017. Wishful thinking. The CIA paid for Obama's education. They only pardon drug traffickers tied to Iran Contra.

Last month I made a blog post comparing Edward Snowden with Liu Xiaobo. The United States government is very passionate about supporting someone like Liu Xiaobo who is a political prisoner in China that won a nobel Peace Prize but they are someone less passionate about supporting someone like Edward Snowden who basically did the same thing. It's very different when the shoe is on the other foot.

Edward Snowden reported unlawful behavior and they want to send him to jail for treason. This is the perfect example of how the west has become just like the communists when it comes to censorship and warrantless surveillance. The fact that they want to put him in jail shows us how far we have fallen from the principles of the US Constitution.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt Opens Up About Meeting Edward Snowden

Are you there, Democracy? It’s me, the Internet.
