"Held to account" is an active verb phrase. That means someone actually doing something. Other than the Trucker's Protest, I'm not seeing that yet, nor am I seeing any great result out of that. Their next move after the unlawful and immoral suppression of that expression of discontent was C-21, so it's not like they are on the run or anything are they.
