Asbestos in the Twin Towers

With all the media coverage of the tenth anniversary of 9/11 there has been a lot of talk about remembering the rescue workers and indeed we should. We should remember how they were put in harms way, were denied medical compensation and how they were exploited to make Haliburton rich. We really should remember that. Michael Moore talked about it in his movie Sicko.

The twin Towers were full of asbestos. Well half full. They stopped using asbestos half way through during their construction. Yet the Port Authority lost the court challenge forcing the insurance companies to pay for the asbestos removal. In the end the Port Authority had to pay for the asbestos removal themselves and were not allowed to demolish the towers because of the public health risk that would present.

Meanwhile back on the ranch, Michael Moore is reporting that Former Senator Bob Graham Urges Obama to Reopen Investigation into Saudi Role in 9/11 Attacks. Former Senator Graham – who co-chaired the Joint Congressional Inquiry into 9/11 in 2002 – writes that “the government of the United States has engaged in a sustained and effective campaign to keep the American public from knowing the truth. Still unanswered after nearly 10 years are the questions of the full extent of the Saudi pre-9/11 involvement,” Graham writes. “Why the cover-up by our government?”

It's pretty obvious. We all know most of the 9/11 terrorists came in through Saudi Arabia not Canada. In fact the CIA over ruled suspicious visa applications from Saudi Arabia on a regular basis. Like that's not suspicious.

The UN and the Hells Angels - a bad date

OK this one's finally about the UN... and the Hells Angels. Only it surprises us coming from the UN. The Hells Angels, well, we've begun to expect that sort of thing from them. Omid Bayani, a member of the UN has gone missing right before being sentenced on a drug charge.

The whole case involved trafficking date rape drug with the Hells Angels in Maple Ridge and in Toronto. Omid Bayani, from the UN and Vincenzo James Sansalone from the Haney Hells Angels were arrested in BC. 600 litres of the drug was seized all together.

Mark Figueiredo was the Hells Angels associate convicted on the Ontario end. He brought his wife and niece and cried like a baby in court when he was sentenced to six years for trafficking date rape drug. What if someone had used that drug on his wife, sister or niece? Can't they see something is inherently wrong with this picture?

I will add that Mark Figueiredo was sentenced in Ontario back in 2008 while Omid Bayani, charged in the same drug trafficking ring is just being charged now, three years later. Ontario has a much larger population than BC does. They have many more cases to go through yet they go through them faster than we do. Yet they have the same federal criminal code. Another example of why something is wrong with our judicial system in BC.

My point here is that the UN borrow some Chinese Charaters and talk about loyalty, honour and respect just like the Hells Angels do. Yet their is no honour, loyalty or respect in selling date rape drug. None whatsoever. In fact, since it is my opinion no one sells drugs in Maple Ridge without the Hells angels permission, just like in Prince George, I wonder who sold the teenagers the date rape drug to give to that young girl at a party in Maple Ridge where they took pictures of themselves gang raping her and posted it on the Internet. That was deranged.

Every time the police make a cross border drug bust involving the Hells Angels one has to ask oneself how much more already got through. In this case, where did the kids get the date rape drug from in Maple Ridge to give to the girl they gang raped?

We were told the Hells Angels had a rule against rape. That was such a lie. Mom Boucher was convicted of armed rape before becoming a Hells Angel. Dave Pickton was a Hells angels associate and he was convicted of rape on the same pig farm his brother was convicted of murdering all those women. Then we have two cases of gang rape before the courts in Prince George committed by members of the GTS in the Renegades clubhouse. The Renegades being a puppet club for the Hells Angels. GTS being drug dealers who sell crack for the Hells angels in Prince George just like the Zig Zag Crew did for the Hells angels in Winnipeg.

There is no honour in that and there is no honour in lying about that. We expect it from the Hells angels but it disappoints us to hear from the UN. Saying one thing and doing another is living a lie. That's worse than reporting a crack dealer or a rapist to the police. Much worse. That is the legacy they have to live with. DFFD.



And just for the record, Michael (Speedy) Christiansen who came from the Halifax chapter of the Hells Angels to the East Van chapter and currently with Kelowna chapter along with his 13th Tribe pal David Giles was sentenced for a gang rape back in Halifax before he became a Hells Angel. Great guys.

Adam Hall's Motley Crew

OK this case just keeps getting more and more bizarre. First we heard that Adam Hall, the Sergeant at Arms for the Pittsfield, Massachusetts Hells Angels was being held on numerous charges, the most recent of which was threatening a 16 year old girl so she would send him nude photos of her. This was while he was waiting to be charged with kidnapping and extortion as the witness in that case had mysteriously disappeared.

Then we hear court affidavits claim he forced three women into prostitution and told them "You work for me now," he allegedly told one woman "There's no way out of it." One confidential informant told police the forced prostitution took place at the group's clubhouse on Woodland Road in Lee, according to the affidavit.

I thought that was the topper. Not yet. Three bodies have been found. Now we hear he's been charged in the murder of the witness that was going to testify against him along with two other co accused, David Chalue and Caius Veiovis. At first I thought the picture of the third guy on the right was some photo shopped picture the police got off facebook. The nose ring didn't even look real. But no, have a look at the picture close up:



All of a sudden the nose piercing looks real, you can see the number 666 clearly tattooed on his forehead and what the hell are those bumps that look like horns? One blogger claims they're implants. That is insane. It doesn't look scary it looks sad. This isn't some 14 year old kid listening to heavy metal music wanting to freak out his parents. A grown man tattooing 666 on his forehead is ridiculous. Our French friend from the RM said 666 is just a number that comes after 665. Well this guy thinks it means something else and that is why he has a tattoo of it on his forehead. That is way worse than a finger and a thumb. It's a big double L for big time Loser.

I'm having a hard time believing those implants on his forehead are real. If they are, it spells stupidity. Why on earth would an adult pay for surgery to do that? Just for the record, the devil is refereed to as the father of all lies. No one likes a liar. Satan is the epitome of evil. Gang raping a young girl. Forcing her into a life of prostitution. Torturing and mutilating sex trade workers. These are the things the devil does. That is nothing to brag about. It's time these old men on Viagra grew up.

Well it turns out that devil horn implants do in fact exist. It just shows that our sick world just got a whole lot sicker. And I don't mean that in a good way.

Organized crime, Investment Fraud, Basi-Virk

Here's another story of organized crime connected to investment fraud. Ricardo Francis Scarpino was a drug dealer with a lengthy criminal record and was shot dead outside a Vancouver restaurant in 2008.

His lengthy criminal record is interesting but so is his involvement with investment fraud. This Supreme Court decision states Ricardo Scarpino, one of the promoters of the investment scheme, ordered $5 million worth of gold bullion which was delivered to TGR and then vanished. To date, the plaintiffs say they have received no funds from the defendants, and that MDLP’s bank account balance is zero. Scarpino is now dead, and TGR is inactive.

Another inherently interesting fact is that Scarpino used to be the ring leader in a cocaine importation scheme in Victoria, BC around the same time as the RCMP allegations of drug and organized crime related to the search warrant for the BC Rail Bassi Virk trial.

It was described as Victoria's largest-ever drug bust, which took in millions of dollars worth of cocaine after a three-month undercover investigation that had ties to Naniamo. What I'm wondering is what ever happened to the drug and organized crime allegation in the BC Rail case that provided grounds for the initial search warrant? There's another organized crime group in Naniamo but I can't seem to think of the name of it off hand...

Abducted B.C. boy returned home

The frantic search for a missing BC boy has a happy ending. The boy was returned home Sunday. Kienan Hebert is safe and sound.

Tony Pires and LA Embroidery

This is an interesting story. We read that the owner of LA Embroidery is Tony Pires. Tony is a member of the Hells Angels. David Baines wrote an interesting article in the Vancouver Sun back on July 01, 2006. He normally deals in investment fraud and the stock market. It creates an interesting connection between stock market fraud and organized crime.

The article expresses his frustration trying to explain to Wally Oppal when he was the BC Attorney-General that the B.C. Securities Commission has not been able to contain the proliferation of Vancouver-related companies that are being floated on the lawless OTC Bulletin Board and "pinks sheets" in the United States. Talking to Wally the limp fish was like baning your head against a wall.

He cites 880 companies that have been perpetuating Vancouver's infamous sub-culture of chicanery, where crooks and accountants and lawyers and other professionals come together to produce stock market scams, most of which are foisted on investors in the United States, Germany, or other foreign countries. The net result is that Vancouver's reputation as a haven for scams is as bad as ever.

Despite the fact that we no longer have a Vancouver Stock Exchange because it was shut down for being corrupt. It was full of fake pump and dump scams. That's why we don't have a stock market in Vancouver any more.

David Bainesn referred to a fake company called De Beira Goldfields Inc which was set up by Vancouver longshoreman Mike Fronzo which was then handed over to a couple of Australian promoters. The Australian promoters were introduced to De Beira by Ralph Biggar, a former broker with Georgia Pacific Securities in Vancouver.

Biggar is no stranger to bulletin board companies. In 2003, he set up Tora Technologies Inc., which has no appreciable assets except a services agreement with a Vancouver company called LA Embroidery Inc. The agreement gives Tora the right to market LA's custom embroidery services via the Internet. The owner of LA Embroidery is Tony Pires. For granting the rights, Pires was given 250,000 shares.

Pires is an interesting business partner, to say the least. He is a full-patch member of the Nomads, an elite chapter of the Hells Angels.

On Thursday, I asked Biggar whether he knows Pires is a member of the Hells Angel. He refused to answer, instead referring questions to his lawyer, Gary Snarch. But that didn't get me very far, either. "My advice is not to talk to you," said Snarch.

There are some interesting links between Tora Technologies and De Beira Goldfields. As mentioned, Biggar has been involved in both companies. In addition, Fronzo and Pires have been co-investors in two unrelated deals.

In 1999, they were among a half-dozen investors in a U.S. company called Value Software Inc. The same year, they participated in private placements in International En-R-Tech Inc., a Vancouver Stock Exchange company. Other investors included:

- Ronald Lising, a full-patch member of the East End chapter of the Hells Angels. In 2001, Lising and Pires' brother, Chico, were convicted of trafficking drugs through No. 5 Orange strip club and the Marble Arch Hotel. Each was sentenced to four and half years in jail.

- John Punko, another full-patch member of the East End chapter of the Hells Angels. In 2001, he was convicted of threatening the Crown counsel who was prosecuting Lising and Chico Pires on their drug trafficking charges.

The fact that Fronzo invested in these deals along with several Hells Angels may be entirely coincidental. I tried to ask him about this on Friday, but he did not return my phone calls.

Let's pause for a minute and consider the magnitude of what we are now looking at. A company called Grant Street Holdings Ltd. owns the Burnaby Nomands clubhouse. All the company's directors - Francesco (Frank) Amoretto, Bob Green, Tony Pires and Gino Zumpano - are well-known members of the Nomads. Green is listed as president of Grant Street Holdings, while Pires is secretary.

Technologies Inc was tied to LA Embroidery Inc which was owned by Tony Pires. Tora Technologies has links with De Beira Goldfields. In 1999 Fronzo and Pires were involved with U.S. company called Value Software Inc. along with John Punko and Ron Lising. Are we beginning to see the magnitude of the problem yet?

David Baines more recnelty reported on Ialta Industries Ltd. One of its major shareholders was Nomad Glen Jonathan Hehn. The settlement agreement notes that in January 2007, the B.C. Securities Commission issued a cease-trade order against Ialta for failure to file financial statements.

Baines also discusses a scam run by Marcel Rada who also became president of Montrose Exploration Ltdm of which Glen Hehn was the largest shareholder. Ralph Biggar, tied to Tora Technologies Inc, LA Embroidery Inc and Tony Pires, was also a shareholder in Montrose along with Glen Hehn.

Another good book about the scams of the Vancouver stock exchange is Flim Flam by Mark Bourrie. Investment fraud ruins pensions and destabilizes markets. When organized crime gets involved we should all take notice.

The Hells Angels control of the Stripper Agencies in BC

If the Hells Angels use violence to control the drug trade and the prostitution, then why do they or are they allowed to control the stripper agencies in BC? Surely getting a stripper addicted to cocaine is a step towards turning her into a prostitute. Letting them control the stripper agencies wouldn't be in the public interest.

Some people argue that we should let the Hells Angels own legitimate businesses like Tbarz because it gets them out of the drug trade and into legitimate business. But does it really. If a criminal organization branches off into legitimate businesses doesn't that simply mean the legitimate businesses could be used to launder drug money? Why would the criminal organization give up that aspect of their business if it was so profitable?

I am told that there used to be several stripper agencies in BC but now there are only three and they are tied to the Hells angels. I don't know about the other two but we know one is. That idiot CJ Spoon runs one for Randy Jones in Surrey. CJ was the one that got house arrest from Peter Leask for trafficking cocaine for the Hells angels so we know he has ties to the club. We just can't understand why.



CJ was charged along with Kerry Ryan Renaud and David Pearse. All three "alleged bikers" plead guilty. Ryan and Pearse were the Hells Angels meth cooks tied to John Punko and Ron Lising. Ryan wrote a bullshit letter to the court and Peter Leask said Renaud was one of a "relatively rare" number of inmates who see the light during incarceration. "I believe Mr. Renaud will probably not reoffend," he said. lol

Leask sentenced Renaud to six years in jail but gave him credit for a total of 40 months off his sentence and sentenced Pearse to four years with credit for 28 months off. So six years in prison less 40 months is less than a 3 year sentence. Four years less 28 months is less than two years for running a huge crystal meth operation for the Hells Angels. No wonder the police are frustrated.

Years ago the Vancouver Sun quoted Andy Richards who said: There used to be six or seven agencies that handled strippers in Vancouver, but now two are controlled by the Angels or associates and one is an independent, Richards said.

In the early 1990s, Richards said, the now-dead Hells Angels member Donald Roming was one of the key enforcers helping push others out of the stripper business -- at one point seriously assaulting one of the owners of another agency.

"Without speaking ill of the dead, he was responsible for laying a very serious beating on a 67-year-old man who was involved with one of the independent companies at the time, to the point this guy was hospitalized," he explained. There were no arrests from these "takeovers" because of the victims' reluctance to report the activities to police, he added. No offense but Andy Richards seemed to have a much better understanding of what was really going on.

Stripper net is likely the largest agency. It's hard to conceive that would be the one independent. I think the independent one might be Brandy's ever since Gino is out of there. The City wouldn't renew her license as long as Gino was involved with it.



Stippernet is claiming their new address is 101 10768 King George Highway in Surrey. That's the Byrd or more formally known as the flamingo. I used to know the guy that owned the Dell Hotel in Surrey. I was somewhat surprised to hear he owned the dive. I was under the impression the Dell and the Byrd were the same owners. He said something about selling the whole package to new owners but I can't remember what he said the deal involved. It would be interesting to hear the Hells angels bought it. That would mean they own more than just Tbarz in Surrey. The Dell Hotel has reopened as the blue Corvette Lounge.



Another source claims Eli Bruneau is a long time Haney member and runs both Deluxe Entertainment and a travel agency in Maple Ridge BC. They claim Eli Bruneau owns a place in Salmon Arm B.C. I wonder who let the Hells angels know there was a grow op operating outside Salomon Arm that wasn't run by them. Strange it was abandoned after Uncle Joe and Cory were caught trying to pay them a visit.

Little White Rock Ryan and the Chipmunks

Here's a picture of Little Whiterock Ryan in the middle with Larry Amero, the guy who was shot with Jonathon Bacon. Isn't the UN big in Whiterock? In the next picture he's on the left with Weird hal. He was even in the Revolution photo shoot with Shane Bunting.



Little Ryan says he has issues and he likes to flirt with addiction. How much did his pal wee Shane Bunting blow on Oxycontin and Viagra again? Bust this. Little Ryan claims "This is Whiterock. We got members taking guns to the airport." He would be referring to toothless. Villy Lynnerup the Sergeant at Arms for the Whiterock chapter of the Hells angels who was caught trying to get on an airplane with a gun. Why would somebody brag about something like that? He even mentions Tbarz. Isn't that where all the old brown pedophiles hit on young girls? Tbarz and the whiterock chapter of the Hells Angels were implicated in the US Indictment for that huge cross boarder drug ring bringing massive amounts of cocaine into Canada.

"You [the HAs] supported me when everyone doubted me." No wonder. Only an idiot like Weird Hal would support that kind of lyrical trash. The club made you an honest man. What a liar. There is nothing honest about that club. Who killed Britney Irvings, Geoff Meisner and Juel Stanton? There's nothing honest about selling crack and running prostitution rings. That's not manhood.

The person who posted that song also posted Germarier: White skinheads fight for C18. Go figure. That is what the Canadian military fought against in the trenches and on the beach at Normandy.

The Hells Angels and Prostitution - Update

It's time for me to update my page on the Hells Angels and Prostitution. Several years ago I saw the writing on the wall so to speak. Actually it was graffiti.

I was walking by a residential home on 108th Avenue that had a house fire. Someone wrote graffiti on the outside of the boarded up house that said "Hells Angels Pimp Whalley Girls."

When I posted it on my blog several years later I was threatened. They said I was talking about things that could get me killed. They didn't deny it, they said I shouldn't be talking about it. Then they started attacking me claiming I was Anton. At that point in time I had no idea who Anton was but if he was in the know and if they didn't like him, I thought it might be worth investigating further.

The Hells Angels have a huge PR machine that pretends they don't sell drugs or run prostitution rings and are just a motorcycle club. However, that simply is not true. There's one thing worse than a rat and that's a liar.

It is not slander to say the Hells angels profit from prostitution. They own brothels in Amsterdam and Las Vegas. The attack poodles are quick to point out that prostitution is legal in Amsterdam and Las Vegas. Yes it is. I didn't say it wasn't. I said the Hells angels profit from prostitution. The brothels in Amsterdam and Las Vegas is proof of that. That is Pandora's box.

The next step of the investigation asks what about illegal prostitution? Was the graffiti on the house in Surrey true? I didn't realize it at the time but that house was a few doors down from the Surrey House of Horrors and very close to the home of a Hells Angel. Or at least a home with a Hells angels truck parked outside.

Then we have Otis Garret. He was a friend of Sony Barger who was convicted of running a prostitution ring for the Hells angels in San Fransisco called the Love Nest. This wasn't something he did on his own. This is something he did on behalf of the Hells angels. Sony Barger attended his trial and still has him honoured on the Las Vegas Filthy Few web site.

It is therefor not slander to say the Hells angels have profited from illegal prostitution as well given the Otis Garret conviction. Otis was later convicted of ordering the murder of Margo Compton and her twin six year old daughters because Margo Compton testified against him in court regarding the prostitution which resulted in his conviction. That is simply deranged. Anyone from any club that brags about that deserves a bullet in the head.

Recently we've discusses allegations of the Hells angels running a prostitution ring out of La JJ's massage parlour in Maple Ridge. Others claimed the Haney Hells angels also ran a prostitution ring out of a La JJ's in Kamloops. Even the business adds claim that both massage parlours were escort services.

In court lawyers make submissions supporting their case. It is my submission that the Hells Angels do in fact run the prostitution in Surrey and Maple Ridge and I find that very concerning. I have one of many good sources that claims you can't be a prostitute in Maple Ridge without the protection of the Hells Angels. Now that is an oxymoron.

I'll tell ya a Jackanory. A story that is. Once upon a time there was a woman who saved all her life and opened her own brother. The Hells Angels came and told her to shut down because she didn't work for them. She didn't. So they strangled her. They had her in a tub with a bag over her head. Her German shepherd saved her life but she was never seen since.

This story may sound like a tall tale but it is similar to other stories of violence against anyone else selling pot in East Van other than them. Who knows what happened in Salmon arm.

The whole idea of the Hells Angels running the prostitution in Surrey and Maple Ridge concerns me greatly. That would imply East Van as well. We know DNA from a sex trade worker at the Surrey House of Horrors was found on the Pickton Farm. If the Hells Angels lied about selling crack and controlling the prostitution, what else did they lie about? Juel Stanton and John Punko were involved with crack houses in Surrey. Punko was very involved with meth cook Kerry Ryan Renaud.

Recently we talked about the Berkshire County Sargent at arms Adam Lee Hall's arrest. Turns out there's more to that story too.

In 2005, Hall was charged after police responded to the Crossroads Cafe -- a Pittsfield bar frequented by the Hells Angels -- and found four known club members, including Hall, standing next to Hall's truck, which had a bleeding man in the back. That man told police Hall stabbed him after telling him, "This is our bar and you're a punk; get out." The charges in that case were dismissed, according to court records.

Glasser, the missing government witness, was attacked from behind with a baseball bat at Hall's home after being lured there by Hall and his associates in 2009, according to a court affidavit. Attacked from behind with a baseball bat. Four on one in a bar and one of the four had a knife. Are we beginning to see a pattern?

Here's the creme de la creme. Witnesses said that even Hall's wife was afraid, according to the affidavit, which mentions hundreds of instances of Hall using the threat of violence to force three women to have sex with him and his Hells Angels associates for money, which he kept or split with the women. "You work for me now," he allegedly told one woman. "There's no way out of it." One confidential informant told police the forced prostitution took place at the group's clubhouse on Woodland Road in Lee, according to the affidavit.

Jarrod Bacon opts for trial by judge

So Jared Bacon changes his mind and opts to be tried by a judge. I guess it's easier to threaten or bribe a single judge then a mob of angry citizens who hate him. Remember, this trial is for his cocaine charges. Bacon brothers, accused of selling cocaine, tied to the Hells Angels. Surprise, surprise.

Notorious Bacon brothers? Notoriously whacked. They're hated. People hate them because they are low lifes. People don't fear them. People fear standing beside them in case they get shot at. Spikey bleach blond prep.

Hells Angel held on multiple charges

Adam Lee Hall, a member of the Pittsfield, Massachusetts Hells Angels is being held on $1 million cash bail on charges of child pornography and extortion, while the search continues for a key witness scheduled to testify against him in a separate upcoming criminal trial and two others.

Police and prosecutors allege Hall coerced a 16-year-old girl to send him lewd photographs of herself or else she wouldn't see her friend again. How noble. Extorting a 16 year old girl. Three witnesses who were to testify against him in another case are now missing.

The helmeted skull with devil horns on a Confederate flag. That's the same flag Wayne Kellestine proudly waved along with the Nazi flag. He's the guy who murdered his own brothers in the Bandidio Massacre. Adam Hall is just dripping with nobility isn't he? What's next, threatening someones grandmother?

This isn't just one member gone bad. He's the chapter's Sargent at arms. He's also being charged with cocaine distribution. Surprise surprise.

Conspiracy theories thrive 10 years after 9/11

Online Protest over Gordon Campbell's Order of British Columbia

Oh right. The other insanity was the announcement that Gordon Campbell has been given the Order of British Columbia. The guy left office with a single digit approval rating. The lowest in the country. The Vancouver Province is reporting that hundreds of B.C. residents are joining an online protest over the government’s decision to award ex-premier Gordon Campbell with the Order of British Columbia. Stephen Harper just doesn't get it. Or maybe he does. He just doesn't care.

Of course the Order of British Columbia is a provincial appointment not a federal one. Like that's not one big conflict of interest. It's just insanely offensive they've given it to Gordon Campbell.

Turns out Surrey City Counselor Barbara Steele is the president of the UBCM (Union of B.C. Municipalities) and, as such, was part of the team accepting the nomination. Steele also ran for the Liberals under Campbell in Surrey-Whalley in the 2005 election, losing to the NDP's Bruce Ralston. I'd say that was a conflict of interest.

Tony Blair the Godfather

Well I'm getting tons of tips but I just wanted to throw two more tangents out there before they slip my mind. The Vancouver Province reported today that Tony Blair is godfather to one of Rupert Murdoch's young children, sources said Monday, raising fresh questions about British political links to the media mogul's empire.

Well, well, well. Isn't that cosy. Mr Congressional honour for supporting Bush's lie about Iraq's Weapons of Mass Destruction is tight with the controversial media mogul Rupert Murdoch. So tight Murdoch made Tony Blair the Godfather of his daughter. Somehow I doubt Tony Blair is Catholic. It must be a Church of England Godfather of sorts. Needless to say it does establish a close relationship between two scoundrels. A witness claimed that the wiretapping at the news agency was widespread and an accepted practice. We had heard that politicians were involved in the scandal and as soon as it was leaked out that police were involved, the whistle blower was found dead. Isn't that cosy Mr. BLiar? First Dr. David Kelly then Sean Hoare. Does that deserve another medal?

Ah but it gets better. The Vancouver Province reports that James Murdoch knows more than he admitted. Surprise surprise. Maybe they should recall James Murdoch and Tony blair to the stand. That that it would do any good. Just more lies and denial.

La JJ's Massage parlour in Maple Ridge

Here's a place of interest: #4 11955 207th Street Maple Ridge. It's called La JJ's Massage parlour. The business is on the side of the building around back.



One source claims it's a prostitution ring run by the Hells Angels. At fist read that sounds pretty outrageous. Yet this add for the business claims it is an escort service not a massage parlour. The source claims it's run by the Haney Hells Angels. No doubt the land title won't be in their name. Even Rndy Jones has Tbarz registered in his mother's name.

Another source I have claims the Hells Angels run all the prostitution in Maple Ridge. So we have two independent sources making similar claims. La JJ's doesn't seem to represent LA as in Los Angeles. It seems to be an Anglophone trying to sound French. La is the French word for the. In fact, someone from Kamloops claims there used to be a La JJ's run by the Hells Angels in Kamloops up until a few years ago. They claim that JJ's was named after Jim Airth and John from the Haney chapter. I'm forced to wonder why so many sources are claiming the Hells Angels are involved with prostitution in Maple Ridge.

There were two other cases where sex trade workers were brutally raped in Maple Ridge. One of those cases the accused told the victim her husband owed the Hells angels money and was running the risk of being killed if he didn't pay up. It's all very disturbing so it is. Unconfirmed of course but well worth investigating.

We know Otis Garret was convicted of running a prostitution ring for the Hells angels in San Fransisco. Prostitution is as they say the oldest profession. Yet there's something about the idea of the Hells Angels running the prostitution in Maple Ridge that creeps me out. That's awfully close to the Pickton farm so it is.

If the Hells Angels ran the bar at Piggy's Palace and if they had a grow op on site, why would they be involved in prostitution in Maple Ridge? There were an awful lot of dead prostitutes found on the Pickton farm and Dave admitted to knowing where they were buried. So which chapter was Dave Pickton affiliated with anyways? Haney had a clubhouse in Maple Ridge but Vancouver had a clubhouse in Coquitlam. Both are pretty close to the farm.

The Ron Paul Revolution

When I made my last post about the Real Tea Party and defending the Constitution, someone asked me what I think of Ron Paul. Aside from his position on the legalization of all drugs, I think he is totally right about many things. I just cannot accept legalizing crack, crystal meth or date rape drug. I do not believe that is socially responsible.

In this interview Ron Paul answers the criticism that he is not electable as a Republican. His response is very valid. Hearing him make those kind of statements is refreshing. He is indeed a Constitutionalist and therefore leading the real tea party.

His foreign policy is solid. The unlawful invasion of Iraq cost trillions of dollars and made Haliburton rich. I agree with Ron Paul on foreign policy. I think those kind of statements are worth being heard. I support the constitution and civil liberties that both administrations are eroding.

Yet I am part socialist at heart. I do believe in socialized medicare. I don't like the idea of turning away someone who is homeless from receiving medical aid. I agree with him in that medical coverage is not a right but a privilege. Yet I believe it is a privilege a civilized society should aspire to.

I don't like the hostility toward Obama Care. The same people who are totally hostile towards Obama Care seem to have no problem wasting trillions of dollars on morally wrong military intervention based on lies. Obama Care is poorly timed. They should get their house in order first and stop deregulating the financial markets which has opened the door for investment fraud and tax payer bailouts.

Once the budget is balanced they can then extend the hand as they aspire to something higher. I keep using Alberta as an example. They don't have provincial sales tax yet they provide free medical coverage. If the Federal Government in Canada hands over more power to the Provinces to administer their own medical insurance without collecting the same taxes for it, then that kind of decentralization is a good thing.

I just don't like to see the government keep raising taxes and keep cutting services when they aren't paying down the debt they are spending it on other things like conflicted jets and bombing countries for their oil.

Nevertheless, I do think Ron Paul would make a much better candidate than Sarah Palin or Donald Trump. Those two are in my opinion dumb and dumber. Yet the only way Ron Paul would survive an assassination attempt if he was elected president is if Jesse Ventura ran on the same card as vice President. The only reason they wouldn't kill Ron Paul would be because of their fear of Jesse Ventura.

The Real Tea Party

I was reading an old book called None Dare Call it Conspiracy. I guess you could call it old school tea party. Or at least what the Tea Party claims to represent. When Sarah Palin completely misquotes and misinterprets the Constitution I would definitely say Sarah Palin is not Tea Party. She’s just a cheer leader at a pep rally who has no idea what she's talking about.

The book could be considered extremely right wing and is very anti Commie. Yet it redefines Communism and warns that the real conspiracy is when the super rich try and sell us into a system of slavery under the lie of the redistribution of wealth. It’s like Alexander Solzhenitsyn’s discourse on Communism and how the founding premise of Workers of the World Unite is the fundamental lie of Communism. Lenin took over the party from Shliapnikov.

Solzhenitsyn claimed since the Revolution, there's never been such a thing as a free trade union. The least strike for pay or for better living conditions is viewed as counter-revolutionary. Workers went in a peaceful demonstration to the Party City Committee, carrying portraits of Lenin, to request a change in economic conditions. They fired at them with machine guns and dispersed the crowds with tanks. No family dared even to collect its wounded and dead, but all were taken away in secret by the authorities. In Germany second they came for the trade unionists.

The book described dictatorships and cites both Stalin on one side and Hitler on the other. It claims Stalin and Hitler both represent more government and how less government is good. Redrawing the left right political stereotype to represent total government on one side and anarchy on the other, it defines a constitutionalists somewhere in the middle.



I’m going to cite the book since it mentions the Rockefellers and big business but I will twist it and sound a voice of warning about excessive privatization. The knee jerk response to a total government conspiracy is obviously less government. Privatize everything. Yet when we do so we lose public accountability and are letting ourselves become slaves to the large corporations and the super rich which is exactly what the constitutionalists try to avoid.

Privatizing the military is a prime example. In doing so little public accountability fast became zero public accountability and the privatized mandate to make a profit turned a noble military into a mercenary force controlled by money and big corporations.

The book refers to an article published by the North American Newspaper Alliance in August of 1967 telling how the Rockefellers pay practically no income taxes despite their vast wealth. That is what I’ve been trying to get at. Just like Donald Trump.

Our problem is that most of us believe socialism is what the socialists want us to believe and is a share the wealth program. That is the theory. In the reality of socialism you have a tiny oligarchial clique at the top, usually numbering no more than three percent of the total population, controlling the total wealth, total production and the very lives of the other ninety-seven percent. Somewhat similar to the leaked Citibank Memo Michael Moore quoted establishing a Plutonomy. Isn't that Ironic. Those wealth seekers call Micheal Moore the Communist.

“If one understands that socialism is not a share-the Wealth program, but is in reality a method to consolidate and control the wealth, then the seeming paradox of super-rich men promoting socialism becomes no paradox at all. Instead it becomes the logical, even the perfect tool of power-seeking megalomaniacs. Communism, or more accurately, socialism, is not a movement of the downtrodden masses, but of the economic elite. The plan of the conspirator Insiders then is to socialize the United States, not to Communize it.”

In simpler terms we tend to view everything on a left right communist fascist plane. Well Hitler’s term for his fascism was National Socialism while Communism is referred to as International Socialism.

So in reality, the Right Wing extremists of today who seek to acquire wealth and avoid paying tax that everyone else has to pay are what this book refers to as Commies which is exactly what that group vocally points the finger at and denounces. Kinda like the born again preacher who publicly denounces homosexuality then gets caught with a gay prostitute. Somewhat problematic.

The book claims, "Communism" is not a movement of the downtrodden masses but is a movement created, manipulated and used by power-seeking billionaires in order to gain control over the world first by establishing socialist governments in the various nations and then consolidating them all through a "Great Merger," into an all-powerful world socialist super-state probably under the auspices of the United Nations.

Prof. Carroll Quigley of Harvard, Princeton and Georgetown Universities wrote a book disclosing international bankers' plan to control the world from behind the political and financial scenes. Quigley revealed plans of billionaires to establish dictatorship of the super-rich disguised as workers' democracies.

Page 324 states "The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences. The apex of the system was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basle, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world's central banks which were themselves private corporations. Each central bank sought to dominate its government by its ability to control Treasury loans, to manipulate foreign exchanges, to influence the level of economic activity in the country, and to influence cooperative politicians by subsequent economic rewards in the business world."

J. P. Morgan created artificial panic used as an excuse to pass Federal Reserve Act. Morgan was instrumental in pushing the U.S. into WWI to protect his loans to British government. He financed Socialist groups to create an all-powerful centralized government which international bankers would control at the apex from behind the scenes. After his death, his partners helped finance the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia.

And, curiously enough, the Federal Reserve System has never been audited and has firmly resisted all attempts by House Banking Committee Chairman Wright Patman to have it audited. (N. Y. Times, Sept.14, 1967.)

The book goes on to discuss the amount of interest on the National debt the banks make as well as concerns about the stock market. It’s an interesting read so it is.



There are two great ironies in the book. The fist is the bankers and the super rich's desire to exploit people further through Communism. The second irony is all the flag waving anti communist rhetoric they spew to do so. As they pass legislation that erodes and replaces the safeguards against dictatorships found in the Constitution. After all in Germany, first they came for the Socialists. Hitler's conclusion was the same as Stalin's.

Speaking of deceptions, the Bush clan was bad. The Clinton clan was bad. The CIA is horrible. Well Mr. Obama used to be employed by the CIA and has kept many of the Bush clan in power just like Clinton did. That is a concern. Saying one thing and doing another.

The Ken Brotherston case

I noticed in Jeff Buziak's letter entitled Lawless: Beautiful British Columbia, he mentioned Ken Brotherston's case so I decided to look it up. Jeff Buziak stated the drug problem is so bad now he asked if it is time to take matters into our own hands and cited the Brotherston case. Wow. There's a lot to discuss.

First I'll answer the question then explain why. Is it time to take matters into our own hands? Yes it is, but that does not mean committing murder or perpetuating violence. It means reporting crack dealers and murders to the police.

Ken Brotherston was a city councilman on Vancouver Island. During the trial, for five weeks in November and December, witness after witness at the Victoria courthouse recounted details of life in the gritty drug underworld on the West Shore — how debts were owed, threats were made, drugs changed hands and people got hurt. The information was lurid; the allegations were sensational.

It would appear that the real problem that is not being addressed is the drug problem on the West Shore that is allowed to prosper with little or no interference. On one side we have police frustrated with a judicial system that does virtually nothing to chronic offenders who commit a huge amount of property crime to pay for their drug addiction. On the other side we have extremists lobbying City hall to hand out free crack pipes at the taxpayers expense. This enables the drug problems to fester into a gang war that is spilling over on to the streets.

Ken Brotherston admitted to beating the tar out of a crack dealer. In fact he even brought the crack dealer to the police station in his truck unconscious. The crack dealer never woke up. Some would call Ken Brotherston a hero. Others would call him a criminal. Most would concur he is a vigilante.

The bizarre thing is, he got off. He claimed self defense. He claimed the crack dealer put a gun in his face and he disarmed the crack dealer and beat the tar out of him. The crown argued that the beating went beyond self defense and was excessive. The defence argued the crack dealer kept attacking him in a cocaine psychosis first with a gun, then with a knife. Even when he dropped off the body Brotherston expressed the concern of the crack dealer waking up and possibly freaking out again.

I think this case shows us what our moral responsibility it. No I'm not saying our moral responsibility is to murder crack dealers. Crack dealers are a dime a dozen. The real problem is the people who are supplying the crack dealers and profiting from all that misery and violence. I'm not saying kill all Hells angels either. I'm saying the Hells angels are directly involved in the drug trade on Vancouver Island as well as in East Vancouver, Surrey, Kelowna, Vernon, Kamloops, Prince George and Dawson Creek. The Jones brothers indictment following the Robert Shannon conviction is proof of that.

We need to be honest about that and deal with that otherwise the Hells angels will keep finding new mules who will make them more money. As long as there is that much money to be made, they will fight and kill over the drug profits. I'm not saying legalize all drugs either. That would not stop the problem. It would only make an insanely difficult problem an impossible one.

Personally, I'd say Ken Brotherston is one lucky man. Not because he got way with murder, but because he or his sons weren't killed. Any 12 year old kid can pull a trigger. It would be pretty easy to shoot him dead. He is very lucky someone else present didn't have a gun and shoot him in the back.

I do think it is time to fight back. Police forces are often driven by statistics or should I say funded. Politicians are driven by statistics. They like to be able to report that crime is decreasing. That gives everyone the warm and fuzzy feeling that the police are doing their job. Yet the police can't do their job without the support of the community. That is why some of the younger members of the force are actually concerned about public trust and sincerely want to make things better. How noble.

Getting rid of crack dealers or a crack house is a very difficult thing. Entirely possible but very difficult requiring a consistent vigilant effort. The first step in getting rid of crack dealers is to note license plates and descriptions of those involved and report it to the police. Over and over again. Every time you see them out there selling crack call it in. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Forming a block watch helps. Getting a police liaison officer for your block watch helps. The more crime is reported and the more people keep track of file numbers and response times the more the police will be given the resources act upon it. I'm not saying the police don't want to act on the calls. I'm saying by forming a block watch and recording response times to reported crime helps give the police the funding to do their job.

Vancouver City Hall were the ones who closed down the East Vancouver police station at night to suppress crime statistics. Yet suppressing the crime statistics shoots yourself in the foot because it reduces the fund set aside to help with the problem. Vancouver City Hall were also the ones who gave the Hells Angels and extra $2 million from the social housing budget when they over paid for the drake Hotel.

The next step is to get rid of ridiculous programs like handing out free crack pipes. That program of enabling has a profound message. When you hand out a free crack pipe you are telling people smoking crack is OK when it's not. You're telling people stealing to support your crack addiction is OK when it's not. You're telling people it's OK to sell crack where they hand out free crack pipes when it's not.

The Ken Brotherston case shows us it is out more duty to address the drug problem on the West Shore and in each one of our communities. Letting the Hells Angels have a monopoly on the drug trade is clearly not the answer. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. The Hells Angels are the ones profiting from the crack plague in Beautiful BC. It may not be the best place on earth but it is still beautiful and it's our home. That makes it worth fighting for. We have no place left to go.

We can't do everything but we can do something. The Lindsay Buziak murder is a shining example of why we have a moral obligation to try.

A letter from Jeff Buziak

Someone forwarded me this e-mail from Jeff Buziak who is the father of Saanich realtor Lindsay Buziak who was murdered after returning from trip to Calgary where a large Hells Angels drug bust was made. This is the letter:

Lawless: Beautiful British Columbia

A common view of The Province of B.C. now is that it is mostly a lawless province unless you are a speeder or impaired driver. Anything else goes! People now plan or change their careers in The Province of B.C. to be directly involved in, or complimenting criminal activity. The most popular areas they focus in are importation of illegal drugs and weapons, exportation of illegal drugs, manufacture of illegal drugs, distribution of illegal drugs and weapons, money laundering, loan sharking, various ancillary activities involved in support of the previous activities and defending people involved in those activities (lawyers). Alternatively if you get caught and convicted you can go to law school in The Province of B.C. As a learned friend of mine was caught saying, Unfkgbelievable! what goes on in The Province of B.C.

In The Province of B.C. the consequences of these career choices are minimal and less dangerous than crossing the street, speeding or getting caught impaired driving. The bonus is NO TAXATION! Yes you may be shot but chances are slim if the percentages are calculated and you have a bigger or more guns at you disposal. Besides, guns are easy to purchase in The Province of B.C. if you have cash. Cash is easy to accumulate if you are a criminal because you don’t have to pay taxes. Why not then?

Arrests are few compared to the volume of illegal activity transpiring in The Province of B.C. The No. 1 industry in The Province of B.C. is criminal activity but the press, of course, doesn’t publish that fact and have trouble measuring it, as criminals pay no taxes and are slippery slimy creatures avoiding public record but seeking public attention. If by fluke a criminal does get arrested, hungry lawyers clamber to defend them, as they want to get part of the lucrative action and build their reputations as defenders of freedom to do whatever the fuck you want. Alternatively, if arrested, cop a plea, formulate a teary apology and charges will be dropped or it will take years and years for your case to go to trial. In the mean time it is full on sex, drugs and rock n’ roll baby. Why not then?

The Province of B.C. has a proven track record of no consequences. Unsolved murders like Lindsay Buziak’s and many more, few charges or arrests that stick in the criminal world, light sentences, early releases and little if any action taken by police, politicians or citizens.

Consider the following:
No charges in the Vancouver hockey rioting.
No charges or suspects in the Bacon massacre.

Lindsay Buziak’s unsolved murder and many others with no arrests or suspects. Criminals functioning freely in The Province of B.C. society living in upscale residences and neighbourhoods, driving luxury/exotic vehicles, constantly partying, travelling extensively and swiftly implementing their own justice. It’s one big party in The Province of B.C. with no impunity. Why not then?

Don’t fool yourselves law-abiding, tax paying citizens there will be consequences for all that cocaine being snorted in The Province of B.C. When the losers start firing high power automatic assault weapons midday on the main strolling boulevard in one of The Province of B.C’s most popular tourist destinations it is just a matter of time before you or one of yours is killed in the crossfire! When rioters and looters can destroy property, endanger lives and disrupt the peace in one of the most beautiful cities in the world without impunity, you have a problem!

When losers in your society can freely go around and execute innocent young victims like our precious Lindsay Buziak and others without consequences or arrests you have a big fucking problem! Should we do something about it? Why not?? There are no consequences in The Province of B.C. are there Premier Christie Clarke, Solicitor/Attorney General Shirley Bond, Mayor Frank Leonard, Police Chief Mike Chadwick?

Is it time to arm yourself and take justice into your own hands? Why not? What are we waiting for? More deaths, rioting, lawlessness and criminal activity that goes without justice or taxation or are you waiting for new politicians or a premier chosen from the ranks of the UN Gang, the Scorpions, The Hells Angels or the Mafia?

Arm yourselves, be vigilant and execute before its too late folks. Ken Brotherston finally said enough and took action that resulted in punishment matching the lawlessness.

I’ve almost given up on The Province of B.C. and their lawless system. One tries but what’s the point when the criminals kill our children without consequences. There must be justice implemented by somebody. Why not? There are no consequences in Beautiful British Columbia!

Abuse in the Catholic Church

Every time I mention about the Hells Angels selling crack, pimping crack ho's or participating in a gang rape at the Renegades clubhouse, they always respond with a dig at police with DUIs or the Catholic Church for letting priests abuse young boys.

In the spirit of fairness, I will admit that priests abusing young boys is without question heinous. In fact there is a wee bit of a row over it in the Holy Land so there is. I'm referring to Ireland not Israel. The Pope has recalled the Ambassador to Ireland.

It seems the Prime Minister of Ireland, referred to as Taoiseach, Enda Kenny spoke out harshly against the Vatican recently in denouncing the Vatican's policy to cover up accusations of Priests committing rape. The Vatican responded in shock but I will make one point. The Vatican didn't rape any boys in Ireland so they didn't. It was Irish Priests who did that. Far too many of them. 19 clerics in one diocese. Although the complaints were received after 1996, some of the allegations went back as far as the 1930's.

There has been an insane number of cases where priests have abused young boys. Not just in Ireland but in Europe as well as North America. There have been accusations that the Pope himself has covered up cases under his jurisdiction before he became Pope. These acts of rape are heinous as is covering up those acts. Nothing can excuse or diminish that fact.

In Ireland's defense I will say that it does appear that the counsel they received from the Vatican was less than proactive in bringing these charges to light. Changing that policy is a good thing. Enda Kenny said that it's time for the church to become a penitent church. Truly and deeply penitent for the horrors that it perpetrated, that it hid, and that it denied. He's right. He's absolutely right.

I might add that the church has never taught that rape is OK. The church has never taught priests to rape children. Those sins were committed by entrusted priests who broke the trust they were given.

This does not mean that all priests are bad. Protestants get all freaked out about the set prayers in the rosary. When a family kneels down and says the Our Father and the Hail Mary together through a family rosary, that is not an evil act. When a family goes to a cathedral and kneels down to pray, that is not an evil act. When a family lights a candle for a lost loved one or view the stations of the cross, those are not evil acts. Rape is evil. Whether it be a gang rape or a priest raping a child, rape is evil. Selling date rape drug is evil.

The Haney Hells angels were caught with 300 litres of date rape drug as well as some Hells angels and associates in Toronto. The Maple Ridge youth who bought date rape drug and gave it to a young girl at a party and filmed themselves gang raping her and putting it on facebook was absolutely horrific. People there watched the gang rape and filmed it. They are just as bad as the Vatican for covering up the child abuse. They were present and did nothing. That is profoundly sad.

So in the spirit of fairness I will say that yes, all rape is bad. It is time for us to denounce it within the church, the military, the police as well as within the Hells Angels. It's time for us to denounce anyone who sells date rape drug in our society.

CIA, MI6 helped Gadhafi on dissidents

Surprise, surprise. The Vancouver Province is reporting that documents found in the abandoned Tripoli office of Muammar Gadhafi’s intelligence chief indicate the U.S. and British spy agencies helped the fallen strongman persecute Libyan dissidents, Human Rights Watch said Saturday.

Is there a world dictator the CIA haven't trained and planted? Gaddaffi, Saddam Husein, Bin Laden. Can we see the pattern yet?

“Among the files we discovered at Moussa Koussa’s office is a fax from the CIA dated 2004 in which the CIA informs the Libyan government that they are in a position to capture and render Belhadj,” Human Rights Watch’s Peter Bouckaert, who was part of the group that found the stash, told Reuters.

“That operation actually took place. He was captured by the CIA in Asia and put on a secret flight back to Libya where he was interrogated and tortured by the Libyan security services.”

The files shed new light on the practice known as rendition, used by the United States under former President George W. Bush, in which the terrorism suspects were handed over to other countries for interrogation. Rights groups have criticized the United States for sending these suspects to countries where they were likely to be tortured.

George Bush authorizing torture. No big surprise there. At least Stephen Harper lied, fired the whistle blower and tried to cover it up. Not George W. He vetoed the bill that would have stopped the CIA from torturing prisoners in Guantanamo bay. You can't get any more war criminal than that. The Bush family is a stain on history.

In Washington, CIA spokeswoman Jennifer Youngblood, without commenting on any specific allegation or document, said: “It can’t come as a surprise that the Central Intelligence Agency works with foreign governments to help protect our country from terrorism and other deadly threats. That is exactly what we are expected to do.” Oh the cunning plan of the evil one.

Moussa Koussa, Gadhafi's "torturer-in-chief" linked to the Lockerbie bombing was in fact a MI6 / CIA double agent. Go fugure.

RCMP Officer accused of sexual assault

The other article in the Vancouver Province I was commenting on was the Mountie Sex Suit where a high ranking RCMP officer, Staff-Sgt. Travis Pearson, has been accused of sexually assaulting a female officer. It is frighteningly familiar to the Colonel Wing Nut case and many others where someone in a position of authority abuses that position to pressure someone vulnerable into a sexual relationship.

We can't discuss this case because we don't have the evidence before us but we can discuss the article because it raises several important points. Here we have a female RCMP officer claiming she was raped and pressured into a relationship by one of her superiors. Those allegations are either true or false. Either way it is very disturbing.

Seemingly the VPD investigated the case but the VPD investigator concluded the evidence did not support the complaint and no charges were laid. The victim claims the VPD detective failed to contact relevant medical experts or adequately consider evidence about alleged inappropriate conduct by Pearson in connection with two other female officers, and several municipal employees, including an alleged relationship “which had elements in common with [Gastaldo’s] complaint.”

If that is true it does indeed establish a pattern of abusive behavior. Her lawyer claims “When you have police officers investigating police officers there is always issues that are held up, and really this is the type of thing that needs to be investigated by a civilian arm.”

That is basically what we have been saying all along. We need a civilian agency to monitor police complaints. However, this case does raise a dilemma. Can civilians investigate criminal charges? After all, if someone wants to press criminal charges against anyone, the police must be involved to investigate. Can civilians investigate criminal charges? It is indeed very problematic.

I completely agree we need a civilian agency to investigate police complaints. Yet all police complaints would likely involve criminal activity. If they have been accused of using excessive force, that would constitute assault. In this case, if someone is accused of rape, that would also involve criminal charges.

Obviously civilians do not have the power to lay criminal charges. They do however have the authority to make recommendations to the crown and they can over see disciplinary courts. When the Delta police investigated the Kelowna mountie who kicked the suspect in the face when he was on his knees, they recommended criminal charges be laid. That is the same thing a civilian agency could do.

It is possible that the VPD did a thorough investigation and sincerely did believe that there was not enough evidence to pursue charges. The victim was married. The complaint surfaced when her husband found text messages of a sexual nature on his wife's phone. No doubt the defense would argue they were in a consensual relationship i.e. she was having an affair and told her husband she was raped. Possible but no more possible than the possibility that she was indeed raped and her eventual submission “was directly related to his authority over her and the command culture of the RCMP.”

Indeed the command culture of the RCMP is something that needs to be looked at. Yet if the guy was raping her, you'd think he wouldn't be texting her incriminating evidence. Unless he was just another wacko that got off on weird stuff. I'm certainly not going to minimize the case and say the victim is lying because she might not be. If what she says is true and her allegations are supported by other witnesses who experienced similar abuse then that does need to be investigated by a civilian agency. In fact it is. A civil court is investigating the matter. Hopefully due process will prevail.

I still don't think this case is enough reason to disband the RCMP. Create a civilian agency yes. Examine the command culture of the RCMP yes but disband it no. We don't disband the education system because a teacher sexually assaults a student. Likewise, we don't dissolve transit because a bus driver has an accident under the influence.
