Four Alberta doctors file lawsuit against Alberta Health Services

The Western Standard is reporting that "A statement of claim was filed Friday against Alberta Health Services (AHS) and President and CEO of AHS, Dr. Verna Yiu by four Alberta doctors opposed to vaccination mandates. 'The Plaintiffs oppose being forced against their will to be vaccinated without their informed consent as mandated by AHS,' the statement of claim reads."

“Further, the Plaintiffs are opposed to disclosing their private health information or have disclosed their private health information with respect to their vaccination status against their will under threat of termination or unpaid long-term leave.”

"The statement of claim says the plaintiffs are also concerned the COVID-19 vaccines are “experimental and have not undergone sufficient long-term safety observation,” and claim the ingredients for the vaccines have yet to be fully disclosed."

September 20th 2021 - 73 medical doctors signed an open letter to Dr. Verna Yiu and the Alberta Health Services expressing their concerns about a vaccine mandate. Evidently that letter fell on deaf ears requiring the matter to go to court.

We can debate the notwithstanding clause in the Charter until the cows come home. What the government is doing is wrong. Covid is not small pox. Covid is not polio. The numbers don't come close. The open letter posted on the Mounties 4 Freedom website mentions the fact that law enforcement officers are trained investigators.

It doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure out something shady is going on with this Covid misrepresentation. The annual death rates do not show we were in a pandemic. That means the falsified emergency does not meet the criteria necessary to invoke the notwithstanding clause.

Trudeau’s sniper opposes vaccine mandate

The Counter Signal is reporting that Corporal Daniel Bulford, the man behind the sniper rifle, and spokesman for Mounties 4 Freedom spoke exclusively with The Counter Signal to discuss why he is prepared to leave his job before complying with Trudeau’s authoritarian type behaviour.”

They refer to him as Justin Trudeau's personal sniper charged with protecting the Prime Minister. The man behind Mounties 4 Freedom. We salute him for his valour. The Canadian Charter of Rights is the highest law of this land. Law Enforcement means protecting those rights.

Mounties 4 Freedom opposing vaccine mandates

We saw the first responders protest vaccine mandates in Calgary and Toronto. 50% of the firefighters and law enforcement in LA and New York are refusing the Covid vaccine. Well now we have Mounties 4 Freedom penning an open letter to RCMP Commissioner Brenda Lucki.

"We respectfully submit this open letter to express our most sincere concerns and resolute stand against the forced coercive medical intervention of Canadians, and against the undue discrimination experienced by those exercising their lawful right to bodily autonomy."

"We are not against vaccinations, but as law enforcement officers, we cannot in good conscience willingly participate in enforcing mandates that we believe go against the best interests of the people we protect." Here, here! Oath Keepers Arise.

"As Canadians, our constitutionally-protected freedoms precede the government, and may only be temporarily limited if the majority of evidence justifies such infringements as reasonable, provable, and guided by law. If presented with all available evidence in a court, we firmly believe the government implemented mandates would not hold up under scrutiny."

That is the root of the legal challenge. There is a provision within the Charter suspending those rights in times of emergency. We can legitimately argue that clause should not be there. We can also legitimately argue that the manufactured emergency does not warrant a temporary suspension of those rights. Covid is not small pox. Covid is not polio. The real numbers don't even come close. We also have to address the falsified evidence used to promote the globalization narrative. The same number of seniors died this year as last year and the year before. The overall death rates do not show we have experienced a pandemic.

The letter continues to state: "In August 2021, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced, Federal public servants need to be fully vaccinated, and that for those without a medical exemption who choose not to be vaccinated: There will be consequences. Since that statement, many federal employees have been told they will be sent home without pay for refusing to receive a contested medical treatment."

"We have united in the belief that people should not be forced or coerced into receiving the current COVID-19 treatments – it should be voluntary. We stand united against the forced and coerced medical intervention of Canadians and against the discrimination faced by those who have exercised their right to bodily autonomy. We believe in democracy, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and the Bill of Rights."

On March 28, 2022 Ontario will be lifting the Vaccine passport requirement for all remaining settings. Which makes forced vaccination as a condition of employment now ridiculous.

If your community doesn't have a Covid outbreak you are at less risk than if there is an outbreak in your community.

He said new Canadians work hard and that's what we want. We want hard working people to come to Ontario. Then the fake news jumped all over him calling him a racist. Double homicide in Crofton, BC on Vancouver Island

North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP officers responded to a residence 8600-block of Crofton Road on Oct. 23, where they found two people deceased along with another man, according to a press release. They say the man found inside the home was arrested without incident and remains in custody."

Update: Check News is reporting that "The victims of a double homicide that took place in a small southern Vancouver Island community over the weekend were a father and son who had recently taken in a childhood friend — the same man who is now accused of their murders, according to family members. Justin James Dodd, 33, has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder after the bodies of Brad Johnson, 35, and his father Tom Johnson, 57, were found in a Crofton home just after midnight Saturday."

Abbotsford shooting at drug house

The Abbotsford News is reporting that "A man was shot at a “problem residence” in Abbotsford late last night, police say. Abbotsford Police patrol officers responded to reports of shots fired at the 34000 Block of Oxford Avenue at 11:24 p.m., Oct. 22,, according to a department press release. A 31-year-old man who was shot at the property had already taken himself to hospital before the officers arrived, said Cpl. Paul Walker, media officer with the APD."

“'The house in question is what we would consider a problem residence, where multiple people are coming and going from that residence all the time,' Walker said, adding the house has been this way for some time." This was a drug house. This is what happens when you don't enforce the law and let drug houses continue. Violent crime in that area increases dramatically.

Halyna Hutchins killed by movie prop gun - Update

As we know, a tragic accident has occurred on the movie set for Rust in Sante Fe, New Mexico. Alec Baldwin shot Halyna Hutchins dead with a prop gun and injured director Joel Souza. The LA Times is reporitng that there was a walk out on the set the morning of the shooting over gun safety. People is reporting that "A text message sent by a colleague to the unit production manager read, We've now had 3 accidental discharges. This is super unsafe."

CNN, the worlds fake news network, assures us that the court was told the gun Baldwin shot Halyna Hutchins with was safe. How could the court be told that already? He's not on trial. Just because the court was told something, doesn't mean it's true. Gun safety was a concern on set.

Obviously, this was an accident yet it could have been avoided. Apparently, the term cold gun means it doesn’t have live rounds. Obviously, someone else is going to take the fall for Baldwin’s accident. I realize movie sets are busy places and if someone in charge says this gun has balnks one would assume it has blanks. How then did the mistake occur?

In Canada, if someone hands you a firearm and says it is unloaded, the onus is on you to open it to confirm it is unloaded. I'm not sure if that is practical on a movie set that use blanks. Checking to see if it's unloaded and checking the difference between a live round and a blank are two different things. Yet even if it's unloaded, you never point it at a person. Obviously you do on a movie set which makes gun safety paramount. Taking the time to assure it's safe.

Years ago, a friend was talking about Alec Baldwin and one of his kids. For some reason when they said Alec Baldwin, I thought they meant the character that plays Victor Newman on the Young and the Restless and I thought to myself AYFKM? I had the wrong person. I don't follow Hollywood much. Especially now that it has been taken over by Liberals and Communists.

Marca is reporting that a Baldwin Tweet from 2017 has gone viral since the shooting. The tweet was a comment on a police officer shooting a suspect on Huntington Beach and said "I wonder how it must feel to wrongfully kill someone." Very tragic indeed.

Update: CTV is reporting that "The assistant director of the movie that Alec Baldwin was making when he fatally shot a cinematographer was fired from a previous job in 2019 after a gun went off on a set and slightly wounded a member of the film crew, a producer said Monday.

"The disclosure emerged as producers of Baldwin's movie officially halted filming, and court records showed that investigators seized more than two dozen items from the set on the day after the shooting." In an email statement to The Associated Press, a producer for the movie "Freedom's Path" confirmed that Dave Halls was fired from the 2019 production after a crew member suffered a minor injury 'when a gun was unexpectedly discharged.' The producer, who asked not to be identified by name, wrote that Halls 'was removed from the set immediately.' Production did not resume until Halls was gone."

Manitoba Chief charged with sexual assault

CTV is reporting that "The chief of a Manitoba First Nation has been charged with sexual assault and child luring, RCMP announced on Friday." News 4 Winnipeg is reporting that "Police say they began an investigation after learning of inappropriate text messages between a 16-year-old female and a 65-year-old male. The investigation led police to identify Keeper as the male."

"Keeper has been charged for his alleged involvement with Luring a person under 18, two counts of Sexual Assault, Sexual Assault with Weapon, Being a person in a position of authority, touch for a sexual purpose, Careless Storage of a Restricted Weapon, Possess Restricted Weapon without a License and Possess Weapon Obtained by Commission of Offence."

Castanet is reporting that "Police are investigating a murder following a shooting in an industrial area in 100 Mile House. Mounties were called to an industrial area in the Cariboo community on Tuesday evening, RCMP Cpl. Madonna Saunderson said in a news release on Thursday, after someone called 911 saying they heard shots fired. Saunderson said investigators arrived to find a person dead. The victim died as a result of homicide."

New Brunswick Hells Angel convicted of drug traficking

Joe Biden's response to inflation is global vaccination

One America News Network is reporting that Joe Biden's response to rising inflation and labour shortages is global vaccination. This guy has completely lost his mind. "Food prices are now 5% higher than last year. Gas is at a seven year high. Inflation is rising at twice the expected pace."

The Covid Care Alliance on Unvaccinated Risk

Recently the Covid Care Alliance posted a video about informed consent and asked what is my risk from Covid 19? It reiterated that the risk of dying from Covid increases with age and that the risk of dying from Covid for those under the age of 30 is insignificant. It then talked about the benefit of the vaccine whereupon it states that the risk of contracting Covid without the vaccine is amazingly low - 0.88%. The vaccine reduces the risk of contracting Covid to 0.04%.

The Hodge Twins pointed out using CNN numbers, the survival rate for the unvaccinated is 99.974 making this whole lockdown mask wearing vaccine passport paranoia ridiculous.

Which brings us back to the beginning where TBM Nation pointed out that a virus with a 98% survival rate is nothing to be afraid of. Especially when we see that it does not affect the youth like it does the elderly making the obsession to vaccinate children a complete fraud.
