Perhaps. I'm fine with snow. I'm uncomfortable with ice. Snow on ice or ice on snow is treacherous yet the real problem anyone who rides a motorcycle has to be a aware of is other drivers. We have to assume no one sees you.
That's OK. It's the hillbilly whack jobs that see you and intentionally come screaming up beside you racing around in the snow like raging lunatics, they need to be avoided. They make ya wanna kick some ass. At that point it's best to walk away.
Yeah anyone with a brain gives bikes plenty of room. These types who deliberately get too close, it's like they think it's their place to "show you something", or they just don't like people on motorcycles. Never happened to me when I was riding but I've had others tell me people deliberately ran them off the road, or tried to. Amazing. That's basically attempted murder.
Probably a wise decision.
